Jack and Reggie appear at the wedding of Mimi and Garrett. Reggie notices there are very few people there. Jack tells him he can see the bride, but she does not look happy. Derek and Livia appear and Jack wonders where Dani is. He then tells his son that he wants him to at least appear civilized to her when she comes. It’s obvious why she is not there. Mimi seems worried that her daughter will not be there. Garrett says they can always give her a few minutes. But they both know she has no intention of coming. Derek then says they cannot start without Danielle, but the preacher starts the wedding. Right at that moment, however, Danielle enters with Josh. Mimi approaches her daughter and acts all sweet. But Josh goes after Garrett, punches him and tells him he’s a sick s.o.b.

Dixie and Julia talk about their plan in Dixie’s room.

JR asks Winifred where his father is. Babe enters and also sounds worried that Adam is not there, and knowing that her mother is also missing. They seem to be able to figure out where they both are.

Adam wakes up looking hung over with Krystal beside him in bed. When they open their eyes and see each other they both scream.

Tad pounds on the door telling Dixie it’s very important that she answer the door. Julia hides and Dixie tells Tad that she was dressing. Tad tells her that last night somebody ransacked his home and he knows that Slater is up to something. Julia overhears Tad telling Dixie that Zach is not above many crooked behaviors and cannot be trusted with the letter that she wrote. She tells him that “any letter she could have written” would be in the safest place she could find. He tells her whoever tried to kill Julia needs to be stopped as soon as possible. He asks her if there is something in that letter that she does not want him to see.

After Josh punches Garrett, Mimi tells the others that this man has to be arrested. Josh asks her if she really wants to marry this pervert who barges into the shower when Dani is undressed. Hearing that, Derek is ready to make Garrett’s life hell. Mimi cries and tells them that Garrett did not do anything. Reggie then says he knows that Dani would not make up anything like that. Derek tells Garrett if he ever touches his daughter, he will be sorry. Mimi protests that Dani is just making that up because she doesn’t want them to get married. Garrett explains that Josh is persuading Danielle to tell these lies because he wants to brainwash her and get in her pants like he did the first time they met. He says that he doesn’t blame Dani, but he blames Josh. Livia then asks Dani to tell her everything that happened.

Babe and JR seem to want to find his father and her mother although they both deny that either would want the other. She says wherever Adam is, her momma would not be anywhere nearby. He tells her that Adam would not be with Krystal if she had a lamb chop around her neck. But they both seem to know better.

After they wake up in bed and discovered they are both nude, and do not remember what happened the previous night, they consider the possibility of what might have happened, or more accurately don’t want to consider that possibility.

Tad tells Dixie that if she will not tell him about the letter, he will go straight to Sturgis. He leaves and Julia comes out of hiding to tell Dixie that she can see that Dixie must be the only person who knows this information. Dixie tells Julia that she needs to stay there alone and hidden because she is in danger. She tells Julia that everybody who gives her a bed or a sandwich will be killed. She cannot go with Dixie wherever she is going. It’s a surefire way for them both to wind up dead.

JR and Babe go to the CPR class. The instructor assumes that everybody in the class is a couple (except them) and won’t mind “making out” in order to learn CPR. JR clarifies that he and Babe do not wish to make out. They just want to learn CPR. The instructor asks if a volunteer can work on a doll in order to demonstrate that they know how to help a baby breath. She tells him he did it perfectly and asks if he’s done it before. He looks at Babe and says he’s seen it done. The instructor then tells the participants that they must all know about “adult CPR”. JR asks Babe if she knows about adult CPR. She asks him to lie down so she can show him, but they both look uneasy.

Krystal and Adam seem to remember that they got really drunk last night. Krystal then tells Adam that he must turn his head while she gets her dress on, however, he has to look her over and she knows he got her drunk and then tricked her into this. She tells him he’s been hot for her for a long time. He tells her she has an inflated ego. He tells her that he hasn’t lost his sanity. He is still Adam Chandler. Then, he’s ready to tell her that he would not touch her with a ten-foot pole. But he has a memory of their “activity” the previous night.

Derek tells Mimi that she must realize that their daughter would never make up accusations like this. She cries and says that Garrett is a wonderful man. Reggie overhears and tells them he will take care of him. Jack asks his son to calm down. Reggie asks Mimi how she could believe the word of a pervert over her own daughter. Garrett tells them that with all of these officers of the court present, they should understand the concept of innocent until proven guilty. Reggie then says the only one who’s innocent here is Dani. Garrett says she was innocent until she met Josh. Right then, Josh and Reggie are ready to attack him, but Livia and Dani enter and Livia announces that she’s cross examined many witnesses throughout her life and she knows that Dani is not lying about what Garrett has done.

Dell tells Tad that he refuses to help him. Tad tells Dell that this is not about helping him, but rather that it is about his sister. He says he does not believe that he’s going to put himself in danger for a hit man. Del asks Tad why Julia Santos is more important to him than his sister.

Julia asks Dixie how she knows Dixie will not rat her out. Dixie tells her she will not let her take away her life with Tad just because Julia will not stay put for 10 minutes. Dixie tells her that she knows the players and trusts them more than she trusts Julia. She asks Julia to swear on whatever she thinks is holy to not do anything to mess this up. She tells her she must trust her and do things her way. Hearing that, Julia tells Dixie she is nothing like the Dixie she used to know. Dixie tells her she’s changed and notices that Julia has also changed from what she remembers of Maria’s kid sister. Dixie says she must leave and Julia needs to swear, again, on whatever matters to her that she will stay put and not follow her. Julia then agrees to swear on Noah’s soul that she will not follow Dixie. Julia tells her good luck and she leaves.

Tad tells Dell that what is oddly reassuring is that in a world that is changing all the time, one thing that has never changed is Dell. He’s the same idiot he always was. He tells Dell that he does not trust him and believes he wants to use Dixie. Dell remarks that Tad has had his own dishonorable track record of marrying and divorcing Dixie three times. Not even Erica Kane has been married or divorced to the same person that many times, he tells Tad. Tad tells Dell if he really cares about Dixie, he needs to help find the killers.

Mimi tells everybody that today is her and Garrett’s wedding day. And anybody who cannot be happy for them does not belong there. She looks right at her daughter and Dani rushes off. Derek, Josh, Reggie, Jack and Livia go with her and Mimi and Garrett are alone.

Babe follows the procedures with JR then asks him to “do” her. She then tickles him and he doesn’t think it’s funny. She tells him that tickling is part of the infant CPR course and tells him she wanted to see if he could laugh. She tells him that she remembers he used to laugh all the time and remembers he had a nice laugh. He then goes to perform CPR on her. She says he may “bring her back to life”.

Krystal tells Adam he is a horny old toad and they did not do anything. He tells her she wanted him the previous night, and she tells him he must have poured moonshine down her throat,  and gotten her so drunk she didn’t know what she was doing or who he was. He tells her she must have known who he was because she was screaming: “Adam” all night. He tells her that he knows how to keep his mouth shut as well as hers. He then pulls out a wad of bills and asks her to name her price.

Mimi and Garrett are alone with the preacher. Jack and Livia are nearby but trying to make themselves scarce. Mimi tells Garrett that from this day forward, he will never be alone. She will be with him through any adversity. He tells her that he will honor, trust and devote his life to her and never leave her. The preacher then says that he now pronounces them husband and wife. It looks like Jack and Livia get up to leave after their “civic duty” and they do not look happy. Mimi gets a call and makes a comment about how nobody should expect anything to go right on this day. She then throws her bouquet and takes her call. Garrett smirks as if he knows something.

Krystal tells Adam that she refuses to take money from him. She is not a prostitute. And she knows that he’s going to be bragging to all his buddies about what happened last night, but he denies it.

 When Babe is “acting” with JR, he knows what comes next is that he covers her mouth with his. But he does not do it and asks if he looks like he’s learned CPR.

At the end of the wedding, Reggie goes looking for Danielle. And when Garrett is alone, Dixie comes to see him. It seems they know each other. He asks her why she is still there. She tells him she needs to ask him for a favor, for old time’s sake. She asks him to let Julia Santos go.
