Valentin: Hope you're hungry.
Alexis: You packed a picnic!
Valentin: Oh, no, I have people who do that, but I did bring it up from the car. This is the first time you've asked to see me. I thought it was significant.
Alexis: Oh, it is. We have something important to discuss.
[Knock on door]
Scott: [Groans] Lucy, um, would you do me a favor? Whoever it is, tell them to get lost?
Lucy: [Sighs] I, um, I think you're gonna change your mind when you see who it is.
Scott: Well! You have no idea how much I missed you.
Serena: You don't have to miss me anymore. I'm right here, Dad.
Lucy: Oh, baby.
Scott: Ah. Look at you. Let me look at you!
Scott: Look! Look at her!
Scott: Did -- did you -- did you orchestrate this?
Lucy: Okay. I'm kinda guilty as charged. Gail and I thought you really deserved a good surprise today.
Scott: I do. I do. And you are it.
Serena: I'm so happy to see you -- both of you. Even if it is to say goodbye to Grandpa.
Amy: I told the host of the podcast that we'd furnish the room.
Nathan: And why is that important?
Amy: Because this room has a terrace.
Nathan: I'm still not seeing the significance.
Amy: I'll be right outside on the terrace talking you through the interview.
Nathan: Oh, great. What could go wrong with that?
Amy: You're going to be wearing an earpiece.
Amy: Now, make sure the host sits in this chair with his back to me.
Nathan: Why did I say yes to this?
Amy: Because you're a decent person who's helping my brother get surgery. And for that, I am forever grateful. And so is Chet. Oh. Yeah. Take off your wedding ring.
Nathan: Wait -- what?
Amy: You're not Nathan West right now. You're "Man Landers," and he is not married.
Nathan: Since when?
Amy: Since guys will feel more comfortable confiding in a guy who's single.
Nathan: Amy, come on. This is getting out of control.
Amy: Please just take off the ring.
Nathan: [Sighs] Fine. But this goes back on the moment this interview is done.
Amy: Of course. [Giggles] This is gonna work, Nathan. And once it's all done, you'll never have to be "Ask Man Landers" again. [Sighs]
Laura: Spencer, I told you not to threaten Valentin.
Spencer: Valentin deserves it. He killed my father. Wouldn't you want to see him shed this mortal coil?
Laura: Not if you had anything to do with it.
Spencer: Look. Valentin is guilty, but I believe in my heart that one day... he will be brought to justice.
Laura: Well, forgive me for wanting to hurry justice along. But violence is not gonna solve your problems. You've got to stop thinking that that's the answer.
Spencer: I'm not thinking about violence anymore.
[Elevator bell dings]
Sonny: Kiki. You got a minute?
Kiki: Yeah, sure.
I want to talk to you about your sister.
Kiki: Is everything okay?
Sonny: No, Avery's fine. I just want to tell you that, uh, I have full physical and legal custody.
Kiki: So my mom has no legal rights to Avery at all?
Ava: I can't believe it. I'm healed. I look just like I did before... like nothing happened.
Dante: Ava. You're under arrest -- as an accessory to Morgan's murder.
Ava: It was a dream. [Voice breaking] Just a dream.
Steve: Welcome to "Adam's Apple," the safe space for men. I'm with blogger and soon-to-be-published author "Ask Man Landers," whose book is dropping soon. So, let's get to know a little bit about the man. What gave you the idea to start handing out advice to the rest of us clueless guys?
Amy: I've always been a man's man.
Nathan: I've always been a man's man.
Amy: Someone other friends feel comfortable with, friends...
Nathan: Friends who didn't have girlfriends would ask me how to find one or keep one. [Laughs]
Steve: So, I'm guessing you're in a relationship.
Nathan: Well, uh...
Steve: Or is it more than one? I have to assume you do pretty well with the ladies.
Amy: You know it. I've got more women than I can handle.
Nathan: You know -- look, I'm sorry, bro. I just -- I don't talk about my personal life.
Steve: [Laughs] Come on. Your readers ask you all kinds of personal questions. You can't return the favor?
Nathan: Not gonna happen.
Steve: If you don't tell us how well you do with women, how do we know you're qualified to give relationship advice?
Serena: [Voice breaking] I just -- I don't understand. When I got there, he s-- he seemed fine. And then...
Scott: It's all right. Come here. Come here. [Exhales deeply] So, w-what do you -- what do you think happened I mean, killed him?
Serena: [Scoffs] I wish I knew. We got up early yesterday morning to go fishing off the pier.
Scott: Was he wearing his lucky hat?
Serena: [Chuckles] Of course, he was. Actually, um... I have pictures.
Lucy: Oh! Ohh!
Serena: Grandpa was, um... he was fascinated with selfies.
Serena: [Laughs] He told all these funny stories about the three of us, and I'm pretty sure the fish even enjoyed it. [Sniffles] We caught a couple good ones.
Scott: Yeah, well, he always did have the...magic touch.
Lucy: Yeah, with pretty much everything.
Serena: Well, um, this was, uh, this was dinner. Grandma cooked what we caught. [Chuckles]
Lucy: Wow. That sunset is incredible.
Serena: Yeah. We watched it from the porch after dinner. Grandpa sat between us, held both of our hands, and kissed us on the cheek and told us it's the most beautiful sunset he'd ever seen.
Lucy: [Voice breaking] And I am sure he has seen some good ones. Serena: Yeah. [Sniffles] He called it a melter. Cause it looked like it was dissolving into the gulf. And then... it got darker. He was smiling. [Sniffles] And he -- he squeezed our hands. He said that -- he said that he felt strange. [Sniffles] And that's when Grandma and I looked at him, and he was looking so pale. And before I could do anything, he took a couple breaths, and then he was gone. It's like he was following the sun. [Crying]
Sonny: The order that was given to your mother as far as primary custody was based on a lie.
Kiki: Yeah, I know. She goaded you into threatening her.
Sonny: Yeah. We came to a private agreement. That's why Avery lives with me.
Kiki: I assumed that you were blackmailing her over something. I don't mean that as a criticism. It's just...reality.
Sonny: After Morgan died, I wanted that old custody order off the books. The judge signed off just now, and it's just a formality, if there are no more questions.
Kiki: I get it. I do. I -- you're Avery's father. You want this custody question answered once and for all. But my mom has already lost so much. I mean, if it's just a formality, you know that losing Avery's gonna break her heart.
Sonny: Well, um, I just went to see your mother, explained everything to her, and Ava seemed to accept it.
Kiki: Well, that just means that's she's really given up.
Ava: I don't know why you're here, Detective. I've already told you I have nothing to say.
Dante: Maybe if you confess... you'll feel a little bit better.
Ava: It's obvious to me the only reason you want me to confess to something is that you haven't got a case.
Ava: And you're scared to tell your father.
Dante: I don't answer to my father.
Ava: I think you're afraid that Sonny's going to take the law into his own hands, decide to kill me. Well, you don't have to worry about that. You see, I've already asked him to put me out of my misery. He declined. He'd prefer I stay alive -- and suffer.
Laura: So, what happened earlier, you know, when you threw that ring back at Valentin and you said that you would bury it with him?
Spencer: I let my emotions get the best of me, but I've come to my senses.
Laura: And what brought about that change of heart?
Spencer: There's no time for childish tantrums. A more viable solution has presented itself.
Laura: What are you talking about? Spencer, are you planning some kind of a move against your uncle?
Spencer: I thought you would never ask.
Valentin: I think maybe I should explain my recent absence from Port Charles.
Alexis: No need -- I know you were extradited to the Netherlands to stand trial for espionage and treason.
Valentin: The charges were dropped.
Alexis: That happens a lot with you.
Valentin: Well, my record is clean. It's actually cleaner than yours. I think you killed a man, didn't you?
Alexis: We're not here to talk about me.
Valentin: What are we here to talk about? Because it's obvious we are not here to have lunch.
Alexis: I have something for you. You're being sued. I'm filing a civil suit against you for compensation in the wrongful death of my nephew, Nikolas.
Valentin: At the risk of repeating myself, this was self-defense. I was never prosecuted.
Alexis: You know that a criminal trial has no bearing on a civil suit. Remember OJ? Acquitted of a double murder, but the civil suit at least allowed the families of the victims a modicum of justice.
Valentin: Well, I think the OJ Simpson case had forensic evidence, multiple witnesses. You don't have any of that. You don't even have a body. Don't you see how pointless this is?
Alexis: I'm not the one suing you. I'm just representing my client -- your grand-nephew, Spencer Cassadine.
Spencer: After I consulted with Aunt Alexis, I realized that a civil suit was the most effective solution.
Laura: Well, it's definitely the safer one. But, honey, do you have any idea how long that stuff goes on?
Spencer: I've got nothing but time. And now that we're on the same page, can I go back to camp, please?
[Cell phone chimes]
Laura: Excuse me.
Spencer: Is that Aunt Alexis? Did she give Valentin the papers?
Laura: No, it's not Aunt Alexis. Ohh. It's very bad news about an old friend of mine. Ohh.
Spencer: I am so sorry.
Laura: Thank you. Listen, honey, I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to hand you over to Chandler. I put him on notice, by the way, after the little trip that you took with him over to Uncle Sonny's restaurant, okay? So, um, no detours this time, or I'm afraid there will be some very serious consequences.
Spencer: How serious?
Laura: Well, I don't think you'd want to get Chandler fired, would you?
Spencer: Of course not.
Spencer: I will go straight to camp, and I will be very, very busy trying to learn my lines for "Hamlet." So we're all good.
Laura: Okay, sweetheart. Let me just pay the bill. We're good. Okay. So, no funny business, right?
Serena: Grandpa gave me something to give to you.
Scott: He gave me this?
Serena: Said you were the best person for it.
Scott: [Sighs] You know, he used to disappear into the garage for hours, making these things. And I knew that we were going fishing in the morning.
Scott: You know, he taught me how to cast that line, you know? Hold it just -- just right.
Serena: Me too.
Scott: One time, you know, when I was a kid, I caught this big fish -- pulled me right into the lake.
Scott: He jumped in... rescued me. He was right there -- just like that. When he needed me, I was not there for him.
Sonny: You know what, Kiki? I'm sorry for everything you're going through. You're a great person, and you were very good to Morgan.
Kiki: Not always.
Sonny: You're not responsible for what happened to him. You loved him. He loved you in return. Nobody knows where that relationship was gonna end. No one can predict that. All I know... is you made my son very happy. And I don't blame you for your mother's actions any more than I would blame Avery.
Kiki: You know, I...feel really bad for my mom. I do, but... deep down, I know that Avery's better off with you and Carly.
Sonny: Yeah. I do, too. That's why I know how much Avery loves you. So I told the nanny that you can see her anytime you want.
Kiki: Really? I appreciate that. Thank you. I actually think I'm gonna go see her right now. Is that okay?
Sonny: She'd love that.
Kiki: Thank you.
Dante: Hi, Kiki. [Sighs] I've got bad news. There's a problem with the case we're building against Ava for what she did to Morgan.
Dante: The evidence is all circumstantial. There's nothing concrete.
Sonny: What are you talking about? What about the lithium?
Dante: It's a dead end.
Sonny: Ava had to buy it from somebody.
Dante: And every dealer I've spoken to said the same thing -- you don't get high off it. It's not like oxy or fentanyl. There's no market for it.
Sonny: Doesn't mean the dealers haven't sold it. Maybe they're protecting someone.
Serena: Dad. Grandma told me that grandpa wasn't scared of death. He was scared of growing weak and feeble. And he was also scared of the ones that he loved not knowing exactly how he felt about them -- that you guys were always in his heart.
Lucy: Lee really was the kindest, most honest man in the whole world.
Scott: Brutally honest. When my marriage to Laura fell apart, he wanted me to come work for him. I wanted nothing to do with it. So he told me I was bitter 'cause Laura had left me, and I needed to move on. But I wouldn't do that. No, it would take a long, long time for me to do that.
[Knock on door]
Scott: I'll get it.
Steve: If we readers are gonna take your advice, we should know why you're qualified to give it.
Nathan: Well, I have a lot of friends who are women, and when they start talking about men, I try and listen.
Steve: [Chuckles] So they give you the inside track?
Nathan: Yeah, yeah. Well, especially one in particular. She really knows her stuff. Matter of fact, she could probably write this column on her own. I'm lucky to know her.
Steve: So if you like "Ask Man Landers," you really have her to thank. Let's get to why we're really here -- to take questions from all of my "Adam's Apple" listeners. Why don't we start with a question from.. "Torn in Tallahassee"? "Dear Man Landers, I've just met my soul mate. She says she loves me, but she's taking a job thousands of miles away. I want to support her, but I have my job here, too. So tell me -- what should I do?"
Valentin: You are the one who authenticated our father's will. Stefan and Stavros are dead. The estate is mine. Nikolas never had a claim to it, and neither does Spencer. You may want to explain that to him, rather than exploit him for your own financial gain.
Alexis: You've got a hell of a nerve accusing me of exploiting anybody.
Valentin: Listen, you've just slapped me with a baseless lawsuit. You are dragging me to a court, where you are gonna parade a fatherless boy in front of a jury and hope to get your own big, fat paycheck. Now, listen, I know you haven't worked a lot lately, but if you needed money, you could've just asked me. You don't have to traumatize Spencer with a lawsuit he can't possibly win.
Ava: [Gasps] You scared me.
Spencer: Please forgive me, Ms. Jerome. That was the last thing I intended.
Ava: I'm sure I frighten you as well.
Spencer: I've been where you are. I suffered from the same agony. I hated lying in a hospital bed, worrying that my appearance would be forever changed. And I dreaded the moment that those bandages were removed, and I'd be a monster.
Ava: But look at you. You're so handsome. So, I'm guessing perhaps your burns were not nearly as severe as mine?
Spencer: It was wrong of me to compare injuries, but I was just as scared as you are, and I wanted you to know that my heart is with you. As well as my father's.
Ava: You know, your father and I, we never... we never got close enough to talk about what was in our hearts. I sure wish we had. Spencer, you remind me so much of Nikolas.
Sonny: Maybe the lithium didn't come from a dealer. How about a pharmacist, someone selling drugs under the table?
Dante: Okay. I've called all the pharmacists in the area. None of them have any reports of any missing lithium in that timeframe we're talking about.
Sonny: So, that's it, Dante?
Dante: There's nothing else I can do.
Sonny: Ava confessed.
Dante: To you and Carly. I can't take that to court.
Sonny: You can't take a chance? You get the right jury, they'll convict.
Dante: Sonny, believe me, I have tried.
Sonny: I always believe you.
Dante: Okay, listen to me. I've argued myself blue in the face, okay, to try and get the DA to file charges against Ava. There is not enough evidence. They are dropping the case.
Laura: I'm so sorry.
Scott: Yeah. Me too.
Laura: Oh, my goodness. Serena. You're gorgeous! Oh, honey, I haven't seen you in such a long time.
Serena: It's been forever, but Mom keeps me posted on everything Port Charles.
Laura: Yeah, and she keeps us posted on everything about you. Your parents are really proud of you. Lucy, thank you so much for texting me. That was really kind of you.
Lucy: Oh, of course. You're welcome. You know, I just was trying to honor Lee's wishes. He always had a very soft spot for you.
Laura: My good fortune. I leaned on him more times than I can count.
Scott: So did I. But I never, ever told him how much I loved him.
Laura: [Gasps] Scottie, you didn't have to. He knew.
Scott: How? How can you say that?
Steve: So, "Ask Man Landers," what advice would you give to "torn in Tallahassee" on whether or not he should make a long-distance move for his girlfriend?
Amy: Nathan, listen. This isn't about you and Maxie, okay? Focus. Repeat after me. She loves her career. You love yours. Neither of you should expect the other to give that up.
Nathan: ...To give that up.
Steve: But isn't love more important than work?
Nathan: Well, why did "Torn in Tallahassee" fall in love with this woman to begin with?
Amy: Because she's got other interests and passions besides just...
Nathan: ...Just finding a man or existing for one. If she didn't, then "Torn in Tallahassee" probably wouldn't have fallen in love with her to begin with. It is her independence, her ideas, her knowing her place in the world that makes her special. So my advice to "Torn" would be...
Amy: Give it time.
Nathan: ...Give it time. And while she's away, find ways to keep that spark alive. You know it's gonna take effort, but it'll be worth it, you know? And if it's meant to be, you'll figure it out. And if you do, then you'll have overcome one of the greatest tests of love.
Amy: Respecting each other's work, enduring the separation...
Nathan: ...And most importantly, going the distance for each other.
Alexis: That lawsuit is Spencer's idea. That child wants his day in court.
Valentin: A small child making baseless accusations.
Alexis: Not so baseless, really. There's an eyewitness who saw you murder Nikolas.
Valentin: Who -- Ava Jerome? She saw Nikolas and me struggling for a gun. She heard the gun go off, and she saw Nikolas dive out a window. She can't say that I shot him intentionally. She can't even definitively say that he's dead.
Alexis: That's not the story that she tells. In fact, she signed an affidavit saying she saw you murder Nikolas. So I think she'll make a very compelling witness. I also think that Spencer will make a compelling witness, because he's very articulate, and he will have no trouble getting the jury to see his side. And who knows? If the verdict is big enough, you might just have to sell that estate Daddy left you to pay for it.
Ava: To what do I owe this pleasure?
Spencer: You were the last person to spend time with my father, so seeing you helps me to feel closer to him. And I thought that you'd like to know that I am pursuing a civil suit against his murderer.
Ava: Are you?
Spencer: One that I won't be able to pursue without your help. You can help tell my father's story, since... obviously, he can't.
Ava: Do you know what I would tell that jury? Do you know what I would swear under oath? That your father was kind and brave... that he was killed while defending me... that he died a hero.
Sonny: Are you telling me that Ava's not gonna be charged for driving Morgan to a breakdown, tampering with his sanity? Come on!
Dante: I hate this as much as you do. You know that, right? I want Ava tried. I want the whole world to know what she did to Morgan. But the worst thing we could do is go to trial with insufficient evidence. That means she gets acquitted and double jeopardy applies. If new evidence does arise, then we can charge her.
Sonny: What are the odds of that happening?
Dante: I don't know. I don't know.
Sonny: Well, then...
Dante: It's still a possibility, okay? In the meantime, she's got to live with the burns she caused to herself.
Dante: And she has to remember what she did to Morgan.
Sonny: That's not enough. Ava took Morgan's pills, watched as he spiraled so out of control that he stole Julian's car, and he died!
Dante: I want justice for Morgan. And I know you want justice for Morgan. But as hard as this is, we've both got to let this go.
Steve: "Dear Man Landers, I love my wife but she only wants sex two or three times a week." [Chuckles] "I want more. How can I make her want more, too? Signed, Steve in P.C."
Amy: What's wrong with two or three times a week? I mean, some people have jobs. They're tired when they get home from work. She can't just worry about servicing this guy's needs! Why doesn't he ask what he can do for --
Nathan: Steve, look, if you want more sex, you're gonna have to make some compromises. That's -- I mean, that's what a marriage is about, right? It's about give or take. So before you go expecting your wife to fulfill your needs, why don't you ask her about hers? You know, put in some effort. And for the both of you, don't spend your night behind a screen -- your TV or phone. So, Steve, turn off your devices and turn her on.
Steve: Like what --
Steve: Rose petals on a bed, chocolate-covered strawberries?
Nathan: Sure, sure. The important thing here is, you don't want your relationship to end up in a rut. You have to find ways to keep it thrilling and unpredictable for her. But most importantly, think about what she wants, because if you put her needs first, you'll both benefit in ways you can't imagine.
Scott: How can you say that my father knew how much he meant to me, Laura? I never told him.
Laura: You didn't have to tell him. You showed him. You confided in him. You trusted him with your secrets and your fears. And those are the things that we hope our kids will do with us.
Serena: It's true. Whenever I forget about the time change, and I call you in the middle of the night, you're always happy to hear from me, even if I'm just venting about some stupid guy I'm dating. Just knowing that you're there for me -- Dad, it means a lot.
Laura: Scotty. You did that with your dad all the time.
Scott: [Sighs] I haven't called him... weeks.
Laura: Doesn't mean you didn't think of him.
Scott: I tried to be like him. I tried.
Scott: 9 times out of 10, Laura, you know, I failed. But I do know -- I do know that he's always with me. I do know that.
Serena: He knew that, too, Dad.
Laura: [Sighs] Okay, um... I'm gonna leave you to your family.
Laura: Yeah. But listen to your daughter. Thank you again, Lucy.
Laura: Bye-bye, honey.
Ava: Your father and I -- we were good together. Evenly matched, I'd say. There was a spark between us. If we'd had the chance to pursue it, I think my life might have gone in a completely different direction. But now he's gone. [Voice breaking] And here I am.
Spencer: Me too.
Ava: I'm happy that you're taking action against Valentin. I know your father would be very proud.
Spencer: Thank you for giving my father such joy in the last couple weeks of his life... and for making me feel better. [Sighs] I sure hope you find peace.
Ava: I hope the same for you. [Sniffles]
Valentin: I would like to avoid the drama of a public spectacle.
Alexis: I bet you would.
Valentin: But I warn you -- I have access to one of the top trial attorneys in the country. And if you force me, I will bury you, and I will tear Nikolas apart.
Alexis: You're gonna put the victim on trial?
Valentin: Then Spencer can sit in court, and he can hear how his father used him -- all his illusions of his father just torn away. Is that what you want? And what about you, Alexis? You just got your law license back. Is this really how you want to risk it? Because I think exploiting a small child -- an innocent, small child -- for financial gain, that could get you disbarred for life.
Alexis: I trust that the jury will see things my way.
Valentin: You don't know anything, Alexis. You don't know the truth.
Alexis: I know that our father left you a fortune and that Spencer's gonna walk away with it. Which pales in comparison to what he really wants. What he wants is justice for his father. But, you know, money's better than nothing.
Sonny: So, that's it? Ava's free to live her life? Morgan's dead, right? No big deal.
Dante: You've seen her, right? There's not much of a life there.
Sonny: She has more than she deserves, unless I stop her.
Dante: Okay. You're not gonna -- hey, hey. Whoa. You're not gonna take the law into your own hands, okay?
Sonny: No, I'm not. 'Cause I told Carly that I wouldn't, and I mean it -- that I'm gonna change. Probably, that promise is gonna be one of the hardest things I've ever done.
Dante: What do you mean, you're gonna change? What are you talking about?
Sonny: The less you know, the better. Here's what I will say to you. I'm getting out of certain aspects of the business.
Kiki: Mom. Hi.
Ava: Kiki, I told you -- you don't have to come here anymore.
Kiki: Yeah, I know. But I brought you a special surprise guaranteed to lift your spirits. Come on.
Ava: [Gasps] Oh! [Laughs] Oh, my baby.
Kiki: Avery, look! It's Mommy!
Ava: Hi, baby!
Kiki: Say hi! Look! Oh, yeah. Say hi.
Ava: No? It's okay.
Kiki: It's okay. It's okay.
Kiki: It's okay.
Nathan: Well, I guess it wasn't really all that bad, being "Ask Man Landers."
Nathan: Well yeah, especially now that it's over.
Amy: Well, you can officially relax, because you never have to be "Ask Man Landers" again. [Giggles]
Nathan: Glad for that.
[Elevator bell dings]
Steve: Hey. Glad I caught you.
Nathan: Hey. Uh, what's up?
Steve: My producers just listened to the podcast. They love it. They're ready to offer you serious money.
Nathan: To do what?
Steve: To join me on the podcast. "Man Landers" is gonna be a regular on the series. Congratulations.
Scott: Uh, okay. To you, Lee, the most ethical... supportive father you could have. We love him.
Lucy: [Laughs] Hear, hear.
Scott: Hear, hear.
Serena: To Grandpa.
Dante: You're getting out of the business?
Sonny: Some parts of it.
Dante: And you really mean this?
Sonny: Thought I did.
Dante: Until what I just told you about Ava?
Sonny: Carly wants it, and I want it, too.
Dante: Well, good. Then do it. Do it. Don't let Ava put you off that path.
Kiki: Avery is fine, okay? Laura's taking her home. We just stopped at the cafeteria to get her some apple slices, so she's really happy, actually.
Ava: I scared her. She's frightened of me.
Kiki: No, no. It was my fault. I tried to explain the bandages to her, but she just didn't understand -- she's too small.
Ava: I know what you're trying to do, Kiki, and I appreciate it. But she's terrified of me.
Kiki: No. No.
Ava: And I don't blame her. I know what I look like.
Kiki: No. She just has to get used to it.
Ava: No! [Voice breaking] I'm not gonna frighten her again. I don't want you to bring her to me, okay?
Ava: Kiki, please? I don't want to see Avery. Do you understand?
Ava: I'm very tired. [Sighs] I'd like to be alone.
Kiki: No, I want to stay with you.
Ava: Just go and be with your sister. [Voice breaking] That's all I want.
Laura: Spencer. Where were you? I was starting to get worried again.
Spencer: Well, it was popsicle day at camp, and while I waited for all the other kids to get their popsicles, I may have snagged a cherry one for you and an orange one for Aunt Alexis.
Alexis: Did someone mention popsicles?
Laura: Hi, Alexis. How are you?
Alexis: Good to see you. This is my favorite.
Spencer: So, what happened with my Uncle Valentin? Did you deliver the devastating blow?
Alexis: I did indeed.
Spencer: And what'd he do? Shriek, wail, and beat his breast?
Alexis: Nah. He's a cool customer.
Spencer: We're gonna beat him, right?
Alexis: Of course, we are. Cheers.
Valentin: Well, file a motion to dismiss. I want this lawsuit taken out before it even starts. [Sighs] Fine. I'll just have to deal with Spencer myself.
On the next "General Hospital" --
Jordan (to Anna): What'd I just walk in on?
Curtis (to Stella): You were engaged, Auntie?
Spencer (to Charlotte): Your papa killed my father!
Valentin (to Laura): I will protect what's mine, by whatever means necessary.
Ava (to Griffin): There's not a chance in hell that I am leaving this hospital!
Jason (to Sam): You want to tell me why you lied to me?
Carly (to Sonny): I want you to do something for me.
