Lucy: Oh, my God. Christina --

Christina: Mommy?

Lucy: Yes. Baby, come here. Come here. Oh! Oh, look at you. It's really you, isn't it? Oh, my goodness. Christina, it is you.

Mary: Frank. Oh, sweetheart.

Frank: I'm all right, Mama.

Alison: Well, my, there sure are a lot of blessings these days, now, isn't there?

Rafe: It's that time of year.

Kevin: Lucy?

Lucy: Oh, Doc. Oh. Come on, you. Come here. I want everybody to see you. Oh. Everybody? Everyone, I want you to meet somebody. This is Christina. This is my daughter. And she's home.

Serena: All right, Mom!

Lucy: Oh, Doc, but how did you do it? How did you do this?

Kevin: Well, you know that other woman, the one you're so worried about?

Lucy: Julie -- Julie's back in Port Charles?

Kevin: She came here to give Christina to you.

Lucy: Hey. You're home.

Chris: God, is it really you?

Julie: It's really me.

Chris: Oh --

Julie: Oh, God --

Chris: Julie.

Julie: Oh, I'm here. Right here.

Chris: Now we can be together.

Julie: No, no. Chris, you're wrong. You're not why I'm back in Port Charles.

Chris: I don't understand.

Julie: I came here for one reason and one reason only, and that's to give my daughter to Lucy. And then I'm leaving again, Chris. And this time for good.

Lucy: How did you -- I mean --

Kevin: Well --

Lucy: J-u-l-i-e is --

Kevin: I'll tell you all the details later, but right now we have, you know, guests waiting.

Rev. Giovanni: Not to mention clergy in mid-ceremony.

Lucy: Oh, sorry. I am so sorry, everybody. But --

Rev. Giovanni: Pick up where we left off?

Kevin: Good idea.

Lucy: No.

Kevin: No?

Lucy: No. Well, we have two of our daughters up here. Shouldn't we have all of our daughters up here with us, please? Livvie --

Livvie: Here we go.

Kevin: Oh, I can see it now -- all the females ganging up on me.

Lucy: Christina, you want to stand right here with your sisters? There you go.

Rev. Giovanni: Kevin, Lucy, please join hands. Did I already get through the "hold your peace" part?

Kevin: Yes.

[Guests giggle]

Rev. Giovanni: All right. I know -- we're all hungry. Do you, Lucy Coe --

Lucy: I do. I really, really, really, really do.

Rev. Giovanni: It's traditional to let me get the question out first.

Lucy: Oh. Go ahead.

Rev. Giovanni: Ok. Do you, Lucy Coe, take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health, to honor and cherish till death do you part?

Lucy: Oh, I do. I really, really do.

Rev. Giovanni: Do you, Kevin Collins, take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health, to honor and cherish till death do you part?

Kevin: I do.

Rev. Giovanni: The rings, please.

Mac: The rings.

Rev. Giovanni: These rings symbolize the eternally unbroken circle of love. Given freely, love has no beginning and no end, no receiver and no giver, for each is a giver and each the receiver.

Kevin: With this ring, I thee wed.

Lucy: With this ring, I thee wed.

Rev. Giovanni: And by the power vested in me by the state, not to mention God Almighty, I hereby pronounce you husband and wife. You may now --

Lucy: Finally, finally --

victor: Whoop, whoop!

Chris: Julie, if you go, I'd go with you.

Julie: You can't.

Chris: It makes no sense --

Woman: Oh, sorry.

Julie: No, no, Deena. It's ok.

Chris: It's not ok. Who is this?

Julie: Chris, calm down. She's Christina's nanny. Did everything go all right?

Deena: There was a lot of smiles in that room today thanks to you.

Julie: There have been a lot of tears thanks to me, too.

Deena: Excuse me.

Chris: Julie, you left me behind so you could keep Christina, and now you're back handing her over? Please talk to me.

Julie: Chris, we are talking --

Chris: Julie, you owe me! Ok, you owe me. Now, if -- if something's wrong -- if you lost all the money somehow -- I have plenty. I can take care of us. I love Christina.

Julie: I know, I know.

Chris: And we said we would be a family one day, remember? Please, I'm not going to lose you again.

Julie: And you already lost me, ok, Chris? It's over. We can't be together. It's all over.

Lucy: Oh, Doc, we did it. We finally did it. We're married, and we're husband and wife. I love that.

Kevin: Yeah. Wife and mother.

Lucy: You, sir, have made all my dreams come true.

Kevin: Well, a few times over. I guess it's time we start making new dreams -- for our family.

Lucy: Yeah.

Kevin: Hey.

Lucy: Speaking of which -- hey, you, you want to say hi to somebody? Here you go.

Serena: Hi. My name's Serena. It sounds a lot like Christina. Now Mommy can call you "Punkinhead." I'm the big sister now.

Lucy: And you know what? You have another big sister, too. You do. Livvie?

Livvie: Hi.

Lucy: This is Christina.

Livvie: I have heard so many things about you. You're so cute. Ah.

Serena: Oh, and here comes another big sister. That makes four. Now we're all sisters. Livvie, Christina, me --

Karen: And I'm Karen.

Kevin: You ok, Frank?

Frank: Ah, just -- I wasn't sure I'd ever see her again.

Kevin: It's just about everything you can do to keep you from going over there and scooping her up in your arms?

Frank: Hey, look, I know this is a lot to ask, right? And you're her family. I -- you know, she's only mine biologically, but --

Lucy: Frank --

Kevin: Come on.

Lucy: Come here. Hey, you guys. Christina, i want you to meet somebody that is very, very, very special. This -- this is Frank.

Frank: Hi, Christina.

Christina: Hi.

Frank: Hi. I hope we could be good friends, ok? Real good.

Alison: So, you think you might get a promotion with all the good work you're doing?

Rafe: Well, actually, angels don't get promotions. We only get new assignments.

Alison: Oh, yes.

Rafe: Yeah.

Alison: So i guess that means that you'll be leaving soon.

Rafe: Ahem. I am -- midnight.

Alison: Yeah.

Eve: Ian, what are we going to do?

Ian: Will you calm down, woman?

Eve: No. We both know how much that bracelet cost. It's a sign, Ian. It's a sign. We keep trying to put our lives back together again just to have them torn apart.

Ian: How can you say that after everything that happened tonight? Weren't you listening? You see that?

Eve: What about them?

Ian: Come on. Talk to me outside.

Eve: What?

Ian: Come on.

Gail: Look at that beautiful locket. Look, Christina. Look at that.

Lucy: You know, I -- I've been so busy staring at her and squeezing on her, I didn't even notice that. Hey, pumpkin head, who gave you that?

Christina: My two mommies.

Lucy: Can I see? Oh, Christina. Oh.

[Music playing]

Kevin: You surprised?

Lucy: Oh, I am surprised and blessed and ecstatic, and I am very, very, very much in love.

Kevin: We finally made it Lucy.

Lucy: Finally.

Ian: I don't care about the bracelet. I care about us -- what happens to us. Did you not hear the vows they said in there?

Eve: Of course I heard what they said. And it just about broke my heart because if it were you and me up there, I'm not sure I'd have done the same thing.

Ian: What do you mean?

Eve: Ian, it's about faith. Lucy and Kevin have faith in each other. And I just don't completely believe that you'd be there to catch me if I fell. And I don't want to feel this way.

Ian: I know, I know, I know. So I will find ways of showing you that I will be there every time. Have faith in that.

Rafe: Come on. What is it?

Alison: I'm just -- I'm going to miss you, that's all. I already told you.

Rafe: Well, I'm -- I'm going to miss you, too.

Alison: Really? Because, Rafe, there's --

Rafe: But you got to remember, you got this great guy who -- who's going to spend the rest of his life with you. And he's probably missing you like crazy right about now.

Alison: Maybe. But I just feel like our lives are going in two totally different directions lately. I mean, he's off in Chicago dealing with this emergency that I cannot help with. And -- and I've just never felt this far apart from him before and this far away. And I've just never, you know, felt like this.

Rafe: Is there anything I can do? Anything?

Alison: You are. Just knowing that I have a friend to lean on and that you're here -- well, it means -- it means the world. What am I going to do without you?

Chris: If you love me half as much as i love you, then why would you leave again? Why can't we be together?

Julie: Because we just can't.

Chris: Did you meet someone? I mean, are you married?

Julie: I love you.

Chris: Then why are you doing this? You might as well tell me what it is because I won't let up until you do. Dying is the only thing that will stop me from -- no.

Julie: Chris --

Chris: No, you tell me I'm wrong.

Chris: What is it?

Julie: There's no cure.

Chris: Maybe not yet. Julie, you have no idea the luck I've had with outside-the-box research lately. I mean, since you left, I've come up with so --

Chris: Oh, God.

Julie: So, now you see?

Chris: You know, I can still help you. Ok? I really can. I mean, it's -- I'm a doctor. It's what I do.

Julie: Chris, I am a doctor, too. I've been through this. I know. All the money I have, all the specialists -- none of it matters. I don't have much time left. Don't waste it.

Chris: So, what am I supposed to do?

Julie: Accept it. I have. I came back to make sure that Christina was happy, safe, to make sure that you know that I love you, that I'll go on loving you and --

Chris: What?

Julie: To ask you a favor. One.

Chris: Anything.

Julie: Move on, Chris. Do it for me --

Chris: No.

Julie: For us.

Chris: No, Julie.

Julie: Knowing that you will find love again -- and you will -- just as long as you don't hide your heart from the world. You'll always be with me. You're a part of me, and I believe that I'm part of you.

Chris: Yeah, you know you are.

Julie: Then say yes to a last request. One day we will be together again. But for now, in this life, let me go. Let us go. Can you do that?

[Music plays]

Lucy: Hey, thank you. You know that saying about "dreams come true?" Well, this time it happened to me and it's not a saying. It's for real. I am so happy. I have this whole new life. I'm married to my Doc. I have Serena and I have Christina back and I have you, cousin. Do you know we are going to have so many wonderful, wonderful Christmases together.

Rafe: Lucy, I'm -- I'm leaving Port Charles.

Lucy: What?

Rafe: Tonight's my goodbye.

Lucy: Rafe, just like that?

Rafe: If you ever want to talk to me, if you feel you need me or -- or if you -- you know, you miss me, maybe, all you got to do is just look up at the stars and just talk and I'll get your message, I promise.

Lucy: I'm going to miss you.

Rafe: I'll miss you, too. All of you.

Kevin: Ah -- gotcha. Mind if I cut in? I mean, you don't mind, do you?

Rafe: Oh, absolutely no problem. I have been waiting to see this sight for what seems like a very, very long time.

Lucy: Join the club. Oh.

Rafe: Kevin.

Kevin: Well -- Mrs. Collins.

Lucy: Dr. Collins.

[Music playing]

Kevin: I love you, Lucy Coe.

Lucy: I am now Lucy Coe Collins.

Kevin: Don't you forget it.

Lucy: Never.

Alison: No, Rafe --

Rafe: Trust me, ok?

Alison: I -- i do. It's just it's really cold outside. I think that --

Rafe: Here --

Alison: I think we should just go back in.

Rafe: Any minute now.

Alison: Please.

[Clock chimes]

Rafe: Shh, just -- I wanted to be alone with you. I -- I want to remember you just like this.

Alison: I still have so many things that I wanted to say to you and that I -- i was going to tell you. I --

Rafe: I know. Me, too. I wish that --

[chimes]

Alison: Yes?

Rafe: Oh. I wish that --

Alison: Goodbye, my angel.

[Music playing]

Alison: Look at them, Rafe. Can you see? You did it. You really did it.

Kevin: Hey. Everything all right?

Lucy: Yeah. Yes, everything's better than all right. Oh, Doc, this is the happiest day of my life, the happiest minute, the happiest second, the happiest millisecond.

>> On the next "Port Charles" --

Jamal: I can't stand being away from you this long. I love you, too.

Man: The doctor is in.

Gabriela: Ricky, what are you doing here? And when did you get out of jail?

Singer: Miracles happen
