JR is sitting in the living room on his laptop. Annie walks in and asks if there's anything she can help with. JR tells her everything is under control. Annie wants to sneak off for some alone time together. JR tells her he has wall to wall meetings and has to go to Fusion now. They kiss and JR tells her he will see her later. JR exits and Annie opens his laptop and looks at it. Marissa walks in behind her and asks if she found anything interesting.

Damon hands a paper to Liza and asks if that's the one she is using. Liza laughs and says that is perfect. Damon asks if she remembers the last time she worked nonstop. Liza says when prosecuting Erica Kane she doesn't take breaks. Damon says he forgot she's type A. Liza apologizes and says it's just the time of year. Damon asks if she means after the holidays. Liza says she doesn't have family or friends so no holidays. Damon points out she does have family. Liza reminds him that Colby wants nothing to do with her. Liza says she still has a Christmas present that she didn't give to her. Damon suggests she give it to her now cause he's meeting her for lunch. Damon thinks they can surprise her and Colby will be pissed at first but she'll get over it.

Asher runs into Colby at the Mansion. Asher says he hasn't seen her in awhile. Colby says she's been busy with school. Colby tells him that JR says Asher has been stepping up at work. Asher tells her JR has been really good to him. Colby tells him word might get around that he's a decent guy. Asher wouldn't go that far. Colby drops her phone and they both go to pick it up and their faces get close.

Erica and Caleb are sitting together and Erica wants to make sure Kendall is not involved in this in any way and she can't remember shooting David. Caleb says they are together on that. Erica says that's good as long as they are together. Caleb has a flashback to kissing Erica on the roof.

Kendall is sleeping in the hospital and she awakes and screams as she thinks she sees David. Griffin asks what's wrong. Kendall tells him that David was here standing over her. Griffin tells her it was just him and she just woke up. Kendall thinks David was there grinning and pointing at her like he knew something.

Erica tells Caleb they need to talk about what happened between them. Caleb suggests saying it never happened. Erica says they both know it did. Erica wants to be sure he understands why. Erica reminds him that Kendall was in the hospital and she had just confided in him that Kendall shot David so she was an emotional wreck and he was trying to comfort her. Caleb apologizes for crossing the line. Erica thanks him for acknowledging it. Erica tells him maybe they shouldn't work so close together because she can work from home. Caleb disagrees and tells her she doesn't have to do this.

Damon continues trying to get Liza to go with him to see Colby. Damon says she might be more open than Liza thinks. Liza agrees and tells Damon that if it doesn't work she will blame him. Damon calls Colby.

Asher hands Colby her phone and she gets up and answers it. Asher looks disappointed when he hears it's Damon. Damon asks if they are still on for Krystal's and Colby says they are and she will see him there. Colby hangs up and turns back to Asher, she tells him that Damon asked her to lunch. Asher says no thanks and Colby assures him she wasn't inviting him. Asher hands her things to her and she walks out.

Damon tells Liza that they are all set. Damon wants her to look happy because it's a good thing.

JR is on the phone at Fusion and is saying that he just wanted to make sure Annie was ready. JR says he has been very busy and will take care of it.

Marissa asks Annie if she's out of her mind. Annie says she's perfectly sane. Marissa asks if she's coming over here with the flu. Annie tells her she's better. Marissa brings up JR's remission. Annie tells her she's the reason he is better. Marissa argues with her and Annie yells at her that she would never put JR at risk and isn't sick anymore. Marissa is taken back and says she heard her. Annie tells her that she would never put someone at risk and is just here to work. Marissa asks if JR is around. Annie tells her that he's at a meeting and warns Marissa to leave him the hell alone. Marissa exits and Annie calls her a bitch.

Erica tells Caleb she's only suggesting they work apart for awhile so that he's not uncomfortable. Caleb says he isn't uncomfortable. Erica asks if he didn't find what happened just now awkward. Caleb says no and asks if Erica did. Erica says she just wants to be sure he understands that she still loves Jack and they are still getting married. Caleb says yes and agrees they are colleagues, partners and she is still marrying Jack. As he finishes, Bianca walks in.

Kendall asks Griffin if he thinks she's crazy. Griffin thinks she should get some rest. Kendall wants to know why she can't get David out of her head. Griffin says he knows she blames him for her husband's death. Reverend Ricky Torres walks in and offers to help her. Kendall tells him that she saw David standing over her bed and knows it was a hallucination but it felt so real to her like he was saying something. Reverend Torres asks what he was saying. Kendall doesn't know but feels like something is missing. Ricky says she's missing Zach. Griffin says he'll be back. Ricky tells her he doesn't think Griffin likes him. Ricky says her thoughts about David are holding her back from getting out of the hospital. Kendall tells him she had pneumonia. Ricky thinks her whole mind, body, spiritual connection can do good and bad. Kendall asks if she gave herself pneumonia. Ricky tells her that she has it in her to get home to her kids. Kendall knows she needs to get David out of her head. Ricky suggests she thinks about her kids, her life, snowballs and the superbowl party at the church. Kendall asks about the superbowl party and Ricky invites her to come to it. Griffin comes back in and says he's taking Kendall for tests. Ricky tells her he will see her when she gets home. Ricky exits and Kendall asks about the tests. Griffin says that's not where he wants to take her.

Liza and Damon are at Krystal's and Liza praises Damon for his excellent work and isn't sure she'd manage without him. Damon is happy and Colby walks in. Colby thought he was done for work. Damon says he is but thought her mom could join them. Colby asks if it was Liza's idea. Damon says it wasn't. Colby thinks Liza is butting in on them. Damon says he thought they could spend some time together. Liza doesn't want to fight, she just misses Colby . Colby asks how she can when she has her boyfriend running around for her all day. Damon says he's doing it for them. Colby asks if he really thinks she's doing it for them. Damon says he wishes he could spend every moment with Colby but loves his work. Colby guesses that takes Liza off the hook. Colby tells Damon he doesn't know Liza like she does. Colby tells Liza she won't fool her.

Asher walks into the living room and Annie asks if anyone knocks anymore. Annie asks Asher for computer advice and wants him to put in the password because it isn't working. Asher points out that it's JR's personal computer and says he'll check with JR first. Annie tells him to forget it because the whole point was to not bother him. Asher wonders if it's something important. Annie says it is. Asher suggests she tell him what it is so he can help her out. Annie declines. Asher tells her he knows what's going on between her and JR.

Marissa arrives at Fusion and thought JR was there for a meeting. JR asks who told her that. Marissa says it doesn't matter and reminds JR it's his 3 month checkup. JR says he has other things like his business going to hell. JR tells her he's fine and doesn't need a doctor. Marissa says she was just checking. JR laughs and says it kind of pisses him off that Marissa can always call him out when he's full of it. JR admits he's worried. JR says ever since last night he's been looking online for symptoms to see if he had any and he doesn't know but maybe it's best to not have a clue. Marissa knows how scary it is. JR thinks it could come back at any time. Marissa thinks it would be better to find out now and if they don't find anything, he can be relieved. JR says he used to deal with this with scotch. JR says it's a lot harder with your mind clear and eyes wide open. Marissa tells him she'll go with him.

Damon tells Colby that this is his decision and she keeps thinking Liza is making him. Colby knows but just wishes Liza wasn't involved. Liza says she is just trying to make things work. Colby tells her to stop cause she's fine. Colby says this is their relationship and she's accepted that and wants her to. Liza sees more for them. Liza says she knows she made mistakes, some stupid hurtful mistakes and she's sorry. Colby says she gets it she's sorry fine. Liza asks her to remember when they had fun together, a lot of fun together. Liza remembers manicure nights where they laughed and talked about everything. Colby tells her that was a really long time ago. Damon thinks it's something to go on. Liza says she has been there for Colby through everything. Colby asks if she's slamming dad now. Liza asks when he last called. Colby tells her not to go there. Damon thinks that's a bad idea. Liza says she has been there for her. Colby reminds her that she took her away from dad to begin with. Colby says she's wrong if she thinks she can take her from Damon. Colby exits and Damon tries to stop her.

Annie is shocked that JR told Asher about them. Asher says JR trusts family. Annie thinks he should be nice to her because she's going to be with JR. Asher says that's good for her. Annie says if she asks him for something it's like JR is asking and asks if they are clear. Asher says yes. Annie calls him a smart ass and tells him to watch his tone. Asher wishes her luck.

Marissa and JR arrive for his checkup. Marissa says she has a good feeling about this. JR says he's tired of sitting in a doctor's office wondering if he'll see his son's next birthday. Marissa stops him and JR says he knows it's depressing. Marissa says it's human and everyone would be scared. She thinks she understands him a little bit better now. JR wants her to fill him in. She says he thought he would die but didn't so ever since he's been running a thousand miles an hour doing everything to feel alive. JR says some of those things never should have happened. Marissa suggests maybe it's time for him to slow down. She tells him that whatever news he gets not to take it as an excuse to run through life. She tells him a lot of people are in his corner. A doctor comes in and says she has the results.

Erica tells Bianca she was emphasizing to Caleb that he needs to get the charges dropped because she has a wedding to plan. Caleb gets up and says he has to go check in with Liza and leaves. Bianca tells Erica that she hopes she's imagining this. Erica asks what she's talking about. Bianca says her and Caleb. Erica says they work well together. Bianca tells her this is not the first time she's walked in on them close and tense. Bianca says they went out of their way to explain themselves which makes her believe something is going on and she asks if there is.

Griffin is pushing Kendall in a wheelchair down the hallway. Kendall tells him that he doesn't know the things David is capable of like she does. Griffin says he doesn't care to know them. Kendall asks if he's taking her to David's room. He asks if she thinks he's awake and says they'll find out.

Erica tells Bianca she won't deny she and Caleb have a connection because they're business partners, he's her attorney and saved her life but that's the extent of it. Bianca accepts it. Erica says Bianca said they both explain it away and asks what Caleb says. Bianca says Caleb denies it too. Erica thinks that should answer all her questions. Bianca says it would if she believed him but he clearly cares for Erica a lot. Erica thinks that's sweet and says it's possible there is a small attraction on his part. Bianca asks if it's just on his part. Erica says yes and tells her she's late to see Kendall. They hug and Erica leaves.

Kendall asks Griffin what he's doing. Griffin says she can't stop thinking about David and it's causing her problems. Kendall tells him that Ricky thinks she needs to let it go. Griffin ignores that and tells her it's time for her to face this. He wheels her in to David's room and says he's still the same way he was when he was brought in. Kendall says she gets it and knows he can't hurt her. Kendall says she doesn't know why she can't let go. Griffin moves her closer and tells her to go ahead and do what she has to do as long as no pillows are involved. Griffin exits. Kendall says to David that she wants to know why. She says he's a doctor with an oath to save lives and he had integrity and respect. She says David even had Greenlee for a while but she will never forgive him for taking Zach. Kendall says she's done being his victim and won't let him win. She says she's finished with him and it's over but it's not.

Annie tells Asher she will remember this. Asher asks if he said something to offend her. Colby walks in and says oh great now her day is perfect. Annie says she was just leaving and exits. Asher asks Colby what's wrong. Colby says nothing. Asher says he can see that. Asher asks if she had a fight with Damon. Colby says she doesn't want to talk about anything and says not to ask her questions. Colby asks if any food was made. Asher tells her had a protein bar and gives it to her. Asher guesses lunch didn't go well. Colby yells that she doesn't want to talk about it and to stop asking her questions. Asher suggests he can help. Colby says no and Asher says she's shutting down like he used to so now he thinks she should talk.

Damon and Liza return to her place and Damon apologizes for everything that happened. Liza regrets bringing up Adam. Damon says he'll talk to Colby for her. Liza tells him to stay out of it. Damon says it's hard for him to see her hurting like this. Liza assures him she will survive.

The doctor tells JR his signs are perfect, no sign of cancer and still in remission. JR and Marrisa are overjoyed and JR thanks the doctor. She tells him that he won't have to do this for 6 months. Marissa says she's so happy for him. JR says she made him face the truth and thanks her. JR hugs Marissa as Annie walks by and sees this.

Erica arrives with flowers in Kendall's room but sees she's not there. She wonders where she is.

Griffin thinks Kendall is still worried about David. Kendall says it was a hallucination but it felt very real to her. She knows she said she was done with David but something is missing and something's still in her head about him but she can't figure out what.

Colby tells Asher it's about her mother. Colby explains Damon invited Liza to lunch to fix things between them. Asher doesn't think that's so bad. She says he doesn't know her mother. Asher asks what happened. Colby says it doesn't really matter, it's whatever. Asher says she's been trying to reconnect him with his dad so she should give it a shot and asks what Liza did. Colby says she keeps telling her how much she loves her but what she really is trying to tell her is that her dad doesn't love her. Asher says that's not true. Colby fights back tears and says she doesn't know that it's not true. Asher gets up and hugs her. Asher asks how could her dad not love her.

Damon tells Liza he is going to talk to Colby. Liza says not to talk to her about them because it's a lost cause. Damon reluctantly agrees and backs off. He goes to the door and Caleb arrives. Damon steps out and Caleb steps in. Liza says it's not a good time. Caleb says he's here with a deal that is a win-win for both of them. Erica will plead guilty for negligent handling of a weapon. Liza reminds him that David is still in a coma. Caleb says Erica can do community service and everything. Liza declines and says Caleb declined her deal before and wants to know what changed his mind.

JR is at Krystal's and Annie walks in. Annie asks what he's doing there and not at a business meeting at Fusion. JR says he was but he was so busy that he forgot to eat. Annie asks who he met for lunch. JR says just board hands no one important. Annie calls him a liar and says she knows he was at the hospital with Marissa holding on to her for dear life. JR says that's not the case. Annie asks if he's admitting he lied. JR says yes.

Asher tells Colby he knows her dad loves her. Asher says when he looks at her and her beautiful face, he can't imagine him not loving her. Asher calls Colby the most amazing person he's ever met in his entire life. They kiss and Damon walks in.

Caleb says Erica needs to be planning her wedding. Liza asks if it's that time of year already and if she should just give her a slap on the wrist. Caleb reminds her everything Erica has been through. Liza says it's no reason to shoot a man. Caleb says Erica shot a man who was trying to kill another man. Caleb brings up a story from West Virginia that ended with him in a court case being called the DA Killer. Liza laughs it off and says she's going to convict his client so no deal. Caleb tells her to get ready to send out her resume.

Griffin tells Kendall it makes sense that David would be in her head because he's caused her so much hell. Kendall thinks she's missing something. Griffin asks what it is. Kendall says if she knew, she might believe it was all over but he's the only one with the answer. Kendall asks David what it is and why can't she stop thinking about him. Erica walks in behind them looking surprised.
