Episode # 10622 ~ Hilary wants answers from Devon; Kelly makes a confession; Summer & Mariah clash.

Provided By Suzanne

Devon: All right. Here we go.

Neil: [Slurring] Hey. Hey! I didn't need any help!

Devon: Okay.

Neil: I didn't need a ride! Oh.

Devon: I wasn't gonna let you drive in your condition.

Neil: Yeah, well, you didn't take me to where I needed to go. You know, I needed -- I needed to go to the police station.

Devon: No, no. All right, I know you're upset about what happened.

Neil: Oh, yeah. I -- I am. I'm angry and I'm upset. You would be upset, too, if you did what I did.

Devon: Just sit down and I'll make you a cup of coffee, all right?

Neil: No!

Devon: Hey, hey, hey.

Neil: I don't want any coffee, and I'm not gonna sit down. You hear me? I -- I need to go to the police station.

Devon: You need to sober up before you do anything.

Neil: I got to make a confession.

Hilary: A confession to what?

Christine: What do you mean there's not gonna be a trial?

Paul: Chris --

Christine: Of course there is. Phyllis is guilty and I'm gonna prove it. No, she's not gonna get away with it, not this time. Kelly is going to tell a jury what she's already reported.

Kelly: I can't. [Clears throat]

Christine: Why not?

Kelly: I lied.

Paul: About what?

Kelly: Everything. Switching the hotel rooms, Phyllis poisoning me, sleeping with Jack that night the underground collapsed. Everything.

Paul: Why?

Kelly: I was just so desperate to hang onto Jack. So I made it all up, hoping that he would...turn against Phyllis and to me.

Phyllis: Oh, my God.

Christine: I don't believe you. You weren't lying before. Why are you changing your story?

Paul: Is somebody threatening you?

Abby: I know that you would like nothing more than to go blab this to everyone. To go be gossip girl. And you know what? I don't care. I've been trotted out to the press for a lot worse than this, but think about summer. Think about what you're handing to the police. It's motive, it's -- it's -- it's the perfect motive. Summer killed Austin because he was cheating on her.

Mariah: Or it's the perfect motive for you to have killed him, because he wouldn't leave her.

Summer: You slept with my husband!

[Door opens]

Mariah: Reliving the good memories?

Abby: Memories, but not the good ones.

Mariah: Well, I'm sure you could pay someone with your millions to take all the bad ones away and fill your head with sunshine and daffodils.

Abby: Oh, God, Mariah, I don't want to do this tonight. What are you doing here?

Mariah: I could ask you the same question.

Abby: This is my family's cabin.

Mariah: Leave it to the disgustingly rich to have places to have their disgusting affairs with other people's husbands.

Abby: It's none of your business why I'm here.

Mariah: I know exactly why you're here.

Abby: And why is that?

Mariah: You're returning to the scene of the crime.

Summer: Can you believe Abby? "I'll do everything I can to make it up to you." She slept with my husband! How does she think she can make that up to me?

Kyle: Why don't I get us some coffee?

Summer: God, I just hate that I let her get to me like this.

Kyle: Well, then, stop it. Look, you have every right to be angry at Abby, but you can't let it consume you. It's not healthy, summer.

Summer: Yeah, that's really easy for you to say. You didn't just find out that your dead husband was having an af...fair.

Kyle: What's wrong?

Christine: So that has to be it. You're saying Phyllis is innocent because you're being intimidated.

Paul: If someone is pressuring you to change your story, that is a felony.

Christine: I'll prosecute whoever's threatening you.

Kelly: No, n-no one is forcing me to do anything. I have been lying and I can't do it anymore.

Christine: There has to be more to it.

Paul: Kelly, you really need to think about what you're saying right now, because you could be opening yourself up to criminal charges.

Christine: And then I would prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.

Kelly: I know what I'm doing.

Christine: Someone got to you and convinced you that this was a good idea, but whoever it was, they were not thinking about your best interest. You have to look out for yourself!

Kelly: I am.

Christine: Oh, damn it. You can't do this!

Kelly: No, I have to! Don't you understand? I cannot live like this. I hate the person that I have become. I'm this desperate, pathetic woman willing to do anything to hang onto him? I'm disgusted by myself. I am ashamed of what I have done and who I have become, and the only way to truly make things right is to tell the truth. I have to tell you everything. I have to tell you what I did.

Jack: Kelly, stop! Not another word.

Neil: It's you! It's my wife, the cheater! What are you doing here?

Hilary: I just came to pack up my things.

Devon: Well, you should have called Neil before just showing up here.

Neil: Oh, yeah. You should have called.

Devon: Hey, hey. Let's sit down. Let's sit down. Come on.

Hilary: Yeah, well, I thought you guys would want me gone as soon as possible. I was just trying to make it easy for everyone.

Devon: Yeah. 'Cause you care so much about Neil and me.

Hilary: I'll just get the rest of my things and go.

Devon: Great.

Neil: No. I'm going. I'm going to jail.

Hilary: What do you mean you're going to jail?

Neil: I don't -- I don't want to go --

Devon: Neil's life is no longer any of your business.

Hilary: Legally, I'm still his wife. So if Neil's in trouble with the police, I could be affected.

Devon: Just as self-serving as ever.

Hilary: What did you do?

Devon: He married a woman whose lies border on sociopathic is what he did.

Hilary: Yeah, you can keep thinking that, but fooling the two of you -- that was just easy.

Devon: Just take what you came for and get out. Please. I'll have someone send the rest of your stuff. Actually, hang on a second. Leave your key.

Hilary: Not until you tell me what's going on.

Mariah: Yeah, I got the text. Abby got it, too. We're here at the cabin together. [Chuckling] Oh, yeah. It's going wonderful. We're talking about boys, braiding each other's hair. All right. I'll see you soon. Kevin, Noah, and Courtney got the same text from summer asking them to meet her here, so they're pulling up now.

Abby: I wonder why summer would want to see all of us.

Mariah: Maybe she thought of some heinous way to punish you for sleeping with her husband. A good tar and feathering, my guess.

Abby: Mariah, what are you doing here? You never did say.

Mariah: I forgot my scarf.

Abby: You drove all the way up here to pick up a scarf?

Mariah: See, that's just like you one-percenters. You leave things here, there, discard them altogether. Real people have to hold onto their belongings because you can't just go to Fenmore's and buy another one.

Abby: Are you following me?

Mariah: Are you doing something worth following?

Abby: Probably not. And not that I owe you an explanation, but I feel terrible about what I did to summer, so I came up here to apologize to her.

Mariah: How'd that go?

Abby: She slapped me and tore out.

Mariah: Wow, I didn't think snowflake had it in her. Way to go.

Abby: But something must have happened for her to come all the way back here.

[Door opens]

Summer: Are the others here?

Mariah: Nope, just me and Abby adulterous.

Kyle: Oh, give it a rest, Mariah.

Noah: Summer, what's going on? Why did you -- why did you call us all here?

Summer: Because I want to find out...who did this. It was you, wasn't it? This was your way of getting back at me for embarrassing you at the funeral, wasn't it?

Abby: No, summer, I apologized to you. Why would I do that?

Summer: Why would you do any of it?

Abby: I told you that I would do everything in my power to make up for hurting you. You have to believe me. I did not write that message. Either time.

Summer: Either time?

Noah: You didn't tell her?

Summer: Tell me what?

Kyle: This isn't the first message like this.

Courtney: We found one on the armoire mirror. It was written in lipstick.

Kevin: It said "I know what happened here."

Summer: You knew and you didn't tell me? You got rid of it?

Kyle: Yes.

Summer: Because you thought it was from me, just like this one.

Kyle: Summer, I just --

Summer: No, Kyle, wouldn't you tell me at crimson lights? Why would you let me text everybody to meet me here?

Kyle: Because we're not leaving here until we figure out who did this.

Summer: I already know who sent those messages.

Abby: Summer, it wasn't me. I would never hurt you like that.

Summer: You'd never hurt me?

Abby: That wasn't my intention when I got involved with Austin.

Kyle: How did you think she was gonna feel when she found out you were having an affair with her husband?

Noah: Look, you guys, it's not gonna do us any good going over this again. Okay? Abby says she's sorry. I believe her. We need to get past this, and we're gonna figure out who's sending those messages.

Abby: No, I have got to make summer understand. I didn't get involved with Austin to hurt you. I make bad decisions when it comes to men. I don't know why. The ones that I want, I can't have and...I don't know. It ends in failed relationships and dirty affairs. Maybe I don't deserve real love.

Mariah: Wow, Abby, if you can fake sincerity like that then I absolutely believe you're lying about sending those messages.

Kevin: That's not helping.

Summer: Mariah is right. All you do is lie.

Abby: I am sorry! I am sorry for all of this! I don't know what else you guys want from me.

Noah: Abby, don't -- Abby, please don't.

Kevin: We're just gonna let her go?

Summer: I'm not going after her.

Kevin: It's cold outside.

Mariah: I have a scarf she could borrow.

Noah: You guys, it doesn't make any sense that Abby would send those messages. You know that.

Kevin: So if she didn't send them, and none of us did... maybe somebody has been watching us.

Courtney: And still is.

Kyle: I'll go get her.

Summer: Kyle!

Kyle: No, until we figure out what's going on, we all need to stick together.

[Door closes]

Devon: You have no right asking questions about Neil's life.

Hilary: I am his wife. Whether you like it or not.

Devon: What, your marriage vows mean something to you now?

Hilary: Okay, listen, if Neil is in trouble with the law, that could impact me. I need to look out for myself.

Devon: It really is all about you, huh? You don't have to worry about Neil dragging you down in the mud. I'm sure that he's gonna sever ties as soon as possible. All right? In the meantime, how about you take this and go.

Hilary: What's this for?

Devon: Services rendered.

Neil: I heard that! Doesn't matter to me. She can have everything. She can have the car, the house, I don't care. You guy-- you guys could live here together for all I care.

Devon: Hilary and I aren't together. I told you that, and you're not going anywhere. Can you please just take the money and leave?

Neil: No. No, I'm going. I'm going...directly to jail. Do not pass go. As soon as they find out what I did, they're gonna take me.

Devon: Okay.

Hilary: Find out what?

Devon: He doesn't know what he's saying -- he's drunk.

Neil: I know exactly what I'm saying.

Hilary: Why do you think you're going to jail, Neil? Huh? What'd you do?

Neil: Because. [Sighs] I k-- I killed a baby. [Sighs]

Kelly: Jack, I know what I'm doing.

Jack: If you did, you would not be talking to Paul and Christine without a lawyer.

Christine: Confessing to something you didn't do is a serious crime.

Kelly: I'm telling the truth.

Jack: Kelly.

Christine: You're lying! I don't know why you are suddenly willing to take the fall for Phyllis. I'm not gonna allow it.

Paul: Chris... I need a word with you in private.

Christine: I am not gonna let Phyllis get away with this. I know she's behind it.

Paul: Look, I didn't want you to push up Phyllis' trial, but I know why you did it. You wanted to focus on something other than... what happened.

Christine: That's not why.

Paul: Yes, it is, and I understand. I do, Chris. But you can't let your emotions cloud your judgment.

Christine: My judgment is not being clouded. Something is not right here.

Kelly: I just want the truth to come out.

Jack: So do I. You have to be careful what you say to the police!

Kelly: You don't have to worry about what happens to me, Jack. I just want you to know why I did what I did.

Phyllis: Because you're a lunatic.

Kelly: No. Everything I did, everything that I am doing now... I did because I love you, Jack.

Jack: Kelly.

Kelly: No, no, I know you don't love me that you used to, but you did once. You loved me. And you brought such happiness to my life. And I will always be grateful to you for that. It's really important for you to know the person who did those things is not the person that you fell in love with. I changed because you broke up with me.

Phyllis: So you made it look like I'm the one who tried to kill you? You want to make that a reality?!

Phyllis: Jack, let go of me.

Jack: Not till you calm down.

Phyllis: I am calm. I lost a year of my life. When I woke up from that coma, I needed my fiancé more than ever. And he needed me, and he wanted me.

Kelly: I know that! I knew the minute that you walked into the church that I couldn't compete with you for a place in Jack's life. It was written all over his face!

Phyllis: Yeah, but you tried to get me out of the way. And tried to convince him I was a jealous psycho who tried to kill you?

Kelly: I'm sorry.

Phyllis: "I'm sorry"? "I'm sorry"? After everything you did to me -- you see, I'm gonna make you pay. Because you're a crazy bitch.

Jack: Phyllis.

Kelly: No, it's okay. She's right. I should be punished for what I did, and if it's any consolation, I'm already in my own personal hell.

Phyllis: And I hope you stay there. Because I'm gonna tell you something. If you don't think that is enough, I am going to make sure that you rot in jail. Do you hear me?

Jack: Phyllis.

Phyllis: You will be locked up for days in that jail!

Jack: Stop it!

Phyllis: Why are you defending her?!

Kelly: Jack --

Jack: Kelly!

Christine: Oh, my God.

Jack: Kelly?

Paul: What happened?

Christine: Can we get some water?

Jack: I don't know. She just passed out. Kelly? Kelly? Kelly.

Noah: It's funny how Kyle went after Abby considering how he felt about what she did to summer.

Kevin: What? You don't believe what he said about all us needing to stick together?

Noah: I don't believe anything Kyle says.

Courtney: Yeah, but he's done a pretty good job taking care of summer these past couple days.

Noah: I think it's weird that he showed up right before Austin turned up dead.

Summer: He came to tell me about Austin and Abby's affair.

Noah: That's what he said.

Summer: I don't think that Kyle is the one that we should be suspicious of. I'm sure that he's out there right now trying to get Abby to admit that she's the one that sent those messages.

Courtney: No, whoever's responsible for these messages is trying to control us through fear. Abby doesn't fit that profile.

Summer: She slept with my husband!

Courtney: Which makes her dishonest and selfish. But not pathological.

Mariah: I happen to agree with detective Blondie. Abby's a cheater, but she's not devious.

Kevin: So that leaves all of us and our possible mystery watcher.

Noah: Well, let's not forget about fen. I mean, I still think it's kind of convenient he took off right after Austin was found dead.

Kevin: He didn't want to miss his classes. Look, he's just getting his life back together.

Mariah: I'm sorry, was drugging us part of his rehab?

Summer: Fen didn't mean to hurt anybody. I know him.

Mariah: You also thought you knew Austin.

Kevin: Mariah.

Mariah: No, I'm not trying to be mean. I'm just saying that summer is the worst judge of men ever.

Summer: You couldn't even get a guy who was willing to cheat on his wife to do it with you.

Mariah: If I wanted your husband, I could have had him.

Summer: Yeah, that's why he was sleeping with Abby and not you, right?

Mariah: I wasn't married to him.

Summer: No, you weren't. You were just lost in some Plato sphere fantasy about you and Austin.

Kevin: Hey, it's not that kind of fan fiction.

Summer: No, you're the one that's probably sending those messages, trying to scare us into keeping quiet!

Mariah: I'm sorry, are you pointing the finger at me?

Noah: Everybody just take it easy, okay?

Mariah: No, she can't accuse me like that. For all we know, she's the one sending the messages. She's involved in some post-murder crackup.

Summer: Shut up!

Mariah: Or maybe she's just trying to get back at all of us for knowing about Austin and Abby's fair and keeping it a secret.

Summer: You --

Kevin: Okay, okay! Stop it!

Noah: Stop, stop, stop!

Kyle: You shouldn't have driven off like that.

Abby: Why'd you come after me? If you're here to tell me what a cheap tramp I am, don't bother. I already got the message when summer slapped me.

Kyle: She has ever right to be upset, cuz.

Abby: I know. But I can't be in the line of fire for the rest of my life because I made one mistake.

Kyle: Look, you and Austin hooking up -- those things happen. Summer's young. She's...all wrapped up in this. It's still fresh to her.

Abby: I hate what I did to summer. Once it started, I tried to stop, but I can't. I couldn't. I-I'm a horrible person.

Kyle: It's like you said, abs, you made a mistake. I know you didn't mean to hurt summer.

Abby: I really didn't.

Kyle: You were just in too deep, and when Austin died... you were at a total loss. You didn't know what to do with all that grief and anger. That's why you wrote those messages.

Abby: What?

Kyle: It's okay. You can tell me.

Abby: I didn't do it. You saw the shade of lipstick on the mirror. Would that be anything I would ever be associated with? But summer doesn't believe me, so she sent you here to get me to confess.

Kyle: No, this was all my idea.

Abby: I cannot believe that you would manipulate me this way.

Kyle: Come on. Look, I -- [Sighs] I'm just looking for answers, okay? We all are.

Abby: And you all think that I wrote those messages? You all probably think that I killed Austin, too. It wouldn't surprise me if summer was with the police right now, pointing the finger at me. The mistress with a motive. Well, you know what? Maybe I'll go to Paul myself and tell him exactly what happened.

Kyle: Oh, come on, Abby. No one's going to the cops. We all need to just stick to our story.

Abby: From what I saw at the cabin, it looks like every man and woman for herself.

Kyle: Abby. [Sighs]

Summer: Let me at her!

Mariah: I know you slapped Abby. Why don't you try that with me and see what happens?!

Noah: Mariah, knock it off!

Kevin: All right, both of you, stop it! Listen, this is exactly what that mystery message sender wants. If we're at each other's throats, we're never gonna get to the bottom of this.

Courtney: This whole thing has gotten out of control. I think it's time we go to the police.

Kevin: No.

Mariah: Are you crazy?!

Noah: Courtney, we can't do that.

Kevin: If we go to the police, we will lose our jobs, and we could all be brought up on charges.

Courtney: You think I don't know that?

Kevin: Then why would you even suggest it?

Courtney: Because we're in over our heads. The person doing this is dangerous. If we don't get help, one of us might end up hurt or worse.

Noah: Courtney, I appreciate your opinion, okay, but it's too late to go back.

Mariah: I am not going to jail to protect this spoiled brat.

Summer: I never asked for your help.

Mariah: If I could turn you in now, I would.

Kevin: All right, everybody, shut up! Just think for a minute. All right, whoever did this had to know if we went to the cops, we would be screwed. And Courtney is right. Whoever this is is messed up and pathological, but they know exactly what they're doing. None of this has been random, starting with the way we all reacted to that drug in the punch.

Courtney: I was thinking the same thing.

Noah: What are you saying, Kevin? Do you think that somebody else besides fen put something in our drink?

Kevin: Well, fen didn't expect all of us to pass out. And while we were unconscious, Austin is murdered. His body disappears, then he shows up dead in a car. Now these messages.

Mariah: Wait, what are you saying?

Kevin: Somebody's been watching us. And plotting this for a really long time.

Summer: Who would want to kill Austin?

Courtney: Noah!

Noah: Hey! Somebody was here.

Kelly: Oh. Thank you.

Phyllis: Why are you not arresting her and dropping the charges against me?

Courtney: Because this all seems a little too convenient.

Phyllis: Oh, okay. Are you -- are you thinking or implying that I had something to do with this?

Christine: There has to be more to Kelly's confession than some sudden attack of conscience.

Phyllis: Why? Because I couldn't possibly be the innocent one.

Christine: Oh, well, finally we agree on something.

Phyllis: You cannot come after me for something I didn't do.

Victor: Christine, with all due respect -- first of all, my deepest sympathies for having lost the baby, okay? But I think Phyllis is right in saying that being a DA does not give you the right to make your own rules.

Courtney: I'm not so sure this is any of your business.

Victor: I beg to differ with you. You're a publicly elected official. I'm a concerned citizen. I just heard what ms. Andrews had to say, and I'm surprised that you're not willing to act on it.

Phyllis: That's a good question, Victor.

Victor: And I think, given your history with Phyllis, there's a hint of impropriety.

Christine: No, something is definitely not right here.

Victor: Yes, I think you should clear Phyllis of all charges.

Kelly: They're right. You should clear Phyllis of the charges and arrest me.

Paul: [Sighs] Kelly Andrews, you are under arrest for filing a false police report. You have a right to remain silent. If you choose not to express that right, anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.

Victor: Well, I think justice has been served.

Jack: Was it?

Phyllis: Jack.

Jack: Kelly didn't have a crisis of conscience. How did you get her to confess?

Hilary: What does Neil mean by he killed a baby?

Devon: He doesn't know what he's saying. He's drunk, okay?

Hilary: That's not the kind of thing that you just make up.

Devon: Well, you've said a lot of things that you don't mean.

Hilary: You're hiding something.

Devon: Can you just take the money I gave you and what you came for and go?

Hilary: Not until you tell me what's going on.

Devon: I've told you! He's drunk. I don't know what else to say.

Hilary: I'll find out on my own. We both know what I'm capable of.

Devon: It wasn't his fault.

Hilary: What wasn't? Just tell me, Devon. I'm gonna find out anyway.

Devon: He accepted a ride from Nikki, thinking that she was taking him home, but when he found out they were going to an AA meeting, he grabbed the wheel, trying to force her to pull over the car, and when he did, the car swerved and hit Christine, who had just walked into the street.

Hilary: Oh, my God. Neil is the reason why Christine lost her baby?

Devon: And it's killing him knowing that he's responsible, but it was an accident. That's it.

Hilary: Devon, I'm so sorry. anything?

Courtney: Did you see anything?

Kevin: Yeah, a bunch of footprints.

Noah: Yeah, I didn't, too, but they could have been Abby's or Kyle's.

Kevin: Or the person who's been watching us. If they're trying to plot their next move, it makes sense they'd be keeping tabs on us.

Mariah: How do you know that he is not a she?

Kevin: I don't. We don't know anything about this mystery stalker.

Noah: Well, including if we even have one.

Kevin: Look, somebody was out there.

Summer: Okay, you know what? I'm really freaked out. I do think we need to go to the police.

Mariah: We just went over this! You're the reason we didn't go to the police.

Summer: Because I thought I killed Austin. I don't think that anymore.

Mariah: Oh, great! Well, by all means, let's race in our expensive cars straight to the police station. Oh, wait. I don't have an expensive car. Maybe I can borrow the one that you bought for Austin, or was that Abby? I forget.

Summer: If you don't shut your mouth --

Mariah: What? You gonna kill me, summer?

Kevin: We're not doing this.

Noah: Stop it! Both of you!

Courtney: Wait, summer, what did you mean that you don't think you killed Austin?

Summer: I remember more of what happened the night that he was killed. I remember that we got into an argument, I picked up the bookend, like I said, but I dropped it. There was no blood on it, and he was standing right in front of me, looking at me, without a scratch on him. It's like I've said all along. Summer didn't kill Austin. She couldn't have.

Courtney: Working under that assumption strengthens Kevin's theory. Whoever's sending these messages is the real killer.

Summer: I really do think we need to go to the police.

Mariah: Can somebody please explain to her that she is not the only person affected by this.

Kevin: Hi, listen, if it comes out that we covered up a murder, we could all be in serious trouble.

Noah: I'm just starting to think that if we keep on lying, it might get worse for us.

Mariah: Not if nobody finds out.

Courtney: Yeah, but somebody is gonna find out, and we can't cover this up forever. The police aren't gonna stop looking until they find the truth.

Noah: It's getting out of hand. And if there is somebody out there that wants to hurt us, we're not really equipped to handle it. Maybe we should go to the police.

Kevin: The hell we should!

Devon: Why are you acting like you care?

Hilary: Old habits.

Devon: I told you what you want to know, so can you leave now?

Hilary: All I know is that Neil is responsible for killing Christine Williams' baby, but what did Nikki tell the police? I mean, can Neil be prosecuted?

Devon: You don't have to worry about any of that.

Hilary: If Christine brings a civil suit against Neil, I could be held liable, and if it's a criminal case, well, I could be held as a character witness. So...what are we gonna do?

Devon: We aren't gonna do anything. If Neil needs his family, his family will be there for him, and that doesn't include you.

Paul: This is Paul Williams. I'm with Kelly Andrews. She is making a formal statement on the events surrounding her poisoning. Go ahead. You can start when you're ready.

Kelly: Jack and I, uh... we -- we started dating when Phyllis was in a coma. I fell in love with him, and... I thought he fell in love with me. No, he did. He did. And then, uh... [Sighs] ...Phyllis woke up. And he broke up with me. And they got engaged. And I was just trying to make him see that he made a mistake. So I -- [Sighs] I just arranged it so Phyllis would -- would miss the big new year's eve celebration at the club. And then I invited Phyllis for tea. And when she wasn't looking, I slipped some antifreeze into my tea. And I went and I erased all of the security footage so nobody would know that I had poisoned myself.

Paul: [Sighs]

Kelly: Phyllis never tried to harm me. Okay? It was me. It was all me. That's the truth.

Jack: What did you offer Kelly in exchange for her confession?

Phyllis: Jack, what difference does it make?

Victor: Jack... one would think that you'd be happy that Phyllis has been cleared of all charges.

Jack: Believe me, I am.

Victor: But what?

Victor: But what if Kelly changes her mind?

Victor: Don't you worry about that.

Victor: You seem awfully sure of yourself.

Victor: Wasn't it obvious to everyone that ms. Andrews was more than happy to unburden herself of all the guilt she had carried around? One would actually feel some sympathy for her, if one were so inclined.

Phyllis: Yeah, we don't.

Jack: What is in this for Kelly?

Victor: Listen to me. Phyllis has been cleared of all charges. Isn't that enough?

Phyllis: Yes, absolutely.

Victor: I suggest you focus on that, Jack.

Phyllis: Why aren't you happier about this?

Jack: I love you.

Phyllis: I know that.

Jack: And I am happy Kelly told the truth.

Phyllis: Then what's wrong?

Jack: I know what Victor is capable of. And Kelly --

Phyllis: Is where she deserves to be.

Jack: I hate what she did to you. I hate it. But she's been through so much -- so much of it because of me.

Phyllis: Jack. You are a kind and compassionate man.

Jack: Too kind for my own good, huh?

Phyllis: It adds a nice balance to the relationship.

Jack: So just forget it and move on, right?

Phyllis: Hey. Kelly is out of our lives. We're together. It's time to move on.

Jack: Have I mentioned I love you?

Paul: It's all been recorded. We're gonna have to drop the charges against Phyllis. Chris.

[Door slams]

Paul: [Sighs]

[Door opens]

[Door closes]

Kelly: I did what you wanted. You had better keep up your end of the deal.

Victor: You will get what you want. And more.

Mariah: Well, we're screwed.

Kevin: Are you always this negative?

Mariah: No. I'm positive. Once they go to the cops and tell them that we knew Austin was murdered and tried to cover it up, they're gonna throw us into the nicest jail in Genoa City. How's that for positive?

Kevin: We should have gone with them.

Mariah: They weren't gonna listen to us.

Kevin: [Sighs] Probably not. But I still think we're safer if we stick together.

Summer: Why are we stopping here, Noah? I thought we were going right to the police station?

Noah: Look, I just want to make sure that this is what we all want to do.

Courtney: I just think at this point we don't really have a choi--

Summer: Oh, my God! Oh, my God! Oh!

Noah: Call 911 right now!

Summer: Is she -- is she dead?

Noah: Hold on, hold on.

Summer: Oh, my God! Oh, my God! Abby?

Next on "The Young and the Restless"...

Sharon: Are you starting to heal?

Nick: Are you asking me if I've started to forgive you yet?

Avery: No, I can't do it!

Kyle: Is Abby okay? Where is she?

Noah: The bigger question right now is where were you?
