Whitney: I never knew I could feel this way. I never dreamed.

Chad: It's all I've been doing, is dreaming for the past couple months, remembering. Now it's real. You're here.

Whitney: Yeah. I hate that we have to keep our love a secret from my parents and especially Simone, but hopefully not for long, ok? 3DD0287D.JPG

Chad: No, we're together now, and that's all I want to think about tonight.

Kay: Simone, you want some advice? I'd go in there and check on Whitney if I were you. Just say hey, see how she's doing. Act like you're her best friend. And don't let her get suspicious, because it's like they say, "Keep your friends close, but your --

Kay and Simone: Enemies closer.

Kay: Simone, the less she suspects what your motives are, the better off your chances are of not letting her take Chad away from you.

Simone: Ok. I'm going to go check on Whitney. And I am not going to let her take Chad away from me. I won't. 3DD028AC.JPG

Kay: Ok. What's that?

Simone: What?

Kay: Music.

Simone: So?

Kay: Romantic music.

Eve: Well, those strange kids, whatever, they were wrong about T.C. And Liz.

[T.C. and Liz laugh]

T.C.: My goodness.

Eve: Oh, Liz is going to take away everything I love -- what do you mean?

Connie: It's called revenge, doc. You did some really rotten things to her in the past. And now it's payback time.

Eve: What are you talking about?

Connie: Go home and find out.

Cecil: Liz is making the moves. She's in the bedroom with your man and they're having a party. 3DD028DE.JPG

[T.C. and Liz laugh]

Eve: Liz!

[T.C. and Liz laugh]

[Tango music plays]

Antonio: It must be Sheridan. Who else would be listening to tango music?

[Sheridan gasps]

Sheridan: Antonio?

[Music stops]

Antonio: What's going on here?

Luis: Antonio, I can explain.

Antonio: You don't have to. I see exactly what's going on.

[T.C. and Liz laugh]

Eve: T.C.

T.C.: Eve.

Liz: Hello, Eve.

Eve: What's going on?

T.C.: Oh, honey, I was in here working out. Liz came in. She needed help with her luggage here. She couldn't get it open, so I tried to pry the lock open, and next thing you know, it falls out of my hand. We both tried to get it. She falls, but lucky I caught her before she hit the floor.

Liz: Yes. T.C. saved me. Thank goodness you have been working out, because those big muscles really came in handy. You have a wonderful husband, Eve, a really good man. Well, I'll say good night.

T.C.: Good night, Liz. Honey, are you ok? 3DD02A27.JPG

Eve: No, I am not ok, T.C.! What was going on in here? What was Liz doing?

Liz: Oh, I am just getting started, Eve. I have much more in store for you. Much more.

Kay: Simone, wait. Just remember to be calm and stay cool and -- and stay on Whitney's good side, you know? Act like you're her loving sister and her best friend. That's the only way that you're going to be able to cut off any moves she's making towards Chad, ok?

Liz: Hello. Simone, right?

Simone: Uh -- hi.

Liz: Hi. We met at the book cafe. Liz Sanbourne. 3DD02A56.JPG

Simone: Oh, Liz. Right. What are you doing here?

Liz: Oh, I couldn't find a hotel room, so your parents are allowing me to stay in your garage apartment.

Simone: Oh, yeah, that's where Chad used to stay. That's my boyfriend. He's a great guy.

Liz: Oh, yeah, right, the young man who handles the music at the book cafe.

Simone: Yeah. Isn't he great? Yeah, and he is so fine.

Liz: Your boyfriend?

Simone: Yeah. We're so in love. This is my friend. This is Kay.

Kay: Hi.

Liz: Liz.

Kay: Nice to meet you. 3DD02A82.JPG

Liz: Same here. So, Simone, is this your room?

Simone: No, it's Whitney's -- my sister. I was on my way in to check up on her. She has a tennis tournament tomorrow, and I was going to wish her luck.

Liz: It's nice when sisters are so close.

Simone: Yes. Yes, we -- we are.

[Simone gasps]

Simone: Oh, no!

Mrs. Wallace: La ta-da-da-da ta-ta da-da -- ah, ah, ah -- gently, gently. Is that too much to ask?

Beth: Yes.

Mrs. Wallace: You are hurting me.

Beth: I'm doing the best I can here, mother. You've got -- oh -- calluses on top of calluses. Just soak them a little more, right? 3DD02AB9.JPG

Mrs. Wallace: Oh, oh, oh, see? See? You're trying to get out of your responsibilities. That's what you're trying to do. Huh.

Beth: If you say so, Mother.

Mrs. Wallace: No, I do say. I do say you're trying to avoid taking care of your mother, like a good daughter should.

Beth: I'm cleaning up your damn feet, so back off.

Mrs. Wallace: Oh. Oh. Did you hear what she said, great spirits? You had better watch your language, you little wicked missy. Now -- you had better get used to taking care of me because you're going to be doing it for the rest of your miserable life. You have lost Luis! Matter of fact, I'm sure that Luis and Sheridan are together as we speak. 3DD02ADD.JPG

Beth: Yeah, well, we're not speaking, mother. You're just blah, blah, blah, blah! Talking to hear yourself talk, as usual.

Mrs. Wallace: Whatever. Whatever! Is there any doubt in your mind, huh, that your plan to tear Luis and Sheridan apart has failed, huh? You -- you have no hope of ever getting Luis. None! None. You are going to be an old maid -- old maid looking after your mother, so you better get used to it. You know something? Enough with this soaking. I want you to clip the toenails now, get under there, underneath there, and clean them. There's a little dirt under there, and you know how I hate dirt. 3DD02B05.JPG

Antonio: You don't have to explain anything. I see exactly what's going on. I don't know why I didn't see it before. I know what you were doing.

Luis: You do?

Antonio: Yes. You were trying to keep Sheridan distracted by dancing with her to keep her from thinking about me and my condition, and I just want to tell you thank you very much. It's nice to know that you're out there to take care of the woman that I love. And I'm glad you guys get along so well.

Sheridan: How are you feeling?

Eve: When you lose your sight, death is imminent.

Antonio: So there really is nothing you can do? I'm going to die? 3DD02B37.JPG

Eve: Yes. Your condition is fatal.

Antonio: Fine. Hey, I don't want you to worry about me. Everything's going to be ok.

Luis: Well -- ahem -- I'd better go.

Antonio: Ok.

Luis: I'll see you.

Antonio: Thanks. You know, I appreciate it. Thanks for taking care of my fiancée.

Luis: No problem.

Sheridan: Oh, he forgot his jacket. Luis! Luis.

Luis: That was close.

Sheridan: My heart almost stopped. I thought for sure that --

Luis: That's why we got to tell him right away, all right? I want to get Eve, my mother -- we'll meet at the cottage in, like, an hour. 3DD02B68.JPG

Sheridan: Ok.

Luis: And I want Beth there, too, if that's all right. Look, I know how upset you were when you saw us kissing and --

Sheridan: No, look, you already explained and -- I don't hold it against Beth.

Luis: Well, good. So it wasn't her fault, all right? I just had beer. It went to my head.

Sheridan: Of course. No, you know, she should be there. Antonio's going to need a friend.

Luis: Yeah. You can hold him off from anything intimate for an hour?

Sheridan: Yes.

Luis: All right. Look, I know you're worried about Antonio, but this is the best way. We're just going to tell him the truth, ok? 3DD02B8A.JPG

Sheridan: Ok. Look, I know that it has to be done. It's just the shock --

Luis: Well, we'll let him down softly. All right? I mean, my mother will be there and Beth, and Dr. Russell will watch his medical condition. I mean, it's better than him finding out on his own. I mean, imagine if he'd have walked in on us. All right? We're just going to tell him straight out.

Sheridan: Ok.

Luis: All right. I'll see you in an hour.

Sheridan: Ok.

Sheridan: Thank you.

Antonio: You ready to go home?

Sheridan: Sure.

Antonio: It's been such a long day, I'm ready for some down time. 3DD02BBB.JPG

Sheridan: Hmm.

Antonio: And spend some nice quiet time with the woman I love.

Eve: What's this?

T.C.: Honey, it was a gift that she gave to us for staying here. Come on, sweetheart. She was trying to get her bag open, and I helped her. I don't think that she thought about how she was dressed when she came in here, and knocking --

Eve: Yeah. She didn't think.

T.C.: You know what? I'll tell you, boy, that Liz is an exciting woman. Did you know she flies her own airplanes? She owns a resort an island near Bermuda. Boy, she started talking about some things, and, man, she told me some amazing stories. 3DD02CA3.JPG

Eve: What?

T.C.: I don't know, but, you know, I just -- I just got this feeling that she was trying to tell me something. But she never got around to it. I mean -- I got this feeling it was something -- something shocking -- but you know what? It is more to Liz than meets the eye. I tell you. But you know what? It's just -- I can't believe a woman that beautiful has never been married. Then again, we all have our stories. Except for you, baby. You are an open book. You don't have anything to hide. Your life is wide open. Now I'm going to go take a shower. And I'm going to come back, and I'm going to spend some time with the real pretty in this house, my beautiful, incredible, perfect wife. Ok? 3DD02CF2.JPG

Eve: Liz, you have got to be stopped. I'm not going to let you destroy my life, ruin my family.

Simone: Whitney!

Whitney: What's going on, Simone?

Simone: Sorry, Whitney. I didn't know you'd be asleep so early. I didn't mean to wake you up.

Kay: Yeah, this music's pretty loud, and all these candles, Whitney.

Whitney: I was just trying to, you know, relax, and I must have dozed right on off.

Kay: With the candles lit?

Whitney: You are so right, Kay. It's pretty stupid of me, you know? But I was just trying to get plenty of rest before tomorrow's tournament.

Simone: Ahem. Whitney -- 3DD02D1E.JPG

Whitney: Whew.

Simone: Again, I am so sorry. I just --

Whitney: Oh, please.

Simone: I just wanted to tell you good luck tomorrow.

Whitney: That is so sweet. Thank you. Thanks.

Liz: Simone, would you and Kay do me a really big favor? I left my other suitcase outside. Would you mind terribly getting it for me?

Simone: Sure.

Kay: No problem.

Liz: Oh, thank you.

Simone: Night, Whit.

Whitney: Night, honey.

Chad: Oh, man. I thought it was all over.

Whitney: Thank you so much, Liz.

Liz: You know, I think you'd better get while the getting is good, before Simone sees you. 3DD02D51.JPG

Whitney: Please don't tell anyone about this. I will explain everything to you, please.

Liz: Don't worry. I won't say a word.

Chad: Thank you. We appreciate it.

Whitney: Trust me, it'll be our little secret.

Antonio: Uh-uh-uh. No looking at clocks or watches. Time doesn't mean anything tonight. You and I together -- that's the only thing that matters, the only thing that counts tonight. See, I'm starting to feel better already. You're the best medicine for me.

Sheridan: You know what, Antonio? It's really been a long day, and I -- I just want to go get a shower and unwind first and -- hey, why don't you go make us some tea? 3DD02D88.JPG

Antonio: Ok. Sure. Anything you want.

Sheridan: Thank you.

Antonio: Hey. Thought we could unwind together. God, I miss you. I miss holding you, making love to you.

Kay: Simone, I'm telling you, something is off here. I don't buy that Whitney was sleeping, ok?

Simone: Oh, come on, Kay. We saw her. She was in bed. She was sleeping. The lights were out. What else would she be doing?

Kay: You know, all I'm saying is that something is not right.

Simone: Chad! Hey. Here I am.

Chad: Simone.

Simone: Hey. I'm so glad that you came to see me! 3DD02ED6.JPG

Chad: Yeah, I just thought maybe I'd stop by and say hi.

Simone: That's so sweet. I'm glad you did.

Chad: Hey, Kay.

Kay: Chad.

Simone: Why don't I go get us some sodas, or maybe something to eat? Are you hungry, you know?

Chad: Ok. That'd be great.

Simone: Ok. All right.

Kay: Simone, I'll come with you. Something is going on here, ok? I don't believe for a second that Chad just showed up. It's too big a coincidence.

[Eve sighs]

Eve: What are you doing out here? I thought you went back to your room.

Liz: Well, Eve, I ran into your girls. We had a nice chat. 3DD02F03.JPG

Eve: Stay away from my girls, Liz.

Liz: I get the feeling that they might need someone to talk to.

Eve: Well, if they do, then they'll come to me, not you.

Liz: I wouldn't be so sure about that if I were you, Eve. I already think I know a little bit more about your daughters than you do.

Eve: Oh, please.

Liz: Oh, you don't have to believe it if you don't want to, but it is true.

Eve: I mean it, Liz. You stay away from my daughters. You stay away from T.C.

Liz: I could tell that got to you. Finding me in your bedroom, alone with your husband. But not everyone's a tramp like you, Eve. T.C. and I had a pleasant chat. That's it. And, no, we did not discuss you. We had other more interesting things to talk about. T.C. is a wonderful man. And handsome, too. 3DD02F44.JPGBut since I am here, staying in your charming home, I'm sure the opportunity will arise that we will discuss you. And when it does, I plan to take full advantage. In fact, I have the evidence right here.

Mrs. Wallace: Ah. Ow! Just stop it! You're hurting me!

Beth: Well, I didn't mean to.

Mrs. Wallace: Oh, yes, you did. You're hurting me on purpose.

Beth: Well, keep your foot still, ok? Stop moving it.

Mrs. Wallace: All right, all right. See? My foot is still. Now, just get on with it.

Beth: Yes, mother.

Mrs. Wallace: Oh! Ow! Ow! That hurt! 3DD02F74.JPG

Beth: Ah! Damn it, mother!

Mrs. Wallace: Oh, see? There's that foul language again. Where is that soap? I'm going to wash your mouth out with soap, hurting me like this, my foot. Oh -- uh -- uh -- uh -- ah -- uh!

Luis: Hey.

Beth: Hey. Oh, hi.

Luis: I come at a bad time?

Beth: No, it's just -- I -- I was just giving mother a pedicure, and we had a little teensy accident.

Luis: You always take such good care of her. How sweet.

Beth: Oh, yeah? Come in.

Luis: Mrs. Wallace.

Mrs. Wallace: Hi, there. 3DD02F98.JPG

Luis: Hey, hey.

Mrs. Wallace: You're looking so handsome, as usual.

Luis: Well --

Beth: It's so nice of you to come by and see me. Can I get you something --

Luis: No.

Beth: Like tea or whatever?

Luis: No, no, no, no, thanks. Actually, I just --

Beth: Ok.

Luis: I just came to tell you something real important.

Beth: Yeah?

Luis: Well, the thing is, is that Sheridan and I figured out a way to tell Antonio the truth about us. And so we're all going to get together at the cottage -- my mother and Dr. Russell, and, you know, we're going to be there support, and I'm hoping that you could come and be there when we break the news and, you know, tell him that we're not engaged anymore. 3DD02FBD.JPG

Beth: Mm-hmm. So Sheridan's not moving on with Antonio?

Luis: No, no. I mean, the whole thing was just -- it was a big misunderstanding and --

Beth: Oh.

Luis: Well, Sheridan and I are back together, thank God, and we're just determined not to have this happen again, and the way we're going to do that is to tell Antonio the truth.

Mrs. Wallace: Yeah, I think that's a wonderful idea, see, because you and Sheridan -- oh, you belong together. You are the perfect couple.

Sheridan: Um -- Antonio?

Antonio: Hey, what's wrong?

Sheridan: Nothing. You startled me, that's all.

Antonio: I want to make love to you. It's been so long. 3DD02FEA.JPG

Sheridan: You know what? It's really been such a long day. So much has happened. I'm really a bit frazzled. I'm afraid my mind would be elsewhere.

Antonio: Oh, I wouldn't want that to happen. And besides, we've got all night, yeah.

Sheridan: Right, so why don't you finish showering, I'll get dressed, and I'll fix us something to eat.

Antonio: Ok. Sounds good.

Antonio's voice: How am I going to break the news to her, tell her my condition's getting worse and that I'm going to die?

Sheridan: Ok. Luis and the others should be here soon. Then we can finally tell Antonio the truth -- that Luis and I are together and we are going to be married. It's going to be such a shock. Eve will be here. She'll be able to take care of him. We have to tell him the truth. This can't go on any longer. 3DD0302B.JPG

Antonio: Hey.

Sheridan: Hey.

Antonio: You haven't been yourself all night.

Sheridan: What?

Antonio: You seem distracted, troubled. And I know why.

Sheridan: You -- you know?

Antonio: I think it's time we sat down and talk. We'll be totally honest with each other.

Kay: I don't think Whitney was upstairs alone.

Simone: Come on, Kay. You saw for yourself. No one was there. She was sleeping. 3DD030C2.JPG

Kay: With candles lit and romantic music playing?

Simone: She was just trying to relax and get her mind focused on her tennis tournament tomorrow.

Kay: Yeah. Well, I don't buy it, Simone. I'm telling you, Chad showing up just now -- it's not a coincidence. I think he was in Whitney's room with her.

Simone: No! No. I don't believe you. It couldn't be. Could it?

Chad: Whitney.

Whitney: Hey. I was hoping you hadn't left yet. I wanted to say a proper good-night to you. Oh, that was a such close call. I was really scared Simone was going to see you under there. 3DD030F3.JPG

Chad: Yeah, I don't like this -- hiding under beds, sneaking around.

Whitney: Neither do I, but it won't be for long. I promise you. And then we'll be able to be together, ok?

Chad: All right.

Whitney: Ok.

Liz: I consider it insurance, just in case anyone doubts the story I have to tell about you. There's the proof, right there, irrefutable evidence of our history and of your glory days as a drug addict and a tramp.

Eve: This is my birth certificate!

Liz: And your high school graduation photo, matchbooks from nightclubs -- the Satin Garter? 3DD0311F.JPG

Eve: That's my record album!

Liz: Yeah, "Living Smooth."

Eve: You saved all this all these years?

Liz: You damn right I did. I always knew in the back of my mind that our paths would cross again. I never knew when or where, but I knew it would happen.

Eve: Dear God.

Liz: Oh, God can't help you now, Eve. No one can. I have been carrying this suitcase with me everywhere I go. For over 20 years, I have waited for this moment, and now it's here. So trust me, Eve, I am going to take full advantage of it.

Antonio: I know what's been causing you to pull away from me. And I think it's time that we were straight with each other. I know this isn't easy for you. I know that you've been worried about me, worried about my health. 3DD0315C.JPG

Sheridan: Yes.

Antonio: And I'm sorry. I'm sorry things have to be this way, but these are cards that I've been dealt. And that's not to say that I have a bad hand, because I have you, and you are the most important thing in my life. I mean, some people, they go through life without ever finding love, so how lucky am I? Because I get to have the deepest, most beautiful love with you.

Sheridan: Antonio --

Antonio: No, I know this all sounds corny and stuff, but it's the truth.

Sheridan: No --

Antonio: And it comes from the heart.

Sheridan: It's not corny at all. 3DD03187.JPG

Antonio: You have done so much for me, and I'm so appreciative. And I know that we only have a little time left together, but that's the most important thing, is that we have now. And I'm going to make every second that we have left with each other -- I'm going to make it so worthwhile.

Sheridan: Antonio --

Antonio: Sheridan, please don't cry, ok? Let me just go get some wine and we'll relax and just enjoy each other, ok? Don't cry.

[Phone rings]

Luis: Excuse me. Hello.

Sheridan: Luis, I can't go through with this.

Luis: What do you mean?

Sheridan: I can't tell Antonio the truth. I can't tell tell him tonight. 3DD03298.JPG

Liz: It's only a matter of time before I tell T.C. and your daughters the truth. Oh, yes, I am going to tell them all about your past and show them the proof that their perfect wife and mother was, is, and always will be a lying slut.

Eve: I'm not going to be threatened by you in my own home. You think I'm going to sit by and watch you destroy everything that I hold dear?

Liz: Brave words. But can you back it up?

Eve: I'm warning you, Liz. Just stay away from my daughters and my husband.

Liz: Or what?

Eve: You've been warned.

Liz: Oh, what are you going to do, Eve? Not a damn thing. Unless, of course, you want to go to T.C. and your daughters and tell them the truth yourself. But I don't think you want to do that, do you? No. I think that you're still hoping that I won't say a word. Well, let me disabuse you of that notion. I am going to take from you what you took from me -- 3DD032DD.JPG

[Eve sighs]

Liz: Happiness. I am going to watch you suffer just the way you made me suffer all those years ago, and that is a promise.

Sheridan: I'm sorry, but I can't tell Antonio about us tonight.

Luis: I don't understand. What happened? It was all decided that this was the best way. I mean, Dr. Russell is going to be there, and my mother's going to be there for comfort. And now Beth's coming, too.

Sheridan: I know everyone will be here, Luis. But Antonio is going to be so hurt. He was telling me how much he loves me, how important I am to him. I mean, how can I take that away from him when he doesn't have that long to live? 3DD03304.JPG

Luis: Look, Sheridan, I know that you are a good, caring person and that you still care about Antonio, ok? But we have to tell him the truth.

Sheridan: I don't want to see him suffer.

Luis: Look, Sheridan, if he finds out on his own, he's going to suffer more, all right? Much more.

Sheridan: It's just -- tonight just feels all wrong. I got to go. He's coming back.

Luis: Sheridan? Sheridan, wait. Sheridan!

[Dial tone]

Beth: Sounds like you're not going to tell Antonio after all.

Luis: Yeah, well, now Sheridan doesn't want to tell him. I mean, it's ridiculous. 3DD0332B.JPG

Beth: Oh, well, I don't know about that. I mean, maybe you should listen to Sheridan.

Mrs. Wallace: No! You mustn't wait!

Beth: What?

Mrs. Wallace: You can't let Sheridan spend the night in that cottage with your brother, Luis. You can't do it. No, she's not going to be able to keep putting him off. Antonio's going to want to be, you know, intimate with her. No, you got to get over there tonight and tell Antonio the truth -- tonight.

Whitney: Oh, Chad --

Chad: This is driving me crazy, Whitney.

Whitney: Well, me, too.

Chad: Look, I don't know how much longer I can take this.

Whitney: Soon everyone will know about our love, I promise you.

Chad: When? Give me a date so I can circle it on my calendar -- "no more sneaking around day." And then I'll set off fireworks. 3DD03424.JPG

Whitney: And I'll light the match.

Chad: Seriously, Whitney, look, this is too hard for me. I've got to keep looking over my shoulder, making sure no one's watching.

Whitney: I'm sorry, but I will make it up to you.

Chad: When you win a tennis tournament, right?

Whitney: I might have to win more than just one.

Chad: Why?

Whitney: I told you I need to show my father that I can be a great tennis player and still have a love of my own. And in the meantime, you are going to help Simone realize that you two aren't right for each other. Come on, we went over this. This is the plan. You agreed to it, right? 3DD03445.JPG

Chad: Yeah, reluctantly. All right. I'll do my part.

Whitney: Then everything will be fine. We'll be able to be together and everything will be ok, and our relationship will be completely out in the open. Ok?

Kay: What did I tell you?

Liz: It's all going to go bye-bye -- your happiness, your family, everything.

Eve: No, Liz.

Liz: Oh, yes, just like the happiness you stole from me all those years ago.

Eve: No, I can't let you.

Liz: I don't think you have a choice.

Eve: You'll see.

Liz: No, dear. You will. There is nothing you can do that could stop me from -- 3DD03477.JPG

T.C.: Hey, Liz, you're back. You still having problems sleeping?

Liz: Yes! But I ran into your wife, and we were just out here having a lovely chat.

T.C.: Well, that's good.

Liz: Weren't we, Eve?

Eve: Yes.

T.C.: Hey, so what -- pictures? What you got there? Let me look at those.

Mrs. Wallace: You see, not telling him isn't fair to anyone, not to you or Sheridan or certainly not to Antonio.

Luis: No, that's what I think, too.

Mrs. Wallace: Well, then, there you go, huh? Look, don't policemen go with their gut instinct?

Luis: Yes! 3DD0349A.JPG

Mrs. Wallace: Well --

Luis: Mrs. Wallace, you are exactly right. This can't wait. I'm not letting Sheridan stay the night with Antonio.

Mrs. Wallace: Oh, no. It would be cruel to everyone.

Beth: Yeah -- cruel.

Luis: Yeah, look, I know that Sheridan wants to tell Antonio. Look, she told me that she did.

Mrs. Wallace: Well, then I don't see what the problem is.

Beth: But nobody asked you, mother.

Mrs. Wallace: Well, I'm not saying that they did. I just want to support Luis. You see, I know that he wants to be with the woman he loves, the woman he wants to spend the rest of his life with. You can understand that now, Bethy, can't you? 3DD034BD.JPG

Beth: Yeah. I can understand that.

Mrs. Wallace: Hmm.

Luis: You know what? You know, when you love someone, sometimes you got to make decisions for them.

Mrs. Wallace: Oh, honey! How right you are!

Beth: But what if something were to happen to aAntonio? You know, Eve said that a sudden shock could kill him.

Luis: Yeah, I know, and that's the only thing that Sheridan's afraid of. You know, look, no one wants to hurt Antonio, but he still needs to know the truth. Look, besides that, he's been through a bunch of setbacks and he's been fine. Now, I think that this thing -- if it's done right and he's let down gently, he's going to be fine. 3DD034DF.JPG

Mrs. Wallace: Well, that's the only way.

Luis: You know, I understand Sheridan not wanting to be the one to tell him and to take on that responsibility. But you know what? I'm going to do it myself. Look, I love my brother, ok? But I love sheridan more. So I'm going to relieve her of that burden.

Mrs. Wallace: That's true love!

Luis: So, Beth, you'll meet my mother and Eve over there at the cottage, ok?

Beth: Are you sure you want to do it tonight, Luis?

Luis: Beth, I've never been more sure of anything in my life, all right? So, look, just meet us over there in half an hour, ok? Mrs. Wallace --

Mrs. Wallace: Oh -- 3DD03504.JPG

Luis: Thank you so much.

Mrs. Wallace: Honey, I know it's going to work.

Luis: Yeah. Good night.

Mrs. Wallace: Good night.

Beth: Bye. See you later.

[Mrs. Wallace laughs]

Mrs. Wallace: Boo-hoo. You lose again.

Beth: You're a monster, mother. You're ruining my life!

Mrs. Wallace: Oh, you should have seen the expression on your face -- pathetic.

Beth: No! I'm going to kill you, you nasty old bitch! You're going to die!

Luis: This nightmare's finally going to be over. Tonight, Antonio will know the truth.

Antonio: Hey, there.

Sheridan: Hey. Thank you. 3DD03531.JPG

Antonio: A toast to my beautiful Sheridan, the woman who has brought me nothing but happiness in my life. And I can't thank you enough. And even though my time may be cut short here, I know that you're going to bring much more happiness to whatever time I have left because you'll be by my side.

Antonio: I couldn't lose you. I don't know if I could ever stand losing you. I would rather die than lose you.
