Tabitha: You're a real life boy. Iím going to have to contend with some half baked conscience that you've developed all of a sudden.
Timmy: Timmy doesnít know what you call it. He knows right from wrong. And Ivy Crane is wrong. Why does she want Ethan to know that Theresa was pregnant by Julian Crane?
Tabitha: I see your sappy little angel girl left out one teensy weensy ingredient in the humanization of Timmy. You still haven't got much of a brain. Ivy wants Ethan to find out about Theresa's treacherous infidelity so that he'll dump the little guttersnipe once and for all. And of course Ivy knows that Theresa's brother Luis will fly into a murderous rage at Julian when he hears. Thereby killing two birds with one stone. And Ivy will keep her own hands clean to boot. Oh, I just love the efficiency of it all. [Giggling]
Reporter: I asked you a question, Ethan, old boy. How do you feel about your fiancťe being knocked up?
Ethan: Theresa is not pregnant.
Reese: Hey, Charity.
Reese: Can I borrow Miguel for a minute?
Charity: He's all yours.
Miguel: What's up?
Reese: Oh, I just came over to check on you and Charity. How's everything going?
Miguel: Better, I guess since we got here. But I've got to tell you, Reese, Iím still worried about her. She just hasn't been the same since we went skating that night. And you've noticed it, too, right?
Reese: Well, I won't lie to you, she has been acting a little what you'd call it, distant maybe.
Miguel: I just wish she'd talk to me. Tell me what's bothering her.
Kay: "Bad cousin, good cousin, naughty and nice, let the former prevail, let the latter turn to ice." Charity, is that you? Hey, you know, Iíve got to hand it to you. If I didn't know you weren't the real Charity, you'd even have me fooled.
Charity: Iím glad you're pleased, Kay. Iíll do anything you want to help you get Miguel.
Kay: You know, it's too bad my real cousin wasn't more like you. We could've been really tight.
Brian: Oh my gosh. It's Theresa with Mama. She's sure grown up. She's beautiful. They're so close. To be this near to my mother and sister after all these years and not tell them Iím here. I wish I could turn back the clock. Do it all over again. Damn those Cranes for running me out of here all those years ago. [Sighing]
TC: Low life, son of a...
Eve: Where did TC get to?
Julian: [Groaning] Someone help me!
Eve: Oh! [Gasping] TC, stop it, you'll kill him.
TC: Nothing is going to stop me this time.
Grace: Oh my God.
Diana: [Sighing] Could that have happened here? Maybe Iím about to remember who I am. Maybe if I just wander around the grounds something more will come back to me.
Luis: I know now what I have to ask you. Do this right.
Sheridan: Oh, Luis.
Luis: Back then I thought we had all the time in the world. Why God? Why did you take her away from me? [Sighing]
Tabitha: Oh, I almost forgot. TC's in the library with his father.
Timmy: But isn't his father dead?
Tabitha: Yeah, well, he was until I used my magic dust to bring him back for a brief visit. Just long enough for TC to want to kill Julian Crane again. Oh, Timmy, this is going to be a fun night.
Timmy: Timmy wishes he was somewhere else doing whatever real boys do on New Yearís Eve.
Tabitha: Will you get over yourself? Frankly, Iím beginning to find this flesh and blood version of you a bit tiresome especially with all this fun going on around us. I wanted you to enjoy the pain Iím about to inflict. Wallow in the suffering, delight in the heartbreak.
Timmy: Timmy doesnít think so. He's going to the youth center.
Tabitha: The youth center? The next thing I know you'll be signing up for the Boy Scouts.
Timmy: That's a great idea, Princess. Timmy canít wait to sign up. Happy New Year.
Tabitha: Uno memento por favor. Just what do you think is going on at the youth center that would be more fun than being here with me?
Timmy: Well, there's other kids there.
Tabitha: Oh, please. The only thing going on at the youth center tonight is Kay trying to win Miguel from his simpering sweetheart. Which shouldn't be too hard considering the real Charity is on ice and the one with Miguel is a mean little double. But all right if you would rather be with them than me, be my guest.
Reporter: Just a few words for the morning edition, Ethan. How do you feel about Theresa's pregnancy?
Ethan: What part of what I said didn't you understand? Theresa's not pregnant. And even if she were why would you and your trash newspaper give a damn? Now since when did two people in love expecting a baby sell papers?
Reporter: Since there's obviously more to the story than you seem to realize. I wouldn't be so quick to get rid of me. I mean, especially since I seem to know more about your fiancťeís condition than you do. Aren't you the least bit curious to hear what Iíve got to say?
Kay: Poor Miguel, I mean, one minute you're barely civil to him and the next you're acting as if nothing is wrong.
Charity: Is that how you want me to keep playing it?
Kay: Absolutely. You know, but tonight is a special occasion, why don't we shake things up a bit?
Charity: Just tell me what to do, Kay.
Julian: If you know what's good for you and your family you'll get out of here. Leave Harmony. You will never come back or your whole family will be destroyed. Their lives will be ruined because of you.
Brian: It's all his fault. Damn Julian Crane to hell.
TC: You've destroyed your last life, Crane. [Groaning]
Sam: TC, get off him.
TC: Get off of me!
Eve: TC, stop it! No! [Screaming]
Grace: Stop him.
Julian: He's going to kill me.
TC: Nobody deserves to die more than you do.
Grace: Sam, stop him.
TC: Get off of me.
Sam: Julian, get the hell out of here.
TC: Let me go, he deserves to die.
Sam: No one's disputing that, TC, now calm down.
Eve: TC, you calm down, you have to calm down.
TC: Eve, how long have you been here?
Eve: Long enough to see you try and kill Julian. What happened?
TC: Sam, you should've let me go. It would've been over with once and for all.
Sam: Now what did Julian do to provoke you this time, TC?
TC: It was my father. My father was here tonight.
Grace: TC, your father?
Eve: Honey, your father has been dead for years.
TC: Dammit, Eve, my father was here tonight and he gave me proof.
Eve: Proof of what?
TC: That Julian was driving the car the night of my accident. He destroyed my life. Now Iím going to destroy his. [Panting]
Julian: [Coughing] Raving lunatic almost murdered me in my own home. My God, you watch where you're going.
Brian: Sorry, sir. Well, what do you know, it's Julian Crane.
Julian: Who the hell are you?
Brian: You don't remember?
Julian: No and if you don't identify yourself this instant Iím going to call security.
Brian: You really don't know me. That's strange considering Iíve hated you with every breath in my body all these years.
Julian: Oh, please not another Harmony local green with envy over the disparity in our lives.
Brian: Shut up.
Julian: I've put up with enough insolence on my own property for one evening.
Brian: Oh, there's a lot more where that came from. Why don't you take a good look at me, Julian. I want you to look at me and I want you to think hard. I see Iím going to have to give you a little hint. You tried to ruin my life.
Julian: [Laughing] You call that a hint? Join the club. [Laughing]
Chad: Hey, what's going on?
Whitney: Look who's here.
Chad: It's that sleaze from the tabloid? What's his angle this time?
Whitney: He just told Ethan and everyone else that Theresa is pregnant.
Reporter: It's the truth, Ethan. I've got it from a very reliable source.
Ethan: Well, you can tell your reliable source to crawl back under the rock he came from and why don't you join him.
Reporter: Look, I don't blame you for being angry but there's no reason for you to take it out on me. You know, it seems to me that Theresa is the one she should have told you that she was pregnant.
Ethan: I warned you to leave. Now it looks like Iím going to have to help you.
Reporter: Hey, you know, it's not your home, you don't have the right to do that.
Chad: Why don't you tell the judge? Come on.
Reporter: Okay, Okay.
Theresa: Mama, how did he find out? I mean, you don't think he knows that I went to the women's clinic today, do you? What if he knows about me and Julian?
Ivy: It's all over, Theresa, your worst fear is about to come true.
Timmy: So this is what a real boy and girl party is like. Timmy had no idea what he was missing. If only the real Charity was here instead of the nasty one Kay conjured up with her spell. Tonight could have been the night Charity realized Timmy was the boy for her. [Sighing]
Miguel: What are you two smiling about?
Reese: Yeah, what's up?
Charity: Oh, we were just smiling about the two hottest guys in the room.
Eve: Proof of what, honey, what are you talking about?
TC: Sweetheart, look for yourself.
Eve: This is just an old car repair receipt. I still don't get it.
Sam: Where did you get this, TC?
TC: Julian's safe. My father gave me the combination.
Sam: Now hold on.
TC: Listen, guys, I know this sounds crazy but it's true. My father was here in the library tonight.
Eve: TC, this is not the first time you have seen your father here.
TC: And Eve you thought it was my imagination running wild. But not tonight. Tonight my father was here. And he gave me the proof that Julian destroyed all of my dreams. It's been a long time coming but it's payback time. And Julian is going to pay with his life.
Julian: Read my lips, if you don't leave my property this second, I will have you arrested.
Brian: Iím not afraid of you anymore, Julian Crane, or your threats.
Julian: You're still talking as if Iím supposed to remember who you are. If you're some disgruntled former employee, take your grievance to the workman compensation panel or whoever it is who handles that sort of thing.
Brian: You really don't remember.
Julian: I most certainly do not. And I have much more important things on my plate this evening if you will excuse me. Take your hands off me!
Brian: I was a kid. A kid who knew way too much. Does that ring any bells for you?
Julian: No, it does not.
Brian: Oh, see, Iím going to have to jog your memory a little bit more. Your free ride is over, Julian. It's time for you to pay the piper.
Reporter: Iím not finished yet!
Chad: How wrong you are, buddy, you are so outta here.
Theresa: This is all your fault.
Ivy: I don't know what you're talking about. I had nothing to do with this.
Pilar: Oh, please, I don't believe that for a minute. It wouldn't be the first time in recent days that you have tried to expose Theresa in front of Ethan.
Ivy: [Scoffs] Well, what's the difference how her secret comes out? The important thing is that Ethan will now see the true colors of the girl he was about to marry. Face it, Theresa, your worst nightmare is about to come true.
Luis: Who's there? Sheridan? You came back to me.
Eve: Honey, Iím lost. I don't see what an old car repair receipt has to do with anything in your life.
Sam: TC, I think it's time you told Eve the whole story.
Eve: Yes, I think you better.
TC: [Sighing] Eve, there's something Iíve been keeping from you. Something that has been eating inside of me since before we were married.
Simone: Oh my God.
Jessica: What? What?
Simone: It's Tabitha Lennox's doll. He's alive just like Reese said he was.
Jessica: No, no, no, that's not a doll. That's her grandnephew, yeah. Yeah, Mom told me, he's going to be staying with her for a while.
Simone: You're kidding. He looks so much like the doll.
Jessica: I know, I know. He looks just like -- I guess she was just so fond of him that she made her doll to look exactly like him.
Jessica: I don't know. I think he's kind of cool.
Jessica: It's not his fault that his great aunt is a couple of cards short of a full deck. [Giggling] You want to go say hi?
Simone: I guess we should. Iím sure he doesn't know anybody in town yet. Come on, come on. Hi, you're Tabitha's nephew, huh?
Timmy: That's right, Timmy.
Jessica: So do you want to dance, Timmy?
Timmy: Sure, Jessica.
Reese: Ah-ha! Just like I've always said. Tabitha's little doll is alive and we've caught him red handed.
Simone: Forget it, Reese, it's Tabitha's nephew, he just moved into town.
Reese: Oh, really? Then how did he know Jessica's name?
Reporter: Wait, wait, wait, you guys are making a big mistake.
Ethan: You're the only one who's made a mistake.
Chad: Man, how could you look at yourself in the mirror every morning?
Reporter: Wait, wait, wait, look, you're so sure Theresa's not pregnant, prove me wrong.
Ethan: I don't have to prove anything to you, slime bag.
Reporter: Do it and I swear Iíll walk out here on my own steam and Iíll never bother you again.
Ethan: All right, you want proof, Iíll get Theresa to tell you yourself. Then I don't ever want to see you around here again.
Reporter: You got yourself a deal.
Sheridan: Oh, Luis, it's you. It's really you.
Luis: Oh, my God. Sheridan. My mother said if I hoped and prayed, oh my God, I prayed that it could happen. That you would come back and you did. Iím never going to let you go again. [Laughing] I cannot let it go. Why?
Diana: I can't go snooping all over some stranger's estate looking for keys to my past. Besides I said to Brian I would wait for him right here. [Sighing] Maybe he's forgotten the time because he's caught up in a wonderful reunion with his family.
Brian: When I was a kid I used to sneak over to your mansion late at night and wait for my mother.
Julian: What was your mother doing in my home?
Brian: Working harder than any person Iíve ever met. See, she used to leave our family early in the morning to go work for yours all day. Sometimes till late in the night. I used to sneak out of bed because I didn't like it that she had to walk home in the dark all by herself. So Iíd come over to your place and wait until she had to leave. Well, then when she'd leave I'd follow her home. And then when I knew that she was okay Iíd scramble all the way back in my bed before she'd come in to kiss me goodnight.
Julian: That's quite a heartrending but I really couldn't care less.
Brian: See, she never knew that her oldest son was watching her and watching you. I saw a lot of things back then, Julian.
Julian: If I give up, will you tell me who you are and then get the hell off my property?
Brian: No. No, Iím not leaving until you pay for what you did to me and my family. Iím Antonio Lopez Fitzgerald.
TC: Alistair Crane couldn't stand that an African American kid, whose father caddied at a country club was going to beat the pants off his precious son and heir, Julian.
Sam: TC was the better tennis player. There's no doubt about that.
Grace: But I thought you stopped playing tennis because of your bad knee?
TC: That's right, Grace. But the night before my big championship I was broadsided by a car. Police thought it was a hit and run and I never even thought anything of it. All I knew was I lost my chance to play. And I lost a scholarship. You know what? You guys don't know how hard my father worked for me to have that opportunity. And it was all blown away.
Eve: And you think Julian was driving the car that hit you?
TC: Sweetheart, I always suspected it but I never had the proof. And you were right, Pop. I couldn't wait to get home and share the good news with you. All of our dreams were coming true.
TCís Father: But it didn't work out that way, did it, TC? Everything changed in a matter of seconds. It was all over. Your career, our dreams, all over. This is where it ended. Your dreams wrecked the same way your car was. The accident took it all away from us, TC. It robbed you from your future in tennis. You weren't able to play Julian the next day. You were never able to play tennis again. This accident robbed you of your life's ambition.
TC: It robbed me and you, Pop. You were never the same.
TCís Father: Look inside, look and see who robbed us of our dream. See who's responsible for destroying your life.
TC: This is the body shop receipt for Julian's repairs on his car.
Eve: Oh my God, no wonder you hate him so much.
TC: As God as my witness I will kill Julian for what he did to me and my father.
Julian: What in blazes brought you back to Harmony? [Clearing throat]
Brian: Is it against the law for me to pay a visit to my mother?
Julian: No, does the law even know that you're in town?
Brian: That's none of your business. Well, you look shocked, Julian. But I guess you never expected to see me back in Harmony, did you?
Julian: I most certainly did not.
Brian: To tell you the truth, I never expected to come back. Life's kind of funny that way, huh? But now that I am back well, it's time for you to get what's coming to you. Time for you to get what you deserve.
Julian: All that nonsense was years ago. Don't tell me you're still holding a grudge?
Brian: A grudge, no, I wouldn't call it a grudge. See, a grudge is something you can get past and forget. You stole my family from me and for that Iím going to take your life.
Timmy: [Stammering] Timmy knew Jessica's name because his Aunt Tabitha sent him pictures of all the Bennetts in one of the letters.
Reese: Well, what's with this whole talking in third person thing?
Jessica: Would you not embarrass him? Besides, I think it's cute. So what, Timmy, do you want to dance or not?
Jessica: Cool, come on.
Jessica: Excuse us.
Kay: Hey, you know what? Don't worry about what Charity said earlier. Miguel, she was just trying to make you feel jealous.
Miguel: Well, I hate to say it but it worked. I thought you were going to get us something to drink.
Reese: Well, a funny thing happened on the way to the punchbowl. Look over there.
Kay: Oh, yeah, that's Tabitha's nephew. My mom said he was going to be here.
Charity: Yeah, well, you know what? I don't know why they're wasting their time with him. He's kind of short, don't you think?
Miguel: You know, that's really mean.
Charity: [Sighing] Iím sorry, was I being politically incorrect?
Miguel: I don't get it. You never used to say anything unkind about anyone. Iím sorry, Charity, but you're acting like an entirely different person lately.
Ethan: Theresa, I need you for a moment, sweetheart.
Chad: Look, man, you don't owe this man a thing, all right, just kick him out on his rear end and forget he was ever here.
Ethan: No, look, it's okay, all right? Because I want him to understand how much of a piece of garbage he is. Then maybe he'll finally leave me and Theresa alone to live in peace. Theresa? Tell him, Theresa, are you pregnant or not?
Simone: This is Megan.
Megan: Want to dance, Timmy?
Simone: Hey, I get the next one, Okay? You're so cute.
Charity: You think Iím acting different?
Miguel: I just mean that we're not connecting anymore and I don't know why. I mean, my feelings haven't changed for you so it's got to be you. What is it? Why are you so different?
Sam: You're not going to kill Julian because it's not going to solve a damn thing.
TC: Maybe not, Sammy. But I might start sleeping through the night knowing that that sleazebag gets what he deserves.
Eve: It won't bring your father back, sweetheart.
TC: No, it won't but it will avenge the broken heart that killed him. The broken heart that was caused by Alistair and Julian Crane. At least this way they won't hurt anybody else. Don't anybody try to stop me. Julian has to die.
Julian: Don't be hasty, boy, you think about it before you do something rash.
Brian: Oh, I have thought about it. I've thought about it for years. And it's true, I might have never acted on it if I hadn't come back to Harmony after all these years but now that Iím here...
Julian: Just hold on, you don't want to do anything you'll regret in the morning. God!
Brian: You think I'd regret ending your life? It would be the best thing Iíve ever done.
Diana: Come on, Brian, where are you? It's getting cold. You know I may not have built snowmen as a kid but I was a champion snowball thrower.
Luis: [Laughing] We'll see about that.
Diana: We were so happy and so in love. If only I could remember who you were.
Luis: Oh, so you want to play dirty, do you?
Sheridan: Oh, give me your best shot, Lopez Fitzgerald.
Luis: You shouldn't have said that. [Sniffling] We had our whole lives ahead of us, Sheridan. [Exhales]
Ethan: Honey, I know this is beneath you but I really want to get rid of this guy. You know, Iím sick and tired of people always making trouble for us. Just tell him, sweetheart. Are you pregnant? Just tell him, Theresa, let's prove this clown wrong once and for all.
