Belle’s loft:

Belle finishes clearing the table as she talks with Philip about how much Mimi and Shawn are enjoying their night at Alice’s Bar. Belle looks near tears as Philip voices his desire for Mimi and Shawn to get married and live happily ever after like them.

Alice’s Bar:

Mimi and Shawn continue their dance. While Shawn’s back is to the bar, Mimi sneaks a glance at Bonnie who gestures at Mimi to keep up the good work. Shawn notices that Mimi is thinking about other things and asks if she is thinking about Rex. Mimi calls Shawn on spending the time thinking about Belle. Shawn complains about how Belle returned his kiss tonight only to then declare that she would never leave Philip. Mimi is annoyed that Belle led Shawn on for all these months with her constant promises to leave Philip for him. Mimi thinks that since Belle isn’t happy with Philip, she’s setting out to make them miserable as well but Shawn doesn’t want to hear Belle talked about like that.

Chelsea continues to dance seductively against Max. Max cautions her to tone things down but it only makes Chelsea turn up the flirtation. Max confirms with Chelsea that she is sure she wants to give him her virginity. Abby interrupts to tell Chelsea that Jennifer has declared it time to go. Chelsea refuses to leave.

Outside of Alice’s Bar:

Jack profusely thanks Frankie for agreeing to marry Jennifer. Jack starts to gush about how Frankie can plan for a wedding that Jennifer will like but Frankie, fighting back the tears, interrupts to insist that he has now changed his mind and can’t agree to marrying Jennifer once Jack dies.

Tony’s lair:

Billie demands that Tony tell them the name that Georgia has been living under in Salem. Tony would rather hold out the suspense than reveal the name. Bo calls Tony a bastard but Tony claims that Bo is the only one here who is a bastard. Bo threatens that Tony is a dead man and the guard, prepared to defend Tony, aims his gun at Bo. Tony looks over at Caroline and Victor as he complains that it’s the parents’ fault when children grow up to be so disrespectful.

Victor yells at Tony and demands that he reveal the name of their granddaughter. The guard puts a hand on Victor’s shoulder as a warning and Caroline cautions Victor to be careful. Billie begs Tony to tell her the truth. Hope questions whether Tony is even telling the truth about Georgia living in Salem. Tony talks about how Billie and Bo completely missed a clue that would have revealed Georgia’s identity yet didn’t even come from him. Tony delights in Billie’s frustrated reaction.

Outside of Alice’s Bar:

Frankie explains that he will keep his promise of being there for Jennifer as a friend but thinks it too bizarre to consider marriage and a life full of several new children with Jennifer. Jack questions whether Frankie loves Jennifer enough to want to marry her and Frankie begins to think that Jack’s claim to be dying is only a test to see what he’d do. Jack insists that he’s really dying and claims that Frankie is the best choice for his replacement. Frankie points out that this is not Jack’s choice to make. Frankie urges Jack to fight his death sentence but Jack insists that there is no chance to change it. Frankie insists that Jack must tell Jennifer the truth but he refuses. Frankie admits that Jennifer asked him to do some investigating to find out what Jack was up to and Jack complains that Jennifer won’t be able to swoop in and save him this time. Jack is now near tears as he asks Frankie to be straight with him and give his answer to Jack’s request.

Alice’s Bar:

Mimi can’t believe that Shawn is still defending Belle. Shawn claims it is because he still loves Belle and Mimi points out that she still loves Rex but a one sided relationship doesn’t keep you warm at night. Shawn sticks to his convictions, claiming that Belle only needs more time. Mimi tries to convince Shawn that they’ve been dumped for good but Shawn still believes that Belle loves him and will eventually come back to him. Mimi points out that Belle did not use any birth control and chose to take the risk of getting pregnant by a man that she didn’t really love.

Belle’s loft:

Philip questions whether Belle has a problem with Mimi and Shawn getting together. Belle claims it is a bad idea because they are both on the rebound and Philip points out that Belle got together with him on the rebound. Belle claims it is different because Mimi is still in love with Rex and is shocked when Philip blatantly says that Shawn is still in love with her. Philip assures Belle that it’s okay that Shawn still has feelings because he doesn’t blame him and he isn’t jealous because he knows that Belle loves him. Philip points out that Belle, while he’s sure that she doesn’t want Shawn back, seems to not want Shawn to be with anyone else.

Belle claims that while she wants both Mimi and Shawn to be happy, she doesn’t think they are meant to be together. Philip defends the idea but Belle claims that she hopes Mimi and Shawn don’t mistake sympathy for love. Philip thinks they’re smart enough to know the difference but Belle isn’t so sure. Philip suggests going out and isn’t surprised when Belle picks Alice’s Bar. Belle heads upstairs to change.

Alice’s Bar:

Shawn throws the example back in Mimi’s face by pointing out that she should know how possible it is to get pregnant even while using birth control. Mimi and Shawn stop dancing, realizing that they can’t seem to stop talking about their lost loves. Mimi thinks it was a mistake to come here but Shawn suggests that they get a couple more beers to relax.

Bonnie stands with Max at a table and points out how Abby and Chelsea are arguing across the room, assuming that they are arguing over Max. Bonnie jokes about how if she was younger, she’d go after Max herself and giggles when Max uses a car analogy to say that as long as the body is in good shape, the age doesn’t matter.

Abby tries to talk Chelsea out of giving her virginity to Max but Chelsea accuses Abby of being jealous of her.

Outside of Alice’s Bar:

Frankie and Jack argue about each guy’s reasons for whether or not to tell Jennifer the truth. Frankie questions whether Patrick could really be a threat and Jack insists that Patrick wormed his way into Jennifer’s life while knowing the whole time that he was really alive. Jack shares his disbelief in Patrick’s claim that he’s reformed now and no longer associated with Tony. Jack claims that Frankie is not the man he thought he was if he’s not willing to step in and protect Jennifer.

Alice’s Bar:

Max and Bonnie continue to watch Abby and Chelsea argue. Bonnie suggests that Max go in and break up the argument before Jennifer comes by and wants to know what the argument is about. Max thanks Bonnie upon agreeing to head over there and Bonnie coyly tells Max to call her sometime because there is something to be said for experience. Max walks away. Mimi, having walked up with Shawn, complains that Bonnie is flirting with someone young enough to be her child. Mimi laughs in embarrassment as Bonnie tries to impress Shawn by mentioning that Mimi learned how to “shake her booty” by age six. Bonnie offers to get them drinks and Shawn orders two beers for himself while Mimi orders a club soda. Bonnie steps away to get the drinks. Mimi questions whether Shawn should be drinking so much but Shawn insists he isn’t going to get drunk, only wanting to relax and forget about Belle. Shawn takes Mimi’s hand and leads her away.

Belle and Philip arrive at the bar.

Max walks up to Abby and Chelsea and asks if they’ve worked out the issue of going home. Abby tells him no but Chelsea says yes. Abby points out that since Chelsea is staying at her house, she needs to follow her parents’ rules. Chelsea claims she doesn’t want to fight and asks her to ask Jennifer if they can stay a little longer. Abby reluctantly agrees and walks off. Chelsea fumes as Max proclaims their big plans to be on hold.

Belle wheels Philip up to where they can see Mimi and Shawn talking with Bonnie at a table. Belle becomes angry when she sees Shawn push aside one beer and start drinking another, claiming that Mimi should know better than to let Shawn drink like that. Philip isn’t happy that Belle is so concerned about Shawn.

Outside of Alice’s Bar:

Frankie agrees that Patrick is dangerous. Jack wants to know if Frankie realized why Patrick seemed so familiar but Frankie insists that he hasn’t. Frankie questions whether Jack isn’t asking him to marry Jennifer because of the man he is but is actually using him to keep Jennifer from getting involved with Patrick.

Tony’s lair:

Tony raises his gun to Bo and Hope steps in front of him. Tony gloats to Billie about how much fun it’ll be to watch the rest of them die little by little of heartache and despair. Victor lashes out at Tony but Caroline holds him back. Bo, in a more demanding tone, and Billie, in a nicer begging tone, ask Tony to give them Georgia’s current name. Tony decides that it would be okay to tell them and starts to reveal it when a loud explosion interrupts them. Tony orders Bart and the guards to go find out what the noise was. Tony steps out into the hall to look around. Bo asks Billie if anyone else came with her and Billie assures him that she only came with Patrick. Patrick looks at his watch but says nothing. Hope calls to Tony to stop stalling and tell them the name. Tony storms back into the room and refuses to tell the truth until he finds out where the explosion came from. The room shakes and the ceiling begins to cave in. Bo uses his body to shield Hope from the falling debris.

Alice’s Bar:

Philip negates Belle’s worries about Shawn’s drinking by pointing out that Shawn is an adult.

Bonnie tells Shawn to keep drinking because it’s all on the house tonight for taking Mimi out for a chance to keep her mind off her heartbreak. Shawn expresses his concern over not wanting to get drunk and risk doing things he’ll regret. Bonnie assures Shawn that Mimi is sticking to club soda and will be happy to get Shawn home and into bed. Mimi glares at Bonnie and Bonnie hangs her head, realizing how that sounded. Belle and Philip walk up to their table. Bonnie pretends to be cordial as she mentions how she thought they’d be home tonight but Philip explains that they chose to come out and join the fun as he asks Shawn if he minds. Shawn says that he does mind and asks Mimi to dance. Mimi and Shawn head onto the dance floor and Bonnie adds insult to injury by commenting on how Mimi and Shawn make such a cute couple before walking away.

Chelsea continues to dance seductively with Max and assures him that she won’t let Abby or anyone else spoil their plans tonight. They kiss as Abby walks up and interrupts them. Abby delivers the news that Jennifer had to go home to take care of Jack Jr. which means they can stay out longer which delights Chelsea until Abby points out that this also means that Chelsea is responsible for driving her home. Chelsea accuses Abby of doing this on purpose. Abby leaves to relay the change of plans to Jack and Chelsea yells after her to have Jack take her home. Max suggests that they change their plans to another night but Chelsea insists that she wants to make love to him tonight. They resume kissing.

Outside of Alice’s Bar:

Jack insists that he’s asking Frankie to marry Jennifer so that there is someone to watch over her, someone that loves her and that she really loves in return. Jack insists that once he dies, Jennifer will fall back in love with Frankie. Abby rushes up but becomes concerned when she notices their sad faces. Abby asks if there is more bad news.

Tony’s lair:

Bo uses the distraction to knock out a guard and grab the gun he was holding on them and Billie snatches the gun from the guard’s back holster. Hope elbows Tony in the back. Patrick starts to head toward Tony but Bo holds a gun on him. Tony whips around with his golf pistol and grabs Hope. Tony holds the gun at Hope’s head as he orders everyone to drop their weapons or Hope dies. Billie remains crouched on the ground with a gun and Bo alternates between aiming the gun at Patrick and Tony.

Alice’s Bar:

Bonnie has returned to clear the table for Belle and Philip. Philip agrees with Bonnie about Mimi and Shawn and Bonnie puts Belle on the spot when she mentions how bad Shawn felt when Belle dumped him. Bonnie apologizes for how the comment sounded but adds that it’s only natural for them to turn to each other and how convenient it is that they already live together.

Shawn imagines that he is dancing with Belle instead. Mimi looks over and delights in Belle’s anxious reaction to seeing her with Shawn, feeling that Belle deserves it.

Chelsea is furious that Abby is trying to break up her plans with Max. Max is taken aback when Chelsea suggests getting into her car and making love there.

Outside of Alice’s Bar:

Jack hides his hand injury by holding his hands behind his back. Jack claims that he and Frankie were talking about Frankie’s caseload and Frankie goes along with the lie. Jack claims that he stepped outside because it was too noisy in the bar. Abby relays the news of Jennifer leaving to take care of Jack Jr. and Jack suggests that they all take a cab home then. Abby explains that Jennifer said she could stay a little longer and have Chelsea drive them home which Jack does not like but agrees only when Abby promises to only drive slowly on side streets and that she nor Chelsea consumes any alcohol. Abby heads back inside. When Abby opens the door, Frankie hears the sound of a familiar song and flashes back to dancing to it with Jennifer. Jack calls Frankie back to the present and admits knowing how much that song meant to him and Jennifer.

Tony’s lair:

Bo holds his gun on Tony and declares that if he pulls the trigger at all, whether it fires the single bullet or not, Bo will shoot and kill Tony. Tony acts confident until he agrees with Bo that the odds are not in his favor. Tony backs away toward the door with Hope until he throws Hope at Patrick and runs out of the office. Patrick and Billie run after Tony. Caroline grabs the key from the still unconscious guard and begins to undo everyone’s handcuffs.

Alice’s Bar:

Mimi delights in watching Belle’s reaction and purposefully holds Shawn tighter. Philip excuses himself to use the men’s room. Bonnie brings Belle her drink and gushes about how Mimi and Shawn can now be together and Belle and Philip can now be together after Philip and Mimi each had crushes on their current partners growing up. Belle tells Bonnie that she doesn’t see Mimi ending up with Shawn and Bonnie accuses her not seeing it because she doesn’t want to.

Chelsea is desperate to make love to Max and starts rambling about heading to the drugstore for condoms. Max refuses to do something as sleazy as make love in her car, wanting Chelsea’s first time to be someplace private and romantic. Chelsea is surprised that Max would be that romantic and they resume kissing. Chelsea is annoyed when Abby returns and announces that it’s time to go.

Outside of Alice’s Bar:

Jack insists that Frankie is the only man Jennifer can be with after he is gone and Frankie wants to know why. Jack admits that he’s the only man in Jennifer’s life that he’s been jealous of because Frankie was Jennifer’s first love. Frankie flashes back to a romantic picnic with Jennifer where he first told her he loved her. Jack asks Frankie if he still loves Jennifer.

Tony’s lair:

Bo and Hope, now having gotten their loved ones out of the handcuffs, use them to handcuff the two still unconscious guards. Bo wants to go help Billie go after Tony and Hope wants to go with him but Bo insists that she stay and protect Victor and Caroline. Victor insists he can look after Caroline especially since the guards are out cold and handcuffed but Bo points out that there are likely more guards. Bo gets Hope to admit that she was wrong about Patrick and tells her not to hesitate taking him down if he comes back. Hope agrees and Bo kisses her before heading out of the office. Hope follows him out the door and watches him head down the hall.

Alice’s Bar:

Philip returns and jokingly asks if Belle and Bonnie were talking about him since they suddenly stop talking upon his return. Philip pays Bonnie for the drinks and extravagantly tips her. Bonnie pockets the money and leaves. Belle and Philip head for a table and Belle stops to stare at Mimi and Shawn.

Mimi thanks Shawn for bringing her here tonight for now she feels like it is helping. Shawn agrees that he had fun too and Mimi kisses him on the cheek before smirking at Belle.

Abby insists that they must leave now. Chelsea gives in but as she’s saying goodbye to Max, she whispers in his ear to meet her at the Lockhart house later because they’ll have the whole place to themselves. Abby and Chelsea walk away.

Outside of Alice’s Bar:

Jack asks for the truth about Frankie’s feelings and his promise to move on with Jennifer. Frankie commends Jack on being willing to go through all of this for Jennifer. Jack complains about not having enough time to make up for his mistakes. Frankie listens with tears in his eyes, as Jack describes never being able to see his baby grow up or sit on the porch with grandbabies in his lap. Jack feels that not being able to protect his family is simply unbearable and grabs Frankie’s shoulders as he begs him to promise to move on with Jennifer. Frankie promises to always be there for Jennifer as a friend. Jack repeats his request to have Frankie marry Jennifer. Frankie says he doesn’t know if he can promise that.

Tony’s lair:

Hope watches out the back doors as another explosion is heard. Caroline begins to worry but Hope and Victor assures her that everything will be fine and nothing will happen to Bo. Billie returns, leading Tony back into the office at gunpoint with his hands handcuffed. Billie explains that Tony was trying to get away on his speedboat but the boat didn’t work because it was disabled in the first explosion. Victor and Hope ask about Bart and Patrick but Billie says there was no sign of them. Bo walks in leading Patrick, also in handcuffs, at gunpoint. Bo announces that Patrick isn’t going anywhere except to hell with his boss but Tony just laughs.
