Eve: You had just better calm yourself down, because you just made a scene out there in the E.R.

Whitney: Well, I don't give a damn anymore! I hate this baby, Mom! It's ruined my life! I hate it!

Fox: Whitney, what has gotten into you, huh? You were saying the same thing in the E.R. you're carrying our baby.

Whitney: Then you carry it, ok? I'm sick of it! This baby has completely ruined my life. And I just can't take it anymore, all right?

Julian: What's the matter with Whitney?

Whitney: You -- you and your sick father, Alistair -- you're the ones to blame for me! You're the reason I hate my baby!

[Country music plays]

Radio announcer: Stay tuned for updates on the Amber Alert. There's a little lady out there who wants her baby back. It's Blair Garner on WAQD, Harmony's choice for all your country hits.

Beth: Since when do you listen to country?

Mrs. Wallace: Oh, since I got a gander at that country hunk, Brad Paisley. Howdy! He can put my tractor in gear anytime he wants. Boo-yeah! Oh, Bethie, they still haven't tracked down Gwen Winthrop, Harmony's number two wacko.

Beth: Oh, and who's wacko number one? Me, I suppose?

Mrs. Wallace: Bingo, sweet cheeks. Ooh -- ooh, Bethie, you and Gwennie can start a kidnappers' club -- on death row.

Beth: All right, stop it with all of that. Marty is my son. I'm the only mother that he knows.

Mrs. Wallace: No. Sheridan is his real mommy. Ha. And soon, Sheridan is going to realize that that baby sleeping in there is really her son, and then the day of reckoning will be at hand! And that's a morning I can't wait for Sheridan to show up, knock, knock, knocking on our front door, demanding her baby back!

Beth: It's not going to happen, Mother.

[Knocking]

Mrs. Wallace: Gotcha. See, Bethie? You're just as scared that Sheridan will figure out Marty is her son, too.

Luis: There, you see that? That kid's only known you for a couple minutes. He already loves you.

Sheridan: But he's not my baby, Luis.

Nurse: Thanks so much for your help. The night shift's on their way up, so you don't need to hold him anymore.

Sheridan: Bye, baby.

Nurse: Come here, cutie pie.

Luis: Feeling better now?

Sheridan: Yeah, sure.

Luis: All right.

Sheridan: No. I mean, how can I be? Gwen has kidnapped Theresa's baby, and I'm just being flooded with all those horrible memories of what I went through. We lost a baby, Luis. We lost our baby. And yes, I -- I saw our baby die. I saw that car go off the cliff, but in my heart -- my heart keeps telling me that our baby is out there somewhere and will come back to us someday.

Katherine: I will leave Harmony forever. And Martin won't know I'm gone until it's too late.

Father Lonigan: Katherine, Martin loves you. He will track you down.

Katherine: Never. I know how I can disappear so he'll never be able to find me.

Theresa: Chief Bennett, please, find her. Please, bring her back to us, please.

Paloma: This is terrible.

Martin: I know.

Paloma: My poor sister.

Martin: I've got to go out there and help.

Paloma: Will Mama and Theresa let you? They resent you so much, Daddy, and Luis, too.

Martin: I know, but I can try. I mean, sweetheart, all I care about right now is getting my granddaughter back.

Paloma: Papa's such a good man. He doesn't deserve to be hated. I should help, too, help find my niece and help my family realize they shouldn't hate Papa.

Sam: Yeah, just keep me posted, ok? Nothing yet. No one's seen Ethan's car at any of the checkpoints. Let's just pray to god that Gwen didn't slip past our police cordon before we had a chance to set up the roadblocks, or she could be anywhere.

Theresa: She has our baby, Ethan.

Sam: Look, Theresa, don't worry, ok? You know, I have a feeling that Gwen might be somewhere within our perimeter, you know? And we're doing a house-to-house search.

Theresa: And what else are you doing?

Sam: Well, we got the media involved. We have an Amber Alert in effect. And all the radio and TV stations in New England are posting bulletins about Gwen and the kidnapping. If she comes out of hiding, someone could spot her and turn her in.

[Country music plays]

Gwen: Whoo. Honey, look at these. These have aloe and they're alcohol free. Honey, you never, ever, ever want to put alcohol on your face, ok? Your grandma Rebecca taught me that.

Blair: Hey, all you country fans, don't forget the Amber Alert for a baby who was kidnapped from Harmony Hospital by a mentally disturbed young woman is still in effect. So keep alert if you're on the roads tonight. Her Mama, Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald, must be frantic. Stay tuned to WAQD, Harmony's one and only country station. This is Blair Garner with another complete update in 10 minutes.

[Country music plays]

Gwen: Now, let's just take a look. Ooh. Ok. I think this is going to be good. Ok. Why are you looking at us like that?

Father Lonigan: You've spent a lifetime running from the truth. Can't you see leaving Harmony in secret again is wrong?

Katherine: Oh, forgive me, Father. But coming back to Harmony in the first place was wrong.

Father Lonigan: A life on the run by yourself -- can you bear it?

Katherine: I have to make amends somehow. I must go. I'm sorry,Father. Would you pray for me? I can't stay here. With any luck, my absence will help solve all the problems I've caused so many people -- including my Martin, my daughter, Sheridan. Sheridan -- would you do one thing for me, Father?

Father Lonigan: Of course.

Katherine: Would you watch over Sheridan? I had no idea until tonight how troubled she really is. She's plagued by these nightmares, by guilt. And she's innocent. She's never done anything wrong. She needs people to support her who she can trust.

Father Lonigan: You don't need to ask me that.

Katherine: Thank you, Father. Goodbye.

Father Lonigan: May you find peace, Katherine.

Luis: Sheridan, you know -- we've gone over this, ok? And for you to hold out hope that our baby is still alive -- it's just -- it's --

Sheridan: Madness? Look, I know. I saw our baby die. I saw it. But I just can't help it. I can't control my heart. My heart tells me that our baby is out there and needs me.

Luis: I'm worried about you.

Sheridan: Look, it's that same heart that puts all of my faith into you. So how can it be wrong? Please don't take that hope away from me. I mean, I just couldn't bear it if you did that, because hope is what makes life bearable for me, hope and you.

Luis: And sometimes, hope can be cruel.

Sheridan: But don't you see? I mean, yes, maybe I live in a dream world. But dreams do come true. My entire life, I dreamt that everyone was wrong and that my mother was alive. And lo and behold --

Luis: Yeah, and look how that turned out.

Sheridan: I know. But what can I do? I just miss that baby so much.

Katherine: Did I hear that something has happened to Theresa's baby?

Sheridan: No, no, we don't know anything yet.

Katherine: Oh, thank god.

Luis: We should go check on Theresa.

Sheridan: Yeah. Right. God, Gwen, what have you done?

Luis: I know Gwen's your friend, but you have to understand, I don't have a lot of sympathy for her right now, considering that she's kidnapped my niece.

Sheridan: I know. I know exactly how Theresa feels. I mean, for any mother to have their baby taken away from them. There just can't be anything worse.

Luis: Well, it's about as bad as abandoning your own daughter, or a father abandoning his son.

Katherine: It's terrible having your child taken away from you, but it's just as painful leaving your child voluntarily because you have to keep them from harm.

Martin: If only you'd let me help you.

Paloma: What can I do to help?

Pilar: Paloma, que estas haciendo, mija? You should be in bed. You need to rest.

Paloma: No, Mama, forget about me. I want to look for my niece.

Martin: No, sweetheart, you can't leave the hospital. You need to take care of yourself.

Paloma: Papa, I'll be fine.

Theresa: Paloma, please. Thank you, but really, there isn't much that you can do.

Paloma: Oh, yes, there is. Theresa, la union hace la fuerza. I know you two hate Papa, but forget about that now. We all need to work together to find my niece, Jane. As a family.

Gwen: Why are you staring at me like that?

Clerk: I just heard an emergency bulletin. An Amber Alert. A woman kidnapped a baby in Harmony and is on the run.

Gwen: Well, that doesn't have anything to do with me. I'm -- I need to leave.

Clerk: Wait, wait, wait. Wait a minute.

Gwen: What?

Clerk: You can't go anywhere.

Gwen: Look, I'm sorry, we need to leave.

Clerk: I can't let you go.

Gwen: Why not?

Clerk: Didn't you just hear me? Some nut job is out there kidnapping babies.

Gwen: So?

Clerk: Well, hello? Take a look at her. I mean, look how cute she is. She could be on a baby-food label. Some crazy kidnapper would just love to get her hands on her. So you got to be careful. You know, a woman alone in a lonely area like this? Look, let me finish ringing up your stuff, and I'll walk you to your car, get you and --

Gwen: Ashley. Her name is Ashley.

Clerk: Right. I'll get you two on the road safe and sound.

Gwen: Ok, thank you. You've really been a big help.

Clerk: We aim to please.

Gwen: Oh, sweetheart, this is a sign. Oh, honey, this is a sign. No one's ever going to take you away from me. Never again. No.

Theresa: Mama, if Papa wants to help us find Jane, then I think we should let him. It doesn't mean that we forgive him.

Paloma: Good.

Martin: Are you all right?

Katherine: Yes, fine.

Martin: Where have you been?

Katherine: I just took a little time for myself. I'm fine.

Theresa: You didn't find Gwen or Jane?

Sheridan: Theresa, I -- I'm so sorry. I mean, I know exactly how you feel.

Sam: Look, our roadblocks haven't turned up anything. Ok, there's no sign of them at the airport or the bus station. The house-to-house search has started. I think that's maybe our best bet. I've got a feeling that Gwen may be holed up with the baby somewhere.

Luis: All right, look, if she is holed up someplace, it's probably someplace that she's familiar with -- the Crane mansion, some of the outlying buildings that are there.

Sam: Makes sense. I mean, there are stables, garages up there, besides the mansion and the cottage.

Luis: Ok.

Rebecca: But the security guards and the staff have already checked there.

Luis: Well, who pays those security guards and the staff?

Rebecca: Alistair.

Luis: So I'll search myself.

Rebecca: I'm coming with you.

Luis: Well, don't think for one moment that you're going to interfere in this investigation.

Sam: Yeah. If you try to assist in Gwen's escape, you're going to find yourself in jail.

Rebecca: Who do you guys think I am? I just want to find my Gwennie before she gets in any more trouble.

Paloma: We'll all go. We all want to find baby Jane. And Papa will come, too.

Sam: You know, she's right. There are hundreds of acres up there to search. We need all the help we can get.

Ethan: We can split into teams. I can lead one. I know that estate up there like the back of my hand.

Theresa: You can find her, Ethan. I know you can.

Ethan: I won't stop until we track them down, I promise.

Sam: Pilar, I want you to take her and little Ethan home, get her calmed down. I'll call you if there's anything you need to know.

Pilar: Ok. Thanks, Sam.

Sam: You're welcome.

Theresa: I can't even help search for my daughter because I'm stuck in this stupid wheelchair.

Rebecca: Now, wait just a minute.

Ethan: Rebecca, it's not the time. Theresa, listen, don't worry. We'll find her.

Sam: Let's go, guys, come on.

Theresa: Please bring my baby back to me.

[Alistair laughs]

Alistair: "Bring my baby back." Now, that's an idea.

Tina: What?

Alistair: What? Oh. Because of all the pleasurable exertions we've had, I'm going to call the cook and have her bring up some baby back ribs and coleslaw. All right?

Tina: Mm-hmm.

Alistair: Oh, don't do that. Oh.

Whitney: It's the Cranes' fault. All of it. But what else is new? I mean, your whole family is evil. You know, you're the reason that this has happened to me. You are the reason I hate my baby!

Fox: Whitney, it's our baby. Quit saying you hate our child. Our baby has nothing to do with my family.

Eve: Excuse me. Come here.

Whitney: What?

Eve: Pull yourself together, because you're about to expose your own secret.

Whitney: But I don't care anymore, Mom. I'm going to tell everyone. I know you guys are probably wanting to know the whole story, why I keep saying I hate my baby, but trust me when I tell you, you're going to understand why. I'm going to tell you everything.

Chad: Come on, Whitney. Don't say you hate your baby, ok? You can't mean that.

Fox: You know what, everybody? I think I know what this is. This is a hormone thing. It's a woman thing, right? Hormones are raging?

Chad: Or is this about Theresa and Gwen taking her baby?

Whitney: You don't understand. None of you understand. No matter what I say, you're not going to understand.

Fox: No, Whitney, hey. Come here. I'm trying to understand. All right? I want to help you get through whatever it is that's bothering you. I know you don't hate our baby. I mean, just -- talk to me. Tell me what's bothering you, ok? I can help you.

Chad: And I'll be there for you, too, Whitney. And the baby. You know, I'll be just like a father to your baby.

Fox: Well, the baby's already got a father, Chad. We only need one. Thanks, though.

Chad: Hey, look, you can't ignore the fact that Whitney and I were close. All right? I just want to be her friend. I just want to be in her life, you know?

Fox: You know what? Get it through your head, man. That time is gone. Dad, perhaps Chad here would like a transfer. Maybe Crane Industries in the Philippines or something.

Whitney: Why don't I just go to the Philippines, ok? I'll go to the Philippines, somewhere where I can get some peace and raise the baby on my own. None of you understands. And don't follow me!

Fox: Hey, Whitney, what --

[Country music plays]

Clerk: Ok, ladies, we're all set. I'll walk you to your car and make sure you're all stowed away nice and safe when you take off.

Gwen: Ok, thank you very much. You're such a gentleman. Thank you.

Clerk: Hey, it's no big deal. Any guy would have done the same. Especially on a night with crazy kidnappers on the loose. You got to take good care of a sweet kid like that.

Gwen: Oh, don't you worry about this munchkin. She is my whole life, and nothing's ever going to come between us. Hmm. Ok. Ok, sweet girl.

Blair: Ok, country fans, here again, the details on that amber alert. Be on the lookout for a silver four-door sedan, license plate number 624RVA driven by Gwen Winthrop, late 20s, caucasian, blond, hazel eyes, 5'5", and slim. The kidnapping victim is a caucasian female newborn, Jane Winthrop, wearing white baby clothes with flowers and a little pink cap. And they tell me the little baby is sick, too, people. What a tragedy. Remember, the kidnapper is mentally disturbed. Slashed her wrists in the Harmony jail earlier tonight, so look for a woman whose wrists are all bandaged up. Please, be careful approaching her. She's considered dangerous. If you spot her or the car, notify the police immediately. It's Blair Garner. Thanks for listening. Now let's get back to our music. Here's our first request of the night from cowgirl Edna Wallace from Harmony.

Mrs. Wallace: Oh --

Blair: Edna, honey, I hope the rest of you match that sexy voice.

[Country music plays]

Mrs. Wallace: Well, why don't you come on over here and find out, Blair? You bundle of buff. Hey!

[Mrs. Wallace guffaws]

Beth: That's enough country for one night.

Mrs. Wallace: Hey, hey! He was going to play my song! Oh -- and give me back -- oh! You know what, Bethie? You're just nervous. Because of that bulletin. Another crazy female kidnapper!

Beth: I can't hear you.

Mrs. Wallace: Oh, Bethie, come on, huh? Do me a favor, will you? When Sheridan shows up at that front door with the cops, don't make a run for it, because I am getting so sick and tired of your shenanigans. Ugh.

Beth: It's not going to happen, mother.

Mrs. Wallace: Bethie -- Bethie, those two have a connection. And I read somewhere, little missy, that it takes three -- count 'em -- one two, three minutes for a baby to bond with its mother. And, gee, how long did you keep those two down in that pit, hmm? Let's see, huh? Yeah. And Sheridan -- she had to breastfeed the little tyke because he was so sickly, because you were bone dry, missy, because you weren't even pregnant! And somewhere, missy, somewhere under Sheridan's pretty blond hair, her brain is telling her the truth -- that Marty is her son!

Beth: Just stop it!

Mrs. Wallace: Oh, Bethie! Come on. Don't you get scared every time you hear a car pull up? Listen -- listen. Do you hear her coming? Oh, she's going to come and get her son, Bethie. Someday. And maybe that someday is going to be very soon.

Pilar: Theresita -- come on, mija. The van's waiting for us outside and they're going to bring little Ethan around to meet us from daycare.

Sheridan: Do you want me to come, too? My car is here.

Pilar: That would be very, very good of you. Thanks, Sheridan.

Theresa: I can't do it, Mama. I can't do it anymore.

Pilar: No, mamita, no. Yes, you can. Yes, you can. You have to be strong for little Ethan, ok?

Katherine: Sheridan.

Sheridan: Mother, you -- you look so grim. Is something wrong?

Katherine: I wanted to know if I could have a moment of your time. I wanted to talk with you about the future.

Sheridan: What do you need to talk about, Mother? You know Luis and I don't want any more contact with you.

Katherine: I want to apologize to you, Sheridan. I want to tell you how sorry I am that I left you when you were just so little. And how sorry I am that you've had to go through this hardship with your father. I'm sorry for the pain that you've endured with Martin and I coming back, the confusion about why we left, all the secrets --

Sheridan: You've said all this before.

Katherine: I know. The most important thing that I want to tell you is that I love you, Sheridan. I've always loved you. And no matter what happens, I will never, ever stop loving you.

Sheridan: Wait -- it sounds like you're saying goodbye. Are you and Martin leaving Harmony?

Katherine: No. Martin and I are not leaving. It's just so important to me that you believe that your happiness means more to me than anything in this whole world.

Sheridan: Thank you.

Katherine: And all of this tonight -- I'm also so sorry I wasn't here for you when your child was kidnapped and --

Sheridan: You can say it. Killed.

Katherine: Yes. I don't know how you've endured the pain. I don't know how you are enduring it. I just pray that you and Luis are going to have more children. I want you to experience that bond between a mother and a child. It's the most precious thing in the whole world. And even though I know I left you and even though I know you hate me, I know that that bond is still there between us, because I can feel it.

Sheridan: I know that bond, Mother. Just the few moments that I held my baby taught me all about that bond, and I will never forget it. It's still there.

Beth: Marty is snoring like a chain saw. Oh, god help the poor girl he marries. What's that?

Mrs. Wallace: Well, yeah, you took away my country music and my hat. I have to amuse myself somehow.

Beth: Oh, my god.

Mrs. Wallace: Yeah. Yeah, Bethie, Marty looks so much like Sheridan, it's scary, isn't it? Maybe I could get Sheridan to give me a baby picture of herself, because I'm sure they look like twins.

Beth: No, don't. Don't you say that. Enough playing games! You're in as deep as I am.

Mrs. Wallace: Oh, no, no, I'm not.

Beth: Yes, you are!

Mrs. Wallace: No, I'm not, Bethie. And old people get away with everything!

Beth: Ugh!

Mrs. Wallace: I'm not going to the slammer. Come on, you can't hide it here. I mean, just look at Marty. One of these days, Luis is going to put two and two together, because nobody could deny that little Marty looks exactly like Sheridan, and she is his mother. And Luis himself is not going to be able to deny it.

Luis: Anything?

Paloma: No, nada. We searched everywhere -- the stables, the pool houses, the servants' cottages.

Sam: Yeah, we searched Sheridan's cottage and most of the grounds. Anything, Ethan?

Ethan: Nope.

Rebecca: Oh. Who knew this estate was so big? I mean, you could hide an army out there in those woods. Oh, my goodness -- would you look at that. I ruined my shoe.

Ethan: Look, I don't think Gwen would risk the baby's health by staying outside. I think she's inside, and the mansion is the only place we haven't looked.

Luis: Paloma, are you all right?

Paloma: Yes, yes, I'm fine. Just a little sore. Luis, you should have seen Papa out there. He's like a blood dog.

Luis: You mean bloodhound?

Paloma: Whatever. He searched so hard. He looked everywhere.

Luis: Good for him. Now, look, you were hurt real bad. If you start to feel any worse, I'm taking you to the hospital, ok?

Paloma: I can decide for myself, thank you.

Sam: Look, guys, it's a huge place. Martin, take Paloma and Rebecca. You guys search the ground floor.

Martin: All right.

Sam: Ethan and Luis, let's go upstairs and search upstairs. Come on.

Rebecca: Oh, Gwennie, where did you go? And what about the baby? Whatever happened to baby Jane?

Alistair: Go ahead, waste your time. Search the whole damn mansion. Gwen isn't here. She just isn't here.

Gwen: Whew! Look, honey. Daddy bought Mommy her favorite -- tomato soup. Oh, it's so good on a cold night. Just need to get a can opener.

Gwen: Theresa -- Theresa, you bitch! Oh! I hate you!

Julian: What's going on with Whitney? Why did she lose her temper like that?

Eve: Oh, Julian, it's a long story. Oh, but I'm so glad you're back. God, it's just been hell here. So, did you find out? Did Alistair tell you who tried to poison him?

Julian: Eve --

Eve: Oh, Julian, please -- tell me that you know who tried to poison Alistair, because I can't go back to jail. Please? Tell me that you know who tried to poison him.

Alistair: Ah, there's no joy there, Dr. Russell. Julian has some bad news for you, some exceedingly bad news. And to watch you suffer just turns me on so much. Hello, pet. Are you ready for round three? Well, well, well -- my lovely wife, Katherine, saying another sappy goodbye. Good riddance, wife. Who needs a wife, anyway, when you're Alistair Crane?

Katherine: I know what you must think of me, Sheridan. But if you really do know about how strong that bond is between a mother and a child, that'll just give you some idea how much I love you.

Sheridan: You sure have a strange way of showing it.

Katherine: Oh, sweetheart -- sweetheart, believe it or not, everything I did, I did because I thought it was the best for you. All I've ever wanted in this life is for you to be happy. Please, try. Be happy. Do you promise?

Sheridan: I -- thank you. Thank you for your kind words. But, you know, I -- I actually have to go now. I just -- I just realized something. All this talk of babies -- and -- I'm sorry, mother, but I have to go.

Katherine: Oh. Goodbye, my darling daughter. I love you.

Gwen: Ugh! Ugh! Ashley's my daughter, Theresa! She is my daughter! You stay the hell away from us! Oh, god.

Ethan: Honey, I'm -- I'm sorry.

Theresa: The baby is mine, Ethan. I'm her mother, and you are her father.

Gwen: Oh, god, please -- please, no, no, no --

Ethan: Honey, honey, I know. I know this meant the world to you. And now I -- I don't --

Theresa: I am so happy! Ethan, I have given you your first child. I've given you a daughter!

Gwen: No, she's my baby. Ashley's my daughter. She's all mine. Oh, god. Oh, honey, it looks like Mommy -- Mommy cut herself. Oh.

[Jane cries]

Gwen: Ok, sweetheart, I'm coming. Ok, ok. Ok, baby girl. Ok, baby girl. Hi. Hi. Hi, Mama's here. Oh, Mama's here, yes, yes. My baby, ok. Ok, my baby. My baby, ok.

Sam: Hey, any luck?

Luis: No.

Sam: I searched in every attic, even the crawlspace.

Luis: I searched every room on this floor.

Martin: Nothing, just a lot of bad memories.

Luis: Yeah?

Sam: Well, then -- I mean, we searched the Crane Estate from top to bottom and there's no Gwen or Jane, so I think we should call it a day.

Ethan: Wait, wait, wait, wait. There's another door we didn't check.

Sam: Wait, what are you talking about? I searched every room.

Rebecca: It's Alistair's bedroom. I mean, he's not here often, but when he is, he uses it as his own personal lair.

Luis: Well, where is it? I went through every room in this floor.

Ethan: Oh, it's a secret door. No one's supposed to find it. I bumped into it when I was a kid. That's the only reason I know about it.

Rebecca: Hmm. I was riding Pepe. And he got spooked by my castanets and ran right into it. Huh.

Sam: Pepe?

Rebecca: Oh, my donkey. Don't ask. I won't tell.

Luis: All right, then. Where is it?

Alistair: How in the hell did you get in here?

Luis: Yeah, I'm the one asking the questions, old man. I just have one -- where did Gwen take my niece?

Fox: Whitney?

Whitney: Oh -- guys, can you give me a break here, please? I'm having a little bit of trouble.

Fox: Yes, I know, Whitney. How am I supposed to give you a break, huh? You keep saying that you hate our baby. What kind of talk is that, huh?

Chad: Yeah, come on, Whitney, you can talk to us.

Fox: You can talk to me. Come on, Whitney, tell me what's wrong. Are you still worried that the baby's going to have Crane blood? I thought you worked that out with my grandmother.

Whitney: No. No, I didn't work it out.

Fox: Ok.

Whitney: And, yeah. The fact that my baby is going to have Crane blood is driving me crazy.

Fox: Well, don't worry about that, all right? Whitney, hey, we're going to be great parents. I mean, that's what matters. Right? And do me a favor, ok? No more running away. We're going to have conversations, all right? We're a couple. We do things together.

Chad: And I'll be there for you, too, Whitney. Like I said before, I'll be like a father to your baby.

Fox: Shut up, Chad! All right? This doesn't --

Whitney: Why don't you guys finish arguing, and I'll leave, ok?

Fox: Good job, Chad. Look what you did. Wonderful.

Chad: No, no -- you know, I'm not letting you go after her.

Fox: What are you going to do, huh? What are you going to do?

Chad: Why don't you just handle your business, man? In fact, you know what? I'm not letting you leave until we have a little talk about how you're neglecting Whitney.

Whitney: Oh, my god. Damn it, this child. This child is ruining my life.

Eve: Look, tell me, Julian, do you know who tried to poison Alistair, because the only way I can stay out of jail is if we find out who the real murderer is.

Julian: Father claims that he has no idea who tried to poison him.

Eve: But at his party, he pointed at one of us. He knew. Julian, he knew!

Julian: I know, but I believe he was just playing with us, like he usually does.

Eve: Oh, no. Oh, no, I can't go back to jail. I can't. Whitney needs me. I have to be here for her. You don't understand. You just -- you don't understand, Julian.

Julian: But, wait, that's just what Whitney said. What is it? What -- what has her so upset? I mean, what's torturing her so, and you, as well?

Beth: I guess I'm going to go check on Marty, and then I'll put that new rubber sheet on your bed.

Mrs. Wallace: Hmm.

[Knock on door]

Beth: Oh. Who could that be this time of night?

Mrs. Wallace: Well, maybe it's the F.B.I. come on in, fellas!

Beth: Stop it right -- that's enough. Sheridan? What are you doing here?

Sheridan: I'm here because of my baby.

[Jane cries]

Gwen: Ok. Ok, sweetheart. It's ok, sweetheart. Mama was just upset. Just -- just for a second, but it's over. It's over. Ok. Ok, ok, that -- that's Mama's good girl. That's Mama's good girl. We're here. We're here. We're together. We're in our snug little house. We are, sweetheart. We're safe from everyone. That nasty Theresa's never going to find us. She's never going to hurt us. It's ok. Mommy and Ashley. It's ok. Oh, good girl. Ok. Ok. Ok.

Pilar: Bueno, he's -- little Ethan's in his jammies, and he brushed his teeth. I know, hija mia.

Theresa: When are they going to call, Mama? They've got to find her, you know? When are they going to call and tell me that they found my baby?

Luis: Answer me, old man. Where did Gwen take my niece? If anybody in this town knows where she is, it's you.

Alistair: Get the hell out of my room. All of you.

Ethan: Wrong. No one's going anywhere until you tell me where my daughter is! Oh, my god.

Luis: If you don't tell me where my niece is, you're going to leave -- in a body bag.

Sheridan: It's almost like you're afraid for me to see Marty. Why, Beth?

Julian: Eve, what's going on? What is it you're not telling me?

Eve: Fox -- he isn't the father of Whitney's baby.
