Robert: You gonna drink that or look at it?
Anna: What?
Robert: Just go home, get some rest.
Anna: I can't. My head is, like... just... I got a text from Robin and Emma
saying, "We're home. We had so much fun."
Robert: Yeah, they... they texted me, too.
Anna: She doesn't know, and I don't know how I'm gonna tell her. [Scoffs]
Robert: You really should've thought about that before you told Peter/Henrik
that you're his mother.
Felicia: We came straight from the airport. Our suitcases are still in the car.
Mac: Your mom wouldn't even let me drop them off. Hey, how are you, sweetheart?
Maxie: Fine, considering.
Felicia: Oh, I wish we'd been here. Spinelli said the baby was healthy, despite
being early.
Maxie: Yes, thank God. He's small, but perfect in every way.
Mac: Strong, little man.
Felicia: [Chuckles]
Mac: Hey, you know what? I got these at the airport. I want to thank the doctor
that delivered my new grandson.
Felicia: How was the delivery? Was Nina here to help?
Maxie: About that... um... In keeping with our family tradition, I gave birth
not in the catacombs or under a table in a restaurant, but by the side of the
road.
Felicia: Spinelli left that part out. Please, tell me you had someone to help
you.
Maxie: Peter August, and you guys better sit down because there's a whole lot
you don't know.

On the next "General Hospital" --
Dante: You came to Port Charles last November. Nathan was shot and killed in
January, so was Faison. Why are you still here? Got what you came for. Right?
Lured your father out. He was eliminated. Your hands were clean of his death.
Why didn't you get out of here, man? Why risk getting caught?
Peter: I thought about leaving, even tendered my resignation. But I changed my
mind.
Dante: Yeah, and why's that?
Peter: Made some connections here. Didn't want to lose them.
Dante: You know what I think? [Clears throat] I think you are one selfish son of
a bitch, and you were having too much fun to take off. Ingratiating yourself
with Nathan's widow, manipulating my wife into getting you information so you
could cover your tracks.
Peter: I see. You want to talk about Lulu.

On the next "General Hospital" --
Nina: How was Charlotte this morning?
Lulu: She was good.
Nina: Good.
Lulu: She got off to school without a hitch. Figured it was better to keep her
in her routine till we figured out the next steps.
Nina: I want you to know that Charlotte is my primary concern. Okay? And I'll
assess the damage of my marriage when I can wrap my head around this entire
thing.
Lulu: You know, I can't thank you enough for bringing Charlotte to us last
night. You really put her needs before your own, and you acted in her best
interest. I can see why she loves you so much. Charlotte's lucky to have you in
her life.
Nina: That's so sweet. Thank you.
Lulu: And now I need your help. [Sighs] I have to figure out how to explain all
of this to her without revealing how much I hate her father.
[Doorbell rings]
Nina: I can get that.
Lulu: Thanks. [Chuckles]
[Birds chirping]

On the next "General Hospital" --
Carly: Absolutely not.
Diane: If you would just allow me to explain.
Carly: What?
Sonny: The sooner the better, Diane, 'cause -- Where are you going with this?
Carly: It doesn't matter. I'm not doing it. I refuse to plead "guilty by reason
of insanity" because I'm not crazy.

On the next "General Hospital" --
Anna: I don't expect Robin to forgive me. I don't even forgive myself, but what
I'm hoping is that when she hears all the reasons, that she will eventually find
a way to accept it.
Robert: I -- What about the little deal that we had -- "Thou shalt not disclose
any part of the truth"?
Anna: I didn't have any choice. Peter was holding a gun on me at close range
when Jason walked in. That was enough proof to him that he was a threat.
Robert: All the proof anyone needs here is --
Anna: If I'd let Peter go with Jason, he would be dead by now. The only way I
could stop him was to tell the truth.
Robert: Oh! There it is. The truth. [Chuckles] Let's admit it -- The only reason
you told Peter you're his mother was because you wanted to.

On the next "General Hospital" --
Dante: Did you even think of the fact that she had two kids when you sent her
off to look for your psycho daddy? Did you think how long it would take for them
to, uh... forget what her smile looked like, forget what her laugh sounded like?
Did you think about the fact that they could be growing up without a mother?
Peter: I don't know. I wouldn't know. Never had a mother.
Dante: Are we supposed to feel sorry for you? Excuse the fact that you're some
poor man's version of your father in a suit?
Peter: [Chuckles]
Dante: Manipulating people?
Peter: I never manipulated Lulu. She's a good reporter, despite how much you
underestimate her.
Dante: You played her, man! You played her. You made her think she was out to
win a Pulitzer prize, running around town doing investigative journalism for an
audience of one -- You. All you cared about was your agenda. Everyone else was
expendable to you. I mean, tell me -- tell me something -- if Jason hadn't shot
Faison, who was next on your list to use? Maxie, maybe?
Peter: I never wanted to use anyone.
Dante: But you did. You did. You used Nathan. You used him as a lure for your
father, used him as a target.
Peter: I didn't want my brother to die.
Dante: [Sternly] Don't you -- Don't you ever call Nathan your brother again.

On the next "General Hospital" --
Lulu: What are you doing here?
Valentin: I wanted to clear up any potential confusion regarding Charlotte. Our
custody agreement is still in full effect. Uh, this is my week, and I'll be
picking up Charlotte after school and taking her home with me.
Lulu: Do you think it would be a good idea for her to witness you being dragged
away in handcuffs yet again?
Valentin: Uh, I think you're mistaken because I-I'm not going to be taken away
in handcuffs, because there are no charges against me, and you can't legally
keep me from my daughter.
Lulu: Well, I can if you are trying to kidnap her.
Valentin: There is nothing in our custody agreement that forbids me from taking
my daughter on vacation.
Lulu: Vacation? There is a big difference between going on vacation and going
into hiding.
Valentin: I have been planning a family vacation in Morocco. Nina and I have
taken a house there. We like the country. We look forward to showing Morocco to
our daughter, but I am not taking anybody into hiding. I have nothing to hide
from because I haven't broken any laws.
Nina: Uh, o-okay, wait a second. Wait a second. Let's -- So much is up in the
air right now. As a show of good faith, let's keep Charlotte here with Lulu for
the time being.

On the next "General Hospital" --
Felicia: Oh, I wish I'd been here to help you. See? I told you it was too close
to her due date to travel.
Mac: Well, I wanted to shake Peter August's hand, give him one of these.
Felicia: Oh, and I want to give him a big hug for taking care of both of my
babies.
Maxie: No. [Sighs] You don't. Peter is no hero. He's Henrik Faison.

On the next "General Hospital" --
Brad: Hey, Nelle. [Chuckles]
Nelle: Hey.
Brad: I heard you were being released today.
Nelle: Yeah. Are those for me?
Brad: Yes.
Nelle: Oh!
Brad: I'm glad I caught you before you left. Uh, is Monica taking you home?
Nelle: No, no. I'm waiting for Michael. Michael's on his way. Um, he was so
worried about me, he made me promise not to go anywhere without him.
Brad: Yeah, I don't blame him. That was some fall you took down those stairs.
It's a miracle you and the baby weren't hurt.
Nelle: Yeah, well, that's what this baby is -- A miracle. You know? It's changed
my life already so much.
Brad: Yeah, I don't suppose you've heard anything about Carly, have you? [Sighs]
Yeah. Lucas and Bobbie are completely freaked out, and, I mean, it really looks
like Carly is having a psychotic break or something.
Nelle: Yeah. I mean, I don't want to say "mentally ill" around Michael, but, I
mean, it's kinda hard to deny at this point. I know he's thinking it, too. Poor
Carly.

On the next "General Hospital" --
Carly: I didn't push Nelle. I didn't even touch her!
Diane: Nelle says you did.
Carly: She's lying like she lies about everything else!
Diane: Unfortunately, there is a boatload of evidence to support Nelle's
allegation, and none whatsoever to exonerate you.
Carly: Yes, there is, and Jason will find it.
Diane: Yes, but you're being arraigned in less than an hour, and there are no
fewer than six people, including your mother and your daughter, who say they
heard you berating poor Nelle just 20 minutes before they found her lying at the
bottom of the stairs. It's your words against Nelle's. And all the witness are
on her side.

On the next "General Hospital" --
Mac: Peter is Faison's son?
Felicia: And Nathan's brother.
Maxie: Yeah. You know, this whole time, I thought Faison was at Crimson to
kidnap me. But he wasn't. Scoffs] He was there for Peter. I was just in the
wrong place at the worse possible time.
[Telephone rings in distance]
Maxie: I wish I had never gone to Crimson that night. Then Nathan wouldn't have
been there, either. And Faison and Peter could have just killed each other.
Felicia: Maxie, don't you dare blame yourself for any of this. You had no idea
what you were walking into.
Maxie: Yeah, but Peter did. He knew Faison was after him. He could've gone to
the police for help. But he didn't. He just let all of it happen. Do you think
when he was trying to stop Nathan's bleeding, he was thinking, "better you than
me"?
Felicia: Never make sense of this because there's no sense to be made.
Mac: Sweetheart. [Sighing] Oh, sweetheart. You know what? [Sighs] Losing Nathan
was a terrible tragedy that we're all gonna have to learn to live with.
Maxie: [Sighs]
Mac: But, you know, there's one way that we can do that. He's right here in this
hospital.
Maxie: [Sighs]
Felicia: That beautiful new person you and Nathan brought into this world is a
testament to your love.
Maxie: [Sniffles]
Felicia: He's fierce, and he's a survivor, just like his mama, [Voice breaking]
and you need to give him all that focus. So, there's no time to hang onto
bitterness. You have a new baby to love.
Maxie: I love you, Mom.
Felicia: I love you, too.
[Both sigh]
Felicia: So... If it's not too much, I'd really like to meet my new grandson.
[Chuckles]
Mac: Uh, me, too. [Chuckles]
Maxie: [Sighs]

On the next "General Hospital" --
Dante: Nathan wasn't your brother. You sure as hell weren't a brother to him.
You don't leave a brother hanging in the dark. He never would've done that to
you. He didn't even know you. You were a stranger. He would've stood by your
side and taken down your father with you. That's the kind of guy he was. That's
the kind of brother he would've been. You know, I mean... Y-You don't even know
what a brother is, do you? A brother that tells you the truth, even when you
don't want to hear it. They're there for you when you need them. They wear
stupid hats to your kid's birthday parties. They're your kid's godfathers. He's
your best man at your wedding.
Peter: Nathan was a good man. I wish I could've known him.
Dante: Well, you messed that up, didn't you?! You know, it's a blessing in
disguise he never met you because he would've been ashamed of you, embarrassed.
You're a coward, and the only reason I'm not slamming your face into this table
is because Nathan, my brother, wouldn't have wanted me to do that.
[Door slams]
[Clatters]

On the next "General Hospital" --
Sonny: How does pleading "not guilty by reason of insanity" work to Carly's
advantage?
Diane: Well, we avoid accusing a poor, pregnant girl of lying. We argue that
regardless of what did or did not transpire on that staircase, Carly is not
capable of rational thought and is therefore, not responsible for her actions.
Carly: Okay, that's not what happened, all right? I was angry, but I was fully
in control! I didn't touch Nelle, let alone push her. All I did was grab the
damn blanket!
Diane: Which we cannot produce!
Carly: [Sighs]
Diane: So, Carly, it's your choice -- Either stick to your story and run the
risk of spending time in prison or take the remedy that the law affords and
maintain that you're just not responsible for your actions.
Carly: [Scoffs]

On the next "General Hospital" --
[Machine beeping]
Mac: Oh, look at him. Well, he may be small, but that's a pitching arm if I ever
saw one.
Maxie: [Chuckles]
Felicia: He's beautiful. I can't wait to hold him.
Maxie: Wait until you see him up close. He reminds me so much of Nathan.
Felicia: Have you decided on a name yet?
Maxie: Um... Yeah. I've decided to name the baby after his father.
Felicia: So, we have a Nathan Jr.?
Maxie: Mnm-mnm. There is only one Nathan. But Nathan's given name was James, so
this baby will be James.
Mac: James.
Felicia: Mm-hmm.
Mac: It's a good name.
Maxie: Mm-hmm.
Mac: It's honorable, straightforward, and strong, just like his dad -- James
West.
Maxie: James Malcolm West, if you're okay with that.
Mac: [Chuckles] Okay? It would be... pretty much the greatest honor of my life.
Maxie: I love you, Mac.
Mac: Oh, sweetheart, I love you so much. [Chuckles]
All: [Laugh]
[Beeping continues]
Felicia: James Malcolm West, welcome to the world.
Maxie: Mm.
Felicia: [Chuckles]

On the next "General Hospital" --
Dante: He's in an interrogation room.
Anna: Can I talk to him?
Dante: Be my guest.
[Police radio chatter]
[Door opens, closes]
Peter: Just when I thought my day couldn't get any worse. Hello, Mother.

On the next "General Hospital" --
Nelle: Sooner or later, we'll have our little ones with us, and our lives will
be able to start all over. I'm excited about that. Aren't you?
Brad: Sure. Yeah, I may even join one of those play groups. You know, not long
ago, the thought of socializing with a bunch of random strangers, obsessing over
child development would've made me want to set my hair on fire, but now I'm
kinda looking forward to it. [Chuckles] It's funny. At first, I was
superstitious, but once I pushed passed it, you know, I'm really starting to
invest. It's the opposite with Lucas, though. I-I mean, he still wants it every
bit as much as I do, but the closer we get, the more afraid he is of jinxing it.
Nelle: Hmm. Well, don't worry, because before you know it, you and Lucas and
Michael and I will be hanging out while our kids have a play date.
Brad: [Laughs] Look at you -- Building a nest with your man.
Nelle: Mm-hmm.
Brad: I'm really happy everything's worked out for you.
Nelle: Exactly as I planned.

On the next "General Hospital" --
Carly: Can I, uh... see your phone?
Sonny: Yeah, why?
Carly: I want to call Jason.
Sonny: Carly --
Carly: No, I'd like someone here who believes me! And not just because of
evidence or a witness statement, but because he believes in me!
Sonny: I believe in you, Carly. Jason can be here in court for you, but he can't
-- he can't spend time with you in Pentonville. And that's where you're going if
you don't let Diane do what she does best.
Carly: [Laughing] Diane? Diane doesn't believe me! She's given up before she's
even started.
Diane: It doesn't matter whether or not I believe you're innocent --
Carly: It matters to me, Diane!
Diane: Be more concerned with what matters to the judge! My job, my only job, is
to provide you the best defense possible, and that's exactly what I'm doing.
Carly: By telling me to admit to something I absolutely did not do?!
Diane: "Not guilty by reason of insanity" is something I can prove.
Carly: Oh, my God.
Sonny: How?
Diane: Nelle and Carly have a complicated relationship. Now, Nelle has chosen to
play it very, very cool, but Carly has publicly demonstrated her animosity. Look
what happened at the PCPD -- The very mention of Nelle's name sends Carly
spinning off. I can prove irrational behavior.
Carly: No! It is a perfectly rational response to a lying snake who has
sabotaged me by using the memory of my dead son and who is trying to turn my two
surviving children against me!

On the next "General Hospital" --
Felicia: Mac and I are gonna stop home, drop off our luggage, and change, and
then I'm gonna go over to your apartment and pick up a few things. Is there
anything in particular that you want?
Maxie: Uh, my bag is actually already packed -- Clothes, toiletries, even an
outfit for the baby. It is in the front hall closet.
Felicia: [Laughs] Oh, wow. I-I'm so impressed. I was never that well-organized.
Maxie: Uh, for all the good it did me. [Chuckles]
[Door opens]
Felicia: Lulu, come on in.
Lulu: Hey.
Felicia: Oh, Bobbie told me about your foot.
Lulu: It's getting better. Look, I, uh... I did not want to intrude. I just
wanted to tell you that I saw the baby. He's so beautiful. Maxie,
congratulations. [Chuckles]
Maxie: Lulu, w-wait.
Felicia: I need to pull Mac away from that window. He can't hog all the space.
Maxie: Mm-hmm.
Felicia: I'll see you later.
Maxie: Okay.
Felicia: It's good to see you, Lulu.
Lulu: Good to see you.
[Both laugh]
[Door closes]
Lulu: So, uh... I heard that Peter delivered the baby.
Maxie: You mean Henrik.
Lulu: I swear, I didn't know, Maxie. I was such a fool. He was right under my
nose, manipulating me, and I -- I was desperate to feel worthwhile and -- and to
do something that I could be proud of, and I just... I let him flatter me.
Maxie: [Sighs]
Lulu: And I got caught up in the hype and the attention, and that is on me. I
couldn't face it before, but I own it now. I'm so sorry. [Voice breaking] I
never wanted anything bad to happen to Nathan, and I should've listened to you
and Dante, but I didn't, but I swear, I could never have imagined it would go
down like that.
Maxie: [Inhales deeply] I know.
Lulu: What?
Maxie: Lulu, I know. I was angry and hurt, and I still don't agree with what you
did, but the truth is, you're not responsible for what happened to Nathan. Peter
is.

On the next "General Hospital" --
Valentin: Thank you for being willing to talk to me. I know that you are upset.
You should be, but I just want a chance to make you understand you mean
everything to me.
Nina: So you've said a million times. Usually after I find you lying about
something, but see, this time, the lie is different because my brother is dead.
Valentin: Faison killed your brother. Peter didn't. I didn't.
Nina: [Sighs] [Clears throat] You didn't warn Nathan that Faison was coming in
town. You didn't tell him.
Valentin: I couldn't do that to Peter. I couldn't betray him like that. Nina,
I'm a -- I'm a bad man. I've done bad things. But the worst thing I've ever done
is turning Peter over to his father. He was just an innocent baby, and I changed
the course of his life. Now, once I had done that, I couldn't undo it. All I
could do was hope to mitigate the damage somewhat. I could be his friend. I
could be a mentor. So when he came to Port Charles, I kept his secret. Listen, I
hate the way things turned out. But please, understand... I didn't have a
choice.

On the next "General Hospital" --
Peter: Why are you here? Looking for some sort of forgiveness? If so, it's a
wasted trip.
Anna: I am not. I'm not. I don't expect forgiveness. I'm -- I-I honestly don't
blame you for hating me. I just came because I thought you should know the
truth. You deserve that.
Peter: Oh, well, I think I figured that out, Mother. Pretty girl gets knocked up
by a monster. She doesn't want to remember it or the child, gives it up, walks
away, never looks back. See, I'm in the news business, so I'm used to summing
things up.
Anna: Well, I was very young, yeah. Inexperienced. I let a situation get out of
control. You, more than anyone, know how impossible your father was to predict.
S-So, I realized I was pregnant, and all I wanted to do was to protect you from
him. I wanted to make sure that he never found out about you.
Peter: Well, you certainly failed there.
Anna: Indeed. I asked for you to be... taken away right after you were born. I
didn't want to see you. I didn't -- I didn't want to have any connection because
I thought, then I wouldn't -- I wouldn't be able to... I didn't know until a few
months ago that you were a little boy.
Peter: Really feeling the love now, Mom.
Anna: I convinced myself that the less I knew about you, the more distance I
could keep, the safer you would be away from him and his obsession with me.
Peter: Stop lying! Stop. I don't need to hear your fairytale version of your
selfless love for me. You left me... with a monster.
Anna: No. I wasn't the one who gave you to Faison. Yeah, that was Valentin.

On the next "General Hospital" --
Sonny: What kind of argument would you make, Diane?
Diane: I could argue that Carly was displaying a pattern of irrational behavior
at the shower.
Carly: I wasn't irrational. I was angry!
Diane: You smashed a present, you argued violently with Nelle in front of
witnesses.
Carly: Mm.
Diane: They then later found Nelle lying at the bottom of the stairs, and these
are the facts that are going to be presented to the judge this morning, that you
will be bound over for trial is a given. But if you continue to stick to this
story that you and Nelle were arguing over this baby blanket that no one has
seen, it is very likely you will spend time in prison. Or --
Carly: [Scoffs]
Diane: Or you can make the plea that I have advised and potentially regain your
freedom in a matter of months.

On the next "General Hospital" --
Carly: Okay, here -- here's why your strategy doesn't work for me, okay? I'm not
crazy, so telling the court that I am is perjury. "B," I didn't push Nelle,
okay? So, telling them that I'm "not in control" of my actions is basically
admitting that I did. Again, perjury. And we'd also be validating Nelle's lie
and playing her game, and I refuse to do either.
Sonny: Okay, Carly, the last thing I want is for you to spend time in prison. If
the choice is between you spending 25 years in prison or Nelle getting what she
wants and you doing what -- It's, uh, six months in a hospital -- There's no
choice at all.
Carly: Why are you just assuming I'm gonna be convicted, Sonny?!
Diane: Because we have no proof of your innocence. We do, however, have ample
proof of irrational behavior, and there's --
Carly: [Laughs]
Diane: There's also another factor to consider -- Your husband.

On the next "General Hospital" --
Brad: I should get going. Um, you gonna be okay?
Nelle: Yeah, I'm fine. I don't mind waiting on Michael. Thank you again for the
flowers and for the baby-shower gifts. I haven't had time to send thank-you
cards or anything, obviously.
Brad: Please, are you serious? [Chuckles] You know, I still can't believe Carly
would do something like this.
Nelle: Well, she did. I didn't throw myself down the stairs. Is that you think?
Brad: Well, no one in their right mind would do or think that, Nelle.
Nelle: Of course. I mean, I'm kid-- I'm kidding. [Chuckles] I mean, it really is
a shame that Carly's going off the deep end like this. I just -- I hope that she
gets the help that she needs.

On the next "General Hospital" --
Nina: You should. You should feel guilty. [Sighs] God. Peter is a grown man. He
knew Faison was after him, yet he did nothing to warn anybody in this town that
Faison was coming, and neither did you.
Valentin: There were so many people involved. There were so many links in the
chain of circumstance. If any one of us had done something different, your
brother may --
Nina: Is this why we went to the Seychelles? Is this why, because you wanted to
get me out of town before Faison came in?
Valentin: No!
Nina: How do I know it's no?! You lie! [Voice breaking] You lie all the time!
[Sighs] How do I know you're not just thinking, "oh, I got to protect her" or
whatever you convince yourself of? [Exhales deeply]
Valentin: You know because Charlotte was with Lulu, and you know that if I knew
Faison was coming to town, she would have been with me.
Nina: I am so tired. I'm so tired. I'm just so exhausted of being lied to and
figuring out, what are your motives. I am done! I cannot live like this! [Sighs]

On the next "General Hospital" --
Maxie: When I walked into the office, Faison was there with Peter. I was
terrified. I just assumed he was there for me, but he wasn't. He was there for
his other son, and the rest of us were just collateral damage.
Lulu: I am so sorry.
Maxie: No, I'm sorry. I'm sorry that I let him into my life. I'm sorry I
believed his lies, that I let myself lean on him, and that I couldn't see who he
was or that he was as bad as his father.
Lulu: What can I do? Will you let me back into your life? Let me help you with
the baby?
Maxie: Yeah, you can. There's actually something I'm gonna need your help with.
Lulu: Just name it. Anything you need, I will do it. Just say the word.

On the next "General Hospital" --
Peter: You're lying. You're trying to blame Valentin for what you did.
Anna: No. We were at the WSB Academy together. Cadets and friends. But we had
a... a falling out, and he really resented me for that. Somehow he figured out
that I was pregnant by your father, and he could've turned me in, but he didn't.
Instead, he followed me to Brussels and found out from the midwife where the
baby had been placed, where... w-where you had been placed.
Peter: [Scoffs]
Anna: It was an illegal adoption, you see. So he confronted the couple, and they
gave you up, and he took you to Faison.
Peter: Why didn't Valentin tell him that you were my mother?
Anna: I don't know. I asked him that. He said it was strategy.
Peter: "Never give up all your leverage. Always keep something in reserve."
Anna: Did Valentin teach you that?
Peter: My mentor. My friend.
Anna: Okay, for what it's worth, he regretted what he had done, and that's why
he befriended you and tried to help you.
Peter: Too little, too late. Just like you and your self-serving excuses. You
didn't do this for my good. You did it for yours!
Anna: I know you believe that, but really, I didn't. I-I was just trying to keep
you safe from your father.
Peter: Well, you just told me you were young. Clearly the child of Cesar Faison
didn't fit into your career plan. It was different with Robin, right? Because
her father was the legendary Robert Scorpio.
Anna: She was born at a different time in my life. I-I couldn't protect her from
Faison. I couldn't save either one of you from him.
Peter: Stop! Stop lying to me. You were never protecting me. You were protecting
yourself. Protecting you.
[Handcuffs clattering]
Peter: [Breathing heavily]
Dante: Arraignment time. Give me your hand.
[Handcuff click]
Dante: Let's go.
[Door opens]
Anna: There's not gonna be an arraignment.
Dante: Wh--What do you mean?
Anna: Okay, you can just tell the DA that I refuse to cooperate.
Robert: Anna, what are you talking about? This guy tried to kill you.
Anna: He's my son. I'm not gonna testify against him.

On the next "General Hospital" --
Dante: Jason Morgan already gave a statement that Peter was ready to shoot you.
Anna: No shot was fired.
Dante: Because Jason intervened.
Anna: He misinterpreted the situation. My life was never in any danger.
Dante: You're gonna perjure yourself to cover for him?
Anna: It's the word of a decorated law-enforcement agent against a known
criminal, a suspect in multiple disappearances. The man spent time in jail.
Dante: The man who saved your life.
Anna: Me or Jason Morgan -- Really, who do you think a judge is more likely to
believe?
Robert: No matter how this guy wound up in custody, no matter how much you try
to protect him, there is no way he's innocent.
Anna: He's my son. I know you don't want to hear that, but he is, and I
condemned him once. I'm not gonna do it again.

On the next "General Hospital" --
Nina: What do you want?
Valentin: I want you and -- and -- and me to go get Charlotte from school, and I
want us to go home together as a family.
Nina: How -- How is that gonna work when every time I look at you, [Voice
breaking] I just see my dead brother? [Normal voice] I'm not doing that to
myself. I'm not doing that to Charlotte. I'm not gonna let her see doubts. You
know what? If you were a good man -- If you were a good man, you'd take that
ticket to Morocco, and you'd go and live there, and you would leave Charlotte
with Lulu.
Valentin: I hope you don't mean that.
Nina: Leave! I mean it. Leave! Please! Leave while your daughter still loves
you. Before you break her heart, too.

On the next "General Hospital" --
Lulu: I've been saving all of Rocco's clothes. I mean, obviously that comes
later, but I'll make sure that you're stocked on diapers and -- and wipes and --
Maxie: My mom is gonna take care of all of that stuff.
Lulu: Okay. Okay, so just, um, you -- How can I help?
Maxie: If you really want to do something for me and the baby, you can help me
take down Peter August.

On the next "General Hospital" --
Robert: Anna's guilt is clouding her judgment. She doesn't want to face the man
you've become.
Dante: We still got him on the fraud charges that Sam McCall filed.
Robert: I don't think that'll be necessary. The Bureau's got other evidence, and
I am under no illusions as to what you're capable of.
Peter: Perhaps when you hear what I have to offer, you'll reevaluate. I think
you'll want to play ball after all.

On the next "General Hospital" --
Carly: What does Sonny have to do with this?
Diane: Sonny is an alleged mobster of some repute. His name is, shall we say,
"distinctive," and you share that name. DAs, for years, have been trying to take
Sonny Corinthos down, and they've come away with egg on their faces, but if the
new DA can put Sonny's wife in prison, that's a great start to her tenure.
Sonny: Diane, you know Carly has nothing to do with my business.
Diane: Immaterial. As far as DA Dawson is concerned, Carly's the next best thing
to you.
Carly: So, not only am I crazy, I'm a scapegoat for Sonny.
Diane: No! My strategy protects you from being a scapegoat. If you plead "not
guilty by reason of insanity," then I can present your history of mental illness
and say you had a relapse.
Carly: But I didn't! Okay? Nelle manipulated everything!
Diane: Unproven!
Carly: Jason's gonna prove it.
Sonny: Okay, you know what? What if she -- What if she pleas "not guilty" and we
find proof to back it up?
Diane: If I were the prosecutor, I would take proof of Nelle's gaslighting of
you and spin it into motive. Yes, Nelle manipulated you, and so you avenge
yourself by pushing her down the stairs.
Carly: Okay, but Nelle -- She's the one --
Diane: No, no, no, no, no, no. "She started it" is not a legal justification for
attempted murder. Carly, if you want to spend the rest of your life as a free
woman, you plead "not guilty by reason of insanity."
Carly: [Whispering] I hate this.
Sonny: Sometimes the things you -- you hate the most is your only option, Carly.
Carly: [Exhales deeply]

On the next "General Hospital" --
On the next "General Hospital" --
Drew (to Andre): What is holding you back from doing this procedure?
Kiki (to David): This could end my career before it even starts.
Franco (to Liz): I think it’s time I met all of your family.
Alexis (to Kevin): I need a consultation.
Finn (to Anna): I’m exactly who you should be with.
Peter (to Robert): You’ll get what I have to offer, once you drop all the
charges against me.
Judge (to Carly): For the two counts of attempted murder, how do you plead?
