Todd: You owe me something.

Asa: Right -- a bullet in your damn brain.

Todd: No, that written agreement, signed and notarized. That was the deal you made with Blair and Starr. I give you this, and you give me my name back.

Asa: On one condition.

Todd: What condition?

[Car horn]

[Kelly screams]

Kelly: Oh! Gosh!

David: Sorry.

Kelly: Oh, my -- what -- what time is it?

David: You hit the horn when you were sleeping. You got to be more careful, Kelly.

Kelly: Oh, did we sleep through it? Did I sleep through it? Were you up all night long?

David: Shh. Relax. I've been a very good watchdog.

Kelly: Oh. Did you see anything?

David: No. No Krystal with a K, or anybody else for that matter, has come out of Adam Chandler's mansion.

Kelly: Oh. She was our only lead. What if she doesn't even live here?

David: Shh. Just relax, ok? We're going to find Ace, I promise.

Kelly: We should probably call Dorian. She's going to be worried.

David: All right.

Dorian: And I can tell you, I'm going to name you as a defendant in a lawsuit! I mean, this is a false arrest, and the conditions down there --

Officer: Lady, do we have to? I haven't even had my coffee today.

Dorian: Oh, and of course we wouldn't want you to be uncomfortable, would be? Perhaps we could order in. Would you care for a scone? This is ridiculous! I mean, Bl-- Blair, thank goodness!

Blair: What --

Dorian: Oh, honey. I'm so glad to see you. I haven't been able to reach David.

Blair: Well, Dorian, why were you arrested for Paulís murder?

Dorian: Because the weapon was planted in my office.

Blair: What?

Dorian: Somebody's trying to frame me.

Blair: Oh, my God. Well -- well, who could hate you that much, Dorian?

Viki: That's not possible.

Natalie: Jessica should have been here by now.

Antonio: Did you tell her I'd be here?

Natalie: No. I just told her she needed to hurry and to come alone. Why?

Antonio: Well, she always thinks I'm telling her what to do.

Natalie: She still hasn't forgiven you. Do you think that she ever will?

[Knock on door]

Natalie: Finally.

Jessica: I didn't know you'd be here.

Antonio: Let's lock the door, ok?

Jessica: What's going on?

Natalie: Jess, we kind of have a surprise for you -- more like a shock.

Jessica: It's not about Tico, is it? Oh, come on, guys. This can't be good.

Natalie: No, it is. It's kind of wild, but --

Antonio: Esta bien. Puede salir.

Cristian: Hey, Jess.

Jessica: Cristian?

Antonio: It's real.

[Captioning made possible by ABC, Inc.]

Jessica: You were sold, like a slave?

Cristian: More or less.

Natalie: Yeah. Well, I say thank God, because otherwise, he would have been killed in that van outside of Las Vegas.

Jessica: So all this time --

Cristian: Well, I was working in the engine room of a freighter running drugs up and down the east coast. And believe me, if I never smell diesel fuel again, it'll be too soon.

Natalie: He was able to get away when they docked in Baltimore.

Jessica: Oh, my God. Cristian, I'm -- I'm so happy that you're back. It's wonderful that -- here -- actually, I don't even know what I'm feeling right now. You must have been through -- it must have been horrible.

Cristian: It's better than being dead.

Natalie: Yeah, which is exactly what Flynn wanted everyone to think.

Jessica: Why? Why would Flynn want us to think that Cristian was dead?

Antonio: Well, because Flynn really didn't care what we thought. All he cared about was collecting twice -- once for killing Cris, once for selling him.

Natalie: And because Cristian was supposed to be killed and not because he traded himself as a hostage for me, but because Flynnís boss had a contract out on Cristian.

Jessica: So Flynn was working for someone?

Natalie: Yeah.

Antonio: Yeah.

Jessica: Who? Who would possibly want Cristian to be dead?

Cristian: Your husband, Tico Santi.

 [Doorbell rings]

Kevin: Tico.

Tico: Kevin, I only need a moment. It's about the governor's State of the Commonwealth speech at the --

Kevin: Look, my son's missing, ok? I really don't have time for anything else. I mean, we haven't heard a word. I've been on the phone every hour with different detectives, with the state police, with the F.B.I. Kelly now has left town, God knows here. I've got --

Tico: I understand, I understand all that, and believe me, I'm very sorry with what you're going through, ok? Is there anything I can do to help?

Kevin: No, but thanks, I appreciate it.

Tico: Ok, I'll be brief then. After the governor's speech, you're going to be -- well, let's just say that you're going to be facing a great many choices.

Kevin: I will? Choices? Tico, listen --

Tico: Kevin, no, you listen to me. You need to be ready.

Todd: What condition?

Asa: You tell me where you stashed little Ace.

Todd: Oh. Asa, I thought you had it through that pea brain of yours that I wasn't Ace's father.

Asa: I know that. The she-devil you're hooked up with told me the whole story. Kevin confirmed it. But I know you. And you took that baby to make Kevin sweat. Now, where is it?

Todd: I have no idea, Asa. I don't go around kidnapping people. Now, should I call "The Sun" and have them run a story about how Kevinís raising a stolen baby and that you can stand by and watch how your grandson's career goes down the tubes? Maybe what I'll do is I'll melt this spur down for the gold.

Kelly: Oh. My phone is dead. I hate cell phones. But you can call Dorian. Your phone's ok, right?

David: I tried. I got the machine. I didn't want to leave a message.

Kelly: Yeah, this is too hard to explain.

David: You know what? I'm going up there. I'm going to find out if Krystal Carey really lives here.

Kelly: But call Dorian first, you know? Just call her and then check.

David: All right. Yeah, it's the machine.

Kelly: Hmm.

David: She's probably sleeping in. It's Thursday, after all.

Kelly: Oh, I don't know. Knowing Dorian, she's probably so worried about us she's at the police station filling out a missing persons report.

Blair: Ok, Dorian --

Dorian: So, Viki, what brings you here?

Viki: Dorian, I'm really sorry that this happened to you --

Dorian: Yes, of course you are. What were you doing in there with Bo? Spreading lies about me?

Viki: No, I wasnít.

Dorian: Oh, sure, you were! You're trying to help convict me, aren't you? Adding a little fuel to the fire?

Viki: I'm sorry, I can't deal with this.

Dorian: Hmm. Bo, what'd she say about me?

Bo: Hey, how was your night, Dorian? You know, the guards told me you were talking in your sleep.

Dorian: Oh, don't give me that. Nobody could sleep down in that hellhole. I was, however, demanding my rights as a citizen. Of course, nobody was listening to me.

[Phone rings]

Dorian: So, what kind of lies is Viki spreading about me? That is, unless, of course, she had one of her altered personalities take the meeting for her.

Blair: Yeah, she's here, just a minute. Dorian, it's David.

Dorian: Oh. I trust I may take this phone call? I mean, this is still the United States of America, isn't it, hmm?

Bo: Yes, it is. You be my guest.

Dorian: Thank you. Hello, David.

David: Hey there, gorgeous. How you doing? I bet you've been wondering where Kelly and I have been, haven't you?

Dorian: Actually, yes, I have been.

David: Listen, I can't get into it right now, but Kelly and I are on the trail of Ace, and we may actually have something for you pretty soon, so when we do, I'll call you and let you know, ok? How are you doing? Everything all right?

Dorian: Um --

David: Dorian, are -- are you all right? If you're not all right, give me some sort of code and I'll come right away.

Dorian: Blair and I are having breakfast.

David: She said she's having breakfast with Blair. Does that sound like code to you?

Kelly: No.

David: All right, listen. Have a mimosa for us. Oh, listen to this -- if Bo starts giving you heat about killing Paul, just blame it on me, ok? Tell him that I killed him, and you don't know where I am, because that's the truth. You don't know where I am. Funny how the truth works out sometimes, right? Is that brilliant or what?

Dorian: Yes, darling. Brilliant as always.

David: Ok, we got to go. I love you. I'll do anything for you, you know.

Dorian: Yes, I know that. And I love you, too.

David: Yeah, well, you better. You won the lottery when you found me. Got to go. I love you. Bye.

Dorian: Bye-bye.

Bo: It's kind of weird, isn't it, that your fiancť hasn't shown up here yet? What, you got him busy hiding evidence?

Dorian: Ah, there is nothing to hide, Bo.

Bo: Because you already destroyed the evidence?

Dorian: Because I didn't do anything wrong. Why are you trying to destroy my life? What do you want from me?

Bo: Hmm -- a confession?

Dorian: I did not kill Paul. I don't know who did kill Paul. If I did, I would tell you.

Bo: All right. Tell me how the murder weapon wound up in your office.

Dorian: I have no idea. Isn't that your job, to investigate bizarre things like that?

Blair: Bo, maybe somebody planted it, you know?

Dorian: Oh, but I'm sure Bo must have thought of that. A police commissioner with his extraordinary skills, right? I mean, surely, if a little birdie called you up on the phone and told you exactly where to find a murder weapon, you would suspect the little birdie, not the innocent person who is being framed!

Blair: Dorian -- we kind of need Bo on our side, all right?

Bo: Now, when you told Viki that Paul would not torment Kelly again -- now, what exactly did you mean by that?

Dorian: Oh! I knew it! Of course! Viki was in there, telling you all kind of lies about me!

Bo: Just answer the question.

Dorian: Did it ever occur to you that Viki would do anything to protect her daughter? What did she say to you that would convince you to release Natalie? Oh, of course -- Natalieís your niece.

Bo: Well, Dorian, I don't know how you expect me to help you if you keep dodging my questions.

Dorian: And I don't know how you expect me to think that you're trying to help me.

Bo: All right, you threatened Paul. How do you explain that? How do you explain that the murder weapon was found in your office? How do you explain that you were caught in a cemetery trying to dig up Paulís body? How do you explain that your necklace was found at the gravesite?

Dorian: I didn't kill him! I swear I didn't! But I know who did.

Kelly: Did you see Krystal?

David: No. She apparently doesn't live here anymore.

Kelly: Oh, great!

David: No, but listen to me, relax. I got some information. I found out where she is. She's apparently staying at some old cabin on the outskirts of town. And get this -- these Pine Valley folks? They come cheap. I slipped the maid a 10 spot. She gave me directions on how to get there.

Kelly: Well, did she say anything about Ace? I mean, does she know anything about Ace?

David: No, she doesn't, but don't worry. We're going to look this Krystal right in the eye, and we're going to do it right now. Don't worry. We're going to find your son. You hang on.

Kevin: Tico, how did you get next year's budget? The governor hasn't even submitted it yet.

Tico: Kevin, what I think you should do is just concentrate on the details regarding the bond allocations. If you have any questions, I'll brief you and --

Todd: Oh. What have we here? The lieutenant governor and his trusty sidekick. What's cooking, guys?

Kevin: What are you doing here, Manning? Grandpa, you all right?

Asa: Oh, hey. I am always all right, Kevin. Give this big hyena a swift kick where it hurts the most.

Todd: So, shall I just guess what you guys are talking about, or you want to give me a hint, because I've got readers that'd love to know.

Tico: Mr. Manning, a word of advice -- I don't think that you understand who you're dealing with. So I would advise you to be very careful of what you say.

Todd: Do you mean that you want me to learn to hold my tongue?

Tico: Exactly.

Todd: Uh-huh.

Kevin: All right, get out of here. Jeez.

Todd: Uh --

Tico: I thought you said that you were going to take care of that piece of filth.

Kevin: I will. Don't worry about him. Now, how did you get Governor Brooks' budget before he released it?

Tico: Well, that's not the governor's budget.

Kevin: It looks like the governor's budget.

Tico: It's a revised version -- your version.

Kevin: My -- all right, wait a minute now. I'm tired of all these innuendos and these cryptic comments. Now, is the governor resigning or not? Your people have something on him? Because frankly, I haven't heard a word.

Tico: Ok, just to be up to speed on the budget and enjoy the governor's speech tonight.

Cristian: Jess, you got to trust me on this. Flynn told me flat out who paid to have me killed -- Tico Santi. If Flynn hadn't been greedy, I'd be dead.

Jessica: Cristian, I don't -- I don't doubt what you're saying at all. I'm just -- I'm just confused. How did Tico even know who you were?

Antonio: Tico wanted to kill anyone who was related to Manuel Santi; anyone who might be able to take over the Santi organization.

Jessica: But wouldn't that make you the first target?

Antonio: Well, yeah, but he also knew that I was the only one who had access to the $100 million. He had to keep me alive until he got what he wanted.

Jessica: Oh, my God.

Cristian: And, Jess, the only people that know I'm still alive are right here in this diner. And the only reason we let you in on this was because Antonio said that you couldn't be left out of the loop anymore.

Natalie: All right, listen, Carlottaís out of town. She's in New York with a friend who's having surgery. But the staff's going to be here soon. We can't stay here.

Antonio: And you can't stay in that house with Tico anymore.

Cristian: Yeah, you should get out of there. Get out of there today, right now.

Jessica: I canít. How else am I going to find evidence against Tico? Listen, I was -- today I was going to wait till he left and see what I could find. The staff has the day off.

Antonio: Jess, it's too dangerous.

Jessica: It's not dangerous. He loves me. I know he does. I am his only weak spot. You have to trust me on that.

Antonio: I told you.

Jessica: What? You told them what, that I'd say no?

Cristian: Ok, look, we do need your help, Jess. But if you're not going to move out, then at least get Tico to leave Lion's Heart for a few hours this morning. In fact, you should probably leave with him.

Jessica: Why?

Antonio: So that Cris and I can break in. We should probably go out the back.

Jessica: Wait, Cristian. Listen, before we go, I just -- I know -- actually, I have no idea what you must be thinking of me right now. I married the man that ordered you to be killed.

Cristian: Jess, it's not your fault. Hey, from what I heard, he had everybody fooled for a long time.

Jessica: Not Antonio, not -- not even for a day.

Cristian: Look, the main thing is that we get what we need on Santi. You know, the fact that he doesn't know I'm still alive gives us an edge. But we got to get into the house.

Jessica: Listen, there's a safe upstairs. I haven't seen it opened. It's in the master bedroom.

Antonio: Then that's where we'll start. Cris, come.

Natalie: This is so amazing, isn't it?

Jessica: I can't even imagine what you must be going through.

Natalie: You know, I felt -- I felt like I was buried alive. And now I feel free, you know, like I can finally breathe again.

Jessica: I'm so happy for you.

Natalie: Thank you. I've thought about how I was when I thought that Cristian was out of my life forever and how I treated you and mom.

Jessica: Yeah. Yeah, you were a pain. You were a big pain.

Natalie: You never stopped caring.

Jessica: Not even for a second.

Natalie: Even when I made some pretty big mistakes, especially Paul.

Jessica: Hey, I am in no position to be judging anybody else's mistakes.

Antonio: I can't believe I'm doing this. I spent my whole life trying to protect you; trying to keep you to look away from all this kind of stuff. But after everything you've been through and considering who we're up against -- don't let them see it.

Cristian: Right. Thanks, bro. You are my brother.

Natalie: Cris and Antonio, let's go!

Blair: Dorian, if you know who killed Paul, would you just say so?

David's voice: Oh, listen to this -- if Bo starts giving you heat about killing Paul, just blame it on me, ok? Tell him that I killed him.

Bo: Dorian --

Dorian: Paul was a gambler. He associated with some very unsavory characters, criminals. He probably owed all of them money. One of them got fed up and killed him.

Bo: That's your answer, Dorian? A bad guy did it? That's going to really help.

Dorian: Oh, it's a lot more logical than blaming me for it. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a bail hearing to attend. Blair?

Viki: Kevin? Are you ok?

Kevin: No, I'm not ok.

Viki: Is there a word on Ace?

Kevin: No, there's no word. Have you -- do you know where Kelly is?

Viki: No, honey. Have you tried the carriage house?

Kevin: Yeah, I've tried the -- she took off. She totally disappeared. And I'm telling you, it has something to do with Ace.

 [Knock on door]

Kelly: I knew it was you.

David: When you called Kelly and said that Ace was ok --

Krystal: Wait, wait, wait a minute, wait. I don't know what you're talking about.

Kelly: I recognized your voice!

David: No, Kelly, let me handle this. Listen to me, Krystal. We are on to you. And unless you're real nice real fast, the cops will be on to you, too. Are we clear?

Kelly: Where is he? Where is Ace?

Krystal: I have no idea. I certainly didn't take him.

Kelly: Well, then, who did? You said he was all right. That means you've seen him. Does his real mother have him?

Krystal: Well, Kelly, you said you were his real mother. Does that mean you're not?

Tico: Jessica? Is that you, sweetheart? I thought you were already at work.

Jessica: Tico, I need help.

Tico: Of course. What's wrong?

Jessica: It's Natalie.

Tico: Has she been arrested again?

Jessica: No, no. She's been cleared from that Paul Cramer thing. It's just -- it seems like everything in her life has just come crashing down on her this week.

Tico: I don't understand.

Jessica: Well, it just -- it's kind of like everything's just finally got to her, you know? Since Cristian died, she's -- she's been all over the place. She's been hanging out with the wrong people, she's been acting crazy, and I don't know if it was because Cristianís anniversary of his death was just a few weeks ago or something else. I'm not sure. It just -- she's at Llanfair having a total meltdown.

Tico: Well, I'm so sorry she's going through that. It sounds to me like she needs her sister.

Jessica: Yeah, I think so, I think you're right, but I think that perhaps maybe you should come with me. I think we could really help her if we were together.

Tico: Jessica, Natalie doesn't even like me.

Jessica: Yeah, but -- she may not love you the way I love you, but I know that she really respects you, and she's told me so, so please, I can't do this by myself.

Tico: Jessica, look, I don't --

Jessica: Tico, you know, I wouldn't ask you if it wasn't really, really important, ok? I feel awful for Natalie, and I'm trying to be strong, and I just -- I can't do this --

Tico: All right, all right, ok. We can go together, I suppose.

Jessica: Thank you. You're the best. You know, I just love you more and more every day.

Tico: No, it's me who loves you more and more every day.

Jessica: Ok, let's go. You know, it's a real shame that you never met your cousin Cris. You would have really liked him.

Tico: Yeah. I'm sure I would have really liked him.

Kelly: Look, I came here to find my son. He's missing. I'm out of my mind with worry!

Krystal: Why don't you answer my question? Are you that baby's biological mother or not?

David: Why don't you stop with all the fancy word games and answer our question? Where is Ace? Oh, ok, fine. If this is going to take a while, why don't we make ourselves comfortable? I believe the expression is "until hell freezes over." Ahem.

Krystal: Ok, I tell you what -- I'm going to call the police.

Kelly: Yeah, why don't you do that?

Krystal: Why don't I let them handle it?

Kelly: Why don't I help you dial? You'll be in jail so fast you won't know what hit you!

David: No. No, no, no, no. Kelly, maybe getting the police involved isn't such a good idea after all. Things are kind of iffy right now. We should go.

Kelly: What? No! David!

David: Think it over. We're going to find Ace. Come on --

Kelly: Please, if you know where my son is, please, just make sure to take care of him, please.

David: Kelly, come on.

Kelly: David? Why did you make me leave? I could have called the police. They would have made her tell us where he is.

David: Or they could have arrested you for how you got Ace.

Kelly: I didn't steal him. Paul did.

David: So it's your word against a dead manís. Look, just relax, ok? This isn't over yet.

Viki: Kevin, you saw Kelly. She was devastated when Ace disappeared.

Kevin: Or she was faking it.

Viki: Oh, that's ridiculous.

Kevin: Well --

Viki: Darling, I know you're upset.

[Doorbell rings]

Viki: But, please, do not start blaming Kelly. Bo, hi.

Bo: Hi, Vik. Have you seen Kelly? I was just in the carriage house. Somebody's tossed the place.

Kevin: That was me, Bo. I was searching the place, hoping to find some clue as to where she's taken him.

Bo: What, you think Kelly took him?

Viki: Oh, come on, Kevin! You know as well as I do that Kelly did not take him!

Kevin: Well, then, where the hell is she, huh? We haven't had a call, not one word. She took him from town before, remember?

Dorian: Well, well, well. Bo, are you making house calls now? Or didn't Viki already tell you enough lies to build a case against me?

Todd: There you are -- signed, sealed, and delivered.

Blair: From Asa?

Todd: That's right. And now all sorts of documents are turning up at the county clerk's office, and lo and behold, Todd Manning exists again.

Blair: Oh, let me look at you. Oh, yes, you do!

Todd: Now --

Blair: What?

Todd: Can we get married?

Blair: Do you think that I am just going to stop planning the biggest wedding that this town has ever seen? No. In fact, Todd, I think we're going to have to find a bigger place. I mean, look how cramped it all is.

Todd: Well, there you go. Dorian's sitting next to us. Just --

Blair: She's family.

Todd: Well, I think she'll be at Statesville Prison for killing Paul Cramer, and that'll free up a seat.

Blair: That is not funny. Ha-ha. In fact, I just bailed her out of jail, and I don't think that Bo has a very good case.

Todd: You bailed her out?

Blair: Yeah.

Todd: With our money?

Blair: She's family. She's my aunt.

Todd: She's the wicked witch of the west.

Blair: She has been good to us, and we are going to be good to her in turn.

Todd: Yeah. I'll be good to her. I'll testify against her.

Blair: What's with this attitude, Todd? She has really helped us. You know that. How am I going to get it through to you? Am I going to have to call the wedding off? Is that what you want me to do? We can call it off.

Margaret: Is there a problem here? Is this a bad time?

Blair: I'm calling the cops. They need to know that you've escaped. Where's my cell phone?

Margaret: What, you didn't explain it to her, Todd?

Blair: Explain what?

Todd: Well, the doctors at St. Ann's have declared that Margaret is no longer unwell, and they've released her.

Blair: What, you didn't bother to tell me, Todd?

Todd: Well, I didn't want you to freak out, like you're freaking out right now.

Blair: Oh -- you know, our kids are out there. I mean, they're at risk with her out. She's a lunatic!

Margaret: No, no, no, I want to assure you, Blair, that I will never harm your children or you. In fact, I'm here to apologize for what I did. I know that you are terribly upset, and what I did was very, very wrong.

Blair: Yeah, well, why don't you tell that to somebody who would actually believe you, Margaret.

Margaret: I'm sorry that you're very upset. Is it because you're calling off your wedding?

Blair: We're not calling off the wedding.

Margaret: Well, didn't I just hear you say --

Blair: We are having the wedding! So why don't you just get out of here and stay gone, all right?

Margaret: All right. I would never want to ruin your happiness ever again, Blair.

Todd: You know what, Margaret? Why don't you and I have a little talk?

Blair: What?

Todd: Just a second.

Blair: Todd, no!

Todd: Just a second. Come, Margaret.

Todd: Margaret, I want to thank you for apologizing to Blair like that.

Margaret: Yeah, well, that's what the doctors told me to do, but Blair didn't seem very happy about it.

Todd: Oh, well. It's going to take Blair a long time to get used to the way things are now.

Margaret: "The way things are now"?

Todd: Yeah, how you're all better -- which I'm very pleased to hear, because I just think you've been one of the innocent victims in this, like Blair and me, and that none of this was your fault.

Margaret: It wasn't?

Todd: No, of course not. It was Kevin Buchananís.

Dorian: So, for your information, I'm out on bail, and I intend to prove my innocence.

Kevin: Well, a lot of luck with that, Dorian.

Dorian: I don't need your input, Kevin.

Kevin: Listen, Bo, you get any information on Kelly, you let me know right away, ok?

Bo: Of course.

Kevin: See you, mom.

Viki: Bye.

Dorian: Have you even questioned Vikiís precious son? Wouldn't it be interesting to find out where he was on Halloween?

Bo: Dorian --

Dorian: And are you aware that he's been paying blackmail money to Paul for months?

Bo: Yeah, yeah, we're aware of that. See, the key now is, how did the murder weapon end up in your office?

Dorian: It was planted in my office. By the way, Viki, can you establish where you were last night when the gun was planted?

Bo: No, Dorian, give it a rest.

Natalie: Mom.

Viki: Hi, darling, come in.

Natalie: Hi. Hi.

Bo: Hi, Natalie.

Dorian: Oh, yes, let's greet the real murderer.

Natalie: Excuse me?

Viki: Ok, Dorian, that's it. Out, now. Now!

Dorian: Oh, I will gladly leave, but trust me; you haven't heard the last from me.

Viki: Yeah, I'll bet.

Natalie: What --

Viki: Ugh!

Natalie: What was that all about?

Viki: Dorian was arrested for Paul Cramerís murder.

Natalie: Really? So, does this mean I'm off the hook now?

Bo: No. The investigation's still open.

Viki: But it's going to be sorted out, so you don't have to worry anymore, ok?

Bo: All right, I've got to get back to the station. Look, if Kelly makes contact with you, would you tell her I want to talk to her just as soon as possible?

Viki: Of course I will, yes.

Bo: All right. I'll see you guys.

Natalie: See you.

Bo: Bye, Viki.

Viki: Bye. You look very nice, darling. You obviously seem happier.

Natalie: Yeah, you could say that.

Viki: I -- I'm assuming that it had something to do with the talk you had with John, yeah?

Natalie: The talk with -- oh. Right, yeah, that was fine, that was fine.

Tico: Jessica, I really don't think my being here is a good idea.

Jessica: Oh, no, Tico, it is. I need you here.

Tico: Well, I'm sorry. I just think that Natalie will just be more upset if we have to be in the same room together.

Jessica: No, no, of course not. You're family now.

Tico: Well, I think that you'll be just fine on your own.

Jessica: No, no, Tico -- wait, wait, wait. Where are you going to go?

Tico: I'll be at Lion's Heart. Give Natalie my best.

Jessica: Oh, my God.

Antonio: You check the room?

Cristian: Yeah, yeah, it's all clear. Time to check that computer upstairs, huh?

Antonio: I'll do it. The sooner we can get some evidence on Tico, the sooner Jessica can get the hell out of this place.

Cristian: And the sooner Tico starts to suffer.

Kelly: What are you doing?

David: I'm looking for a spare key. If you're not too busy, maybe you could give me a hand.

[Phone rings]

Kelly: Oh, no, wait, the phone's ringing.

David: What?

Kelly: The phone's ringing.

Krystal: Hello? Baby doll, I have been so worried. Why haven't you called? How's that little boy doing?

Todd: Margaret, when someone treats a person as badly as Kevin Buchanan has treated you -- well, let's face it, I just think that they deserve payback.

Margaret: But the doctors said --

Todd: Hey! Now, the doctors -- we both know -- would never tell someone like you to go and stick it to the person that stuck it to you, even though they know that that's the right thing to do -- even though they know and you know that it's the only thing that will make you truly better.

Margaret: Well, I don't know --

Todd: Well, you think about it, Margaret. You think about it. Kevin Buchanan deserves the worst you could give him. Now, I want to thank you for apologizing to Blair. I know that she didn't appreciate it, but I did. I thought it was very courageous. I want you to have these.

Margaret: Oh --

Todd: Ok? I'll see you.

Margaret: Thank you.

Blair: Ok. What the hell was that about?

Todd: Ok, take it easy. I had a little chat with Margaret.

Blair: Mm-hmm.

Todd: I straightened things out with her. I pointed her in the right direction. Everything's going to be fine.

David: Under the flowerpot?

Kelly: Oh, my --

David: Oh, my God!

Kelly: Oh, gosh, David --

David: These people in Pine Valley are so easy. I'm going to start spending more time down here.

Kelly: David, we have to find out where that call came from.

David: What do you think I'm doing? I'm on it.

Kelly: Oh, gosh, I hope it's not a blocked number. Oh, how do we do this?

David: Here. I know exactly what to do.

Kelly: Ok --

David: I got it, I got it.

Kelly: I want to listen, I want to listen.

[Phone rings]

Man: Darleenís.

David: Darleen-- [Irish accent] Yeah, is this the discount smoke shop?

Man: No. This is Darleenís Truck Stop.

David: Oh, well, son of a gun. Where are you located?

Man: On route 58, just outside of Liberia.

David: [Normal voice] Liberia?

Man: Liberia, North Carolina. Where you calling from?

David: [Irish accent] Oh, well, for the love of Pete. You're just a hop, skip, and a jump down the road a piece. Maybe I'll stop in for a piece of pie. Thanks. Sayonara.

Kelly: What the hell was that?

David: [Normal voice] We're going to North Carolina. Come on.

Kelly: Ok.

Viki: Honey, I know that you didn't come home last night. Are you sure that everything's ok?

Natalie: Positive.

Viki: But you don't want to talk about it, right?

Natalie: Not yet.

Viki: Ok, ok. You just seem a lot happier since you had your little talk with John, right? Okey-doke, I guess I'll just take what I can get.

[Phone rings]

Viki: Excuse me. Hello. Dean Russell, yeah, hi. Yes, I have -- no, they're actually in the other room, so give me a minute. Ok. How is your husband doing, by the way? Oh, good. Well, I'm glad to hear that.

Jessica: Natalie, I thought you were in the attic.

Natalie: Hey, what's going on? Where's Tico?

Jessica: Yeah, he came all the way here with me, and then when we got here, he decided to go back to Lion's Heart.

Natalie: What?

Jessica: Yeah.

Natalie: Well, you've got to call Cris and Antonio. They're probably already in the house right now.

Jessica: I tried. Antonio shut his cell phone off.

Natalie: Oh, my God.
