One Life to Live Transcript Wednesday 3/17/04

River: This is the “Spirit of the Night”, keeping you company on this St. Patrick's evening. The Irish say there's luck in the air. Well, here's hoping you breathe some in tonight.
Natalie: Hey! Well, Happy St. Patty's Day.
Viki: Thank you, darling, and, you, too.
Natalie: Thank you.
Viki: For you.
Natalie: Ooh, look at this.
Viki: Open it and find out.
Natalie: A shamrock.
Natalie: It's for good luck, right?
Viki: That's what the Irish say, yeah.
Natalie: Beautiful. Thank you.
Viki: You're welcome. Are you closing up tonight?
Natalie: Actually, John's supposed to meet me up here after my shift is over, and we're going to have dinner.
Viki: Is that, like, a date?
Natalie: Well -- I don't know. Maybe.
John: Just hit me, Bo. It's time to move on. I can't do this anymore.
Bo: Well, it sounds to me like you ran up against some people at the F.B.I. that are more interested in their own egos than they are doing a good job.
John: I did it by the book.
Bo: Look, hey, I can vouch for that.
John: I wanted this conviction, and not just for Caitlin, but for Gabrielle. For all of them.
Bo: Well, the bureau's lost one hell of a good man.
John: Thanks for saying so.
Bo: So what are you going to do now?
Officer: Hey, you still work here, Marcie?
Marcie: Oh, yeah. Sorry, sorry. Llanview Police Department. How may I direct your call? Sure, sure, hold on.
Marcie: No, I'm sorry -- I'm -- oh. Michael, I'm so glad it was you.
Michael: Is this the novel?
Marcie: Yeah, well, they're just some character sketches.
Michael: Do we know who the killer is yet?
Marcie: Not until you read it. You'll know when you read it.
Michael: I'll read it now.
Marcie: No, no, not until it's finished. Besides, I promised your mother that we would help her move in with Natalie and Roxy. Remember? I just hope we're not making a mistake.
Roxy: Ooh, two months rent upfront. I knew you'd make a good roommate, Eve.
Eve: Well, we'll see. I've lived alone for a long time.
Roxy: Well, there's plenty of time to be alone when you get in your coffin. Tonight, I think we should raise the roof. I think we should live it up. St. Patrick's Day 2004 at Rodi’s. What do you say?
Eve: I can't tonight. I've got a set later at Capricorn.
Roxy: You do? And how come I wasn't invited?
Eve: You're invited now.
Roxy: All right, I'm coming.
Adriana: Hey. Too late to get a manicure?
Roxy: Hey, honey, for you, anything.
Roxy: Oh! This is Eve McBain. This is Adriana -- well, I don't even know what last name you're going under.
Adriana: Oh, hi.
Roxy: Anyway, this is River's girlfriend.
Eve: Oh, right. I met River. He's adorable.
Adriana: Yeah, he is, isn't he?
Eve: Ladies, I have to go meet my niece Shannon. I shall be back shortly.
Roxy: I'll see you later.
Eve: Nice to meet you.
Roxy: All right, honey, we're going to pick a color, any color you like, and I'm going to go set up.
River: And not long ago, someone I loved came back into my life. She was brought back from far away for the wrong reasons, for a pot of gold that had nothing to do with a rainbow. But she's here, and I hope she's feeling half as lucky as I do tonight.
Dorian: Thank you.
Blair: Is that a wedding gift?
Dorian: Oh, it's not for me.
Dorian: It's for Starr. From Todd.
Viki: I think a cup of tea would be nice.
Natalie: Yes, absolutely.
Viki: Thanks, honey. Kevin.
Natalie: Hey, what are you doing? Working here now?
Kevin: What? Oh, no, I was talking to the manager. Someone from the office saw Kelly here the other night, said she looked like she wasn't feeling well.
Viki: Did she tell you she was ill?
Kevin: No, I haven't even talked to her. Supposedly, she went to Houston to see friends. At least that's what Paul said.
Viki: She went to Houston without telling you? What?
Kevin: Paul said that she was upset because I was spending time with Blair.
Paul: Hey. Happy St. Patrick's Day. You're not feeling any better?
Kelly: I saw the doctor. I asked him if Kevin and I could try again, how long I would have to wait before I could get pregnant.
Paul: Kelly --
Kelly: He said that -- that I -- I can't have any more children. All my life, I -- I wanted to be a mother, ever since I can remember. Now I never will be.
Paul: I'm so sorry.
Kelly: You're my last hope, Paul. You have to help me, please.
Paul: I've thought a lot about this, all right? A lot. And it's not because it's too weird or because we can get into a lot of trouble, but I -- I just -- I can’t.
Paul: Because of Kevin.
Daniel: Hey. Wow. Lindsay, you really do great things to that color.
Lindsay: Oh, thank you.
Daniel: Listen, I called your home, but you had already left.
Lindsay: Yeah, I think I have my cell phone turned off.
Daniel: I have to go upstairs for a Corrections Department hearing.
Daniel: Now. Look, I could catch up with you later. Look, honey, I'm really sorry.
Lindsay: That's ok.
Daniel: All right, see you.
Rex: What do you want? I'm busy.
Riley: I was thinking of getting Midnight Logic back and playing again.
Rex: Without Flash? I don't think so.
Riley: She will be back, and I want the band ready and waiting for her when she is.
Sheyne: We were hoping to do some acoustic sets in here, looking for some new people to jam with.
Rex: Well, it might pass the time on quiet nights. Ok.
Jen: Look who I found.
Riley: Ho! Ha-ha! How's it going?
Sheyne: Where have you been?
Jen: I called his parents. They gave me his number in Philly.
J.K.: Jen says you're going to start playing here again, huh?
Riley: Well -- maybe.
Rex: Ok. If there's something in it for me.
Viki: So Paul just said Houston?
Kevin: That's the last word I got. You know, it's so strange. I thought we were together on the whole Blair issue, you know. She knows Blair’s sick, she knows that she needs her family around, she needs support.
Viki: Yeah, well, I hear you defending your relationship with Blair a lot. I don't hear a lot of "I miss my wife, I love my wife."
Kevin: Of course I miss her, mother. If I didn't love her, I would have gone ahead with the divorce. And I didn't just stay because of the baby. I stayed because Kelly I -- you know, we started to get back what we had, and I thought we could be a family again.
Viki: Well, you still can be.
Kevin: I got to find her, make sure she knows that.
Viki: Ok, good luck, and let me know.
Kevin: Ok, thanks.
Natalie: Hey, mom? Do you think it's possible that Kevin and Blair are still -- you know --?
Viki: Oh, honey, you know what I think? I think that Kevin is trying very, very hard at this point to do the right thing. But I think his very obvious feelings for Blair are going to make that difficult.
Dorian: Honey, you know, you've been a wreck ever since they let Todd out of Statesville. I'm worried about you.
Blair: Well, you know what? I'm just a little bit worried myself. You and I both know what he's like when he's up to something. It's just a matter of what and when it comes.
Dorian: You know, maybe I shouldn't leave. David and I -- we could postpone our trip to Puerto Rico.
Blair: No, Dorian, no, no. I'm going to be busy working on the magazine with Kevin and -- you know, he's the only one that makes me feel safe.
Dorian: Oh, I didn't hear that.
Blair: I'm not going to give this to Starr. I think it'll only make her miss her daddy more.
Dorian: Good. I'll get rid of it.
Starr: That's from dad, isn't it?
Dorian: Young lady, haven't you been taught that it's rude to eavesdrop?
Starr: You taught me not to take other people's things!
Blair: Starr Manning, you bring -- oh! Is Todd always going to make my children hate me?
Kelly: I know Kevin. I know him better than anyone. He could love me if I had a child.
Paul: Kelly, I need to tell you something.
Paul: I lied to you. When I saw Kevin the other night and I told him that you were in Texas -- when I found Kevin, he was with Blair.
Kelly: Doing what?
Paul: Some business meeting, they said. Kelly, I'm sorry.
Kelly: That's ok. I need to know the truth.
Paul: Listen; now that Blair is not with Todd anymore, what makes you think a baby is going to keep Kevin from running off with her?
River: St. Pat was a guy who did his own thing. He made the king mad just by lighting a fire when the king hadn't got his own going yet. But when the king's men went to put Pat's fire out, it wouldn't die. I like that story. It reminds me of someone I love. A bunch of people have tried to keep us apart, but it was like St. Patrick's fire and it kept burning. It lit the way for my soul mate to get back to me.
Shannon: "Soul mate"? I bet that D.J. doesn’t even have a girlfriend.
Adriana: I think he's romantic.
Shannon: He needs a cold shower.
Eve: Hey, girls. You've met my niece Shannon.
Eve: She just started at Llanview U.
Roxy: Oh, so that's the bod connected to the voice.
Shannon: Some people say that I'm an acquired taste.
Roxy: They say that about me, too, cookie.
Adriana: Hi. I'm Adriana.
Roxy: Oh, oh, so if you're a relative, then you get the 10% professional discount at foxy Roxy's. And here at the hair haven, we have style.
Shannon: Well, it is definitely a fashion risk, but I respect you for taking it.
Roxy: Hey, you're all right, kiddo. You know, Llanview going to be a lot more fun with the McBain’s around.
Marcie: No, no, don't touch it!
Michael: I'm only going to read a couple of pages.
Michael: Wait, come on, it's not like you're ready to leave yet.
Marcie: Haven't you ever heard what happens if a writer lets someone read their work before it's finished?
Marcie: Well, neither have I, but it doesn't matter because I know it's not going to be good.
Michael: Yeah, well, I think that someone would say that the writer was great and she would go on to write a bestseller.
Marcie: What if someone thinks that she's not great?
Michael: Well, that someone would be a total idiot-- is that why you're not letting me read this?
Marcie: You don't know that I'm going to be good.
Michael: Yes, I do. You know what? I'll wait to read it until you're ready.
Marcie: Thanks. Hmm -- no, I'm not ready for that. You know what? Since I'm not going to be ready for a while, why don't you go talk to your brother John? You know, you could help him catch up. Tell him that your mom's coming to move into town. Come on. Listen, he's had a really rough day. He could use some cheering up.
John: First thing I need to do is talk to my mom. It's about everything that happened. She was thinking about moving here, and I don't want her to make any changes because of me.
Bo: So where are you going to go?
John: Someplace that doesn't remind me of Haver.
Bo: You think that place even exists? No, John, Haver was willing to blow himself up just to prove that he could beat you. Now, he's not going to give up on that until they put the needle in his arm.
John: So keep him around, study him. Maybe you can find some way to stop the Havers out there before they even get started. Hey, look, I'll always be in debt to you for saving my mom, and I just -- I wanted to say it was a honor, Commissioner.
Bo: The honor was all mine. Uh -- John, you know what? If you got a minute, I'd just like to pick your brain about something.
Bo: I'm looking for a new Chief of Detectives here at the department, and I wondered if you had any thoughts about what I should look for in a candidate?
John: Hey, look no further than Antonio.
Bo: Well, yeah, but see, he was just reinstated, so that'd be a hard sell.
John: Then maybe just find someone that still thinks the world's worth fighting for.
Natalie: You know, mom, I don't think you're going to like this. If Kevin really is in love with Blair, shouldn't the two of them be together?
Viki: No, not right now. That would not be a good idea. Kevin needs to resolve his marriage to Kelly one way or the other, and Blair needs to figure it out, just exactly what her feelings for Todd are.
Natalie: Really? Even after this whole trial thing?
Viki: Absolutely, yes. Besides which, Todd is out of prison now. And if Kevin goes anywhere near Blair, I don't know what Todd will do.
John: They probably want someone that worked homicide, who knows forensics, good instincts.
Bo: You know what? I think I know just the person. Want the job?
Kelly: I thought you wanted to help me.
Paul: Kelly, I do, any way I can.
Kelly: Then let me handle Kevin.
Paul: Kelly, come on. I mean, please, give it a few days. I mean you haven't fully recovered yet.
Kelly: What about the $30 million, hmm? You think Dorian and David murdered Aunt Betsy to get her money. Don't you want proof?
Paul: Not if you end up getting hurt even more.
Kelly: Fine. Just go, go.
Paul: Kelly, please --
Kelly: Go! I want to be alone.
Paul: I'll be back later.
Blair: You going to tell me what your dad gave you?
Starr: It's private.
Dorian: Is it alive?
Starr: It's something to keep the bad stuff away.
Blair: Bad stuff? What bad stuff?
Starr: I can't tell you, and don't go snooping around my room, either. If you find what dad got me, then it'll lose its secret powers.
Blair: Sweetie, what are you scared of? I mean, tell me so I can help you.
Starr: No. I don't think so.
Kevin: Hey, Marcie, is Bo in?
Marcie: He's in the office with Agent McBain.
Kevin: All right, I'll wait.
John: Last thing you need around here, Bo, is a former undercover fed with a rep for roughing up suspects.
Bo: No, but that was a one-time thing, right? Right? Yeah.
Bo: No, look, the caseload here is pretty routine. It's not a lot of bureaucracy, and you'd be head of your own team.
John: I appreciate the offer, I do.
Bo: All right, well, just give it some thought, ok? And we'll talk about it.
John: I will.
Bo: All right.
Bo: Hey, Kev.
Kevin: Hey. Bo. How you doing?
Bo: Good, good. You doing all right?
Kevin: Yeah. You know, this is -- it's probably nothing. I'm just worried about Kelly. She left word that she was going to Texas, and I haven't heard from her. I really don't know where to reach her.
Bo: All right, why don't you wait in my office? I'll be back in a sec.
Kevin: All right, thanks, man.
Bo: Thank you.
Kelly: Kevin? Come meet your son.
Kevin: God, I hope she's all right.
Natalie: So I got the phone call that Cristian was alive and fell for it.
Viki: Oh, honey, of course you would believe that.
Natalie: Then I found out it was a lie. You know, and then I just felt like it was somebody knocking on my head, saying, "hey, don't you get it? Cristian's dead. He's not coming back, ever." I thought I was going to die. So I kept thinking, what would I do? I mean, what would I do if I had a second chance?
Viki: Do you think that John could be a part of a second chance?
Natalie: Since the other night, I feel different. You know, like a door has opened. And now that John’s caught Caitlin’s killer and the case is closed -- I don't know.
Viki: I hope you have a good time tonight.
Natalie: Of course, he's a half-hour late, but that's ok.
Viki: Oh, honey, I'll wait with you.
Natalie: No. No, no, no. He'll be here. Plus that I have good luck now.
Viki: Well, ok. All right, have fun, and I'll talk to you tomorrow.
Natalie: Thank you.
Viki: I love you.
Natalie: I love you, too.
Viki: Bye, babe.
Michael: Hey, John.
Michael: Listen, I just wanted to let you know mom's moving to Llanview.
John: She is? It's a done deal?
Michael: Yeah, yeah. We're on our way over there, Marcie and I, to help her move some stuff in. Do you want to come? You look like you could use a break.
Jen: Either you want Midnight Logic to play or you don't, you're not getting anything from me.
Rex: Not even to help music boy? Boy, you didn't waste any time moving in on him.
Jen: Yeah, Riley’s hot. He knows how to please a woman. Do you want me to tell you all about it? You can tell me all about you and my mother.
Rex: I told you, that -- that -- that --
Rex: That's over.
Jen: It happened.
Riley: Everything ok?
Jen: I'm fine. I really need a drink.
Riley: No, hey, I got a better idea. Why don't you come over and listen to the song J.K.'s been working on. All right? Come on.
Riley: Come on; let's get out of here.
Daniel: Hey, listen, sorry if I haven't said anything, but that was great work bringing Haver in.
Bo: Well, I think McBain deserves most of the credit for that.
Daniel: Yeah, but he couldn't have done it without you, though.
Bo: You ok, Colson?
Daniel: Yeah, yeah. Why?
Bo: I don't know. You just -- you seem to me a little -- I don't know -- laid back today.
Daniel: Yeah, you know, I guess I'm glad I wrapped up work early enough to salvage my date.
Bo: Have fun.
Daniel: I will, thanks. Listen, about Agent McBain’s mother -- is she ok? She had a close call the other night.
Eve: Thank you all again.
Marcie: Yeah, any time.
Michael: Yeah, no problem. You know, Marcie and I are looking for a St. Patty's Day party if anybody else is interested -- John.
Shannon: I think I'm going to hang out here for a while.
John: I'm just going to talk to mom about something, so --
Eve: Bye, guys.
Eve: Have fun.
Michael: Bye. Yes.
Eve: I'm all yours.
John: I probably should have said something before you unpacked all those boxes, but I don't think I'm staying in Llanview.
John: Does that mean it's ok?
Eve: Do you think I moved to Llanview just for you?
John: And Michael and Shannon.
Eve: And I love you all dearly, but I did this for me.
John: Well, that's great, mom. I'm happy --
Eve: You and Michael pushed me, and I wanted to be closer to him and to you. But it was actually your father that convinced me.
John: I'm not sure what that means, mom.
Eve: Don't worry, honey. I'm not losing my mind.
Eve: But -- I did see him when I thought I was going to die.
Eve: I was so happy. I was so happy to see him. I just wanted to go to him, and he just said no. He told me that I needed to stop waiting for him and to move on and start a new life. So, if you go, I'll miss you, but I know you need to live your own life. Sorry.
John: Hey, I hope you like your new place.
Eve: Thank you, baby. I love you.
John: I love you, too. I'm going to go, all right?
Roxy: Was that Johnny?
Eve: Oh, gosh, you just missed him.
Roxy: Oh, shucks, I missed him. Well, you live with me, and he's going to be coming around the house, casually running into Nattie.
Eve: Well, don't bet the rent money on it.
River: To all of you out there living like tonight could be your last, you never know. Better go for it.
Rex: Ah, dance with me.
Lindsay: No. I didn't come here to dance.
Rex: Yeah, but you're here, so why not?
Lindsay: Because I came here to talk business. The restaurant, remember?
Rex: Oh, that's really why you came?
Lindsay: You don't have a business proposal for me, do you?
Rex: Yeah, we can talk about that later.
Lindsay: Well, you tell me when later is.
Rex: You don't really want to go, do you?
Lindsay: Make me want to stay.
Daniel: You know I was hoping they weren't here, but I kind of figured they were.
Jen: Well, I guess you'd know better than I would.
Daniel: Let's get the hell out of here. What do you say I buy you two guys dinner?
Kevin: I just think it's strange she hasn't called.
Bo: Well, you and Kelly were having some problems, weren't you?
Kevin: And maybe this is her way of showing me that she's still mad about Blair.
Bo: Any reason why she should be?
Kevin: No, not now, not -- not ever again.
Kevin: Excuse me. I'm sorry. Hello.
Kelly: Hey, it's me.
Kevin: Kelly. Where are you?
Kevin: Well, are you all right? The baby?
Kelly: Yeah, we're fine. The baby's fine.
Kevin: Thank God. You know how worried I've been?
Kelly: I just needed to get away.
Kevin: This trip have anything to do with Blair?
Kelly: Yeah, that was part of it.
Kevin: Honey, I am so sorry. I just -- I wish you would have talked to me.
Kelly: It was good for me to be by myself for a little bit. I just needed to think.
Kevin: Well, look, I want you here with me, all right? I miss you. I mean we're having a baby together, for crying out loud. Kelly, are you there?
Kelly: Yeah, I'm here.
Kevin: Well, where are you staying? I called everyone we knew.
Kelly: I'm staying with Jean Ebersol and her husband. You don't know them.
Kevin: Well, when are you coming home?
Kelly: Soon. I'm -- I'm taking the train. I don't want to fly this late in the pregnancy.
Kevin: Are you sure you're all right?
Kelly: Yeah, I'm fine.
Kevin: I love you.
Kelly: I love you, too. Keep working on the nursery, ok?
Kevin: Sure, yeah. Listen, I --
Dorian: Here we are.
Viki: Well, Dorian, I have a little gift for you.
Viki: Happy St. Patrick's Day.
Dorian: Why, thank you, Viki.
Viki: I thought we'd have a little toast. Do you recognize it?
Dorian: Oh, wait a minute. Wait. This is the brand that we got off the plane and we drank in the cave.
Viki: Yes, exactly. So, I thought we would have a little toast to, well, the luck of the Irish and to survival.
Dorian: Indeed. Mmm.
Viki: Whoo. Goes right through you.
Dorian: Please sit down.
Viki: Thank you.
Dorian: Did you call your doctor and make an appointment?
Viki: You know what? I have an appointment, a regular checkup scheduled in a couple of months, so I think that's fine.
Dorian: Viki, this shouldn't wait.
Viki: I really do thank you for your concern, doctor.
Dorian: You know I am very seriously considering renewing my license. Llanview Hospital needs more doctors.
Viki: Really? You would reapply to Llanview Hospital? I mean I know it was a long time ago.
Dorian: It was an accidental death.
Viki: Yes, but you covered it up.
Dorian: I was afraid.
Viki: Well, I know that.
Dorian: I wish you had known it back then.
Viki: I did. Dorian, I never wanted you to be dismissed from the hospital. In fact, I think I was the only board member who voted to keep you on.
Roxy: Where's Natalie? Yo, Natalie, what do you think? Well, what do you think?
River: So I hope you're all as lucky as I am tonight. My soul mate's with me again. This is for you, wherever you are right now.
Shannon: You probably think he's talking about you, don't you?
Adriana: I know he is. See you later.
[Knock on door]
Lindsay: Why don't we go somewhere?
Rex: Why don't we stay here?
Lindsay: Here? You want to stay here?
Rex: Yes, well, lucky for us I own the place.
Riley: Burgers are on the way.
Roxy: Say hello to best costume of St. Paddy's Day 2004. I won 50 bucks.
Daniel: Well, you know, no one is more deserving than you.
Roxy: I like the way you think, Danny Boy, so how about if I buy you a beer with my prize money?
Daniel: You know, as tempting as that sounds, I think I'm going to have to pass.
Roxy: Not even on St. Patrick's Day?
Daniel: Not even on St. Patrick's Day.
Roxy: Shucks. Later.
Michael: Hey, listen, I got some time off coming up. You got spring break coming up. I was thinking maybe we could go somewhere and do something.
Marcie: Oh, no, I can’t. I have to study.
Michael: Nobody studies over spring break.
Marcie: Come on, I told you that I have to lock myself in my room and I have to snuggle up next to my books.
Michael: Hmm. You, alone, a deserted college campus --
Michael: Sounds like it could be good.
Marcie: Hey, what time do we have to be at Capricorn?
Michael: Oh, relax. We got plenty of time. My mom doesn't go on for a while. Although, I can't remember if I told John what time to be there.
Marcie: Oh, I'm sure your mom told him about it. I wouldn't worry.
Michael: Yeah. Yeah, I hope so. I mean he's got to be there.
Natalie: Hmm. No wonder you forgot.
John: I'm sorry. I -- I lost track of time. I hope you're not mad.
Natalie: So, does this mean that you've made a decision about Uncle Bo's offer?
John: Yeah, I don't think so, Natalie.
Natalie: You should take it.
John: Yeah? Why is that?
Natalie: Oh, I don't know. I mean, wouldn't it be great to see your mom terrorize Roxy?
River: For me, St. Patrick's Day isn't about snakes or shamrocks. It's about a guy who was willing to die for what he believed in. That kind of passion is what makes us alive. If you've got it, don't ever let it go. This is the “Spirit of the Night”, people, signing off. Peace.
Adriana: Great show, Spirit.
River: Hey. You heard all that?
Adriana: Almost. You're a hit. Well, except with one girl I met, but she doesn't count.
River: Really? Why not?
Adriana: Because she hates anything romantic.
Adriana: You know I almost gave away who the spirit was. Does anybody else know?
River: Just one person.
Dorian: Viki, I want to thank you so much. It means a great deal to me that you support my going back on staff at the hospital. It makes my going on a honeymoon even sweeter.
Viki: A honeymoon? I thought you said the wedding was -- I thought you and David didn't get --
Dorian: We didn't get married, but just because the wedding was called off doesn't mean that the honeymoon should be canceled.
Viki: No, of course not. Well, you know what? I'm going to go say goodbye to Blair, but bon voyage, have a wonderful trip, and erin go bragh.
Dorian: May the road rise up -- whatever -- etc., etc.
Viki: Thank you.
Dorian: Bye-bye, and thank you.
Viki: Yes, thank you. Thank you. Hey, Starr.
Starr: Do you want to see what my dad got me?
Viki: Sure, I do.
Starr: He said you're the only one I can show this to. He said this will remind me of who I am and where I came from.
Blair: Hey, Nora, I'm sorry to call so late. I was thinking that maybe we should get some more police security from Todd. Yeah. Well, no, there hasn't been a threat or anything, you know. Well, he actually sent Starr a package. Why, I don't know. You're right. I'm probably overreacting. Ok. Bye.
Kevin: I'm going to go to Texas and bring home Kelly myself.
Bo: Did she give you an address?
Kevin: Just a name. I don't know the people.
Bo: It's a big state, Kevin.
Kevin: Yeah, well, my friends are well connected in Houston, so --
Bo: Yeah, that's right. Good luck.
Kevin: Hey, thanks for everything.
Bo: Any time.
[Knock on door]
Bo: Yeah? Hey.
Eve: Hi. Am I interrupting?
Bo: No, no. I was just finishing up.
Eve: Great. I -- I realized I never properly thanked you for saving my life. Thank you, Commissioner.
Bo: Well, you're welcome. You know, it was a lot of luck involved with that.
Eve: Oh, right. All in a day's work, right?
Bo: Yeah, something like that.
Eve: Listen, I am starting my new job singing at Capricorn. I'm nervous.
Bo: Why? No, you're going to be great.
Eve: Oh, come on. Listen, I just -- I brought you a couple of tickets if you'd like to come and bring a date.
Bo: Thank you, I'd love to come, but -- I'm only going to need the one ticket.
Natalie: Sorry, your burger kind of got cold.
John: That's ok. I'm used to it by now.
