Diane: [Sighs] Excuse me, is this seat taken?
Nora: Oh, no, by all means.
Diane: Oh, thank you.
Nora: Mm. Love that purse.Diane: Right? It's kind of fabulous, isn't it?
Nora: Oh, yeah.
Diane: It's a present I gave myself after a particularly big win.
Chris: The usual espresso, Ms. Miller?
Diane: Chris, how many times do I have to tell you? It's "Diane." Please.
Chris: Sure thing, Diane.
Diane: Make it a double espresso this morning. I have a huge day of litigation ahead of me, and I need all the caffeine I can get.
Nora: Litigation? You must be an attorney.
Diane: Mm-hmm. [Chuckles]
Nora: A big case?
Diane: Well, yes, but the real issue is going to be the opposing counsel -- Llanview, Pennsylvania's, own woman of the year Ms. Nora Buchanan. Her reputation is excellent, so of course, I have to bring my "A" game, but then again, I always do.
Nora: [Chuckles] It sounds like Ms. Buchanan has got a fight on her hands.
Diane: One which I fully intend to win.
Nina: W-what draft are you working from? That was three revisions ago. I-- the feature starts with the backless Artemisia.
Nina: Last sent at 10:00 p.m. Right.
Nina: Good, good! That's it. That's it. Um, can y-- no, don't lock that --
Nina: Don't lock that down, please. Send it to Dillon, e-mail Dillon. Ow!
Valentin: Nina Reeves is gonna have to call you back.
Nina: What are you doing?
Valentin: I'm checking up on you. Why didn't you come home last night?
Nina: I'm surprised you noticed. I thought maybe you'd be with Anna Devane.
[Knock at door]
Dante: What are you doing?
Anna: What does it look like I'm doing?
Dante: Well, it looks like you're checking your weapon.
Anna: Good observation.
Dante: Thanks. You got it at the hospital, because...?
Anna: Because Olivia Jerome is out there somewhere.
Dante: Oh. You checking out of here?
Anna: Another good observation.
Dante: I thought your treatment was kind of complicated. What's going on with that?
Anna: Yeah, it's my illness, Dante, not yours.
Dante: Your doctor knows you're leaving? You know, look, I get it. We're -- we're cops. We think we're invincible, but you can't just take off.
Anna: [Sighs] Thank you for caring. I know what's wrong with me, and I know how to cope with it. Okay?
Dante: I'm not just talking about your illness. I'm talking about Olivia Jerome, this woman is known to have a grudge against you.
Anna: Yes, I know! What am I supposed to do, just wait here and hide out?
Elizabeth: Thank you for driving me back to work.
Franco: No problem. I know for a fact you didn't get any rest between shifts, so...
Elizabeth: Oh, I think I had enough rest during the sick-out. You know, you could have just dropped me off out front.
Franco: Are you kidding? With that crazy woman Olivia Jerome on the loose? Leave it to Ava and Julian to have a sister crazier than they are.
Elizabeth: I don't think I'm in any danger. I wasn't even living here when all that happened.
Franco: Okay, if there's one thing I learned from being Heather Webber's son, it's that that crazy doesn't discriminate.
Anna: Olivia Jerome is a vicious lunatic, and she's responsible for your brother's death.
Dante: [Exhales sharply] I looked into her records. She's, uh, amassed quite a few felonies, spent some time in a mental hospital.
Anna: She should have stayed there.
Dante: Pretty obsessed with Duke, too, went to some extreme measures to get you out of the way.
Anna: Yeah, you could say that.
Dante: Look... Duke is gone, but you're not. A very good chance that Olivia Jerome is out to get you.
Anna: I'm kind of counting on that.
Olivia Jerome: [Singsong voice] Rise and shine! [Normal voice] Wake up, honey!
Robin: [Inhales, exhales sharply]
Olivia: Gosh, for a second there, I thought you were gonna sleep the whole day away, which would be such a shame. We have so much work to do! Let's get cracking!
Elizabeth: Honestly, I am happy that you're walking me to the door.
Elizabeth: Do you think you can pick me up tonight, too?
Franco: Yeah, sure. No problem.
Elizabeth: After seeing what happened to Sam, it does give me the creeps to think what Olivia Jerome might be capable of.
Franco: How is Sam? How's she doing? Her and the baby okay?
Elizabeth: Yeah, they were okay when I left last night, which was a miracle considering everything she's been through. What kind of monster pushes a pregnant lady off a footbridge and leaves her to die?
Franco: If I were you, I wouldn't mention anything about what Sam's been through anywhere where Jake can hear you.
Elizabeth: Why do you say that?
Franco: I'll tell you tonight.
Elizabeth: You can tell me now.
Franco: Okay. Um, so I was telling Jake that he had a little sister, and he asked about Sam, and I said that she was sick, but that the doctors were working really hard to get her better, and his reaction was really weird. And then he said something chilling. He said that Sam had a really, really bad curse on her.
Olivia Jerome: This is a real blast from the past, isn't it? Little Robin Scorpio. But not now! Now you are Dr. Robin Scorpio-Drake. That's just so great. I like to keep --
Olivia: Oh, honey, you're not gonna get very far there.
Robin: [Breathes heavily]
Olivia: Look, I know that you're really uncomfortable, all right? And I'd like to free you, but I'm afraid you're gonna make a scene, and, like, fly away.
Robin: [Muffled] No. What? Ooh. [Grunts]
Olivia: [Hushed] There you go.
Robin: Everyone thought you were dead for 25 years.
Olivia: [Normal voice] Well, they were wrong. I'm back and better than ever.
Robin: So, why now? If you were gone for so long, why not just stay gone?
Olivia: Circumstances demanded that I return.
Robin: I don't understand. What circumstances? You mean because Julian and Ava live here? Because your family's here?
Olivia: No. This has nothing to do with life. This has to do with death. Murder, actually... of my one true love -- [Hushed] Duke.
Anna: Hey, Robin, it's me. I'm ready to be discharged, so you can just text me or call me when you're on your way over. Um... you and I -- we need to have a conversation about what you withheld from me last night, okay? I love you.
Dante: [Sighs] You know, you should go easy on Robin. She's just concerned for your health -- didn't want to give you one more thing to upset you.
Anna: Well, I'm not -- I'm not frail.
Dante: I know. But she's a doctor and your daughter, and she knows a hell of a lot more about this illness than you do.
Anna: I'm not an invalid, either.
Dante: No one's saying you are. [Exhales sharply] Okay?
Anna: But you agree with me, don't you, that we need to lure Olivia out of hiding? A-and I am the perfect bait for that.
Griffin: Bait for wait?
Griffin: You better be talking about your dating life.
Dante: No, no. Your cancer patient here seems to have a death wish.
Valentin: I was not with Anna Devane last night. I was home with Charlotte, waiting for you. Here. She drew that for you last night.
Valentin: And this morning, she was asking for you. Well, I texted Mrs. Evans. Was she not with her?
Nina: No, of course she was. But she doesn't sing to her. She doesn't jump up and down on the bed with her. She likes Mrs. Evans, but she adores you. You're the one she wants to see in the morning. Me, too.
Nina: I thought we were talking about Charlotte.
Valentin: Well, you knew when you married me that we were a package deal.
Nina: I love being Charlotte's stepmother. I love it. What I don't love is you keeping secrets from me.
Diane: Well, every case has its challenges, and the moment you think you have a slam dunk, then there are these twists and turns that just leave you scrambling.
Diane: I try to prepare for every eventuality just in case it... I just -- I'm doing all the talking about my work. I'm so sorry.
Nora: Oh, no, no, no, no. I completely get it. I've been known to obsess over my job. [Chuckles] Good. I mean, besides, I-I -- I do have an advantage over you. I know who you are.
Diane: Have we met?
Nora: No, no, no! But you are the Diane Miller, right? A-attorney by day and novelist by night?
Diane: You know my work?
Nora: I love your books!
Diane: Oh, gosh!
Nora: I do!
Nora: How much longer do we have to wait for the next adventure of Damian Spinelli?
Diane: Oh, I'm not sure. I haven't actually been able to write at all lately. My legal clients are taking up all of my time.
Franco: Hey, I'm no art therapist, at least not anymore, but, um, I would say that Jake has some unresolved issues about what happened on that creepy island with that creepy Helena.
Elizabeth: It -- nothing about the way Jake's been acting tells me he's anything but a happy-go-lucky kid, and I desperately want that for him. I think he -- he deserves to just be a kid for a while.
Franco: Yeah? Okay.
Elizabeth: [Sighs] Your art therapy was such a big help. It's -- it's so short-sighted for the board to shut down that program. I got to go.
Elizabeth: Will you pick me up at 6:00?
Diane: Normally, I don't take custody cases because they're messy and emotions run very, very high, and it's very rare that everyone walks away with a happy ending.
Nora: So, why this one?
Diane: Well, I'm on retainer to a very...particular man with a very particular reputation. I happen to think very highly of him because, by his own standards, he's a man of honor. Nothing comes before family with him. In fact, his daughter-in-law is my client in this case...
Diane: ...And so he insisted on her having the best representation available, and it happens to be me.
Nora: Okay. [Chuckles] So, how do you win a custody case?
Diane: Well, it's -- it's very tricky. It's a balancing act...
Diane: ...Because you want to discredit the other parent, but you don't want to appear overly aggressive or engaging in speculative accusations, because you'll alienate the court. And above all, you want to paint your client as having the best interests of the child in mind at all times.
Laura: Hello, Diane.
Diane: In fact, there are my clients now. Hi, Laura. Hi, Lulu. I'd like to introduce you to my new friend. I just realized I never got your name.
Valentin: You misunderstand Anna's place in my life.
Nina: Okay, well, then you tell me Anna's place. You -- you tell me what it is. Um... why'd she break in to our home? And you tell me why that doesn't make you angry.
Valentin: I-I don't know how I would have reacted if she hadn't passed out on the floor in front of me, but she did, and I don't want to make her life more difficult. A-and just because of that doesn't mean I have some -- some deep, dark feelings for Anna.
Anna: I wish I could believe you, but I really don't. I-I think whatever you share with Anna has you all tied up inside.
Valentin: Nina, Anna Devane is the past. You, Charlotte -- you're my present. You're my future. Now, can we please stop talking about Anna Devane and focus on the hearing, which is gonna start in a few hours? You and I have to present a united front. So, is that gonna be possible?
Griffin: What is Dante talking about, and why are you dressed?
Dante: What, did you think you were gonna walk out of here with no one noticing?
Griffin: I'm not signing off on your paperwork to leave, Anna.
Anna: You're not my doctor.
Griffin: Oh, Finn's not signing off, either. Look, I know you're stubborn, but I'm giving you sound medical advise.
Dante: Okay. I'm gonna let you two sort this out, okay?
Anna: Such a coward.
Dante: Yep. Oh. And don't do anything stupid because I won't be able to back you up. I'll be in court.
Anna: Is it the custody hearing today?
Dante: Yeah, wish me luck.
Anna: Yeah, I do. I'm with your family 100%.
Griffin: Give Valentin hell, and get Charlotte from that bastard once and for all.
Dante: Happily. See you.
Robin: So, you want revenge, then, because Julian ordered the hit on Duke?
Olivia Jerome: [Sighs] Well, I was halfway around the world when I found out that Duke had returned to Port Charles. I was in a very dangerous place, and I couldn't leave. By the time I was able to reunite with Duke, Julian had taken him from me again. So Julian has a terrible debt to pay. That's why I'm back here -- to right Julian's wrong.
Robin: You mean here in Port Charles.
Olivia: Uh, no, I mean here in General Hospital. I have to restore balance.
Robin: What does that mean?
Olivia: Well, obviously... I have to bring Duke back!
Nina: You know, I've been focusing on the ways we're alike. I haven't really paid attention on how we're different. That spy training really did you some good, didn't it? 'Cause you're impossible to read. You only give away what you want to, don't you? I, on the other hand, uh, reveal everything. I wear my heart on my sleeve, and this thing with Anna makes me angry. It makes me angry and confused. And I'm mad and I'm hurt. And if I show up in court today, I'm afraid I won't be able to hide it.
Valentin: "If." So there's some question you're gonna show up in court.
Nina: I think I might do you more harm than good.
Valentin: I think you need to think about your life, about our life with our daughter, and whether it's what you want. And in the meantime, I'm gonna be in court fighting for it.
Diane: We've been chatting this entire time, and I never got your name.
Dante: [Chuckles] Hey. Sorry I'm late. I went to see Anna at GH.
Lulu: Oh, no problem. We haven't started yet.
Laura: Yep. We -- we were just about to meet Diane's new friend.
Valentin: Ms. Buchanan! Sorry to keep you waiting. Already meet my lawyer?
Nora: Hi. Nora Buchanan. Really a pleasure to make your acquaintance.
Elizabeth: Oh, good. I left my... what's that?
Franco: What's what? Oh. Huh! Yeah. Um. So...guess who's the new General Hospital parking garage attendant?
Elizabeth: Are you giving up looking for work inside the hospital?
Franco: No, no. Not at all. It's just that that could take a while, so...
Elizabeth: What about that janitorial position?
Franco: Well, I'm hoping that they said "No" because I was overqualified, but... I don't know. Look, this was available immediately, and you have three boys to look after at home. You don't need to take care of somebody else.
Elizabeth: Well, I'm proud of you.
Franco: Thanks. And, yeah, you did leave your cell phone in my car. I was about to bring it up to the nurses' station and leave it there for you.
Elizabeth: Charming, talented, and so thoughtful?
Julian: [Groaning, clanking]
Elizabeth: Is someone in there?
Robin: You want to bring Duke back...to life?
Olivia Jerome: I hear the skepticism in your voice, and I'm really disappointed. I would think that a person with your skills and knowledge, education, would be more aware. When I was away from Port Charles, I-I studied every kind of culture and philosophy, and I learned so many things, and I've seen marvelous miracles happen. Most of all, I've -- I've expanded my consciousness.
Robin: What does that mean?
Olivia: Death is a failure of perception. It's a transitory state. It's changeable. Whereas life is tenacious, clever, inventive. Life seeks to help us. Sometimes we need to give life a helping hand.
Robin: So...you want to resurrect Duke in the basement of General Hospital?
[Scoffs] We're in a boiler room. Don't be insane. No, what I need to resurrect Duke is beneath General Hospital. [Exhales sharply] Oh! [Inhales sharply] This is it! This is it!! This is the passage-- this is -- this is the lab! This is where Helena Cassadine breathed new life into her son Stavros!
Griffin: So, you're really not gonna listen to me?
Anna: I've undergone my first phlebotomy. I'm taking my medication. I'm following all the rules that Finn gave me.
Griffin: Actually, Dr. Finn told me you're only following the rules that you like.
Anna: Oh. I have to talk to him about patient confident--
Griffin: Anna, you need more monitoring.
Griffin: All right, we need to make sure you don't have a blood clot or --
Anna: I can't wait that long. I'm not dismissing your concerns.
Griffin: Yes. That's exactly what you're doing.
Anna: No, I'm not. A higher priority has emerged. It's that simple.
Griffin: What is a higher priority than your life?
Olivia Jerome: [Gasps] Okay, here's the light.
Robin: I thought this place had been destroyed.
Olivia: Oh, I had it on good authority it was still here... [Exhales] ...And that there was a passageway to get back here. So, these are the machines. You're familiar with them, right?
Robin: I am.
Robin: Yes. Um, it just looks as though they're badly damaged, and I'm -- I'm a doctor. I'm not an engineer, so e-even if we were to get them up and running, I-I'm not sure they would be very useful.
Olivia: Then how did Helena Cassadine resurrect her son?
Robin: Well, from how I understand it, uh... Stavros -- he -- he wasn't exactly dead. See, uh, he was in some sort of stasis. The machines didn't bring him back to life, they -- they just kept him alive while his body was healing from old injuries.
Olivia: I don't understand. These machines, they're not going to work on Duke.
Robin: Duke is gone. He's never coming back.
[Car alarm wails]
Elizabeth: Whoever is in that car -- it sounds like they're in a lot of pain, so they're probably going to need medical attention. When the squad car gets here, can you have them page me? [Sighs] I'm Nurse Elizabeth Webber. Okay. Thank you. [Exhales sharply] Okay, you ready?
Franco: Yeah. Go ahead.
Franco: Well, it couldn't happen to a nicer guy.
Nina: [Sighs as she remembers] I love you. Uh...I know that I should say what you just said. And... I'm afraid. Not of you and not of my feelings for you, but every time I've said those words in the past, it's the start of losing someone, and I don't want to lose you.
Valentin: Anna broke my heart a million years ago. I'm over it. She's the one who's stuck in the past. I feel sorry for her, because she collapsed in front of me in our home. I don't want her charged, I don't want her prosecuted, and you don't either.
Nina: Don't tell me what I want.
Valentin: Okay. This is not about me. This is not about Anna. This is about the other men who hurt you, who lied to you, and I cannot defend myself against their crimes.
Diane: Ms. Buchanan.
Nora: Mm, yes?
Diane: Or may I call you Nora?
Nora: Oh, Nora, please.
Diane: Well, your reputation certainly does you justice. You're going to be a formidable opponent in court.
Nora: One can only hope. I do agree completely with your assessment, though, by the way.
Nora: Yeah, you can't come on too strong trying to discredit the one parent, you know, for fear that the court will look unfavorably at your client, thinking they're unreasonable. So, compromise is the name of the game, you know...
Nora: ...Unless your client has already refused to compromise.
Dante: Someone want to, uh, catch us up here?
Valentin: I think our attorneys may be acquainted.
Diane: Actually, this is the first time we've met face to face, but I just learned a thing or two.
Nora: Me, too.
Nora: [Chuckles] See you in court?
Diane: Mm-hmm. Okay.
Lulu: Can you tell me what just happened?
Diane: Valentin has a very good lawyer. Fortunately, yours is better.
Griffin: So you think this woman that hates you killed Sonny's son?
Anna: No. I-I don't know. I'm not sure that it was her goal to kill Morgan. I think she wanted to exact revenge on her brother for him ordering the hit that killed your father.
Griffin: This is all so... ju-just interconnected and crazy.
Anna: Back in the day, Olivia was madly in love with Duke. I mean, the emphasis is on the word "mad" because she was crazy and obsessive.
Griffin: What happened?
Anna: Didn't I ever tell you? Oh. I was pregnant with Duke's child, and... there would have been a brother or sister for Robin and for you, too, as it turns out. Anyway, Olivia had rigged the elevator to crash, and when it did, I had a miscarriage.
Griffin: And was that her intention?
Anna: I don't know. I mean, it certainly didn't hurt her purpose that I lost Duke's child.
Griffin: I mean, that was a long time ago.
Anna: Yes, but she hasn't changed. Olivia is still dangerous. I have to stop her before she targets Robin.
Griffin: Why would she?
Anna: Because she's crazy, but she's not stupid. She knows that if she hurts Robin, it's the surest way to hurt me.
Elizabeth: Oh, good, you're still here.
Anna: Oh, Elizabeth, I love you, but you're not gonna stop me leaving the hospital.
Elizabeth: I'm here about Julian Jerome.
Olivia Jerome: [Sniffles] Well, you disappoint me, Robin. [Sniffles] Are you all science and no faith?
Robin: Believe me, I... [Sighs] I wish we could bring back Duke, too.
Robin: But that's not how these machines work. 'Cause, see, Helena had Stavros' body. We don't even have a body to exhume because Duke was cremated.
Olivia: I know! I did my research.
Robin: Okay, so how... [Chuckles]
Olivia: Oh! I carry this around with me. I've carried it for years. It's a lock of Duke's hair, and it has his DNA. So that should be enough.
Robin: I'm so sorry. I mean, even if that is Duke's DNA, it's -- it's -- it's not enough.
Olivia: It has to be! I can't give up on Duke!
Robin: I understand your heartbreak. I do. I -- I lost my first love, too. Stone -- I lost him as a teenager, but I-I can't bring him back. Just like you can't bring Duke back, you know? A-all we can do is really live our lives in their honor, and, uh -- I really believe that Duke would want you to make the most of your time. You know, Duke would -- he would want you to be happy.
Olivia: It's not possible without Duke.
Robin: I disagree. My life has moved on. I have Patrick.
Robin: You can move on, too.
Robin: You can. Let me show you.
Olivia: [Gasps] Oh, my God! Look what you made me do! I have to get all of this! I have to get it all!
Robin: Wait -- wait -- wait -- is this -- oh, I'm sorry! Let me help you.
Olivia: No! You made me do this! You have destroyed the very last pieces I ever had of him. [Sighs]
Robin: That's not true. Remember what you were saying before that Duke is still here in spirit? He left a little piece of himself in all of our hearts, so as long as we remember --
Olivia: That is not good enough! It's just not! You did have one good idea, though. [Exhales sharply] He left another piece of himself. He left another piece of himself behind.
Robin: I am, um, very sorry. And we're gonna get the phone- his phone, uh out of you... as soon as-
Anna: How is he?
Griffin: It's not that severe.
Anna: [Sighs] He's gonna survive?
Griffin: He will recover again.
Anna: So, I had the patrol unit check out the car that he was found in -- you know, see if there's anything there. Olivia -- she must know that she's being hunted now, that she's running out of time, because why would she leave Julian alive?
Griffin: Well, maybe she's not as bloodthirsty as you think.
Anna: Or maybe she thought she'd have time to go back and get him? Perhaps there's another reason that she came to town? It's not just to get even with her brother for what he did to Duke. I'll tell you one thing -- I'm really glad she doesn't know you exist.
Griffin: Now, how can you be so sure?
Anna: If she knew that you were Duke's son, you would have been her first stop.
Diane: Well, that was not my finest moment. I owe all of you an apology for my lapse in judgment. I was talking to her for more than 10 minutes, and I had no idea who she was.
Lulu: How will this affect our case?
Diane: It won't. But as I tried to explain before, securing sole custody is very difficult.
Lulu: Valentin murdered my brother.
Diane: But we can't prove that. All I can do is present you and Dante as exactly who and what you are -- loving and stable parents. It helps our case that Valentin has led a relatively unsettled and undocumented life.
Dante: Will that be enough?
Diane: I don't like to engage in speculation. I have several angles that I'm going to pursue, but Nora Buchanan is no pushover. She's going to present Valentin in the best light possible.
Valentin: So, what do we think of Lulu's attorney?
Nora: She's good. She's good. I mean, I tripped her up getting her to talk, but when she found out who I was, she barely blinked. [Chuckles] And although she didn't say his name, she alluded to the fact that she's on retainer to Sonny Corinthos.
Valentin: Yeah, Lulu is married to...his son.
Nora: Hmm. Okay. Well, my point is, Ms. Miller makes a very nice living keeping Sonny Corinthos out of prison and making sure he gets what he wants, and he clearly wants his daughter-in-law to get Charlotte. So Ms. Miller's gonna come after us with everything she has.
Valentin: Which is why I took the precaution of hiring you. You have a formidable reputation yourself.
Nora: Well, thank you, but lawyers' tricks only go so far. It's very important how you and Nina present yourself to the court, so I really would like to review her testimony. When is she arriving?
Valentin: Nina may not be joining us.
Nora: For the briefing?
Valentin: At all.
Nina: [Sighs deeply] Hey, Mrs. Evans. Can you put Charlotte on the phone, please? Hey! Hi, sweetie. How are you? I know. I'm sorry I couldn't tuck you in. [Voice breaking] I'm sorry. [Normal voice] I just -- I h-- yeah. I had to work late. It's a grown-up thing, you know? Adults -- it's what happens sometimes. Okay, I will make it up to you. I promise. [Chuckles] You want me to make it up to you now. Okay. [Exhales] What can I do? What do you want me to do? [Laughing] No. Hey, you know what? Let's, um -- let's -- let's sing the song that we made up the words to, you know, that lullaby. You want to sing that together? Would that make it up to you? Okay. Ready? One, two, three... [Voice breaking] All of the stars in the sky that are shining all of the fish in the sea that are swimming all of birds in the trees that are sing-- good job.
Lulu: Oh, my God. I just got a text from Maxie. Get this -- Valentin and Nina are on the rocks. This is the opening that we need.
Dante: Okay, settle down. Maxie's not the most reliable source in the world, okay?
Lulu: Oh, but she is where Nina's concerned. If Nina's insta-marriage to Valentin is unraveling, that means they aren't providing Charlotte with a stable home.
Laura: Do you agree with that, Diane?
Diane: Mm-hmm. We can spin this. Valentin's marriage and Charlotte's fondness for Nina are his biggest assets.
Laura: Would you excuse me for a moment?
Dante: Look, Nina's desire to be a mom might outweigh whatever problems she's having with Valentin.
Lulu: Then we have to act fast, while the problems are still hot.
Nora: Whatever your argument was with Nina, apologize. I mean it. Whatever -- whatever it takes, just lock her down, get her to the courtroom standing beside you like a devoted wife.
Valentin: I can't guarantee that that's gonna happen.
Nora: Mr. Cassadine, uh, you are a man with an ad-admittedly questionable past. Lulu Falconeri is married, stable, and has a stack of affidavits as thick as a phone book all supporting her as a parent. If you don't provide a loving, warm maternal figure for Charlotte to the court, here are your likely results -- one, you're either gonna have to share custody with Lulu or you're gonna lose custody entirely.
Lulu: We all know that Nina is emotionally reckless. If she's angry with Valentin right now, we need to take advantage of that, push her further away from him.
Dante: I think you're playing with fire. She's unpredictable. You're either gonna push Nina further away from him or right back into his arms.
Nina: Uh, you know, Laura, this is not a good time. I'm actually very swamped.
Laura: I think you will want to make time for this, Nina. I have a proposition for you.
Griffin: Since I can't talk you out of risking yourself, can I, uh, at least ask you to be careful?
Anna: I will. I promise.
Griffin: Okay. I, uh -- I got to go make my rounds.
Anna: If you see Robin, could you tell her to stop dawdling and get up here?
Griffin: Wait, you're staying?
Anna: Well, not as a patient, no. But I-I can't leave him on his own until the police get here, right?
Griffin: [Chuckles] Right. Take care, Anna.
[Door opens, closes]
Anna: My God. You're like a cat with nine lives.
Julian: [Exhales sharply] Where am I?
Anna: You're in the hospital. You were found tied up in the trunk of a car. Olivia did this to you, didn't she?
Olivia Jerome: What floor?
Griffin: Uh, seven. Thank you.
Olivia: Good. We're both going down.
Anna: Julian! Julian! Hey!

Olivia Jerome: You remember me.

Olivia: [Laughs] Oh, yeah. So are you. Just as memorable as the man I loved -- your father, Duke.
