Phyllis: Yeah, I've been thinking about Daniel a lot lately for a number of reasons... The most amazing of which-- he's back in town. He's back in town for the first time in years.

Colleen: So you're gonna be a junior next fall?

Daniel: That's right.

Lily: You know, I've been to Bern a few times.

Daniel: You've been to Europe?

Sierra: Are you kidding? She lived there most of her life.

Daniel: Where?

Lily: Paris, mostly. My mom was a model.

Daniel: Cool city.

Lily: Yeah, it is. I miss it sometimes.

Colleen: Oh, please. Compared to here, Europe can't hold a candle.

Sierra: Yeah, Genoa City is the center of the universe. Forget Paris, New York.

Lily: So are you a big skier?

Daniel: More into snowboarding.

Lily: Hey, you know, we have a toboggan run here at the golf course. It must be 100 yards long at least.

Sierra: Oh, careful, Lily, he won't want to go back.

Daniel: So what do you do for fun around here?

Colleen: Oh, you know, we study and then we study.

Sierra: Then we trek through the snow to our classes.

Colleen: Then we study some more.

Daniel: Even when you're on break?

Lily: They're kidding.

Sierra: I think he knows that, Lily.

Colleen: We do the usual stuff, you know, movies, concerts, we hang out, parties.

Daniel: Tell me about the parties.

Sierra: You first.

Lily: Yeah, what are the parties like in Switzerland?

Daniel: You know...

Sierra: No, we don't know. That's why we're asking.

Colleen: Mainly because ours are so boring.

Lily: Well, hopefully that's about to change, now that Colleen's boyfriend's gonna be a huge rock star.

Daniel: Really?

Colleen: Yeah. He just signed a contract with Beachfront Records.

Daniel: Small label.

Colleen: Yeah, but they've got some pretty neat stuff.

Daniel: Yeah, that's their claim to fame, all right. Sorry, didn't mean to knock 'em. It's just I know a fair amount about the music business.

Sierra: Why? Are you a singer, too?

Daniel: No. My dad is-- Danny Romalotti. He's from here originally. Have you ever heard of him?

Colleen: Uh, yeah. My Mom used to know him. In fact, they used to be married.

Nick: Grace, I don't know what to say to you. You come in here spouting this ridiculous nonsense and expect me to take you seriously. I'm at a loss.

Grace: Nick, you admit your wife's been acting strange lately.

Nick: What's your idea of strange?

Grace: Nervous, neurotic, stressed out, scared of her own shadow, for God's sake.

Nick: So that makes her a murderer.

Grace: You saw the drawing in the paper.

Nick: All right, don't even start with that stupid police sketch. It could have been a thousand different women in this town.

Grace: Nick, you are closing your eyes because you don't want to see.

Nick: All right, news flash-- my wife's a little high-strung at times, but she's a good person. She's a great mom and an amazing wife. So what, she's a little tense at times.

Grace: Yeah, and in the end you always find out there's a reason for it all along.

Nick: So you've come up with murder? Grace, you have a problem-- you can't find your boyfriend. My wife's been acting a little weird lately. You connect the dots and figure she killed him. Do you know how ridiculous that sounds? If you sit back and look at your theory, you'll see it doesn't hold up.

Grace: You just won't consider the fact that Sharon is capable--

Nick: You don't have any facts. Look, I'm tired of this. Either leave on your own, or I'm gonna have security escort you out. You choose.

Larry: You saw Cameron outside the window?

Sharon: Yes.

Larry: But there were no footprints in the snow.

Sharon: Apparently not.

Larry: Sharon, either there were footprints or there werenít.

Sharon: Well, Nick didn't see any.

Larry: You told nick about what you thought you saw?

Sharon: I saw Cameron. But I told Nick that I thought I saw a man, that's all.

Larry: Okay, okay. And then after that, you saw Kirsten again?

Sharon: Several times.

Larry: Oh, come on, Sharon. You're lookin' out the window at night, you think you see somebody and then--

Sharon: He chased me around Nikkiís living room.

Larry: Wait a minute. He actually chased you?

Sharon: Yes. I fell through the atrium glass. It was like a nightmare, only worse.

Larry: When he was chasing you, what was he like? I mean, could you see through him? Was he runnin' into stuff? Did he make any noise or did he touch you?

Sharon: I don't know, okay? I don't remember. I was so terrified; I just remember hearing this roaring in my ears. But he was there. And he looked so... I don't know. Dead and gray and rotten. And his eyes were open. His eyes. Larry, I know you think I'm going crazy, but this really is happening to me. And it won't stop until I see Cameronís body.

Larry: No, Sharon. We can't do this. No way.

Sharon: Look, I'm sure it's just my imagination playing tricks on me. And once I know that, I will get help, I promise. But until I am positive Cameron is really dead--

Larry: He is! Believe me, the guy was a stiff, okay. And stiffs, they don't get up and walk around except in the movies.

Sharon: So then let's go see him, and then I will know that I just need a good psychiatrist.

Larry: You know, I just don't understand how.

Sharon: You know where the body is, don't you?

Larry: I know where I left him. But I don't even want to think about that... oh, God, Sharon. It's been weeks and weeks since I dumped the body. Sharon, come on. I mean, going there would just be too risky and...

Sharon: But you will take me to the body, won't you, Larry? Please? Please, Larry?

Brad: Victor's a very angry man. Obviously, Nikki knows that.

Ashley: What is he angry about?

Brad: Ask Nikki. She was with him last night.

Nikki: I didn't talk to him. He wouldn't speak to me.

Brad: Well, then you better go home and have a conversation with your husband.

Ashley: Look, Brad, what have you done?

Brad: (Chuckles) what have I done? That's funny. As if I've had any real say at any critical point during this whole absurd drama. I'm just a guy caught in the middle.

Nikki: What do you mean, you're caught in the middle?

Ashley: Did you tell Victor about Abby? Did you tell him?!

Nikki: Brad?

Brad: No, I didn't tell him. But Victor knows, Ash. Victor knows.

Victor: And I understand that the medical freezer where you kept the sample that you stole from me was in my penthouse.

Diane: Under lock and key.

Victor: That's not the point, Diane. During that time, you and I were divorced, yet you carried out this sordid scheme right under my nose.

Diane: Victor, you make it sound so--

Victor: Devious? It was devious. You kept something you had stolen from me under my roof the entire time.

Diane: Well, not the entire time. Your little sample did some traveling.

Victor: I know that. I know it traveled from the Robertson reproductive lab more than once, was returned more than once. The question is what happened in between?

Diane: Well, I can answer that. Someone took it.

Victor: What do you mean, someone took it?

Diane: Just what I said. Someone, who figured out what I was contemplating, broke in and stole the contents of the freezer.

Victor: Uh-huh.

Diane: And I have a pretty good idea who that someone was.

Victor: And so do I.

Diane: Victor, do tell me your theory. I mean, you got me all the way out here.

Victor: Thank you for the information.

Diane: Oh, come on, you're not gonna tell me what's go--

Victor: If I need to know more, I'll give you a call. Thank you for coming by. You have a nice day.

Diane: Uh-oh, Nikki, I think your husband is onto you and your little genetic escapade.

Victor: (Thinking) so, Ashley, I know how you deceived me, all I can't fathom yet is why.

Daniel: My Dad and your Mom were married? Are you serious?

Colleen: Yeah, her name's Traci Abbott Connolly. They were married, like, a million years ago, and it didn't last long. And then she married my Dad, so you don't have to freak. We're not, like, related or anything.

Sierra: Small world, though, huh?

Lily: No, small town, but that is what happens here.

Sierra: So was it cool having a famous dad?

Colleen: Yeah, I'm sure you went on tour all the time.

Daniel: Some.

Lily: Well, did your Mom go, too? Or did you guys just stay home while he was out on the road?

Daniel: Yeah, I lived with my Mom. So about these parties...

Colleen: I don't think they're what you're used to, Daniel.

Daniel: Beats sitting home every night.

Colleen: True.

Lily: Yeah, especially being on vacation, you probably just want to kick back.

Daniel: Now you're talking. Mind if I hang with you next time you go to one?

Colleen: No, not at all. What's your number?

Daniel: You guys here a lot?

Colleen: All the time.

Daniel: Then I'm sure we'll run into each other.

Lily: Cool.

Daniel: I'd better go. Uh, it's good meeting you.

Colleen: Yeah, you too.

Daniel: I'm sure I'll see you here again soon.

Colleen: Ask and you shall receive.

Lily: Yeah, no kidding! He is really, really cute and interesting, too, you know? Not a dweeb, like most guys our age.

Colleen: I told you there were prospects out there.

Lily: Yeah, if you look in other countries.

Colleen: Come on, he's here for a couple weeks. You never know what could happen. You're l little quiet, Sierra.

Lily: Yeah, didn't you like him?

Sierra: I guess. He was so... I don't know. Something was a little off.

Colleen: What do you mean?

Lily: Yeah, I thought he was nice.

Sierra: No, he was, maybe a little too nice.

Lily: How can you be too nice?

Sierra: I don't know. Maybe it's just me.

Colleen: Yeah, I mean, we just met him. Give him a chance.

Lily: Yeah, I think it'll be cool, too, to get to know him better, you know, find out what his story is.

Sierra: Good idea.

Jack: Wait, Daniel actually said that to his father?

Phyllis: Yeah, in so many words he said that. He wants nothing to do with me. He even threatened that he wouldn't come to visit if Danny made him, so...

Phyllis: Anyway, if I had any more chickens come home to roost, I'd have to put out feed, wouldn't I?

Jack: And what? That's all your fault?

Phyllis: Well, the devil made me do it.

Jack: If Danny had bothered to stay in touch with you, he would know how much you have changed over the years.

Phyllis: The new, improved Phyllis.

Jack: You are, you know. You're a hell of a woman, and if anybody needs to know how good a mother you can be, have them call me. Or, look, I can call Danny, if you like.

Phyllis: No, you don't need to do that, but thank you. It means a lot to me.

Jack: Well, if you think it would help at all...

Phyllis: No, it's all right. We'll just see how it goes.

Jack: Okay, suit yourself.

Phyllis: Well, I guess I should go.

Jack: So what are you doing later? You want to have dinner with me?

Phyllis: Uh... um, I don't know if that's a good idea.

Jack: Hey, we're getting a divorce. It doesn't mean we're enemies. Come on, my treat. You pick the place.

Phyllis: Listen, I'm glad we bumped into each other, and it's great that we could talk like this, but I donít... I don't think making dinner plans is a way to move on.

Phyllis: So take care. I'll see you around.

Nick: Grace, I suspect Cameron is taking a nice, long vacation somewhere without you, and you need to face up to that possibility.

Grace: You are so wrong.

Nick: No, I'm not wrong. Grace, you're a bitter, unhappy person, and you want everyone else to be just as miserable as you are.

Grace: Stop! Stop trying to make this about me.

Nick: It is about you. Who else is it supposed to be about? My wife? Oh, that's right. You would like it to be about her, but it's not. Everything is just fine between me and Sharon.

Grace: Are you kidding? She's been a wreck!

Nick: Well, she's better now. We had a great morning, and nothing you can say will ever convince me that my wife is a killer.

Grace: Nick, you are deluding yourself.

Nick: Just get out, all right? Beat it!

Larry: Oh, Sharon, I cannot even believe I'm thinking about doing this.

Sharon: Thank you, Larry, thank you, thank you.

Larry: Are you sure you want to go with me? I mean, I could just go check on it for you.

Sharon: No, I have to see for myself. I have to know personally that Cameron Kirsten is dead.

Larry: How about I just take a picture of him?

Sharon: No, that is not good enough. Larry, this could haunt me for the rest of my life if I don't deal with it now.

Larry: Yeah, and seeing a corpse that's been outside for a couple of months could haunt you, too.

Sharon: I'll handle that, all right? It's very important.

Larry: Oh, okay. All right, all right. You know, I suppose you want to go right away.

Sharon: As soon as possible.

Larry: Tonight?

Sharon: Okay, all right. You have your cell phone on you, and we'll just stay in touch. We'll definitely do it sometime tonight. Then I'll know that when I killed him he definitely stayed dead.

Larry: Sharon, you already know that.

Sharon: Larry, just do it my way, all right? You think this is easy for me? You think I want to do this? I have no choice.

Larry: All right, girl. I'll, um, see you tonight then, all right? And look, if you change your mind, will you call me, please?

Sharon: I wonít. I canít.

Ashley: Victor knows?

Brad: Yup.

Ashley: But you didn't tell him?

Brad: No, I didn't, but come on, ash. It's not exactly the world's best kept secret, now is it? Victor asked who else knew. I decided not to tell him. He's aware of the three of us and Jack.

Nikki: Oh, my God.

Ashley: This should have come from me. I should have been the one to tell him.

Brad: That's what I thought you wanted, but then you told me you handed that over to Nikki.

Nikki: Well, he's my husband! I had certain rights!

Brad: You know what? I am so sick of hearing that. Everybody's hung up on rights, who get to be the one, who has the greater claim to tearing this little girl's life apart. We're all worried about Victor, how's he gonna react, who's gonna tell him, when there's only one person we should be concerned about, only one. And no one's saying a thing about her.

Ashley: It's always been about her. It's always been about how to handle telling Victor so it works out best for our daughter.

Brad: Well, guess what. Abby took that out of your hands.

Ashley: What are you talking about?

Brad: That's how victor found out. Abby told him. Your little girl told Victor.

Next on "The Young and the Restless"...

Ashley: When I thought I was dying from cancer, I made her a videotape.

Brad: What were you thinking?

Sharon: I am warning you, Grace, you stay away from my husband.

Grace: What are you afraid of if you have nothing to hide, as you claim?
