John: Let Natalie go and put the gun on the floor.

Natalie: Ah!

John: Put it down! Nice and easy. Good.

Jessica: No!

Nora: I tried calling Clint one more time before we took off.

Bo: He's probably in the air on his way to California.

Nora: Yeah. Some week.

Bo: Matthew runs away. Both Clint's daughters are in trouble. It's -- some week.

Nora: Hmm. You know, if I was a superstitious person, I'd -- it's almost like --

Bo: What?

Nora: Fate, you know -- stepping in, stopping us from telling Clint about us.

Bo: Wish it was all we had to deal with right now.

Nora: We have time, you know, to stop Matthew's operation.

Bo: You think?

Nora: Yeah. Dr. Nance said that Matthew wasn't at the hospital yet. So when he gets there, he's gonna have forms to fill out and tests to take and -- what?

Bo: Unless Nance lied.

Matthew: Did you see Dr. Nance anywhere?

Dani: He just left a couple minutes ago.

Matthew: How long does it take to put me in the system?

Dani: Are you kidding? Hospitals love paperwork even more than lawyers.

Matthew: I just can't believe this is actually happening. I'm actually gonna walk again.

Dani: How excited are you?

Matthew: Yeah.

Dani: Or are you scared?

Matthew: I just didn't think I'd be doing this alone.

Dani: You're not.

Matthew: Thanks.

Dani: I know it's not the same.

Matthew: I just always thought the people that I'm closest to would be here, too.

[Doorbell rings]

Destiny: Good. You're home.

Shaun: Hi, Shaun. How are you feeling -- now that you're out of a coma?

Destiny: I need your help.

Shaun: Anything for you, Little D.

Destiny: So you'll talk to Greg?

Shaun: Except that.

Destiny: What?

Shaun: I'm not talking to our brother ever again.

Destiny: Why not?

Greg: Rachel?

Rachel: Hi.

Greg: Hi. This is a surprise.

Rachel: I, uh, I know that we said we were gonna stay away from each other.

Greg: Until things cool down with my brother.

Rachel: But I needed to see you tonight.

Ross: You're not getting rid of me. I think it's time for Ross Rayburn to finally get something he wants. Hey! Ow! Get off me.

Todd: You all right?

Blair: Yeah, I'm fine.

Todd: What are you doing here? Hey, I'm talking to you. Don't you have enough to worry about with your wife?

Ross: Lay off!

Todd: I don't think so. I think I'm gonna lay off when I ask you a question. What is Téa doing in London with Elijah Clarke? I'd like to know that.

Téa: How much longer?

Elijah: Well, a whole 5 minutes less than the last time you asked. You're not much of a frequent flyer, are you?

Téa: I just want to see my little girl, okay?

Elijah: I know.

Téa: Ahh -- huh. I'm just -- I'm relieved that she's in Seattle with Matthew Buchanan and not God knows where with Ross.

Elijah: So what are you gonna do when you find Danielle, I mean now that you have to keep her from Ross and Todd?

Téa: Look, I never said I was the perfect mother, okay. But there can be very good reasons for keeping a father away from his own daughter.

Jessica: No!

Natalie: Jared. Jared? Jared! Jared! Jared!

Ross: So my brother's in London with Téa?

Blair: Your brother?

Ross: Yeah. Eli Clarke's my brother. So where are they now? Are they still in London?

Blair: Todd, get him out of here.

Ross: Elijah's helping Téa run off --

Blair: Take your money! Your money!

Todd: What are you guys -- what money?

Blair: No. Ross thinks that Téa's scamming him just like she tried to scam you.

Todd: Is that right?

Blair: Yeah, and --

Ross: No, no. This has got nothing to do with money.

Todd: Well, what's it got to do with, then?

Elijah: So you're going to keep lying to Danielle? That's great.

Téa: I'm not lying.

Elijah: Letting her think Ross is her father? Not to mention keeping Todd in the dark? Come on.

Téa: It is the best thing for everyone.

Elijah: Okay, so Todd never gets to know his daughter. Ross spends the rest of his life searching the globe for a kid that isn't even his, and Danielle, who's already losing one father, actually loses two.

Téa: You got this all figured out, don't you?

Elijah: Seems to me like the only person this is best for is you.

Téa: Ha! Yeah. I love dealing with Ross. I love pretending that that crazy, unpredictable man is Daniella's father. I love that.

Elijah: Yeah, almost as much as you love never having to worry about Todd hurting you again, right?

Téa: What do you care?

Elijah: Hey, I'm just saying.

Téa: Well, stop saying.

Elijah: Fine.

Téa: Thank you. Ahh --

Elijah: Well, looks like I hit a nerve.

Nora: Why would Dr. Nance lie?

Bo: When I talked to him, he said he thought Matthew would have changed his mind.

Nora: Yeah, because that's what we told him.

Bo: Well, yeah, but the way he said it, it was like he knew it wasn't true.

Nora: You think he spoke to Matthew?

Bo: Could be.

Nora: Oh, Bo, that means Matthew's already at the hospital. Oh, my God. That means there's nothing we're gonna be able to do to save him.

Bo: Not necessarily.

Dani: I'm sorry your family can't be here with you.

Matthew: And you know what? I'm sorry about what I said before, about being here alone.

Dani: It's cool. You've known them your whole life. We just met.

Matthew: Yeah, but I already feel like we're friends.

Dani: We are. I'll be here the whole time.

Matthew: Thanks.

Nance: Sorry. It took a while to get your insurance cleared. Out-of-state residents require a bit more paperwork.

Dani: Told you.

Nance: But as soon as you fill out these forms, we can get things moving, okay?

Michael: Ooh! I thought I was picking you up at the airport.

Marcie: Oh, I got an earlier plane.

Michael: All right.

Marcie: Hi.

Michael: Hi. How did the baby like the flight?

Marcie: Not so much. Gave me some particularly hard kicks.

Michael: Really? What'd they feel like?

Marcie: Well --

[Phone rings]

Michael: Wait. Yeah. Voicemail.

Marcie: No, it might be the real estate agent. Get it.

Michael: Uh, hello?

Bo: Hey, Michael, it's Bo Buchanan.

Michael: Bo? I can't hear you very well.

Bo: Well, I'm calling from a plane.

Michael: Is everything okay?

Bo: I hope so, but I need your help.

Shaun: I don't want to talk about Greg.

Destiny: What if I do?

Shaun: This is my house.

Destiny: This is Todd Manning's house.

Shaun: I'm the one who works here, so we're gonna talk about what I want to talk about.

Destiny: Okay. What do you want to talk about?

Shaun: How was your class trip to D.C.?

Destiny: There was no class trip. I went to London to see Matthew.

Shaun: Hold up. You lied to Mom and Dad?

Destiny: I had to. Matthew's parents locked him in some boarding school.

Shaun: Where'd you get the money from?

Destiny: My savings account. What? It's mine!

Shaun: So you hopped a plane all by yourself.

Destiny: No. David Vickers came with me.

Shaun: Vickers? That's supposed to make me feel better?

Destiny: Please don't tell Mom and Dad. I had to go. I had to tell Matthew I --

Shaun: You had to tell him what?

Destiny: It doesn't matter. By the time I got there, some girl was helping him escape.

Shaun: Excuse me?

Destiny: They took off to Seattle so Matthew could have his operation, but the doctor isn't as good as Greg.

Shaun: But Greg's not operating on anyone.

Destiny: Maybe he'll listen to you.

Shaun: I doubt it.

Destiny: Look, whatever happened between you can't be that big a deal. Maybe Rachel can help.

Shaun: Rachel can't help because Rachel is what happened between us.

Greg: Well, come in. So, you wanted to see me. Does this mean that we're --

Rachel: I can't be with you. Not as long as it would hurt your brother.

Greg: Well, kind of tough with us both being in the same town.

Rachel: Which is why I needed to see you tonight.

Greg: To let me down easily?

Rachel: To say good-bye. I'm going back to Chicago.

[Charlie blows]

Charlie: Okay, they're alive, but they're unconscious. Someone even went to the trouble of propping their feet up. Did you find anything?

Viki: No. But I don't know. I can't tell. I don't know what happened.

Charlie: Huh.

Viki: That's Jessie's.

Charlie: You think so?

Viki: Well, I'm almost positive, yes.

Charlie: The car doors were open like this?

Viki: Yeah.

Charlie: Was the key in the ignition?

Viki: Yes.

Charlie: Well, it looks like she left in a hurry.

Viki: Charlie, I don't know what's going on here. Where is Jessica?

Charlie: Yeah. Where is Jared? He was supposed to be here, too.

Viki: Jessica!

Charlie: Jared!

Viki: Natalie!

Charlie: Jared!

Natalie: Jared, baby, it's me.

Brody: All right. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Natalie: It's Natalie, honey. I'm right here, baby.

Brody: It's a chest wound. All right, Natalie, they want to know if you can feel a pulse in his neck.

Natalie: Uh, no. I don't know. I don't know. I think so. I just -- please tell 'em to hurry.

Brody: Yeah. Yeah. Hurry. Ambulance is on its way.

John: How about Napa PD?

Brody: They're on their way, too, but they, uh, they don't have any units in the vicinity. They said -- I told 'em we could handle it for now.

John: Brody, you got to keep pressure on that wound. Find a towel or something. Natalie, make sure his airway is clear, all right? You know how to do that.

Mitch: That's a little rough.

Natalie: Jared, talk to me. He's not answering me. God, please tell me he's breathing. Tell me he's breathing.

Rachel: I left my whole life in Chicago.

Greg: So what? You don't have a life here in Llanview?

Rachel: I only came back to help my family after Matthew's accident.

Greg: They don't still need your help?

Rachel: My mother's married now. She has Clint.

Greg: And what about Matthew?

Rachel: He's in a boarding school in London. As long as I can dial a phone, it doesn't matter where I live.

Greg: No. Well, it matters to the people that you're counseling at the rehab center.

Rachel: There are other counselors.

Greg: Okay, uh, it matters to me.

Destiny: Greg is going after your woman?

Shaun: Looks like Rachel was never my woman.

Destiny: But you got all dressed up. You took her out to dinner. You bought her flowers.

Shaun: Guess Greg bought her better ones.

Destiny: That is cold. But he is still our brother.

Shaun: That doesn't mean I have to deal with the man.

Destiny: But he saved your life.

Shaun: Yeah, after he put me in a coma and kept me out long enough to get Rachel for himself.

Destiny: Greg wouldn't do that.

Shaun: How do you know?

Destiny: The same way I know Rachel would never two-time anyone.

Shaun: You have no idea what someone will do when a prettier face comes along.

Nance: When did you last eat, Matthew?

Matthew: You know, I was so freaked out I don't even remember.

Dani: Oh, we didn't eat on the flight. It's been, like, 9 hours at least.

Nance: Okay, good. Okay, I have to consult with the anesthesiologist. Then we'll get you prepped.

Matthew: Tonight?

Nance: You've waited long enough.

Dani: It's finally happening.

Matthew: Yeah, and my parents are totally clueless.

Michael: Well, sure, Bo, I'll do whatever I can.

Bo: Well, thanks, Mike. I'll let you know as soon as we get there.

Marcie: Matthew ran away? And he came here?

Michael: Yeah. That's what Bo thinks. I mean, he's really desperate to have the surgery on his spinal cord injury. Dr. Nance is willing to perform it so -- Bo and Nora are scared to death.

Marcie: Of course, but, I mean, you don't have the authority to stop it, do you, mike?

Michael: No. Bo and Nora just want me to stall until they can get here. I better check the surgical schedule, see how much time we got.

Marcie: Matthew might not even be here.

Michael: Oh. He's here.

Marcie: What?

Brody: He's breathing, but it's shallow and he's lost a lot of blood.

John: Keep pressure on that wound.

Brody: Yeah.

John: All right, you make sure he's warm, all right, and doesn't go into shock.

Jessica: What can I do? Tell me, tell me. What can I do?

Brody: Wait at the house and show the EMTs where we are.

Jessica: I'm on it.

Natalie: Stay with me. Listen to my voice.

Mitch: He's not good enough for you, Natalie.

Natalie: I'm right here, baby. I'm not gonna go anywhere.

Mitch: He doesn't deserve you, and soon he will not have you.

Natalie: Somebody shut him the hell up!

Brody: Natalie, stop!

Natalie: Jessica killed him.

Mitch: And I have risen again.

Natalie: You should have stayed dead. You're a monster!

Charlie: Battery's dead.

Viki: Well, then Jessie probably went to get help. But -- but it doesn't explain the phone.

Charlie: No, it doesn't. Oh, wait. Here. I just want to know what is going on here.

Viki: Charlie, I know what you're worried about. There is absolutely no reason to suspect Jared.

Charlie: No. I know Jared would never ever do anything to hurt Jessica.

Viki: No, he would not!

Charlie: Okay, but where is he? I mean, I can't just sit and wait.

Viki: I know, darling, but we don't even know where to begin.

Charlie: Okay, but I can't do nothing. I mean, I have to find my boy.

Jessica: Mom? Charlie?

Viki: Baby!

Charlie: Are we glad to see you.

Viki: Oh, my God! Thank God you're all right. Where's Natalie?

Jessica: She's here. She's fine. She's fine.

Charlie: And how about Jared? What, is he okay?

Jessica: I'm so sorry. He's been shot.

Natalie: Why did you shoot him? I love him! He's my husband!

Mitch: I am your husband, Natalie, and soon we will renew our vows.

Brody: Oh, shut up.

Mitch: What, I can't look forward to reuniting my family? You and me, Natalie, and my little girl Jessica.

Natalie: Jessica is not your daughter.

Mitch: Well, I admit it is a bit confusing. You'll be your own sister's stepmother. Ha ha! I shudder to think -- oh!

John: You were saying?

Natalie: Thank you. Where is that damn ambulance?

Brody: Natalie, you need to keep talking to him.

Natalie: Okay, okay. Jared, I'm right here, baby. Please, don't leave me, okay? Just don't leave me. Don't leave me, okay? Just don't leave me.

Todd: Téa's in London with Elijah Clarke, who happens to be your brother?

Ross: Yeah, but I have to find him.

Todd: Why do you have to find him? Because of the money?

Blair: Well, isn't it obvious?

Todd: No, it's not obvious! That's why I'm asking the question.

Blair: No, listen. Elijah is as big a snake as Ross is. He's been fooling around with his brother's wife.

Todd: Really?

Blair: Yeah, and she's playing you both for fools.

[Phone rings]

Todd: All right, I got to take this. I'm not done with you. Are you gonna be okay out here by yourself?

Blair: Yeah, I think he's learned his lesson.

Ross: What is wrong with you?

Blair: Me?

Ross: Yeah, you. Why wouldn't you let me tell him that Téa's been keeping my daughter from me?

Blair: Because I'm -- if Todd finds out that Téa has a child, well, he might feel sorry for Téa.

Ross: You think?

Blair: Yeah. And you know what else, he might try to -- she'll try to talk him into helping keep your daughter away from you, and you don't want that, do you?

Ross: Just like you don't want Todd having anything to do with Téa, yes.

Blair: Okay, so now we have a reason to help each other out. Just don't tell Todd about your daughter, and I will help you find her.

Todd: Téa's on a plane? Where? Seattle? What's in Seattle?

Elijah: Look, if you ask me, you should pick up Danielle in Seattle, fly her back to Llanview and introduce her to her real father.

Téa: Yeah, I don't remember asking you.

Elijah: You obviously still love the guy. I mean, you married him.

Téa: [Scoffs] So what? True love conquers all?

Elijah: Wow, when did you become so cynical?

Téa: You mean realistic?

Elijah: Look, as far as I can tell, the only problem is you lied to him about his daughter. It shouldn't be that hard to make him understand why.

Téa: Listen to me, Blair told Todd that Ross and I were trying scam him, and Todd believed her like that. Todd doesn't know me or understand me at all.

Elijah: Guess I don't either.

Téa: What's that supposed to mean?

Elijah: I just thought you were Téa Delgado, the shark, she who takes no prisoners.

Téa: I am.

Elijah: Huh. Maybe in your professional life.

Bo: We're gonna stop Matthew's operation, all right?

Nora: Oh, yeah? You sure?

Bo: I am sure.

Nora: Okay.

Bo: I'm sure that Clint's daughters are both gonna be fine -- and that -- that Jared will be found, and that we'll all be able to get on with our lives.

Nora: I love you for trying to sell it to me. You're just as worried about all of this as I am.

Bo: Nothing's for sure. Except --

Nora: Except what?

Bo: One thing.

Nora: What is that?

Bo: When this is all over --

Nora: Mm-hmm.

Bo: The two of us will be together.

Michael: Matthew.

Matthew: Dr. McBain? Mrs. McBain?

Michael: What are you doing in Seattle?

Matthew: I, uh --

Marcie: Aren't you going to introduce us to your friend?

Matthew: Yes. This is Dani. She came with me.

Dani: Hi.

Marcie: Hi.

Matthew: We're here to see Dr. Nance. Dr. McBain was my doctor after the accident, and Mrs. McBain taught at my old school.

Marcie: So, where are your mom and dad? I would love to say hi.

Matthew: Actually, they're not here.

Michael: You're here by yourself?

Nance: Matthew, the O.R. is ready. It's time to get you prepped for surgery. I’ll come and take you down there myself.

Michael: They've already got an O.R. I can't stall them.

Matthew: So how long after the surgery will I --

Marcie: Well, maybe you can't, but I can.

Nance: It depends on how the surgery goes.

Matthew: Oh.

Nance: But with a little bit of luck, you'll be dancing with your girlfriend here.

Matthew: Oh, she's not --

Dani: I can't wait to dance with you.

Matthew: Really?

Dani: As long as you wear your new sneakers.

Matthew: Yeah, could you hold them for me? They're kind of my good luck charm.

Dani: Don't worry; I won't let anything happen to them.

Shaun: What are you doing here anyway? Your boyfriend's in Seattle with some other girl.

Destiny: A minute ago, you were all in my face because I lied about going to London.

Shaun: Answer the question.

Destiny: She's just his friend, and I had to come back here, otherwise his family would have been asking questions about where he is. Besides, I just need Greg to help.

Shaun: So go talk to him.

Destiny: Only if you come with me.

Shaun: What can I do?

Destiny: You were always the brother I could count on.

Shaun: That's not gonna work on me anymore, Destiny Evans.

Destiny: Okay, you're the only one who can convince Greg to do the operation.

Shaun: So you want me to go and make Greg feel okay about getting with Rachel while I was out of it, right? So he'll go and do Matthew's surgery? Isn't that the name of this tune?

Destiny: Fine. You stay here and feel sorry for yourself. I'm going to get Greg to listen to me with or without you.

Rachel: I care about you, more than I should. But Shaun matters to me, too, and I don't want to hurt him. Huh. Anymore than I already have.

Greg: So you're just going to run away?

Rachel: No. That's the old Rachel. I've changed. With your help.

Greg: You don't have to say this to make me feel better.

Rachel: It's the truth. I will always be grateful to you for waking me up to the way I was living my life.

Greg: Yeah, but you're still willing to put a thousand miles between us.

Rachel: I don't want to get between you and your brother.

Greg: So what, you're doing this for me?

Rachel: You finally have a relationship with your family.

Greg: Yes, but I can have one with you.

Rachel: I can't see what we would have. But whatever it turned out to be, your family is much more important.

Charlie: Jared shot? What do you mean?

Viki: Where is he?

Jessica: There's a greenhouse up the road. Natalie's with him, and John and Brody are there as well.

Charlie: Call for an ambulance.

Jessica: No. It's on its way. I came up here to wait for it.

Charlie: Okay, got to find my boy.

Viki: Charlie, I'm gonna wait with Jessica!

Jessica: Mom --

Viki: Sweetheart, what happened? John said he thought you were lured here?

Jessica: I was. Somebody called, and they were using Nash's voice.

Viki: Not Jared?

Jessica: No, no, no, it wasn't him. He couldn't have -- dug up -- Nash's body.

Viki: Oh, my God, you know about that?

Jessica: I saw it, Mom. I saw it! And there was only one person that's sick enough to do something like that.

Viki: What are you talking about?

Jessica: I don't even know how to say it.

Viki: Sweetheart, just tell me.

Jessica: Mitch Laurence is back.

Brody: Press hard.

Natalie: Okay.

Brody: He's still losing a lot of blood.

John: What else do you need?

Brody: The damn ambulance to get here.

Natalie: Jared. Jared, honey, baby, baby, talk to me, honey. Talk to me, honey. I'm right here.

Charlie: Jared! Oh, my -- oh, Jared. What the hell's happening here? Why did you have to shoot him?

Brody: We didn't, Charlie. That son of a bitch did.

Natalie: Jared, Jared, baby, you daddy's here. Your dad's here, okay? So just stay with us a little longer, okay, Jared? Can you hear me?

Jared: Natal.

Natalie: Right here. Right here. pre-op.

Marcie: Oh, my God!

Michael: What's wrong?

Marcie: The contraction. I think I'm in labor.

Michael: What, now?

Marcie: Yes, now.

Michael: You can't be in labor. It's way too soon.

Marcie: Well, tell that to the baby!

Michael: Can you make it to obstetrics?

Marcie: I can try.

Michael: There's an exam room right there. Come on. Can you help me out?

Nance: I've got to get this patient to pre-op.

Matthew: It's okay, help her, go on!

Marcie: Oh, please, they're coming so close. You have to help me, please, Doctor, please!

Nance: Matthew, I've got to get you to surgery --

Matthew: I know that, but --

Marcie: Aah!

Nance: Okay, okay.

Matthew: I've waited a long enough for my surgery. I think I can wait a little longer.

Marcie: Thank you, Matthew! Thank you!

[Marcie panting]

Nora: Sorry. I'm just -- making sure it didn't stop.

Bo: We'll be in Seattle soon.

Téa: Are you saying I'm a coward, Elijah?

Elijah: No. Just I've never seen you afraid of a fight before.

Téa: I'm not afraid of a fight, but with Todd it's a war, all right?

Elijah: Come on, I don't think he's that tough.

Téa: Oh, he is that tough. And what's more, he's insecure, and he's full of rage, and he's -- jealous, he's suspicious.

Elijah: You love a good brawl, don't you?

Téa: Maybe I used to. Before I found out that fighting Todd, it's a losing battle. Trust me, okay.

Elijah: Well, I still think you could take him. I wasn't suggesting you fight with Todd. I was suggesting you fight for him.

Todd: All right, never mind. Just give me Téa's flight number.

Ross: You really think you can find my daughter?

Blair: I know that I can. You just -- you just keep quiet. Don't let Todd know, all right? You know, how many times do I have to tell you, Ross? Get out of here!

Ross: Fine! Whatever you say.

Todd: I thought you said he learned his lesson.

Blair: Yeah, well, he's a slow learner.

Todd: He needs a better teacher.

Blair: Look, he's just taking out his frustration with Téa on me, and he probably would have hurt me if you hadn't showed up here. Why are you here, anyway?

Todd: I wanted to ask you if I could bring the kids back a couple days early. I have to get out of town.

Viki: So Mitch Laurence is responsible for all of this?

Jessica: Oh, my God, are they --

Viki: No, darling, they're not. They're unconscious. Charlie checked.

Jessica: Okay.

Viki: Mitch Laurence was the one stalking you?

Jessica: I couldn't believe it. I still can't.

Viki: Sweetheart, are you sure it's him?

Jessica: Oh, I'm really sure. The guy's a genius at faking his own death.

Viki: I don't understand how he did that? I don't understand how Jared got involved --

Jessica: Oh, he didn't. I mean, not exactly. Mitch got to his prison mate Wayne Landers, and he convinced him to come after Natalie and me, and then Landers blackmailed Jared to help him, so --

Viki: Blackmailed him? How? Well, what did he have on Jared?

Jessica: Uh, I don't know. Something.

Viki: Jessica. Jessica. Jared's part of our family. If he's done something, you must tell me.

Jessica: Mitch told Jared that he had something on Charlie.

Viki: On Charlie?

Jessica: Mitch said that Charlie killed someone and that he's a murderer.

Jared: Natalie.

Natalie: Jared, I'm here. Right here.

Jared: I need to --

Natalie: No, no, no. You need to focus on getting yourself better, okay? Where is that ambulance?

Brody: Trying to get an eta right now. Told 'em to haul ass.

Jared: I don't -- I want to --

Natalie: Shh! Shh! You just stay quiet, okay? Reserve your strength.

Charlie: Yeah, yeah, listen to your wife. Son, take it easy.

Jared: Dad!

Charlie: Yeah, yeah, it's okay. I'm here. Right here.

Jared: I'm sorry.

Charlie: What? No, it's all right, it's all right. Everything is all right, whatever you did.

Jared: For you. I did -- I did it for you.

Natalie: No, no.

Greg: My family is strong, Rachel. And if we can survive years of me never showing my face, then we certainly can survive you choosing me over Shaun. And not to diminish your importance, but we will heal.

Rachel: What if Shaun can't forgive you?

Greg: Then we'll just have to convince him to see the error of his ways.

Rachel: Nice try, but I have to go.

Greg: Look, I don't understand.

Rachel: You don't want to understand.

Greg: Oh, you know what I want to do?

Destiny: So it's true.

Greg: Oh, uh, Destiny, look --

Destiny: Save it. I don't have time to be mad. You need to help Matthew.

Rachel: Uh, Greg can't do that, Destiny. Matthew's in a boarding school in London.

Destiny: No, he's not.

Greg: I don't understand.

Destiny: Matthew figured out a way to get to Seattle to have his operation, so you need to get on the next plane there.

Matthew: Mrs. McBain, are you okay?

Nance: No more contractions. Looks like false labor.

Marcie: I don't know what happened.

Nance: Matthew, what do you say we get you ready?

Matthew: Let's do this.

Michael: You did the best you could.

Marcie: I know. When he started talking about the fetal monitors, I knew I couldn't keep him fooled anymore.

Michael: Hon, Bo's on his way. Maybe he'll make it in time.

Marcie: Maybe. Oh, you're right. We should keep our hope up, right?

Michael: Yeah.

Marcie: Oh! Oh!

Michael: Marcie, I don't think it's gonna work a second time.

[Marcie breathing deeply]

Michael: Marcie?

Marcie: This time I'm not faking, Mike.

Téa: Why do you want to help Todd?

Elijah: It's not about Todd. It's about you.

Téa: Me?

Elijah: You're a wreck. You are.

[Téa scoffs]

Elijah: I'm actually worried about you.

Téa: Yeah, you've always been so concerned with my feelings, Eli.

Elijah: Fine, fine, fine. Make a joke. Still doesn't change the fact that Ross is not Danielle's father. Todd is.

Téa: What's in it for you?

Elijah: Can't you believe I just like stories with happy endings?

Téa: No.

Elijah: Why do you have to be so suspicious of everyone?

Téa: 'Cause I've been stabbed in the back one too many times.

Blair: So you really think it's a good idea to go chasing after Téa?

Todd: Why not?

Blair: Well, for starters, she's a liar who tried to fleece you. She's already moved on with another man.

Todd: So?

Blair: So -- what, you really want to be made that big of a fool, huh?

Todd: No, I just want the truth.

Blair: You know the truth, Todd.

Todd: So -- yes. So she and Ross were scamming me to run away together?

Blair: Yeah.

Todd: None of this -- that doesn't make any sense.

Blair: She's two-timing him.

Todd: That doesn't make any sense either.

Blair: Oh, well, you think if you find Téa she's just gonna explain it all to you? Is that what you think?

Todd: Listen, she went to Seattle for a reason, and I'm just gonna find out what it is.

Dani: So am I gonna see you before --

Nance: Yeah. We'll bring Matthew back on his way to the O.R.

Matthew: As soon as it's over, I'll keep my promise. I'll get you to your father in Tahiti.

Viki: Mitch said -- that Charlie's a murderer?

Jessica: I know. I couldn't believe it either.

Viki: But that's absurd.

Jessica: The thing is, Jared seemed to think that it was true.

Viki: What? Oh, oh, well -- who's this person Charlie supposedly killed?

Jessica: I don't know.

Viki: Well, did Jared know?

Jessica: He didn't say, but it makes sense that he would do what he did to protect his father. Oh, God, there's the ambulance. Um, he's down that way.

EMT: Okay.

Viki: Jessie, wait! I'll come with you.

Charlie: What is he talking about? What is he saying he did for me?

Natalie: It doesn't matter.

Charlie: Well, it sure as hell does.

Natalie: No, Charlie, the only thing that matters right now is getting him to a hospital.

Brody: The ambulance is here. Make sure you have a room ready.

Natalie: Okay.

EMT: Got it.

Mitch: Oh, fine, here I was hoping for a change of scenery.

John: You're gonna love prison, Laurence.

Jessica: Mom, you coming?

Viki: Yes, honey, just keep going.

Jessica: Okay.

EMT: Anyone else injured?

Natalie: No.

Charlie: No. Please help my son.

EMT: You need to move back.

Charlie: Okay.

EMT: We need room to work.

Charlie: Yeah.

Viki: Mitch Laurence.

Mitch: Hello, Viki. Oh, it's so nice to see you again.

Mitch: Viki, you look great, and our daughter looks so much like you.

Viki: You belong in hell.

Jessica: Mom, Mom, don't let him get to you.

Mitch: Say good-bye to Jared, everyone. Bye-bye, Jared!

John: You want pain? I got more.

Elijah: So you still don't know what you're going to do?

Téa: I know I don't need to take any more advice from you.

Elijah: Hey, just one more thing. If you don't tell Todd the truth, Blair wins.

Téa: So, what, you think that bothers me because I hate losing?

Elijah: I didn't say you'd just be losing. I said you'd be losing to Blair.

Téa: What if I already have?

Blair: Look, you can't go to Seattle now.

Todd: Why not?

Blair: Well, because what if Ross comes back?

Todd: Well, I thought you said that he didn't hurt you.

Blair: Well, he's -- while he's crazy right now because of Téa.

Todd: And you think he could hurt you or the kids?

Blair: Look, Téa does not need you. But your children and your family, they do.

Todd: Yeah, you're right. I won't go.

Greg: Dr. Nance is a very qualified surgeon --

Destiny: He's not you.

Greg: Destiny, I'm not performing surgeries anymore!

Destiny: But Shaun's okay now.

Greg: Look, it's a risky procedure. I don't even know if I can trust myself right now.

Destiny: I trust you.

Greg: Des, I can't do this for you.

Shaun: Do it for me. You owe me.

Flight attendant: All passengers please prepare for landing at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

Nora: Finally. God, I hope we're in time.

Bo: Me, too.

Marcie: Oh!

Michael: What do you mean you're not faking?

Marcie: You remember those hard kicks I told you about on the airplane?

Michael: Yeah.

Marcie: Well, I don't think that's what they were!

Michael: Wait! Wait! You mean we're having a baby now?

Marcie: Yeah -- ow!

Dani: So I guess this is it.

Matthew: Yeah.

Dani: I'll be in the waiting room. Thanks for everything. See you in a couple hours.

Matthew: See you in a couple hours.

Charlie: How bad is it?

EMT: Gunshot wound to the chest. It's never good, sir.

Natalie: I'm going with you.

Second EMT: Are you family?

Viki: She's his wife.

EMT: Okay, we're set. Stand back.

Viki: Charlie, come.

Natalie: Okay, baby, you're going to be okay, okay. You will. You have to be.
