[Karen plays drums]

Karen: Sorry.

Ricky: Oh, don't be. I actually was going to show you a video of our last gig that you missed, but you just gave me a better idea.

Karen: Whoa, what are you doing?

Ricky: We are going to do our own performing.

Karen: Awesome.

Ricky: Yeah? Here we go. Hang on.

Karen: Ok.

Kate: Ian. Is it true? I mean, is Alison awake? Is she really ok?

Ian: I've never seen anything like this.

Kate: What happened? What did you do to save her?

Ian: I didn't do anything. There wasn't really anything I could do.

Kate: Then --

Ian: Rafe.

Kate: Rafe?

Ian: Yeah. He came to her and she woke up.

Kate: He just showed up and --

Ian: And she came to, like Sleeping Beauty. If this isn't a case of love conquering all, I don't know what is.

Alison: Did she just call you her husband?

Rafe: That's what I've been trying to tell you.

Alison: But that's impossible. You can't be married to her.

Livvie: You know Rafe and I fell in love a long time ago, Alison.

Alison: What are you talking about? You were never in love.

Livvie: You still can't accept it, can you? Rafe fell in love with me and left you, Alison. When are you going to face it? When are you going to stop punishing us for it?

Alison: What -- what are you talking about? Are you crazy?

Livvie: That's why you did it, isn't it?

Alison: What?

Livvie: You hated me so much for taking Rafe away that you killed my father.

Kevin: Honey, she didn't kill me. I'm right here. I'm home.

Ricky: That's it. That's not bad. You've got some rhythm.

Karen: Hey, you know I do.

Ricky: We should play like this more often.

Karen: Do you ever think this is weird?

Ricky: Weird?

Karen: You know, that we ended up like this.

Ricky: You mean, together?

Karen: Yeah. I mean, we come from different places in our lives, and even though I knew I was attracted to you, I never thought it would get this far.

Ricky: I did, once you let yourself.

Karen: So, are you saying I have hang-ups?

Ricky: Mm-hmm. But I also know that it feels as right to you as it does to me.

Karen: True. It'll be interesting to see what everybody else thinks when they find out.

Ricky: Are you really worried about that?

Karen: No, it's just that, you know, it's been me and Frank for so long. And now --

Ricky: And now -- now you're with a guy who is a few months out of the pen, is a drummer in a band, and doesn't really actually have what you would call a career yet.

Karen: Ricky --

Ricky: And you -- you are a beautiful doctor who has a respectable life. So people are going to say, "I wonder what she's doing with him." How am I doing so far?

Karen: That's not how it is. It's just -- I'm getting used to us, that's all.

Ricky: Ok. That's fine. So, while you get used to us, why don't you just let yourself enjoy what's happening?

Karen: I can do that.

Ricky: Really?

Karen: Mm-hmm.

Ricky: Good. Because different is good.

Karen: I couldn't agree with you more. And right now --

Ricky: Yeah?

Karen: I don't feel like being good.

Ian: You all right?

Kate: Yeah. I'm just -- I'm really grateful Alison's all right. She's a really sweet girl. She didn't deserve any of this.

Ian: No, no. But you want to know how it happened. Well, that makes two of us.

Kate: I just -- I don't know. I wish there were a cure like this for everything.

Ian: Be nice, wouldn't it?

Kate: Unfortunately, Alison still needs to stand trial for murder.

Ian: Oh, I didn't -- Kevin's back.

Kate: Ian, really, enough with the channeling --

Ian: No, no, no, no, I talked to him on the phone. He's alive and well and living in the lighthouse with Lucy.

Kate: How did that happen? How?

Ian: I don't know. Maybe there's someone up there who thought that the good guys needed a break.

Kate: You know, I think I could use a drink.

Ian: You think you need a drink? I'm off in a half-hour. Why don't I take you? We'll celebrate the end of this nightmare.

Kate: Yeah.

Ian: Come on.

Livvie: Dad? Dad! Oh, thank God you're alive!

Alison: Kevin, are you ok?

Kevin: I'm fine.

Livvie: I thought you were dead! I thought you were dead. Where were you? What happened to you?

Kevin: Honey, I was -- I was lost. I was just lost. But I'm back and I'm never going anywhere again.

Lucy: Well, I guess that's really not the only good news we have. Alison, look at you.

Alison: Yeah --

Lucy: You're ok. I'm so glad you're ok.

Alison: Yeah, hi.

Lucy: And, cousin --

Rafe: Whoa, whoa -- "cousin?"

Lucy: Oh -- ok. What's wrong? What is wrong with you?

Alison: Lucy, Lucy, Rafe -- he doesn't -- he doesn't remember anything about any of us.

Lucy: What? Rafe? Rafe! What --

Alison: He can't even be in the same room as me. I don't know why any of this is happening. And I don't know what you're doing.

Lucy: Oh, ok. Ok, wait a minute. Alison, it's ok. I mean, we both know Rafe's an angel, so there's some glitch upstairs that we can handle. He will fix this.

Alison: No, no. He doesn't have any memory of any of us, of anything. It's all gone. All of it is gone.

Lucy: Ok, well, then we'll just to have to help him get it back. You got me on the case, so we'll get his memory back --

Alison: No, we can't because Livvie has already twisted it.

Lucy: What?

Alison: She tricked Rafe into marrying her.

Lucy: Marr-- marrying her? What?

Kevin: Honey, is that true?

Ricky: So, this is your idea of being bad, huh?

Karen: This? No, I do this all the time.

Ricky: Oh, you do? Hmm.

Karen: Sure. Banging out a few tunes on the skins, rock and rolling on the floor with a very sexy drumming legend.

Ricky: Legend -- right. In his own mind.

Karen: I really think you could be a legend.

Ricky: Yeah, well, that's some nice talk, but I wouldn't be putting down some big bills on an ex-con who just --

Karen: Ok, no, no, no. Stop, stop, stop, stop. You know, I don't want to hear any of this "you're a doctor, I'm nothing" bull, ok? Because that's what it is.

Ricky: Hey, you're the one who's always worried about what people might think.

Karen: I told you, that's because Frank and I have been together so long. But the truth is you have more charm in that little finger than half the male population in Port Charles -- actually, the whole state of new york. And you're smart, with or without a Ph.D. after your name. And you're kind and --

Ricky: You know, I'm starting to think that maybe you're right.

Karen: I know I am.

Ricky: And maybe I'm too good for you.

Karen: You know, I was hoping that you'd never figure that out.

Ricky: So, you know what? You are going to have to do some heavy-duty convincing, you know, to prove --

Karen: That I'm worthy of you.

Ricky: Mm-hmm, yeah. Mm-hmm, yeah. Something like that.

Karen: Yeah, well, ok, well, what if I start with something like -- like this?

Ricky: Um -- yeah, that -- that's nice. But --

Karen: A hard man to convince, huh?

Ricky: Yeah, a hard man but fair, fair. And you know what? I am willing to give you a little more time.

Karen: Oh, thank you. Thank you.

Karen: Well, I guess I didn't pass the test.

Ricky: No, wait -- get back here, you.

Ian: Let me take you to the E.R. Colleen --

Woman: No, no.

Ian: You'll be more comfortable.

Woman: No, I want to see the doctor who treated me before. I trust her. Dr. Lambert. Eve. She said I could call her Eve.

Ian: Dr. Lambert isn't here anymore.

Kate: Dr. Thornhart is Dr. Lambert's husband. He's a wonderful doctor.

Woman: She talked about you, how kind you are.

Ian: Yeah. Let me help you, ok?

Kate: What happened? Who did this to you?

Woman: No one. I fell.

Man: Honey, thank God you're ok. I got your message that you hurt yourself. I rushed right over.

Kate: Are you her husband?

Man: I should have fixed the hand railing on those stairs.

Ian: Let me find a room for you. Colleen?

Colleen: Yeah?

Ian: Keep an eye on my patient, please, would you?

Colleen: Of course.

Kate: That bastard's lying through his teeth. He beat her, and she's scared to death of him.

Ian: I know. I came over here to call the police.

Kate: She's not going to press charges. You heard her. She said she fell.

Ian: If Eve treated her before, there would be a record of it.

Kate: But without her testimony -- I don't know.

Ian: It's worth a try. Call the police.

Livvie: I'll tell you everything that's happened, Dad, but not here.

Alison: Yeah, that's because it's all lies.

Livvie: Please, Dad.

Kevin: I'll be right back.

Livvie: I'm sorry. I know this is all so confusing --

Kevin: Honey, honey, honey, slow down. Take a deep breath.

Livvie: You're back. And you're safe. No one's ever been there for me the way you have, Dad.

Kevin: Oh, honey, honey, I'm always going to be there for you, no matter what. All right. Calm down. Tell me everything.

Livvie: Ok. Rafe -- Rafe and I just fell in love. Dad, we couldn't fight it and we didn't want to hurt anyone, not Jack or Alison.

Alison: I can't believe this is happening, Lucy. Rafe has come back and he's lost all of his memory, and Livvie is filling it with complete lies.

Lucy: Ok, I know. Listen, how did Rafe get back, and how did Livvie end up with him?

Alison: I don't know. I have no idea. I don't know how he got back here. I don't know why he's here. I don't know how long that she has been with him. But she's told him some crazy story that they've been in love for a really long time and he left me for her and that I can't accept it. I don't know what she's doing. I don't.

Lucy: That little -- ok, Alison, listen to me. Rafe loves you very, very much. And so I know somewhere deep down inside, he will remember that feeling.

Alison: Yeah. I think so, too, because I swear I saw it in his eyes, Lucy, when he first walked through the door.

Lucy: Ok. There, see?

Alison: It's just like he's not all there or something. He looks very lost and confused.

Lucy: Then we'll just have to un-confuse him, won't we?

Alison: Yeah. I know he wants to know the truth, but I don't know whose truth he's going to believe.

Livvie's Voice: We knew right away and we both tried to fight it. But when you find the kind of love we have, it just -- it feels so right.

Alison's Voice: Now that you're back with me, it's all going to be ok.

Livvie's Voice: We knew right away --

Alison's Voice: You have to know --

Livvie's Voice: And we both tried to fight it --

Alison's Voice: That we really love each other --

Livvie's Voice: But when you find the kind of love we have --

Alison's Voice: Now that you're back --

Livvie's Voice: It feels so right --

Alison's Voice: It's all going to be ok.

Ricky: So, is there any chance that you're hungry?

Karen: I am starving.

Ricky: I am so hungry. You want me to order us a pizza?

Karen: Oh, that sounds good.

Ricky: Ok, ok, all right. What do you want on it?

Karen: Lots of cheese.

Ricky: Oh, cheese, cheese.

Karen: Yeah.

Ricky: Cheese sounds real good right now.

Karen: Mm-hmm.

Karen: I'm sorry.

Ricky: Oh, no, no --

Karen: I'm just a little clumsy when I'm half-naked.

Ricky: It's no big deal.

Karen: I just wanted to see the videotape of your show.

Ricky: Sorry, I didn't know that was in there.

Karen: Hey, it's ok. I know you were in love with Casey, Ricky. I just wish I could have known her. I heard she's quite a girl.

Ricky: Yeah, she was. Anyway, where was I?

Karen: Ordering pizza.

Ricky: Pizza, right.

Karen: Yes.

Ricky: Cheese, right?

Karen: Here -- you know what? I'll do it.

Ricky: All right.

Ricky: You got it?

Karen: Mm-hmm.

Man: Look, it's some scrapes and bruises. I mean, is this really necessary? Couldn't I just take care of her at home?

Ian: Your wife needs hospital care. She's going to be with us for a while.

Man: Whatever you say, Doc.

Ian: Thank you, Colleen. We'll let you know when she gets settled, ok?

Kate: The police are on their way.

Ian: Good.

Kate: But she's going to deny that he hit her, and he'll walk. They'll never get a conviction.

Ian: There's got to be some way.

Man: I'm going to kill that bitch when she gets out here. What the hell --

Alison: Lucy, I have Rafe back now, but he feels farther away now more than ever.

Lucy: I know. Listen, the reason you're back, the reason you're ok is because of Rafe. He saved you. So he may not realize that in his head yet, but somewhere deep in his heart he does. Come on, Livvie can't fight that. She can't.

Alison: I believe that. I really do. But she's got this thing so turned upside down. And you know her, you know what a good liar she is. She could make the devil feel sorry for her.

Lucy: Yeah, but that has a way to catch up to you, doesn't it? In fact, it might be catching up to her right now. Lies never work. I, of all people -- I know that. So come on, you just have to trust Rafe.

Alison: I do. I really do. But he's such a good, caring person, you know. I just hate to see what she's doing to him.

Lucy: I know. I do, too.

Alison: I could see it in her eyes. She's going to try and do every single thing that she can in order to turn him against me. I have to stop her, Lucy, because I will not let Rafe get lost in all this.

Livvie: We didn't set out to hurt anyone, Dad, but we couldn't fight how much we love each other. It's like how you and Lucy were married to other people and then you fell back in love. You followed your hearts, and that's all we did. And Rafe doesn't remember everything but he still remembers us and more and more every day. And I love him and he loves me more than ever, and that's why we got married. Please, Dad, you have to believe me.

Lucy: Ahem. Excuse me. Sorry. Hey, I don't mean to interrupt, but I really need to get home to Christina.

Kevin: Oh, right. Honey, why don't you come home with us? I think we should talk some more.

Livvie: I would love to, but I think my husband needs me right now. But I'm really grateful you're back. And I love you --

Kevin: I love you, too.

Livvie: So much.

Kevin: What a night.

Lucy: Yeah. Listen, I need to tell you something else. Look, it's about how your daughter became Mrs. Rafe Kovich.

Alison: I need to get to Rafe. I need to talk to him.

Livvie: Rafe. Am I glad I found you. I can't -- I can't believe it. My father's alive, and he invited us to come over, and I told him that we were just going to go home --

Rafe: I'm not going to go anywhere till you start telling me some stories that make sense because that Alison I just met is not the Alison I met at the cabin. She's not a killer, either. So I'd like to know what else you're telling me that's not true. Is everything, including us, just one huge lie?

>> On the next "Port Charles" --

Alison: Livvie's destroying him. She's destroying Rafe.

Rafe: Why did you lie to me? Is it because you were afraid that when I finally did see Alison that I would fall in love with her again?
