Natalie: You know, I still cannot believe that Haver actually convinced me that Cristian was alive.
Carlotta: If only it had been. Oh, gracias a dios, I still have my other children.
Adriana: Your other children?
Carlotta: Well, you're still my godchild even though Dorian turned out to be your real mother.
Antonio: What did you just say?
Adriana: Oh, you didn't know? Dorian Lord's my real mom.
Antonio: Who told you that?
Adriana: She did. I guess everybody knew, but she just told me a month ago.
Antonio: Oh. You knew and you never told me?
David: You look a little overdressed for a plane ride. Why don't you let me assist you in that department?
Dorian: David, what are you talking about?
David: I'm talking about our honeymoon.
Dorian: We didn't get married, remember?
David: But we decided to go on a honeymoon anyway, remember?
Dorian: I thought "honeymoon" was just an expression.
David: You were pretty expressive last night. Besides, a honeymoon is more than sex. It's cocktails aprŤs sex.
Dorian: Oh, wait -- I have to get to my meeting with Dr. Long at the hospital.
David: You want to give up a tropical paradise so you can talk about some job? Why do you want that, anyway? You got everything you want.
Dorian: Yes. So does Viki. Only you don't see her wiling away her hours doing absolutely nothing.
David: Oh, so that's what this is all about.
Dorian: No, it has nothing to do with Viki. Except I can tell you -- she's not the only one in this town who can make a difference.
Viki: Jess. Hi, baby.
Riley: What -- what's the problem?
Jen: As if college isn't hard enough. Now I always have to see my mother-in-law? She's probably going to come over here and give me another lecture.
Riley: Just stick your head in your book and maybe she won't notice.
[Marcie and Michael laugh]
Marcie: Oh, no, oh, oh -- oh, my gosh --
Michael: Marcie, what are you doing?
Marcie: It's President Davidson. She can't see me.
Marcie: Because --
Michael: I thought you two were chummy.
Marcie: Well, she's not going to like me very much when she sees this.
Jessica: Are you sure that you're ok, mom?
Viki: Yes, honey, I'm absolutely fine. I mean, I'm tired, you know, but that's certainly nothing to worry about.
Jessica: Well, I bet you're tired with all this Dr. Haver stuff and running the campus with all the curfews and security and --
Viki: Well, I think we've all been under stress, and no one more than you and Natalie.
Jessica: Yeah, well, I'm feeling a lot better.
Viki: I'm glad.
Jessica: Certainly -- certainly won't need these sleeping pills anymore.
Viki: Well, that'd be good.
Viki: I'm glad. In fact, I think we'll all rest a little easier now that Stephen Haverís in jail.
John: Standard procedure -- automatic suspension for any agent under investigation.
Bo: But you didn't do anything wrong.
[Knock on door]
Bo: It's open.
John: You looking for me, Chief?
Christopher: The Commissioner.
John: You found him. I'll see you later, Bo.
Bo: Ok. Please, have a seat.
Christopher: Thank you.
Bo: Chief Scoletta, I do appreciate you agreeing to meet with me like this.
Christopher: You're to be commended on Haverís arrest.
Bo: Well, thank you, but we all have to remember that it was Agent McBain that did that. Otherwise, this would be an ongoing case right now if it weren't for McBain.
Christopher: Or it went longer because of him. Depends on your point of view, don't you think?
Bo: Yeah. See, my point of view comes right from the firing line with McBain, and he did a great job. That's why I asked if I could speak to you. Because I understand that he's been suspended, and I think that you should reconsider.
Stephen: What a lovely surprise.
Jessica: Is it? Didn't you know I was going to come? Don't you know everything about me?
Stephen: I know what a kind and caring person you are.
Jessica: And gullible and ignorant?
Stephen: Never underestimate yourself, Jessica. One of the brightest, most insightful students I ever had.
Jessica: Not bright enough to see through you.
Stephen: It's one of your greatest strengths -- to see the best in people. And, yes, one of your greatest weaknesses, as well.
Jessica: Well, not anymore.
Stephen: Why did you come here today?
Jessica: Well, as you know, I have been writing a series of articles on the music box murders, and I have one more to write. I need some answers.
Stephen: I'm sure you do.
David: The hospital will wait and meet with you until we get back.
Dorian: We've already discussed this. I'm getting my coat.
David: No, you're not. Come here. Where you and I are going, you're not going to need a coat. Warm ocean breezes wafting over us --
David: Hmm. Swaying palm trees --
Dorian: Oh. If you're trying to seduce me --
David: Sipping mai tais on the beach, just you and me.
Dorian: Hmm -- it's not going to work.
David: You rubbing suntan lotion on my skin. Me enjoying it. You shimmying up a coconut tree to fetch me a coconut. Me enjoying it.
Dorian: David, now stop this!
David: Making love on the beach under the stars until the blue, crimson, and pink sunrise.
Dorian: Oh --
David: Making love on the beach all day long until the bright --
David: Orange sun dips behind the --
Dorian: Oh --
David: Oh, come on! I'm painting a picture here!
Dorian: Hello. Oh, yes. Oh, no, no, no, I'm going to keep the meeting, I -- I'm, in fact, slightly delayed, but I'm on my way. Bye-bye.
David: Dorian, don't go. Come on, come with me.
Dorian: David, don't you understand how important this hospital position is to me?
David: I understand how important it is, but getting out of here is also important to us. We got to get away from all this madness at crŤme Brule.
Dorian: I promise you, we will, soon. Ok?
David: Give me a goodbye kiss.
David: Goodbye. Give me one more.
Dorian: David -- goodbye.
David: That one didn't count. Come here.
Dorian: Good -- good. Very good.
Adriana: I haven't really known that Dorian was my mom that long, Antonio.
Antonio: A month. That's long enough for somebody to tell me.
Carlotta: You forget how busy you were with that music box murders? I didn't want to bother you at a time like that --
Antonio: Bother me? Adriana's family.
Adriana: And I always thought of you and Cristian as older brothers.
Antonio: Look, honey, I know how much you loved your parents. How are you dealing with this?
Adriana: I'm getting used to it.
Carlotta: Yeah, we're all going to have to. One good thing came out of this. Adriana is going to get a great deal of money as an inheritance from her Great-Aunt Betsy.
Antonio: Why you?
Carlotta: Because she wanted her heir to be a female and never married.
Adriana: And that doesn't leave much in the Cramer family except Starr.
Antonio: Oh, ok, so -- all right, ok, I see now. So that's why this came out after all these years, why Adriana all of a sudden is Dorianís long-lost daughter -- so that she can inherit the money.
Carlotta: Well, a big donation to the hospitals in Puerto Rico, and $30 million --
Antonio: $30 million -- $30 million? Wait a second. Don't you go anywhere, $30 million? Wait a minute. How did Adriana end up in Puerto Rico?
Carlotta: Por favor, Antonio. No mas. It's a very long story.
Antonio: I've got time.
Carlotta: Well, I donít. I have a flan that has to come out of the oven ahora.
Antonio: Yeah, well, you know what? For the first time, the flan can -- ugh!
Carlotta: What if you found out something about me, something terrible?
Antonio: You know what? You're keeping something from me. Something's going on here. I want to know what.
Carlotta: All right. If you're going to continue to badger me about it -- if you must know, I was there when Dorian gave birth to Adriana.
Antonio: In Puerto Rico?
Carlotta: And I had to keep it a secret. I kept the secret all these years.
Antonio: Why? Why? What was --?
Carlotta: Because I gave Dorian my word! Besides, Tonio, Adriana had a wonderful life with Ramona and Cesar in Puerto Rico -- por favor, no more questions, no mas. I'm upset enough about this already as it is.
Riley: Mrs. Davidson isn't even looking at you.
Jen: What if she saw me?
Riley: What is she going to do? You're passing all your classes.
Riley: Better than before, like not at all.
Jen: Ok, you're right. You know what? I should be easier on myself. I should- - I should give myself a break. Let's go to The Palace for bloody marys.
Riley: I thought you were going to cool it with the drinking.
Jen: And are you just saying no to drugs?
Riley: I'm trying.
Jen: It's not easy, is it?
Riley: No. It's hell sometimes, but you're making it easier.
Jen: Me? Look, you're into some trouble if you think that you can lean on me, Riley.
Riley: Maybe we can lean on each other.
Jen: Unless we both crash at the same time.
Riley: Won't happen, not if we count on each other.
Jen: You really think you can count on me?
Riley: I'm willing to give it a shot if you are.
Jen: I guess it's worth a try.
Michael: You see this isn't really as bad as you think it is.
Marcie: It's a D.
Michael: Yeah, but if you take a look, see, you made the same mistake here, here, and -- well, basically you made the same mistake through the whole thing. You change that, and you got an A.
Marcie: Why didn't I see that in the first place?
Michael: Well, probably because you got about a million other things on your mind.
Marcie: Before I had a life, my grades were my life.
Michael: Well, that's not good, either. Listen, there's got to be a way that we can find a happy medium for you.
Marcie: Well, I'm going to have to. Otherwise, I'm going to lose my scholarship. I can't really give up my job at the police station right now. Bo's counting on me way too much. And I don't want to give up my radio show. I really love doing that. Maybe I'm just going to have to give up the idea of writing this novel. I --
Michael: You're doing that? You're writing "The Killing Club"?
Marcie: No, I'm not anymore.
Michael: Listen, I'm sorry. You can't give that up.
Marcie: I can't flunk out of school.
Michael: All right, tell you what -- I'll help you pass this course.
Marcie: You don't have time to help me pass this course.
Michael: For you, my dear, I have all the time in the world. Besides, it'll give us another reason to have to get together.
Viki: Excuse me.
Viki: Pardon me, Marcie.
Marcie: Hi, Mrs. Davidson.
Viki: Marcie, I need to address the student body today, so we're going to have to cut your radio show a little short.
Marcie: Oh, ok. Yeah.
Viki: I have some security measures that I want to talk to the students about. And I've also decided to set aside a section of the quad garden as a memorial for Dr. Haver's victims.
Marcie: That's beautiful.
Viki: Well, let's hope so. Now that he's in jail, hopefully the young ladies of this university are not in danger anymore and we can all move forward, ok?
Jessica: Why did you do it? Why did you kill those women?
Stephen: You haven't heard the theory that the papers are trumpeting about my mommy?
Jessica: A lot of people have bad parents. Doesn't mean they kill 36 women in seven states. Why did you do it?
Stephen: And why didn't you see it sooner? That's what you want to know. After working together so long, side-by-side, that's really what you want to know. Look at me, Jessica. Do you see a monster?
Jessica: I'm not falling for that again.
Stephen: Jessica -- are you afraid that you're going to see the goodness that's inside of me? You'll see a man -- no more, no less -- and a boy -- a boy who survived a neglectful and abusive mother only to be turned over to an abusive grandmother and a neglectful grandfather. But a boy who survived. 8 years old --
John: What the hell do you think you're doing here? One more word out of you, I'm going to knock you out. You -- what are you thinking about? You know what he's trying to do.
Jessica: I'm ok. I'm fine.
John: Ok, what are you doing here?
Jessica: I just needed some answers.
John: Jessica, there are no answers here. Now, listen, go and do not come back here.
Jessica: Ok, I'll go.
Stephen: I would have thought you'd have been released from this case by now.
John: Would you give us a minute here? It's ok. Go get a cup of coffee or something. It's ok.
Stephen: So, what is this, a social call?
John: You know, I know what you're trying to do with that girl -- you know, all that voodoo stuff.
Stephen: I merely granted her access for an interview, that's all. She's working on the last chapter on a series about the music box killer. Or is it the last chapter?
John: Yeah, it is.
Stephen: My attorney is confident in my insanity plea. I'll stay in a mental facility. Who knows -- I could be cured and sent back out on the street again.
John: You think you're going to get out, get out of here to get to kill again?
Stephen: Who's going to stop me?
John: I did this time.
Stephen: But only after all those women died. Just think -- if you'd stopped me sooner, you would have saved so many lives.
John: Their deaths are on your conscience.
Stephen: It's Caitlin I'm thinking of. Young. Such a sweet, sad smile. Lovely, really. The kind of love that comes around only once for most. Maybe twice for you.
John: You don't know anything.
Stephen: No? You didn't feel any twinge, a surge of feeling when you were saving Natalie Vega from being blown to smithereens? I just hope that you're not unlucky enough to lose her as well. John, tell me, why didn't you kill me when I asked you to? Why did you stop and push me out of the way of a bullet?
John: Instinct. If I would've taken time to think about it, I would've let you die.
Stephen: Well, there's always next time. Cleanup in aisle 5.
Stephen: Help me. Help --
Guard: What's your problem?
Stephen: I --
Guard: What the hell happened to you?
Stephen: John -- John McBain did this. He hit me. John -- john -- John McBain Ė
Bo: John McBain didn't violate anybody's rights. See, this is a ploy by Haver and all of his people just to get this case thrown out. This happens to us all the time.
Christopher: On a regular basis with McBain.
Bo: Well, I will say that John has a tendency to do things his own way, but he was the one that busted Haver.
Bo: Sir, with all due respect, I don't think that Agent McBain deserves to be treated like this, and I -- I can't state it strongly enough. Think about reinstating him.
Christopher: Ok. I'll take another look at his file.
Bo: Oh, thank you, thank you. Believe me, you won't be sorry.
[Knock on door]
Officer: Commissioner, Haverís been taken to the E.R.
Bo: Why? What happened?
Officer: He said McBain attacked him.
Natalie: Hey. You look like you could use this.
Natalie: Did you sleep any?
Natalie: Same here.
John: How are you doing?
Natalie: Fine. Always am.
John: You've been through a hell of a lot.
Natalie: Yeah, well, so have you. I saw you last night at St. James church. I wasn't following you.
Natalie: Ok, you're not the only one who worries about people.
John: Donít. I'm always ok, too.
Natalie: Ok enough to have dinner with me tonight? How about it?
Adriana: Madrina, why didn't you tell Antonio that Dorian was my mom? I mean, really.
Carlotta: It's -it's not exactly something you just casually drop on someone.
Adriana: I guess.
Carlotta: How's it going with Dorian?
Carlotta: That's -- that's all?
Adriana: We're still getting to know each other, you know.
Carlotta: Yeah, it'll take time.
Adriana: It's just she doesn't feel like a mother, like my mother. You know, it's not like mommy -- I mean Ramona. Even you.
Carlotta: Querida, we're always going to be close.
Adriana: I know.
Carlotta: Just try to give Dorian a chance. I know she'll be good to you.
Adriana: Will she?
Carlotta: How could you even say that?
Adriana: What kind of mother lies to her daughter and gives her away?
David: I don't know which one of us landed on this, but there's a crack in it.
Dorian: Oh --
David: That was insured, right?
Dorian: Yeah. Well, at any rate, if I hurry, I can still get to my meeting with Dr. Long.
David: You know, who needs a job when you got me, baby?
Dorian: Well, you are a lot of work. You got to admit that.
David: Yeah, and you enjoy every minute of it. You admit that.
Dorian: It does have its moments, true.
David: You know, we could have some more moments on that airplane --
Dorian: Uh-huh --
David: And on the beach --
Dorian: Yes --
David: And in the hotel --
Dorian: Ok --
David: Underwater --
Dorian: Shh, shh. Come on, button it up. Button it up. I'll see you later. Got to go, got to go. Antonio.
Dorian: I'm sorry. I don't know what you're here about, but I have to go. I don't have a moment. Please step in. David, Antonio is here. Pardon me. Goodbye.
David: Looks like you just fell victim to the Dorian Lord brush-off. Don't take that personally.
Antonio: Oh, I wonít. But I have a question she couldn't answer. Maybe you can.
Marcie: We're not going to get very far doing this.
Michael: At least not with the homework.
Marcie: You're a really big help.
Michael: Let me help some more.
Michael: Ah. It's the hospital. I got to go. I'll see you later. We'll study more?
Marcie: I'm going to flunk out if we keep studying like this.
Michael: I want to see some pages of that novel, ok?
Michael: No, just do it.
Natalie: If you don't want to have dinner, it's ok.
John: No, it's not that. I just -- -- I got some stuff I'm dealing with.
Natalie: Sure. I understand. Ahem.
John: You know what, though? I could probably use something stronger. What do you say a beer and a burger at Rodiís?
Natalie: It's a date, then. Well, I mean, you know, a bite. So just meet me there after my shift.
John: I'll meet you there after your shift.
John: Hey, what's up, fellas?
Officer: We got to take you in for questioning, John.
John: Questioning? What for?
Officer: Haver was assaulted in his cell. He says you did it.
John: Oh, that's crap.
Officer: We know. We know, but we got orders.
Second officer: Commish says it's got to be by the book.
Natalie: Ok, well, Uncle Bo knows this is a crock, ok? He's going to take care of this.
John: It's cool. Just doing their job. Ok, let's get this over with.
Natalie: John, call me. Just let me know everything's ok?
Adriana: Hey, what's going on?
Natalie: Hopefully nothing.
Adriana: But you're worried.
Antonio: So tell me again, Vickers, how did Dorian turn out to be Adrianaís mother?
David: Well, let's see. That -- it all happened when Dorian was living in Mendorra. Sit down.
Antonio: No, I'll take a pass.
David: Dorian was seeing this very powerful, not so nice guy, and when she broke it off with him, she found out that she was pregnant.
Antonio: Pregnant, right, with Adriana.
David: And she didn't want this not so nice guy to find Adriana.
Antonio: So she gave her away?
David: Look; the guy was connected, if you know what I mean. He's not the kind of guy that you'd really want to mess with. And Dorian thought this was probably the best way that she could protect her baby girl. It broke her heart.
Antonio: And how did Adriana end up in Puerto Rico?
David: Well, your mother took care of that through her friends Ramona and Cesar. They found out that they couldn't have kids anymore, which I assume you probably already know, and they were very excited to adopt Adriana. That's the story. You satisfied?
Antonio: Yeah. Yeah, I'm satisfied. I'm satisfied that not one word you just told me is true.
Dorian: Why, Viki, good morning. Viki, are you all right?
Doan: Why don't you sit down here?
Viki: Oh. No, I think I'm ok now, thank you.
Dorian: Tell me what happened.
Viki: I -- I don't actually know. I was visiting Ben in his room, and I left the room, and -- I felt really, really dizzy all of a sudden, that's all.
Dorian: Maybe we'd better get you to an exam room --
Viki: Oh, no, good heavens --
Dorian: And have you checked out.
Viki: No, Dorian, I don't need that.
Dorian: Oh, excuse me, doctor. Mrs. Davidson here could use your attention.
Viki: Dorian, I'm fine. I don't need a doctor.
Dorian: She's suffering from shortness of breath, dizziness.
Michael: Any pain, discomfort?
Viki: No, no!
Dorian: Don't minimize this. It could be serious.
Viki: Dorian, I'm fine.
Dorian: Would you check her vitals, please?
Viki: Oh, please --
Michael: Yeah, yeah, not a problem. Here, let me see this.
Viki: Do I have a pulse? Am I alive?
Michael: Well, your heart rate is slightly elevated.
Viki: Well, that doesn't necessarily mean anything, you know?
Michael: Do you have a history of heart disease in your family?
Viki: Heart disease? Yes, my father.
Michael: Well, my suggestion would be to see your regular physician as soon as possible.
Michael: Get a full workup. But you know what?
Michael: I'm actually headed over to the E.R. Would you like to come with me?
Viki: No, no, no. I'm fine.
Dorian: Viki, please, would you listen to the doctor and --
Viki: Dorian, please, I'm fine now. Really, I am.
Dorian: Thank you.
Michael: Well, if there's anything else, you'll let me know?
Viki: I -- I -- yeah. Thank you.
Dorian: Thank you. Thank you very much, doctor.
Viki: I'm fine now. Honestly, I'm fine. But I really appreciate your concern, ok?
Dorian: I don't know. I think maybe --
Viki: So, Dorian, what are you doing here?
Dorian: I have just accepted a very prestigious position here at the hospital.
Viki: The Community Relations job?
Dorian: As Director, yes.
Viki: Oh, well, congratulations.
Dorian: Thank you.
Viki: And, look, if I didn't say it earlier, congratulations on your wedding.
Dorian: Well, that didn't quite come off.
Viki: Why? Did David call it off?
Dorian: If anybody calls off a wedding, it is I.
Viki: Yeah, of course, but why?
Dorian: Well, I'm going to have so much on my plate. I'm going to be taking on this new job here at the hospital. And then, of course, I have my daughter Adriana with me. And -- well, you of all people can understand that that can be very challenging.
Viki: Oh, absolutely. Of course, there's a big difference between us. Natalie really is my daughter.
David: Adriana is Dorianís daughter. And if you don't believe me, you can ask your own mother.
Antonio: I did. I did. She told me how -- how Adrianaís inheriting a fortune from Dorianís aunt.
David: Adriana's great-aunt.
Antonio: Right, right. You know, it's funny how these things start happening when money gets involved.
David: Well, money has a way of bringing families together.
Antonio: Or tearing them apart. You know, the one thing I don't get is -- is why my mother went along with it. But I am going to find out. Bet on it.
Christopher: What the hell were you thinking, going after Haver? You compromised the whole case.
John: I didn't lay a finger on him, Chief.
Christopher: Then how'd it happen?
John: He's jerking you around. He was fine when I left.
Christopher: And now he's not.
John: For argument's sake, how did I supposedly attack him?
Christopher: Haver's claiming you grabbed him through the bars and pulled his face against it. This report just got back from the E.R. You want to know something? The injuries are consistent with his story.
Bo: But Haver could have slammed his own face against the bars.
John: Wouldn't be the first time a con tried to hurt himself to get out of his cell.
Christopher: You got to hate somebody pretty bad to do that to yourself.
John: He hates everything, including himself. He sits around all day trying to figure out ways to retaliate and get his case thrown out in the process.
Bo: What he's saying makes perfect sense.
Christopher: If McBain didn't have the history he did.
John: Begging your pardon, sir, but I have never assaulted a suspect.
Christopher: You've lost your cool more than once. Your friend the Commissioner had talked me into lifting your suspension. Why -- I don't know why. It was against my better judgment. And you know, McBain, I don't see how you'll ever get your badge back after this latest stunt.
John: You mean this badge? You know what? Keep it. I quit. There it is. I'm done.
Bo: No, John. Here, take this, take this. Take a walk. Think about it.
John: I have thought about it, Bo, for -- for a long time.
Bo: Yeah, well, you've been with the bureau a long time. Come on.
John: I got no problem with the bureau. It's the suits.
Bo: Then get yourself reassigned.
John: Just be more of the same, and you know it.
Christopher: You know some people just aren't cut out for the F.B.I.
Bo: Come on! He's one of the best agents you got.
Christopher: Good luck on that assault rap. Later, Commissioner.
Bo: You sure about this?
John: It was a long time coming. You know, the thing that worries me most -- you believe what Haver says?
Bo: Oh, hell, no. But now -- we're going to have to look into it. Don't worry.
Jessica: Working on the Poli. Sci. paper? Yeah, I know. I was having trouble with mine, too.
Marcie: I should be working on it, but Michael got me into writing this novel. And, well, at least I'm trying to write it.
Jessica: "The Killing Club"?
Marcie: Yes, a mystery novel.
Jessica: Hmm. It must be hard trying to get your -- your head in that place after all that's been happening.
Marcie: Well, maybe. Maybe that's it.
Jessica: Anyways -- you know, I was supposed to meet Antonio here, but --
Marcie: I haven't seen him.
Jessica: Ok. I'd better go look for him.
Marcie: I got to get back to my books, anyway. See you later.
Jen: Ok. Yeah.
Marcie's voice: "She was beautiful, blond, and slender, perfect in every way. The most popular girl in school -- to everyone but herself.
Jen: Bye. Sheyne is totally into the band getting back together. He wants you to meet him in Angel Square, and you guys can practice at the garage.
Riley: What about J.K.?
Jen: He hasn't heard from him.
Riley: Well, that only leaves half the band.
Jen: Ok. Well, you go meet with Sheyne, and I'll find J.K.
Riley: Why are you doing this?
Jen: Well, it was your idea to be a support system. And it beats studying, right?
Jessica: Thanks for meeting me. John told you.
Antonio: Told me what?
Jessica: Listen, I wasn't in any danger or anything, ok?
Antonio: Jessica, what happened?
Jessica: I went to go and see Dr. Haver.
Antonio: Wait a second. You did what?
Jessica: Listen, Antonio, I just needed some answers. I needed to know why --
Antonio: Honey, I thought we agreed that --
Jessica: We did. You're right. I'm sorry. But you know what? He was locked up, behind bars. There was a guard there the entire time. And look, see? Fine. Not a scratch on me. Ok?
Antonio: Ok. But don't do it again, all right?
Jessica: You got it. So what else is wrong?
Antonio: I just found out that Dorianís Adrianaís mother and that my own mother kept it from me for 16 years.
Viki: So, how much did you pay the lab technician, Dorian?
Dorian: I did not pay anyone to have D.N.A. test results falsified.
Viki: Ok. I mean you could well afford it, especially now that you have a daughter who showed up just in time to inherit $30 million. Wow!
Dorian: Excuse me. You do not have a corner on the long-lost daughter market.
Viki: I hope you're telling the truth, Dorian, because if you're not, it's going to come out. And when it does, it usually comes out in the worst possible way.
Dorian: Ok, make it quick. I'm in a hospital, and I'm not supposed to be using this.
Carlotta: Have you seen Antonio?
Dorian: No, Carlotta, he came by the house, but I was in a big hurry. What is it?
Carlotta: He found out that you're supposed to be Adrianaís mother, and I don't think he believed it.
Dorian: Don't worry about anything. We've covered our tracks.
Carlotta: What if he finds out the truth?
Dorian: Just stay tight-lipped about it. There's nothing to worry about.
Guard: Doctor said to tell me if you get dizzy.
Natalie: John? Are you -- is everything ok?
John: Yeah. It's been taken care of. No problem.
Natalie: I knew it. So we're still on for dinner?
John: Rodiís. I'll see you later.
Dorian: What are you doing here?
David: How was your meeting?
Dorian: Oh, it went well.
David: Did you take the job?
Dorian: Yes, I did.
David: Great. Congratulations. When do you start?
Dorian: Next week.
David: Good. That leaves us plenty of time for our honeymoon. And don't bother arguing with me. I'm not taking no for an answer.
Dorian: All right. Where are we going?
Jessica: Oh -- why do you think Carlotta would have lied to you and Adriana for all these years?
Antonio: That's a good question. You know what? I'm going to find out. Got a little vacation time coming to me. I was thinking maybe we can take a little trip to the island of your choice.
Jessica: Does that mean what I think it means?
David: We are going to Puerto Rico, and we're going tonight. Come on.
Antonio: Puerto Rico, here we come.
Jessica: Sunshine, here we come. Sandy beaches, here we come. And, well, yeah, I guess you can go and check in on Adrianaís family while we're there.
Jessica: Her adoptive family, I guess.
Antonio: Yeah, I will. Trust me, I will.
Stay tuned for scenes from the next "One Life To Live."
On the next "One Life To Live" --
Bo: So what are you going to do now?
Natalie: John's supposed to meet me up here, and we're going to have dinner.
Viki: Is that, like, a date?
Paul: Now that Blair is not with Todd anymore, what makes you think a baby is going to keep Kevin from running off with her?
