Victor: How was your walk?

Nikki: Refreshing.

Victor: If you'd asked me, i would have come along. My guess is you wanted to be alone, right?

Nikki: And you know why.

Victor: I know why. You're snooping around, looking in all the buildings, find out if adam was hiding somewhere. Right? I could have told you he was nowhere here on the ranch.

Nikki: Well, maybe not now. But what about earlier? Tell me about that glass of scotch you poured the other night. You know, the brand that you never drink.

Victor: Uh-huh.

Nikki: Was victoria correct in assuming that was for adam?

Victor: She's absolutely correct. He was here one night. Then he left.

Nikki: Oh, my god, victor.

Victor: What?

Nikki: You harbored a fugitive. The police are looking for him.

Victor: He had nothing to do with what happened to that rey fellow.

Nikki: Just one night on this ranch makes you adam's accessory. It's called aiding and abetting.

Victor: I'm not gonna apologize for that to anyone. I will not turn my back on my son.

Ashland: What could we possibly have to discuss?

Tara: Ashland.

Ashland: Tara. What are you doing here? Well, you don't look surprised to see her, kyle.

Lola: Oh, wow. What are we looking at?

Nate: Video of open heart surgery. Most people wouldn't be able to stomach this.

Lola: Well, a chef can't have a squeamish stomach. So is this what doctors do in their free time?

Nate: What is this "free time" you speak of? I'm just checking out some new surgical techniques for askmdnow. And I find studying the latest innovations fascinating even if I can't perform surgery myself anymore.

Lola: Great, well, I approve of your hobby. In fact, if you weren't such a nerd, I probably wouldn't be alive today. Neither would rey, for that matter.

Nate: Well, I was just doing my job.

Lola: Mm-hmm. Well, you know, workaholics do need a break now and again.

Nate: I do have it on good authority from elena that you spend your down time trying out new recipes. So who's the overachiever?

Lola: Touché. [ Chuckles ] But when you love what you do, you never work a day in your life, right?

Nate: Couldn't have said that better myself.

Tara: Ashland, can we please talk? You've been sending my calls to voicemail, and I need to know what's going on. Why are you so upset with me?

Ashland: How did you know where to find me?

Tara: I knew kyle was looking for you, so I followed him.

Ashland: How fortuitous. Where would we be without kyle? So you two have been in touch.

Jack: What were you thinking? I told you to stay away.

Kyle: Locke obviously knows or suspects something happened between me and tara. If we continue to lie, the fallout will be nuclear. It's time we lay all of our cards on the table.

Jack: You cannot do this.

Kyle: I have to. It's the only way.

Nate: Want to see one of my surgery videos?

Lola: Yeah. Is that you under the mask and the cap?

Nate: Sure is. Way back when.

Lola: Wow, impressive. Maybe one day I'll show you a video of me deboning a chicken.

Nate: Mm, sounds fun. I don't know if you've heard, but I do a little cooking myself.

Lola: Oh. Why didn't you go to culinary school?

Nate: Just chose a different path.

Lola: I have an enormous amount of respect for doctors. I mean, the things that they do, they can change people's lives.

Nate: Including helping infertile couples have babies.

Lola: You heard about abby and chance?

Nate: Yeah. Elena had mentioned it to me.

Lola: Pretty cool, right? I mean, they get to have the family that they've always wanted, thanks to mariah and devon.

Nate: Abby's lucky to have such generous friends. I mean, everyone pulling together to make her dream come true. She'll make a great mom.

Lola: When abby wants something, just got to get out of her way.

Nate: Definitely not a wallflower.

Lola: [ Laughs ] You know, I'm still so bummed that she didn't marry into my family, but I have to admit that everything happened the way that it needed to. Her and chance, they just balance each other out. They get each other. And that's a little awkward, 'cause you guys dated, so...

Nate: [ Laughs ] No, it's cool, really. I'm lucky to have abby as a friend, and I'm glad she found somebody to roll with that constant newman family drama.

Lola: Because you're not that guy.

Nate: Far from it.

Lola: Mm-hmm.

Nate: Could not be me. Ever, mnh-mnh.

Lola: I get that. I understand it because, thanks to that family's insanity, my brother was placed in the hospital with thallium poisoning, and he almost didn't survive it.

Nikki: I assume you've pulled out all the stops in helping adam to disappear.

Victor: No, none.

Nikki: Are you also interfering in the sale of cyaxares to newman enterprises?

Victor: You know, you're framing the question the wrong way. Need I remind you that it was victoria who nixed the deal when it was offered to me. When first the company cyaxares came on the market, she was not interested. She only became interested when she found out that I was gonna purchase it and put adam in charge of it. Alright?

Nikki: Please, we --

Victor: Between her and me.

Nikki: Victor, we both know it was more than that. Besides, locke is the one who reopened negotiations when he found adam to be an unreliable partner. What was she supposed to do?

Victor: Nothing. Not bid against me. We are family. We stick together.

Nikki: Well, you'll have to forgive the rest of us who don't feel compelled to coddle a man who has tried to rip our family apart countless times.

Victor: You're a mother. You're a woman. Adam needs help.

Nikki: If you must find something for him to do -- that is, if he can manage to stay out of prison long enough to do it --

Victor: He's innocent.

Nikki: Why don't you buy him another company? Why does it have to be cyaxares?

Victor: I'm sorry that this puts you in a rather untenable position. Stuck between your husband and your daughter. I suggest you not get involved, alright? This is between victoria and me, and we will work it out as we always do.

Tara: Come back to new york with me now. Please.

Ashland: To what end?

Tara: So that we can talk, away from this town, away from the abbotts.

Ashland: You're protecting him now?

Tara: I don't know what you mean by that. If I'm protecting anything, it's the life we've built together, and I'm asking you to have this conversation with me in private.

Ashland: Because we aren't the kind of people who'd want to embarrass ourselves in public. That would be wrong. Scandalous, even.

Kyle: Enough with the games. I have something to say to you.

Ashland: I don't have time. As I have already explained to your father, I'm late for a meeting.

Jack: We'll be in touch.

Ashland: I'm sure we will.

Kyle: I can't believe tara just got in my way like that.

Jack: Consider yourself lucky. She may have just done you a huge favor. This is the sound of an asthma attack...

Kyle: I don't feel good about letting tara handle locke by herself. Did you see the way he was staring daggers at her?

Jack: Tara put herself in an uncomfortable position. Right now my concern is my son and our company -- in that order.

Summer: I just saw tara and ashland storm out of here. What happened? Did you confront him, kyle?

Kyle: I tried, but tara interrupted me, and then ashland claimed he had another meeting.

Jack: With your grandfather.

Summer: Thank god you didn't do anything that we can't recover from. Jack, is your phone off?

Jack: Yeah, I didn't want to be interrupted.

Summer: Okay, well, you can ignore the million messages that I left on your voicemail. I was just trying to warn you that kyle was gonna try and confront ashland.

Jack: Well, I wish I'd known. I would have kept them far apart.

Kyle: Well, what did you expect me to do? He may enjoy playing these games, but that doesn't mean the rest of us have to go along with him. He knows something happened between me and tara. You could see it on his face, you could hear it in his voice.

Jack: Before you arrived, he admitted he pulled out of the jabot deal because of something you had done.

Summer: He didn't elaborate on that?

Kyle: Then that settles it. It's time for me to face this head-on. I'm gonna tell locke I'll step down from jabot if he'll leave the company and my family alone.

Jack: Whoa, whoa, whoa. I appreciate you're willing to make that sacrifice, but let's back off from that right now.

Kyle: I'm not letting anyone else bear the brunt of his anger. If he wants to punish me, let him come for me. Not you, not jabot, not tara, not anyone else.

Jack: It's great that you're ready to fall on your own sword for the company, kyle, but this could backfire.

Kyle: I can handle him.

Jack: Kyle, I know many men like locke. I understand the mentality. Confronting him is only going to fuel the flame. It's our last resort.

Summer: He makes my grandfather look like a choirboy, kyle,

Jack: We'll debate that some other time. Kyle, listen to me. Let me to be your intermediary. Let me see if I can negotiate a détente. For the sake of the company, let me give this a shot --

[ Cellphone chimes ]

Kyle: Who is it? What's wrong?

Jack: We have to get back to jabot. Now.

Lola: It takes a special kind of person to volunteer to be the donor for a couple to have a family.

Nate: That's the kind of guy devon is. Generous to a fault. Not that I had the chance to tell him that.

Lola: You still haven't talked?

Nate: We communicate, but mostly about moses.

Lola: You two used to be so close. But I get it, though. I know that it's a super-complicated situation.

Nate: Mm. You must have talked about it with elena.

Lola: And I have some experience from my family. My brothers went through something very similar once. Actually twice.

Nate: I heard a little -- a little about that from abby when we were dating.

Lola: Yeah, unfortunately, she got burned by the fallout of arturo's lifelong attraction to mia. I was so scared that rey was gonna cut arturo out of his life forever after the way that him and mia broke his heart, but they managed to get through it. I mean, arturo was even the officiant at sharon and rey's wedding.

Nate: So there's hope for me and devon after all.

Lola: Okay, and speaking about rey, I never got to thank you for saving his life, so i would like to treat you for lunch at society.

Nate: I'm glad everything worked out, but you don't owe me anything.

Lola: Don't you know it's bad luck to turn down a free meal?

Nate: Is it?

Lola: Oh, yeah, no it is now.

Nate: [ Chuckles ] You don't have to do this.

Lola: I know I don't have to, but I want to. What else are you gonna do, huh? Do without? Or you just gonna get some bland and stale food from the hospital's cafeteria?

[ Gasps ] Nate, are you telling me that you don't like my food? Because ouch -- that just hurts.

Nate: Now you know that is not true.

Lola: Great, so you're gonna take me up on that offer?

Nate: You talked me into it. I will head over to society to collect my reward.

Lola: Well, I will make you something special.

Victor: Yes, ashland. Well, I was beginning to think you were gonna stand me up. Alright. Okay, I'll see you soon.

Victoria: Hello.

Victor: This is a surprise.

Victoria: [ Sighs ] Yes. Well, you know, my day has just been full of surprises.

Victor: Oh, yeah? What does that mean?

Victoria: For some reason, ashland locke is holding off on signing the sales agreement for cyaxares.

Victor: Oh. Your mother told me about that, yeah. Isn't that funny? Not too long ago you were so proud of the deal that you came here to rub my nose in it.

Victoria: So I assume that my suspicions are correct. You've been working to undermine me.

Victor: That's not a nice thing to hear from my daughter.

Victoria: No more nice to listen to your eloquent speeches about how you would go to the ends of the earth for all of your children and to learn that you only meant adam. Your eternally delinquent son.

Victor: Please leave him out of it. He has nothing to do with this. This is between you and me. Your carpets are filled with memories.

Victor: How dare you publicly oppose my bid for cyaxares? I mean, that is tantamount to betrayal.

Victoria: It was business.

Victor: Loyalty to family comes first.

Victoria: And by "family," do you mean adam?

Victor: Will you please just leave him out of it?

Victoria: Why? You never do. He's the reason you bought the company in the first place -- because you wanted to get back at billy for writing that exposé, even though every word of it was true.

Victor: You're still defending that miscreant? That S.O.B., Billy boy abbott? After what he has done to you?

Victoria: You know, daddy, the rest of the family is tired of being steam-rolled by adam. You've gone above and beyond being loyal to him. And now you're complicit in his crimes. Ashland locke is a total fool if he let his name and reputation be dragged through the mud with yours and adam'S.

Victor: I will make certain that he knows how you feel about him. He'll be very interested to hear it.

Victoria: Good, good. Tell him the truth. He built a company from nothing and you're willing to tear it to the ground just to protect adam from billy.

Victor: Are you finished?

Victoria: No, I'm far from it. This is not over, dad.

Victor: You bet it isn'T.

Nikki: Victoria, please don't' go.

Victor: Don't worry about it. She'll be okay once she realizes that adam is innocent of the crime that he's accused of. She'll come around. She'll realize that both adam and I are in the right.

Nikki: Well, for your sake, I hope you're right about adam. But what about the damage you're doing to your relationship with victoria? Don't you care?

Victor: What do you mean, "don't I care"? What are you talking about? Of course I care.

Nikki: Well, what are you willing to do to repair it?

Victor: What do you -- drop my bid for cyaxares?

Nikki: I think you should.

Victor: Not gonna happen. In fact, ashland locke is on the way over here.

Nikki: Oh, my god. Well, in that case, I'm glad victoria left when she did. I don't want to be around for this, either.

Victor: Good idea.

Lola: I'm glad you enjoyed the appetizer.

Nate: It was delicious. How could you tell?

Lola: The empty plate was a good sign. Wait till you see what's next. Excuse me just one moment.

Nate: Of course.

Lola: You made it.

Elena: Yeah, what's going on that we couldn't discuss over the phone?

Lola: Well, my aunt in miami is having these weird symptoms that no one can explain.

Elena: Oh. Has she seen see her primary care physician?

Lola: Yeah, no one can figure it out. But she heard what you and nate did for rey -- you guys are kind of celebrities in my family now -- and, you know, I just thought that maybe you two could solve this mystery, as well.

Elena: Well, I don't really feel comfortable diagnosing someone I haven't examined.

Lola: Hmm. Well, luckily, nate is here. So maybe you'd feel more comfortable puzzling it with him.

Elena: Lola.

Lola: You know, two heads are always better than one.

Jack: No, I want you to tell me how this happened. And do whatever's necessary to get it reversed. Do we understand each other? Thank you. Alright, stay in touch.

Kyle: Hartford?

Jack: They were visited by local inspectors. Cited with violations of the health and safety regulations.

Kyle: That's impossible. Look, all of our operations are squeaky clean. We lead the industry, we go above and beyond.

Jack: And our manager in hartford runs a very tight ship. There was no inspection at all. They were served with papers and told to shut it down.

Summer: Wait. How did this happen?

Kyle: This is textbook ashland. He knows about me and his wife, so he reacts.

Jack: We have no evidence that he was involved. If he was, we will find out.

Summer: You have contingency plans in place for emergencies, right? Like natural disasters?

Jack: I made a few calls in the car. Yeah, we've got some people working on this.

Kyle: Yeah, we'll have to expand production in chicago. I've got a call in to our legal team so we can figure out how to get our plants back on-line.

Jack: Yeah, I think that's a good idea.

[ Cellphone rings ] Hello? Talk to me. Really? No, I'm glad you told me. I'll stay in touch.

Kyle: What is it now?

Jack: The hits keep coming. Our plant in chicago has been shut down, too.

Where can a healthier heart

lead you?

"The young and the restless"

will continue.

Nate: So this sick aunt of yours...

Lola: My tía flora. You know, my mom keeps trying to make her go to the doctor, but she's too scared to even log on to askmdnow.

Nate: It's impossible to give a solid diagnosis without having her here in front of me.

Elena: Right, what are her symptoms? Does she have a fever?

Lola: Yes. Very high fever. Super high blood pressure.

Elena: Okay. Anything else?

Lola: Mm-hmm. Upset stomach, achy joints, a rash.

Nate: Where?

Lola: Everywhere, I think.

Nate: What's her temperature?

Lola: Mm. 90...96?

Elena: Wait a minute, i thought you said she was running a fever.

Nate: Now you're saying her temperature is low?

Elena: Guys, come on. I'm a chef. Like, what do I know? That's why I'm putting you guys together so you can figure this out for my poor tía milagros.

Nate: I thought you said her name was flora.

Lola: Mm-hmm. Yeah, you know? I'm gonna call my mom because she has all the facts. Why don't you sit down? I'll go grab you guys lunch. Consult with each other.

Nate: What she lacks in subtlety she makes up for in culinary genius.

Elena: I hope you know I had nothing to do with any of this.

Nate: I'm aware. But why not join me anyway?

Nikki: Hey. I saw your car in the parking lot.

Victoria: Please don't tell me that dad sent you to smooth things over with me because i have no intention of forgiving and forgetting.

Nikki: Is that what you think of me? I have a mind of my own, you know.

Victoria: You know, it was dad's idea for newman to buy cyaxares. He thought of it in the first place. He should just support what I'm trying to do, but, no, he won't do that because my victory would be at adam's expense, and, no, no, no, we can't have that, now, can we?

Nikki: I know. Listen, I just wanted to warn you that your father is mostly likely cutting a new deal with ashland as we speak. He was on the way to the ranch when I left.

Victoria: Well, I shouldn't be surprised. They're two of a kind. Ashland is taking advantage of this rift in our relationship. He's playing father against daughter. It didn't matter if he chose my bid or billy's bid. That's why he was able to choose it in a coin toss. He knows that offering either one of us the company will push dad's buttons.

Nikki: That may have been his intention, but I think he figured out pretty quickly that it's not so easy to manipulate victor newman. I mean, for better or worse, your father knows how to get what he wants, and god help the person who tries to make him change direction.

Victoria: You're not talking about locke anymore, are you? You're talking about me.

Ashland: Victor, are you around?

Victor: Ashland, I'm in here. Come in.

Ashland: Sorry I'm late.

Victor: That's quite alright. Everything going smoothly?

Ashland: Couldn't be better. Just tying up some loose ends.

Victor: Like some coffee?

Ashland: Well, I was hoping you had something stronger.

Victor: You bet, you bet. You okay?

Ashland: Perfect. I just have a lot on my mind.

Victor: I bet you do, you know? Selling your company is tantamount to giving up your first-born.

Ashland: [ Chuckles ] Right. About that drink...

Victor: You bet. What would you like?

Ashland: Bourbon.

[ Clears throat ] Why don't you make it a double?

Victor: Alright, bourbon it is. My nunormal?

Jack: This is the plant manager? Yes, this really is the jack abbott. It's good to talk to you, too, mike. Listen, I know you and your folks have been working very hard, but I need to ask something -- it's big. We need to expand production as quickly as possible. That means hiring extra hands to meet demand. We need to work extra shifts around the clock. Mike, mike, hold on, I got another fire to put out. I'm gonna put you on hold. Don't hang up. This is jack abbott. Jerry, no, you didn't do anything wrong. This is a coordinated attack aimed at multiple sites. Yeah, I'm gonna tell you exactly what to do, alright?

Kyle: We're juggling a dozen problems right now, and we'll let you know when it's taken care of. Good. You have my number. If you need anything, call.

Summer: Hey, I have an idea.

Kyle: Shoot.

Summer: What if we come at this from another angle?

Kyle: Let's hear it. I'm all ears.

Jack: Kyle? I need you to call our manager in san diego.

Kyle: Yeah, on it. Let me take care of this and then I'm all yours.

Summer: Okay.

Kyle: Yes, we've been brought up to speed on what's going on. No, our legal team is taking care of that right now. Here's what we'll need you to do.

Nate: That was a heck of a lot better than anything i could've found at the hospital cafeteria.

Elena: Yeah, lola's cooking has ruined every other restaurant for me.

Nate: Mm.

Elena: You said that you weren't interested in getting back together, and I appreciate your honesty and I respect your decision.

Nate: Thank you.

Elena: I told lola as much, so I'm not sure why she has this sudden urge to play cupid.

Nate: That might be my fault. We crossed paths a couple times today and talked about my failed romances. And the fact that I do care about you. I'm sure she was just trying to be helpful.

Elena: Hmm. So she thought she was doing something good.

Nate: Anyways, I should get back to memorial. Send my compliments to the chef.

Elena: I will.

Nate: See you soon, elena.

Lola: No. He left before dessert?

Elena: Everything was delicious.

Lola: But I was severely misguided. I guesplaying matchmaker was a bad idea.

Elena: Look, nate and I knew your heart was in the right place. But it really is too late for us. He doesn't trust that I won't hurt him again. And I have to find a way to be okay with that.

Lola: But if he's scared of getting hurt, doesn't that mean that he still cares?

Elena: Mm. I don't know. I don't want to think about this anymore. Thank you for a wonderful lunch. I'll see you back at home?

Lola: Yeah. Sure.

Nikki: I know you're frustrated that your father continues to protect adam. I am, too.

Victoria: Have you told him that?

Nikki: Countless times. He just will not listen to me. But you have to understand, there are certain core convictions that make your father the man he is. And one of them is his refusal to turn his back on any of his children.

Victoria: Depends on the child.

Nikki: Now, you know how much he loves you.

Victoria: So am I supposed to pretend that he didn't just try to screw me over yet again?

Nikki: Well, he doesn't see it that way.

Victoria: He doesn't see me at all.

Nikki: Honey, yes, he does. He just thinks that this is going blow over and that you don't need cyaxares or his protection, like adam does. He feels like adam has been through so much lately that having this kind of a company to work at will help him get on his feet.

Victoria: I hope you're not asking me to feel sorry for that monster.

Nikki: Darling, I'm just trying to make a point. You have been assuming that if you just stand up to your father, that he'll back down and learn his lesson. But do you see that happening, even a little bit? I mean, aren't you tired of banging your head up against the brick wall?

Victoria: Yes, of course i am. It's exhausting. But what other option do I have? I'm not going back to the days where I bend over backwards to make him happy. That never worked.

Nikki: Well, things can't go on the way they have been. The two of you are both hurt and angry and your relationship is just getting worse. Now, he can't change. Okay? He's too set in his ways. It's going to be up to you.

Victoria: Of course. It's always up to me. It's up to me to acquiesce to his will.

Nikki: If you want something to be different, you have to do something different. These battles aren't good for anyone.

Victor: Well, ashland let's make it official. I have my pr team standing by, ready to pull the trigger on the official press release. All we need now is your signature, and the deal is done.

Ashland: After you sweeten the offer, that is.

Victor: What are you doing? I offered you top dollar. Why are you doing this?

Ashland: Oh, it's to make up for the threat of -- of adam's notoriety that he now poses. The fact is, victor, your son is a liability.

Victor: Ashland, you're making a deal with victor newman. We had come to an agreement, and I don't like it when people renege on the agreement.

Ashland: Well, without my signature, that contract is just a piece of paper.

Victor: There we go. Want to use your own pen or use mine?

Ashland: [ Exhales sharply ] I'm not signing a damn thing. The deal is off. Cyaxares is no longer on the market.

[ Groaning ]

Victor: What's the matter with you?

Ashland: [ Groaning ] You'd never want leftover food residue on your surfaces.

Victoria: Yes, I did approach billy and lily about partnering with me, but that's only after you turned down my idea to let newman step in first. You know, cyaxares is a crown jewel, and that's why I put a bid in it on the first place. I saw an opportunity. I took advantage of it. You would have done the same.

Victor: Why don't we talk about the real reason you approached billy boy to buy cyaxares?

Victoria: No, I am not trying to rekindle my relationship with billy.

Victor: The more you deny it, the less believable that becomes. I put you in charge of newman enterprises because i thought you had good judgment. You've given me reason lately to question my decision. That's a problem. You go fix it.

Victoria: [ Sighs ] Hi, billy. It's me. I was just wondering if you had some time in the next few days for a family dinner and game night. The kids have been talking about it nonstop -- how they're gonna crush you. So, yeah, let me know.

Lola: I'm guessing that's a brownie because you took off before dessert.

Nate: If I had realized that free lunch was a set-up...

Lola: I am so sorry for tricking you into having lunch with elena and for making up that really lame story about my sick aunt. What can I do to make it up to you?

Nate: You don't have to do anything. I'm not upset. I know you were just trying to be a good friend to both of us.

Lola: You know, a good meal is supposed to bring people together, and you two are some of my favorite people, so i thought that, you know, maybe you could use a little nudge, but I realize I overstepped. And I won't do it again, unless you ask me to.

Nate: The odds of that are pretty slim.

Lola: Mm, got it.

Nate: It's best I take a break from romance for a while.

Lola: Yeah, I understand. I'm on sabbatical myself. But you are a great guy and a talented physician. You're occasionally funny, and you claim to be able to cook, so you deserve to be happy. Just in case you forgot.

Nate: Ditto. In case you forgot.

Kyle: So far, san diego, chicago, and hartford are all still shut down. Our manufacturing group is in chaos. Dad, I'm sorry.

Jack: Hey, this is not your fault.

Kyle: I knew something like this would happen. I knew ashland would try to destroy us. I just didn't think he would go this far this fast.

Jack: I've sent our most experienced and trusted employees to deal with this. They have faced emergencies before. Maybe not at this scale, and usually it's the result of an act of god, but...

Kyle: This was an act of ashland locke.

Jack: Given everything that's happened, I am now inclined to agree with you.

Kyle: It was a calculated attack meant to wreak havoc on my life, but the people he's hurting the most are our employees. People who have dedicated years of their lives to helping this company grow.

Jack: I am livid when I think how this is gonna impact those families. We have to get to the bottom of this. We've got to reverse these shutdowns before the damage is permanent.

Kyle: Missed deliveries and broken contracts are on thing, but if these false rumors catch fire that we're exploiting our workers and they're toiling in unsafe conditions, there goes our brand.

Jack: This whole thing reminds me of that tainted face cream scandal. That nearly destroyed us. Which is exactly what locke has in mind, that son-of-a-bitch.

Victor: Ashland, you don't look well.

Ashland: I think I might be having a heart attack.

Victor: What can I do?

Ashland: Call... call for help.

Victor: Oh. Well, if you want help, i suggest you sign the damn contract.

Ashland: [ Breathing heavily ]

Victor: Sign it. Right away.
