Elizabeth: Thank you for helping me with Alison last night.
Stephen: Of course.
Elizabeth: I can't believe that I have just given up millions and millions of dollars and I don't even care about it. Everything in my life has just changed so much since you.
Stephen: Hopefully in good ways.
Elizabeth: Wonderful ways. I just wish I could figure out why I get so sick sometimes, though. I mean, it's really hard to explain. It's like I'm -- like I'm hungry for something.
Stephen: Well, I told you, you know, I'm flying in a specialist to give you a complete examination.
Elizabeth: Hmm. When?
Stephen: Soon. In the meantime, you just keep drinking the water. It'll make you feel better, ok?
Elizabeth: Mm-hmm. Hey, hey, hey, hey. Are you going to be long?
Stephen: Excuse me?
Elizabeth: Here, playing?
Stephen: Playing? No. This is working. This is my work.
Elizabeth: I mean -- that's what I meant. I was just hoping that, you know, we could spend the day together, just the --
Stephen: What did I just say to you? Didn't I just say I'm working?
Elizabeth: Yes, you did. Sorry.
Stephen: Hey, look, I'm sorry I yelled at you, you know. The music's important.
Elizabeth: Oh, I know. I know it is. I shouldn't have said anything like -- I just keep finding it so hard to keep my hands off of you.
Stephen: The sooner I get started, the sooner I'll get done.
Elizabeth: I guess you're right. Well, get started. Get started. I'll see you soon.
Stephen: Don't forget -- if you start feeling --
Elizabeth: I know, I know. It always works.
Elizabeth: See you. Bye.
Ricky: Thanks. Whoa. Oh, man, my head is pounding.
Jamal: Come on.
Marissa: Jamal, Jamal, I'm not hungry.
Jamal: Look, I know how you get when you work too hard. Now, come on. Come on.
Marissa: But you know what? I promise I'll grab something to eat later.
Jamal: No. No, no --
Marissa: Ok, I just really got to go somewhere right now --
Jamal: You're going to get something to eat, ok, and then you're going to spend some quality time with your man. And that's what you're going to do. And I know you can't resist that, either.
Marissa: No, I can't.
Marissa: And you know, I proved that to you last night.
Jamal: Hey, there's nothing wrong with proving it again. Hey -- you're not still mad at me for making you quit the band, are you?
Marissa: No. Why would you even say that?
Jamal: I don't know. I've been thinking about it a lot, you know? I just -- it was just kind of -- you know, it's a lot to ask and -- but every time I think about Stephen, it's just --
Marissa: You think of Caleb, this vampire --
Jamal: Yeah, yeah.
Marissa: I know. I don't.
Jamal: No, no, no, see, you weren't there. You were not there. You don't know it. You've never seen this man in action.
Marissa: Honey, I don't want to fight about this, ok, so --
Jamal: Ok, all right.
Marissa: I just really have to go.
Jamal: You know how great and talented I know you are. Ok, you can take your stuff anywhere, sweetheart.
Marissa: Just not to him, right? Yeah.
Jamal: It's important for me that you understand that, ok?
Marissa: I love you. I really love you, Jamal.
Jamal: I love you, too, baby.
Marissa: I'll call you tonight. Ok?
Jamal: All right.
Marissa: I just got to figure something out -- somehow. Great, now Stephen's going to kill me.
Jamal: Whose wallet is this? Ricky Garza. Oh, my gosh. This guy would lose his head if it wasn't attached to his neck.
Lucy: Please be home. Ian, hey, it's me. It's Lucy. Listen, I have a change of plans. I just need to talk to you, so if you get this message, call me right away, ok? I'm going to try all your other numbers. All right.
Lucy: Oh, hi.
Kevin: I'm sorry. I didn't mean to make you jump.
Lucy: No, morning. No, I'm -- I'm fine. Good morning.
Kevin: Must be hard to get used to having me here again.
Lucy: This is where you belong. This is your home.
Kevin: And you have no idea how good it feels. Where are the kids?
Lucy: Oh, Serena has school, of course.
Kevin: Oh, well.
Lucy: Yeah, and Christina had this prearranged play date and they already picked her up.
Kevin: I'm sorry I didn't get to see them off.
Lucy: Well, that's ok. Um, I -- I think it was best the way it worked. I got to tell them that you were back and they were so happy and so excited.
Kevin: They're not half as excited as I am. Thank you for not giving up on me, Lucy.
Lucy: I am just so glad that you're better. Um -- so, you have all this time and -- what do you want to do today? What would you like?
Kevin: I'd like to walk down by the water. I'd like for us to just sit on the bridge and talk to each other.
Lucy: That sounds good. You have a lot of time. I'd like that very much. I'll just go get a jacket.
Kevin: I will go get some coffee.
Ian: Good morning, Lucy. I hope you have a big appetite.
Kevin: I think she's already eaten.
[Knock on door]
Elizabeth: Who is it?
Elizabeth: For pete's sakes.
Livvie: Ahem. Um -- hi. My name is Livvie Locke. You don't know me, but I'm friends with your daughter, Alison.
Elizabeth: Oh, you're a friend of Alison's?
Livvie: Yeah, we go way back. Um -- actually, I came by to see if I could talk to you about her. Do you mind if I come in for a minute?
Elizabeth: Yeah, sure. Why not?
Livvie: Thank you. You know, I've heard so much about you over the years. It's really great that you're back in Port Charles.
Elizabeth: And you're here because --
Livvie: Can I be completely honest?
Elizabeth: Please do.
Livvie: Alison and I, we sort of had a little falling-out.
Elizabeth: Oh, really?
Livvie: Yeah, and I was just wondering -- I mean, I was hoping that maybe you could help us reconnect. I miss her friendship so much. I'm sorry -- did I say something wrong?
Elizabeth: I was wondering how long it was going to be till I had an opportunity to meet you, Livvie. You didn't for one minute think that Alison and I were close, did you?
Livvie: Yes, of course I did. That's why I was hoping that you would help me.
Elizabeth: I would help you? I wouldn't help you any further than I could throw you, you devious, manipulative little tramp. Why don't you tell me why you're really here, huh? What scam are you trying to pull with me?
Livvie: Ok, I admit it -- you caught me. I'm not here to talk about Alison at all.
Elizabeth: Thank you. I appreciate your honesty. Now get out.
Livvie: I'm actually here to talk to you about Stephen Clay.
Ricky: Hey, hey, hey. Ha-ha. See? I knew you couldn't quit.
Marissa: Oh -- shut up, ok? Look, I just -- I need to figure out how to tell Jamal, that's all, ok?
Ricky: Oh, whatever. Look, let me give you a little heads-up -- the frontman, he's not in a particularly good mood this morning.
Stephen: Marissa. It is so nice of you to show up.
Marissa: Stephen, yes. I'm -- I'm sorry I'm late, but I do have those lyrics that you were wanting.
Stephen: They stink.
Ian: Where's Lucy? What have you done to her?
Lucy: Ian? Hi.
Ian: Hey. Are you ok?
Lucy: Yeah. I'm -- I'm fine. Didn't you get my messages.
Ian: No --
Lucy: I tried to call you.
Ian: What's going on here?
Lucy: Kevin's -- Kevin's been -- he's been released. Isn't it wonderful? He -- he's much better. Actually, he -- I woke up last night and he was there and we talked for a long time and he's -- he's better.
Ian: Oh. So he's be, what, released again has he?
Kevin: I have the release papers if you'd like to see them.
Lucy: It's true. I called his doctor, Dr. Fox, and I asked and he said that he was making so much progress that he could come home, so here he is.
Kevin: I know you're suspicious, Ian. And after what I did to you in New York, I wouldn't blame you if you punched me. I'd rather you didn't because I've worked so hard to get back home. And I'm willing to work a lot harder. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get my life back -- but, especially to get my wife back.
Ian: You're not really buying any of this, are you ?
Elizabeth: I know all about your little roadside encounter with Stephen and all your -- your vampire crap. As far as I'm concerned, you are as crazy as everyone says you are. What do you want? Ok. All right. I see it -- no need to answer that. You want him, don't you?
Livvie: Excuse me?
Elizabeth: Stephen. You want him all to yourself. You want to sleep with him, just like the thousands of other hopeless little groupies that throw their panties onstage to him.
Livvie: What, is that how you two met?
Elizabeth: What did you say?
Livvie: Well, if Stephen Clay can have any woman he wants, why on earth would he choose you?
Elizabeth: Oh. So that's your thing. You just want men that already belong to other women. Is that your problem? I'll tell you why Stephen wants me, Livvie -- because I'm a woman who gives him want he needs. I'm not some pathetic little whore who chases other people's men around this town. I don't want to see your face again. Get out.
Marissa: Excuse me -- "they stink"?
Stephen: These lyrics aren't anything close to what I asked for.
Marissa: But I didn't think they were that bad, Stephen.
Stephen: Do you even listen to my music? Were you listening the day I told you what I wanted?
Marissa: Yes, I thought -- I -- I don't know. I don't know --
Stephen: I gave you a very specific assignment. I told you I wanted a song about a man who can't stay away from a woman who is poison to him, a woman who can't decide whether she wants to devote her life to him or destroy him. What you gave me -- I could get it from a greeting card.
Marissa: All righ Stephen. Ok, I'll -- I'll just give it another shot.
Stephen: You're distracted. I don't have your full attention.
Marissa: No, no, that's not true.
Stephen: You have to live and breathe the music, Marissa. You know that. You can't write music with half a heart or half a soul. And if you can't do that, you're out of the band.
Jamal: I thought you already were.
Lucy: Ian? Ian!
Lucy: I -- I know what you must be thinking. But I -- please. Try to give Kevin a chance.
Ian: Last time I gave him a chance, he drugged me. He would've done God knows what to you if I hadn't knocked him out.
Lucy: Look, I know that. I know that and I -- it's just he's different --
Kevin: It's ok, Lucy. Ian, I'm not going to ll you I acted the way I did because I was sick, because I'm not going to lean on that crutch anymore. I'm taking responsibility for my actions and what I did to you was wrong. I just hope someday you can forgive me. As a matter of fact, I'm grateful to you.
Ian: You're grateful, are you?
Kevin: For protecting Lucy. You've always been a good friend to her. And I'm sorry about the paranoid accusations I made about the two of you. You've always been our good friend and you were doing that again. So, thank you for protecting my family.
Ian: You got other things to worry about still. You know that.
Kevin: The assault charges against me. I'm seeing Mac today. I'm willing to face whatever I have to face. I can do that if you're there beside me.
Lucy: Of course I will be. Of course.
Stephen: Who is this and what is he talking about?
Jamal: Marissa, tell me that you were just holding off to do it in person.
Stephen: Oh, I'm sorry, Marissa. Did you want to quit the band?
Marissa: No. No, I don't.
Jamal: Marissa, we talked about this extensively. Ok, you told me you were out.
Marissa: Hey, let's talk over here. Look, Jamal -- Jamal, look, I just -- I couldn't bring myself to do it, ok? I know you want me to pull out of this, but this is important to me, ok?
Jamal: Oh, so you went behind my back?
Marissa: No, no, not even like that. Ok, Jamal, look, I just didn't want you to worry, all right? And I was going to -- I was going to figure something out so it would make everything all right for me to be here --
Jamal: Marissa, you can't make this right. You can't.
Marissa: Jamal, don't. Please, ok? Don't -- don't -- you know how much I love you, but what you are asking me to do -- honey, this isn't fair. Ok? I shouldn't have to choose.
Jamal: I'll make it easy on you.
Marissa: No -- Jamal, not like that. Jamal.
Stephen: Ok, all right. I can see this is one of those days when no music's going to get made. We'll try again in the morning. Hey, I'm sorry. I'm -- I'm having a lousy day and I took it out on you. The lyrics weren't really that bad.
Marissa: I can -- I can do better, Stephen.
Stephen: Are you sure you want to?
Marissa: I want to.
Ian: Well, I'm sure you two have a lot of catching up to do.
Kevin: Wait, wait, wait. Don't go. Obviously, you're here because you and Lucy had plans, so don't change them on my account.
Lucy: We were going to meet for breakfast.
Kevin: Oh, well, by all means, go ahead.
Ian: With you being back home, things change -- you know, plans change. It's all right. It happens.
Lucy: I'd like to meet you maybe later on the bridge. Would you still like to go for that walk down there?
Kevin: Yeah, sure, if that's what you want.
Lucy: That's -- I want that.
Kevin: I'll be upstairs. It's just so good to be home.
Lucy: I'm sorry.
Ian: No. You said it was going to happen if he came home and it did.
Lucy: He seems like himself. I love him.
Ian: Well, you don't have to apologize for that, either.
Kevin: [As ian] So, he's been released again? Oh, you're not really buying this, are you?
[Normal voice] Try and poison my own wife against me? Thornhart. Yeah, well, thank you for taking care of my family, you bastard! And I know exactly how you want to take care of my wife!
Elizabeth: Oh, man. I've got to get something to eat. I'm starving.
Livvie: Ok, there's got to be something in here that proves that Stephen is really Caleb Morley.
Elizabeth: Hey. What are you doing back so early?
Stephen: Ah, I had to call practice off.
Elizabeth: Have anything to do with me?
Stephen: No, no. I -- I was just taking things out on everybody today, including you.
Elizabeth: What? What is it?
Stephen: Nothing. How was your day?
Elizabeth: Hmm. Fine until I had a little visitor.
Stephen: Yeah? Who?
Elizabeth: Oh, that girl Livvie, that psycho stalker that thinks you're a vampire?
Stephen: Did you talk to her?
Elizabeth: Well, she came under the pretense of wanting toto speak to me about Alison, but all she ended up wanting to know was about you.
Elizabeth: She's obsessed with you, Stephen. She even had the gall to ask me what it is that you see in me.
Stephen: Did she? Huh. Wow, it -- it should be so obvious what I see in you.
Stay tuned for scenes from the next "Port Charles: Naked Eyes."
On the next "Port Charles" --
Tess: You don't want me much like her?
Tess: We look the same. Maybe we are the same.
Alison: I know you don't just let anything go, so what are you up to now?
Singer: Through naked eyes
Stephen: Funny meeting you here.
