R.J.: If you tell anyone this fantasy where I helped Lindsay escape from prison, I will be forced to tell Nora that you're sleeping with Lindsay.

Blair: It was completely meaningless.

Todd: Well, then you don't mind if I tell Sam all about it.

Natalie: You have no idea what this woman is capable of, especially if she's under Mitchís control.

Todd: That's it, huh? That's a great pLlan, Sammy. You're going to get Blair viciously murdered so you two can have a date. That's just great. And this is all okay with you?

Blair: Why are you overreacting to all this, Todd, huh?

Sam: I've taken every precaution here, Toddy.

Blair: No, no, wait, wait. You don't have to explain anything to Todd.

Todd: No, you donít. You want Blair to take a bullet between the eyes, that's fine. Go ahead.

Sam: There's absolutely no way anyone will track Blair to where I'm taking her.

Blair: Sam, please, just get me out of here.

Todd: Yeah, go ahead. Go be another statistic.

Blair: Because if I have to stay one more minute cooped up here, I'm going to explode.

Todd: So let me get this straight. You're going to die just to get away from me?

R.J.: Double sugar, no cream, right?

Liz: I know you're just as worried about Keri as I am, but you've been my rock.

R.J.: Let's just hope that she gets better soon.

Liz: She will. Dr. MacIver said that the tear in her amniotic sac could repair itself.

R.J.: Yeah, if she stays flat on her back, right? Absolute bedrest. I know that girl. That's going to kill her.

Liz: I know. She has to for at least the next couple of days. No emotional or physical stress.

R.J.: Well, Antonioís been with her nonstop. Maybe he can get her to follow the doctor's orders.

Liz: You bet he will. He'll take care of her.

R.J.: What about you? Who's taking care of you?

Troy: Hey. Am I glad to see you.

Nora: Hey, have you had a rough night?

Troy: Oh, like a roller coaster.

Nora: Please tell me that Keriís fine.

Troy: Yes, Keriís doing fine. She's very lucky. She's young; she's surrounded by a lot of people that love her.

Nora: Yeah.

Troy: That's always a plus for recovery.

Nora: Yeah, I wish love could solve everyone's problems.

Troy: Who we talking about now?

Nora: Natalie.

Troy: Why? What's up with Natalie?

Nora: All the love in the world is not going to get her out of that marriage.

Troy: Isn't there anything you can do?

Nora: I've tried everything. Mitch keeps throwing up roadblocks; Very effective ones, too, as a matter of fact.

Troy: Sounds like we're both having a tough night.

Nora: Yeah, but you're cute, so who cares?

Troy: Well, right back at you. Listen, I am getting off in a little bit, so why don't we go somewhere and unwind together. What do you say?

Nora: Ooh, okay.

Troy: Yeah?

[Phone rings]

Troy: Oh, no, no. Excuse me a sec.

Nora: Yeah.

Troy: Hello?

Lindsay: We had a date, and you're very, very late.

Guard: Here you go, Perkins. The D.A.'s waiting for her in the interrogation room.

Second guard: Right.

Allison: Good. Because I know the answers to a lot of questions. Like what happens to little redheads who marry dead men?

Cristian: You're not getting anywhere near Natalie. You hear me?

Natalie: Whatever it is you're pLlanning, you can forget it.

Mitch: God's blessing. My lovely wife has come home to me.

Natalie: And who are you? Part of his pitiful posse?

Mitch: He's an old friend. I trust you will continue working to my best interests.

Mr. Leroy: As always, Sir. I'll be in touch.

Mitch: Great.

Natalie: You get it right. I didn't come home to you.

Mitch: Well, nevertheless, you're here.

Natalie: I want to know one thing. Why is Allison Perkins sitting in the Llanview jail?

Mitch: Allison Perkins. Why, I haven't thought of her in years.

Natalie: Liar! First, you put Cristian in jail, and then you go and you send her to that jail.

Mitch: Why would I do all that?

Natalie: Well, I don't know. That's what I'd like to find out. What's Allison going to do to Cristian?

Cristian: What are you going to do to Natalie? Is Mitch after her? Answer me! Hey, man, that prisoner just made a threat to someone on the outside, someone I care about. You've got to do something.

Guard: What type of threat?

Cristian: Well, it wasn't specific, but I know what she meant.

Guard: Well, you're going to have to take it up with your lawyer. Sorry.

Cristian: I need to get out of here!

Guard: Take it easy. You got 30 days, man, that's all.

Cristian: Too much can happen in 30 days.

Mitch: Well, I'm flattered, Natalie, but you give me far too much credit. I didn't put Cristian in jail.

Natalie: You totally set him up.

Mitch: Cristian put himself in jail by threatening my life on several occasions.

Natalie: No, no. No, you knew exactly what buttons to push.

Mitch: Mr. Hothead nearly made good on his threat.

Natalie: Why is Allison in that jail?

Mitch: Well, according to the papers, she's facing charges of kidnapping and attempted murder.

Natalie: Don't play innocent with me. This has your name written all over it.

Mitch: Well, it could be a mere coincidence, but then again, it could be God's way of punishing the wicked.

Natalie: Allison practically admitted that you had her sent there.

Mitch: Well, I believe that Ms. Perkins is a mental patient. I don't think we can take her word too seriously. Do you?

Natalie: Oh, really? Well, she rattled off your old motto, "Heed the messenger." So don't pretend that you have nothing to do with this.

Mitch: Interesting. She still remembers me.

Natalie: Oh, yeah, she more than remembers you. You should have seen her face when I told her that we were married.

Mitch: Poor, poor Allison.

Natalie: You two had something special, didn't you? It's pretty obvious how much she idolizes you.

Mitch: Well, I admit, I do have a way with women. Some will do anything I suggest.

Natalie: Meaning what?

Mitch: Well, take you, for example. You married me.

Liz: I'm not the high-maintenance type, and I never was.

R.J.: You know that's not what I mean. And I know that Keriís not the only one you're worrying about. Come on, I know how much you want that baby. Keri told me how long you were trying to conceive.

Liz: Yeah, and look where it's gotten Keri -- in the hospital. For heaven's sakes, my daughter's life is in danger because of me. What kind of mother does this to her --

R.J.: Stop it. You are a terrific mother.

Liz: Well, I don't feel like such a terrific mother right now.

R.J.: Look; you know how upset I was that you kept Keri a secret?

Liz: Yeah, I think you pretty much made your feelings known.

R.J.: Well, I may not have watched her growing up, but I knew the moment that I met her that she had been loved and that you had done a hell of a job raising her.

Liz: Well, Keri made it easy.

R.J.: Well, I understand single mothers rarely have it easy. You had strength then, the same strength that you have now.

Liz: You go on and on about how strong I am, and I fall apart.

R.J.: It's okay.

Lindsay: Troy, are you still there?

Troy: Yeah, I'm here.

Lindsay: Well, then say something.

[Pager beeps]

Troy: Uh --

Nora: I got to get this.

Lindsay: Where are you?

Troy: I'm at the hospital handling an emergency.

Lindsay: Are you coming tonight or not?

Troy: If I do make it there at all tonight, it'll be to find out why you're shooting your mouth off to R.J. Gannon.

Lindsay: R.J.?

Nora: Hey, can we press the pause button on our unwind mode?

Troy: Oh, no. More complications with Natalie?

Nora: Well, it was Cristian, and it's urgent. I've got to go see him right away. I'm sorry.

Troy: All right.

Nora: Hey, are you okay?

Troy: Yeah.

Nora: You don't look so good. Are you worried about Keri?

Troy: I'm fine.

Nora: Sure?

Troy: I'm fine. Yes. Yes.

Nora: You're just working too hard, and you're working too long.

Troy: Is that so, Doctor?

Nora: Yeah. We'll put an end to that.

Troy: Believe me, I'm trying.

Blair: You know, Todd, this is one time that you are 100% right because nothing is going to stop me from escaping from this prison and getting away from you.

Sam: Blair, don't let Todd push you into saying anything that --

Blair: No, no, no. You know what you do every day, every single moment? You try to insinuate yourself between Sam and me. And you know what? Frankly, it makes me sick. But mostly, I'm leaving because I want to be with Sam.

Todd: You want to be with Sam?

Blair: Mm-hmm.

Todd: You're going to take a bullet just so you can be with Sam?

Blair: Sam, I have been waiting for this moment what seems like forever. And it doesn't matter what Todd says, I trust you and I know that you would never do anything -- anything that would jeopardize my life.

Sam: I have planned this evening very carefully. If I had any doubts about Blairís safety, I wouldn't let her step outside that door.

Todd: Yeah, I have some doubts. I have some big doubts.

Blair: Oh, you know what, so what?

Todd: So what? What? Starr and Jack are going to grow up motherless children just because you can't keep your heat for Sam in check?

Blair: Okay, you know what? Goodbye.

Todd: No, you know what? All right. I can see that I'm going to have to be the bigger man here.

Blair: Okay, what are you going to do? Stop harassing us? Maybe give us some peace, huh?

Todd: No, I'm going to do better than that. I'm going to make it easy for you.

Blair: Don't bother.

Todd: Here's your choice, okay? You can take what's behind curtain A, which is Samís half-baked plan guaranteed to leave your adorable children motherless, or you can take the box, which is you can stay here.

Sam: Spend a romantic evening here?

Todd: Yes, I'll give you the entire penthouse to yourself.

Blair: Oh, right. That's going to be just really swell with you around barking, always showing up.

Todd: No, no, no. I won't be anywhere around here. I'll be gone. I'll take the kids for the whole night. No fuss, no muss. Come on. Even you have to admit it's -- it's a better choice. And don't give me any thought at all. I won't bother you one bit.

Liz: How's Keri? When can I see her?

Troy: Everything's fine. Keri's just resting right now.

R.J.: Oh, great. When can we see her?

Troy: Well, Antonioís in there with her right now, so only one of you can go in for a short visit.

Liz: Okay.

Troy: Keri's a little tired and a little out of it, but she's going to be fine.

Liz: Oh, good.

R.J.: Well, you go ahead and give her a kiss for me.

Liz: Okay.

R.J.: I'll come in when you're finished.

Liz: Thank you.

Troy: You're welcome.

R.J.: So, you know, tell me, Doc, why do I have this nagging little voice in the back of my head telling me that you are not the best physician for my daughter?

Troy: I don't know. Maybe you're just paranoid.

R.J.: Hmm. Or maybe it's that little discussion we had over at Capricorn. Or, you know, maybe it's this sick, torrid little affair you're having with Lindsay.

Troy: Let's get something straight, R.J. I would never put a patient in jeopardy.

R.J.: You better not, and you make damn sure you don't because if I even think that you're holding back on Keri --

Troy: Keri's going to get the best possible care, despite what I think of you.

R.J.: Elizabeth.

Lindsay: R.J., What are you doing here?

R.J.: Keri had a problem with the baby, but they're stable now.

Lindsay: Oh. So Troy really did have an emergency.

R.J.: I'm glad that you were so concerned for my daughter.

Lindsay: Well, of course I'm happy that Keri and the baby are fine. What do you take me for? I thought Troy stood me up. And thanks for blabbing, by the way.

R.J.: Blabbing?

Lindsay: Troy and me? You told him that you knew. He's livid. I'm not going to let you blow this for me, R.J.

R.J.: Blow what, Lindsay? This great romance that you're having? Look, before you get too starry-eyed, I think you should know exactly what your doctor friend is up to.

Cristian: Nora, you've got to get me out of here.

Nora: Okay, you want to tell me what's going on? You pled guilty. The judge gave you 30 days.

Cristian: Natalie's in trouble, and I'm stuck in here. I can't do anything.

Nora: What kind of trouble?

Cristian: Allison Perkins.

Nora: Allison Perkins is at St. Annís.

Cristian: No, no, no, no. She's here. They have her upstairs questioning her. She was here. And right before she left, she gave me this weird look and she said to me that she knows what happens to redheads that marry dead men.

Nora: Redheads that marry dead men. Okay, that's not really a viable threat.

Cristian: You had to see the way she said it, Nora.

Nora: Well, I can imagine. She is an inmate at a mental institution.

Cristian: Well, call it what you want. It was a threat. I'm not overreacting.

Nora: Okay. Well, then maybe she just wanted to drive you as nuts as she is, and obviously, it's working. You know what, Cristian? I'll tell Bo as soon as he gets back.

Cristian: Gets back? What? He's not around?

Nora: No, he had to go someplace and take care of some business, and he'll be back.

Cristian: Well, Natalie just took off to his office as soon as she saw Allison here. If he's not there, then --

Nora: Okay, okay. She's probably going to tell a lieutenant or something. It's okay, Cristian.

Cristian: Nora, you weren't here. You should have seen that little freak.

Nora: I know -- let's not think about that. How about we think about something else? Like the fact that you may not have to serve your full 30 days here.

Cristian: Really? How?

Nora: Because of the article in "The Sun" about Judge Fitzwater.

Cristian: About Jen giving her false information?

Nora: Yes. If that article has any merit at all --

Cristian: Then my conviction could be overturned? I could get out of here?

Nora: I'm certainly going to work on it first thing in the morning.

Cristian: I've got to get out of here before Mitch makes his next move.

Nora: What next move?

Cristian: Well, he tricked everyone into believing that he was dead. He tricked Natalie into marrying him. And me -- he tricked me into attacking him. I don't know what it is, but I'll guarantee it. Mitch has got another trick up his sleeve.

Mitch: How could I possibly control Allison now, even if I wanted to?

Natalie: You found a way to get to her, didn't you?

Mitch: According to you, Allison is in jail. I'm here. I haven't been anywhere near that jail since my miraculous resurrection. And believe me, I have no intention of going anywhere near it now.

Natalie: Yes, but you always find a way to get what you want, don't you?

Mitch: Yes, as a matter of fact, I do.

Natalie: Well, not this time. You may have got to Allison, but I'm going to stop her.

Mitch: From doing what?

Natalie: Whatever it is that you put her in that jail to do.

Mitch: Really? What if she's done it already?

Hank: Here you are.

Allison: Thank you.

Hank: Now, Ms. Perkins, tell me about your dealings with Nurses Johnson and Wells.

Allison: From St. Ann's?

Hank: No. They were present at the birth of Vikiís twins.

Allison: That was a long time ago. You do realize I've just regained my sanity.

Hank: So I've heard. I'm sure you know those nurses died under mysterious circumstances shortly after the delivery.

Allison: I don't know anything about any nurses. I mean, you must think I have the greatest memory in the history of --

Mr. Leroy: Don't say another word. I am Thomas Leroy. I'm Ms. Perkins' attorney, and I'd like a moment alone with my client, please. Now.

Hank: One minute.

Allison: Mitch sent you.

Thomas: I don't have much time. You know what to do.

Todd: That's it. Come on. It's a done deal. Safer here that way. You guys stay here. I'll even -- I'll even throw in Chinese food.

Sam: What makes it okay for you to take Blair out of here, Todd, and not me?

Todd: Well, to begin with, I wasn't smuggling Blair out for a roll in the hay. I was taking her to go visit her sick mother. And the other thing is that I'm an expert at pulling fast ones and you're not.

Sam: I would never jeopardize your safety, Blair.

Blair: Sam, I know that.

Sam: But if you're in the least bit uncomfortable --

Blair: Oh, what is that?

Sam: Here.

Blair: Oh, thank you. Thank you, Sam. You know what?

Todd: Oh, my, it's little brat riding hood. What does that make you, the big bad wolf?

Blair: I feel perfectly safe, and I'm going to go with you. I've waited for this for so long.

Sam: Everything is going to be just fine.

Blair: I know. Just get me out of here before I lose my mind.

Todd: You're not the only one who's losing his mind.

Todd: Hello, Shawna? Yes, it is me. Well, [Todd purrs] To you, too. You know, yeah, I thought it was great, but I'm thinking maybe that you could come over to the penthouse tonight. Maybe we can go over a few other tricks I could teach you. You know, I know what a willing student you are. Oomph.

[Door closes]

Todd: Yeah, I'm still here.

Allison: Tell Mitch I understand what I have to do.

Thomas: The messenger will be pleased. I'll be in touch.

Hank: And where are you going?

Thomas: Why is that any business of yours?

Hank: Hey, wait a minute. I have more questions for your client.

Allison: I'm ready to go back to my cell now.

Hank: I'm not finished with you. You can answer my questions with or without your lawyer.

Allison: I have nothing to hide.

Hank: All right, fine. I've connected you with Dr. Balsom, Vikiís obstetrician. So, now, how much can you tell me about him?

Allison: Balsom? I -- I don't remember a Dr. Balsom.

Hank: Think, Allison. He was a member of the cult.

Allison: I -- I have no memory of him whatsoever. Balsom. Let me see.

Hank: Carlotta. Are you okay? Can I do something for you?

Carlotta: Yes, I'm here to see Cristian.

Hank: Is that from Keriís party?

Carlotta: Yeah. I didn't know what else to bring him. Cristian loves cake. How is my son doing?

Hank: Oh, he's as good as can be expected.

Carlotta: I can't believe this is happening. Cristian is such a good person. He would never do what they said that he did.

Hank: Carlotta, he admitted to the assault.

Carlotta: But that's because that Laurence man provoked him to do it. He's a horrible man, and he's evil.

Hank: Listen, whatever happens -- well, nothing can happen to Cristian where he is.

Cristian: So, how close is Natalie to getting the marriage annulled?

Nora: Mitch has decided to fight us.

Cristian: Surprise, surprise.

Nora: Yeah, well, actually, Viki and I offered him a cash settlement in exchange for a quickie annulment, and he --

Cristian: Said no, right?

Nora: That's pretty much it. He wants to force us to court.

Cristian: How is that going to affect Natalie? I mean, going to court and all?

Nora: He still represented himself to her fraudulently.

Cristian: And they never consummated the marriage.

Nora: There you go.

Cristian: So, how's Natalie doing really? I mean, I know she puts on a good face for me, but --

Nora: She's fine, all right? She's a strong girl. She's just fine, Cristian.

Cristian: Look, Nora, I want to thank you. I mean, what you're doing for Natalie and me -- we really appreciate it.

Nora: Don't thank me until I can get you out of here and Natalie free, all right? In the meantime, calm. Just try to be calm, okay? Guard, I'm ready to go.

Cristian: So I'll see you in the morning?

Nora: You bet. And hopefully with some good news. First thing, all right?

Cristian: Okay.

Nora: Thank you.

Carlotta: Hi, Nora.

Nora: Hi, Carlotta.

Carlotta: Antonio told me I shouldn't come, but -- he said Cristian doesn't want me to see him here, but I couldn't help myself.

Nora: Well, of course you can't, and I'm sure he'll be very happy to see you.

Carlotta: Let's hope so. Thank you for your help.

Nora: Sure.

Carlotta: Mijo? My son.

Lindsay: What do you mean? What's Troy up to?

R.J.: Oh, he's been a busy little bee. Do you think I go around gossiping about your sex life? Come on, Lindsay. Why would I tell Troy that I knew about your little sexcapade?

Lindsay: I don't know. Why don't you enlighten me?

R.J.: Well, okay, first, your charm bracelet boyfriend crashed my daughter's birthday party to tell me that he just paid a visit to your old cellmate, Allison Perkins.

Lindsay: Allison? Why?

R.J.: To play a game of 20 questions.

Lindsay: She doesn't even know what planet she's on anymore.

R.J.: Well, I guess the doctor knows the magic words that brought her back to earth, and since she got here, her lips have not stopped flapping.

Lindsay: No way.

R.J.: Well, she handed Doc twin a step-by-step guide to your Statesville escape, including who on the outside helped you and where he parked the escape car.

Lindsay: Well -- whoa, whoa. I don't get it. Why would he want the goods on you?

R.J.: Oh, come on. Wake up. It's only leverage for him to get the goods on you.

Lindsay: No, you can't be right.

R.J.: Read my lips, Lindsay. He wants to send your butt back to prison.

R.J.: The doctor has testimony that can send you back to prison, and I'm sure your girlfriends would just love to throw you a welcome back party.

Lindsay: He wouldn't do that.

R.J.: Look, the governor may have pardoned you for whatever all, but now Troy knows that you planned the prison break.

Lindsay: And he's got what for evidence? Allison Perkins' word? Please. Her word isn't worth anything. No. No. There's got to be a more legitimate reason that he wanted that information.

R.J.: Come on. Did Allisonís crazy rub off on you?

Allison: I just don't believe that he wants me back in prison.

R.J.: Then why did he tempt me with a sweetheart deal?

Lindsay: What type of deal? No.

R.J.: Yes. He threatened to turn me in for aiding and abetting if I do not confirm that you planned the prison break.

Lindsay: You can't do that. You can't do that. You can't tell him that.

R.J.: Relax. Relax. I'm nobody's rat.

Lindsay: Well, thank you. I knew I could count on you. Wait a minute. What am I thanking you for?

R.J.: For saving your butt.

Lindsay: Saving my butt? No. The reason you're not turning me in is because I've got more information on you. I know exactly how you were planning to break me out of prison. I know a lot of things you don't want other people to know.

R.J.: Terrific. And that's why we have such a great relationship. But listen, I don't owe the doctor anything.

Lindsay: What is to keep Troy from going to the police with what he already knows about you?

R.J. Nora.

Lindsay: Nora? Nora. That's why you told Troy you knew he and I had slept together.

R.J.: She'll drop him in a heartbeat.

Lindsay: Oh, that is good criminal thinking.

R.J.: Well, thank you. Now, listen, all you need to do is stay far away from the man. Just let Nora have him.

Lindsay: No.

R.J.: Lindsay, you stay out of MacIverís face.

Lindsay: You know what? I get why he came after me the way he did. He still doesn't understand.

R.J.: Understand what?

Lindsay: Nora's not the right woman for him. He's in denial about his real feelings. I just need a little more time.

R.J.: I don't know how you stand upright with that brain of yours, but you listen. I've got something real happening in my life, and I won't have it ruined by your ridiculous obsession. And I'm quite sure you two have lots to talk about.

Troy: I'm glad you're here.

Lindsay: Are you?

Troy: Yes, I am. Saves me the trouble of coming to find you. What do you think you're doing telling R.J. about our little arrangement, Lindsay? Why do you keep tormenting Nora with some mysterious boyfriend of yours?

Lindsay: You better tell Nora to stop tormenting me.

Troy: Are you out of your mind?

Lindsay: No, but I didn't come here to fight with you.

Troy: Lindsay, you better get something straight here. If I lose, you lose. What do you think is going to happen when Nora starts getting curious about this boyfriend of yours, huh? You better get a grip. No, better yet, you better get yourself a boyfriend.

Blair: Wow. This really is out in the middle of nowhere, huh?

Sam: Yeah, I wish it were closer. We only have a few hours of night left.

Blair: A few hours without Todd.

Sam: I'll make sure you get lots of R&R. What's wrong?

Blair: Oh, you know, it's one thing that Todd makes our life miserable, but to wreck Jenís life just to hurt you, well, that's where I draw the line, Sam, you know?

Sam: It's not entirely Todd's fault.

Blair: He can be so vindictive and so petty. To do that headline and to link Jen with Mitch Laurence -- you know what you should do? You should sue Todd, and I hope that you get bundles of cash back.

Sam: I canít. It's all true.

Blair: What? Jen was involved with Mitch?

Sam: Yeah. I didn't want to bother you with any of this stuff, not tonight --

Blair: Stop. Bother me? This is your daughter we're talking about, Sam.

Sam: Yeah, I know. I'm taking care of it as best as I can.

Blair: Sam, I care about you. I would hate it if -- if you were so wrapped up in my problems that you couldn't come to me with your problems. What happened?

Sam: Jen told me everything -- how angry she was at Cristian for breaking up with her and how she got back at him by seeing to it that he ended up in jail.

Blair: Oh. I'm so sorry. You know what? You should go back and you should be with Jen. Your daughter probably needs to be with her daddy right now.

Sam: She really wanted to be alone tonight. She insisted on it, and I wanted to be alone with you. Just you and nobody else. No -- no hit men, no headlines, no Todd.

Blair: And no turning back.

Cristian: Mama, what are you doing here? I told you I didn't want you seeing me like this.

Carlotta: And I'm telling you 30 days is too long for you to be away from the people who love you.

Cristian: I'm going to be fine. I promise.

Carlotta: Here you are comforting me, and I came here to comfort you. Oh, I brought you a piece of Keriís birthday cake.

Cristian: Oh, how was the party, by the way? Was she surprised?

Carlotta: Yeah, she was. It was lovely.

Cristian: What's wrong?

Carlotta: Oh, Keri and the baby. There was a scare about the baby she's carrying, but everything's okay now. Here, have a piece of cake.

Cristian: No. No, thanks, It doesn't really mix with bread and water.

Carlotta: Aren't they feeding you?

Cristian: Yeah, Mami, of course they're feeding me. It's just a joke.

Carlotta: Great. I'm a wreck, and you're making jokes. You need anything?

Cristian: You know what? I really couldn't think of anything when Natalie was here before, and I -- I can't think of anything now.

Carlotta: Great, Natalie can come, but your mother has to stay away.

Cristian: Mami, please. Look, it's not that I didn't want to see you. It's just that -- well, I know this is breaking your heart.

Carlotta: It is. And my heart will still be breaking until the day you're out of this jail.

Natalie: Did Allison do something to Cristian?

Mitch: I have no idea. I told you, I have no control over Allison.

Natalie: I swear, if you've planned something, if Cristian is hurt in any way --

Mitch: I'm a peaceable man, Natalie. However, if Allison Perkins should take it upon herself to do something untoward, well, there is nothing I can do about that.

Natalie: And what does that mean?

Mitch: I have no control of anyone in that jail. I mean, who knows what kind of riffraff is in there. Hmm. Maybe Allison does have malicious intent.

Natalie: What are you talking about?

Mitch: Or some other prisoner. A cellmate. A bunkie. You know how territorial they can be.

Natalie: Stop it.

Mitch: Or maybe a reporter with a deadly plan.

Natalie: What is it that you want?

Mitch: Or maybe even a guard.

Natalie: Tell me. Just what is it? What's it going to take to keep Cristian safe?

Nora: Hey.

Liz: Hi.

Nora: Any news on Keri?

Liz: Oh, she's resting, but we're hopeful she's going to be okay.

Nora: Oh, good. Oh, good. Could you excuse me for just a minute?

Liz: Yeah.

Nora: Hi.

Troy: Nora, hey. I was just leaving.

Nora: Lindsay. So, what brings you to the hospital?

Liz: You better hurry if you're going to see Keri.

R.J.: Well, as much as I'd love to see her, I'm not going to disturb her while she's sleeping.

Liz: You are really a good father. You know that?

R.J.: Well, I could be a good father to a younger child, too.

Liz: I know. I made a huge mistake not including you in Keriís life. I'm sorry.

R.J.: No, that's not what I mean. We're past that. I mean this situation isn't that different.

Liz: Except I'm older and a whole lot wiser. No cracks.

R.J.: Well, look; you're having this baby alone. I mean, the baby's father isn't around.

Liz: R.J., You never were very good at beating around the bush.

R.J.: Okay. All right, here goes. After the baby is born, you're going to need help raising her. Let me help.

Lindsay: I'm here on business.

Nora: Really? What kind of business? Because the last time I saw you, you were at the gallery preparing for your hot date.

Troy: Nora, come on, let's just go.

Nora: No, no, no. I'm curious. Where is he? He didn't stand you up, did he?

Lindsay: No. As a matter of fact, he's right here.

Blair: So, tell me how big that hot tub is again at the cabin.

Sam: Oh, it's big.

Blair: Oh! I can't wait to get in it with you, feel all those bubbles. I can already feel it. Speaking of bubbles, I can't wait till we open that bottle of champagne you brought.

Sam: Oh, yeah.

Blair: That will be great. Well, this is about the time when Starr would say, "Are we there yet?" Sam, are we there yet?

Sam: We may have to take a little detour.

Blair: Why?

Sam: We're being followed.

Hank: So you don't even remember Walter Balsom?

Allison: Sorry. Total blank.

Hank: Great.

Hank: Officer, Ms. Perkins is ready to go back to her cell.

Hank: Complete waste of time.

Allison: Oh, I don't think so.

Cristian: Look, Mom, why don't you just go home. Stop worrying about me. I'll be out of here before you know it.

Carlotta: I lit a candle for you this morning. I'm praying for God's protection and blessing.

Cristian: You know what? It must be working.

Carlotta: Why? Something good happened?

Cristian: Well, I don't want to get your hopes up, but Noraís working on something.

Carlotta: An earlier release? Oh, gracias a dios.

Cristian: Well, nothing's happened yet, but she thinks there's a chance my conviction could be overturned.

Carlotta: Oh, that is the best news. I am so --

Cristian: Mami, are you okay?

Mami? Guard! Guard, get in here! Guard!

Natalie: Is it money? I mean, is that what you want? Is that what it's going to take to keep Cristian safe? If that's what you need, I'll get the cash for you right now.

Mitch: Viki's already tried that twice.

Natalie: Okay, if it's not money, what do you want?

Mitch: A divorce.

Natalie: That's what I've been trying to do. If you'll just sign those papers --

Mitch: No, Honey, not quite. What you want is an annulment.

Natalie: Same difference.

Mitch: No. A divorce is only given to people who are truly married in a real marriage.

Natalie: Well, that's what we have.

Mitch: No, a real marriage is defined by the closeness of the husband and wife. Our marriage will be real when we consummate it.

Natalie: I already told you no.

Mitch: Yes, well, this time, you will tell me yes.
