Daniel: Hey, can I get a, uh, beer? Just whatever's on tap's fine. Thanks. Hey, Lily, it's me. Uh, can you just... just give me a call when you get this? Uh, let me know what's goin' on.
Genevieve: You couldn't possibly have made bail.
Genevieve: Did you escape?
Colin: All those irritating charges were dropped like it never happened.
Lily: That's impossible.
Cane: No, he's tellin' the truth.
Malcolm: You and Neil... and the baby. The baby. You don't even know if that baby is mine.
Sofia: You are my husband. You're the man that I love, and I hope and I've been praying every day that this child is yours.
Malcolm: But you don't know because you got with my brother!
Sofia: I'm so sorry. Look, if I could go back in time, it would never have happened.
Malcolm: Look, Sofia, please, I ain't tryin' to hear that, okay? You fell into bed with my brother like we never existed, like what we had didn't even matter.
Sofia: It was a mistake.
Malcolm: Mistake? The only mistake was me crawlin' back to you. "Sofia, I'm sorry. Sofia, forgive me. Sofia, marry me."
Sofia: I know there is no excuse.
Sofia: But, please, Baby, can--can we please just talk about it?
Malcolm: Talk? You want to talk? (Scoffs) Sofia, I can't even look at you.
Sofia: (Sighs) (Sobs quietly)
[Victoria watching a video on the camcorder]
Billy: All right. All right.
Victoria: Do it again! (Makes silly noises)
Billy: Get over--grab-- p-pick her up. Pick her up. Pick her up. We'll--
Victoria: Okay. Come on.
Billy: We'll do this... (Laughs) Together. I want to get you both in this.
Victoria: Oh, little baby, want to do that again for Daddy? 'Cause you're such a happy girl. I love you so much.
Billy: Hey, hey, hey. Look at Daddy. Say hello.
Billy: Hi, Lucy!
Victoria: Can you wave? Say hi.
(Knock on door)
Victor: Come here.
Jack: You might want to open a few windows.
Billy: Why? That is the smell of the single life, my brother.
Jack: Billy, we could be moving you back into your place with Victoria by the end of the week.
Billy: Yeah. (Sighs) No.
Jack: You know, it wasn't supposed to work-- you and Victoria, an Abbott and a Newman, but it did work, and that amounts to something.
Billy: Jack, I love you, but if it worked so well, why the hell am I right back here?
(Knock on door)
Victor: Is Reed asleep?
Victoria: Yeah. I-I'm just trying to... I'm trying to act normal for him, and I'm trying to be brave because I know that he needs me, too, but, um, you know, when he goes to sleep, it's... its kind of quiet.
Victoria: I miss her. I miss her so much. I'm sorry. You're probably-- you're probably so sorry that you rung the doorbell. (Sighs)
Victor: Of course you miss her. She's your child.
Victoria: Thank you for seeing her that way, Dad.
Victor: It reminds me of, um, something that I had to go through when I had to give up on a child supposedly for the child's good.
Victoria: That's Adam.
Victor: Yeah. Hmm. His mother wanted to raise him on a farm in Kansas, didn't think that he would learn the right values here in town, you know? I didn't fight her on it. I often regret not having done that, because I wasn't there when he grew up.
Victoria: I'm sorry. It must have been hard.
Victoria: I don't know if she's eating properly or if she's sleeping all right. I don't know if she thinks that I've completely abandoned her. I don't know these things.
Victor: Have you thought of asking Michael Baldwin to file an appeal?
Victoria: Yeah, Dad, he stopped by and suggested that.
Victoria: He was here, but what does that mean for Lucy? It's just gonna be more red tape and more outsiders, and it's gonna mean more foster care-- for how long?
Victoria: I feel so lucky-- very lucky to have her for the time that I did. I was... so happy do have her, and to feel her little fingers wrap around my thumb. (Chuckles) Her laugh was so beautiful. But she's not... she's not mine and Billy's anymore, so... I just have to let her go, and there's nothing I can do about it.
Billy: Look who I found outside. And our little angel apparently has a knack for finding money, 'cause look what she found. She got money, and dinner's on her. (Pops lips) Yeah.
Chloe: Really? I thought you were gonna say she's gonna buy the next round. But Daddy wouldn't say that, right? Because he remembered that he has you for the night, right?
Billy: Well, maybe Daddy thought the schedule changed because Mommy and Daddy had a last talk. But--you know what I mean?
Chloe: Oh, you mean the one over at Jimmy's bar? That talk?
Billy: Mm-hmm. That one.
Jack: Delia, Delia, you know what? Why don't you come see if you can find a penny with me, okay, Sweetie? Here we go.
Billy: Here. Thank you.
Jack: There you go. Come on. Let's see if we can find one in here.
Billy: So what, did you bring my daughter over here just to act self-righteous?
Jack: Bottom shelf?
Billy: Is that it?
Chloe: No, no, actually, your daughter asked for you, and I thought, you know what? What the heck, maybe Billy decided to sober up, take a shower, and remember that he was an adult. But you didn't do that. Actually, you look like a zombie and you smell like the dumpster behind Jimmy's bar.
Billy: (Clicks lips) Well, I can take a shower. Delia's my daughter. I'm her father. That's not gonna change. And if she wants to see me, well, then she gets to see me. Hey, who wants chocolate milk? You want chocolate milk?
Cane: So I follow him to the courthouse, 'cause I want to enjoy the judge denying him bail...
Cane: But instead--
Colin: You'll like this bit, especially as you were mouthing off about my having no clout in the states.
Cane: His attorney presents the judge with diplomatic immunity paperwork.
Colin: No charges, no trial. (Chuckles) But you can all rest easy. I'm under surveillance, so I gotta be a good boy.
Jill: Here in Genoa City?
Colin: It's startin' to feel just like home, I tell ya.
Neil: Okay, I've heard enough of this. Come on. I'm gettin' you out of here.
Neil: Cane, don't you even look at my daughter. As a matter of fact, you're no longer a part of this family, you hear me?
Lily: Yeah, he already knows that. And Charlie and Matty, whatever dynasty or legacy you were trying to turn them into-- they will know that you don’t exist.
Neil: Come on.
Genevieve: You haven't won anything, Colin.
Colin: My dear, I'd love to engage in this lighthearted banter, but I'm not here for you. I'm here for Jill.
Kay: Why on God's green earth do you think Jill should give you a second more?
Colin: Well, I don't. I mean, I know what kind of a husband I've been.
Genevieve: (Scoffs) I assume you mean to me, since I'm the only lawfully wedded you have.
Colin: Five minutes-- that's all I ask.
Jill: Clock's ticking.
Kay: Uh, Cane, just a moment. You're not leaving. I mean, I haven't had a chance to welcome you back home.
Cane: I'm not leaving as long as he's talking to her.
Colin: Well, along with all the B.S. I gave you, you know, a lot of it right here on the dance floor, there was... there was one piece of truth-- I love you, Jill. And I'm staying here in Genoa City because I want you back.
Victor: I think you need a distraction... but the right kind.
Victoria: (Sighs) Such as?
Victor: I want you on my Newman board of directors.
Victoria: Dad, you can't mean that.
Victor: I want to surround myself with people I can trust.
Victoria: (Sighs) After the lawsuit? After taking Newman public, you still trust me?
Victor: That's a very good question. And I have thought about that, and I'm just sick and tired of... not having my family around me. So I think your mother would be ecstatic if she found out that you and I worked together again.
Victoria: I told Katherine I was turning her down because I wanted to spend more time... (Sighs) With Lucy, and, Dad, honestly, I just-- I don't think I'm ready.
Victor: Okay, you don't have to make up your mind right now. (Groans) I hate this emotional stuff, but anyway, I'm sure that Billy will have an objection or two.
Victoria: Billy's not here.
Victoria: I, um, I lost--I lost my baby, and I lost my husband.
Victor: You mean Billy is gone?
Billy: Just this morning, we saw two unicorns. Yes, we did. Okay, they could have been cats. They were probably cats, huh? Am I silly? I'm silly. (Chuckles)
Jack: It wasn't a mistake bringing her here.
Chloe: Yeah, Jack, every preschooler should know what a hangover is.
Chloe: Hey, you know what, Guys? You know what? I think that we're just gonna have to reschedule. I'm sorry. You know what? Daddy didn't get his nap today, so I don't think that he's ready for a sleepover.
Jack: You know, maybe tomorrow would be a good day, or--or--or the next day.
Billy: Yeah, um, Honey, you know... (Chuckles) I just remembered I have this stupid meeting that I have to go to, and I forgot all about it, and I'm sorry, but what do you think? Will you come back here tomorrow and Pinkerton can come with all his little friends? And we can have a much more fun time for longer. What do you think? What do you think?
Chloe: Yeah? Okay, you come with Mommy. Come on.
Billy: Later, Gator.
Chloe: Say good-bye to Daddy.
Billy: Bye, Baby. I love you.
Delia: I'm not a baby.
Chloe: No, you're not a baby. Say "Bye, Uncle Jack."
Jack: Bye, Sweetheart.
Billy: (Sighs) No wife... no baby... probably no Delia, but, hey, you know what? I still got you.
Jack: I know you want to go home, Billy. This is not the way to get there.
Lily: Take a look around, Man. This is home.
Daniel: Let me get this seat for you.
Lily: Thank you.
Daniel: Where have you been? Can we get, uh, one more beer, please? Thank you.
Lily: Uh, where have I been?
Lily: I have been in a little place I like to call "Torture Town."
Daniel: Let me guess-- Cane was involved.
Lily: Uh, you know what? I don't really want to think about him right now. I just don't.
Daniel: And for that correct answer, you get to choose the first song on the jukebox tonight.
Lily: Oh, nice. Well, first, why don't you tell me what's going on? Because otherwise, I'll feel like this terrible person-- thank you-- who does nothing for you. So what's going on?
Daniel: So in order to make you feel better, you want me to dump my misery on you?
Lily: It's only fair. Come on. I owe you.
Daniel: Why don't you, um, play me in shuffleboard bowling and let me win?
Lily: Oh, okay. Does someone need an emotional pick-me-up? Is that what's going on?
Daniel: Lose real bad. Like double digits, okay?
Lily: (Chuckles) I'll see what I can do.
Neil: Hey you and Malcolm are off baby duty early this evening. You would not believe how far south this evening went. Can I t-- Sofia? What is it? Is it the babies?
Sofia: No, they're fine. They're sleeping. But, um, Malcolm, um... he left. Neil, he knows. He knows that, um, you and I made love. (Sighs) I couldn't keep that secret for the rest of our lives.
Neil: Why now? Tonight?
Sofia: Because of the pregnancy. The baby is... it could be high risk because of Rh incompatibility.
Neil: Wait, hold on. I-I-I'm not following you. Is--is the baby okay?
Sofia: For now. But later, there could be... problems. And if these problems come up, then... it'll be obvious that I lied about when the baby was conceived.
Neil: Lied? Sofia, are--are you saying that this baby could be mine?
Kay: Apologies and promises, and then you start to lie all over again. What you did to Lily, to that young woman... she fought to live for you and those babies she created for you. I assume you know how despicable all that was.
Kay: But Jill... (Sighs) You let Jill marry that monster father of yours. You could have stepped in, but... opened him p, exposed him.
Cane: He said he was gonna kill her. You have no idea what the man's capable of.
Kay: Well, I know what you're capable of. Jill loved you like a son. She watched you die, for God sake. She grieved in a blood-spattered gown. And you let that happen. You let pure evil call her his wife. I mean, she is devastated now. I really don't think that Colin did this all on his own. None of this would have ever happened if not for you. None of it!
Colin: Of all the bad things that I did in this town, you were the-- the only bright spot. I mean... (Sighs) There was... holding you. It was talking. And then there was that smile. I'm an S.O.B., but I'm not a stupid S.O.B. (Sighs) And I would be the stupidest man on this planet if I let you go.
Jill: I'm sorry. Am I supposed to respond to that? 'Cause, see, I'm really busy in my head counting up all the lies you've told me. Whoops. Lost track again.
Kay: Time's up.
Colin: A few more minutes.
Jill: Sorry, you lose.
Colin: I meant every word I said.
Jill: (Sighs) You know, the last time we held hands, you ended up in an ambulance.
Genevieve: Looks like you've lost your touch.
Colin: Is this family reunion done yet?
Cane: Yeah, actually, I think it is, so, uh, I don't think either of you have really any reason to stay now.
Colin: Well, that would apply to you, too, my boy. But I don't see either of us packing it in. You care for these people. So do I.
Cane: Really? But see, the difference is, uh, they're good people, not like you.
Genevieve: You mean like us. You're one of us. You're-- you're part of the family. And we live here now, whether you like it or not.
Daniel: This is a terrible idea. We should have walked right by this machine and gone straight to the jukebox.
Lily: You know what? I would have beat you on that, too, because I just have better musical taste than you do.
Daniel: Mm, yes. Show tunes rule.
Lily: Oh, excuse me, Mister, but it beats out Bingo, It is not as good as hanging out with Daddy, but they're pretty darn good, aren't they?
Chloe: Mmm, I love cookies.
Cane: Hey. Hey. Hey, Sweetheart. How you doin'?
Cane: You don't remember me. Do you remember me?
Chloe: You know what? Will you do Mommy a favor?
Chloe: Can you go over there and grab her a napkin?
Delia: Yeah. Oh!
Lily: And this is a lie, along with all of the rest of the lies that you've told.
Neil: You just made up a-- a new day, lied about when the baby was conceived.
Sofia: Neil, you and I were only together once. I mean, I hoped--I wish-- I thought--I told myself this baby has to be Malcolm's.
Neil: Sofia, you know-- you know what Malcolm and I went through about Lily.
Sofia: That's why I didn't want to put both of you through that again. Look, I love him, Neil. And the thought of losing Malcolm--I was scared, okay?
Neil: Yeah, okay. It's a child, maybe my child. What were you gonna do before all this Rh stuff came up, huh? Cross your fingers? Hope that Malcolm was the father, but never find out for sure? Is that what it was?
Sofia: I don't know what would have happened, but he knows the truth now. And he is out there hurt and angry, and I can't do anything to make it better.
Neil: "I don't know" isn't exactly what I wanted to hear.
Neil: No, no, no, no. I'll get it.
Malcolm: Sofia, just tell me one thing-- how long before we can find out if this baby is mine?
Chloe: Hey, Dash, can you just watch her for one more minute? Okay, thank you.
Cane: You know, I, uh, was just saying hello. It's no big deal, you know? She's adorable, though.
Chloe: She's still not yours.
Cane: Yeah, I know that, but there was a time when you wanted me to think that she was. Do you remember that?
Chloe: Yeah, and I remember that you reamed me out for it.
Cane: Yeah, I did.
Chloe: Meanwhile, you out-lied every lie that I could ever think of, and the biggest one of them all-- you actually made the entire world think that you were dead, and not for noble reasons, but for pathetic, slimy, slimy reasons. And you pretend to be a ghost? Who does that? A-a ghost? After that, you have your sicko father marry your mom. Do you know that he was actually living in the house with my daughter? So, actually, I'm a saint compared to you.
Cane: Yeah, you are. And it's all true. Everything you said is true.
Chloe: So what? No regrets?
Cane: I have regrets, but, uh, what's done is done. It's not gonna change anything, is it?
Jill: The charges were dropped at the arraignment.
Kay: That lowlife from Australia suddenly-- diplomatic immunity.
Esther: What? Uh, you're not letting him come back here, are you?
Kay: Over your dead body.
Jill: Are you two out of your minds? The man has ruined my life. If he has the nerve to show up here, I will jam that fireplace poker so far up his...
Jill: (Sighs) When did this come?
Esther: I-I signed for it while you were out. It's very official-looking.
Jill: Yeah, it's from the district court.
Jill: It declares my marriage null and void.
Jack: Take-out order for Abbott? Thanks.
Colin: You came here with the sole purpose just to chop my head off. Well, it didn't work. You struck out. It's time to go, 'cause this town isn't big enough for the both of us.
Genevieve: (Laughs) Oh, you think if I'm gone, your new wife will take you back? No. I'm not the obstacle here. No, she now knows that you are a slime. And besides, I'm not going anywhere. (Laughs)
Colin: I think you've taken this crush on me a little too far. I've moved on. Time for you to do the same thing.
Genevieve: Yes, you did, didn't you? You moved on as if your wife and your children never even existed, so, yes, I'm staying, and you're gonna see me. You're gonna see me at the restaurant. You're gonna see me at the club. You're gonna see me at the coffeehouse with all the kitsch. You're gonna see this face, and you're gonna remember Samantha. And you're gonna remember that you are the one who killed her.
Lily: You think? (Laughs) Hey, Billy.
Billy: Hey, Guys. How's it goin'?
Lily: (Clears throat)
Billy: That's a stupid question. I'm--you know, I'm--I'm sorry. I-I just--I've been meaning to call, you know?
Lily: No, no, listen, it's fine. I know that you've been having a hard time with Lucy gone, so that's fine.
Billy: Well... (Clears throat) I'm gonna go grab a beer. You kids have fun, okay? See you later.
Daniel: Yeah, uh...
Lily: Uh, okay. Bye.
Daniel: See you later.
Billy: See you guys. (Sighs) All right, my man. The quicker you numb me up, the bigger your tip. So let's get this thing started. We're gonna try a beer and a shot as quick as possible.
Genevieve: If you had just given me the satisfaction... (Sighs) Of watching you sentenced to life, hmm, I'd be booking a flight out of here now.
Colin: I think you're glad that I'm free. That way, well, you can follow me around. Well, that kind of makes you a stalker, doesn't it? (Scoffs) Too bad. I'm just not that into you.
Genevieve: How dare you? How dare you?! (Sighs) Excuse me. I'm sorry to interrupt. Can I please have your attention? I need you all to take a very close look at this man, at his face. He is dangerous. He is a criminal. He has evaded paying for his crimes, but that doesn't mean that he should get away with it. And it's up to all of us here in this room to make sure that no more innocent people get hurt. So watch him. If you see anything at all suspicious, you call the police. Because this man believes that he has the right to walk freely among all of you and call this place his home, and he doesn't. Make sure that he knows that.
Colin: (Sighs) This is kind of awkward. This is a clearly disturbed person.
Colin: A little pity, I think, would be appropriate. And good night.
Genevieve: (Sighs) (Sighs)
Malcolm: How soon before we know who that baby really belongs to?
Sofia: I can talk to my doctor. Maybe--
Neil: The babies are-- Malcolm, listen, I know. I know. I know. I know.
Sofia: No, no, no, no, no.
Sofia: No, please.
Malcolm: How could you do this to me?
Neil: Don't do this.
Neil: Hey, don't. Don't do this. Don't start this. Don't start, Malcolm!
Malcolm: (Breathing heavily) You're right. You're right, 'cause if we start this, one of us... one of us is going to end up in a box.
Sofia: Please, Baby. Come on. Just let me talk to you.
Malcolm: Get off me!
Sofia: (Voice breaking) I'm so sorry. (Sobbing)
Daniel: Ahh. Okay, what can I get for you?
Lily: Oh, no, no, no, no. No, no, 'cause I-I beat you so badly, so shamefully...
Daniel: (Mock laughing)
Daniel: (Laughs) Oh, it's so hilarious.
Lily: I mean, the least I can do is buy you a brownie, you know what I mean?
Daniel: (Sighs) Well, my feelings are really hurt. Could you make it two brownies?
Lily: Two brownies.
Daniel: Two. Okay.
Lily: I think I can do that.
Esther: This is perfect, like the marriage never even happened, and you don't even have to do anything. It just showed up like a gift from heaven. Now maybe Colin can just slink back from under that rock that he crawled under.
Kay: E-enough. Enough, Esther. Enough. Uh, Jill, are you all right?
Jill: I'm fine. Esther's right, this is a gift.
Kay: Well, we, uh, we understand if you have conflicting feelings.
Jill: I don't. I don't. I have one feeling--relief.
Kay: Well, then I'm going to go check on Murphy and go back to the hospital. And, uh, I need you upstairs, please, yeah, where you can't rub any salt in anybody's wounds from that part of the house.
Esther: Yes, b-but Mrs. C.--
Kay: Continue. It's fine. Just--it's--its fine, Esther. (Speaking indistinctly)
Jill: (Sniffles) It's over. It's over. (Sobbing)
Victoria: Dad, thank you for coming and thanks for being here. (Sighs)
Victor: I know you're going through a very difficult time. But everything will turn out to be all right, okay? If you need anything, you call me.
Victoria: (Sighs) Billy, please pick up.
(Cell phone rings)
Billy: Ah. Thank you, Sir.
Woman: Hi. Can I get a beer, please?
Billy: Whew. (Laughs) (Sighs)
(Sounds of baseball game playing on TV)
Woman: What do you want to bet he's gonna slide into home?
Billy: (Laughs) That... oh, no.
Next on "The Young and the Restless" --
Abby: I guarantee you that my confession will go viral. It's all anyone will be talking about tomorrow.
Woman: I had second thoughts about driving away.
Victor: You have been served.
