Tad tells Cara to give the guys after her what they want. Tad explains that they won't stop until Cara Finn is dead so they should kill "Cara Finn"

Amanda calls in an immigration violation on Cara. Jake comes home with the mail as Amanda says she'll hold. Amanda continues giving information saying she just thought the government should know about it. She hangs up and turns around to se Jake. She asks how long he's been there and he says long enough to know he's got the hottest wife in the world and he kisses her. Jake asks who was on the phone.

Greenlee sits at home as Ryan comes down the stairs. She asks how Spike is and he says that Spike's better and watching a movie so he won't see the news. Greenlee says Annie is dangerous but she loves Emma and the FBI will find her and bring her home. Ryan wants to go help with the search. Jesse arrives and Ryan opens the door. Jesse says they are working on it. Ryan wants to do whatever it takes.

Kendall looks through the photo album of her and Zach and continues to wonder what Zach was trying to tell her. Kendall says to herself that there's no big secrets.

Ricky says on the phone outside of her room that Kendall is a smart woman and she's going to start asking questions. Ricky says if they are going to get what he's looking for, he's going to need Kendall to keep thinking of him as the friendly neighborhood minister - not the man that killed her husband.

Bianca walks into Kendall's room and says she heard that Kendall broke out of the hospital. Kendall says she wants to believe that Zach is still trying to reach her.

Ricky talks on the phone and tells the person to meet him in the park because they need to talk about his plans for Kendall.

Amanda tells Jake it was just a credit card company on the phone from a shoe purchase. They sit down together and Jake jokes about her buying a lot of shoes. Trevor starts crying and Jake goes to check on him. Amanda asks if he talked to the contractor today. Jake said it should be a few weeks before they move back into their house. Jake comes back in with Trevor. Amanda tells Jake she has a confession to make. Amanda says she had a fight with Cara but she really thinks everything is going to be okay now.

Griffin points out that Tad wants to fake Cara's death. Cara wants to know how and asks if Tad has done this before. Tad says it's been done before. Griffin thinks they may come to make sure she's really gone. Tad points out that they are looking for someone who doesn't really exist in Cara Finn since everyone here knows here as Cara Castillo. Cara asks how they can get an official death certificate. Griffin tells Tad that he thinks this is the stupidest idea he's ever heard.

Jesse shows Ryan and Greenlee a map of points where they found Marissa's car. Jesse says the FBI think she had an extra car stashed nearby. Ryan thinks there has to be a trail and she'd have to have money. Jesse brings up that JR said Annie borrowed a hundred bucks. Greenlee thinks Annie may be robbing for money since she knows how to plan. Ryan thinks Annie doesn't go anywhere without a plan. Ryan thinks the answers might still be here in Pine Valley.

Bianca and Kendall look at the photo album. Kendall asks if Bianca heard from Reese. Bianca says they keep missing each other but will be fine and work it out one way or another. Bianca asks why she snuck out of the hospital. Kendall says she knows it sounds crazy but she needed to be close to Zach. Bianca thinks it's not crazy at all. Kendall tells her she's been having dreams where she felt like Zach was reaching out and trying to tell her something but she doesn't know what. Kendall tells Bianca that her place was broken into but nothing was taken. She says the cops think it could've been a teenage prank but she isn't sure. Kendall says she has so much going on in her head. Bianca wonders if Zach could be trying to warn her. Kendall doesn't think it makes any sense and it could also be the medication from surgery. Bianca asks what Ricky thinks. Kendall says Ricky was kind and understanding as usual.

Ricky meets his partner, Diana, in the park and says they need to trust him to do his job. Diana says Ricky still doesn't have the proof that Zach had on them that they were stealing from the casino. Ricky says he'll make sure the casinos are not sold and that he'll spend a lot of time with Kendall when she gets out of the hospital. Ricky says killing Zach was the easy part. Diana asks Ricky what if Kendall gets suspicious. Ricky says he'll do what he needs to do. Opal walks up and asks Ricky what he's doing out here. Ricky greets her. Opal thinks there is a problem. Ricky asks what she means. Opal says Ricky was supposed to visit her and Erica to talk about Kendall and he never showed. Ricky apologizes. He tells the woman that he'll talk to her soon and she leaves. Opal hopes she wasn't interrupting. Ricky says not at all since he loves to running into one of his favorites. Ricky tells Opal that Kendall has been doing better emotionally and physically and he will be there for her as much as he can be. Opal tells him that Kendall is very special.

Kendall talks to Bianca more about hanging on to Zach, not just in the dreams but the way she thinks and lives. Kendall says she hasn't even moved forward on selling Zach's casinos yet. Kendall says she will and the money will go to the Miranda Center expansion but right now it's impossible to let go. Bianca holds back tears and Kendall asks if she's okay. Bianca says she's just thinking about what Kendall is going through as well as Ryan with Emma gone. Kendall asks if there is more on her mind. Marissa arrives and enters their room. Marissa lets Bianca know that she's there and exits. Kendall asks Bianca about her meeting with Marissa, if it's as a friend or a lawyer. Kendall asks what's going on. Bianca says she didn't want to bother her while she's trying to get better but she lied to her before. She did talk to Reese and they're getting a divorce.

Ryan, Jesse, and Greenlee go over the steps as to where Annie went after picking up Emma in the first place. Ryan thinks they can narrow it down. Ryan goes over on the map where she went from point to point. Greenlee thinks she could've gone through the park. Jesse says they have cameras and he's on it. Jesse exits to check the park. Ryan hopes they can find out. Greenlee wants him to relax and offers to make him dinner. Ryan can't relax and he says he has to get out there because he can't sit and wait. Ryan tells Greenlee to stay with Spike and he'll call her. Ryan goes out.

Amanda tells Jake about losing it when she saw the ring around Cara's neck. Jake asks if it was a screaming match or a stern talking to. Amanda says it was somewhere in between and apologizes. Jake says this is his mess and apologizes for Amanda having to deal with it. Amanda doesn't think he needs to apologize because Cara came back on her own. Amanda tells him that Cara says she accepted that Jake moved on. Jake wonders if Amanda believed her. Amanda says she believes in their love, future, and family and that's all that matters. Amanda kisses Jake and Trevor.

Griffin wonders if everyone thinks they can fake their death just because David did. Tad thinks it will work. Griffin asks Tad if he'll really save the woman who broke his brother's heart. Tad brings up that she also saved his life. Griffin doesn't think it will work. Cara thinks he doesn't like that someone else wants to help her. Cara tells him to stop holding on so tight in protecting her. Griffin thanks Tad for his help and tells him that his idea may work.

Ryan is on the phone in his car asking if there's anything else. He hangs up and Greenlee enters his car. Ryan asks what she's doing there. Greenlee says he didn't think she'd really let him do this alone.

Griffin and Tad talk about their plan. Griffin tells Tad to make sure this thing is air tight. He thanks Tad and kisses Cara then leaves. Cara thanks Tad saying it's a big deal for her life and it's appreciated.

Jake and Amanda arrive at the hospital. Jake tells her has to go check a lot of work. They kiss and Amanda goes off to see Kendall. Amanda runs into Cara. Cara asks if she's back for round two. Amanda says she didn't come to see her and knows she made her plans clear.

Kendall tells Bianca she's so sorry. Bianca says Kendall was right, she was putting off the inevitable. Kendall was hoping for a different outcome and apologizes for pressuring her. Bianca thinks it was a long time coming. Kendall asks what Reese said. Bianca says she felt like she did, like it was over and was afraid to say it. Bianca says it was a difficult but civil conversation and she's sure they'll have an uncomplicated divorce. Kendall asks about the girls. Bianca knows Miranda will take it hard and starts crying. Bianca can't believe it's come to this. Bianca tells Kendall she has to go meet Marissa. Kendall tells her she loves her. Bianca says the same. Ricky walks in and says he can come back. Bianca tells him to stay and hugs him. Bianca thanks him for looking after Kendall. Ricky says it's his pleasure.

Greenlee tells Ryan not to worry since Spike is with Miranda and the babysitter. Ryan wonders how she even knew he was there. Greenlee says he taught her to begin at the end. Ryan thanks her for being there. Greenlee says Emma will come back because she loves her dad so much. Greenlee gives him his wedding present since she never had a chance to give it to him. Ryan opens it and it's a watch. Ryan says it's beautiful. Greenlee wants it to be a reminder and a promise that Emma is going to come back.

Ricky asks Bianca if everything is alright. Bianca says she'll be fine. Kendall tells him that her marriage is ending. Ricky tells her he'll do whatever he can since he's a good listener. Kendall tells Bianca to call her. Bianca says she will and tells her to get some rest. Bianca exits. Ricky tells Kendall he can leave too if she wants to rest. Kendall insists she's not tired. Ricky asks Kendall if Griffin chewed her out for leaving the hospital. Kendall says she can handle him. Ricky asks Kendall what she can't handle. Ricky tells Kendall about helping out the chef at a new restaurant on main street so he offered him a personally catered meal whenever he wants. Ricky tells Kendall that he's saving it for the first night she's out of the hospital. Ricky jokes that he's going to leave before Griffin comes in and chews him out. Ricky points out that Griffin has made her case personal. Kendall doesn't think it's a bad thing.

Griffin checks Opal at the hospital and tells her she has the heart of a 20 year old. Opal can't believe he's still single, thinking he must be too busy saving lives. Opal brings up what he did for Kendall in the ambulance. Opal thinks it really bonds two people in an experience like that. Griffin tells her that Kendall is his patient and he'd do the same for her.

Tad finds Jake and wants to talk about Cara. Jake doesn't want to be involved. Tad takes him into a room and tells him he has an idea that Cara and Griffin are onboard with. Jake asks what he's up to. Tad says they're going to kill her.

Cara doesn't know what Jake has told Amanda but she just found out something that she should know. Amanda guesses that she's deciding to stay in Pine Valley. Cara says she can't talk to her. Amanda wants her to get out of town.

Kendall asks Ricky what he thinks of Griffin. Ricky thinks Griffin is interested in her and he can't blame him. Kendall doesn't think she's been giving off signals since Zach just died a few months ago. Ricky says it's none of her business. Kendall says Griffin is her doctor and did an amazing thing to save her. Ricky says Griffin is obviously a great doctor cause anyone who keeps her around is a hero to him. Griffin walks in and says that's nice to hear. Ricky hurries out. Griffin tells her that he likes that she was talking about him. Kendall asks what he thinks about her being released from the hospital since her tests are good and she's feeling stronger. Griffin agrees that she's ready to go home.

Greenlee tells Ryan that every second on the watch is another second closer to being with Emma again. Ryan asks what he did to deserve Greenlee and doesn't know what he'd do without her. She says she'll be there for him no matter what. Ryan says they are going home since there's nothing there for them to find.

Tad is on the phone making arrangements for the death certificate. Amanda walks in behind him and asks who died. Tad says no one yet. Amanda asks who is sick. Tad doesn't know how much Jake has told her about Cara's history. Tad tells her the people are still after her. Amanda wonders what's going on. Tad informs her that he's working on a plan to fake Cara's death and he needs Amanda in on it. Amanda thinks it's crazy. Tad says it's no crazier than letting her leave town with a target on her back. Tad says he and Griffin will do all the work. Amanda asks if these guys would really kill Cara. Tad says in a heartbeat so they are going to make sure that doesn't happen. Tad exits and Amanda is shocked.

Jake comes up to Cara at the hospital and he tells her that he talked to Tad about the plan. Cara asks if he thinks they can pull it off. Jake says Tad can do anything. Cara reminds him that this is why she left. They joke about their past. Jake says Cara Finn was brave, courageous, and larger than life. Cara says now she's going to be gone. Jake knows it's just a name and tells Cara that she's everything she ever was and more.

Ryan and Greenlee return home and sit on the couch. Ryan says it feels so empty without Emma. Ryan thinks this is the first time he's sat down and just stopped since she disappeared. Greenlee assures him they will find her as a knock on the door is heard. Jesse returns and says paydirt. He hands Ryan a photo of Annie with David. Ryan says "Hayward you son of a bitch"

Bianca tells Marissa she just wants a friend as a lawyer that can help and mentions that Caleb said she was good. Marissa hopes they can make it as quick and painless as possible. Marissa asks if she's discussed custody issues yet. Bianca thinks it won't be a problem since she's had Gabi this whole time and gave birth to her. Marissa brings up that things can get messy when a child is involved. Bianca doesn't think that will happen. Marissa hopes so but tells her to be prepared just in case.

Kendall thinks Griffin is glad to get rid of her since she's not a good patient. Kendall brings up that she's constantly disappearing from the hospital and almost got him killed in the ambulance. Griffin bets she's glad to get away from him too. Griffin mentions he won't be checking on her 24/7 or listening to her heart. Kendall says he has a good point that he's a pain. Griffin says she is too and they agree. Kendall and Griffin toast to being a pain in the ass. Griffin says she won't get rid of him that quickly. Kendall knows he promised to keep her safe. Ricky watches them from outside the room.

Amanda is on the phone saying she was mistaken in calling in the immigration violation. Amanda argues with the people and gets hung up on. Amanda worries and runs down the hall.

Cara tells Jake that she can never go back to Doctors Without Borders if this fake death goes through. Tad walks in looking for Griffin. Tad says he has some important ideas. Two men of immigration services walk in saying they are investigating charges brought up against Cara. The man tells Cara that she is under arrest for passport fraud. Amanda stops at the doorway and sees what's taking place.
