Evangeline: It was wonderful! Strategically letting you win --
Evangeline: In the first so I could come back and cream you --
Nora: Letting me win -- letting me win? You let me win?
Evangeline: I did.
Evangeline: You know, it's just too bad that you were exhausted. You were too exhausted to play the tiebreaker.
Nora: If I remember correctly, you were the one with your hands on your knees gasping for air, and I was the one that said -- graciously -- that we should stop.
Evangeline: You know, if memory serves me correctly -- and it usually does --
Evangeline: You were the one gasping.
Nora: Oh --
Evangeline: You were the one gasping, begging for mercy because of your knees. How are your knees doing? Are your knees ok? Ok, we tied!
Nora: Yes, we did.
Evangeline: We tied.
Nora: We tied.
Evangeline: That's --
Evangeline: Tennis elbow.
Nora: Oh, God. And now I can't wait to shower, change. I want to go out and get myself the biggest greasy cheeseburger you have ever seen, because there's no sense in losing all those calories and not replacing them.
Evangeline: Oh, that's the rule.
Nora: You going to come with me, or do you have a date with John?
Evangeline: Well, he has to work and I have a meeting.
Evangeline: How about you and Daniel? You going out with Daniel, or are you planning to get stuck somewhere with Bo?
Bo: It's a simple enough question, Dorian. How did you come into possession of those $100 bills?
Dorian: I don't know.
John: They were marked, part of a ransom paid out in the 1980s.
Dorian: Well --
Daniel: So, has she cracked yet?
Dorian: No, I have not cracked. I didn't do anything.
John: You know what I think? I think you came across those bills on that little trip you took to New York.
Daniel: Oh, the F.B.I. confiscated the bills, so aside from the other crimes you could be charged with, you owe Loganís Department Store $1,930.62 and that poor waitress at the B.K. Diner $83.50.
Dorian: Yes. David? Oh! Darling, what took you so long? Never mind. Just get me out of here.
David: I'm not here to get you out of here. You're playing a no-trump hand. I'm here to make sure that they lock you up and throw away the key.
Rex: Hey. You came back. Where'd you go?
Shannon: Boy, you seem a little bit busy.
Rex: Yeah, office work. So, can I still get my present? Look, if you're ticked because I talked to Jen --
Shannon: You weren't talking to Jen. You had your arms around Jen like you never wanted to let her go. Rex, you need to tell me, is Jen really the only girl that you want to be with?
Jen's voice: I don't want to get used again! So if Flash breaks your heart again, don't come to me, because I can't be friends with you anymore.
Riley: Look, I can't be friends with you. I'm in love with you.
Riley: We have to get things out in the open.
Jen: I already know what you're going to say. Just leave.
Kelly: Ok, Karenís gone.
Paul: Who the hell's Karen?
Kelly: The nanny -- Ace's nanny. She took him back to Kevinís.
Paul: Oh. You think taking Ace back to Kevinís is going to save him somehow?
Kelly: No. I just -- it's time for -- why would you say that about Ace? Why would you say that you stole him?
Paul: Well, Kelly, because it's true. I know who Ace's real mom is, and I know where she is. What, you want me to call her right now, huh?
Kelly: Oh, my God, it can't be happening.
Paul: What, all this "Can't be happening." It is happening, Kelly. I need some money and I need it right now.
Kelly: You told me that you got Ace from a homeless woman, that you didn't even know her name, that she didn't want the baby.
Paul: I lied. All right? Of course she wants the baby. She misses him like hell. She's out there right now looking for him. What, you want me to punch a couple buttons, huh? Make her search a whole hell of a lot easier?

Daniel: The F.B.I. wants the rest of those hundreds, Dr. Lord. If I were you, I'd cooperate. Keep me posted?
Bo: Did you two have some kind of a falling-out? She didn't tell you about the money, did she?
David: Just tell me how soon you can put her in jail.
John: Dr. Lord, if you don't start talking, we're going to have to assume that you were involved in that kidnapping back in the 1980s.
Dorian: But I wasnít.
John: But Manuel Santi was, and you were married to him.
Dorian: For five minutes.
Bo: You know, I'm really running out of patience here. Now, either you tell us how you came across that money, or we're going to tell the F.B.I. that you're not some innocent citizen that just stumbled upon it.
Dorian: David knows where the money came from. Don't you, sweetheart? Please tell them.
Riley: You can't run out on this.
Jen: We've already said everything that needed to be said. I messed up, I screwed up, I was stupid, and you hate me, fine.
Riley: I don't hate you!
Jen: I'm a slut. I'm cheap and I'm useless!
Riley: Will you stop saying things like that?
Jen: It's the truth. I went to Paulís motel room, and I poured a bottle of tequila down his throat so he wouldn't remember what happened, and then you come and everything's ruined, and it's my fault, I know that, and I don't blame you if you never want to speak to me again. Just please leave.
Riley: Do I get to say anything?
Jen: I really don't want a lecture right now. I feel bad enough as it is.
Riley: Jen, listen! I get that he had a tape of your mom and Rex having sex and was going to put in on the internet. What I don't get is why you didn't come to me first. I mean, that's what you do with people you love. You come to them when you need help.
Jen: I was ashamed, ok? What we have, it's just so good and clean and -- just please stop looking at me like that, because I can't be judged right now.
Riley: I'm not.
Jen: I just -- I still love you. It really hurts.
Riley: I still -- listen, shh. I still love you, too.
Jen: I thought this could work, but it just can't, because I'm going to mess everything up. I always do, it's who I am, it's what I do --
Riley: Stop saying that.
Jen: It's true, ok? The best thing for us to do right now is end this.
Natalie: Rex, I need to talk to you.
Natalie: It's Jen.
Shannon: Forget it. Talk all you want. I'm out of here.
Rex: No, no, no, no, no. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Just chill out for, like, a few minutes, ok? And then you and I can sit down and talk about, you know, what's happening here, ok?
Shannon: All right, I'm not going to wait forever.
Rex: What now?
Natalie: Look, ok, I could really care less what happens to Jen, ok? I feel like she deserves whatever she gets. But you care about her.
Rex: So? You're scaring me here.
Natalie: Look, ok, you got to talk to her. You got to convince her to stay away from Paul. Just get to her, ok? Frankly, Paul is getting freakier by the hour.
Rex: Jen's still hanging out with him?
Natalie: Rex, she's sleeping with him.
Kelly: You're such a liar!
Paul: Oh, yeah?
Kelly: You're so wired about whatever these money troubles are that you're not thinking clearly --
Paul: Money problems?
Kelly: You're not thinking logically. People don't just steal babies! Too many people would know about that. It's like you said -- the woman had the child, she didn't want him, so she gave him up.
Paul: God, Kelly, of course she wanted the baby. She always has. And you and Kevin have been raising a stolen baby, and why? Why? Because I am such a good brother; because it broke my heart when you told me that Kevin wouldn't want you if you didn't have a baby. I mean, God, you were crying all the time. All I could see was you turning into our mother. You were losing your mind if I didn't help you. So the first chance I got, I stole a baby for you.
Kelly: Oh, my God. Oh, my God. How could you do something like this?
Paul: Kelly, I just told you. You were begging me to do it.
Kelly: I didn't want you to kidnap someone else's child!
Paul: Oh, well, jeez, what do you think? Babies just fall from the sky, huh?
Kelly: My God. How could you do something like this? Do you know how much hurt you've caused, not just to me, but to this -- this other woman? My God, how could you do this?
Paul: Whoa, whoa, whoa, wait, wait a second -- me? Kelly, you're up to your eyeballs in this. If I go to jail, so do you. In fact, you know what? I think I'll tell the cops that you put me up to it, hmm? Well, you better start.
Kelly: You stole a baby, and now you're telling people that I made you do it?
Paul: Kelly, I need money, bad.
Kelly: You always need money.
Paul: You know what? Things are going so great for you and Ace right now, huh? I mean, Kevinís giving you more than a couple of hours' visitation; he's allowed to stay at your home, huh? You don't want to lose that, do you? I can pull the plug on everything. All I got to do is call his real mom. So what's it going to be? You going to help me or not?
Riley: Come sit, all right? Well, then at least explain to me how you make the jump from making a big mistake to not thinking you're good enough for me.
Jen: That's what I do, Riley. It's what I just said.
Riley: Yeah, I know, but obviously, I must have done something or said something to make you feel like you couldn't come to me when you needed help.
Jen: What were we thinking? You changed. I didnít. Let's just leave it at that.
Riley: No. I need you to explain why.
Jen: God, I could rip her eyes out.
Jen: Natalie. She's the one that told you where I was, and she loved every minute of it. God, I'm just so angry -- it's like I'm walking around with this rage -- I don't know what I'm going to do next! And Paul Cramer -- this is all his fault.
Riley: Yes, it is, and I will deal with that later.
Jen: No, you are not going to get involved in this. So it's fine -- just break up with me. Just walk out the door.
Riley: Look, I'm not going to break up with you!
Jen: Just please, nobody's going to blame you if you just take your stuff and walk out of here.
Riley: My -- I am not leaving! I have a gig in Boston tonight, remember?
Jen: I forgot. I'm so wrapped up in myself I couldn't even remember that. Why would you want somebody in your life like that?
Riley: So when I come back, we will figure this out.
Jen: No, you'll figure out that I'm no good. I never will be.
Riley: Jen, will you wait, please? Jen! Just wait a second!
Daniel: Will it do any good to go after her?
Nora: I don't even believe you said something like that. I can't believe that you would -- I'm with Daniel now! You know? And besides, I would never get stuck with Bo anywhere on purpose. You're teasing me, aren't you? You are teasing me!
Evangeline: Of course I'm teasing you.
Nora: Oh, you poop.
Evangeline: You've been defending yourself for 15 minutes. I struck a nerve!
Nora: You didn't strike a nerve. You're just ticked because I beat you in the first set.
Evangeline: That must be what it is.
Nora: It is what it is. Besides, Bo and I have a relationship and we'll always have a relationship because of Matthew.
Evangeline: Daniel's cool with that?
Nora: Yes, of course Danielís cool with that. Bo was the one that -- I mean, he said himself he and I are absolutely nothing more than friends. Hmm.
Evangeline: How does that make you feel?
Bo: The silence in here is deafening.
David: Ok, fine. I know where the bills came from. They came from an account that I closed when I first came back to the United States. I was using the bills to pay off a little bet that I had had with Dorian. You see, we were soaping each other up in the shower, and she was rubbing my -- these are details you don't need to know, aren't they? Suffice it to say that the bills came from a stash of cash that I had lying around. Look, I'm very sorry. I had no idea that that money was used in any kind of kidnapping.
Dorian: I know you didnít.
David: Hey, look, I insist that we get some genuine money back to those people who had the marked bills taken away from them.
Dorian: I really feel terrible about that waitress at Carlottaís.
David: Well, just exactly how much money did you spend at Loganís? Why don't I just cut them a check from one of my offshore accounts and we'll call it a day?
John: Sit down, Vickers.
David: Oh, no, that's very nice of you, but I'm fine. Thank you.
John: No, you're not. You just lied and became an accessory after the fact.
Bo: And now you're both going to jail.
Nora: Yeah, I got to admit it was a little weird hearing Bo say that, you know, he felt nothing for me, but we were just friends.
Evangeline: Well, is that what you want? You want to just be friends?
Nora: Oh, yes, please, God -- oh, yes! Oh. I mean, the last thing I need right now is Bo spouting off about how much in love with me he is when I just convinced Daniel that he's not, you know? No, it's just -- you know -- no, it's just -- you know, it's sad, that's all. Where did all the love go, you know?
Evangeline: Well, maybe when Bo told Daniel that he didn't have any feelings for you, maybe he was just saying that to protect himself, Nora.
Nora: No. Oh, please, don't say that. That would be even -- that would really be bad. That would -- that -- that wouldn't be good at all. You know, I think we've spent entirely too much time talking about me. How about you? About what happened at the train station -- how are you? Hmm?
Evangeline: Well, I'm still really -- I mean, it's -- I'm kind of freaked out by the whole thing, but I'm not the first black person this has ever happened to, and unfortunately, I'm not going to be the last.
Nora: You know, it's one thing to be grabbed by somebody. But in this day and age, to have those filthy things said to you -- I don't get it.
Evangeline: He was a psycho.
Evangeline: But what's sickening to me is what the sight of an interracial couple does to some people.
Nora: You know, when Hank and I were married, it used to happen all the time. Remember, this was many, many years ago, but all the time. Really. And when they said it to Hank, he just kind of took it in stride. But if anyone ever said it to me, he'd rip them apart. Hank "The Cannon" Gannon.
Evangeline: Yeah. John is that way.
Nora: It's kind of nice, isn't it?
Evangeline: Oh, yes, it is.
Nora: I think we just set the women's movement back about 25 years, don't you think?
Evangeline: Yes, I think we did, but it's ok.
Nora: So, I think I finally got you to admit it. You've fallen for John so hard you can't even get up.
Evangeline: All right, counselor, that question is irrelevant, immaterial -- overruled.
Nora: I knew it.
Evangeline: All right.
John: What was the name of the bank?
Dorian: The Foraker trust. It's a private bank on Madison Avenue. Believe me, as far as I'm concerned, I was entitled to go into Manuel Santiís safe-deposit box. I am, as you know, his widow.
Bo: I thought you were divorced.
David: Correction -- that was annulled, actually.
Dorian: And my daughter Adriana is entitled to her share of his legacy. I think I was entitled to that money.
Bo: Oh, yeah, yeah, all those years without child support. There's not a judge around who wouldn't go for that.
John: You recognize this man? Take it.
Dorian: Yes. This is the man who had me beaten in Mendorra.
John: When they took the brooch off you, right?
Dorian: Have him arrested. I will make a very compelling witness at his trial.
John: He's dead.
Bo: Where's the rest of the money, Dorian?
Dorian: I have it at home, and I will give it to the F.B.I. first thing in the morning.
Bo: No, no. We'll have somebody come over and pick it up, and if it's not there, then they're going to bring you back here instead, ok? Take off.
David: Could you be a little more specific on when they might arrive, because we don't like --
Dorian: David -- thank you so much.
Bo: And the next time you come across some of Santiís money --
Dorian: I will call you immediately.
Bo: Yeah, uh-huh.
Dorian: Bo, thanks again.
David: Gentlemen. All right, you may be off the hook with the cops, but you are not off the hook with me. Let's go.
Rex: Yeah, I appreciate the hot tip and everything, but Paul Cramer? I think I'll let Jen take care of herself.
Natalie: Rex, he's dangerous. And you remember, I thought that I could handle him.
Rex: Question. Why are you so worked up about this? You hate Jen.
Natalie: You wouldn't understand.
Rex: Give it a shot.
Natalie: I feel like an idiot, Rex.
Natalie: Because -- why did I get involved with Paul in the first place? Why would I do something so stupid? I mean, yeah, John blew me off, but why did I think that I needed him -- I mean, let alone Paul?
Rex: All right, look, excuse me, ok, but your husband of, like, one day was murdered. Ok, you had a life that pretty much went down to zero. You needed somebody to hold on to.
Natalie: No, no. See, then, I should have done what I was supposed to do and grieve, but instead, for the last year I've spent bouncing around like a yo-yo, telling --
Jen: You just couldn't resist, could you? You had to run straight to Riley and tell him about Paul.
Natalie: Jen, he was worried about you.
Jen: Riley is the most important thing in my life, and you ruined it! You proud of yourself? Huh? Because don't think for one second you're going to get away with this.
Natalie: Jen, you're acting like I dragged --
Jen: You did this on purpose! That was the one good thing in my life, and you ruined it! I hate you!
Natalie: Yeah, I get that. It's like a broken record around here.
Shannon: John, it's me. Look, you got to get over to Ultraviolet right now. Natalie and Jen are about to kill each other.
John: What are they fighting about?
Shannon: Paul Cramer.
Paul: So what are you going to do? You're just going to stand there?
Kelly: My God. This poor woman. How could you do something like this?
Paul: Kelly, do you want me to call her? Because I will if you don't help me out.
Kelly: Fine! Call her! Go ahead!
Paul: Are you sure that's what you want? Ok.
Paul: Hey. How you doing? It's Paul. No, I really need to talk to you. It's important. It's about your baby.
Paige: I need you to take these tablets before I can go, Mr. Buchanan.
Asa: Hell, no. By the way, which one are you, anyway?
Paige: I'm Dr. Miller, remember? Your primary physician while you're here.
Asa: Sure, I remember. I look stupid?
Paige: No, not at all, Mr. Buchanan.
Asa: Oh, Bo.
Bo: Hey, pa, how's it going?
Asa: This woman -- get this woman out of here. She's trying to poison me.
Paige: I need your dad to take his medication.
Bo: Come on, pa, you got to take your pills. That's not poison. It's going to help you feel better.
Asa: I am better.
Bo: So what do you want to do? Don't you want to go home, or do you just want to lay around here and refuse to take your medication?
Asa: Fine, fine. Who said I wouldn't take it, hmm?
Bo: I'm sorry. I got to apologize for him. Sometimes he can be a little ornery, you know?
Paige: No, it's perfectly understandable.
Paige: Are we still on for dinner?
Bo: You bet.
Asa: Well -- whoa! What are you two whispering about? What are you going to do to me?
Bo: We're not talking about you, pa. We're talking about having dinner tonight.
Bo: Yeah. Together.
Asa: You two are dating?
Asa: What in the hell is wrong with you, Bo? Why would you date her? You are in love with Nora.
Nora: Hi, Asa. Did I just hear my name?
Riley: I shouldn't have walked away when she came to me --
Daniel: No, hey, son, son, listen, listen, you were hurting.
Riley: Yeah, but, you know, it's what started her off, and now she's on this place, and I don't know if she can make it back.
Daniel: Just hang in there, ok?
Riley: But she should have come to me first, right?
Daniel: Riley, Riley, she was ashamed -- of her own mother, for God's sakes. I mean, for Lindsay to allow herself to be videotaped having sex -- that's a hell of a burden for a daughter to carry around, and, look, if Paul Cramer was blackmailing her, threatening he'd put it on the internet --
Riley: Look, I told her I understood why she did it, you know, but that's what did it and started her on this kick, and now she's treating herself the way she always used to, and everything that she's gained --
Daniel: Well, then, just give her time, ok?
Riley: What other choice do I have? You know, and tonight I got to go to Boston with this gig and --
Daniel: I tell you what, Riley, why don't you give her a call, tell her how much you really care.
Riley: Yeah. I can leave her a message, I guess. I just hate leaving town this way. She's in too much of a bad place right now.
Jen: All you've done since you've come to town is lie to people.
Natalie: Buzz off.
Jen: All you cared about was money -- money and trying to wreck things between me and Cristian.
Rex: All right, Jen, just calm down, let it go.
Jen: No, all you did was trash me to Cristian until he believed you, and now you're doing the same thing to Riley. I did not sleep with Paul, and you're making Riley think that I did.
Natalie: Jen, I did not ruin your life, ok? You did that all on your little own.
Jen: Fine. Fine, everything's my fault. Cristian wanted you and not me. Of course, then you had to take him to Vegas and get him murdered!
Rex: Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, everybody, stay cool!
John: What are you doing? How come every time I find you you're out of control?
Natalie: When people hurt me, I hurt them back!
John: Hey, where are you supposed to be right now, because I know it's not here?
John: All right, I'm walking you, all right? Let's get going.
Woman: Oh, my God. My God.
Rex: Sit right here, relax, ok? People say I'm always looking out for you. McBain does the same damn thing for Natalie.
Paul: Look, I mean, if I wasn't your friend, do you think I'd be making this phone call? No, I'm telling you, this is about -- you see, Kelly, now you're starting to figure it out, huh? Money can buy everything. Well, at least a cute little baby boy.
Dorian: David, it's honestly not a matter of trust.
David: Matter of trust, huh? So then you'd trust me if I had a wad of $100 bills I was keeping a secret.
Dorian: I was planning on telling you.
David: Oh, you were, huh? Why don't I believe that, huh? Maybe it's because I don't have any money.
Dorian: What in God's name are you doing here?
Paul: Kelly, you want me to tell them, or would you like the honors?
David: Tell us what?
Paul: Fine. I'll tell you.
Kelly: Paul stole Ace right after he was born. His mother has been looking for him, Paul knows where she is, and he's going to call her and have her come get him.
Paul: No, I didn't tell the real mom where Ace was. Kelly here disconnected my phone call, which was a good thing, because we were just about to start talking about how she was going to get my money, hmm? Now, listen, I need 50,000 right away because I got this little problem I have to take care of. You know, I think the other 50,000 can come in a couple of days, huh? Look, you know what? No one has to know where I got Ace just as long as we cooperate.
Kelly: He means it, Dorian.
Paul: Yeah, I do mean it. So, listen, can you make the first check out to "cash," and -- oh, I'll give you three days to come up with the other 50,000, you know, enough time to get the transfer, huh?
Dorian: If you are not out of this house by the time I finish counting five, you are dead. Five --
Paul: Oh, Kelly --
Dorian: Four, three --
Kelly: Why did you do that?
Riley: I hate this.
Daniel: Hey, hey, Riley, look, it's only for one night. Go to Boston, do the concert. Look, by the time you get back tomorrow, Jen will have a totally different perspective.
Riley: Yeah, but, you know, I didn't think I'd see her self-destructive again.
Daniel: Yeah. Yeah, well, just make sure you don't get too self-destructive again.
Riley: Don't worry. It's bad, but I'm not anywhere close to using again.
Daniel: You've -- you've come a long way, son.
Riley: Well, it was mostly because of her.
Daniel: Yeah, that's true, but she really pulled herself together because of you. Look, just hang in there, Riley. She'll come around.
Riley: I don't know, dad. I don't know.
Jen: She ruined everything. Now Riley thinks that I don't care about him.
Rex: Look, take a deep breath, ok?
Jen: No -- I didn't put a hand on her.
Rex: No, Jen, look, don't leave! Look, just stay and -- Jen?
John: You going to be all right?
Natalie: Yeah, sure, great.
John: Look, the stuff you told me Jen said about Cristian, that's not right. If anybody's to blame for that, it's me.
Natalie: I just want you to know, I haven't been drinking or anything. I haven't had a lot of sleep, but --
John: Ok. Is that why you lost it on Jen?
Natalie: What happened with us?
Natalie: Yeah. I mean, we had a connection. I mean, I know we had a connection. We had something. You know, we came from the same place, we wanted the same things, we felt the same. You know, and I understood that you needed that time because of Caitlin, but you took that time, and then all of a sudden you were just gone, and you didn't want me. Why not me? I mean, why Evangeline? I mean, all of a sudden, you just fall in love with her and I'm nobody? Why -- why couldn't you feel that way about me? I wanted you more than anything, and I know you felt something, too. I know you did. Look at me. Damn it, look at me, please. Let yourself feel the way I know you can feel.
Nora: Oh, Asa, for goodness sake, don't be so negative. I didn't bring these so I could make you see how beautiful it was and resent the fact you're not outside. These were probably grown in South America somewhere. It's October, for goodness sake.
Asa: Well, I'll tell you, they look real good. And so do you, honey.
Asa: Don't you think Nora looks real good tonight, Bo?
Bo: Yes, she does, pa.
Nora: Thank you, Bo. What are you guys doing here? I thought you were going out to dinner.
Bo: Oh, we are. I just came by to pick up Paige. So you enjoy your visit with pa.
Nora: I will. Have a good dinner. Bye.
Bo: Thanks. Paige, I'm so sorry. I apologize for my old man.
Paige: You know what? You don't need to. You don't need to apologize, Bo. I mean, your father's mind, it may not be clicking the way that it used to, but it certainly isn't caused by Alzheimerís or dementia or anything like that. I mean, sometimes elderly people, they just get confused, that's all.
Paige: But I do have a question.
Paige: Are you in love with Nora?
Nora: You look good, big guy.
Asa: Don't ever kid a kidder.
Asa: I feel awful, Nora. The only thing I can hope for is that you and Bo will get back together.
Bo: Paige, there is no truth to that at all. I am not in love with Nora.
Paige: Yeah, well, it seems that your father wants you to be.
Bo: Yeah, but that's the thing. I am not.
Paige: You seem awfully sure.
Bo: That's because I am.
Nora: All right, Asa, let's not get into that, ok? So, can you get out, like, get on the grounds or anything, go for a walk? I think it would be important.
Asa: Nora --
Asa: Come here, listen to me. I have been forgetting an awful lot of things lately. Some days it's so bad that I -- I can't remember where the hell I am.
Nora: Well, Asa, that's why you're here, so that they can run some tests on you.
Asa: They've taken the tests, they kind of figured it out what's gone sour in me.
Nora: What is it?
Asa: Nora, I'm dying. I didn't want to tell Bo, because he'd call Clint and everybody'd be standing around this bed waiting for me to croak.
Nora: Well -- isn't there something that the doctors can do?
Asa: It's all there, the test results, the doctors' notes. I'm a goner, Nora.
Nora: God, Asa. My God.
Asa: I -- you know something? Don't even look at them. You are one -- one great gal, Nora. You're good to the core.
Nora: Asa --
Asa: I was wondering if you could grant a dying man his final wish.
Nora: Of course I will. Of course I will. Anything. What is it? Anything.
Asa: Oh, honey, what I want, you know, before I lose everything -- I want to make sure you and Bo are together again, and I want to make sure that you're raising little Matthew under the same roof so I can appreciate it. And I want to see you become Mrs. Bo Buchanan again.
Rex: Whoo! I'll tell you, when you run a nightclub, it's like there's always something, you know? I'm always busy and --
Shannon: Look, we don't have to talk about Jen. We have to talk about us.
Rex: Yeah. Do you think we could hold off on that? Tonight's not -- it's been a long day.
Shannon: Yeah, sure. I'll see you around, though. Enjoy the gift.
Natalie: Oh, my -- oh, my God, I'm -- I'm so sorry. I'm such an idiot.
John: No. You're not. Hey, it's all right, ok? Listen to me, Natalie. It's ok. I know you've been going through a lot lately -- I know things have been tough lately, but you can get through it. You understand me?
Natalie: I'm sorry.
John: You got way too much going for you. Don't you get that? You have too much going for you to let this thing beat you.
Natalie: I'm sorry, ok? I know that we just had a friendship, and now I've wrecked that, too. I'm sorry.
John: No, you didnít. Hey.
John: Hey. I'm not giving up on you. Do you understand me? You should know that by now.
Natalie: Why? I mean, I feel like giving up.
John: No, you donít. You don't feel like quitting. Do you understand me? You don't feel like quitting.
Natalie: I can't -- just leave me alone.
Paul: What, you think I'd just disappear, huh? You owe me, and now it's time you paid up.
David: Kelly, Dorianís right. Paying Paul would be a never-ending story.
Kelly: But he's so out of control. What if he tells someone about Ace? I could lose my son.
Dorian: You don't know that.
Kelly: You may not, but I do.
Dorian: Kelly, Paul is not going to say anything. He's not going to say one word.
On the next "One Life to Live" --
Kelly: I'm scared. I don't know what he's going to try to do next.
Paul: Oh, I take promises very serious, Jen! Ask Kelly. She'll tell you.
David: You aren't by any chance going out to kill Paul, are you?
