Port Charles Transcript
Rafe: You've been pretty quiet.
Alison: Oh, I was just thinking.
Rafe: Not having second thoughts, are you?
Alison: About marrying you? Oh, no, no, no. I said yes, and I would say yes a thousand times over. I love you. You have no idea how happy i am.
Alison: Well, but -- livvie. I mean, I can't help it.
Rafe: Well, what about her?
Alison: What if she holds up your annulment? Or worse? I mean, she did shoot you.
Rafe: Yeah. Yeah, that's true. She did. But we can't let her dominate our thoughts, and we can't keep looking over our shoulder --
alison: I know, but, I mean --
rafe: Waiting for something bad to happen.
Alison: Well, it --
rafe: Look at me. Look me in the eyes. What do you see?
Alison: I see rafe. I'm just kidding. I see your soul.
Rafe: Yeah. And what's it telling you?
Alison: It's telling me that we will get married and we will spend the rest of our lives together.
Rafe: Well, believe that, ok?
Alison: Oh, I do.
Rafe: Never stop believing that.
Jack: So tell me, livvie, what kind of game are you playing now, huh? Oh, come on, you can cut the whole cave-girl act. It's not working with me. What were you going to do with me here?
What? What? You'd better answer me. You'd better tell me what I want to hear.

Marissa: You expecting anyone?
Ricky: No. Hey, did you ever hear of knocking?
Marissa: Well --
ricky: I mean, I could have been sitting here naked.
Ricky: Hey, listen, i do some of my best work in the nude, ok?
Marissa: Ok. Me, too. So now that we've shared that little moment --
ricky: So, any news from jack?
Marissa: Oh, no. Uh-uh.
Ricky: Damn. So that kid that ripped off his bike was just a dead end, huh?
Marissa: Yeah, apparently. Apparently so.
Ricky: So that's it? That's why you came all the way out here? You -- maybe you weren't thinking of -- you know.
Marissa: Kissing you in my dreams?
Marissa: Yeah. Yeah, actually, ricky, i've done a lot of thinking about that.
Marissa: And I like you a lot. I mean, you're funny. You're cute. You're even honorable in your own weird way. But if we're going to be friends, then you've got to know this straight up.
Marissa: You're not my type, ok -- consciously, subconsciously, or anywhere in between consciousness. So whatever sparks that you think are going on between you and I are strictly one way.
Ricky: All right, fine.
Ricky: Yeah. I heard you, ok?
Ricky: Anything else?
Marissa: Yeah, actually. You want to tell me what you've got stashed back there?
Ricky: What are you talking about?
Marissa: Please, ricky, i saw you cram something back there, right, when I came in the door.
Ricky: Yeah, I was reading a magazine.
Marissa: Ok. Whatever. I'm going to go.
Ricky: All right.
Ricky: I'll see you later.
Marissa: Oh, you know what? I forgot my -- ha! But this is -- this is my notebook. Where did you get this? Ricky, what are you doing with my stuff?
Jamal: So you guys are getting married?
Alison: Yeah. Can you -- can you believe that?
Jamal: I'm just a little surprised, considering the last time i checked, this guy was married to somebody else.
Rafe: Yeah, well, that's a long story.
Jamal: Yeah, I bet it is, rafe. And, alison, you're cool with all this?
Alison: Jamal, i'm happy, and I want all of my friends to be happy, too. Especially you.
Jamal: Ok, fine. I'm happy for you.
Alison: No, you're not. Don't say it if you don't mean it.
Jamal: Look, alison, it's going to be a little hard for me to be happy for you, considering that this guy blows in and out of your life anytime he pleases.
Rafe: Anytime I please, man? You have no idea!
Alison: Ok, ok --
jamal: I have no idea? No, no, no, no. You started this, so let me finish. Do you have any idea what you put her through when you just bailed out of town like that? Do you know that alison never stopped hoping that you would come back for her? She pushed away all of her friends because of you. She almost got convicted of a murder that she didn't even commit because of you, rafe. Ok, and then what does she get for all of that after being so devoted and so loyal to you? She gets to watch your trifling butt parade around town with your new bride.
Alison: Ok, ok, ok!
Rafe: Ok, you know what, why don't we take a walk somewhere.
Alison: You guys, stop it!
Jamal: I'm tired of talking, ok?
Rafe: Good. So am I.
Jack: You know, it's no secret that you've completely gone crazy lately. But, hey, don't you think this is a little too far? Let me tell you something, livvie. You can stay down here and play in this little cave of yours because the truth is, no one in the real world wants anything to do with you.
jack: It's crazy. Of course it's livvie. It's got to be livvie. But I got to give it to her -- she didn't break character, which means she's completely out of her mind or else she should be in the movies.
marissa: I've been looking all over for this.
Ricky: I know. I found it in the recovery room.
Ricky: Yeah, I figured out it was yours, and i was going to give it back to you, marissa.
Marissa: When, ricky? When were you going to give it back? After you were through reading it?
Ricky: Hey, have you heard this song? It's been all over the radio. It's kind of got a cool vibe to it.
Marissa: Yeah, it's dope. It's the stephen clay experience. Answer my question. Did you read what I wrote in my notebook?
Ricky: I --
Ricky: Yes, yes.
Ricky: I read your notebook because --
Ricky: I was curious.
Ricky: Yeah, I wanted to see what you were writing.
Marissa: No. No, you wanted to see if i was writing about you, you arrogant, self-centered --
ricky: All right, take it easy, marissa.
Marissa: What, am i right, ricky?
Ricky: Yes. Yes, you're right. Ok? At first, yes, i wanted to see if there was maybe a word or two in there about me.
Marissa: Oh, great. So now are you satisfied that you do not invade my deepest thoughts?
Ricky: I didn't know you were a poet. I didn't know you wrote poetry.
Marissa: Yeah, well, now you do.
Ricky: Some of the stuff in there is beautiful.
Marissa: No, look, you had no right, ricky. Ok?
Ricky: Look, fine. I'm not an expert here, ok? But that stuff is really touching, especially the stuff about casey.
Marissa: No, don'T. Do not.
Ricky: Listen to me, marissa. Have you ever read the stuff that you wrote out loud? "Hey, sister" is mind-blowing.
Marissa: These are my thoughts, ricky, ok?
My thoughts. I did not write them for anyone else to read. What are you doing?
Ricky: Give me a second. "All my life i lived a lie. I believed i was alone and satisfied. Hey, sister, i miss you. I'm crashing down like new york rain. Hey, sister, i need you to lighten up my brain."
Marissa: Stop! Ok, stop it! Ricky, you ruined --
ricky: What are you doing?
Marissa: You ruined everything!
Rafe: Alison, why don't you go inside for a minute.
Jamal: Yeah, why don't you go bake some muffins.
Alison: No, I don't think so. Put your shirt back on, ok? Are you guys going to, like, fight each other? I don't think so. Can you please just go inside the house and wait for a minute? I want to talk to jamal. Please? Just for a minute, ok? Thanks. Thank you.
alison: What am I going to do with you?
Alison: Yeah, you.
Jamal: Don't worry about me. You should worry about what you're going to do with your life.
Alison: I love it that you still care about me. I do. But there are some things that i just -- I can't tell you about rafe. And maybe I will be able to tell you someday soon, but right now there just -- I can't tell you everything.
Jamal: Ok, whatever.
Alison: It's probably some things, say, like you got about marissa. You don't tell me everything about her.
Jamal: Whoa, whoa, whoa. What?
Jamal: Why do you got to bring her up? Come on.
Alison: It's a two-way street. I can't help it. But I do like her.
Jamal: Oh, ok. Ok, fine. So, what, am i supposed to, like, lighten up on golden boy now?
Alison: Jamal, it's really important to me to have your blessing on this.
Jamal: Well, I guess I don't have too much of a choice, now, do I, considering that you're planning on marrying this guy?
Jamal: I guess --
Jamal: I guess -- i don't know -- maybe I'm just in a bad mood because of this whole jack thing --
alison: What do you mean?
Jamal: That's going down.
Alison: What do you mean? What whole jack thing?
Jamal: What do you mean, what do I mean?
Alison: What? I don't know.
Jamal: Oh, my god, you don't -- of course you don't know. That's the only reason why i came over here is because jack has been missing for the last couple of days. No one's seen or heard from him.
Alison: Well, that's not any big thing. I mean, he's done it before.
Jamal: Well, I know that, but it's a little difficult for him to do that without his bike.
Jamal: Well, the cops recovered it down by the river after some kid just totally ripped it off.
Jamal: Yeah, yeah, so the cops are out, like, looking for jack and everything. Marissa and I have completely thought about everything and every place that he could be. It's like he completely vanished into thin air.
Livvie: Jack, I can't believe it's really you.
Jack: Whoa, whoa. How -- how did you get here?
Livvie: What do you mean how did I get here, jack? I've been walking around these woods for hours.
Jack: No, no, your clothes --
livvie: I needed to find you.
Jack: Your clothes --
livvie: What about them?
Jack: Well, I was just talking to you back there, and now you're here.
Livvie: Ok, jack -- look, are you ok?
Jack: Oh. Oh, my god, I don't know, I don't know. I don't know what's going on.
Livvie: Why are you limping? What happened to you?
Jack: If i told you, you probably wouldn't believe me. I don't even know if i believe myself.
Livvie: Believe what? Jack, you're not making any sense right now, and i really, really, really need you to make sense. I need you to listen to me.
Jack: What do you want?
Livvie: Look, I came -- I came to the woods to find you because there are things i need to say.
Jack: Ok. Well, obviously, you found me.
Livvie: Yes. And I don't blame you for wanting to get as far away from me as you can.
Jack: Yeah, well, I didn't get far enough, did i?
Livvie: And, look, you can try and hate me all you want, but I know you really don'T.
Jack: Livvie, you know what? Hate doesn't even describe how i feel about you.
Livvie: And you know why, jack? Because when i was running through the woods earlier, I got this really, really strange feeling and it scared me, and I ran right into you. Once again, you were my safety net. It's like there's this greater force that keeps pushing us together, jack.
Jack: Well, you know what? We're just going to have to keep fighting that greater force.
Livvie: That's just the point. Jack, I don't want to fight anymore.
Jack: Are you saying what i think you're saying? Huh?
Livvie: I want another chance.
Jack: Livvie, are you out of your mind?
Livvie: I still love you. Jack, please. I know now that you are the only man that i ever really loved.
Jack: Until the next time you try to kill me?
Livvie: Look, jack, I know you're angry with me, but I also know that we can get back what we had.
Jack: Livvie, we never had anything. What you call love, I call a bad habit that i'm trying to break. Every time i kicked you to the curb, you come back.
Livvie: I am begging you, jack. Please. Please, I never needed someone as much as i need you right now.
Jack: I got to try to figure this out.
Livvie: Look, I poured my heart and soul out to you, and all you can do is walk away?
Jack: That's right.
Livvie: I hate you.
Jack: Ok, jack. Ok, there cannot be two livvies. There just can't. Ok, so i'm going to go back to the cave, and it's going to be completely empty because this is completely a bad dream. It's got to be.
ricky: Stop that.
Marissa: Let me go, ricky!
Ricky: No, not till you calm down.
Marissa: Get off me!
Ricky: All right, fine. Why did you rip up your poem?
Marissa: I told you. You ruined it.
Ricky: What, from reading it?
Ricky: That's crazy.
Marissa: No. No, it is not crazy. Ok, these -- these are my private thoughts. They're mine, and you stole them from me.
Ricky: I loved casey. Those things that you wrote about her -- those feelings, those thoughts -- you should never hide such beautiful things. That poem is full of love for casey. She would have loved this.
Marissa: Stop. Ok, stop. You don't know that, and you don't know me well enough to say anything about us.
Ricky: I knew your sister, and I know well enough that from reading this poem, casey would have loved you with all of her heart.

alison: When was the last time that you checked the hospitals?
Jamal: Well, marissa -- she checked general hospital a couple of hours ago. Nothing.
Alison: Well, what about mercy?
Jamal: I talked to a buddy over there that works in the emergency room, and nothing there yet.
Alison: Well, at least we can take that as good news, then. That's something.
Rafe: What are you guys talking about?
Alison: Jack. He's been missing for a few days, and they found his bike down by the river.
Rafe: Wow. What can we do?
Jamal: I was just telling alison that maybe she could -- and you, too, you know -- wait here by the house just in case he shows up or something or calls.
Rafe: Yeah, no problem.
Jamal: Yeah, and about earlier, everything about -- you know, about that -- just probably not a good idea for me to go around picking fights with you.
Rafe: Yeah, whatever.
Jamal: You know what I'm saying? You know, you being a vampire slayer, and all.
Rafe: Right. Just forget about it, ok?
Jamal: Yeah, it's forgotten. Trust me.
Rafe: So are we cool?
Jamal: But we are moving in that general direction. Just stick around in town for a while, all right? All right, baby.
Alison: So, what, do you think jack's ok, or --
rafe: I don't know. I guess. I guess he's ok.
Alison: Are you saying that just to make me feel better?
Rafe: No. No, I just got a feeling.
Alison: Well, if you think he's ok, then what is that on your face? What's the matter? If it's not that, is it something else, or --
rafe: I just -- I feel a little strange. Maybe it's just being back here, getting used to it. Maybe I'm picking up some old vibrations or something.
Alison: Yeah, that could be.
Rafe: Anyway --
alison: You don't -- you don't think that livvie could have anything to do with this, do you? Jack's disappearance?
Rafe: I wouldn't put anything past my soon-to-be ex-wife, but jack knows livvie better than anybody, and I'm sure he's avoiding her like the plague.
Rafe: Which, you know, is exactly what we're going to be doing once we get her to sign those annulment papers.
Alison: Yeah. Do you really think that he is ok?
Rafe: Yeah, he's a survivor.
Rafe: Just like us.
Rafe: Come on.
Jack: Hey, hey, hey, are you here? Look, I'm sorry. I'm sorry that i lashed out at you. I thought you were somebody else, somebody who's hurt a lot of people. Will you please come out? Will you please come out? I'm not going to hurt you, I promise. I just want to talk to you. I'm really -- I'm really sorry. It's too bad i don't have that effect on livvie.
jack: Hey. Hey, hey, look, I promise -- I promise I'm not going to hurt you.
Jack: It's ok. Hey. Hey, it's all right. I'm not -- i'm not going to hurt you.
Jack: Who are you?

ian: You think I have the hots for you?
Lucy: If it's not kind of true, then why are you getting so worked up there?
Jack: I cannot get over how much you look like that girl i was telling you about. Livvie? You wouldn't know her.
Rafe: What do you want to say?
Livvie: It's more something i want to give you. It's for both of you.
