By Eric

Hank: Where are you going to search that you haven't looked before?

Luis: Everywhere. I'm going to turn over every damn stone in this town until I find her.

Hank: That's a little unrealistic.

Luis: You know what? To hell with unrealistic. All right, we're talking about sheridan here.

Antonio: I got mama in her car. What's going on?

Hank: He's just exhausted.

Luis: Why can't I find her?

Antonio: The person who has her doesn't want us to find her.

Luis: You know what? To hell with that. All right, this is my job! For god's sakes, we got a whole damn police department here! We got computers. We got everything that money can buy. And what good are we when an innocent pregnant woman, who just happens to be one of the most recognized faces in the whole damn world, needs our help? We're none. We're none, damn it, none!

Gwen: You wouldn't know the first thing about the truth, theresa.

Theresa: Oh, really? Be careful what you ask for, gwen. The truth is i am not the cause of all your insecurity, all you stress, all your fear, the things that are putting your pregnancy at risk.

Gwen: You're going to tell me that this is my fault?

Theresa: Well, if the shoe fits, yeah.

Gwen: Where the hell do you get your nerve?

Theresa: Why ask a question when you know the answer? See, gwen, somewhere deep down inside, you know as well as I do if ethan could, he would be with me instead of you. That's why you're always so stressed out. That's why you don't have faith in your marriage and in your husband -- because you know damn well if you hadn't gotten pregnant when you did, i would be ethan's wife --

gwen: That is a lie!

Theresa: Not you. Oh, is it? Is it really a lie? Well, if you were so secure in ethan's love, you wouldn't give a damn where I was -- whether I was in harmony or los angeles -- because you would be what, blase. You would be stress free in spite of it. What gets to you, gwen, is knowing deep down inside, your husband is in love with another woman. Your husband is in love with me.

Gwen: Ah!

Ethan: Will you make sure theresa gets this?

Whitney: If that's what you really want, yeah.

Gwen: Damn you!

Theresa: Oh, my god!

Ethan: That sounded like gwen.

Theresa: Oh! Get off!

Gwen: Ah!

Fox: Oh, no -- and theresa.

Whitney: Oh, my god.

Ethan: God, the baby.

Gwen: Ah!

[Theresa screams]

Theresa: Oh, my god. Gwen -- gwen -- gwen, are you ok gwen! Gwen -- gwen -- gwen, please -- please wake up. Gwen -- gwen, answer me! Answer me, gwen! Come on! Help me, please!

Chad: What's going on?

Whitney: It's gwen.

Theresa: Gwen!

Ethan: What happened? Gwen --

theresa: I -- I --

ethan: Gwen -- oh, my god.

Simone: Kay, let me help you with that. You should be taking it easy after your c-section. You wouldn't want to rip any of your staples.

Kay: Well, I'm doing better than you are. You're still limping.

Tabitha: You know, you girls took a nasty spill down those stairs. You should put ice on that ankle, simone.

Simone: I'm ok, tabitha. I'm more worried about kay.

Kay: Well, it shouldn't be you worrying about me. Miguel should be here. I am, after all, the mother of his child.

Simone: Kay, you can't expect miguel to be here every minute of the day.

Kay: Yes, I can, and I do. He promised he was going to come by later tonight, and it's already getting late.

Simone: Maybe he can't come by again tonight. Maybe he has other things to do.

Kay: Like what other things?

Simone: Kay, he has college. He has a job. He has a life other than you and your baby.

Kay: Yeah, well, if he's with charity again, I'm going to scream.

Simone: Look, why don't we take our drinks into the living room and just chill for a while, ok? Tabitha, can I get you anything?

Tabitha: Oh, no, no, no, I'm fine, dear. That's a very good idea -- you girls just chill for a while. Hmm. I thought they'd never leave. Now we can have some peace and quiet to ourselves, eh, my demon baby? Hmm?

[Water bubbles]

Tabitha: What's this? Oh, my devil, endora, look. Exciting things are happening in harmony. Anand we don't have to lift a finger, it seems. That beth wallace is doing our dirty work for us. Thanks to her and her wacko friend, it seems as if sheridan and luis are finished forever. Hmm? Look at that.

Hank: Printer doesn't look broken. Let's just hope it still works.

Antonio: Luis, what were you thinking about, knocking all the stuff off the desk like that?

Luis: Well, I'm sorry, all right? Now, I'm just a little frustrated that we haven't found sheridan.

Hank: Busting up the place isn't going to help anything.

Luis: I know. I mean, all we need is to catch one break, just one lead. Somebody out there has got to know something.

Man: What the heck are you doing, dragging me down here this time of night, luis?

Luis: Well, mr. Jackson. I gather you got my message.

Mr. Jackson: As soon as I got home.

Luis: Yeah?

Mr. Jackson: Saw the machine blinking. About to turn in, too. Damn phone machine -- sorry it was ever invented. And what's the big rush? Couldn't it wait till morning?

Luis: Sorry, it couldn'T. Why don't you just calm down there and have a seat, huh?

Mr. Jackson: All right, what do you want to talk to me about?

Luis: Well, it's just a little curious why you were out on your boat so late tonight.

Mr. Jackson: My boat tonight? I wasn'T.

Hank: But we were on the wharf earlier. We saw your boat heading out to sea.

Antonio: Yeah, we called out to you, but you never answered.

Luis: Didn't you hear us?

Mr. Jackson: Look, I may be old, but I'm not that old. Think I'd know if I had my boat out in the water.

Luis: Ok, so you're saying that you didn't go out on your boat tonight?

Mr. Jackson: That's right. Wedding anniversary. Took the wife out to dinner.

Luis: So if mr. Jackson wasn't out on his boat tonight, then who was?

Beth: Still no bubbles.

Charlie: Won't be. She's gone.

Beth: Gone. Sheridan is -- is dead.

Charlie: Oh, yeah. Dead. She is so, so dead.

Beth: I can't believe we're finally rid of her.

Charlie: Finally. After all these months, nothing's standing between us anymore, beth. Nothing to keep us apart. We are free at last.

Singer: I would hold the hand of the one who could lead me places and kiss the lips of the one who could singo o sweet and i would fly on the wings of the bird I knew could take me highest breathe in, breathe out you keep me alive you are the fire burning inside of me you are my passion for life our luggage.

Luis: Well, if mr. Jackson here didn't ta his boat out tonight, then who did?

Antonio: Yeah, and what were they doing going out to sea at this time of night?

Hank: Maybe it was just some kids joy riding.

Mr. Jackson: I doubt that. Besides, if anybody wanted to take my boat out, they'd have to have a key, and that's locked up safe and sound at the bait and tackle shop.

Antonio: Now, wait a minute, mr. Jackson. Are you sure you didn't lend your key to anyone? Maybe -- maybe you did and you forgot.

Mr. Jackson: No -- no way! I'd lend my lawn mower to somebody, but never my boat. I love her more than I love my wife.

Luis: You're sure you didn't let anyone use your boat tonight?

Mr. Jackson: Look, I got all my marbles, and I don't let anybody pilot my boat. I'm the only skipper she's ever had, and that's that!

Antonio: Well, somebody headed out tonight, and it looked like they were heading toward deep water.

Luis: It's a long way down out there, too.

Mr. Jackson: You boys been drinking tonight before you saw my boat go out to sea?

Luis: Mr. Jackson, we're dealing with a missing person's case here, all right? That's serious police business, so, no. No, I don't think we have been drinking, ok?

Hank: If you weren't piloting your boat, somebody else was.

Antonio: Yeah, and it looked like they were up to no good.

Mr. Jackson: What are you boys waiting around here for? I want to report a stolen boat, and I want you boys to go out and find it!

Luis: Yeah, we're on it, all right?

[Mr. Jackson sighs]

Antonio: Let's go.

Mr. Jackson: Hey, wait for me.

Charlie: Hey, hey, hey, what's wrong? There's nobody out here. Your mother's not here. Precious ain't here. Sheridan's long gone.

Beth: I -- I know.

Charlie: So why'd you pull away like that for? Come on, bethie, we should be celebrating. We should be drinking champagne! Or at least a good bottle of beer. Come on, we are free! The pressure's off now. We can relax, enjoy. It's just you and me, babe.

Beth's voice: No!

Charlie: What do you say we cozy up for a while, huh?

Beth: You mean here, on the -- on the boat?

Charlie: Sure. Yeah. There's nobody out here. Why not?

Beth: Um -- charlie, I -- I don't think we have time to really, you know, enjoy ourselves right now. We got to get this tub back to the dock before old man jackson realizes that it's missing, or this place is going to be swarming with cops. That's the last thing we need when we're so close to being home free, right, charlie?

Charlie: Yeah. Yeah, you're right. Full steam ahead. Yeah, we'll have plenty of time to be alone later.

[Charlie chuckles]

Charlie: You don't have to worry about having someone to love you ever again. After we kill sheridan, we can go on the road together, drive cross-country. We'll be just like thelma and louise.

Beth: My baby.

Charlie: Our baby. Yours and mine, beth. Yeah, our -- our little family. I mean, that's what you wanted, right? That's what you dreamed of? And I helped your dreams come true. Didn't I say I would, bethie? You know, maybe tomorrow, we go shopping for one of those R.V.S.

Beth: Atat R.V.?

Charlie: Yeah, you know, recreational vehicles. That's what we can take on our tour across country. Just going to be you, me, the baby, and a lot of mobile home parks. Does that sound like a little piece of heaven or what? Have you been using me all along to -- to get next to that man? Huh? I mean, did -- did you trick me into kidnapping sheridan, building that god-forsaken pit in your basement of your house? I mean, beth, do I mean nothing to you? Huh? Has our relationship been nothing but a sham, a lie to get me to do your dirty work? I mean, you -- you tell me that that's not so, beth! You tell me that that's not so. Because if it's true, oh, honey, you're going to wh you picked another gal!

Beth: Sheridan's not the only one I got to get rid of.

Tabitha: Oh, yes, my little witch, everything's coming up roses for us.

[Knock on door]

Tabitha: Damn it. Who's that? Come in.

Tabitha: What was that I said about roses?

Miguel: Hey, tabitha.

Charity: Hi. I hope it's not too late.

Tabitha: Oh, no, it's fine, fine. But what brings you by at this late hour?

Miguel: Mrs. Bennett just wanted to give these roses to kay. You know, she was hoping they would make her feel a little bit better.

Tabitha: Oh, well, that's very nice, yes. Kay has been feeling a bit depressed. But then that's par for the course when you have a premature baby.

Charity: It's been so hard waiting for the baby to come home.

Tabitha: Yes.

Miguel: Is she still up?

Tabitha: Oh, yes, she and simone are in the living room.

Miguel: I'll be right back.

Charity: Take these. Tabitha, you have the cutest baby. Aw, she's so sweet.

Tabitha: Thank you, dear.

[Charity gasps]

Sheridan: Luis, help me! Please, help me!

Luis: Sheridan!

Beth: No, luis, no!

Gwen: Ethan --

ethan: Gwen --

theresa: Please --

gwen: Ethan, please!

Theresa: No!

Gwen: Ethan, please.

Theresa: No! Ethan!

Gwen: Ethan, I need you. I need you.

Miguel: Charity!

Charity: Miguel?

Kay: No!

Miguel: Charity, I'm right here!

Charity: Guguel, where are you?

Kay: Miguel, no.

Miguel: Let go of me.

Kay: What about the baby?

Miguel: Charity!

Charity: Miguel, come back! I need you, miguel!

Kay: You have a baby now, miguel! No!

Luis: Sheridan!

Sheridan: Please, help me!

Luis: Sheridan!

Beth: No!

Sheridan: Please, help me!

Beth: No, luis!

Sheridan: Luis!

Charity: Oh, my god. Oh, my god.

Tabitha: Whatever's wrong with you, dear?

[Charity gasps]

Theresa: How is she, ethan? Is she ok?

Ethan: Gwen, come on, please wake up. Come on, honey, wake up.

Chad: She's not coming to. I'm going to call 911.

Ethan: Thanks.

Whitney: Is she bleeding anywhere, ethan?

Ethan: I -- I don't see any blood, but she's -- e'e's not waking up. Gwen, come on. Theresa, I heard you arguing.

Whitney: It looked like it was getting pretty physical, honey.

Ethan: Yeah, obviously. She's unconscious here. What the hell was going on?

Theresa: She -- she attacked me, ethan. She was -- she was -- she was angry. She was angry that she found out that I was here in los angeles and I wasn't in harmony. And, I mean, I was -- I was worried about her. I thought I'd try to calm her down. I tried to go to you. She -- she wouldn't let me!

Whitney: She wouldn't let you?

Theresa: No, no! I mean, she flew at me, whitney. She -- she -- she -- she grabbed me by my throat. She was choking me! She -- I was trying to defend myself! I begged her to stop, but she wouldn't stop!

Ethan: Theresa, if gwen attacked you, how did she wind up like this?

Theresa: Ethan, I -- I was for fighting for my life! I couldn't breathe, so I -- I just pulled myself away. She -- she lost her balance and she fell! I couldn't stop it!

Fox: Theresa, don't worry. I saw it, too, and it looked to me like gwen was pretty out of control.

Theresa: No, she was. She was -- she was totally crazy. She was angry. She was so angry. I just -- I just hope she and the baby are all right.

Ethan: Damn, they have to be. Because I don't know what I'll do if they aren'T. Ng ]

Theresa: Ethan, what can I do? Can't I help you?

Ethan: No, no, theresa, there's nothing you can do, ok? Just -- we need to give her some air. Fox?

Fox: Yeah?

Ethan: Will you do me a favor? Will you get a cold, damp cloth or something?

Fox: Yeah.

Whitney: What really happened out here?

Theresa: I told you, whitney. Gwen was choking me, and I was just defending myself.

Whitney: Well, I imagine she was pretty upset when she saw you here in los angeles.

Theresa: Yeah, she was very angry.

Whitney: But I don't understand what she was doing here. She's supposed to stay in the hospital until the baby was born. Why did she come here?

Theresa: Ok, this is -- this is just really horrible, ok? Apparently, there was this news crew at this -- this -- that restaurant that we were at, ok? And they videotaped ethan and me kissing! And -- and it aired. It aired.

Whitney: What?

Theresa: Yeah. I mean, it was broadcast on television.

Whitney: What, and gwen saw that?

Theresa: Yeah, she saw it. And she was --

whitney: Oh.

Theresa: She was hurt, she was devastated. She was furious.

Whitney: My god, I can't imagine what kind of shock that must have been for her and the baby.

Theresa: I know. You know, and ethan -- he was so adamant about gwen not finding out that I was here in los angeles. And now -- now she knows. And she knows that ethan and I were kissing. I mean, ethan's going to be so angry when he finds that out.

Itney: Ahah, I'd say that's a pretty good assumption, theresa.

Theresa: Just tell me this isn't my fault, please? Tell me that this was not my fault.

Whitney: I'm sorry, theresa, but I can't say that.

Theres please, god, let gwen and the baby be all right.

Charity: Tabitha -- tabitha, what's wrong with her?

Tabitha: Who, endora? What do you mean, what's wrong with her?

Miguel: Charity, what's wrong? We heard you yelling.

Charity: Miguel, I -- I looked at the baby, and -- and -- there's something wrong with the baby.

Miguel: What? What's she talking about, tabitha?

Tabitha: I have no idea what she's talking about.

Kay: Hey, what's with enda?A? What did charity see?

Tabitha: Well, I am a witch, after all.

Kay: Ok. So you're getting at like mother, like daughter?

Tabitha: Exactly.

Kay: Hmm. Good. Charity, how could you be do rude? I I mean, how could you say something's wrong with a perfectly adorable, innocent little baby?

Charity: I -- I -- I touched the baby's hand, and this -- this white light came out, and then -- and then, miguel, I saw --

kay: You saw what, charity? A boogeyman?

Charity: No. Nothing.

Miguel: Are you sure, charity? You sounded scared.

Charity: Yeah, you know what? I'm just imagining things. I can tell what a sweet baby endora is.

Tabitha: Yes, well, I am very partial to her myself. And I can assure you, there is nothing wrong with my baby.

Kay: Of course there isn'T.

Miguel: Well, I'm glad you and your baby are all right, tabitha.

Tabitha: Thank you, miguel.

Kay: Hey, tabitha, did you see the roses that miguel brought me? I'm going to put them in some water.

Miguel: Well, I'm happy that you like them, but, actually, they're from your mom's garden. She wanted you to have them.

Kay: I thought you gave them to me.

Miguel: Yeah -- no, I'm sorry. I guess I should have explained right away. She picked them especially for you.

Kay: Yeah, you should have explained. That's what I think of flowers from my mother.

Simone: Kay, don't throw those away. They're beautiful.

Kay: Yeah, well, I don't care. I don't want flowers from her. I don't want anything from her.

Miguel: Yeah, well, you know, I guess you have plenty of company, so charity and I are going to take off.

Kay: Well, you're taking off?

Miguel: Yeah. You ready, charity?

Kay: Miguel, you can't leave me!

Charlie: This is so great. You and me, together forever. I can't wait, bethie, can you? I mean, are you as exited about you and me as I am?

Beth: Sure. Sure I am, charlie.

Charlie: Yes, sir going to be you and me against the world, babe.

Beth: Listen, we got to get these keys back to the bait and tackle before somebody misses them.

Luis: Somebody did take your boat, we'll get the coast guard to go look for it.

Mr. Jackson: Good, let them find the bastards. I'll string 'em up myself.

Beth: Did you hear that? It's luis. If he finds us, he'll know that we killed sheridan. And then he's going to kill me.

Charlie: Unless we kill him first.

Beth: No, no, no. Look, hank and antonio are with him. There's too many of them. We've got to hide, or it's all over.

singer: You are my passion for life

theresa: I just can't believe that that video crew taped ethan and me kissing. Don't they have to have some kind of permission to air something like that on television?

Whitney: Oh, I don't know, but I guess not. I just can't believe gwen saw that.

Theresa: No, no, no, neither can I. You know, and ethan -- he's just going to be more furious when he finds out how much gwen really knows.

Whitney: Wait. What do you mean? What does gwen really know?

Theresa: She knows, whitney, that we've gotten closer. She knows that I was in their bedroom when she came home from the hospital. She knows that ethan kept that from her, too.

Whitney: Oh, my god. I can't imagine what that must have been like for her. I mean, imagine sitting in the hospital minding your own business, trying to save the life of your unborn child, and you look up and you see your husband kissing another woman. Not just another woman -- the same woman that's been the bane of her existence for years. How awful that must have been for her. How could you do this, theresa?

Theresa: Whitney, I never meant to harm gwen or the baby. Yeah, yeah, I love him and I want to be with him, but not at the expense of gwen's well-being or -- or her baby's health.

Whitney: You're trying to steal her husband! How do you figure that's not going to hurt her?

Fox: Ethan -- ethan, here. Here.

Ethan: Thanks.

Fox: Chad's called for an ambulance, ok?

Ethan: Ok, good, good. Gwen. Gwen. Come on, honey, wake up. Can you hear me? Gwen -- gwen?

Gwen: Oh --

ethan: Oh, god -- honey, honey, are you ok? Are you ok? Look, an ambulance is on its way, ok?

Gwen: Theresa -- theresa --

ethan: Yeah, shh. Theresa -- theresa's here, ok? Look, I wanted to tell you. I didn't want to upset you, ok? I was afraid something would happen. But it's not -- it's not important that theresa's here, ok? Ok? What's important is you and the baby. You're the only one I care about. And I love you so much. It's all right.

Miguel: Kay, you don't need me here, all right? Charity and I are just going to go take a walk.

Kay: You want to take a walk?

Miguel: Yeah. You know? We haven't gotten to spend much time together since the baby was born.

Kay: Miguel, your daughter is sick. She's in the hospital fighting for her life, and you'd rather spend time with your girlfriend than with the moth of your child?

Miguel: Kay, that's not how it is.

Kay: Well, then, how is it exactly? You promised me that you would help me whenever you could, miguel, and now here you are again, running off with charity.

Miguel: I do want to help you, ok? But what do you need help with?

Charity: Miguel, miguel, miguel -- it's all right. This is obviously not a good time, so I'm just going to go.

Miguel: No.

Kay: Let her go, miguel.

Simone: Kay, you are acting like a spoiled brat. Miguel brought you home from the hospital. He's been here almost every second since then. He deserves some alone time with charity.

Kay: If I wanted your advice, simone, I would have asked you for it.

Simone: Well, you'll get it whether you asked for it or not.

Kay: Oh --

simone: You two, go on. All right? You guys, enjoy your walk.

Kay: Simone --

miguel: Are you sure everything's ok here, simone?

Simone: Yes. Tabitha's here. I'm here. Kay will be fine.

Miguel: Ok. Well, we'll be back soon. We're just going to get some fresh air. Come on.

Charity: Ok.

Miguel: Bye, tabitha.

Charity: Bye, tabitha.

Kay: How could you let the man that I am in love with go off with another woman like that?

Simone: First of all, she is not another woman. She's charity, the girl that miguel is in love with. And, second, you should be thanking me for getting miguel out of here before he could see how horrible you really are.

Kay: Oh, yeah, thanking you.

Simone: Yes, thanking me, because you are behaving like a jackass. Kay, miguel loves charity, not you, and you got to start accepting that.

Kay: I will never accept that, simone. Never.

Tabitha: Oh, what a tangled web, hmm?

Mr. Jackson: There, you see? Told you nobody takes my boat out without my knowing it. Are you sure you boys ain't been drinking?

Antonio: No, mr. Jackson, we haven't been drinking. The boat wasn't here earlier.

Luis: Yeah, we saw it heading out to sea.

Mr. Jackson: You sure it was this one? A lot of boats look similar to mine.

Hank: It was this boat, mr. Jackson. It was yours.

Mr. Jackson: Well, she's here now, safe and sound, so I'm going home, back to the wife.

Antonio: Thanks, anyway, mr. Jackson. Happy anniversary.

Mr. Jackson: Good luck finding whoever you're looking for.

[Walkway creaks]

Charlie: Oh, man. That was close.

Beth: It's not over yet.

Charlie: Hey, don't worry about it. They're going to look around, they won't find anything, and they'll leave.

Beth: I hope you're right.

Luis: Well, I know we didn't imagine it. We all saw this boat going out to sea.

Antonio: Well, the boat's here now, and there's obviously no one on it.

Luis: Yeah.

Hank: I guess we should go.

Luis: Yeah, I guess so. I don't know what happened. That's odd.

Antonio: What?

Luis: The engine's hot. Someone had this boat up and running.

Antonio: Yeah, it is. They must have just brought it back.

Luis: They could still be on the docks.

Kay: Some best friend you are, simone. You just want me to wind up like you, don't you? All alone with no man in your life.

Simone: That's a mean thing to say.

Kay: Oh, well, you let chad slip through your fingers by not fighting for him, didn't you? And now look who has him -- whitney.

Simone: Well, you're in no better shape than I am. Miguel is not with you, is he? After everything you did -- you even got pregnant -- and he's still with the girl that he loves, and it's not you.

Kay: Well, at least I'm trying to fix my situation, simone, and you're not heining me.

Simone: Your situation can't be fixed. You're an unmarried teenage mother. You're not even living at home. You have no job. You're not even going to school. You have no future. And if you don't try to find something to do with your life soon, you're going to end up a sad, bitter loser.

Kay: Well, I'm not going to be alone, am I, simone? Your life is ruined.

Simone: How is my life ruined?

Kay: Look at them -- the love of your life and your sister living it up together in L.A. It's over for you, too, simo..

chad: The paramedics are on the way.

Ethan: Thanks for calling, chad.

Chad: How's she doing?

Ethan: She came to, thank god. No, no, honey, don't move.

Gwen: Oh --

ethan: Don't -- don't move, ok? Help is on the way. No, try to lie still. Try to lie still.

Gwen: Keep her away. Keep -- keep her away from me. Just -- just keep her away from me!

Ethan: I will, I will, I will. Don't worry about her. Don't --

gwen: Keep her -- just keep away from me!

Ethan: Gwen, stop.

Gwen: Ah --

ethan: Now, don't get upset, ok? Think about the baby, ok? It's ok, it's all right. Gwen? She passed out again. Gwen, come on! Over here.

Paramedic: What's the problem?

Ethan: That's my -- that's my wife. She -- she hit her head. She can't stay conscious, and she's going through a difficult pregnancy, and she wasn't supposed to leave the hospital, but --

paramedic: What's her name and who's her doctor?

Ethan: It's -- she's my wife. It's gwen winthrop, and she's a patient of dr. Abel's at the L.A. City hospital.

Paramedic: All right, let's take a look.

Second paramedic: Get dr. Abel. Tell him we have his patient gwen winthrop. We'll meet him in the E.R.

First paramedic: Blood pressure's 170/102. No visible sign of head trauma.

Second paramedic: B.P., 170/102. No visible signs of trauma to the head. Ok, E.T.A, 10 minutes.

Theresa: Oh, god, please let gwen and the baby be all right.

Charlie: Damn that luis.

Beth: He's never going to leave now that he knows the engine was just running.

Luis: Well, at least we're not crazy. Now we know somebody have this boat out.

Antonio: Well, it's obvious because the engine's still hot. I just can't figure out if someone stole it why they'd bring it back.

Hank: Like I said before, it could have been some kids out for a joy ride. Remember when you took beth on this very boat for that romantic rendezvous?

Charlie: You went out on the boat with luis to have sex?

Beth: Shh. Do you want to get caught?

Charlie: I almost don't care.

Beth: Look, it's not a big deal. This was years ago. You have nothing to worry about with me and luis. Now, be quiet. I want to hear what they say.

Luis: Well, I can get a forensics team down here to go over the boat, see if there's anything that relates to sheridan or our suspect.

Hank: What makes you think that the woman who was stalking sheridan took her on this boat?

Antonio: Yeah, I mean, sheridan's been missing for months now. You'd think that if they were going to take this boat to hide her or something, they would have done it long before now.

Luis: Well, maybe. But I'm getting the strongest vibe that sheridan was here, that she was right around here. I can feel it.

Hank: Hey, look at this. This was on a nail.

Luis: Hold on a second. This looks like a piece of fabric from something sheridan was wearing.

Charlie: Oh, man, double-damn.

Hank: Are you sure?

Luis: I'm not exactly sure, but what do you think, antonio? Wasn't she wearing something like this when she disappeared?

Antonio: I don't know, it's hard to tell. This is so dirty. I don't know. Maybe you can take it, run a check that you fil with the missing person's report.

Luis: I did give them a good description.

Hank: You sure you want to jump to any conclusions, you know, considering everything?

Luis: Look, hank, this is the only lead we've got, all right? We got to pursue it.

Miguel: I'm sorry, charity.

Charity: No. I'm sorry. I'm sorry that I dragged you away from kay.

Miguel: You didn't drag me. You know that you're the only one I want to be with. I'm just sorry that kay gets so upset. I mean, I'm not going to lie to her. She knows I love you.

Charity: And I love you, miguel. You know that I can't get in the way of you and your daughter.

Miguel: My daughter. I know this is going to sound like I'm trying to make excuses, but I still say that I was under some kind of spell that night with kay. I thought I was making love to you, charity, you know, and then when kay turned up pregnant, I was as surprised as anyone.

Charity: It doesn't matter what happened now, miguel. You have a daughter with her, and she needs you.

Miguel: I know, and I will always be there for maria and for kay. But my place is with you.

Charity: Yoyou weren't sitting here a minute ago. Where did you come from? What is that blue light coming from you? Let go of me! Miguel's baby. Is she going to die?

Death: Yes.

Charity: But how do you know?

Death: I've been sent to take her.

Charity: "Sent to take her"? What do you mean? Who are you?

Death: I am death.

[Charity gasps]

Miguel: Charity, what is it?

Charity: I saw death, miguel. I just -- I had a premonition of death. Of baking soda and beer? |G

>> It remains a concern, a huge concern.

>> On tonight's global national with kevin newman.

Kay: Now you know how it feels, seeing the man you love with all your heart with another woman, someone you trusted, a part of your family -- my cousin, your sister. Yeah, it hurts, doesn't it? It just makes you want to die inside.

Tabitha: Listen, my little one -- all the sobbing and crying and heartache and pain that you and I have caused. Isn't it just music to our ears?

[Tabitha chuckles]

Ethan: If anything happens to gwen and that baby, if either one of them dies, it's my fault. It's all my fault.

Theresa: Ethan, please don't say that, ok? You didn't know that I was coming to california. Don't blame yourself for this.

Ethan: Don't -- don'T. No more. Never again.

Theresa: Ethan, I just --

whitney: Don't cry, theresa. What's done is done.

Theresa: Yeah.

Miguel: Charity, you're shaking. What is it?

Charity: I don't see it now.

Miguel: Don't see what?

Charity: I had a premonition of death, miguel. It was horrible. So much pain and suffering. Miguel, will you just hold me?

Charlie: You've been lying to me, you bitch. You do still care about luis.

Beth: Charlie, no. That was a long time ago when luis and I dated. Luis is my past. You're -- you're my future, ok?

Charlie: No, no, no, liar. You want luis and not me. You've just been using me. I am going to kill you.

Antonio: I don't know if this

the same color clothes that sheridan was wearing or not. I just can't tell.

Luis: Neither can I. I just can't get over this sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach that sheridan might have been here just a little while ago.

Antonio: Well, I hope you're wrong.

Luis: So do I.

Hank: So what now?

Luis: Let's get out of here.

Luis: If sheridan was on this boat and was taken out to sea, it can only mean one thing -- she's dead. Sheridan.

Ethan: Why would she leave the hospital?

Theresa: She knew I was here, ethan.

Ethan: Oh, my god.

Dr. Abel: This is not good.

Man: If the kidnappers dumped the victim's body at sea, she was probably already dead.

Beth: Sheridan's dead and gone. We're home free.
