Sam: Okay, the babysitter is taking the kids back home.
Alexis: Okay, that's good.
Sam: Yeah. Danny could tell something was off. He was wondering why Jason wasn't going with us. Where is Jason? Mom?
Alexis: Um, uh, what?
Sam: Are you okay?
Alexis: He went looking -- yeah. No. I don't know what I am. Julian's alive, and he was here watching us.
Dillon: Hey, look at that. We made it with time to spare.
Kiki: Yeah. Hey, you, uh, you missed a button.
Dillon: Uh, well then, fix me.
Kiki: Okay. Thank you for helping me study for my practice test.
Dillon: Any time. I mean, I will help you any -- any time.
Kiki: Good to know. And you're all set.
Dillon: Thanks. [Chuckles]
Kiki: So, what about me? Is everything in its place?
Dillon: Uh, I think there's just one thing. [Kiss] Now you are good to go.
Kiki: Hell, yeah, I am.
Dillon: Hey! It's the couple of the hour!
Olivia: Thank you.
Kiki: Olivia, you look gorgeous.
Olivia: Thank you.
Ned: She's not pregnant, she's engaged.
Kiki: Oh, can I see the ring?
Olivia: Of course.
Kiki: [Gasps] Oh, my gosh. It's beautiful.
Dillon: Yeah, Ned can't take credit. It was my grandmother's.
Olivia: Well, that just makes it more special.
Ned: What is, uh, that?
Olivia: Uh, bruschetta. Homemade. You can't have a party without homemade bruschetta. What is the look?
Laura: Looks great.
Tracy: It does, doesn't it?
Tracy: Thank you so much for helping me bring it home.
Laura: You're welcome.
Tracy: [Sighs] What?
Laura: I -- I was just wondering if tonight is the right night to unveil it.
Tracy: Why not? It's a family party.
Laura: Yeah. Specifically for Ned and Olivia.
Tracy: Yeah, Ned's my son, and he should know about this wonderful heritage he's got, and so should she if she's gonna be joining our ranks.
Laura: Okay. If you're sure.
Tracy: I am sure. Everybody's gonna be thrilled about this painting.
Monica: What is that doing in my living room?
Sam: Any sign of him?
Sam: What kind of game is Julian playing, pretending to be dead while spying on his own family?
Jason: He's not doing a very good job of pretending.
Sam: No, he isn't. But it doesn't make any sense. It's like he wants to be caught but he doesn't.
Jason: Hey, look, Frankly, I don't care what he wants. I'm gonna find him, I'm gonna put an end to this.
Alexis: No! No.
Jax: You don't destroy what you love, Carly. You fight for it. That's one of the many things I admire about you.
[Pounding on door]
Sonny: Carly, open up!
Jax: Don't lose your temper.
Carly: Too late! What do you want?
Sonny: I just --
Carly: Come on. Sonny.
Sonny: All because of you. Everything is your fault!
Carly: I want you out of my house now.
Sam: Mom, you said it yourself. Julian's alive.
Alexis: I know.
Sam: We can't just ignore that.
Alexis: I know. I'm not in denial. Do you have any idea how crazy I felt with the lights and the knocking and the photographs and the phone? I thought I was losing my mind.
Alexis: But I wasn't, because he did survive, and he wanted me to know that. I --
Sam: Okay, but why like this? Why not just come forward?
Jason: Because he's facing criminal charges, and he doesn't want to go to prison.
Sam: Well, that's too bad.
Jason: That's what I'm gonna tell him when I find him.
Sam: Mom, remember when I asked you how you would feel if it turned out that Julian was alive?
Alexis: It seemed like a fantasy at the time.
Sam: A good one or a bad one?
Alexis: I wish I knew.
Dillon: Hey, let me get some pictures of you guys.
Olivia: Uh, is there a problem with bruschetta?
Ned: Only if you're an idiot.
Kiki: I love bruschetta.
Dillon: Me too.
Olivia: So, then, what's with the look?
Dillon: Hey, say cheese.
Kiki: Or wedding bells.
Ned: Wedding bells!
[Camera shutter clicking]
Dillon: Aww, now, that one's a keeper.
Ned: She certainly is.
Tracy: Monica, I have not taken down your wall hanging.
Monica: Well, at least reason and good taste prevail. I'll have the easel taken out before the party.
Tracy: No, you won't.
Monica: Why not?
Tracy: Because it's mine, and I say whether it stays or goes.
Monica: Do I have to remind you whose house this is?
Laura: I just want to thank you so much for including me in this celebration. I am really happy to be here.
Monica: Well, I'm glad that you are here.
Laura: Thank you. Thank you. And, you know, I was wondering, I don't know how you feel about mixing business with pleasure, but as a new board member, I just have so many questions about the hospital, and I was sure that maybe you could give me some answers?
Monica: Well, I --
Laura: Thank you. Thank you so much.
Larry: For the most beautiful woman in the room. In all the land.
Tracy: Give it a rest, Larry.
Larry: So that's it, eh? The mysterious masterpiece? About time you let me view our acquisition.
Tracy: Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Not "our." Mine.
Larry: Without me, you would have no idea that this piece existed. 50/50 split.
Larry: What's fair is fair, Tracy.
Tracy: I couldn't agree more. This...was left to me by my father. A precious inheritance. It has nothing at all to do with you.
Larry: At the very least, and I do mean bare minimum, I deserve a finder's fee for my part.
Tracy: You're drinking it. Cheers.
Carly: I want you to leave, or I'm going to call the police.
Sonny: You sure you want to call the police? Because, from what I heard from Michael, Jax would be very uncomfortable.
Carly: [Clears throat]
Jax: That's true. I paid Nelle's father for a kidney. I didn't know he was gonna use his own daughter.
Sonny: Oh, just another nameless, faceless person? Is that what you're saying?
Jax: Look, I'm not proud of what I did, but I don't regret it.
Carly: You would have done the same thing if it was one of your kids, Sonny.
Sonny: Damn straight I would. And you know what, you did what you had to do to save your daughter. I respect that. It's what came after that I have a problem with. You could've ended this if you had gone to Nelle, asked for forgiveness. But you get on your plane and you go across the planet, leave us like sitting ducks.
Carly: What are you talking about? That's exactly what you did! No, you know what? What you did was 1,000 times worse. Because Jax at least thought Nelle was a nice person. He had no reason to believe that she had an ulterior motive. But you knew! You knew that Nelle had a screw loose, and you knew that was messing with our family, and you said nothing, Sonny!
Sonny: We did not -- we don't need this!
Carly: No, we don't need this.
Sonny: It's hard enough, you know? Morgan died. Even harder to think that I was responsible. But Jax could've ended it, right? You could have avoided it if Carly had known. Now look where we're at, Carly.
Carly: I am.
Carly: I'm looking at you. And I don't know who you are, Sonny. You're standing here, and you're blaming Jax. And okay, yeah, Jax was wrong, Jax made a mistake. He should've told me about Nelle the second she came to town. But you -- the rest is on you. And you're standing here, and you're blaming everybody else. Because I know you. You can't stand to live with this, but you're gonna have to.
[Knock on door]
Dante: Carly, it's Dante. Open up.
Carly: [Sighs] This is not a good time, okay?
Dante: Is Sonny here?
Dante: May I come in?
Carly: Dante's here, Sonny. He's looking for you, so why don't you do everyone a favor and leave with him?
Dante: Michael said you'd be here. I was hoping he was wrong.
Sonny: What did he tell you?
Dante: That you were pissed at Jax. Didn't really give me any other details.
Sonny: Well, that's just like Michael. He's gonna be discreet. He's trying to protect everybody, but he doesn't have to worry, because Jax only protects himself.
Carly: Sonny, don't!
Dante: All right, what the hell is going on here?
Carly: Dante, it's time for you to go, I think.
Jax: No, no, no. I have -- I have something to say.
Carly: Jax, you don't have a lawyer. Don't.
Jax: I paid Frank Benson to find me a kidney. Now, I didn't know it was Nelle's, but even if I had known that he was going to use his own daughter, I probably would have gone through with it anyway. Because I would've done anything to save Josslyn.
Sonny: Dante, did you get all that? 'Cause if not, I recorded it.
Dante: You did what? What are you doing?
Sonny: Well, I wasn't planning on giving this to the police. I was gonna use it as leverage, but since you're here.
Dante: Nah, you don't want to do this. Come on.
Sonny: Well, I think I do because, you know, my whole life, my mantra's been "what you do, you pay for." It's time to pay up, Jax.
Carly: You sneaky son of a bitch.
Dante: I wish I could ignore this, but I can't. As much as I would like to. I'm sorry you made this choice, Sonny.
Monica: Well, there they are.
Laura: Congratulations, you two.
Larry: And what a dashing couple you make.
Olivia: Thank you for throwing this party.
Tracy: I threw it.
Monica: In my house.
All: Alan gave it to her.
Monica: Well, he did.
Tracy: It was the dumbest decision he ever made.
Ned: And...moving on. Thank you, both of you. This is a lovely celebration.
Olivia: We really are so grateful.
Tracy: What's that?
Olivia: Uh, it's bruschetta. I made it myself. It's kind of my specialty.
Ned: It is to die for. Really.
Tracy: You brought food to a Quartermaine party? How --
Tracy: Uh, no. Not the word I was looking for.
Kiki: Bread with tomatoes. What's the big deal?
Tracy: Oh, hello. How lovely that you managed to worm your way into this family in another way.
Dillon: She just can't quit us, I guess.
Tracy: So, it's not me that has a problem with your...hors d'oeuvre. It's the cook. She'll be insulted.
Tracy: Because she'll think that her bruschetta isn't good enough.
Olivia: Well, if it's really that big a deal, I'll just take it back out to the car.
Laura: Oh, no.
Dillon: No, no.
Larry: That's ridiculous. I'll proffer the delicacy to Cook. I'm sure she'll be thrilled.
Tracy: Good luck with that.
Larry: How kind of you to be so concerned for my welfare.
Monica: Well, that's our Tracy, always looking out for her darling Lord Larry.
Larry: I thought so. [Chuckles]
Monica: I couldn't help myself. You two are such a terrific couple.
Tracy: Oof! Can we change the subject? I have something very special I'd like to share tonight.
Olivia: You think it's an engagement present?
Ned: I think it's trouble.
Monica: Enough of whatever that is. I am not hanging it.
Tracy: Monica, you haven't even seen it yet.
Monica: I don't need to see it.
Tracy: What is your problem? It could be a Picasso or a Monet for all you know.
Monica: Is it?
Tracy: No. But it's an important family heirloom.
[Smoke alarm blares]
Sam: You're going home with us.
Jason: You'll be safe there.
Alexis: I don't need protection.
Sam: Mom, you have no idea what Julian is up to.
Alexis: I -- you're right, I don't. But I -- he's not gonna hurt me.
Sam: Because he's never hurt you before?
Alexis: Honey, can we not go there?
Sam: Where exactly, Mom? To the time he killed Duke Lavery and used you as an accessory? Or when he put a knife to your throat?
Alexis: What if he didn't want to?
Sam: Um, oh, yeah, that's right. He was forced to by his big, mean sister. What about all the other crap that he's pulled? I've watched this man break you.
Alexis: "This man" is your father.
Sam: I don't care! No, he is not my father!
Sam: I don't unite the two of you. I don't want you together, and don't use me as an excuse.
Alexis: I'm -- I get it. I'm just saying that if he was going to hurt me, he would've done it already.
Jason: How do you know that?
Alexis: I just do. I -- I'm not afraid, and I want to sleep in my own bed.
Sam: He has let himself into your house before.
Jason: Yeah, once that we know of. Maybe more.
Sam: And what if he does it again?
Jason: He's not going to, because I'm gonna call Sonny, and I'm gonna make sure --
Alexis: No, you are not going to do that and -- no.
Alexis: I appreciate your concern. I understand why you're both concerned. But I will take care of this.
Sam: Okay. Well, what if he shows up? Then what?
Alexis: I will cross that bridge when I come to it.
Alexis: No guards. Do not follow me.
Sam: [Sighs] What am I supposed to do?
Jason: Well, come with me. I have an idea.
[Smoke alarm blaring]
What in the world is going on?
Maybe someone left a cigarette burning.
Nobody in this house smokes.
Monica: Larry is here, so all bets are off.
Tracy: This is your fault, Olivia!
Olivia: Wha-- mine?
Tracy: It's that bruschetta! The cook was so upset, she set a fire just in protest!
Laura: I don't smell smoke. Do you?
Ned: It's probably just a false alarm. So let's just fan out and check all the rooms, just in case.
Dillon: On it. Come on.
Tracy: No, I-I-I can't leave the painting.
Ned: The painting's not going anywhere. We'll check the kitchen.
Monica: And we'll check upstairs. Come on.
Tracy: Just make it stop.
Jason: Hey, what's going on?
Dillon: We're not sure. Somehow the smoke alarm got tripped, and we're trying to figure out where it's coming from.
Kiki: Oh, thank God.
Dillon: Okay, now that we can talk at a normal volume, you guys here for Ned and Olivia's engagement party?
Jason: We weren't invited.
Jason: It's okay.
Sam: Yeah. It's okay. Actually, we came here to see you, Dillon. Or more specifically, we need to see your camera. Something crazy happened when we were looking through the pictures that you took today.
Jason: Yeah. We saw this in the background.
[Cell phone slides]
Kiki: Is that...?
Sam: Julian Jerome -- alive and well.
Julian: Oh, I've always had a vague sense that I was, uh, chasing the wrong things. But when I found you again, I realized what I truly, truly wanted. And that's this. Right here. Right now. Taking our vows in front of our children. And I will cherish the life that you and I continue to build.
Sonny: You set Dante on me?
Michael: Yeah, look, I didn't want you to do anything you'd regret.
Sonny: You worry too much, Michael. We're all adults. You know, we make choices, we live with the consequences. Even Jax.
Michael: Dad... what'd you do?
Dante: Well, here's what's gonna happen, Jax. I have to arrest you. As much as I sympathize with your motives, organ trafficking is pretty damn illegal.
Jax: I knew this was a real possibility. I'm ready for it. Joss comes first, right?
Jax: Do what you need to do, Dante.
Josslyn: Mom, I talked to Jamie today at the stable, and she said she could get horses for you and Dad if you want to come ride with me tomorrow. What are you doing to my father?!
Sonny: I confronted Jax about the deal he made with Frank Benson. I admitted that I would've done the same thing to save my own kids. Difference is, when Nelle showed up... I would have said something. Jax stays quiet, flies to Australia, and leaves us twisting in the wind.
Michael: Yeah, but, Dad, Jax had no way of knowing that Nelle was a threat.
Sonny: Do not make excuses for Jax!
Michael: I'm not making excuses.
Sonny: What I'm saying is, nothing Nelle did, you know, the pain she caused wouldn't have happened if Jax had just told the truth. Not that your mother would admit that.
Michael: Okay, okay. So, you tore into Jax and Mom defended him. That's all that happened, right?
Sonny: Well, not quite. I got a recording of Jax admitting what he did and gave it to Dante. Probably getting arrested as we speak.
Michael: Dad, are you out of your mind?!
Carly: Come here. It's okay, all right? Your dad is gonna be fine. Right, Dante?
Dante: I won't cuff you, but I do have to take you in.
Jax: I understand.
Josslyn: I don't. What is going on?
Carly: Okay, I'll tell her, Jax, after you --
Jax: No, no. I think that she should hear it from me.
Josslyn: Hear what?! Are you under arrest?
Dante: Take your time.
Jax: Thank you. I'm sorry about this, Joss.
Josslyn: Just talk to me, please.
Jax: [Sighs] I'm the one that arranged for you to get Nelle's kidney. We weren't sure if you were gonna make it. And I couldn't let you... so, I did something illegal. I reached out to Nelle's father, and I offered him money to help me find an organ donor. And then I made it worse by staying silent about it.
Josslyn: You didn't know?
Jax: It's my fault that Nelle came to town wanting revenge. If I would have been honest right from the start, she never would have been able to hurt you and your mom the way she did. It's because of me.
Josslyn: It's because of you I'm alive.
Julian: So, are we good?
Man: It's all arranged.
Dillon: Okay, here's some more photographs from the park.
Jason: All right. What do you got, man?
Dillon: Let me see.
Jason: This one here of Kiki, can you blow that up?
Dillon: Yeah, I'll try.
Sam: There are two people in the background.
Kiki: Is one of them Julian?
Dillon: I can't tell. I'll try to enhance it a little bit more.
Jason: Yeah, that's definitely Julian. And whoever this guy is he's meeting clearly he's handing him cash for an exchange in, I don't know, an envelope of some sort?
Kiki: Who is it?
Sam: Okay, what are we thinking? Passport? Plane ticket? Both? Can -- do me a favor. See that right there? Can you pull that up? On his arm. That tattoo, it looks familiar.
Jason: Where have you seen it?
Sam: [Sighs] I mean, I don't know. Let me think. It's Hooper. Hooper.
Dillon: Who is Hooper?
Sam: He works down at the docks. Boats for hire, and any sort of purpose, really.
Jason: Yeah, usually illegal.
Alexis: Our wedding was a disaster. But the good news is that our children are all well. All of them -- yours, mine and ours. And we managed to make it through the vows.
Julian: That's true. We are married. You know I love you.
Alexis: And I love you. [Sighs]
Dante: Sorry, Jax. We got to go.
Josslyn: [Crying] No.
Jax: No, it's okay, sweetheart. It's okay. As long as you're healthy, that's all that matters.
Josslyn: Mom, do something!
Carly: I hate it. It's not fair that you're being arrested for saving your daughter's life. I will figure something out, okay?
Jax: There's nothing to figure out, Carly. I broke the law, okay? I told myself a long time ago that if it ever came out, I'm not gonna run from this. I'm sorry.
Carly: Why are you sorry?
Jax: Because I should've told you a long time ago. If I would've known the pain that it would cause --
Carly: You have nothing to apologize for. You saved your daughter's life, and I am grateful for that, Jax. Thank you.
Jax: If you want to thank me, then stay with Joss. She needs you a lot more than I do right now.
Dante: Time's up, Jax.
Josslyn: [Sobs] No.
Jax: No, I have to go.
Josslyn: I won't let you go! It's not right!
Carly: Stop. Stop.
Josslyn: You know it's not right!
Carly: Hey! Knock it off for a second, okay? I know you're hurting, but right now, your dad has to go with Dante, okay? Okay? Come here.
Jax: Sweetheart, please, don't be scared, all right? I love you.
Josslyn: I love you, too.
Jax: Everything's gonna be fine. You'll see.
Michael: You're sure Dante's going to arrest Jax?
Sonny: That's the impression I got.
Michael: Is there enough evidence on that recording to get him convicted?
Sonny: I don't even think it's gonna go to trial, Michael. I think he's gonna cut some deal, pay some fine, and do some community service. If he spends two days in county jail, then I'll be surprised.
Michael: Yeah, well, Dad, what if you're wrong? Huh? What if you just sent Josslyn's father to prison for saving her life?
Sam: Thank you. Thank you so much for getting these.
Dillon: Yeah, no problem.
Kiki: You know, talking to my mom might be a good idea. Julian may have tried to contact her.
Jason: You know what, if he's meeting with Hooper, my bet is he's leaving town, so...
Sam: Which means we got to get out of here now.
Jason: We do.
Dillon: Okay, well, good luck. If you need anything else, let us know.
Sam: Thank you.
Jason: Appreciate it.
Sam: Okay, thank you, guys. Bye.
Kiki: Whew. My uncle's alive.
Dillon: Just another night in Port Charles.
Dillon: You want a drink?
Kiki: Several. Thank you.
Larry: Where have you been?
Tracy: Making sure the house didn't burn down. Thank you for your help, as always.
Larry: Did the smoke alarm go off?
Monica: You didn't hear it?
Larry: I was taking a walk around the grounds. Please accept my sincere apologies. Had I known you were in danger, I would have moved heaven and earth to protect you.
Monica: Oh, Tracy, isn't that sweet?
Tracy: Enough, Monica.
Ned: So, what was the verdict with the cook?
Ned: When you brought her the bruschetta.
Larry: Oh! She loved it. Uh, wants the recipe.
Olivia: Boo-yah! Up top. Hey!
Tracy: Good Lord.
Monica: Well, the house is still standing, so that's reason enough to raise a glass. But we have something more to be grateful for. Olivia, we are thrilled that you're going to be joining the family. Not just because you put a big smile on Ned's face...
Monica: ...But because you're going to be breathing new life into this house and make it what it once was -- a home. Welcome.
Olivia: Thank you. Truly. That is so sweet.
Dillon: To my big brother, Ned. Way to marry up, big guy.
Tracy: [Laughs] Oh, you were serious?
Monica: Oh, for Pete's sake, Tracy! Your son is getting married. Suck it up and congratulate him.
Tracy: I threw the party, didn't I?
Ned: While insulting my fiancée.
Olivia: It's okay. It's okay. Ned, I can take it. It's just what Tracy does.
Tracy: I'm sorry. It's that "up" thing. I -- I thought it was amusing.
Monica: Don't feel bad. I got the same treatment when I married her brother. See, I was the gold-digger. I didn't fit in with the highfalutin family.
Tracy: Well, to be fair, you did sleep with your husband's nephew.
Kiki: Oh, yikes.
Dillon: Oh, boy. She went there.
Ned: You're bringing that up now? Tonight?
Tracy: It happened, didn't it?
Monica: A million years ago. And never again!
Monica: Could we focus on the here and now?
Monica: Uh, I thought the two of you could have the west wing, with Leo, of course. Unless you would prefer the other side of the house? That's fine with me, too.
Tracy: That's my wing.
Monica: As I said, that's fine with me, too.
Tracy: And where do you suggest I relocate to?
Monica: Well, the laundry room is very spacious.
Dillon: Does that mean the west wing is up for grabs?
Tracy: Just for the record, I'm not moving anywhere.
Monica: This is my house. Check the deed, Tracy. There it is in black and white.
Tracy: "Check the deed, Tracy." You want to know what I want to do with that deed?
Monica: Exactly what I want to do with that easel.
Larry: I do so enjoy this.
Alexis: Please don't do this. No matter what, you still love me.
Julian: Turn around and walk to the end of the pier. Go!
Alexis: So you don't have to look me in the eye when you slit my throat and throw me in the water? Screw you! I won't! If you're gonna kill me, you're gonna look me in the eye when you do it. And then you're gonna look in the eyes of your daughter and your grandson who will hate you, because of what you've done to me!
Julian: So be it.
Josslyn: What's gonna happen to Dad?
Carly: Well, they're gonna book him. And they're going to fingerprint him, and then they're gonna put him in a cell.
Josslyn: Can't you just pay the bail, so he can come home?
Carly: Well, we can do that in the morning, you know? His lawyer's gonna make the arrangements.
Josslyn: I still don't understand what happened. Why was Dante even here? Did Dad call him? Did he want to confess?
Carly: Your dad made the decision to confess, yes. But no, he did not call Dante. Michael called Dante.
Josslyn: No. I don't believe you. Michael would never do anything to hurt Dad.
Carly: Okay, no. No, he didn't. Okay, you know, this is, um -- this is really complicated. It is, and the only reason I'm sharing any of this with you is because I think that if I keep it a secret, it's only gonna be worse for you down the road, okay? All right, so you know that, um, well, Sonny and I have been fighting a lot lately. And, well, there's been a lot going on, and we both have been angry. And sometimes when Sonny gets angry, you know, he doesn't always make the best decisions.
Josslyn: It was Sonny? Sonny had Dad arrested?
Carly: I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry that I let everything get so out of control for you, Josslyn. I am.
Josslyn: No. Don't apologize for him. This is not your fault. But I hope you can see the truth now. Sonny is awful. I hope you never, ever, ever go back to him, Mom.
Michael: [Sighs] I shouldn't have called Dante. I thought that he could talk you down because you think that my loyalties are divided between you and Mom. I thought he can get through to you. But not in a million years did I think you'd have Dante arrest Jax.
Sonny: Jax did something illegal, Michael. Why shouldn't he pay?
Michael: Because he's Josslyn's father! She needs him. Just like Avery needs you! Dad, I don't care what Jax did, okay? You should've covered for him instead of turning him over to the cops.
Sonny: Jax is gonna be fine.
Michael: Dad, do you remember all the times that mom covered for you? Huh? All the times she lied to the police? All the times she went to court and perjured herself. Do you remember all the crimes you committed? Because I know for a fact that you never purchased an organ to save your daughter's life.
Sonny: What do you want me to say? I did what I did. I cannot take it back.
Michael: Okay, you're -- Dad, you're pissed that Mom slept with Jax, and you want them both to hurt. But you chose the wrong way to do it. Dad, you better pray that I can clean this thing up. Because if Jax goes to prison, Mom's never going to forgive you. And neither is anybody else. [Sighs]
Dante: Can I get you a water or something?
Jax: No. I'm fine, thank you.
Dante: Natko. Hey, can you have that bagged as evidence, and when you're done doing that, can you come back and process Mr. Jacks?
Jax: I'm sorry you got dragged into this.
Dante: Yeah, so am I. Sometimes upholding the law has nothing to do with justice, you know? I mean, where's the justice in this? Frank Benson is dead, and he sold his daughter's kidney.
Jax: Yeah, but I'm the one that sought him out.
Dante: You crossed a line to save your daughter's life. Believe me, I get that, better than you know. But there's another side to this, right? That line, it exists for a reason. Arguably, this exact reason.
Jax: Yeah, so the rich can't buy salvation while the poor get nothing. I understand.
Dante: Your daughter way dying. So were other people's. Kids just as deserving as Joss.
Jax: Yeah. Those are the questions I asked myself at night. Did my actions keep another child from being saved? I don't know. I do know that my daughter's alive.
Tracy: Monica, what has this painting ever done to you?
Monica: It's not the painting. It's the owner of the painting.
Tracy: Monica, this is my family home. I know that you own it, but I don't care.
Dillon: Is it just me, or is mom spiraling out more than usual?
Ned: You know why, don't you?
Tracy: I heard that! And you could not be more wrong.
Monica: No, I think they're right. As much as it baffles me, the only time you've been really happy had been with Luke.
Tracy: Monica, ex-wife.
Laura: It's okay. Luke and I are ancient history.
Tracy: [Sighs] Okay, could we get back to the matter at hand?
Olivia: My bruschetta?
Kiki: My worming?
Dillon: My new room?
Ned: My upcoming marriage?
Tracy: Yes. Ned and Olivia. I know I have an interesting way of saying it... but I am very happy for you. Because my son is happy. [Voice breaking] And as parents, that's all we want for our children. Let me say from the bottom of my heart... thank you. [Voice breaking]
Olivia: You're welcome, Tracy. And let me say that I am truly honored to be joining this family.
Ned: Hear, hear.
Tracy: Perfect segue.
Tracy: What I've been trying to do all night. While Ned and Olivia were on their journey, I took a journey of my own with a dear friend. And together, we found a treasure -- a letter from my father.
Monica: You got a letter from Edward?
Tracy: I'm not gonna read it out loud, but suffice to say, it spoke of his love for me.
Monica: Tracy, that must have meant a lot to you.
Tracy: It really did. And he left me something else.
Dillon: I assume this is where the easel comes in?
Tracy: As a tangible expression of my father's devotion to me, he wanted me to have this portrait that has been passed down through the ages, and it bears an uncanny resemblance to me. So, without further ado...
Jason: Well, no sign of Hooper, his boat, or your dad.
Sam: Well, Julian is probably halfway to Canada by now.
Jason: It's getting late.
Sam: I know. We should go relieve the babysitter.
Jason: Okay. Come on. What's up? What do you got?
Sam: It's my mom's scarf.
On the next "General Hospital" --
Franco: Anything you want to talk to me about, Jake?
Tracy: When is the last time anybody saw Ashton?
Larry: When you try to screw me out of a deal, you only end up screwing yourself.
Samira: I'm here to see Ms. Tracy Quartermaine.
Sam (to Jason): I know where they are. And we need to call the police.
[Alexis & Julian make out.]
