for now. Good wife, good mother? Forget it. You're a failure, Eve. A disgrace. You've destroyed your family just like you destroyed ours when we were younger.
Eve: I didn't mean to. I just wanted to sing.
Liz: You hear that, mama? You can rest easy now.
Eve: You shut up, or I'll shut you up.
Liz: You're angry. You're angry because I told the truth.
Eve: I'm just angry at you.
Liz: I know. You're angry because Whitney opened up to me about her feelings for you're angry because she told me that she was upset about hurting Simone! And you hate it that she trusted me instead of you. Well, you have no right to be You spend all your time at the hospital working 80-hour weeks. You are never here for your daughters or your husband.
Eve: That's a lie.
Liz: Then why did T.C. Have to make an appointment to make love to you?
Eve: Why don't you just mind your own business!
Liz: It is no wonder that things got to the point that they did before you had a clue. You didn't care enough to be a part of your daughter's lives or T.C.'s.
Eve: That's not true. I love my family. It's you! It's you! You're the one who's making trouble, who's insinuating yourself into my daughter's life, into my husband's bed!
Liz: That's right, Eve. Go ahead, lash out at me. Be mad at T.C. For the way he's handling things. But the bottom line is your happy-home-turned-war-zone is all your fault because you have not been here for your family! You are a failure, Eve, as a wife and a mother. Whitney and Simone's lives are in shambles, and it's all your fault.
Simone: I hate you for what you did to me!
Kay: What did I do to you?
Simone: Kay. I -- I thought you were Whitney.
Kay: Well, next time I'll announce myself, all right? Jeez.
Simone: What are you doing here, anyway?
Kay: I I came to help you deal with Whitney and Chad.
Whitney: I wonder why Chad isn't here yet.
T.C.: There's that noise from around front again.
Whitney: I just hope daddy doesn't see Chad when he gets here. Daddy's so upset with him for taking my mind off of my tennis. I would hate to think what he would do if he knew that Chad came back here after he was told to stay away.
T.C.: If that's Chad I heard, I'll kill him. I swear I will kill the bastard!
Chad: Oh, man, I can't let coach Russell find me here. It'll only make things worse for Whitney.
Alistair: Ok, Bruce, start talking. I want to hear your story. Why isn't Theresa married to Julian?
Julian: It's a stunner, father. I could scarcely believe it myself when I first heard it, but it's true. Theresa and I were never husband and wife.
Theresa: Alistair, I had a marriage certificate proving that I married Julian in Bermuda, but he just tore it up.
Julian: That's because it wasn't worth the paper it was printed on.
Theresa: How could it not be? We had a ceremony. Bruce was your best man.
Alistair: Theresa, Julian, be quiet! I have pressing business at hand. Now, stop wasting my time going at each other and let Bruce say his piece.
Julian: Yes, father.
Alistair: Well, Bruce? Julian says you can clear up this matter.
Bruce: That's right, . Crane. I --
Alistair: So start talking. Tell us how Julian can claim that he and Theresa aren't legally married.
Bruce: Uh --
Pilar: What happened? Why is everyone so quiet?
Miguel: Is something wrong?
Nurse: No, Miguel, Mrs. Lopez Fitzgerald, nothing's wrong. I just gave Sheridan some wonderful news. She's pregnant.
Sheridan: I'm pregnant? I'm real p pregnant.
Singer: I would hold the hand of the one who could lead me places and kiss the lips of the one who could sing so sweet and I would fly on the wings of the bird I knew could take me highest breathe in, breathe out you keep me alive you are the fire burning inside of me you are my passion for life
Simone: How are you going to help me with Whitney and Chad when you don't even know what happened last night?
Kay: I know you were totally shocked by walking in on them going at it and that you found out they'd been doing it for months behind your back. I know that Chad told you that he didn't love you and that being his girlfriend was all in your mind. And I know about the knockdown-dragout fight you had with your mom and dad after this, and I know that your dad kicked Chad out and said that you and Whitney could never see him again. Simone, I -- I feel horrible about everything, and I'm sorry that you've been so hurt. And I want to be here to help you. I want to help make you feel better.
Simone: First, tell me how you know everything that happened last night. We haven't spoken since I left Tabitha to go see Chad, and yet you know mostly everything that happened. How, Kay?
Chad: I love you, Whitney.
Whitney: I love you, too, so much.
Kay: Oh, my God. Whitney's with Chad at the studio. And they're -- they're --
Tabitha: Making whoopee, yep.
Tabitha: And totally unaware that Simone is on her way.
Whitney: Oh, my God.
Simone: You are not my sister! A sister would never do this to another sister! You're nothing but a whore, a lowlife whore! Well? How could you possibly know everything that happened last night?
Eve: You're wrong, Liz. I've always been here for Whitney and Simone. The girls know they can come to me for anything.
Liz: Really, Eve? Then tell me this -- when exactly do you have time for your girls? When aren't you with patients? When aren't you on duty at the hospital or working late at your office? When exactly do you have time to sit down with your daughters and listen to what they have to say? I don't know -- maybe they could catch you between shifts. Or maybe they should call, make an appointment to see you like your patients do.
Eve: That's ridiculous.
Liz: Don't try to deny it, Eve. You have spent more time with Antonio and Mrs. Wallace and ivy Crane in this past week than you have spent with your daughters in months. I wonder how important, how loved that must make them feel.
Eve: Can't you be quiet?
Liz: Gee, sis -- I can't imagine how your daughters' lives could be falling down right under your nose.
Whitney: Ok, Chad should have definitely been here by now. Where is he?
Whitney: Chad. Come here, baby.
Sam: You can't go around saying you're going to kill Chad.
T.C.: If that punk has the nerve to show his face around here again, I will kill him.
T.C.: Damn it, Sam -- look.
Alistair: Damn it, Bruce, start talking. I have other affairs to attend to.
Bruce: Well, as we all know, Julian flew down to Bermuda to get a quick divorce from ivy.
Theresa: And I went down there to talk to Julian. I felt guilty that the things that I had done -- like scanning ivy's letter to chief Bennett about Ethan being their son -- led to Ethan losing everything. I wanted to try to make things right by convincing Julian to take Ethan back into the Crane family.
Rebecca: Yes, Theresa, you are so selfless, always thinking of others and never yourself.
Theresa: I was trying to do right by Ethan, and Julian took advantage of me.
Gwen: Can you and Julian really get rid of Theresa?
Rebecca: Si. You won't have to worry about Theresa being around and coming between you and Ethan anymore. No, because when Bruce finishes his story, then Alistair will know that Julian is telling the truth and the taco queen will be dethroned.
Sheridan: I'm pregnant? I'm really pregnant?
Nurse: Yes, you are.
Sheridan: I can't believe it.
Luis: Yeah, I can't believe it, either.
Antonio: You and me both, Luis.
Sheridan: I'm going to have a baby.
Luis: Sheridan, Sheridan --
nurse: Oh, my God.
Luis: Oh, my God. Sheridan?
T.C.: Damn it, I was right!
Sam: Right about what?
T.C.: Up there, Sam.
Sam: What are you talking about?
T.C.: The gutter is coming down.
Sam: Yeah? So?
T.C.: Well, it was loose, and then after the last blizzard, it -- I guess it's gotten worse. Now I'm kicking myself because I didn't fix it sooner. Upon everything else, now I got a busted gutter on my hands.
Sam: T.C., Don't worry about it, ok? Come on, it's not the end of the world. I'll even help you fix it.
T.C.: It's a good thing that Chad wasn't here because he'd be worse off than that damn gutter.
Sam: T.C. --
T.C.: I'm serious, Sam. I mean, after he used Whitney and hurt Simone, I will kill that bastard if he ever comes around my girls again.
Whitney: Come on, hurry. Get down, get down, get down.
Chad: I love you so much. I love holding you.
Whitney: I love you, too, Chad. I love being in your arms.
Chad: I almost didn't make it.
Whitney: I'm glad daddy didn't see you climbing up that trellis. He would've killed you, you know?
Chad: Yeah. I hate going behind your father's back, but I didn't want to make things worse for you. And with any luck, coach Russell's going to chill out soon.
Whitney: I don't see that happening. If anything, daddy's more upset now than he ever was. He blames you for me not going to my tennis match today even though it wasn't your fault, ok? It was my fault completely.
Chad: Don't be so hard on yourself. You're a wonderful person. You're always putting your happiness on the back burner, trying not to hurt your sister, keep your father's dream alive. I love you too much to let you give up your life making other folks happy. I want to make sure that you're happy, that you get whatever you want from now on, because all that matters to me is that you're happy, Whitney. I love you more than I love my own life.
Alistair: Yes, Bruce, Julian was in Bermuda to get a quick divorce from ivy and ran into you. Then what happened?
Bruce: Well, Julian told me how ivy had pushed off Ethan as his son for decades when Sam Bennett was really his father. Julian was furious.
Julian: But not at you, Ethan. I was angry at your mother for having deceived me. You're as much of a victim in all this as I am.
Gwen: If not more.
Ethan: Look, I -- I just want to know how this affects Theresa, ok?
Alistair: Yes, Bruce, pick up the pace. I haven't got all day.
Theresa: Alistair is right. If you have something to say, please say it.
Julian: Well, I -- are you sure you want to hear what Bruce has to say? Because once the truth comes out, you will be out of this mansion and out of my life forever.
Claire: I just cut my finger.
Luis: Sheridan, wake up.
Nurse: Hey, get her to the bed.
Nurse: All right. Now, the two of you need to back off and let her have some air. Can somebody please get her a glass of water?
Pilar: Oh, I will.
Sheridan: What happened?
Pilar: Here you go.
Nurse: Ok. There will be plenty of time for questions later. Just sit still and drink this.
Sheridan: Have I been asleep? Because I -- I thought I was dreaming that you said I was pregnant.
Nurse: No, Sheridan, you weren't dreaming. You are pregnant.
Sheridan: Oh, my -- I'm pregnant?
Sheridan: I'm really pregnant?
Liz: Here's a thought, Eve -- why don't you set up a special hotline number for Simone and Whitney. That way, the next time that they're in crisis and they don't know what to do, they can call you and make an appointment to see you -- although I doubt that they'll do that, given your past indifference to them.
Eve: "Indifference"? Indifference to my daughters? I am so close to both of them. I love them, and they both know that.
Liz: Well, you have a funny way of showing it, Eve. You never spend time with them. You're never there when they need you. You know, you keep telling me what a wonderful, perfect, loving family you have. Well, I don't see it, Eve. All I see is a house of cards that's falling apart all around you. But don't you worry, sis. I am going to be here to pick up the pieces and help rebuild your family. I will be the perfect wife and mother that you failed to be.
Simone: Be honest, Kay. How do you know everything that happened after I left Tabitha's to go see Chad?
Kay: Um -- actually, when I was coming upstairs to see you, I overheard your mother and father talking, and I think I pretty much got the whole story.
Simone: Disgusting, isn't it? I am so angry with Whitney, I could rip every piece of hair out of her head!
Kay: Simone, I understand where you're coming from. But I still feel like you went wrong when you let them know you were on to them. You know, that just made things worse.
Simone: I couldn't take it, Kay. Thinking Whitney was flirting with Chad -- that was one thing. But I walked in on them making love. Surprise!
Whitney: Oh, my God.
Simone: I'm telling you, if you hadn't been there, I would've plucked every single piece of hair out of her head. And I almost did. You used sex to get him, didn't you? You bitch!
Chad: Stop it.
Simone: Chad was mine, and Whitney took him away from me.
Kay: Simone, you were holding out and Whitney was putting out. It's kind of hard to compete with that.
Simone: You know, I keep hearing that the easiest way to get a man is by having sex with him. But that's not always true, is it? You had sex with Miguel. You even got pregnant by Miguel, and he still wants nothing to do with you.
Kay: Ok. Let's just concentrate on your situation, shall we?
Simone: Here is my situation, Kay -- Chad loves Whitney. He wants my sister, body and soul, and she wants him. I lost him, Kay!
Kay: Shh --
Simone: I lost the man that I love, and I am never going to get him back!
Chad: Don't freak out, but I need to talk to your father. I want to work things out, get back on track.
Whitney: No, no. I don't think that's a good idea. He's still very angry about all this.
Chad: Whitney, look -- I love you and I want to start a life with you, with your parents' blessing. But the only way we can do that is to clear the air.
Whitney: Trust me -- it's still too soon, ok?
Chad: But your father thinks that I used you and Simone to weasel my way into your family, to move on up without working. I can't let him think that -- not if I want to be with his daughter for the rest of my life.
Whitney: I -- I really do get what you're saying, but my daddy is still on such a very short fuse. He'd just as soon kill you as look at you.
Chad: I know. I heard him outside. But if we wait, it's only going to get worse.
Whitney: Chad, I don't know.
Chad: We waited to tell Simone about us, and look what happened.
Whitney: You're right. Um -- ok. Let's go and tell daddy about us right now while chief Bennett is still here. He'll make sure he doesn't lose his temper completely.
Chad: It'll be all right. I promise.
T.C.: I will rip him to pieces if he shows up here again.
Sam: T.C., I meant what I said. You can't go around talking like that. I am the chief of police. I'm sworn to take threats seriously.
T.C.: Sam, that is no threat. That's the cold, hard truth, ok? If he shows his face around this house again, I will kill him.
[ Sniffing ]
Sam: Stop saying you're going to kill Chad.
T.C.: Sam, I can't, all right? All I can think about is what this punk has done to my family. Whitney and Simone are at each other's throats. Whitney missed a big match today all because of this mess. And Eve and I got into it on the way that I handled things. That boy were here today, I would rip his heart out.
Sam: T.C., Listen to what you're saying. You're a respected member of this community, a teacher, for God sakes! You can't go around threatening to kill someone.
T.C.: Yeah. Eve pretty much told me that last night.
Sam: Eve is a smart woman, all right? Listen to her.
T.C.: Sam, I know, ok? I know. I know I need to control my temper, ok? But this boy has come in between our lives. Whitney and Simone don't even speak anymore. They're not even close anymore. There's tension between me and Eve, and it's all because of that punk. I'm telling you, I will rip him apart.
Sam: Listen -- I know where you're coming from, ok? I still blame Miguel for causing a permanent rift between Kay and charity. But you can't keep saying you're going to kill Chad. What if something happened to Chad? What if he died under mysterious circumstances?
T.C.: I would say he deserved it.
Sam: Then you'd be my prime suspect. I'd have to arrest you, T.C., My best friend. And what do you think your family would think, huh? Eve and your daughters, having to watch you stand trial for murder.
Chad: I'm sure I can make your father see reason.
Whitney: I don't know, Chad. Maybe this isn't such a good idea.
Alistair: Julian, stop threatening to banish Theresa and let Bruce finish his story. Then we'll see if there's sufficient evidence to prove you aren't married to little Ethan's mother.
Julian: Yes, father.
Alistair: The ball's back in your court, Bruce. Now, get to the point and be quick about it.
Bruce: Yes, Mr. Crane. Well, besides ragging on ivy for deceiving him about Ethan's paternity, Julian also was complaining about the other children she'd give him, said they were all worthless -- especially his son fox, who Julian described as being a deadbeat playboy.
Fox: Thanks, daddy.
Julian: I stand by my assessment.
Alistair: I agree with Julian.
Bruce: Well, anyway, Julian said he just couldn't wait to get rid of ivy.
Julian: My only regret is that I didn't divorce the bitch sooner.
Bruce: And then he told me and some of my buddies how he just wanted to play the field from now on, never get married again.
Julian: I've always been a firm believer in multitasking.
Bruce: Julian went on to brag how beautiful women found him irresistible and just threw themselves at him.
Rebecca: Yes, it's so true.
Bruce: And he went on to say that almost all of those women were cheap floozies on the prowl for a meal ticket.
Rebecca: Ah! Well, thanks a lot!
Julian: Bruce said "almost all," my pet. You, of course, were the exception.
Alistair: Yes, Rebecca. As any man of means in harmony knows, you're anything but cheap. As you were saying, Bruce.
Bruce: Well, Julian was complaining, and then -- well, then, Theresa arrived. All the men in our group thought she was just exquisite -- her lips, her hair, her body.
Ethan: Get to the point.
Bruce: Well, then Julian started talking to Theresa.
Theresa: Then Julian got me drunk, we got married, and that's the whole story!
Julian: No, it wasn't. Not even close.
Theresa: What do you mean? What else happened?
Bruce: Well -- well, then -- myself and my friends decided we'd play a trick on Julian. I guess we went too far. Way too far.
Antonio: Sheridan, you're pregnant. My beautiful wife is having a baby.
Beth's voice: I can't believe my luck. Luis and Sheridan were about to tell Antonio that they're in love, and now it turns out Sheridan's pregnant. This has to help my chances of getting Luis. He and Sheridan can't tell Antonio the truth when he's this happy.
Antonio: We're having a baby. You're going to be a mother and I'm going to be a father. K'
David: On the next "100 Huntley street", her worship mayor of Oakville. She does municipal insight but she has a lot of other insights as well. Reverend dale Lang, priest from Taber, Alberta and his fresh vision and feed and seed with reverend Keith parks
Simone: I lost everything, Kay. I lost Chad. I lost my sister. I lost any chance of me being happy. Why did Whitney do this to me, Kay? I mean, we -- we were so close. I mean, we talked all the time. We did everything together. I don't understand why she would do this to me.
Kay: Simone, I'm really, really, really sorry. If it makes you feel any better, Jessica did the same thing when she took Reese from me.
Simone: It's not the same. You didn't love Reese. I was totally in love with Chad, and Whitney knew it!
Simone: Whitney gave this to me when I was 10. That's us. What went wrong, Whitney? Why did you stab me in the back this way?
Kay: Simone, I'm really sorry that Whitney betrayed you, ok? But you still have me, and I am your best friend. And I promise you, I'm going to help you get Chad back, ok?
Simone: How, Kay? What do you have cooked up this time?
Eve: You are not going to take my family because I am not going to let you.
Liz: As if you have a choice, Eve.
Eve: Maybe I have made mistakes along the way, but the bottom line is that I love my family. And if we have any problems, we will work them out together.
Liz: Oh, you definitely have problems, Eve. You're just too busy to see em.
Eve: Yes, being a physician does demand that I work a lot. But my daughters know they mean more to me than anything in the world after T.C. And T.C. Knows that I adore him.
Liz: Yes. But T.C. Is a virile man, and he has needs. And if those needs aren't met, he will turn elsewhere.
Eve: My husband will never turn to you for comfort -- not as long as I am around.
Liz: Oh, yes, Eve, that's right. You're perfect. The perfect wife, the perfect mother. That's why you and T.C. Are fighting while Simone is upstairs in her room crying her eyes out and while Whitney is missing a tennis match -- one that was so important that it could end the career she's worked so hard for.
Eve: No, things aren't perfect. But my family is strong. I'll find a way to make things right between Whitney and Simone. And I'll help T.C. To realize that tennis may not be Whitney's life the way it is his.
Liz: Right, Eve. You can fix all of that. You can kiss everyone's boo-boos and make everything perfect again.
Eve: I have given everything I have and everything I am to this family and the life that we've built. And I am not about to stand by and let it be destroyed by anyone, but especially not by a vicious bitch of a sister like you.
Chad: Coach, we got to talk.
T.C.: Boy, you got five seconds to get off my property!
Sam: Calm down --
Chad: I'm not leaving until you hear me out.
T.C.: Time's up.
Chad: No, you're going to listen, coach.
Sam: T.C., You --
T.C.: I'm going to make sure he stays away from my family!
Whitney: Daddy, no!
Sam: T.C.! T.C., Get up!
Sam: Get off of him.
Whitney: Chad, stop it! Stop it -- what are you doing?
Chad: Bring it on --
Whitney: Chad, stop it!
Whitney: Daddy, stop! Stop!
Fox: What are you talking about?
Ethan: Yeah, that's what I'd like to know. What kind of trick did you and your pals play on Theresa?
Alistair: I'd like to know that as well.
Bruce: Well, like I said, my buddies and I were jealous because Theresa wouldn't have anything to do with us. And she wound up talking to Julian over champagne.
Theresa: Guess I had more champagne than I thought.
Bruce: Wasn't long before the two of them were getting a little tipsy.
Julian: My dear, only a few lucky sips.
Theresa: Thank you for backing up what I've said all along. Julian got me drunk.
Alistair: No one doubts that, Theresa, but we still must hear what happened next. Now, what about this trick you referred to earlier, Bruce? What was that about?
Julian: Yes, Bruce, tell everyone about the trick you played on me.
Antonio: I can't believe it. I'm going to be a father.
Miguel: Hey, Luis, you ok?
Pilar: We're all shocked that Sheridan's pregnant, mijo.
Beth: Luis, are you all right?
Simone: How are you going to help me get Chad back? Turn back time? Make it so Whitney never existed?
Kay: Don't be silly, Simone. And don't think you're never going to have Chad again because I can help you get him back.
Simone: You still haven't told me how.
T.C.: Don't you dare --
Whitney: Daddy, stop it!
Kay: Poor Simone. I hate seeing her so torn up like this.
Tabitha: Oh, don't you worry about Simone. Huh. She'll get her revenge.
Tabitha: With your help, Kay. And Simone's revenge will be sweet. It will rock the Russell family to its core.
Simone: I'm waiting for an answer, Kay. How are you going to help me get Chad back? Do you have some secret weapon I don't know about?
Tabitha: Hurry. Hurry, Kay. This is very uncomfortable.
Simone: Yes, Tabitha, I'm sure.
Tabitha: Well, find -- find another spell!
Kay: I'm looking! I -- I think I found it. Ok -- um -- "torn all apart, pieces of eight, put Tabitha together so she can be great."
Tabitha: Nothing. Try to find another one.
Kay: All right.
Kay: I did it.
Tabitha: Oh. Oh, yes, you did. Oh -- oh, thank you, dear. Thank you very much. That was -- that was a very good thing you did there.
Kay: So I guess this means my powers are developing, right?
Tabitha: Yes, yes, I'd -- I would say they were. Quite a bit.
Kay: Trust me, Simone. When the time comes, I will have the power to make Chad yours again.
Eve: My family's very strong, Liz. We're going to solve our problems and stay together despite your best efforts to undermine me.
Whitney: Please stop it! Daddy, put -- oh!
Liz: Your family will never stay together, Eve. It's too late.
T.C.: Mess with my family --
Whitney: Oh, daddy, stop!
T.C.: With my girl --
Whitney: No, daddy!
Chad: I'm not your whipping boy.
Julian: Yes, Bruce, , tell us about the trick, the ruse that you pulled.
Bruce: Well, you know, I never thought this would get so far out of hand. I mean, my buddies and I just wanted to have some fun.
Theresa: Damn it, Bruce, what did you do?
Bruce: We staged a fake wedding between you and Julian.
Theresa: What did you say?
Bruce: The wedding was fake. You're not Mrs. Julian Crane. You never were.
Beth's voice: Sheridan's married to Antonio and pregnant. This has to help my chances of making Luis mine.
Pilar: Luis, por favor, you're scaring me, mijo. Say something. Come on.
Miguel: Yeah, Luis, just tell us what you're thinking.
Luis: I know that Antonio is happy about being a father, but is the baby his or is it mine?
Pilar: Oh, my God.
Eso no puede ser, mijo.
Luis: I'm sorry, but I have to ask Sheridan if the baby is his or if it's mine.
Man: It's coach T.C. Russell V. Dr. Eve Russell. Real people fighting it out right here on "Divorce Court."
Theresa: It was a fake wedding.
Luis: Sheridan, now that we know you're pregnant, we have a very important question to ask ourselves.
