Michael: You really should join us for lunch. You must be hungry.

Ian: No, thanks. I got to be going.

Michael: Godspeed.

Ian: Thank you.

Eve: Hey, Michael. I thought I heard voices.

Michael: Someone who'd lost his way.

Eve: That sounds familiar. Did you point him in the right direction?

Michael: People seem to find what they need all on their own -- including you.

Eve: Well, it would have taken me a lot longer if it hadn't been for you.

Michael: Are you ready for lunch?

Eve: Actually, Michael, if it's ok with you, I'd like to get going.

Michael: You seem eager to get started.

Eve: I need to get on with my life, for me and my baby.

Michael: So you're leaving right now?

Eve: Right now.

Mary: So, what are you thinking about?

Frank: Oh, just a friend of mine. He's keeping a secret from the woman he loves.

Mary: Really?

Frank: It could change everything -- the world as they know it.

Mary: Well, if he were my son, I'd tell him not sharing something important with someone you love could really cost you everything.

Frank: I had a feeling that's what you'd tell him.

Mary: And what would you tell him?

Frank: I'd tell him he's lucky to have you as a mom.

Mary: Oh. You know what? I got to go. I'll just get what I came for later.

Frank: All right. Bye, Mom.

Mary: Would you mind turning the light out in the garage for me?

Frank: Yeah, sure.

Frank: Oh, Karen. Karen, what am I going to do?

Karen: I don't believe this. Let go of me so I can pick up Mary's pictures. Oh, great.

[Door opens]

Frank: Karen. Oh, that's --

Karen: What?

[Door closes]

Frank: Never mind. What are you doing here? You just got out of the hospital.

Karen: I came to see Nellie.

Frank: What, not me?

Karen: Frank, I have another question to ask you about the fairy tale you told me.

Frank: Ok.

Karen: Did it really happen? I mean, the whole time-travel thing -- did it really happen to you and me?

Sam: Jack's passing the second marker. So far, so good.

Livvie: Jack, don't do this!

Sam: Get her off me!

Livvie: You're going to get hurt!

Sam: Yeah, well, you know who's going to get hurt if you don't, Jackie.

Livvie: Oh, my God. Alison.

Alison: Livvie, what are you doing here?

Livvie: Jamal, Jack is racing for you.

Jamal: What? He wasn't even supposed to be here.

Sam: Well, look who decided to show up.

Jamal: Jack's never raced before. You know what could happen.

Sam: Yeah, well, you should have thought of that before you bailed.

Jamal: I got to stop him.

Sam: Uh-uh. You got to park it. Just kick back and enjoy the show. Jackie boy can take care of himself.

[Motorcycle engines]

Jamal: I told Jack not to come. What happened?

Livvie: He wanted to be here. He thought you'd need backup.

Jamal: Yeah, but how'd he end up racing? I mean, why does Zach even want him to?

Livvie: I don't know. But when you didn't show, it suddenly became really important that someone take your place.

Jamal: Zach wanted me to race because I can win, ok? Jack has never even raced before. There's no way he --

Livvie: Yeah, so why'd Zach make him go out there?

Jamal: There's something else going on.

Jack: Livvie better be safe, Sam. Tell me she's ok.

Sam: She's fine. Just finish the race and don't pull anything. Otherwise, she won't be.

Sam: I got to call Zach. Keep an eye on the kiddies.

Man: No problem.

Jamal: Whatever's going on, we got to get to Jack fast.

Livvie: Well, we have to do something.

Jamal: Alison --

Alison: Hey.

Man: So, what do you want?

Alison: Well, I just really wanted to apologize for earlier. I'm really sorry if we were rude.

Man: Oh, yeah?

Alison: Yeah.

Man: Well, Jamal and that chick better chill.

Alison: I know. I'll tell them in a second. So, how's the race going?

Man: Not bad. Are you into bikes?

Eve: How long are you planning on staying here?

Michael: Until I rebuild what's been damaged. What?

Eve: Well, it's just that whenever you speak, it sounds like you are saying something more.

Michael: It's the collar. It gives that impression.

Eve: Right. I also think you're very good at deflecting things.

Michael: I also think you're a very caring person, Eve, and you're going to do a lot of good in this world.

Eve: You know, it must be wonderful, being so sure of your path.

Michael: Wonderful, yes, and more than a little frightening.

Eve: See, that's what scares me. I thought I was sure.

Michael: Because things didn't work out for you and the baby's father?

Eve: I was so sure that we were meant to be together, to love each other and have a family together.

Ian: I'm not giving up, Eve. I'm not giving up. We have so many dreams. We can finally make them come true.

Eve: But I guess if that were true, we would be together right now.

Ian: I was so sure I'd see that beautiful face of yours in the cabin.

Ian's Voice: Eve?

Ian: There were flowers in the cabin. Fresh flowers.

Eve: I'm going to make a good life for my baby. That is my purpose now.

Michael: I know you will.

Eve: And I'll be helping people. I'll have my work and my baby. But something -- someone will always be missing.

Ian: The same flowers that were at the chapel. Is it possible?

Karen: I know it sounds crazy, wondering if the story about the prince going back in time is true. I mean, it's insane, isn't it? To think that the prince wanting to make sure that the parents of the princess get together so she'll exist for him to love has anything to do with us. But I can't get it out of my head.

Frank: It was just a story I told you to keep your mind off the pain after your surgery.

Karen: Well, that's what I thought until I talked to my mom and Scott.

Frank: There you go. Ahem.

Karen: Mom told me how she ended up going to the dance where she and Scott got together. She said there was this guy that helped her after her sister died -- you know, talked to her and stuff. Well, if it wasn't for him, she wouldn't have gone to the dance. His name was Frank. He said he was from the future.

Frank: Karen --

Karen: I know it sounds crazy, but it sounded so much like your story. And then when your mom remembered the guy --

Frank: My mom?

Karen: Yeah. I bumped into her in here, in the garage, and we started talking --

Frank: About the past?

Karen: Frank told Mary he was trying to fix a mistake to get back the woman he loved, just like your fairy tale. You think I'm insane, don't you?

Frank: No, no. Look, I don't think you're crazy. I told you I believe if you love someone enough you can do anything, even go back in time.

Karen: Tell me, Frank, why do you believe that?

Frank: What -- what happened here?

Karen: I knocked over a box. There are some old photos of Mary's. Frank, please, can we leave the photos? Just please answer me.

Frank: I can't.

Karen: Why not? Ok, fine, fine. You don't want to talk about it, you want to pick up some stupid photos -- fine.

Karen: Oh, my -- this is you. Looking like you do now. Only it was shot in 1973.

Frank: No, the date must be wrong.

Karen: No. It can't be. Your mom's in the photo, and she's young and pregnant. What's going on, Frank?

Frank: It's me. And it was taken in 1973.

Alison: Well, I'm totally into bikes, but I don't really know that much about motocross. Maybe you could fill in the blanks for me.

Jamal: Hey, punk.

Alison: Oh, Jamal.

Sam: What the --

Livvie: No, you don't.

Sam: Get off me!

Alison: Hey! Jamal, are you ok? Oh!

Jamal: Give me the gun. Don't worry about her. We don't need her.

Livvie: Jack.

Jamal: Jack, it's me.

Jack: Jamal, what happened? Is Livvie ok?

Jamal: Everything's cool here. It's all right. What's up with out there, man? Why is Zach having you race?

Jack: He's got me carrying something illegal back into the states. He put it in my bike in Canada.

Jamal: What, like drugs or something?

Jack: No idea what it is, man. It's got to be worth a ton of dough because Zach and his boys are tracking me.

Jamal: Ok, Jack, get rid of it. Whatever he put on the bike, whatever it is, just get out of there, ok? I'm coming to back you up. All right. Let's go tie this guy up for now. I got to get out to Jack.

Livvie: Ok, but let's hurry.

Zach: The diamonds. He's dead.

Karen: Your story of going back in time --

Frank: It's true. All of it.

Karen: But how? How could it happen?

Frank: My love for you took me back to 1973. It let me make things right again, the way they were meant to be.

Karen: Your love for me was that strong?

Frank: Our love was that strong.

Karen: But if nobody believed I existed --

Frank: I didn't care. I took some chances, but it didn't matter.

Karen: You loved me that much?

Frank: I love you that much.

Eve: Hi. I know you haven't heard from me lately, but I have something that I want to ask you. And it's -- it's not for me.

Ian: There were flowers at both places -- the same flower. It doesn't mean that Eve picked them. Could have been the priest, right?

Eve: Ian is a really good man, so good that I even understand why we can't be together. Please, please take care of him and keep him safe.

Michael's Voice: You really should join us for lunch. You must be hungry.

Ian's Voice: No, thanks. I got to be going.

Ian: "Us." He said, "Join us for lunch."

Eve: Goodbye, Ian. I'll always love you.

Livvie: Jack? Jack, are you there?

Jack: Livvie. Oh, baby, it's good to hear your voice.

Livvie: Oh, thank God. Please, Jack, tell me you're ok.

Jack: Yeah, I'm fine, sweetie, all right? Is Jamal on the way?

Livvie: Yeah. He just left. Jack, be careful, ok?

Jack: I got to go, all right? Zach's chasing me.

Livvie: They're chasing him. He needs help.

Alison: Jamal? Jack is in trouble. Have you found him yet?

Jamal: No, not yet.

Jamal: There they are. Hang on, Jack. I'm coming, bro.

Ian: Eve? Eve, are you here?

Eve: Michael? I almost forgot the --

Ian: Eve.

Eve: My God, I can't believe it! Oh!

Ian: I'm so glad I found you.

Eve: I was just leaving.

Ian: Why?

Karen: It's mind-boggling to believe how it was all possible.

Frank: I don't know, and I don't care as long as I have you. But, Karen, we can't tell anyone about this.

Karen: Because they'll think we're crazy?

Frank: Because everything's back in place, and I want it to stay that way, so, please, no one else can know.

Karen: Who would believe us anyway?

Frank: So this stays between me and you, forever?

Karen: Forever. I like the sound of that.

Frank: I feel so lucky to have you in my life, especially knowing what it's like to be without you.

Karen: I love you.

Frank: I love you, too.

Frank: So, do you want to do the honors?

Karen: No, I could never put a match to that gorgeous face.

Frank: I have one more favor to ask you.

Karen: For the man who risked his life to save mine? Anything.

[Music plays]

Frank: Dance with me?

Singer: o/~ If I could save time in a bottle, the first thing that I'd like to do is to save every day till eternity passes away just to spend them with you. If I could make days last forever, if words could make wishes come true, I'd save every day like a treasure and then, again I would spend them with you. But there never seems to be enough time to do the things you want to do once you find them. I've looked around enough to know that you're the one I want to go through time with. o/~
