Man: This is a bad idea.

Duke: Yeah, I'm not sure I had much of a choice.

Man: You got any idea who you're messing with?

Duke: Yeah, Carlo Hesser.

Man: He doesn't like to be crossed.

Duke: Well, what a coincidence.  Neither do I.

Man: Save your family the trouble.  Pick out an urn yourself, because they're going to be picking your dead, burnt bodies out of the sewer unless you untie us right now!

Carlo: Maybe you don't understand.  I don't do the killing anymore.  That's what I've got employees for.  They'll take care of Blair Cramer.

Asa: I want it done by you.  I want it done only by you.

Carlo: Dead is dead.

Asa: I want the last thing she sees to be so damn horrible, she carries it to hell with her.

Carlo: I'll ignore the compliment.

Asa: I just seem to be having a little trouble getting through to you.  You see, I want it done, but I want it done only by you.  Now, do I have a deal?

Blair: So you ready?

Todd: I've got to do some stuff here, so --

Blair: Oh.

Todd: But tell Viki that I love her and I'll be there in a little while.

Blair: Ok.

Todd: Ok.

Blair: What you working on?

Todd: I'm trying to spice up this article a little bit.

Blair: Hmm.

Todd: About as boring as something you'd read in "The Banner."

Blair: Ok.  I'll see you there.  Don't take too long.

Todd: Ok, I won't.

Blair: Bye.

Todd: Hi.  You can come over now.  Right.

Ginger: Knock, knock.

Todd: Come on in.  Shut the door.  Thanks.  Please.

Ginger: Do you want me to babysit?

Todd: No.  No, not tonight.  I want to talk to you about your friend Tess.

Rex: Hey.

Antonio: What have you got for me on R.J.?

Rex: Well, his door's closed.  I think the neighborhood can hear him screaming.

Antonio: What's he saying?

Rex: Between the swear words?

Antonio: I'm pretty sure I can figure out what those are.

Rex: He's desperate, man.  He's leveraged up to -- well, you can guess what the next word's going to be.

Antonio: I'll fill in the blanks later.  What else?

Rex: Nothing.  I ask and he doesn't answer.

Antonio: Well, keep asking.

Rex: He's a paranoid dude.  He's going to start getting suspicious.

Antonio: All right, I trust your judgment.  What?

Rex: I thought I heard you say something nice about me.

Antonio: Yeah, well, don't let it give you a big head.

Rex: Or what, I won't be able to get through the door?

Antonio: Look, Rex, I noticed the change.

Rex: You want to be my public-relations guy?

Antonio: I mean it when I say I'm trusting you to help me get my daughter back.  There's nothing more important to me than that.

Rex: I know.  I have a question, though. Is there anybody else in on this besides us?  Does anybody else know that you're trying to scramble R.J.'s hash?  Does Jessica?

Antonio: Jess knows what she needs to know.  She has problems of her own right now.

Jessica: Are you ok?  Can I get you anything?

Viki: No, I'm fine, darling.  Don't -- you're fussing.  Don't.

Jessica: I just want to make sure that you're comfortable.

Viki: I'm fine, sweetheart.  Relax, ok?

Jessica: I'm so sorry.

Viki: Baby, you have nothing, nothing to be sorry about.

Rex: Think about it, Natty.  When was the only time John used the l word in your presence?

Natalie: When I almost died.

Rex: Exactly.  When your precious, redheaded life was in jeopardy.

Viki: Natalie?

Natalie: Huh?

Viki: You were very far away.

Natalie: Just thinking.

Viki: Oh.  Well, thinking is good.  Anything I can help you with?

Natalie: You know when you just want something really badly --

Viki: Mm-hmm.

Natalie: How do you know when to sit and wait and let it happen on its own or go after it?

Evangeline: Ok, option number three!

Lisa: Hmm.

Evangeline: Well?

Lisa: I don't know.  I think it's too flashy, and it's the wrong color.

Evangeline: This dress is not the wrong color!  What --

Lisa: Well, if you didn't want my opinion, why did you even ask me?  What, you want to accept the award in a dress that's way too flashy and the wrong color?

[Doorbell rings]

Evangeline: No, no, no, I'll get it.  And maybe I shouldn't even answer the door in this dress.

Lisa: Go.

John: Nice dress.

Evangeline: Thanks.  I'm surprised to see you.

Lisa: John, this is really not a good time.

Evangeline: Come in.

John: It's all right, Mrs. Williamson.  I won't be staying.  I just wanted to come by and wish Evangeline luck.  I can't think of anyone more deserving.

Evangeline: Thank you.

John: I wish I could go, but with work --

Lisa: Oh, that's ok, John.  Evangeline's going out with someone else tonight.

John: Well, that's not what I meant, but -- you're going with somebody?

Lisa: Yes, Kevin Buchanan, a very, very nice young man.

Evangeline: Mom, remember, you had offered to go to the store for me?  You were -- hairspray?

Lisa: Well, honey, you've got plenty of time.  Kevin's not going to be here to pick you --

Evangeline: If you could get it now, that'd be great.

Lisa: But, baby, I don't see any --

Evangeline: Mom, please.  I need to speak with John.  Alone.

Antonio: The only way I'm going to get Jamie back is to make sure that R.J. goes under.

Rex: All right, then we just get him to dig himself deeper.

Antonio: Well, it seems like he's doing a pretty good job of that himself.  What I need to know is when he hits rock bottom.

Rex: You got it.  So is Mrs. D doing better?

Antonio: Seems that way.  I'm going to go see her later.

Rex: Give her my best -- for whatever it's worth.

Antonio: Yeah, I will.

Rex: She's really been through the wringer.  You know, after everything that happened with Jessica, it almost put her in the casket, and Natalie -- I mean, if that psycho had killed her, I don't think that Viki would have pulled through.  It's got to be rough when your kids are in trouble like that.

Antonio: Yeah, you can't do anything about it.  It's hard when you have to sit by helplessly and watch a loved one --

Rex: Yeah, I know that feeling.

Antonio: Yeah, I'm sorry, Rex.

Rex: You know, I keep looking back at everything that happened with Jen, and I just get a million "what ifs," you know?  What if I had taken her away?  What if I had let her go when she wanted to?  What if I had been there when Colson planted the evidence?  Just a load of "what ifs."

Antonio: Yeah.

Rex: Anyway, I'll keep my eye on R.J. for you.

Antonio: Thanks.  I'll be in touch.  Be good.

Rex: That's the tricky part.

Natalie: Ok, so, you know, should I sit and wait or go after it?

Viki: Well, darling, it depends on what you want and what the situation is.

Natalie: Yeah, never mind.  It's not really that important.

Jessica: Oh, come on.  I know what she wants.

Natalie: Oh, do you?

Jessica: Yes, I do.  John Mc Bain.  Am I wrong?

Natalie: Ok, John.  Happy?  Yes.

Viki: Affairs of the heart are very tricky.

Natalie: Exactly.

Viki: It's good that you are thinking about it, though, darling, because that's the only advice I can give you -- think about it.  Just don't do anything in a rush, ok, because, honey, you don't want to give up your self-respect for something that in the long run may not be right for you, you know?

Natalie: How did I know that you were going to say something like that?  I mean, you're right, and I guess I needed to hear it out loud.

Viki: Sorry I can't give you a more definitive answer.

Natalie: No, it's perfect!  Look, mom, do you mind if I leave for a little while?  I kind of have something I need to take care of.

Viki: No, you go.  You know what?  I'll wait here for you.

Natalie: Ok.  Bye, mom.  I love you.

Viki: I love you.  Bye.

Natalie: Bye.  Bye.

Jessica: Bye.  I'm sorry about arguing with you.

Viki: Jessica, darling, for the 50th time, stop, honey.  I really don't even remember what happened, you know?

Tess: Well, get out of my face because princess Victoria has come down off of her throne to grace us with an audience!

Viki: Have I done anything?

Tess: You've done everything!

Todd: Don't you make this about her!

Tess: Why?  Everything else is about her.

Jessica: Mom, mom, what is it?  What's wrong?

Ginger: I think I know why you want to talk to me, Mr. Manning.

Todd: Ok, you think, huh?  Tell me.

Ginger: Tess and Jessica.  They're the same person, right?

Todd: Yes.  She's my niece.

Ginger: So you want me to stay away from them -- or her?  That's what you want, right?

Todd: No.  Just the opposite.

Jessica: Mom, what is it?  Is it your heart?

Antonio: What's going on?

Jessica: Antonio, go get a doctor.

Viki: No, no, no!  I don't need a doctor.

Jessica: Well, what's wrong?  Why do you look so upset?

Man: You guys don't untie us, you're going to be guano!

Duke: Wait a second.  Wait, let's see.  You're saying if we don't untie you, we're dead, but if we untie you, then you're going to kill us. Is that right?  Is that right?  You know, my vote is for the first one.  What do you think?

Adriana: Mm-hmm.  Yeah, I would like to die later, much later.

Duke: All right, well, then it's unanimous.  Adios.  Hey, now that we got some transportation, we can actually get out of here.

Adriana: A horse?  No, Duke, I don't know how to ride a horse.

Duke: Hey, no problem.  Just hold on to me.

Asa: So what's it going to be, Hesser?  Are you going to kill Blair Cramer?  Or would you like to deal with me the rest of your damn life?

Carlo: I don't want to deal with you at all.

Asa: You, my friend, don't have any choice.  You owe me 30 million big ones.  If you can ante that up, fine.  If not, you kill Blair Cramer personally.

Carlo: Ok.  I'll leave for Llanview right away.  Blair Cramer will be dead by midnight.

[Phone rings]

Rex: Yeah.  Natalie, what is it?  Yeah, yeah, I'll be there.

Viki: No, no, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to frighten you. I'm ok, all right?  God, I -- it must just be the medication or something.  I felt, I don't know, rattled all of a sudden, that's all.

Jessica: Well, do you want me to go get a doctor?

Viki: No, no, I really don't need a doctor.  Maybe -- maybe you could get me a glass of water.

Jessica: Sure.  Of course.  I'll be right back.

Viki: Thanks, honey.  Thank you.

Jessica: Hey, Blair.

Blair: Hey.  How's your mom?

Jessica: She's better.

Blair: Good.

Jessica: She just -- something happened to her right now.  It scared me a little bit.  I thought she was having another heart attack.

Blair: She's all right now, right?

Jessica: Yeah, she's fine.  I just have to go get her a glass of water.  Excuse me.

Blair: Ok.

Antonio: Am I wrong or were you just trying to get her out of the room?

Viki: Yeah -- no, I mean, you're not wrong.  Yeah, I was.

Antonio: Why?

Viki: Antonio, I just -- I just remembered something that happened to me just before my heart attack.

Antonio: What?

Viki: Well, it was Jessica, ok?  She was fighting with Todd, and then she turned on me.  And she was so angry with me.  I mean, she was yelling at me and saying horrible, I mean, really hurtful things.

Antonio: Jessica?

Viki: Yeah.

Antonio: That doesn't sound like her.

Viki: No, it wasn't her.  It wasn't her at all.

Todd: No, I want you to stay friends with Tess.  As a matter of fact, I'd like you to spend as much time as you can with her.

Ginger: I don't get it.

Todd: I want you to find out what she does, where she goes, and who she sees -- everything.

Ginger: And then tell you?

Todd: Yeah.

Ginger: I don't think that sounds like such a good idea.

Todd: I'll make it worth your while.

Ginger: She's my friend.

Todd: She's my niece.

Ginger: See, that's called spying, and I don't spy on my friends.

Todd: You'd be helping her.

Ginger: I don't get it.  Tess tells me she hates Jessica, but she is Jessica.

Todd: It's complicated.

Ginger: Well, then you better explain it to me.

Todd: Ok.  Jessica's very rich and --

Ginger: Wait, you don't have to explain that part to me. I can see that.

Todd: All right, no, let me finish.  She's led a sheltered life and she has a lot of problems.  And once in a while, she likes to go out and try to forget those problems.

Ginger: Doesn't everybody?

Todd: Well, when Jessica does it, she calls herself Tess and she acts like a totally different person.

Ginger: Ok, that's kind of psycho.

Todd: She's not psycho.  She just needs help.  And if you hang out with her --

Ginger: No, you know, I really don't think that's a good idea.

Todd: Hang on, hang on.  You like spending time with her, don't you?

Ginger: Sure.  She's a blast.

Todd: All right, that's what I want to hear.  Ok, so here's what I want you to do --

Ginger: No. Mr. Manning, I never agreed to do anything.

Todd: But you will, right, hmm?  For Tess?  For Jess?

Ginger: No.  No, I will not help you.  No way.  Move it along.  Nothing to see.

Antonio: What do you mean, it wasn't Jessica?

Viki: Well, I mean, obviously, she just wasn't herself, you know?  Antonio, she said such spiteful things to me.  That's just not Jessica.

Antonio: Well, why didn't you want to talk about it in front of her?

Viki: Oh, please.  Have you seen the way she's been behaving around me here in the hospital?  She's just beside herself with guilt over something.  I don't know what it is.  So I just thought it would be better for her if she went on believing that I don't remember what happened.

Antonio: Ok.  But why are you telling me this?

Viki: Because I think she needs help, and I think that you are the only one who can help her right now.

Jessica: Hey.

Blair: Hey, Jess.  You were saying earlier that something happened with your mom?

Jessica: Yeah, she started breathing heavily and then she kind of jumped.  You know, I just -- I swear to God, I thought it was another heart attack, but she said it was just the medication, so --

Blair: You think she's all right, then?

Jessica: Well, she said that she was just thirsty, so --

Blair: God.

Jessica: Blair, you look a little pale.  Are you ok?

Blair: No, I'm just -- you know, I hate hospitals.  I've been in them so much.  It reminds me of when Asa put me in the sanitarium.

Jessica: Yeah.  I know.  I never got a chance to tell you how sorry I was about my grandfather.

Blair: I know, I know, sweetie.  I know.  It's ok.

Jessica: Listen, you should maybe just take a seat, all right?

Blair: No, you know what I think I'm going to do?  I think I'm going to get out of here.  The kids wanted Viki to have this.  Will you give this to her for us, please?

Jessica: So sweet.  Thank you.

Blair: Ok, give her my best.

Viki: I think that Jessie is battling something, something within herself, and I think she's trying to do it alone.  You know, she won't let me help her.  She won't tell me what's wrong.  And I know that she needs help.  I know she needs the support of people who love her, and I can't do it because she won't share anything with me.  Please, please, would you just, you know, be there for her and talk to her and listen to her, see if you can find out what's going on with her?  Antonio, please do this, you know, for me?  Do it for Jessie, please?

Rex: Ok, you know, this isn't right.  I ordered a nonfat, no foam, and I assumed it would be hot.  I like my lattes hot, and this is cold, ok, and there's a bunch of foam on it!  Would you just look at the fat?

Woman: I don't see any fat.

Rex: Yeah, well, it's there.  I can see it.

Woman: Look, I made it just the way you ordered it, sir.

Rex: "Sir"?  Do I look like a "sir" to you?  Am I wearing a suit?  Am I carrying a briefcase?  Ok, listen -- Jen --

Jen: You know, you have issues, mister.

Rex: No, never mind.  It's fine.  Probably would have burned myself if it was hot, so it's perfect.

Natalie: Hey.  Thank you so much for coming, Rex.  I've thought a lot about what you said, and I really can't think about anything else.  What's wrong?

Rex: Nothing.  I was just thinking about how much I like foam.  It's so frothy.

Natalie: Oh, ok.  Anyway, well, you said that -- that I should act like I'm in some kind of danger so that John will come running to save me.

Rex: Right.  Plan a, b, or c?

Natalie: None of them.

Rex: I don't know how to break this to you, but I don't have a plan D.

Natalie: Rex, I've decided against the whole idea.

Rex: Oh, I think you're making a big mistake.

John: It's nice your mom could come up for the ceremony.

Evangeline: Yeah, I'm beginning to have second thoughts about that.  I'm starting to wonder if I shouldn't be going alone.

John: Well, you still wouldn't be alone.  You've got --

Evangeline: Kevin is my friend.

John: None of my business.

Evangeline: You're right.  It's not anymore.  Thanks so much for taking time out of your busy day to stop by.  I know you've been swamped, and I wanted to give you something before you go.

John: Yeah?  What's that?

Todd: I thought you liked Jess -- Tess.

Ginger: I do.  But this is family business, and this is not my family.

Todd: Tess has a real habit of getting herself into trouble, and I'm just trying to keep her out of it.  You'd help me do that, wouldn't you?

Ginger: There isn't a person alive who can control Tess.  I mean, if it's trouble she wants, she'll find it.

Todd: I'm not asking you to control her.  Just keep an eye on her for a little while.

Ginger: I don't know.

Todd: Just an eye.  You'd really be helping her, be helping me.  And you'd be helping yourself.  It'd really mean a lot to me.

Blair: What would mean a lot to you, Todd?  Here are your meatball and mozzarella subs to go.

Duke: So you ok?

Adriana: That was -- wow.

Duke: Yeah, I was little worried.  I know riding for the first time can be --

Adriana: No, I get it now.

Duke: Hmm?

Adriana: Why you love riding so much.

Duke: Yeah.  Not quite the romantic ride I had picked out for your first time out.

Adriana: Are you kidding me?  I was holding on to you so tight I could feel your heart beating, your breath.  I've never felt so close to you before.

Duke: If only we didn't have to keep on moving.

Adriana: Well, eventually, we're going to have to stop.

Duke: That is true.  Look, come on.  All right, come on.  Good boy.  Here.

Asa: I'm glad you came to your senses.

Carlo: I'd do a lot of things for $30 million.

Asa: And you'd do an awful lot of things not to pay back 30 million.  Now get.

Carlo: Renee.  Twice in one day.  It seems my luck will never yield.

Renee: That's nice of you to say, Carlo.

Carlo: I'm glad I had a chance to see you before I go.

Renee: Goodbye, Carlo.

Carlo: It doesn't have to be goodbye.  You could always leave him and run away with me.

Asa: Our business is over, Carlo.

Carlo: You can't blame a man for trying.

Asa: Yes, I can.  Just concentrate on our agreement.

Carlo: Consider the deal done.

Renee: Ok.  Ok.  Fess up.  What is this business agreement with Carlo Hesser?

Asa: It's not important, Renee.  What is important, though, is that we can head home to Llanview now.

Renee: Don't you realize that the minute that you set foot in that town you are going to be arrested?  Bo is not going to just forget what you did to Blair Cramer.

Asa: Not if Blair Cramer doesn't shoot her mouth off in court.

Renee: But she will, Asa.  Of course she will.

Asa: Blair Cramer will not be doing any testifying.

Todd: Ginger's doing such a great job with the kids, I think she deserves a bonus. Don't you agree?

Blair: Yeah, she's a great babysitter.  Thank you, Ginger.

Ginger: Thank you, Mrs. Manning, Mr. Manning.

Todd: You're welcome.  So, we'll talk soon, right?

Ginger: Right.

Todd: Bye.

Blair: So how'd it go?

Todd: With Ginger?

Blair: No.  With "The Sun"?

Todd: Oh, the story.  Yeah, it's much better.

Blair: Oh, good.  Good, good, good.  Did you ask Ginger if she could babysit tonight?

Todd: What for?

Blair: Woman of the year?

Todd: Ugh.  No, she can't.

Blair: Oh.  You know what?  I'll call Jessica and see --

Todd: No.  No.  She's not coming anywhere near our kids.

Blair: Why not?

Jessica: How did she look to you?

Antonio: Your mother's a strong woman.  I'm sure she's going to be just fine.

Jessica: Thank you.  Thanks for being here for her and for me.  Thank you.

Antonio: You know you can always count on me.  Now, we were going to talk about you and what's going on with you.

Jessica: Yeah, right.

Antonio: Right.  You started to tell me something at Capricorn, and then you brought it up here again.  So what is it?

Evangeline: Please, take the pearls.

John: They were a gift.

Evangeline: They were your mother's.  They mean a lot to you.  You should -- you should give them to someone you're in love with.

John: I gave them to you.  And I'd like you to keep them.

Evangeline: John, I can't.  It wouldn't be right.

Lisa: Oh.  I hope I'm not interrupting anything.

John: No, Mrs. Williamson.  I was just leaving.  Good luck tonight.  Like I said, no one is more deserving.

Rex: I think you're making a mistake.  John's all ready to mount his white horse and race after his maiden in distress.

Natalie: I don't want to play him like that.

Rex: Life is short, Natty.

Natalie: Right, well, it's not that short.  But, I mean, I can wait a little while.  John is going to come around.  He needs me.

Rex: All right, well, what if it's too late by then?  Look, if you really love the guy, you'll go after him now.

Natalie: Ugh!  Rex!  You know, I had my mind made up, and now you've got me all confused again, and -- thanks a lot.

Rex: Well, I do what I can.

Natalie: I just wish God could give me some sort of sign -- anything.

Rex: Exactly what kind of sign were you looking for?

Blair: So what is your problem with Jessica?

Todd: She's just busy.  She's got to take care of Viki.

Blair: I just saw Jessica at the hospital, and Viki is doing much better.  And when you grabbed the phone from me, you didn't say Jessica was busy.  You said that you didn't want her anywhere near the kids.  Now, what's that about?

Todd: I love Jessica.  You know that.

Blair: I know that, but you sound like she could be a threat to Jack and Starr.

Todd: Just leave it alone.  I'll take care of it.

Blair: Take care of what, Todd?

Todd: I'm trying to protect you.

Blair: You know, those words you used when Margaret was on the prowl.  And you can see how much damage that caused.

Todd: Margaret's different.

Blair: Well, you're acting the same way, and you know what, I don't like it.  We're partners, Todd.  We're best friends.  We're supposed to talk to each other.  Why don't you just tell me instead of just shutting me out?

Todd: You're right.  I need your help.

Blair: And I'm there.  I'll do anything.  Just tell me, Todd.  Obviously, it's about Jessica, so what is it?

Todd: Yes, it's definitely about Jessica.  She has D.I.D.

Antonio: What's going on with you, Jess?

Tess' voice: Don't do it, Jessie.  I nearly killed your mom.  And believe me when I tell you that I could do a lot worse to Antonio.  Move it along.  Nothing to see.

John: Can I just get a cup of black coffee?

Natalie: Surprise.

John: Hey.  What are you doing here?

Natalie: Nothing. Just having coffee, same as you, with Rex.

John: So what are you two up to now?

Natalie: Well, John Mc Bain, why do you have to accuse my brother and me of being up to something?

John: I know you.

Natalie: Well, I hate to disappoint you, but we're not up to anything -- yet.

John: Well, that's a load off my mind.

Jen: One coffee, just the way you ordered it -- boring.  It's $1.75.

John: Tough cookie.

John: I'm sorry, how much do I owe you?

Lisa: Did it not go well?

Evangeline: What?

Lisa: Your talk with John.

Evangeline: No.  I mean, I -- I really don't want to talk about it.

Lisa: Baby, maybe if you just opened up with me just a little bit, I could help.  I can see that you're really hurting from this breakup.

Evangeline: Please, please, mom, I just -- not now.

Lisa: Look, you know what, Cookie?  I know that you think mom has not lived life, but I have  had my share of ups and downs.

Evangeline: Mom, I said I cannot -- I cannot do this right now.

Lisa: Darling, maybe this is the time to talk.

Evangeline: Please, mom.  The subject is closed.

Duke: I think -- if you'll excuse the expression -- the coast is clear.

Adriana: Clear enough to not keep moving?

Duke: So much so, we might even have a couple minutes to take in the scenery.

Adriana: Ok, I've taken it in.

Renee: What have you done?

Asa: Nothing.

Renee: You said that Blair wasn't going to be testifying?  Why not?

Asa: She -- she just won't.  I'll tell you what's important -- where is Duke?

Renee: Duke is totally capable of taking care of himself.  Why are you so certain that Blair won't be testifying?

Blair: Wow.

Todd: Yep.

Blair: Jessica has a split personality?

Todd: Yep.

Blair: Well, how are you sure about that, Todd?

Todd: I met the other half.  She calls herself Tess.

Blair: Man.  Is -- are there others?

Todd: Personalities?

Blair: Yeah.

Todd: I don't know.

Blair: You really think that she could be harmful, maybe to the kids or herself?  What?

Todd: I don't know if she's harmful, but I'm not willing to find out and risk the kids' --

Blair: No, no, me, either.

Todd: She's tough, I know that.  She hurled some pretty vicious remarks at Viki the other day.

Blair: So Viki knows?

Todd: No, no.  No, she doesn't remember anything so far.  But I should have -- I should have never brought tTess over there to meet Viki.  I blame myself for that.

Blair: We got to do something here.

Todd: That's what I was talking to Ginger about.

Blair: No, not Ginger.  We got to be proactive here.

Todd: Well, we could talk to the psychiatrist.

Blair: Yeah?

Todd: Who's obviously a really terrible psychiatrist if he didn't see there was something wrong.

Blair: Well, what about Antonio?  Does he know?

Todd: No, he doesn't know, and I want to keep it that way.  He's making matters worse.

Antonio: So what is it you wanted to tell me?

Jessica: Nothing.

Antonio: No, no, Jess, it's not nothing.  No, look, you called me.  You told me it had to do with your therapy, Dr. Jamison.  You were anxious to talk about it.

Jessica: I --

Antonio: Jess, please.

Jessica: I know.  Just -- I'm making a big deal out of nothing.  Really, it's nothing.  You have a meeting at Capricorn now, don't you?

Antonio: The meeting can wait.  This is more important.

Jessica: Everything here's good, ok, so let's go.

Antonio: I'm not going anywhere, Jess.  No, not until you tell me what's going on.  Jess, if you don't think I've noticed that you're not yourself, that something's wrong, you're mistaken, ok?  I haven't wanted to put any pressure on you to talk about it, but maybe that was a mistake.  Jess, if we're going to get close, honey, you need to open up to me.  I love you.  I want to help you.

Jessica: I know.  I know.  But I think that the best way to deal with this is to respect my wishes and let me deal with this by myself.

Antonio: "This"?  "This"?  What is "this"?

Jessica: I think that you have a meeting to go to right now.  Please go.

Jessica: I can't let Tess hurt anybody else that I love.  I know what I have to do.

>> On the next "One Life to Live" --

Jackie: Let's just say you have R.J. right where you want him.

Blair: So, is it over between you and Kevin?

Renee: I want the truth about Blair.  How are you planning to stop her from testifying?

Jessica: I just came to say goodbye.
