Jamal: This isn't what it looks like.

Gabriela: Looks like you're trespassing. Only hospital personnel are allowed in here.

Jamal: Look, you should be thanking me, Gabby. I came here to donate some blood. I mean, isn't this the place?

Gabriela: Well, why didn't you say so? I'd be happy to help you.

Jamal: Ok, then.

Michael: What have you done now?

Caleb: You know, having a twin is starting to become a real drag. But I'm not going to let you ruin my good mood with another one of your pious lectures.

Michael: I don't trust your good moods.

Caleb: Did I happen to mention who showed up at my little party, bro? Olivia. Looks like all that praying you're doing ain't doing no good.

Michael: I can bet she didn't come willingly.

Caleb: I didn't put a gun to her head.

Michael: You might as well have. You're manipulating her.

Caleb: So what? Everybody plays games when they're first falling in love. Eventually, she'll come out of her own free will.

Michael: Pretty soon Livvie won't even know what free will is.

Caleb: What do you think about a late-summer wedding? Something simple, tasteful.

Michael: You can't do this.

Caleb: And then, shortly after, Eve's baby will be born. It'll be the perfect start to my new family.

Michael: We are destined to be alone. You know that.

Caleb: Oh, that's your destiny, bro. We both know I'm no priest.

Jack: Livvie, what's wrong? Why do you think Caleb was following you?

Livvie: No.

Jack: Livvie. Talk to me, please.

Livvie: Ok. Ok, Jack, that's why I'm here -- because I wanted to tell you that -- that I was with him.

Jack: What? How did he get to you?

Livvie: Jack, just listen.

Jack: Livvie, did he hurt you? Did he kidnap you? What went on?

Livvie: That's what I'm trying to say. Caleb didn't kidnap me. It was my idea. I went to him willingly.

Lucy: No, I didn't mean the hospital recovery room. I meant the Recovery Room restaurant across the street. Jeez, Madame Alicia, I thought you were a psychic. I'm sorry. Don't flip your turban on me. I apologize. Look, please, please, I need to see you. It is truly so urgent. You see, you remember that thing we connected on, the baby boy? Well, I just found out some of my friends are having a baby boy, and those weird vibes we both got -- I think it means something. Madame Alicia, I think it means the baby could be in danger. Please.

Ian: No, no, see, a boy needs to have a strong name. Liam, I think.

Eve: Well, what about a good old strong American name, like Aloysius or Billy Bob?

Ian: Rufus Thornhart.

Eve: I know --

Lucy: Hi, you two little lovebirdies.

Ian: Hey.

Eve: Oh, hi.

Lucy: You look so happy.

Ian: Well, we are happy. We just found out we're having a baby boy.

Eve: Mm-hmm.

Lucy: Wow, that -- amazing. Congratulations.

Eve: Thanks, Lucy.

Lucy: You know, could I -- could I just ask you, like, a hypothetical -- hypotenuse -- hypothesis kind of question?

Ian: Sure.

Lucy: Ok. Say X knew something and wanted to tell Y, you know, and maybe X wasn't sure if Y needed to really know it or sure about it and maybe X had this Z person that X could talk to to find out if maybe what Y was needing to know is really true or maybe it's just X's huge, big fat misunderstanding.

Eve: Lucy, what are you saying?

Lucy: That you're so darn happy about the baby, and that's what's important.

Ian: No, you wanted to say something about the baby before you went into your alphabet talk.

Lucy: Why would anybody say anything about an innocent little child? I was just asking for your opinion.

Eve: Well, the thing is, is that we don't even know what the question is, Lucy.

Lucy: Fine. You know, I am going to go because I see someone I know and I really want to say hello. Ta. Oh, Madame Alicia.

Ian: That was weird.

Eve: That's Lucy.

Lucy: Hi, listen, it's me, it's Lucy -- you know, you know, the woman who called. Listen, don't look over there. You have arrived in the nick of time because I almost spilled the cosmic beans, I almost ruined somebody's happiness, and those two people over there really deserve a lot of happiness. No, don't. Don't look, don't look.

Gabriela: You've got wonderful veins.

Jamal: Thanks. I guess.

Alison: Hey.

Jamal: Hey.

Alison: There you are. Deneice said she saw you head to the blood bank.

Gabriela: Alison, you're not supposed to be in here.

Alison: Oh. Sorry. Why didn't you ever tell me that you were going to give blood today?

Jamal: Oh, just a spur-of-the-moment thing, that's all. You know, being a good citizen and all.

[Alison chuckles]

Alison: Gabby? Black bra -- the button's --

Gabriela: Oops.

Alison: Ok.

Jamal: Ok. How about taking this out, save some for next time?

Gabriela: You're right. You're all done. Hold your arm up.

Jamal: Thanks. Bye.

Alison: What is up with Gabby? She used to be so nice, and now she's -- and since when did nurses start showing cleavage?

Jamal: Look, let's just go home, ok?

Alison: Ok, wait, will you help me find Livvie? Because I can't find her and I'm really worried about her.

Jack: You mean to tell me you went to the catacombs by yourself to see Caleb.

Livvie: Hey, look, it's hard to explain, but something is happening to me, Jack, that I don't understand.

Jack: Agh!

[Livvie screams]

[glass breaks]

Jack: Damn him!

Livvie: Calm down, please! I love you, ok? But something -- there's something about Caleb. I don't know what it is, but it seems to draw me to him. Please don't be angry with me.

Jack: Livvie, look, I'm not angry with you. I just want you to tell me exactly what happened.

Livvie: God, Jack, sit down. You're sick again.

Jack: No.

Livvie: You're sick.

Jack: Look, I'm fine. Listen to me -- all that matters is you. Please tell me exactly what happened.

Livvie: Ok. Ok, we talked and -- and he tried to convince me that I would be better off with him. God, Jack, you are so pale right now.

Jack: Then what? Did he touch you in any way?

Livvie: No, Jack, no. I told him I love you. Then I came here because I am scared of this interest I have in another man. Why am I doing this?

Jack: Hey, look, you did nothing wrong. Just trust me, Caleb is evil.

Livvie: How do you mean?

Jack: I mean that he's dangerous, all right, and I'm done taking any chances to risk your safety. I'm going to get you out of here tonight.

Lucy: Do you sense it? I mean, can you feel it? That is Eve and Ian, and you do feel their happiness, right? The warmth, the complete happiness over this baby. And they're sitting there talking about baby names and cribs and all that adorable stuff, and -- I don't know, Madame Alicia. What do you feel? Do you feel I should drop my bad news on them, go and tell them that I've had these ominous warnings through my tarot cards about their baby or what?

Madame Alicia: You've got a gift, Lucy. Your powers are strong. You've got to use them wisely, and -- listen -- I know you act impulsively, which gets you into trouble, right?

Lucy: Oh, boy, are you ever right. Yeah, just, you know, sometimes I actually think I could write an entire miniseries.

Madame Alicia: Well, your feeling about your friends is accurate. There's definitely something strange surrounding them. But first, get the pieces together before you act, ok? Only then will you find what you're looking for.

Lucy: That's it. I think I'm getting what you're trying to send me. I need to do a little more yin, a lot less yang. Right. It's just -- oh, boy, Madame Alicia, patience has never been one of my big virtues.

Eve: Is she still staring at us?

Ian: Yeah, she still is.

Eve: I think I know why. It's because she lost her little girl.

Ian: Must be hard to hear about other people's babies.

Eve: I'll tell you, there is nothing worse in this world than losing your child.

Ian: I know, I know. You were pregnant and lost a baby. I know that. But you were alone then.

Eve: Yeah, and I was young and stupid. But not a day goes by that I don't think about that little boy and what he would have been like if he had lived.

Ian: I'm sorry.

Eve: You know what, though? This -- in a way, it makes me so grateful for what I have now. I love this little baby inside of me already, as much as I love his daddy.

Ian: You're going to be a wonderful mother. Everything's going to be fine.

Eve: Because I'm going to do everything in my power to protect this child. This time I'm doing everything right.

Caleb: Why can't you just be happy for me, Michael? I'm about to become a family man.

Michael: What you're describing -- it isn't a family, Caleb. It's a nightmare. Turning a young woman into a monster like yourself? Stealing a couple's newborn?

Caleb: I never did think the commandments were all they were cracked up to be.

Michael: It's sick, even for you.

Caleb: More comments like that and you're not sitting at the head table.

Michael: I was at your last wedding, remember?

Caleb: That doesn't count. The bride never showed up.

Michael: Never showed up, Caleb? You killed her.

Caleb: It was an accident. You know, I lost control. I wasn't patient. But I am older and I am wiser now.

Michael: Don't you see? You're just setting yourself up for more pain. Hey, we were doing good before you saw this girl. You had found some peace.

Caleb: I was just waiting, waiting for the right time, the right girl. Don't you see, Michael? All I want is what everybody else already has -- a family to call my own.

Michael: We have each other.

Caleb: Oh, that is so comforting.

Michael: A normal family life -- it's not for you.

Caleb: What is, hmm? Extinction? I'm the last, Michael, thanks to you and your celibacy thing. It's up to me to keep the bloodline alive.

Michael: And I think it should die. What happened to you, it's a terrible thing. But it has to stop.

Caleb: Can it? I will have this family. I will have Eve's baby as my own.

Michael: And I won't let you.

Caleb: Oh, you're -- you're jonesing for Eve, aren't you?

Michael: I am a priest.

Caleb: You're also a man. Well, you know -- I say go for it, bro, you know? I mean, you don't know what you've been missing.

Michael: I will not let you talk about Eve this way. I know what you are, Caleb, and I know how you suffered. But I beg you, stop this before you lose whatever trace of humanity you have left.

Caleb: Too late. And I won't let you turn me into some bloodless saint like you, someone who doesn't feel anything, who doesn't desire anything. I'd rather be undead.

Michael: I didn't ask for this war, but I will fight it.

Caleb: And you'll lose, bro. You know you'll lose.

Livvie: I love you, Jack. I will go with you anywhere.

Jack: Good. I'll get the money and we'll head out.

Livvie: But, Jack, you're still in pain.

Alison: Hey. What is going on?

Jack: I just got the stomach flu or something.

Alison: Again?

Jamal: Ali, why don't you take Livvie home?

Alison: No. Jamal, you have been trying to ditch me ever since I found you at the hospital.

Jamal: I'm not trying to ditch you.

Jack: Jamal and I just have some business to take care of.

Livvie: No, you need to see a doctor, Jack.

Jack: No, no. That's not what I need.

Jamal: Look, would you two just go?

Alison: No! Look, whatever you have to discuss, you can discuss it in front of us, ok? So start talking. I

Michael: Oh. Excuse me.

Gabriela: Great outfit. I am so glad to see you.

Michael: Oh, I'm -- sorry. Does someone need a priest?

Gabriela: Ok, I'll play along.

Michael: I'm looking for Eve Lambert.

Gabriela: Why her? She's married now, and pregnant.

Michael: Yes, I know. Do you know where she is?

Gabriela: She's probably at the restaurant across the street, but you're wasting your time with her.

Michael: The restaurant across the street? Ok, then.

Gabriela: Do you need anything else from me, Father? Hungry?

Michael: No, I had a bite already, thank you. I'll just go find Eve.

Gabriela: Caleb. Why do you go after her when you can have me?

Eve: Ok, what's for dinner?

Ian: Eesh.

Eve: Come on! Don't look at me like that. I'm eating for two.

Ian: Uh-huh. Only a brave man gets between a pregnant woman and her food.

Eve: Well said. Chinese, I think.

Ian: All right. I'll pick it up.

Eve: Ok, good. Let me make one phone call and then I'll meet you at home, ok?

Ian: Ok.

Eve: Ok.

Ian: Bye.

Eve: Bye.

Lucy: I have to tell you thank you. Thank you, thank you so much. You know, your advice means a lot to me. I feel it very deeply. And you've tuned my aura. You have. I appreciate it. And listen, I'm going to take your advice. No more of this stuff about the baby until I do a little more psychic sleuthing.

Madame Alicia: Good. And trust your hunches. You'll find the answers, Lucy.

Lucy: Oh, Madame Alicia, thank you. It means so -- I just have to tell you this. I hope I'm not imposing, but you look so hot. I mean, this is a fabulous outfit. Can I borrow it? I mean, could I just feel it on me one time? You know, maybe I could call you. I don't have to call you.

Madame Alicia: No.

Lucy: No. I can just feel you any time! Oh! Madame Alicia. Oh, thank you so much. You've just brightened my day. Oh, yes, I have to borrow it. You take care. Ta. Wow. Oh, I got to talk to Victor. I'm going to go see if he's back, ok?

Eve: Michael.

Michael: Hi.

Eve: Hi. What are you doing here in Port Charles?

Michael: I finished my restoration at the monastery.

Eve: So your brother's better?

Michael: My brother will always be a handful. I figured it was time to take some R&R.

Eve: It is so good to see you. Hey, guess what. Ian and I have some wonderful news. We just found out that we're having a baby boy. A little boy.

Michael: Eve, I'm so happy for both of you.

Eve: Thanks. So, where are you staying?

Michael: I don't know yet. I don't know. I'm sure it'll be somewhere humble. I'm not really the room-service type.

Eve: Oh, well, then I guess a hotel is out, right? Well, Ian and I have an extra room.

Michael: Oh, no. I couldn't think of imposing.

Eve: Yes, you could. I stayed with you in the monastery for a few days, remember?

Michael: Well, then, I accept. But just for a couple days until I find the right place.

Eve: Ok, fine. That settles it, then. My car is right out front, ok? You can come with me.

Michael: All right. I will keep you and your baby safe, Eve.

Jamal: You two are just going to have to trust us to leave us alone so we can talk in private.

Jack: Yeah, Livvie. You can say your goodbyes to Alison.

Alison: Goodbyes?

Livvie: Yeah, Alison. Come on, I'll explain.

Jamal: Sorry it took me so long. I almost got pinched. So, where are you and Livvie going? Huh? What happened to the plan?

Jack: The plan changed.

Jamal: When?

Jack: When Livvie went to the catacombs to go see Caleb on her own.

Jamal: Whoa, whoa. Did he do anything to her?

Jack: No, no, he didn't do anything to her. He didn't touch her in any way. But he's got some kind of pull over her, and I got to get her somewhere safe.

Jamal: And running away is the right answer?

Jack: I don't know, man. All that matters is keeping Caleb away from her. Jamal, I don't know if I trust myself around her.

Jamal: Pal, you wouldn't do anything to her, ok? At least you got enough of this bat juice to last for the next couple of days.

Jack: Yeah. I don't even know where to go, man. Maybe some kind of church or something, if I can even step foot in there.

Jamal: Yeah, of course you can. I mean, this vampire thing hasn't taken full effect inside you yet. In fact, I think a church is a good thing. It's a good idea. I know the perfect place.

Alison: You are going to go with Jack without even knowing what's going on with him? I mean, he has been in some major mood swing lately.

Livvie: He would never hurt me, Alison. I love him with all of my heart, and this is why I need to get away from Caleb.

Alison: Caleb the caveman?

Livvie: I -- I saw him again. I went to him to see him, to be near him.

Alison: Livvie, you're freaking me out, all right? What is with this guy? Why him? Are you all of a sudden into tall, dark, and spooky, or what?

Livvie: Alison, he's like -- it's like he has a hold on me and he's all I can think about and I can dream about, and he's got control of my thoughts or something, and it's scaring the hell out of me.

Jack: You sure this place is safe?

Jamal: Yeah, yeah. Solid. So how long are you going to be gone for?

Jack: Long enough to break this hold Caleb has on Livvie.

Jamal: Ok. All right, meanwhile, I'll get the info on Caleb's talisman.

Jack: All right.

Jamal: All right.

Jack: Man, be careful.

Jamal: Hey, ready to kick some dead-man-walking butt?

Jack: Yeah. I got to keep getting stronger to protect Livvie.

Jamal: All right. Bottoms up.

Livvie: Jack?

>> On the next "Port Charles" --

Jack: I heard about this place. Now, it's a remote, secluded place where no one knows about, but you'll be safe.

Lucy: I think the stranger means to harm that child.

Michael: It's over, Caleb.
