Rafe: "Alison." Alison, Alison, Alison -- ugh.
Rafe: Huh. This rose means something to me. Yeah, but what?
Alison: I'm really going to trial for Kevin's murder.
Kate: I'll lay in enough doubt. There's no way you'll be convicted.
Alison: How? Because you're going to blame somebody else who's innocent? I cannot believe all the stuff that you said about Ian and Lucy.
Dara: Your Honor, the prosecution requests that Ms. Barrington's bail be revoked and she be placed back into custody.
Kate: Your Honor, Ms. Barrington poses no flight risk. She has close ties to the community.
Judge: I'm aware of that. Ms. Barrington's bail stands.
Dara: Your honor --
Judge: Counsel will be notified of the trial date. Court is adjourned.
Jamal: How did things get so bad?
Jack: I'll tell you exactly how. What the hell are you doing?
Livvie: Excuse me, Jack.
Jack: You lied up there.
Livvie: No, I didn't. The truth is Alison killed my father.
Jack: Only in your sick little mind. So you get up there and say whatever to get Alison convicted.
Livvie: You're the one being lied to, Jack. But of course, you're going to believe her innocent act and turn on me.
Jack: Livvie, you laced the candles.
Jack: Yeah, really. You told me.
Livvie: You were hallucinating at the time. Remember, Jack?
Dara: Hey, Jamal.
Dara: I hope you know it wasn't personal up there. I was just doing my job.
Jamal: Oh, and part of your job is accusing me, your cousin, of ditching the body, right?
Dara: It was just a tactic --
Jamal: It was low. Almost as low as Ali's lawyer took it. And you guys wonder how you get a bad rap.
Alison: So, that was the little surprise that you had planned? Accusing Ian and Lucy of having an affair and then killing Kevin?
Kate: I created reasonable doubt.
Alison: Well, you're done and this hearing is over, and you're fired.
Lucy: Alison, wait a minute. I think you'd be making a huge mistake.
Lucy: You're in a fight for your life here. Can't you tell? And I think you need a pit bull. From what I saw today, you certainly got the pick of the litter.
Kate: I'll leave you two to talk.
Ian: Hang on a second. Now it's your turn to answer some questions.
Kevin: Hello? Anybody? Can anybody hear me? I don't know where I am. Hello? Rebecca.
Rebecca: Welcome to my world, Dr. Collins.
Kevin: Your world?
Rebecca: It's taken you a long time to get here.
Kevin: But where -- where is -- oh, my God. Am I -- am I dead?

Jamal: Hey, Jack. Hey, I am sorry about what Dara did to you on the stand, bro.
Jack: Hey, you know what? It wasn't Dara. It was Livvie.
Jamal: Yeah. Hey, did you really find her with another dude?
Jack: Yeah, pretty much.
Jamal: What the hell is happening to her?
Jack: You know what, Jamal? I don't know. I mean, she's not the girl I fell in love with. I don't know where she went.
Jamal: I know. Look, man, I'm sorry about that, too.
Jack: Hey, you know what, don't be.
Jamal: Look, I know you guys are not together and everything, but it still sucks.
Jack: Yeah, but you know what, I'm more concerned about what Livvie's doing to Alison right now.
Jamal: Yeah. Yeah, and I can't believe that Livvie made up all those things about Alison, either.
Jack: Yeah, it's like she wanted to sign her death warrant.
Jamal: Jack, look, we got to stop this. I don't know how, but we got to stop this. We got to find this candle that I tossed. Something -- I don't know -- anything.
Jack: Hey, we'll figure it out. We're going to find it somehow.
Jamal: Yeah, but do you think this candle's going to bring Kevin back?
Jack: I don't know. Lucy does. And you got to admit, we've seen some pretty crazy things in this town.
Alison: But how can you even defend Kate after everything that she said and she did?
Lucy: Well, don't worry about what she did to Ian and me, ok? That was just sort of doing her job.
Alison: No. No, not if it means putting all the blame on my friends.
Lucy: Ian and I know what we mean to each other, and we know what we did and we didn't do. She cannot hurt us.
Alison: Yeah, but, Lucy --
Lucy: Listen, we both -- all of us know that Kevin is alive. But from what I saw today, it's going to take a lot to convince the judge and a jury.
Lucy: So listen, we're going to do that. We're going to find Kevin. He's alive and we're going to find him. But until then, I think you need Kate.
Alison: Right, because she's a pit bull.
Lucy: Yeah, a pit bull. Exactly.
Ian: Who do you think you are? Trying to humiliate people, people who are here to help your client.
Kate: I did what I had to do.
Ian: Oh, does it include pumping me for information at my wife's grave?
Kate: I didn't plan that.
Ian: So what was it? Just convenient?
Kate: Yes, as a matter of fact, it was.
Ian: You're a disgrace to your profession.
Kate: Kevin Collins disappears, and what do you do? You move in with his wife.
Ian: I came here to help a friend!
Kate: And I find out that you two are having an affair, and I'm not allowed to use that?
Ian: Had. This has nothing to do with this case.
Kate: Yes, it does. My job is to defend Alison. If that means coming up with alternate scenarios for reasonable doubt, that's exactly what I'm going to do.
Ian: Whatever it takes, right?
Kate: You know, from what I hear, you work about the same way. Oh, come on, doctor. Word around the hospital is you don't always go by the book. I don't go into anything unprepared.
Ian: Why don't you try getting into something. Bring some compassion with you. Have you tried that?
Kate: Oh, were you using compassion when you put Dr. Collins into a coma?
Ian: I did what I had to to save his life.
Kate: And I'm doing what I have to to save Alison's.
Kevin: You didn't answer my question. Am I dead?
Kevin: Good, it's a start. But why am I here? I mean, what am I doing here?
Rebecca: What do you remember?
Kevin: I was in the barn. And -- and you came out of the portrait. And you lit a can-- you lit a candle. What did that thing do to me?
Rebecca: It brought you here.
Kevin: Where? Where Am I?
Rebecca: The same place I've been for the past 120 years.
Kevin: Oh, no. Oh, no, wait -- what, is this your idea of punishing me?
Rebecca: No. I just wanted you to leave Alison alone. We weren't doing anyone any harm.
Kevin: And this is your way to prove that?
Rebecca: I just wanted to teach you a lesson.
Kevin: Fine, lesson learned! Now get me the hell out of here!
Rebecca: I can't.
Kevin: You can't?
Rebecca: Look, this wasn't supposed to be forever. I had just given Alison the candle and I was trying to explain to her how to bring you back.
Kevin: But you didn't.
Rebecca: Because her friend threw the candle away.
Kevin: Well, fine, they don't have the candle. But I saw you walk out of that portrait. So you can get me back.
Rebecca: I can't. That's the problem. That nasty daughter of yours slashed my portrait.
Kevin: I have a wife and a family waiting for me, looking for me. Now, you damn well better find a way to get me back.
Rafe: I don't know why I picked up this candle in the woods. But I got a sneaking suspicion it belongs here.
Livvie: Thank God you're all right. I was worried when I came home and you weren't here. I --
Rafe: I just went for a walk right after I read the paper.
Livvie: So you know I went to Alison's preliminary hearing?
Rafe: Yeah, I figured that's where you went.
Livvie: Rafe, I didn't tell you because I knew you would want to go and support me, and I didn't want you to be overwhelmed by seeing so many people. I mean, you know how damaging the doctor said that could be for you.
Rafe: Is that the only reason?
Livvie: No. I had to testify against Alison, and I just -- I need to find the strength and courage to do that on my own.
Rafe: Right. So how'd it go?
Livvie: Well, the judge found there was enough evidence, and she's going to stand trial for killing my father.
Rafe: That's what you wanted, isn't it?
Livvie: You know, Rafe, I thought it would make me feel better. But it still doesn't bring my father back. I still miss him. And he's gone. I just miss him so much. He's --
Rafe: Come here. I'm sorry. I'm sorry.
Livvie: What? What is it?
Rafe: There's something I got to tell you.
Rafe: I think I'm starting to remember.
Kevin: Your witchcraft got me here. Now it can get me out.
Rebecca: It was your rash judgment that got you here. Alison had done nothing wrong, but you still went after her anyway.
Kevin: I was trying to help her.
Rebecca: Helping her would've been letting her be.
Kevin: Oh, by leaving her to listen to you?
Rebecca: I'm sorry. I realize that what I've done has caused you and the people who care about you a great deal of pain.
Kevin: Yeah, you're right. Lucy must be going crazy right now.
Rebecca: I was just so afraid when you came to close down the shop. I thought it was happening all over again. People calling Alison's candles dangerous? Your daughter accusing her of witchcraft? I thought the town was going to come after her, that they would do to her what happened to me 120 years ago. But I see now that I acted rather foolishly. Do you think she can hear you?
Rebecca: Your wife, Lucy. I heard you calling out to her.
Kevin: How would I know? Can someone hear us from here?
Lucy: Oh. There you are. I thought maybe you might've wanted to leave or something.
Ian: No, I stuck around to talk to Kate.
Lucy: Really? I bet you did more than just talk, huh?
Ian: I gave her a piece of my mind. Thought it might make you feel better.
Lucy: Makes me feel a lot better. Real good, in fact.
Ian: Well, she gave me a piece of hers. She's got quite a mouth on her.
Lucy: That sort of leads me to the next subject. I convinced Alison to keep Kate as her attorney.
Ian: I think that's the right thing to do.
Lucy: You really do? You agree?
Ian: Yeah. Alison needs someone like Kate, and -- and we're ok, right?
Lucy: Yeah, we're good. But listen, considering what went on in there, if you would feel more comfortable moving out, not living with me anymore, I'd completely understand.
Ian: We know who we are to each other, don't we? You're my best friend. And I'll help you find Kevin. But if you think it'd be easier to move out, then, of course I will.
Lucy: No. No, I don't want you to move out. Hey, to hell with what everybody thinks. You're right. We know and we know we're ok, and we also know we need to find Kevin.
Ian: Yeah. Which brings me to the next point.
Ian: I'd like to try again.
Ian: I'd like to try to channel your boy one more time.
Lucy: Are you serious?
Ian: Yeah. He's out there lost somewhere, and if the only way he can find his way back is through me, then let's do it.
Lucy: Are you absolutely sure you're ok with this?
Ian: Yeah. Come on, let's find your husband.
Jamal: Hey, Ali. You ok?
Jamal: Yeah, I know. Stupid question. Look, this is going to be ok, all right? We're going to get you out of all this.
Alison: Jamal, the same thing is happening to me that happened to Rebecca.
Jamal: It is not going to turn out the same, Ali.
Alison: We both know that it could. I could be put to death for this, Jamal.
Rafe: I was drawn back to the place where you first found me.
Livvie: So you went to the woods.
Rafe: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. But there was also -- there was this barn nearby. I don't know, I felt connected to it somehow. So I went inside, and there was my name. It was carved on a post with Alison's.
Livvie: Rafe, I'm so sorry you had to see that. You know, Alison did that after you broke up with her to be with me. She was completely obsessed with you.
Rafe: Right, yeah. I was walking around, right, and then I find this rose. And I don't know, it just -- it felt really important to me for some reason, and I just kept wondering and wondering, "Why, why, why?" I mean, did I give it someone, or --
Livvie: Yeah. Yeah, you did. Rafe, you gave it to me. Pink roses are my favorite.
Rafe: They are?
Livvie: Yeah, they were kind of like our thing.
Rafe: Yeah. I knew it. I knew it, I knew it, I knew it. I knew this was important for some reason. Just like the barn?
Livvie: Oh, my God. This is really wonderful, Rafe. The barn is the first place we made love.
Rafe: Well, I -- this means I'm starting to get my memory --
Livvie: Yes, you're remembering us! Rafe, this is wonderful. This is wonderful.
Rafe: You know what? I somehow felt that this was meant for the woman I loved. I guess that's why I brought it to you.
Livvie: Thank you. Ready to go?
Rebecca: I believe anything is possible if people believe. So maybe your Lucy can hear you.
Kevin: But you don't know. You don't know how to make contact?
Rebecca: I'm afraid I feel as cut off from that world as you do.
Kevin: No, no, I don't feel cut off. I never feel cut off from Lucy. I just don't know how to reach her.
Rebecca: Look, I don't know how to reach Alison anymore, either. And it's so frustrating.
Kevin: Well, there has to be some way to reach her. There has to be!
Ian: The last time we tried this, it worked. I was standing in front of the painting like this. And I tried to imagine what Kevin was going through, tried to put myself in his footsteps.
Lucy: Right, and then Doc came to us. He somehow came to us.
Kevin: Well, I'm not giving up. Lucy has never given up on me, and I'm not about to give up on her. I can't be stuck here.
Ian: I can't be!
Jamal: Look, what happened to Rebecca is not going to happen to you.
Alison: You don't know that.
Jamal: Yes, I do. Because I'm going to find that candle that I threw away, and it's going to lead us right to Kevin. I'm not letting anything happen to you. Ok? I'm not.
Alison: No, Jamal, don't. I'm sorry, it just -- I can't. It just feels, like --
Jamal: Like what?
Alison: Like I would be cheating on Rafe.
Rafe: Now, I know this flower probably doesn't make up for all the stuff that happened today. But I hope maybe -- maybe it makes you feel just a little bit better.
Livvie: No, it did. You did.
Rafe: I'm glad. I'm glad. So why don't you just stay here and relax, and I'm going to go make you something to eat.
Livvie: No, Rafe, you don't have to do that. Please.
Rafe: I know, I know. But I want to. I want to, ok? It's time for me to take care of you for a change.
Livvie: Thank you.
Rafe: No, thank you.
Livvie: I can see what Alison saw in you, Rafe. You'd be really easy to fall in love with.
>> On the next "Port Charles" --
Ricky: I have never met anybody like you, Karen. That's why I don't want to be anywhere else.
Kevin: I promised Lucy --
Ian: We'd dance on the top of the --
Kevin: Lighthouse on our --
Ian: Golden anniversary.
Kevin: I promised her.
Lucy: Oh, my God. Doc.
