Todd has found Starr coming out of the bedroom. Todd is asking Starr what is in that funny little bottle she has behind her back. Starr remembers what Senora told her. She then tells Todd that she is going to use it to put perfume in it for her dolls. Todd tells her that the more expensive the perfume, the worse is smells. He asks where Blair and Kelly are. Starr admits that she made that up. Todd wants to know what is going on. Starr tells him that she needed him to come home because she needed him to be the first person that mommy sees after she drinks the lemonade with the love potion. (Inside the bedroom we see Blair start to take a drink of the lemonade.) Todd questions Starr about this love potion. Is it just play? Starr says it better not be she paid 500.00 for it. Todd finally drags the whole story out of Starr and asks where Blair is. He busts in the door yelling at Blair not to drink her lemonade, before he sees the empty glass in her hand. When Starr sees the empty glass she is thrilled. Todd is upset. Todd asks if she drank the whole glass, she looks lovingly at Starr and says yes she did, it was delicious. Todd grabs the phone and calls for an ambulance, he tells them someone has been poisoned. He hangs up and Blair asks if there was something in the lemonade that Starr gave her. Starr confesses that she put a love potion in there. Todd wants the phone number to the voodoo lady. Blair is trying to grasp what is being said. Starr wants to know if it worked, how does Blair feel about daddy now? Todd hesitates on the phone and looks for Blair's reaction. Todd starts to freak again and starts to call the voodoo lady. Blair tells Todd there is no need to call her, she didn't drink it. She poured it down the sink. Starr is upset. Todd is obviously very relieved. Blair explains to Starr that she is sorry, but she was proud that Starr had thought of her and made her the lemonade, but that since she has been pregnant, she really doesn't like lemonade. Starr wants to get some more and put it into the cereal. Todd tells Starr to never do this kind of thing again, they don't want the baby to come out with two heads. Starr is upset, she just wanted them to love each other again, she runs out. Todd is upset that the voodoo lady gave Starr the potion. Blair says she is confused by how Todd reacted. He was worried about her. What is that about? Outside the bedroom door, Star is calling Senora, telling her that she is coming over right now. Blair realizes that Todd cared about her even thou she is caring some one else's child.

They talk about how they were each trying to cover up everything....because they all thought some one else did it. Will apologizes for thinking that she killed Colin. They talk about Lindsay being forced to testify. Will is still in the courtroom alone. He remembers back to a conversation he had with Lindsay when Lindsay was telling him how important it was to keep things quiet. Jess walks in and asks if he is okay. He is still not real receptive to Jess. He says he can't really think about their relationship right now. Jess says she understands that. Will is upset because he thinks Jess hates his mother and is happy that she may soon be going to jail. Jess asks why he is so angry at her. She tries to reach out to him. He is just not listening to her at all. Will is worried because everyone in town hates his mother. He still loves her, she is his mother. Jess tells him that she really wishes he wasn't having to go thru this. Will says he won't have a family when all of this is over. Nora and Sam walk in the back of the courtroom. Nora says those are her sentiments exactly. Nora asks her how she could have done that to Sam. Lindsay says she didn't do anything to Sam. She asks Sam not to look at her that way. He tells her not to talk to him right now, he isn't sure what he might do. Hank tells everyone to take their seats, the judge is on the way back into the courtroom. They are swearing Lindsay in.
Rae catches John in the hallway again and pleads her case to John. He is furious with her. The guard runs in and starts going on and on about he tried to help that woman, is she okay? Lindsay is in the women's bathroom pacing. She has to figure out what to do. She sits in a chair and looks up at a window. She decides to escape thru the window. She is sitting in the window when Cristian walks in and asks if she is going somewhere. She tries to cover by telling him she was just getting some air, she wasn't feeling good. Her and Cristian argue about what she has been doing to Jenn. Chris accuses her of killing Colin and letting Sam take the rap for it. Jenn walks in and asks if that is true. Lindsay wants to talk later, Jenn says no. Lindsay tells her they were just trying to protect her. It dawns on Jenn that Lindsay and Sam thought that she killed Colin, and she realizes that Lindsay still does believe that. Jenn tries to convince her that she didn't kill Colin. Chris tells Lindsay to stop the act, she killed Colin, why else was she trying to crawl out the window. Jenn asks her if that is true, Lindsay says she was trying to get out so she could go hire an attorney for Jenn. Jenn tells her she is lying, she was trying to escape. Nora is still trying to convince Sam that the killer has to have been Lindsay. Sam just doesn't want to believe that Lindsay is capable of murder. Nora finally convinces Sam that she is right. Lindsay did it, she tricked Sam into thinking Jen did it so he would cover for her. Two guards outside the cell are telling each other a joke, they both laugh. It makes Nora think of the dream with Colin laughing again. Sam reminds her that it was a dream. She doesn't think it was. She thinks it was a memory from the night Colin was killed. Maybe she is the witness they need to clear Sam. She couldn't see him, but she could hear him. She heard him laugh. Maybe more of her memory will come back and she will be able to remember that it was Lindsay that Colin was laughing at. Nora is just convinced that it was Lindsay that killed Colin. Sam is worried about how long Will & Jenn will cope with this. Nora assures him the kids will be okay with all of their help.
