Nora: "Ladies and gentlemen of the jury --" "ladies and gentlemen of the jury --"
Nora: What are you doing here?
Clint: I live here.
Nora: Oh, no, no, no -- I thought you were staying over at Chez Bouillabaisse or whatever she calls it.
Clint: Yeah. I thought so, too -- before Dorian decided to bunk in with David Vickers -- and Viki.
Viki: You want us to sleep together? Are you kidding?
David: Oh, come on. Admit it -- you love making Dorian -- what was the word?
David: Right. And that was when she only thought we were going to do it. So if we actually did it, she'd be on life support. What do you say? Is there a switch to get the colored lights going?
Marty: I canít stay the night with you.
John: Not what you think. I'll book you and Cole into a room at the Angel Square Hotel near me, so you'll be safe.
Marty: It wonít work.
John: Save it. You're not spending another night with this guy, Laurence.
Sarah: Hunter, itís me. I just came home to an empty apartment. Where are you and what did you do with Manning? Heís not answering his phone.
Rex: Yeah, itís kind of hard to do when you're carrying somebody whoís unconscious.
Blair: Where is he?
Sarah: I donít know.
Blair: Oh, you know! Itís your boyfriend we're talking about. You know more than you're saying, Sarah.
Sarah: I swear, I told you everything. Except --
Blair: Except what?
Blair: No, you tell me, or I will shake it right out of you, you hear me?
Cristian: Blair -- Blair, come on.
Rex: You're safe, Flash.
Cristian: Look, Sarah, we're not going to hurt you, or turn you in. But itís going to be better for you if you help us out.
Sarah: Todd -- he was in pretty bad shape when I left him. What if he didnít make it? What if Hunter is gone because heís getting rid of the body?
Miles: Is Todd Manning in that body bag?
Hunter: Look, keep your voice down.
Miles: You are the one whoís attracting attention. Heís not moving.
Hunter: Yeah, he wasnít doing too well when we left Chicago. And itís a long drive.
Michael: He is a tired little guy.
Marcie: Yeah. Always happens when you put him in the car.
Michael: Well, then itís a good thing heís already got his PJs on, huh, buddy? Huh?
Marcie: Want me to put him down?
Michael: No, I got him. You had a rough day.
Marcie: Jen never got a chance to know our son. Huh. She would have loved this little guy. Get out of her
Michael: Come on, buddy, letís go lay down.
Marcie: I lost you, Jen. But I am never going to lose anyone I love ever again.
Blair: No. You're just trying to throw us off is what you're trying to do.
Sarah: I'm not.
Blair: No -- ok, and just stop saying that Toddís dead, because heís not. Your creep boyfriend moved him somewhere, and you're going to tell us where he is.
Sarah: What can I do? I did not know Hunter was going to move him.
Blair: Yeah, I'm sure. You know what he did? He probably figured out that you called me, didnít he?
Sarah: How? He wasnít even here.
Rex: All it took was one look at Toddís outgoing calls.
Blair: Yeah, that was pretty smart of you to use Toddís cell phone.
Sarah: I had to use Toddís cell phone, or you wouldnít have believed I was with him.
Blair: I donít know, guys. Sheís a lot slicker than sheís admitting.
Sarah: I am just as upset about Todd being gone as you are. I'm the one who kept him alive. I'm the one who risked everything to call you and tell you where he was.
Blair: No! You're the one who didnít call the cops when you found out your uncle had been stabbed! You let him bleed! Yeah. You're just like your mother. Tina Lord -- thatís exactly what she would do. You're a chip off the old block, arenít you?
Sarah: You leave my mother out of this!
Blair: Yeah, you want me to talk about your mother?
Cristian: Ok, ok, ladies -- ladies, this isnít helping us find Todd, is it?
Rex: Come on, Sarah. You and Hunter were close. He must have mentioned names, or places. Something that could tell us where heís gone.
Sarah: The only thing he ever said was that there was money in this for him. He called Todd his meal ticket.
Rex: I -- I hope thatís not the only thing he ever said. Because if Todd dies before we're able to find him, you're going to be charged as an accessory to murder.
Marty: I canít just move out on Miles.
John: The guyís blackmailing you and you're worried about hurting his feelings.
Marty: No, of course not.
John: You're afraid of him.
Marty: No, actually. The one thing I am sure about is that Miles loves me. Itís a sick, obsessive kind of love, but he would never do anything to hurt me.
John: He told you you could lose Cole. Are you telling me that didnít hurt?
Marty: I meant in a physical way.
John: Listen to me, you and Cole move into the hotel. I'll handle Laurence.
Marty: Thatís very kind of you, but I'm not going to let you involve yourself with this any more.
John: Cut the crap. What arenít you saying?
Miles: Oh, God. Oh, my God. What did you do to him?
Hunter: I did what you paid me to do. I -- I guess getting on a phone and giving orders is a lot easier than seeing the results.
Miles: I didnít order you to do this.
Hunter: True. But life doesnít always go the way you plan. Stuff happens. Well, that -- it just happened.
Miles: Yeah? Why'd you -- why'd you bring him here? I mean, thereís a million places you could have dumped him.
Hunter: I get rid of the body and then you get amnesia about our deal? No. I bring him to your wifeís living room, and then I know I'm going to get paid. So I want my money, now.
Marcie: Parents arenít supposed to outlive their children, Michael. I donít know how Lindsay does it, you know? I couldnít.
Michael: Neither could I. Listen to me. The odds are in our favor, ok? You want to know what I think is going to happen?
Michael: I think we're going to stay together forever.
Michael: We're going to get old and gray. We're going to send our boy out in the world. And eventually, heís going to send his children back to us. And we're going to spoil them rotten.
Marcie: When you say it, I believe it.
Viki: So, you want us to sleep together just because of the effect that it will have on Dorian?
David: No, not just for that reason. But itís a pretty powerful aphrodisiac. You know, I was in prison a long time. A guy gets lonely.
Viki: David -- no.
David: I saw a brand-new Viki when you invited me to stay here, someone who likes to live on the wild side. Very hot.
Viki: Yes, a houseguest with an electronic ankle bracelet is living on the wild side.
David: Hey, if you were doing this just to be nice, consider this a hostess gift. Itís a lot more fun than some stupid centerpiece or a box of fancy soaps.
Viki: Since when have you been concerned with giving back?
David: Since never.
Viki: Aha. So when you've been without, then anyone will do, is that it?
David: How long has it been for you?
Viki: Ok, none of your business.
David: Really? That long? So what are you waiting for? You got an offer on the table. And that offer is firm.
Viki: David, whatís going on here? What is your angle?
David: You know -- how can you say something like that? That hurts. That really hurts.
Viki: You always have an angle.
David: How can you think so little of me?
Viki: Well, I'm sorry. Truly, I'm -- I'm very sorry. I apologize if I have offended you -- and all the other members of the International Gigolo Society. There is no way in hell I'm going to be your next Dorian.
Nora: Ok, you got to explain to me what you just said. What was that about Dorian going over and staying with Viki and David Vickers?
Clint: Oh. Viki asked David Vickers to stay with her at Llanfair.
Clint: I think to try and drive Dorian crazy, which it did.
Nora: You mean crazy as in jealous?
Clint: No, no, that would make sense to me. I wouldnít like it, but that would make sense. No, this is another kind of crazy. Is this interesting to you?
Clint: All right, well, Dorian went crazy because she knew that Viki took David in just to make her crazy.
Nora: Viki did that? Excellent!
Clint: So, instead of spending the evening with me, she went roaring off to Vikiís.
Nora: Well -- well, didnít -- but Dorian knew that Viki was having David over there just to make her crazy, so wouldnít going over there prove to Viki that she actually had driven her crazy?
Clint: No, to prove to Viki and David that Viki taking David in didnít make her crazy.
Nora: But what was she going to -- how is she going to do that?
Clint: Thatís what I said!
Nora: Well -- what did she say to that?
Clint: Well, she said, "I'll be back before you know it," and then she walked out on me.
Nora: Oh, then what did you do?
Clint: Well, I gathered my stuff together, I walked out on her. God only knows whatís happening right now at Llanfair.
Nora: All right. I'm going to say something, and you canít get mad at me.
Nora: All right. I told you so.
Clint: No, you didnít.
Nora: I did, too. I did, too. I told you that getting involved with Dorian was going to be a huge mistake.
Dorian: Oh, gee, Nora. Why donít you just tell us exactly how you feel?
Nora: Oh, my, look at the time. I should probably go help Matthew with his homework.
Clint: No, not yet.
Dorian: Yes, do that.
Nora: No, listen, Clint, this is none of my business.
Dorian: Neither is Clintís love life, but that obviously didnít stop you from putting your two cents in.
Nora: Clint is Matthewís uncle. I care about his happiness. And to be perfectly honest, I've seen a lot of men go through your life in the years that I've known you, Dorian, and none of them has ended up happy.
Dorian: As opposed to all your grateful exes that you left bobbing in your wake?
Nora: No -- not going to sink to your level. Uh-uh.
Dorian: To reach my level, you would need an extension ladder.
Clint: Ok, thatís enough.
Nora: I asked you to leave me out of this.
Clint: Nora, I'd like you to stay. Dorian, I want you to go.
Dorian: Clint, I know you're very angry at me.
Clint: Yeah. Good call.
Dorian: But arenít you the least bit curious about what I saw in Vikiís bedroom when I arrived?
David: It wasnít like that with Dorian. I really cared about her, and I know she cared about me.
Viki: And she still does.
Viki: Of course she does. Why else would she have come charging over here?
David: Her buttons are pretty easy to push, huh? And the Viki buttonís always on speed dial.
Viki: She gets upset at the thought of you with someone else. Especially me.
David: You're right. You think she'd pay me to stay away from you?
Viki: You could always ask.
David: I couldnít do that. Could I? You know, she comes bouncing back into my life and she immediately causes trouble for me.
Viki: So I gather.
David: She did it because she cares about me.
Viki: In her rather unique way, yes.
David: I fell in love with her, not her money. Ok, it was her money at first, but I did fall in love with her. When Spencer made me walk out on our wedding day, it was one of the worst moments of my entire life.
Viki: You know, I saw Dorian that day. It was that bad for her, too.
David: But that was then. And this is now. And here I am, and here you are. And you're classy and rich and witty and rich -- and a whole lot lower maintenance than Dorian ever was.
Viki: Just what I always wanted to be -- a four-cylinder car. Low maintenance.
David: Hmm. I could be good for you. And you'd be good for me, too, you know? I donít have that much experience with people who are genuinely nice. And you are.
Viki: Well, thank you.
David: You're welcome. I had no idea that niceness could be so sexy. And, oh, it is.
John: Why are you letting this guy call the shots?
Marty: You know why. Look, I canít let my son be alone in this world.
John: Well, thatís why you've got to fight back.
Marty: How? All he has to do is go to the police and tell them that I confessed to murder and then you have to arrest me.
John: That confession will never be admissible.
Marty: I confirmed what was on that tape.
John: Your memories of that night are not clear.
Marty: Hmm. You know, what is it you cops always talk about? Means, motive, opportunity? I had all three.
John: Mitigating circumstances. If you did it -- and I know that you didnít -- you walked in on Truman. He was attacking Blair, you had been raped yourself. Do the math, Doc.
Marty: Vickers thought he was protecting Blair, too, I'm sure. He went to jail.
John: He volunteered for that. Look, forget about Vickers, all right? You didnít kill Truman, all right? You got to trust me on that.
Marty: I wish it were that simple.
John: Ah. Listen to me. Do not go home to that creep.
Marty: I have to. I made a deal.
John: Thatís not a deal. You got steamrolled.
Marty: Look, the minute you confronted him, he called Bo. Bo is going to -- heís going to want to know whatís going on.
John: Let me tell you something. Bo doesnít trust him any more than I do, all right? I'll handle it.
Marty: What if you canít? Hmm? What if -- what if he turns me in? You have to arrest me. You'll probably be charged with obstruction of justice.
John: Thatís not going to happen.
Marty: How do you know? Do you know everything?
John: What is it? What are you not telling me?
Sarah: Look, I did everything I could to keep Todd alive, and I called Blair as soon as I got a chance.
Blair: Ok, you know, if you want to be, you know -- for us to believe you, why donít you call the cops?
Blair: Why not?
Blair: Why not?
Sarah: Itís what he said. I mean, what if they arrest me?
Cristian: Just tell us everything you know, and we'll do what we can for you.
Sarah: I -- why are you doing this to me? I didnít hurt anyone!
Blair: Well, you know what? I donít give a damn about you, Sarah! I want to find Todd!
Rex: And to do that, we need to find Hunter.
Cristian: Yeah, so I guess we'll have to call the cops for help.
Sarah: No. Please.
Blair: Yeah. Could you get me a Detective Morris, please?
Miles: You really thought I wasnít going to pay you?
Hunter: It entered my mind.
Hunter: Rule one -- always remember people suck. Rule two -- always get paid in cash.
Miles: Oh, God -- fine. Just -- here. Get him out of here.
Hunter: Uh -- I had expenses.
Miles: Oh, will you come on? This is not part of the deal! What did you do to him?
Hunter: You want to negotiate, or do you want this body out of your living room?
Miles: You did cover your tracks in Chicago?
Hunter: I had a little trouble with my girlfriend.
Miles: You never even told me you had a girlfriend.
Hunter: Look, I thought she was going to be ok, and then she started getting nervous, and I thought she was going to blow the whole thing.
Miles: You're an idiot, you know? You're an idiot. What -- what if she does?
Hunter: She doesnít know where I am, and sheís not going to find out.
Miles: All right, look, my wifeís getting home soon. Just get him out of here.
Hunter: Oh, and him -- um -- I'm not taking him anywhere. Heís your problem now.
Marcie: You're thinking about something.
Michael: Very perceptive.
Marcie: Come on. Tell me.
Michael: I was just thinking that I donít want Tommy to grow up an only child.
Marcie: Oh. Whoa, ok.
Michael: Well, you used to say you wanted a big family.
Marcie: I did. I do. I -- I do. Itís just, you know, Tommyís 17 months and I'm still getting used to teaching. I guess I would just like to wait a little longer.
Michael: Yeah. Makes sense to me, you know? We can still talk about it, though, right?
Marcie: All in due time. Everything comes to he who waits.
Michael: Ok, Confucius.
Michael: Yeah -- I'm not the most patient man, ok? How about we go to bed, now?
Marcie: Oh, you know, I'm a little tired.
Michael: Oh, I'm sorry. I donít think thereís going to be any sleep --
Michael: Not for a while.
Clint: I know, Dorian -- there is not a force on earth that could stop you from telling me what you saw at Vikiís.
Dorian: David was naked with just, you know, a little towel around him, and he and Viki were kissing.
Clint: Oh, did you break in and sneak up to the bedroom or were they doing this kissing in the foyer?
Dorian: No! Viki left the front door open.
Nora: Well, it was a good thing you got there when you did.
Dorian: Nora! It was all staged -- just to upset me.
Clint: Which, obviously, it did.
Dorian: Yes. It did.
Clint: Dorian, why did you go over there? What did you think was going to happen?
Dorian: Well, I thought we'd all behave like adults.
Clint: Did you think that Viki was going to feel bad about driving you crazy and kick David out? I told you they were trying to bait you and you rose to the bait like a starving carp.
Dorian: Clint? You're right.
Viki: So thatís how you do it. I've often wondered.
David: Do what?
Viki: Well, the genuinely nice being sexy. I mean, thatís good -- thatís very, very good.
David: Hey, hey, hey, I'm not conning you. I actually like you.
Viki: Yes, I think you do. And I have a certain fondness for you, too -- now.
David: Oh, no, not that. I was hoping that you'd forgiven that, or at least forgotten it.
Viki: How do I forget that you pretended to be my long-lost brother and tried to swindle me?
David: Yeah, that was a long time ago.
Viki: David, I was a mark and that was it.
David: Back then, everybody was a mark to me.
Viki: But we still are.
David: Used to be, the first time I met somebody, the first thing I thought of -- how do I con them? Now, itís like the second or third thing. Itís what I'm good at. I could teach you a thing or two.
Viki: David, I am not going to sleep with you.
David: Nothing I can do to change your mind?
Viki: No. No. However, I am flattered by your proposition, so I will propose something in return.
Man: Yeah, well, Detective Morris is -- heís out of town, so I'll be handling his cases. According to what Morris told me, if you and Mr. Manning had left Chicago when he told you to, Mr. Manning wouldnít be in this mess.
Blair: Ok. Now, if I admit that Detective Morris was right about everything, are you going to help me?
Detective: Miss Roberts, why didnít you call the police the minute you found out your boyfriend had kidnapped your uncle?
Sarah: My boyfriend -- heís a little crazy. I was scared.
Rex: Look, for all we know, he could be the one who stabbed Todd.
Sarah: It isnít him, ok? Heís crazy, but not like that.
Blair: Huh. You never know what people are capable of, Sarah.
Detective: Was the boyfriend working alone?
Sarah: He wouldnít have come up with this on his own. He kept talking about how there was a lot of money in it for him.
Detective: Did he know Mr. Manning is wealthy?
Sarah: I -- I know he didnít know that Todd and I were related. Look, you got to understand, Hunter has never done anything like this before. I think he just got mixed up with the wrong kind of people and things got out of hand.
Blair: Oh, thatís the understatement of the year.
Sarah: I could've just taken off and left him there to die. I am trying to help you.
Blair: Oh, yeah, you're a big help, all right. You did something thatís so stupid that your boyfriend moved Todd to God knows where whoís doing God knows what to him!
Sarah: Do you always attack people who are trying to help you?
Blair: No, no, just little nothings that lie to me.
Sarah: I am telling you everything I know!
Detective: All right, can it! Both of yous.
Rex: Look, come on. Sarah did take a big risk calling Blair.
Cristian: Yeah, but for somebody whoís been in this pretty much from the beginning, she sure doesnít know very much.
Rex: She said she was scared.
Detective: You know, I got an idea. What if I ask the questions and the rest of you shut up! Does that work for you? I'm going to need a full description.
Rex: She has a picture of him on her cell phone.
Rex: Hey, can I get a hard copy of it?
Rex: Uh, well, I can get it circulated in places you canít. I -- I'm just -- I'm just trying to help. Call commissioner Buchanan in Llanview if you donít believe me.
Detective: You know, I'm beginning to wish I never heard of this Llanview. I'm afraid you're going to have to come down to the station.
Sarah: You said they wouldnít arrest me.
Miles: You canít just walk out here and leave him.
Hunter: Watch me. Oh, and by the way, rule three -- never pay in full before the jobís done.
Miles: Hey --
Hunter: Whoa, hey --
Miles: Where you going?
Hunter: Do you really want me letting people know you're involved in this? Smart man. Oh, yeah, and by the way, the drugs I gave Manning -- they should be wearing off soon.
Miles: You -- you mean heís still alive?
Hunter: Oh, yeah. Itís hard to tell whether you think thatís good news or bad news.
Clint: I'm having some sort of mental brownout because I thought I just heard that said that I was right.
Dorian: You did -- you are right.
Nora: About what?
Dorian: Nora. I'm sorry, Clint, but I'm really not very comfortable having Nora in the room while we are having this discussion.
Nora: Well, why? I can be fair and impartial -- I mean, I do that for a living.
Dorian: You are a District Attorney -- you prosecute people for a living.
Clint: Overruled. Nora stays. Now, go ahead.
Dorian: David was a very important part of my life for a long time, and I do admit that I still feel very sensitive about him, and yes, it made me very angry to think of David and Viki alone in that house together, and -- and I went over there and I let it show. But when I came home and I found that you had left, I realized that I had done a stupid thing and that I had hurt someone I really care about.
Clint: You didnít hurt me, Dorian. You made me mad.
Nora: Oh, well, itís Vikiís fault anyway. Right?
Dorian: I know that there are some people in this town who think that I am incapable of introspection and remorse.
Dorian: And there are also people who care about me and know me, and they know that I am a big enough person to admit when I am wrong. Clint, which camp are you in?
Viki: You may stay here, but you must give up this silly campaign to get me into bed and you must wear clothes. If you choose to run around in a towel, stay in your room.
David: I can do that.
David: Excellent. Itís cheaper than the palace.
Viki: I'll say.
David: And you wonít have to go rattling around this house all by yourself.
Viki: I have not been rattling, David.
David: I'm sorry. Does the guest room have cable?
Viki: You may watch television in the den if you are dressed.
David: Itís no fun to watch television with your clothes on. Hey, look -- Cary Grant week on the movie channel.
David: "People Will Talk."
Viki: I love Cary. But for my money, the actor who plays his best friend totally steals the picture.
David: So you're going to watch it by yourself or are you going to hop up and pop us some popcorn?
Marty: I know you want to help me, but you are making a bad situation worse.
John: How? By trying to protect you?
Miles' voice: You killed Spencer. Do you really want John McBainís blood on your hands, too?
Marty: You know, did it ever occur to you that I am trying to protect you?
John: From what?
Marty: Look, you know, if he goes to Bo, you could lose your job and I know how much that means to you.
John: Knock it off, all right? I can handle Laurence.
Marty: So can I.
John: Yeah? You're doing a bang-up job so far.
Marty: You have to let me do this my way.
John: Howís that? By playing house with this nut case?
Marty: I'm not sleeping with him!
John: How long do you think thatís going to last?
Marty: I have to go.
Marty: No -- to Coleís high school play. I donít want to be late. Please, just do what I ask.
Detective: If you're as innocent as you claim to be and you did what you did because you were scared of your boyfriend, nobodyís going to arrest you.
Sarah: What do you want me to do?
Detective: I want a list of Hunterís known associates, I want a full description of his car -- you know, credit card numbers, anything you got that'll help us track him down.
Blair: I'll go down to the station with you.
Detective: Not on your life, lady. You need to stay out of this.
Blair: What are you talking about? You wouldnít even be asking her questions if I hadnít have found her.
Sarah: And you wouldnít have found me if I hadnít called you.
Blair: What do you want, bitch -- flowers?
Sarah: I donít want anything from you! I'll do whatever I can to help Todd, ok? Detective: Good. Why donít you escort this nice young lady down to the squad car? You -- go home. I'll be in touch. You -- talk to her, will you? Tell her if she gets in my way, I'm going to have to arrest her.
Blair: Hey, I heard you.
Detective: Thatís why I said it out loud.
Cristian: You heard what the cop said, Blair.
Blair: No. I'm not leaving Chicago without Todd.
[Elevator bell dings]
Marty: Miles, what've you done?
Marty: Miles, I asked you a question.
Miles: Well, I -- I just thought maybe you had a hard day with John and you'd like to unwind. Thought maybe we could talk a little bit.
Marty: Miles -- unwinding and chatting over a glass of wine is what couples do when they both want to be married.
Miles: Yeah, well, at least we know that Johnís not going to arrest you -- not that I thought he ever really would.
Marty: You know, you better hope that he doesnít, because if he does, the whole story will come out including your part in it. I wonít be the only one going to prison.
Miles: What did John say to you?
Marty: You know, I'm not going to talk about this right now. Coleís musical is tonight. I need to get ready, take a shower, and get going, and donít even ask if you can come with me.
Michael: Ok. Now I'm tired.
Marcie: Whew -- funny. Now I feel like talking.
Michael: Thatís not funny -- itís hilarious. What do you want to talk about?
Marcie: How much I love you.
Michael: I love you, too. It would've been cool if we made a baby just now, huh?
Michael: I really want a girl.
Marcie: Me, too. But, you know, I would really rather not have to face the terrible 2s and a full-time teaching load and a newborn baby all at the same time.
Michael: I know. I heard you. Marcie, I got to work so early tomorrow. Do you mind?
Marcie: Itís ok, go to sleep.
Michael: Thank you. Oh.
Marcie: Good night.
Viki: I would never have figured you for a snorer, David. David? Oh. Well, I guess I'll sleep in the guest room.
Clint: You know what I donít like, Dorian? I donít like the fact that the plans that we had, our plans for the evening -- they meant nothing compared to you playing games with David and Viki.
Dorian: It was a knee-jerk reaction which I sincerely regret.
Clint: Until next time.
Dorian: There isnít going to be a next time.
Nora: I mean -- you -- I'm sorry -- but if Viki marries David Vickers, she'd be Viki Vickers!
Dorian: Oh, shut up, Nora! There is no way that Viki and David are getting married!
Nora: I rest my case.
Clint: Dorian, you got to calm down. Spend some time apart.
Dorian: Ok. Take as much time as you need. But during this time that we spend apart -- I hope you'll remember all the wonderful things that we had between us, and that you'll miss me.
Rex: Come on, Blair. You heard what that cop said.
Blair: Save your breath.
Cristian: What about Jack and Starr?
Blair: Dorian will watch them.
Cristian: They're already worried about their dad. Do you want them to worry about their mom, too?
Blair: I'll call every day, all right?
Cristian: Come on, Blair, itís not the same and you know it. I mean, think about how you felt, you know, about missing Starrís musical -- think about that.
Rex: All right, how about if I stick around here and keep digging? I'll keep an eye on Sarah, too, in case Hunter tries to contact her.
Blair: You donít think they're going to arrest her do you? Well, do you believe what sheís saying?
Rex: The only thing I know for sure about Sarah is that she hooked up with the wrong guy.
Cristian: You ought to be able to relate to that. I'm just saying.
Blair: Ok. I'll go.
Blair: But I'm going to come back if I hear anything. And if I hear anything that doesnít suit me, I'm coming back.
Rex: And I'm going to stay here in the apartment, see who else shows up.
Cristian: And I'm going to take Blair to the airport. I'll be back. Come on.
Blair: Wait, wait -- you're staying?
Cristian: Well, I donít trust Sarah, either, and Rex here is going to need a little backup.
Blair: Why are you doing this? You donít even like Todd.
Cristian: Well, itís not like I have a lot going on back in Llanview. You're right -- I donít like Todd, but you like him and I like you.
Cristian: So you ready?
Blair: No. But I'll go.
Cristian: Then letís go. See you later.
John: I'll have a draft.
Bartender: Woman you were with looked pretty upset when she left. Give her time, she'll come around.
John: Buddy, I know you mean well, but just get me that beer.
Marty: Why are you all sweaty and out of breath?
Miles: Oh. I was just doing some pushups.
Marty: Oh, because wine goes really well with strenuous exercise.
Miles: Yeah, well, itís the only physical workout I get.
Marty: Good night.
Miles: Good night. Enjoy the show.
On the next "One Life to Live" --
Carlotta: I know you're hurting, and I know you miss Jessica.
Nash: Did you sign the divorce papers?
Starr: Did someone see Dad?
Rex: Question of the day -- who are you hiding from?
Miles: Itís the life I've always wanted, and I'm not going to let you take it away from me.
