Julian: There are my love birds.  How are you feeling, Fox?

Fox: Just terrific, Dad.

Kay: He's lying.  The treatments are taking a lot out of him.

Julian: Well, he's a Crane.  He can take it.

Fox: Listen, love, why don't you get home, get some rest.  I'm ok here for the night.

Kay: Mm-mm, no, I don't think so.

Fox: Oh, come on, I'm sure Maria misses you.

Kay: Honey, my place is by your side.

Julian: Kay, you know you won't do our brave boy here any good if you fall prey to exhaustion.  Perhaps you should go home, and give that darling angel Maria a kiss from me.

Fox: He's right.

Kay: Ok, if you're sure.  Alright, well say you're prayers.  Goodnight.

Fox: If I die before I wake, I pray the Lord my soul to take.

Kay: That isn't funny.

Fox: Ok, I'm sorry.  I love you.  See you in the morning.

Kay: See you then.

Julian: Bye.

Fox: First, listen, then do something.  Don't say I'm beating a dead horse.  I don't care what you say, I'm getting the real treatments.

Julian: If you do not stop this, you're going to ruin everything.  Now get these absurd ideas out of your head before you lose Kay forever.

Fancy: I mean it, Luis.  Go!  Get out of here.  I want you to escape so you can prove you're innocent.

Luis: Fancy --

Fancy: Go!  In my eyes, you're the best cop in the country, but you'll never be able to prove you're being framed by this nasty blackmailer if you're sitting in here.

Luis: Fancy, would you just think about it?  You're the only cop on duty now.  Everyone's going to know that you're the one who set me free.

Fancy: No, I'll figure out a way to make sure they don't think it was me.

Luis: Oh, really?  How?

Fancy: I don't know.  Do you think I even care about what happens to me?  I want you to prove your innocence more than anyone in the whole world, Luis.  I want to spend the rest of my life with you, but while we waste time in here, the DA is preparing to try you and execute you and I can't watch you die.  I can't.  So just go, please.  Just promise me one thing.  If worse comes to worse and you can't prove you're innocent, I want you to get out of Harmony.  Just leave the country, disappear, because I can't bear to see you die.

Jared: Where's Theresa?  Where's that damn justice of the peace, man?

Chad: Calm down.  It's all in the works, man.  Theresa agreed to marry you.  That's the main thing.

Jared: No, no, we've got to seal the deal.  It feels like I've been trying to marry Theresa forever.

Chad: And tonight you will.

Jared: Will I?  It feels like I'm in a contest here.  Theresa's the prize.  Sometimes I come out on top, sometimes Ethan comes out on top.

Chad: Well, it looks like you won the contest, man.  All right, calm down.  Don't worry.

Jared: How can I not worry?  Something could be going on right now to screw things up.  She could just decide to marry Ethan instead.

Theresa: You shouldn't be here.

Ethan: That's the dress that, um, you were going to wear for our wedding.

Theresa: It wasn't my choice.

Ethan: You can't do this.  You know you can't do this.  Don't marry Jared, please.

Theresa: It's too late.

Ethan: No, it's not too late.  You're only saying that because the damn blackmailer is forcing you to.  Now listen to me, listen good, because I have a lead on this person's identity.

Theresa: You have proof?

Ethan: Not yet, but --

Theresa: No, Ethan, it's too late.  Ethan, I want to marry you more than anything in this world, but it is impossible.  I have to marry Jared.  That's it.

Ethan: You're wrong.  You don't have to do this.

Theresa: It's too late!  Luis and Miguel will pay if I don't marry Jared right now.

Miguel: Kay.

Kay: Miguel, what are you doing here? Julian's right in there.  If he sees you, there's going to be hell to pay.

Miguel: I'm sorry, ok? But I had to see you.

Kay: Why?  Why?  There's nothing to say.  We can't be together.

Miguel: Don't say that, please, because you're wrong.  Yes, we may feel a little guilty once Fox is gone, but you and I are gonna live a long, long time.  We have a daughter together, and we love each other.

Kay: No, please, not now.  I just came from Fox's hospital bed, ok?

MIguel: All right, all right.  I can wait because I didn't come down here to talk about us.  I came because I know what you're going through, and I thought I could just help you relax.

Kay: Oh, right.

Miguel: Come on, would you just let me help you, please?  I thought we could go have dinner, talk about Maria.  How does that sound?  We can just take a little time where we can just forget about our troubles.

Kay: Hm, I don't know if we should do that.

Miguel: Please, pretty please.  We can talk about Maria, about our future, make some plans.

Kay: Speaking of Maria, where is she?  She's with Tabitha.  Well, I am a little hungry.

Miguel: Ok, good.  The stairs are right over there.

Kay: Stairs?  I thought we were going out to dinner.

Miguel: We are, to the most romantic restaurant in Harmony.

Julian: What the hell is wrong with you?  I mean, you keep calling Nurse Stevens to make sure she gave you the placebo and her mouth is going to crack and she'll blab to the whole world that we blackmailed her.

Fox: Well, I'm sorry, but --

Julian: And what is with you keeping calling the lab to find out what you were given?  I mean, you're being sloppy.  You can't take these kind of risks.  What if Kay would overhear one of your phone conversations?

Fox: I've been careful.

Julian: Oh, yeah, if you've been so careful, how do I know what you've been up to?  You have to stop this.  If anyone finds out you're not really sick you know what's going to happen?  Kay is going to be  pulled back into Miguel's arms, and you, my son, are going to be a laughing stock.

Fancy: Just go, Luis.

Luis: What about you?

Fancy: It'll all work out in the end.  All you have to do is find out who attacked me and who murdered Rae, and this will all be over.  Do whatever you have to do to prove your innocence.

Luis: And what if I fail?  What if I am on the run and I can't prove that I am innocent?  And we never see each other again.

Fancy: Don't say that.  Once you're settled somewhere, I can join you.

Luis: No.  No, Fancy, because Sam's going to call in the FBI, and FBI's going to call in Interpol, and then they're going to track me through you.  You're every movement is going to be monitored.  It would be too dangerous for us to ever meet.

Fancy: Well, I won't live my life without you, Luis.  I can't.  No, no, you will find a way to prove your innocence.  I know you will.  Please, please just go.  Please?  For me?

Chad: You know you're right, Jared, there might not be a wedding tonight.  Not if you don't calm down and have a relapse.

Jared: Ok, stop thinking crazy.  Theresa loves me.  She's not going to change her mind to marry me at this late date and marry Ethan instead.

Chad: Now you're talking.

Jared: I'm doing the right thing, aren't I?

Chad: Look, I'm friends with both you and Ethan.  I'm not going to pick sides.  I just want everybody to be happy.

Jared: Well, at least the two of us will be happy.

Chad: Then cheer up.  Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald Crane, the woman who makes all men crazy, has decided to marry you.

Jared: Yeah.  How did you feel when you married Whitney?

Chad: Well, when I finally got to the altar, it was more of a relief than anything else.  I finally had the woman of my dreams, the only woman I'll ever love.

Jared: You know, I hate to bring this up, but what about this other person.  You know, this guy you've been seeing.

Chad: Hey, come on.

Jared: No one's here. No one can hear us.  What did he think about you marrying Whitney?

Chad: What he thought didn't mean a damn thing to me, Jared.  All I cared about was marrying Whitney.  I'm gonna cut this guy out of my life, man, I swear it.

Jared: Well, thank God for that.

Vincent: Who are you cutting out of your life, Chad?  Sounds like a little Crane scandal  that'll help me sell our tabloid.

Ethan: Do not go through with this wedding.

Theresa: I have to.

Ethan: No, Theresa, please.

Whitney: Everyone just stop fighting, ok?  You know what's sad is he's right.  You know he's right.  You shouldn't be marrying Jared.  It's not fair to him, and it's not fair to you.

Theresa: I don't have a choice.

Ethan: Yeah, you do have a choice.  You're letting this blackmailer have the  upper hand.  That's a choice.

Theresa: You know what, Ethan, my personal happiness means nothing in comparison to my brother's freedom.

Ethan: I just talked to Luis -- [phone rings] -- this is the message I've been waiting for.  I can prove your brother is innocent with this.

Theresa: You can?

Ethan: Yes, I can.

Theresa: We can get married!

Ethan: Yes.

Fancy: Ok, what are you waiting for?  Go!  I know you can do it.  You can prove you're innocent about everything.

Luis: No, no, Fancy, I can't take a chance I'm never going to see you again.

Fancy: Are you out of your mind?  You should go.

Luis: I am touched by your offer, but, no.  No, I'm not going to let you give up the career that you have worked so hard for.

Fancy: I don't care about that.

Luis: Yes, you do.

Fancy: All I want is you.

Luis: No.  No, Fancy.  What if I'm on the run?  No, I have to keep you in my life.

Fancy: Til the moment they gas you or give you a lethal injection?  No way, Luis.  Come on, please, just go.  Get out of here.

Luis: No, Fancy, listen to me.  It would never work out anyway.  Sam would know that you were the one who helped me escape for the third time.  He'd have no choice but to press charges against his number one cadet and then you'd be in jail.  What if I were on the run and got caught?  Then I'd be in jail and there'd never be any hope of us ever being together.  I don't want you to give up hope.  I know that things look bleak right now, but hopefully Ethan will make a break in the case.  My instincts are telling me that I'm on the right track.

Fancy: What good do your instincts do you when you're locked in here?

Luis: You'll see.  Theresa is being blackmailed.  I'm being set up.  Miguel's being set up.  All these things have to be tied together.  So all we have to do is find the person who's behind it.

Vincent: My nose for news is never wrong.

Chad: You mean you're good at eavesdropping.

Vincent: So who are you cutting out of your life, Mr. Harris-Crane?  Our readers want to know.  They can't get enough of t he scandalous doings of the rich and powerful Cranes.

Chad: What the hell are you doing here, Vincent?

Vincent: Where else would I be?  One of my trusty little spies tells me that Jared here and Theresa are about to be united in holy matrimony, and that very unusual hospital gown confirms it.

Jared: Who else knows about this?  I don't want a media circus during our wedding.  We want a quiet ceremony.

Vincent: Oh, so do I.  You know I live for exclusives.  Now, all I need are a few photos, and I'll make sure that no one finds out about the wedding.  Deal?

Jared: I'll have to check with Theresa.

Vincent: Oh, fine, then let's go.  I can't wait to see the blushing bride.

Jared: Give me a hand, Chad.

Chad: Yeah, I'll go with you down to Dr. Russell's office.  That's where Theresa's getting dressed.

Jared: No, I can get down there myself.

Chad: Stop it.  How many times do I have to tell you we're finished.

Vincent: You know, maybe until I believe it, but, uh, seems l like I still got the right touch, and from the looks of things, you've got a long way to go.

Chad: Just leave me alone, all right?  I never want to see you again.

Vincent: Oh, we're not finished, Chad.  Just wait, the two of us are gonna have a gay old time.

Theresa: Ok, tell me how you can prove that Luis is innocent, and we can get married.  I mean, this is gonna hurt Jared --

Ethan: Hold on, hold on, hold on.  I don't have solid evidence yet, all right?

Theresa: What?

Ethan: No, listen, I have a lead.  I think I have a good lead.

Theresa: Ethan, you think that you have a lead.

Ethan: Every single time the blackmailer called you, it was recorded.  I might be able to --

Theresa: You might be -- wait, this is serious, Ethan.  My God, this blackmailer, whoever this person is, they know everything that I say, everything that I do.  I've been delaying acting o n this person's instructions for as long as I can.

Ethan: Then delay some more, Theresa.

Theresa: I don't have -- I can't.  You understand that my brother is fighting the death penalty?  This blackmailer, he has the fates of both of my brothers in his hands, and my whole family will be destroyed if I don't marry Jared right now.

Ethan: Theresa, listen to me, we can fight this, but you need to give me more time.

Theresa: I don't have more time, Ethan.

Whitney: Ethan, please, just back  off, ok?  You're upsetting her.

Ethan: Well, she needs to be upset right now, Whitney.  Can't you give me just a little bit of time before you marry Jared to gather up some evidence.  That's all I need.

Theresa: No, that is playing with fire.

Ethan: I have a good lead.  It's a strong lead, but I need time to trarck it down.  Luis and I arer going to break into the Crane phone record database.  Then I can find out who's been calling you and maybe where they are.  But I need help from you.  I need hints as to who they are and their identiy.

Theresa: Stop, you are grasping at straws.  I cannot tell you anything.  You're just gonna hurt my family.

Ethan: Fine, I'll do this myself, but don't marry Jared until you hear from me.

Whitney: Ethan, just one more thing, ok?

Ethan: What?  Is it about the blackmailer, or what?

Whitney: No, no, no, actually, it's about Rae.  Well, the bartender from the Blue Note came to Rae's funeral and he had an envelope that Rae had given to him in case anything had happened to her.

Ethan: What's in it?  Does she have it right now?

Whitney: I don't know. It could be nothing.  I have no idea.

Ethan: All right, well, I need to talk to Simone as soon as she gets it because it might be important.  There might be something in it.  Listen, I need some time.  After all we've been through, don't you think I deserve a little bit of extra time?  Please.  I'm going to have the evidence that Luis is innocent.  I'm gonna bring it right to you.  I swear to God.

Theresa: I believe you.  I want to.

Ethan: Believe me, cause it's going to be me, you, Little Ethan and Jane, and we're going to be a family of four.  It's my dream, it's your dream.  It's gonna happen, but don't marry  Jared until you hear from me, ok?  Say it.

Theresa: Ok, I will wait as long as I can.

Ethan: That's my girl.  Thank you.

Whitney: That's great, right?  You hear that?  There's hope.  Ethan may be able to clear Luis' name.

Theresa: No, wait a minute, there's no hope.  I mean, what about Miguel?  Fox said that he was the hit and run driver.  He's not gonna change his story.  No, I need all the Crane money and power to clear my brothers' names.  No, I have to marry Jared.

Fox: I'm really sorry if I've disappointed you, Father, but I can't help it.  I need to know what's going on.  These treatments are absolutely killing me.

Julian: But you aren't getting the real treatment.

Fox: Well, that's easy for you to say.

Julian: All right, it's understandable if you're feeling tension.

Fox: Tension? My hair is all falling out. I'm tossing cookies so much I should be in the Guinness Book of World Records. I am weak and I'm tired and I can't deal with this anymore.

Julian: As Dr. Gasparro said, it is all in your head.

Fox: Oh, yeah, ok, it's -- it's all in my head. How's that for all in my head?

Julian: Oh, well. . . I admit that --that's rather unsettling. How about this -- how about if I schedule an appointment for you to see a psychiatrist so he can help you deal with these tricks your mind is playing on you? It would have to be a psychiatrist who is on the Crane payroll, somebody who would keep his mouth shut.

Fox: Great, ok, so I'll see a shrink for treatments that I'm not taking for a condition I don't have.

Julian: But it's all for love, Fox. I mean, isn't that worth it?

Fox: All for love, yes. Yes, and after this Kay will be mine forever.

Kay: Aw. Miguel, it's so beautiful.

Miguel: Yeah, well, guess who gave me the idea?

Kay: Who?

Miguel: Your brother, Noah. He actually asked me to help him set up a nice little romantic dinner on the wharf for my sister Paloma. So I figured I'd do the same.

Kay: Aw. Yeah, it's like that movie, "The Goodbye Girl. " Remember, we saw it when we were kids?

Miguel: I remember. I think about that a lot.

Kay: "The Goodbye Girl?"

Miguel: No, not "the goodbye girl. " I think about us and growing up and how close we were.

Kay: Hmm. Thanks for doing this for me.

Miguel: You're welcome.

Kay: You know who loved that movie? My mom. She always said that was what love was about -- laughter mixed with tears.

Miguel: And fighting.

Kay: You know, we actually watched that movie with her, didn't we?

Miguel: You miss her, don't you?

Kay: Yeah. You know, but it's more than that. It's just -- it's all the guilt. I'm the reason she's dead.

Miguel: Hey -- hey, hey, hey, you're not the reason she's gone. Your mom is gone because a terrorist blew up a bus.

Kay: Yeah, but if I could just go back I would do things so differently.

Fox: Hey, hey, hey, your mom is in heaven right now and she's happy. And she's looking down at you right now and she's telling you to be happy also.

Kay: Yeah.

Miguel: Ok? Come on.

Kay: Thank you.

Miguel: You know, we all have regrets in life, Kay. And there are so many things that I wish I could go back and change with my life and I can't. You know, I wish I would've never gone after Charity. I should have been here for you and Maria, and because of it I missed so much. And that is a regret I'm going to have to life with the rest of my life.

Kay: But you're here for her now.

Miguel: I still won't be able to make up for everything I missed. But I promise and I swear to you, Kay, I will Be here for you and Maria no matter what.

Kay: Yeah, but what about this whole attempted murder charge? I mean, you could go to jail, Miguel, for years.

Miguel: Well, I happen to believe in the justice system, Kay, and I'm innocent. And somehow, something will prove that I am innocent, and I'll be able to move on with my life and I'll be free. And I'll be able to live the rest of my life with you.

Kay: Miguel, don't.

Miguel: Look, listen, whether you decide against marrying me or not, you will still be in Harmony, and I will always be in your life, Kay. I will always give you and Maria anything and everything you need, no matter what.

Kay: No, Miguel, look, if I can't get past the guilt I feel about Fox, you're going to have to move on. You're going to have to find some other girl. And I want you to be happy. You deserve to share your life with someone that you love.

Miguel: I know I do. Two girls actually -- Maria and you. And I've dedicated my life to both of you -- forever and ever, Kay.

Ethan: Hey, I got that text message. I think we can get into the Crane database.

Luis: See that? See, see -- instincts.

Fancy: That will help?

Ethan: It has to. From what I can see, I think the blackmailer really slipped up. 'Cause he or she didn't realize that every single phone call, every single text message was recorded in the Crane database here.

Fancy: That sounds like my grandfather.

Ethan: Yeah, well, we think the voice has been disguised, right? So all I got to do is identify a phone call from the blackmailer, run it through the voice identification software on the laptop here. Hopefully, we'll be able to hear his or her real voice.

Luis: That's it. Then you and I can be together.

Ethan: And I can marry Theresa.

Theresa: I'm scared, Whitney. Do you think that Ethan is going to be able to prove that Luis is innocent? And then what happens to Miguel?

Whitney: You know what? I don't know. But you know what we have right now? We have hope.

Theresa: I have lived on hope for too long.

Whitney: Yeah, but you can trust Ethan. You know, he's going to come through if he can.

Theresa: I hope so, 'cause I don't want to marry Jared. It's not fair to him.

Whitney: No -- no, it's not. It's not fair to him, to you, or to Ethan.

Theresa: I just don't know what to do, you know?

Whitney: You know, why don't you say a little prayer? You know, pray for happiness.

Theresa: You know what would make me happy? If I could find a way to postpone the wedding.

Jared: Theresa, why do you want to postpone the wedding?

Miguel: Ok, wait, just watch. I actually put something together really nice.

Kay: Oh, my God. Whoa! That was the day we went to Taylor Farm. What were we, like 15?

Miguel: We went horseback riding up into the woods. God, it was such a perfect day.

Kay: My mom was recording this. Aw. That was like a lifetime ago, wasn't it?

Miguel: I was such a fool. Those were the best years of my life and I didn't even realize it. You really don't know what you have until it's gone. Unless, you're a real idiot like me and you decide to run all over the world in search of something else.

Miguel: No, I mean it. Really, you were the best part of me. And I can't believe I ran all over looking for Charity without realizing that everything I ever wanted was right here in Harmony.

Kay: Well, it's too late now.

Miguel: No, I won't accept that.  You're my life, you and Maria, whether we're together or not, you always will be.

Kay: Miguel, come on, we can't do this.  It's wrong.  I'm married.

Miguel: Kay, you love me.  I know you do.

Kay: Stop it.

Miguel: Look at me. Will you look at me, please? Just tell me that you love me.

Kay: I can't.

Miguel: Listen, I love you and you love me, and whether you decide to be with me or not, it doesn't matter because I will always be a part of your life.

Miguel: I will never leave you behind again. I promise, ok?

Jared: Theresa, why do you want to postpone the wedding?

Theresa: God -- I, uh, hate seeing you in this chair, Jared.

Jared: Please, answer me.

Theresa: Well, it's, uh -- you know, it's like Dr. Russell said, this is too much for you. I mean, remember what happened the last time? You collapsed.

Jared: I'm fine. That's why I'm in this chair, so I don't exert myself before the ceremony. I'll be fine. Oh, look at you. You're the most beautiful bride a man could ever ask for. Aren't you glad I had your wedding gown sent down?

Theresa: Yeah, thank you.

Theresa: What are you doing here?

Jared: Vincent came down because he heard about the wedding and he wanted a photo exclusive.

Theresa: No, absolutely not.

Vincent: Aw, come on, don't be like that. I just want a few quick snaps of the bride and the lucky groom. You know, so far no one else in the media knows about this, but that could change. You don't want to turn this into a media circus, do you?

Theresa: Are you threatening me? Get out of here, Vincent.

Jared: All right, Vincent. You heard her, leave.

Vincent: Fine, fine, but in five minutes this place is going to be swarming with photographers and those tabloid TV shows, too. Is that really fair to the hospital? Think of the traffic. What if an ambulance couldn't get through?

Theresa: Ok, ok, fine. Take the photos, all right? Just don't release them until there's been an official wedding announcement -- agreed?

Vincent: Absolutely, Mrs. Crane.

Jared: Soon to be Mrs. Casey.

Theresa: I hope that Ethan gets here soon to stop the wedding.

Ethan: All right, I've downloaded an example of this blackmailer's voice.

Fancy: God, he really blew it. Everything he ever said to Theresa must be on the Crane database.

Luis: Let's hear it.

Person's voice: You've been a naughty girl. Don't even think of trying to deceive me or else you'll pay, big time.

Luis: Listen to that. Fancy, does that sound like your attacker?

Fancy: Oh, my God, it sounds so evil.

Ethan: All right, let's hear it again.

Person's voice: You've been a naughty girl. Don't even think of trying to deceive me or else you'll pay, big time.

Ethan: I mean, it's definitely disguised somehow.

Luis: Maybe a voice scrambler?

Ethan: Yeah. If I put it through the voice recognition software maybe I can filter out the real voice and we can hear what it really sounds like.

Fancy: Yeah, then do it.

Luis: This is the key to my innocence. If we can identify the blackmailer we can track him down.

Fancy: Let's just pray we can recognize the voice. Ok, ready?

Ethan: Yeah, program's still running here.

Fancy: Yeah, well, hurry up.

Ethan: Fancy, I'm going as fast as I can here. Now we should be able to hear the real voice of the blackmailer.

Fox: You know if you really want Eve back you should start with refunding the monies you took away from the hospital.

Julian: Don't go overboard. Someone's coming.

Nurse: Mr. Crane?

Fox: Yes.

Nurse: This was dropped off for you at the nurses' station.

Julian: For me?

Nurse: Yeah, there's a note.

Julian: It says it's a gift for Theresa Crane's bridal shower and it's supposed to start. . . in just a few minutes.

Fox: That's bizarre.

Julian: Why would this be given to me? I'd best go see what this is about. Thank you, dear.

Nurse: Isn't your wife back yet?

Fox: No, she went home a while ago.

Nurse: That's funny, I thought I saw her heading up to the roof.

Fox: Roof? Was she with somebody?

Nurse: Uh, I'm not sure. Maybe.

Fox: What?

Fox: She wouldn't be with Miguel again. She wouldn't do that to me. Would she?

Kay: We shouldn't.

Miguel: Oh, my God, yes, we should.

Miguel: You're so beautiful. Come here.

Kay: I love you. Make love to me.

Whitney: Vincent, where in the world did you get those flowers?

Vincent: Huh? Oh, that brain dead patient down the hall. She'll never miss 'em.

Chad: Vincent!

Vincent: Hey, I want a good background for the happy couple. We can return them later. Ok, all right.

Vincent: Ok, all right.

Vincent: You two are hot. You know, I don't think I've ever shot a hotter couple in my life.

Theresa: Thank you, Vincent.

Vincent: Well, there was one couple.

Chad: Shh.

Vincent: Careful, you don't want Whitney to see you getting angry with me again, do you? What if she gets suspicious?

Whitney: Is something wrong with you, Chad? You seem awfully tense.

Chad: No, no, I'm fine.

Whitney: Well, you do know this is wrong, right?

Chad: What?

Whitney: Theresa marrying Jared when she loves Ethan.

Chad: Maybe, but you know, it's not our decision here. The only thing I do know is how much I love you.

Vincent: Ok, that's it. Ready?

Theresa: Yes.

Jared: Whoa, wait a second.

Theresa: What, what, what?

Jared: I am so stupid. I can't believe I didn't think of this -- to see you in your wedding dress before the wedding is really, really bad luck.

Theresa: No, it's ok. that's just a superstition.

Jared: No, no, no, this is bad.

Vincent: Calm down. You know, brides and grooms get their wedding pictures taken before the ceremonies all the time nowadays. It's very chic.

Jared: Yeah, and I'm sure the divorce rate is a lot higher.

Vincent: Look, everyone does it, all right? Kid Rock and Pamela? Ok, maybe that's not that good of an example, but -- oh, Ryan and Reese. Oh. . . Kevin and Britney?

Jared: You're not helping, man. Great, our wedding's cursed.

Theresa: Look, look, Jared. You know, you just. . . let it go. There's really nothing that we can do about it. Unless. . .

Jared: Unless what?

Theresa: Well, we could wipe away the curse by postponing the ceremony. Would you like to do that?

Fancy: I don't hear anything.

Ethan: I know, I know. Let me adjust the volume settings here. God, the settings on this computer are out of whack.

Fancy: Well, fix it, Ethan.

Ethan: I'm trying to, Fancy, I'm trying.

Fancy: Oh, god, I'm so nervous I can't stand it.

Luis: Fancy, everything's going to be ok.  I'm telling you, in a minute, we're going to know whether or not we're going to be able to track down the blackmailer.  Look I just want you to know, if this doesn't work --

Fancy: Don't worry, it will

Luis: Well, I know. There's a lot of evidence against me, and if I can't prove that I'm innocent --

Fancy: I know you're innocent.

Luis: I just want you to know that I love you, ok?

Fancy: Just stop, Luis. You're the one who said we have to have hope if we're to have a future together.

Ethan: I adjusted the settings. Here we go again.

Person's voice: You've been a naughty girl. Don't even think of trying to deceive me or else you'll pay big time.

Fancy: Luis? Luis, that's your voice.

Fox's voice: I will make you mine, Kay, no matter how, no matter who I will have to destroy.

Fancy: Uh. . .

Luis: Fancy --

Fancy: It must be a mistake. Just play it again.

Person's voice: You've been a naughty girl. Don't even think --

Luis: What is this, Ethan? What the hell is going on here?

Ethan: I don't know. I told you I put the blackmailer's message through the voice identification software, and this is the voice that came up.

Fancy: It came up with Luis's voice?

Luis: No, it is not! It is not me! I did not do this, Fancy. It is not. I didn't -- I didn't do anything.

Theresa: You know, a lot of people are superstitious. So if seeing me in my dress before the wedding bothers you, let's just postpone it.

Jared: No. Are you out of your mind? No, forget it. I don't care that I see you in your dress before the wedding. All that matters is that I love you and you love me, right?

Theresa: Right.

Jared: Then let's get married.

Vincent: Excellent. Uh, great, now would you guys stand together so I can take some photos? All right. Ok. Closer together. Closer together.

Jared: Mrs. Casey.

On the Next Passions:

Endora: Tonight we're going to change your life forever, for the better.

Luis: This could be the thing that sets me free.

Theresa: I mean, what if he can't find proof that Luis is actually innocent, Whitney?
