Antonio asks his brother and Natalie first if they know anything about Jessica, and then if they’re both okay, because their expression bare that they know something that he doesn’t, and it isn’t necessarily good news. Cristian asks his brother why he looks so drunk. Antonio tells him what happened, and adds that Mitch must have done it. When they get quiet, he wants to know what they’re not telling them. He tells them he’s going to keep looking for Jessica.

Keri goes to the police station to see Antonio and Marcie’s surprised to see her. When she follows Marcie’s advice to check with the commissioner, she runs face to face with her dear friend Nora. Nora hugs her, immediately happy to see her. Keri apologizes for being selfish and Nora suspects it was R.J.’s idea. Nora agrees that it’s no excuse but finds it hard to believe that R.J. would hate Antonio enough to put the rest of them through this. Keri goes to find Antonio, and makes Nora promise not to tell him anything. As soon as Keri leaves, Antonio enters, anxious to find Jessica. Antonio wonders why everyone’s acting so strange with him today. Nora suggests that he go home and take a shower but he chooses to keep looking for Jessica.

Viki regrets fighting for the house and money and tells Joey she’d give it all back to Mitch to keep Jessica safe. Flash calls Joey to check on news for Jessica and to confirm that he hasn’t told Viki her identity, which he hasn’t. Viki asks him if he’s okay and he tells her it’s Flash but he’ll deal with it later. She asks him to tell her about it in order to take their minds off of Jessica for a minute. She asks if Flash had been C.J.’s girlfriend before his and he tells his mother that he’s not going to see Flash anymore. She asks if it’s about Jen and he replies that his life is a wreck, and that he does think a lot about Jen. She asks her son if he dated Flash just to get his mind off of Jen and he agrees that it may be possible and adds that it would be wrong to get involved with Jen. Viki suggests that Joey feels the same way about Jen that he did about Kelly and he’s just afraid to be hurt again. She adds that Jen is a very troubled, needy young woman but advises him to deal with his feelings. She further advises that he talk things over with Jen and figure it all out before he’ll get tangled up in something that will effect everything he is and wants.

Brian apologizes to Mitch for injecting her and says he’s been watching her months and knows she doesn’t deserve this. She asks him for help but he reminds her that Mitch would kill him. She asks him to just get word to her family that she’s okay. She asks him to deliver a note and promises she won’t give away her location because she doesn’t even know it. As she’s writing the note, Mitch comes in and asks her what she’s doing. She says that she was writing him a note so he could get her from the drug store. He goes upstairs to get her something. Brian begs her not to do this but she begs him to just drop off the note. He reads it and it says, “Antonio, don’t worry about me, I’m fine. And as long as I’m alive and well, I’ll send you a yellow rose everyday so you’ll know. I’ll miss you, Mi Leon.” She tells him that Lion is just a nickname because it’s his middle name.

Jessica gives Brian the addresses and directions to both her mother and Antonio’s homes and then writes a note to her mother, and signs it, “love the daughter of your heart”. Mitch finds a pill for Jessica to take and she asks a servant to bring her some yellow roses. Then she wants to lie down for a while and Mitch obliges. She promises to call if she needs anything. He kisses her goodnight and once he leaves she steals a cell phone, left on the chair by a servant, and calls her mother. Viki wants to know where Jessica is and she tells her mother about a secluded mansion that’s isolated, with trees everywhere. Jessica hangs up when she hears her father coming. He’s surprised to see that his daughter’s awake and she tells him she’s feeling better. He asks her for another dance and she declines. He finds the cell phone and when he asks, she admits that she knew the phone was in the box. He calls speed dial and Viki answers the phone. His eyes reflect such betrayal and disappointment that

Bo and Hank go fishing to clear Bo’s stressed out mind. Bo tells his best friend that he can’t stop thinking about Viki and what she’s going through. Hank suggests that Bo would know since he lost his only son. Bo tells Hank that Drew was not his only son, that Matthew is his son. Hank’s surprised to hear it and Bo tells him about the letter from Sam’s estate. Then Bo makes him promise not to tell anyone. Bo then comments about how great Matthew is. Bo then tells Hank that the information Dorian gave Antonio about Mitch’s meeting with Victor Lord keeps bothering him. Bo suspects that the “Palace of the Living Dead” is a code name for a real place. They suspect it was Victor’s turf, some place remote and secure that he had been living when everyone thought he was dead. Bo remembers that Victor used to talk about his own private kingdom, according to letters and articles. They suspect that the place really does exist and that’s where Mitch is keeping Jessica. Bo asks for a sign that he’s on the right track and something bites the fishing line. Once they finish with their fishing expedition, Hank sees Nora and she tells him she has no idea how to feel. She realizes that he doesn’t know and when she tells him the news he’s shocked and happy, but curious, and angry with his little brother.

Jen goes to the police station, informs Marcie that she’s going to Atlantic City with Rex for a while, and asks her to turn in her registration form. Marcie replies that the summer session starts tomorrow and Jen answers that nothing happens the first week anyway. Marcie suggests Jen will fall behind but Jen thinks it’s less important than her trip. Flash comes in and Jen says hello to “Mrs. Roberts”, adding that she knows she’s married to C.J. Flash tells her she doesn’t have a clue and warns her to stay out of her life.

Flash gives a letter to Nora and she informs her new friend that a friend has been lying to her, to everyone that cares about her. Flash immediately apologizes for lying to everyone. Nora suggests that Joe’s the compassionate type and tells her to go be honest. Flash goes to Llanfair to speak to Joey but Viki tells her that he’s not there. Viki says her smile reminds her of someone and Flash takes off. Riley finds Flash and gives her the sheet music for a love song he wrote for the demo. She tells him that it’s awesome, straight from the heart, and asks who the lucky girl is. Meanwhile, Joey goes to the police station and asks Marcie if she’s seen Jen. Marcie tells him that she and Rex went to Atlantic City. He asks her for the schedule to the trains. When he asks, Jen tells Rex that she wants to go away because Llanview’s boring. He suggests they take the motorcycle and she says that she can drink on the train. He shows concern for her spending habits and claims to be worried about her. He suggests that they go all the way to Maryland, because it’s easier to get married there. They board the train and Joey goes after them even though a passerby informs him that he’s never going to make it.

Cristian tells Natalie that it wasn’t Mitch who did that to his brother because if it were him then Antonio would be dead. He knows it was R.J. and then tells Natalie that she did the right thing. Meanwhile, Antonio returns home to find a yellow rose and a note. Before he can read the note, Keri knocks on his door. He stares at her for a minute and then hugs her tight. It takes him a long time to finally let go of her. In total shock, he can’t believe this could be real. She tells him she’s here and that’s all that matters. He wants to know how, and then asks about Liz and the baby. She tells him that his daughter Jamie is alive and well. He wants to see his baby right away, she and Liz. He apologizes when she tells him that her mother died in the plane crash. They sit and she tells him she didn’t get on the plane because she was still angry with her mother. She says she’ll never get over it. She says she’s been in Toronto and when he assumes she didn’t call because she was hurt, she admits that she wanted everyone to think she was dead, because of him.

Keri apologizes and he gets angry. He tells her that everyone who loved her went through hell, even her father. She admits that RJ. knew she was alive. He starts to yell at her when she suggests she knows how he feels. He tells her that nothing justifies this. He says he wants his baby now. She wants him to listen to her and he replies that he’ll never listen to her again. He says he wants his baby because he’s her only living parent. Keri then tells him that the baby is Keri’s, hers and his. Antonio nearly hyperventilates with shock and can barely stand. She tells him how it happened, that she was pregnant before her mother tried to transplant the baby. He gets angry that she knew, before she left.

Antonio cries and Keri blames herself, but asks them to please just let them stop hurting each other. She says that Jamie has her father’s eyes and she can’t bare to lie to their child. Antonio wonders what he’s supposed to say and she tells him that she’s staying, and she hopes they can work it out. She tells him that she wants him to see his baby. Then he figures out that R.J. knocked him out and sent him out of town. She tells him that she’s staying at the Palace hotel. He cries and shouts that everything he ever thought he knew or believed has changed. She cries and apologizes again. He asks if that’s supposed to make it better and she responds maybe not today, but she hopes it will someday and he can find it in his heart to forgive her.

Viki calls Bo and when he comes over she tells him everything that happened. She then shows him the note signed from “daughter of your heart”. He knows she’s trying to send a clue. Bo goes to see Antonio to tell him he thinks he has a lead on Jessica. He reads his own note and has no idea why she would call him ‘Mi Leon’. They put Lion and heart together and wonder what she’s trying to tell them.

When the servant returns from gathering the flowers, Mitch asks him if he gave his phone to Jessica. The man swears that he didn’t, and then apologizes for being careless, but swears it was not betrayal. Jessica insists that the man is telling the truth but Mitch takes the man for a “walk in the woods”, leaving Jessica calling after her father, begging him not to hurt the man.

Viki regrets fighting for the house and money and tells Joey she’d give it all back to Mitch to keep Jessica safe. Flash calls Joey to check on news for Jessica and to confirm that he hasn’t told Viki her identity, which he hasn’t.
