Todd: Excuse me. Has Blair been in here tonight? Have you seen her?

Nora: No. No, I havenít.

Todd: What about Kevin Buchanan?

Renee: How long will you be staying?

Kevin: I'm not sure. Thanks, really, for not asking questions.

Renee: I hope everything works out for you.

Kevin: Thanks.

Renee: I'm so sorry.

Kevin: Thanks.

Asa: Where's Kevin?

Kelly: He's staying at The Palace.

Asa: Oh, that damn fool. Kelly, I told him I would disinherit him if he ever divorced you.

Kelly: He doesn't care about your money, Grandpa.

Asa: So you really think he doesn't care about his career or his future?

Kelly: All he cares about is Blair.

Blair: No, Todd's dead. Mitch killed him -- he said --

Kevin: You know what, you're as bad a jerk as that guy Blair married -- what's his name? Todd Manning, yeah.

Blair: Stop it! Walker, it's like you don't have any fingerprints.

Kevin: Walker is not who he says he is.

Dorian: He always ends up hurting you.

Todd: What do you want me to do, get down on my knees?

Blair: No, I donít. That's what Todd would do. Stop it! You're acting exactly like Todd!

Todd: Oh, of course I am!

Dorian: And I promise I will never, ever, ever say that Walker is Todd.

Addie: Blair, are you all right?

Blair: Mama. Why do you always call Walker "Todd"?

Addie: Because that's his name, silly. He is Todd.

Blair: It makes sense, you know? He comes back to town out of the blue. He gets rid of Mitch, he gets his revenge, he protects Viki, he protects Jessica. It was never Walker.

Addie: Why does everyone call him that?

Blair: Walker was Flynn. They were never twins. I mean, what person has a brother and never even mentions they were twins?

Addie: I didn't know Todd had a twin. Does he have a scar, too?

Blair: The scars. The way he eats. The way he touched me.

Addie: He loves you, Blair.

Blair: The way he couldn't touch me, or he couldn't tell me how he felt sometimes.

Addie: He loves the children, too.

Blair: Oh, God!

Addie: Jack's going to be just like him.

Blair: It was right there in the front of me the whole time! It's like I -- I was looking at one thing and seeing something completely different. Oh, my --

Addie: It's like Thursdays.

Blair: What?

Addie: At St. Ann's on Thursdays, they show movies. And then we all sit around and talk about them, and everybody tells the story in their own way, not like the movie at all. Isn't that silly?

Blair: Oh, Mama. Oh, Mama.

Addie: I love old movies because in the best ones, there's always a surprise ending. You just have to wait.

Addie: Good night, Blair.

Blair: Good night, Mama.

Blair: And I'll be cryin' over you

Blair: I'll take a Manhattan.

Natalie: How come you're always singing the blues?

Blair: Because my husband has a secret, a deep, dark secret that changes everything, and I can't live with that.

Natalie: Did you love him this morning when you woke up?

Blair: Yeah, more than anything.

Natalie: Well, then nuts to the rest of it. A love like that doesn't come around but once in a lifetime if you're lucky.

Blair: But he's not who he says he is.

Natalie: Nuts to that. If you love the guy, you hold on to him for as long as you can. Because happiness isn't everything, and it sure doesn't last.

Todd: Glad I finally found you, Beautiful.

Todd: Say, what's wrong?

Blair: Nothing. Everything. I feel like I hardly know you.

Todd: But you're my lady, and I'm going to spend the rest of my life making you know it. The rest is just a whole lot of bull.

Blair: You think?

Todd: Ask me anything. My life's an open book.

Todd: I hope that answered your question. I need a drink.

Nora: I have the adoption papers for you. All I need is your Jane Hancock, and Walker here will be Jack and Starrís father.

Todd: Anybody got a pen?

Nora: They never found Todd's body. You ink this and what you're saying is Todd is dead, gone, kaput. Are you sure about all of this?

Blair: I'm sure.

Kelly: There. Now, if anything happens to you and Walker, Kevin and I will take care of Starr and Jack.

Blair: And when you and Kevin finally adopt one of your own, we'll do the same for you.

Kelly: Big step, Blair. I guess this means that you plan on staying with Walker for a very long time.

Blair: That is what marriage is about, isn't it?

Kelly: I thought so. I'm going to go get us some champagne.

Kevin: You're making a big mistake, Blair.

Blair: Look to your own house, Kevin.

Kevin: Do you trust Walker?

Blair: With my children's lives.

Blair: If you've got something to say, say it.

Kevin: You don't want to hear what I have to say.

Blair: I know that you threw a lot of money at a private eye to dig up secrets on Walker.

Kevin: And you burned the file.

Blair: Because I don't care.

Kevin: Well, that's your prerogative, but I got another file right here in this desk in case you change your mind.

Blair: I wonít.

Kevin: Fine. Keep the blinders on. But if you even give a damn about the truth, and if that liar hasn't conned you into forgetting not only who he is, but who you are, you'll want to know the lowdown about him before you sign over your kids' lives to him.

Kevin: I'll see what's keeping Kelly.

Todd: You are a real heartbreaker, you know that?

Blair: "Ask me anything," he said. "My life's an open book." It's all lies! You're not Walker Laurence. You're Todd Manning.

Todd: That's right, I'm Todd Manning. I didn't die. I fought, and now I'm back.

Blair: Why?

Todd: You know why.

Blair: No.

Todd: Damn it, I love you. Always have, always will. There's no one else for me. Never has been, never will be. You swore you could never love me again over and over and over again, you said, like a broken record. "Not if he was the last person on earth," you said. So I came back as someone else -- as Walker -- and now you love him.

Blair: No.

Todd: I can feel it, Blair. We've made a good start. We're a family again. Now are you going to toss that out like yesterday's news or --

Blair: What?

Todd: Well, you could forgive me. What's it going to be, Blair? How does the story end?

Blair: I don't know, Todd. Can I forgive you?

Blair: I've forgiven you over and over again. And every time you come back with those lips, those eyes, and more lies.

Todd: The heart of it's not a lie.

Blair: You pretended to be dead.

Todd: Todd is dead.

Blair: That's a lie.

Todd: Blair, give me a chance. Todd lied to you. That's all he could ever do. He'd be lying to you right now.

Blair: Oh, and you're not?

Todd: No. I'm admitting it, something I could never do before.

Blair: I should've seen it. I should've seen it.

Todd: You did in your heart because the one part of Todd Manning that's still alive is right here. I came back from the dead for you, Blair. I love you that much. Why, this is bigger than both of us, Blair. It's a love you only get once in a lifetime. So I'm not Walker Laurence. What's in a name, right?

Blair: Stop laughing at me!

Todd: I'm not laughing at you. I need you to forgive me. I want to be a better man. I stole my second chance. But I swear I'll never lie to you again, ever. Forgive me.

Blair: I forgive you.

Todd: Say it again.

Blair: God help me, I forgive you.

Bo: Damn Manning. I should've locked that guy up the minute he set foot back into town, and Mitch Laurenceís death had Todd Manning written all over it.

Nora: Don't beat yourself up, Bo. He had everybody fooled. He's good.

Bo: He's scum.

Nora: That, too. Hey, maybe we should arrest him for fraud. That way he'd stay in jail until --

Blair: No! You can't send Todd to jail. We just got him back.

Bo: Criminals do hard time.

Nora: You wanted him to rot in jail.

Blair: Well, he's changed, Nora.

Bo: I ain't buying it.

Nora: Guy's got you -- got you all turned around.

Blair: That's love.

Nora: Well, love's insane. No, thanks.

Blair: "No, thanks"? You're the one that almost married Troy MacIver. I never held that against you. And look at Natalie. Remember who she was when she first came to town? And little Lindsay here. She's not the same woman that murdered Sam.

[Lindsay cries]

Blair: I couldn't love him if he hadn't changed, and I would stake my life on it.

Nora: If Blair doesn't press charges --

Bo: Then I'll reopen the Laurence homicide.

Blair: No.

Nora: That evidence is all shot to hell, Bo.

Todd: Looks like I'm a free man.

Bo: Yeah, Manning. You're free to go.

Blair: Thank you. Thank you, thank you.

Blair: And you.

Nora: Watch your back, Blair. Leopards don't change their spots.

Blair: This one has.

Nora: Whatever you want to believe, but if you're asking me --

Blair: I'm not.

Nora: The guy has duped you again. Don't you forget it.

Todd: Hey, beautiful. What do you say we get out of here?

All: For he's a jolly good fellow for he's a jolly good fellow for he's a jolly good fellow which nobody can deny yee-hah!

Addie: Why are we all welcoming you home when you've been here all the time?

Dorian: I never liked you.

Addie: That's not nice!

Dorian: He knew it.

Todd: The feeling is mutual.

Blair: Ah!

Todd: I cannot tell a lie.

Dorian: I never trusted you, but I had good reason. And Blair was so heartbroken when she thought you were gone. But personally, I thought she'd get over it.

Blair: Ahem.

Dorian: But if you're what Blair wants, so be it.

Blair: Thank you -- I think.

Kelly: To a long and happy marriage.

All: Hear, hear!

Kelly: May nothing ever come between you.

All: Hear, hear!

Kevin: I told Blair everything about you. To be honest, I've been waiting for a knife in the shoulder blades.

Todd: That was the old Todd.

Blair: Children, hug your new Daddy.

Starr: Daddy!

Todd: They'll never keep us apart again, Sweetheart, no matter what happens.

Jack: I love you, Daddy.

Blair: Aw.

Todd: I love you, too, kiddo. You're my boy. I'm going to teach you everything I know.

Dorian: You don't want to spend your first day together with all of us.

Starr: What do you mean?

Dorian: I think they need some grownup time. Don't you, Starr?

Starr: You mean sex?

Blair: Starr!

Starr: What? I know about sex.

Dorian: Oh -- come along, Darling. We'll leave you two alone so that you can get to know each other.

Addie: Bye.

Kevin: Bye!

Starr: Bye!

Kevin: Bye-bye.

Blair: Bye-bye.

Addie: Bye!

Starr: Bye!

Addie: Bye!

Blair: Someday he'll come along the man I love and he'll be big and strong the man I love and when he comes my way I'll do my best to make him stay he'll look at me and smile I understand and in a little while he'll take my hand and though it seems absurd I know we both won't say a word

Todd: Yeah, it's me. Did you do what I told you? Well, then fake the photo and plant the cash in his account. I want him destroyed.

[Phone rings]

[Answering machine beeps]

Todd: Where the hell are you, Blair? You weren't at the Bayberry, you're not at Rodiís. I need to know what's going on.

Blair: So do I.

Blair: A new face. But what about the rest of you? How do I know that you've changed?

[Phone rings]

Blair: Hello?

Asa: Blair, Asa. Get your pretty butt over to my place.

Blair: Why?

Asa: Ask your damn husband!

Kevin: This is pure tabloid sleaze! They pasted my head on some gangster's body!

Kelly: Yeah, well, the public's not going to know that when they see you out on the town with some major crime boss.

Kevin: I never met the guy!

Asa: You look as thick as two thieves!

Kelly: And they got the check stubs to prove it.

Kevin: Forgeries!

Renee: Selling political favors -- you ought to be ashamed of yourself.

Kevin: They're lies, I tell you, all lies! It's got to be Manning.

Blair: Let me see this. I never signed off on this. I've never seen it before.

Asa: It's your damn paper!

Todd: Actually, it's my damn paper now. I took over the editorship.

Blair: What? When?

Todd: The second I became Todd Manning again. You let my paper get way too respectable.

Blair: But you were in on this, Walker.

Todd: I fired Walker. Too soft.

Kevin: I'll sue you for slander!

Todd: Everything in there can be backed up by witnesses.

Kevin: Yeah, bought and paid for by Todd Manning!

Blair: How could you do this?

Kevin: Because I showed you who he really was.

Kelly: No, because you wouldn't stop chasing Blair.

Blair: But to steal my paper right out from under me?

Todd: You weren't really using it.

Blair: You lied to me. You promised.

Kevin: Todd, "promise." That's an oxymoron if I ever heard one.

Todd: Shut up, rich boy!

Blair: You promised you would never lie to me. How could you?

Todd: You really think you'd get away with sleeping with Kevin behind my back?

Blair: I never slept with Kevin!

Todd: Liar! Slut!

Kevin: Back off, Manning!

Blair: You haven't changed at all.

Blair: Jack! Starr!

Dorian: Blair, what happened?

Blair: It's Todd. I never should've trusted him.

Dorian: I told you that till I was blue in the face.

Blair: Don't gloat, Dorian.

Dorian: What happened?

Blair: He's never going to change. He's as vindictive and as cruel and as jealous as ever. I have no idea what he's going to do next, Dorian.

Dorian: Jack, Starr, come down here this instant!

Addie: The children aren't here!

Blair: Where are they, Mama?

Todd: They're gone. I took them.

Blair: Where?

Todd: I'll never tell and you'll never see them again.

Blair: No!

Todd: You're such a sheep. All I have to do is make kissy-face with you and you'll believe anything I tell you.

Dorian: That's enough.

Todd: Cork it, Brunhilde.

Blair: You're never going to take my children!

Todd: I adopted them, remember? Did you think I wouldn't have a backup plan in case the hearts and flowers wore off? You know me. I always win.

Dorian: Oh Ė

Blair: I'm such an idiot! How could I let him do this to me again?

Starr: Mom? Mom, what's wrong? Is it Dad?

Blair: Yeah, yeah.

Starr: What'd he do this time? He screwed up, didn't he?

Blair: You know?

Starr: What do you think I know?

Blair: You just said, "What did Dad do this time?"

Starr: I know, because every single time I see you like this, it's always because of him.

Blair: You're such a smart little girl.

Starr: I've been thinking about Dad a lot and about Walker adopting us.

Blair: Does that upset you, Sweetie?

Starr: No, it doesnít. It's just that Dad knows that I love him best. And I like Walker, but not as --

Blair: I just love you so much, Sweetie. I just love you so much.

Starr: Mom, what are you crying about? Is it about Dad?

Blair: You know, I -- I've just been thinking about him, you know? Last time I saw him, that's all.

Starr: Why are you here? Why aren't you out with Walker?

Blair: Because something came up, that's all.

Starr: Everything's okay?

Blair: Yeah, yeah. Everything's going to be fine.

Starr: No more crying, okay?

Blair: Okay.

Starr: Walker, you better not have blown this. Mom is in pieces right now.

Blair: Starr's right. I'm not going to cry anymore. Todd is never going to make me cry again.

Nora: After giving the judge the brief but bloody history about Todd Manning, he was willing to sign anything I put in front of him. Here's the court order giving you sole custody of Starr and Jack. Here's the restraining order.

Blair: What good is any of this if I don't know where my children are?

Bo: You should have let me lock Manning up when I had the chance.

Blair: And you should be out looking for him instead of growing roots here on that stool.

Nora: Blair, that's not the --

Blair: You know what, you're right. I was wrong to let Todd back into my life. I admit it. You happy now?

Nora: Well, if anyone can find Todd, it's Bo.

Bo: Got his picture plastered all over the state. We've got roadblocks set up. We're checking airports, train stations.

Blair: Don't tell me about it. Find him! What are you looking at?

Natalie: Relax, okay?

Blair: You and your "hold on to your love as long as you can" garbage.

Natalie: You didn't tell me you were crying over Todd Manning.

Blair: I'm going to fight, Nora. I give as good as I get.

Bo: Hey, you don't take the law into your own hands, Blair.

Blair: Well, then you find him, Bo, before I do.

Nora: Oh, I didn't hear that.

Blair: I don't care if you did. I'm going to find my kids, and I'm going to make Todd pay for what he did to me.

Lindsay: I couldn't help overhearing.

Blair: I'll bet.

Lindsay: I know how you feel. The same thing happened to me. When I was in love with Troy MacIver and I found out he betrayed me, I wanted to kill him.

Blair: I'd kill Todd, too, if I knew I could get away with murder.

Lindsay: I did.

Blair: Don't say, "I told you so."

Kevin: I wouldn't dream of it.

Blair: You heard what happened?

Kevin: I'm sorry, kid.

Blair: I need your help.

Kevin: Anything.

Blair: Kill Todd for me.

Todd: Blair? Blair!

Starr's voice: Walker, you better not have blown this. Mom is in pieces right now. Get over here fast.

Kevin: I can't kill Todd.

Blair: Well, say it was self-defense. He threatened you. I'll swear that he tried to kill you.

Kevin: I said no.

Blair: You said you'd do anything for me.

Kevin: Not murder.

Blair: You said you loved me.

Kevin: I do. I'd do anything in the world to be with you. But I'm no killer.

Blair: I shouldn't have come here.

Kevin: Don't do anything crazy.

Blair: "Crazy." Thanks. You're not totally useless. You just gave me what I need.

Bo: Good news, Blair. Manning made a bunch of phone calls from a small village in Mexico. The Federales are on the way.

Blair: Thank God.

Nora: Once we bring the children home, we'll arrest Todd Manning for kidnapping.

Blair: If you can find him.

Nora: She's right. He'll run.

Bo: We'll do everything we can to find him. But if we can't --

Nora: That may be the last we see of Todd Manning.

Blair: I can guarantee it.

Natalie: Blair, you've got a package.

Blair: Thank you.

Lindsay: Say, is that from the friend I put you in touch with?

Blair: Hey, Natalie, you have a phone? Thanks.

[Phone rings]

Todd: What?

Blair: I need to see you. I want us to try again.

Todd: Why?

Blair: You said it, Todd -- we can't live without each other.

Todd: You just want to know where Starr and Jack are.

Blair: How many times have I forgiven you? That's who I am. No matter what you do to me, I always forgive you, just like you always come back to me. We always find our way back to each other.

Todd: What are you saying?

Blair: We owe it to our children to try again, harder than ever. If you want me, I'll be at the Bayberry Inn tonight.

Blair: I'll be waiting for you.

Blair: Donít. I know you like the lights out.

Todd: But then I can't see you.

Blair: I'm on the bed. Take your clothes off and come join me.

Todd: What the hell?

Blair: How does it feel to be duped? How does it feel not to be able to fight back?

Todd: Put the gun down, Blair. What about the children?

Blair: They're better off without you.

Todd: Starr would never forgive you.

Blair: No, she will. She has before. She'll miss you.

Todd: Jack needs a father.

Blair: I'll find him a better one. He's never going to grow up to be like you.

Todd: You're so cold.

Blair: You made me that way every time you lied to me, every time you tried to steal my children, and every time you accused me of cheating on you.

Todd: You'll never get away with it.

Blair: Oh, really? You taught me how, remember? With Max? I'm seeing all red.

Todd: You can't play the crazy card twice.

Blair: Oh, it'll be better the second time around because everyone knows that you drove me crazy. I'd have to be crazy to go back to you.

Todd: You can't pull that trigger.

Blair: You want to bet?

[Gunshots echo]

Asa: Good movie?

Kelly: It's Kevin's favorite.

Asa: I'm going to call Renee and have her kick his butt out of The Palace.

Kelly: Asa, it's all right. It doesn't mean he'll come back here, anyway.

Asa: Honey, I'm going to straighten that damn clown out because he's gone plumb loco. He's never going to find another filly the likes of you. I mean that.

Kelly: Oh, don't worry, Asa. This filly is not out of the race. I'm going to get my husband back, whatever it takes.

Dorian: Blair, what have you done?

Blair: Todd is never going to hurt me again.

Dorian: I'd say that was a safe bet.

Blair: Check him.

Dorian: He's gone. Kelly told me that Kevin was here a little while ago.

Blair: Yeah, what about it?

Dorian: It's perfect. We can set Kevin up for this.

Blair: Todd is never going to hurt me again, Dorian. That's all that matters.

Dorian: No. You're alive. That's what matters. I'm not going to see you rot in jail for the rest of your life for ridding the world of Todd Manning. Oh, baby -- why didn't you come to me for advice?

Blair: Because I know what you'd say. "You're a Cramer woman. All you need for a weapon is this."

Dorian: Todd deserved much worse than just bang-bang, lights out. He made you miserable for so many years. You could've made his life a living hell. Just think about it, Honey -- long, slow, excruciating torture. How delicious. We could've made him pay for the rest of his life.

[Pounding on door]

Todd: Blair, I know you're in there! Open up! Blair! It's me! Open the door! Blair, open the damn door! I know you're in there. Open it right now. Blair!

Dr. Haver: Antonio, pleasure to meet you.

Blair: You knew, didn't you?

Gabrielle: Troy.
