Nathan: Max? Hey. You okay?
Maxie: Mm-hmm, I'm-- I'm fine. It's sweet of you to ask me how I'm doing when you're the one that had to tell Claudette's mom that her daughter is gone.
Nathan: Yeah. Yeah, it's been rough.
Maxie: Well, we're home now, and I just want to sleep. We're gonna crash on the couch for a year.
Nathan: Sounds like a plan.
Maxie: I just want some peace and quiet. Ooh. Aah!
Nathan: W-what the hell?
Lulu: Hi! [Chuckles]
Anna: We need to talk.
Anna: About this.
Laura: Hey. I was hoping I'd see you.
Elizabeth: I'm just getting off duty.
Laura: Oh, okay.
Elizabeth: Congratulations on joining the hospital board. I'm really happy for you.
Elizabeth: And happy for this hospital. Sorry I didn't say something sooner.
Laura: Well, you have been a little bit busy. But thank you. It was quite an honor.
Elizabeth: And a lot of work.
Laura: Yeah, let's just say that the hospital is facing a very challenging time.
Elizabeth: Yeah, I know the feeling.
Laura: Yeah. Were you able to sort out anything with Franco?
Elizabeth: Well, I did go to his house yesterday.
Elizabeth: He wasn't home.
Laura: Oh. Well, maybe later today?
Elizabeth: I was kind of hoping he'd break down by now and reach out to me. But he's keeping his word. He's staying away until he's cleared of Tom's murder. Or convicted of it.
Laura: And I know that's not what you want, but don't you think he's really just trying to protect you?
Elizabeth: Then maybe it's for the best if he does stay away.
Franco: Elizabeth. [Remembers] But I am saying that, until the police come up with another lead, maybe you and I, we shouldn't see each other until this is all over.
Elizabeth: Are you sure?
Franco: No. It's just a guess. It's my best guess. And I'm not a praying man. But I'm gonna pray that this isn't the end for us. And that somehow, some way the truth does come out about who killed Tom. [Sighs]
[Knock on door]
Franco: [Sniffs] Oh. Widows and orphans, huh?
Dante: Even better. We have a search warrant.
Franco: Oh. May I? What's this about?
Dante: Well, I think you know what it's about.
Franco: No, really, I don't.
Jordan: Well, we're looking for evidence connecting you to the murder of one Tom Baker.
Alexis: What are you doing?
Julian: I'm just trying to get you through the DTs.
Alexis: Don't you ever touch me -- ever.
Julian: [Sighs] Where are you going?
Alexis: I've got to get some water or some juice.
Julian: Okay, well, there's no booze in the house. We got rid of it yesterday before we started sobering you up, remember?
Alexis: I remember.
Julian: What do you remember?
Julian: Okay. So you remember that you admitted that you finally needed some help?
Alexis: No, that hasn't changed. [Clears throat]
Julian: What are you doing? Are you calling around, looking for a meeting?
Alexis: I'm calling the police 'cause I'm turning myself in.
Lulu: What are you guys doing here?
Maxie: We live here.
Lulu: You texted me that you and Nathan were leaving town. I thought since you had the time blocked off that you went on your honeymoon.
Maxie: If only.
Nathan: That's -- that's on hold for the time being.
Maxie: Not -- not that I mind, but what are you doing here? What are you recycling?
Lulu: I'm still on matron-of-honor duty, so I stowed away all your wedding gifts so you can open them all later, and I was just about to throw the boxes out when you scared me.
Maxie: Oh, well, thank you.
Lulu: You're welcome. At the risk of being rude, it's pretty obvious that something is wrong. Is there something I can do, or would you rather I just go?
Nathan: No, no, no, no, no, please. Not at all.
Maxie: You're right, though, something is wrong. We went to Canada to find Claudette so that Nathan could get his divorce.
Lulu: I take it you couldn't find her.
Maxie: Oh, we found her. She's dead.
Anna: My granddaughter found it in Wyndemere when we were there at Christmas.
Valentin: Does Emma make a habit of rummaging through other people's things?
Anna: Oh, I have impressed upon her the fact that it's technically illegal and, not to mention, unforgivably rude.
Valentin: And what inspired her to do it? You think she misinterpreted something you said?
Anna: She's a little girl. Little girls are curious, aren't they? So, that's a photograph of me when I was in training at the WSB. How did you get it? Why do you have it?
Valentin: Well, I don't remember the picture, so I certainly don't remember losing it until you just told me.
Anna: Don't lie.
Valentin: Am I lying?
Anna: I have learned a great deal since the last time we talked. That you were at the WSB training academy at the same time that I was there. You were at my birthday.
Laura: Have you started to doubt Franco? I mean, because yesterday, you seemed absolutely positive that he was telling you the truth when he said that he didn't kill Tom.
Elizabeth: No. No doubts. I know he's innocent.
Laura: Oh, okay, then. So, what's going on? It's okay. You know what? You don't have to talk to me about this. I don't want to pressure you.
Elizabeth: No, it's okay. Franco insists he's changed.
Laura: And do you believe him?
Elizabeth: I believe that he believes it, and he really is doing everything he can to be a better person, but maybe rushing over there yesterday without thinking things through was not the best idea.
Laura: Elizabeth... you really need to give yourself some time, you know? Take a deep breath, see if you can sort of loosen your grip on this one. Right? Sleep on it, sleep on it again. You might know how you feel then.
Elizabeth: Unfortunately, given everything that's going on with Franco, I don't think I have a lot of time.
Franco: I already cooperated, Commissioner. Officer Falconeri brought me down to the station, and I admitted that I threatened Tom Baker at the hospital, but at no point in that interview did we discuss my studio, so I don't know what gives you the right to come here.
Jordan: Well, this warrant has -- isn't solely based on that interview, so...
Franco: Okay, fine. You want to tell me what's in this warrant, or do I have to read it, which, by the way, would constitute cruel and unusual punishment.
[Dante finds the cage]
Franco: What? I had a dog.
Franco: Yeah. I gave a dog to Jake, and then Jason flipped his lid and threw me against a wall and threatened me at the hospital. You want to go search is artist studio now?
Dante: What happened to the dog?
Franco: Monica has the dog so that Jake can visit the dog while he's at Grandma's mansion.
Dante: But you kept the cage.
Franco: Yeah, I'm pretty sure the Quartermaines can afford their own cage.
Dante: But why'd you keep the cage?
Franco: Well, look around. Oh, I'm sorry, that's what you're here to do. So go ahead, look around. Does it look like I ever throw anything away, ever? What are you doing? Are you live-tweeting about my mannequin?
Jordan: No. No, no, no. You wanted proof how we got probable cause to search your place, I'm gonna show it to you. This right here is a picture of a knife that was used to kill Tom Baker. Look familiar?
Julian: You're not calling the police.
Alexis: Like hell I'm not.
Julian: No, not right now. You're still detoxing, so now is not the time to be making any big life decisions.
Alexis: You're right. Last time I made a big life decision, I married you.
Julian: You don't have all the facts, okay? You're not feeling well. You can't take on any more.
Alexis: I'm fine.
Julian: You need to concentrate on one thing and one thing only, okay? Staying sober for more than one night. So from here on out, any big life decisions you make, you need to be of sound mind and body. You want to get out of this? You need to be at the top of your game. You want your career and your family --
Alexis: I get it! I get it!
Julian: Okay. Alexis, hey, hold on.
Alexis: Good God! Can't you just leave me alone for two seconds?
Julian: Okay. Calm down. You said last night that you wanted help. Do you still feel that way. Hm? Are you gonna throw everything away, or are you truly ready to change?
Laura: Do you think Franco is going to be arrested?
Elizabeth: It's a real possibility. I mean, he's always the first suspect.
Laura: I'm sorry.
Elizabeth: With good reason, I know. He did threaten to kill Tom in front of a room full of people, and now Tom is dead. But still, I can't help but thinking maybe I'm being too cautious with him. And I know, saying that out loud, it sounds pretty stupid because Franco is Franco. But after everything he's done for me and my boys, if I can't move on from his past and embrace the man he's become, the man he's fighting to be, then it's a cop-out, and I'm a coward. And I don't want to be that. Sometimes you just -- you need to stand by people even when we don't completely understand them.
Laura: I think in this case, you do.
Elizabeth: Right. Thank you.
Laura: For what?
Elizabeth: For listening.
Elizabeth: I have to go.
Laura: I know, sweetie. Good luck.
Franco: That right there is an opinel. It's a knife popular with artists. They use it to sharpen their pencils.
Jordan: Do you own one?
Franco: Currently, no, I do not.
Jordan: Could one have somehow made it into your possession temporarily for any reason?
Franco: Okay, first of all, that is not a weapon, and second of all, this warrant is to search the studio. It is not a warrant for my arrest, right? Okay, so I'm out of here. I'm not talking to you guys anymore. Just knock yourself out. Do me a favor. Lock this door when you're done.
Jordan: All right. Uh, let's see what Franco's been hiding. Wow. This portrait of Elizabeth, it's -- it's beautiful. It's very delicate.
Dante: Didn't realize you were an art aficionado.
Jordan: No, I had to brush up on it before going undercover at Ava's gallery. The brushwork -- it's -- it's just hard to imagine that someone who created this would also be capable of murder.
Dante: How about the person who created this?
Alexis: I am going to take a shower, and then I will change, and then I will go to an AA meeting.
Julian: Okay. That's good.
Alexis: I know that I need help, a lot more help than you can give me, and I will find it.
Julian: Okay. I just want you to know that I'm here if you need me.
Alexis: [Sighs] I know where you are. Thank you.
Nathan: Officials are calling it a suicide.
Lulu: Oh, I do not buy that.
Nathan: That was my first reaction, too, but honestly, the more I think about it, the more it seems less impossible that -- I mean, look at the way she was acting and all the lies that she told? It was obvious that Claudette was a deeply unhappy person.
Maxie: It's possible that she finally realized she alienated everyone, and in a moment of utter desperation, she ended it all.
Lulu: Right when you two were headed to Canada to find her? I don't buy it.
Nathan: Well, according to the officials, Claudette's been dead for over a month.
Lulu: We can say there were many reasons why Claudette might want to kill herself, but there is one very good reason why she may have been murdered. Claudette crossed Valentin, and that man is a killer.
Valentin: Your birthday. What are the odds? Well, I guess 1 in 365, but I don't know when your birthday is.
Anna: October 29th.
Valentin: You're a Scorpio. Yeah, that figures.
Anna: And you would know that because you were there at the academy, for at least one of them. And I want to know how you got this picture of me.
Valentin: I haven't told you?
Valentin: Hm. How about that? So your theory is that you and I were trainees at the WSB, and I was at your birthday party?
Anna: You were in my room.
Valentin: Yeah, I was.
Lulu: Claudette tried to keep Charlotte from Valentin. The next thing we know, he shows up in Port Charles with full custody of Charlotte? And Claudette vanishes and then turns up dead? This is not a coincidence.
Nathan: We don't know for sure that that's true.
Lulu: Oh, well, I'm sure. I'm sure that I have to get Charlotte away from him.
Maxie: Well, that's what Claudette thought, and now look at her. I don't want you to end up the same way she did, okay? Don't do anything dangerous.
[Cell phone rings]
Nathan: It's work. I'll be right back.
Lulu: I hear you. I do.
Maxie: And you're gonna be a stubborn Spencer and do whatever you want anyway, right?
Lulu: I don't know what I'm gonna do.
Maxie: Yes, you do. You just haven't decided how yet.
Lulu: Look, can we just talk about you guys? Obviously, what happened to Claudette was horrible, but there's a silver lining, right? Legally, there are no impediments anymore. You and Nathan can get married.
Maxie: No, we can't.
Anna: I am surprised that you would admit that.
Valentin: Yeah, you and me both.
Anna: So, what happened there. Hmm? What went down on my birthday, in my room that has such a hold over you? Why? Right? After all these years, why does it even matter to you?
Valentin: You're fishing. You don't remember. Certainly not the juicy, important stuff.
Anna: No, I haven't pieced it together yet, but I will. It's just a matter of time.
Alexis: I found a meeting at GH, and I called a cab.
Julian: Well, I wish I could go with you.
Alexis: Afraid I won't make it?
Julian: That's not what I'm saying.
Alexis: Afraid that I'm gonna stop off at a liquor store or a bar?
Julian: People have friends and family go with them to 12-step meetings all the time to support them. That's all I want to do for you.
Alexis: But we're no longer family, and we're definitely not friends. So...
[Car horn honks]
Alexis: That's my cab. I need to go.
Julian: [Sighs] Do it. Now.
Franco: Hey, Pops. I appreciate you meeting me, but really? Here?
Scott: You don't like Gene Branford's Roadhouse? It's established in 1975. I thought we were becoming regulars here.
Franco: Hey, you know what? Who doesn't want a shot and a beer for breakfast now and then? Really, you didn't answer me. Why are we here?
Scott: Well, ever since our conversation last night, I wanted to make up some sketches.
Franco: Oh, sketches. Great. I'm finally gonna see where my artistic side came from. Oh, no. Nope. Still a mystery.
Scott: Well, I want to compile a list of, like, the bar sweeps, you know, the regulars, day drinkers, the bartender.
Franco: Look, I appreciate you doing all of this.
Scott: Nobody says that if they mean it.
Franco: No, no, no, I do. I really do mean it. But it won't help. Not anymore. I mean, things are moving a lot faster than we realized.
Scott: What's happened?
Franco: The cops have issued a search warrant. They're tossing my studio as we speak.
Scott: Are they going to find anything incriminating?
Dante: That's Baker, right?
Jordan: Yeah, it sure looks like him. Let's bag it up, take it with us.
[Knock on door]
Elizabeth: Franco, it's me. Franco! What are you doing here?
Dante: Uh, we have a warrant to search the place.
Elizabeth: Without Franco's knowledge? I'm sure that's illegal. I'm gonna call Scott Baldwin.
Jordan: Franco knows.
Dante: Elizabeth, can you tell us, is that Tom Baker?
Elizabeth: Could be. Could be a personification of one of Franco's moods. Look, if he's not here, can you tell me where he is?
Dante: He left.
Jordan: He didn't really tell us where he was going.
Elizabeth: Okay, then I'll leave you to it.
Dante: What's wrong? Elizabeth?
Elizabeth: Nothing. Nothing. It's been a really long day at work. I just need to go home.
Jordan: You're lying.
Gene: Okay, okay. Look, hey. I don't know why this guy grabbed me in the parking lot of my bar or what any of this is about, all right, but whatever it is, I swear --
Julian: Gene, Gene, it's all right. You can relax now, okay? This is your lucky day. Or at least it can be. That part's up to you.
Gene: Okay. Look, whatever you need.
Julian: All right. Now, here's a question for you, Gene. Do you know this woman right here?
Gene: Yeah. Yeah, I do.
Julian: No. No, you don't.
Alexis: Oh! Ah, Laura, hi.
Alexis: It's nice to see you.
Laura: You, too. What are you doing here in the hospital? You're not sick, are you?
Alexis: I'm a little under the weather, but, um, I'm on the mend.
Laura: Good. Um, you know something? It seems it's been forever since we sat down and really talked.
Alexis: I know, and I can only imagine the hell you're going through over Nikolas.
Laura: And you must be, too. I know how much you loved him, and I know how much he loved you.
Alexis: I'm really sorry that I wasn't able to stop Valentin from getting the Cassadine estate.
Laura: Mikkos laid it out that way in his will. There was nothing you could have done.
Alexis: Even still, I think that I've been letting a lot of people down lately, so I just wanted to say that I'm sorry.
Elizabeth: Excuse me, Commissioner, I realize you're in charge here, but I don't appreciate being called a liar.
Jordan: I'm sorry, Elizabeth. Sometimes I'm a little too abrupt, okay? I'm used to dealing with criminals, so I forget my manners when it comes to concerned citizens.
Elizabeth: Let me remind you, Franco is not a criminal. You have a warrant to search. That does not make him guilty of anything. Now, since he's not here, I'm gonna go.
Jordan: Before you go, Elizabeth, would you be up to answering some questions about Baker and Franco and the night that Tom was killed?
Elizabeth: No, I wouldn't.
Dante: Really? I don't understand, Elizabeth, 'cause when we were down at the station, you were willing. And in fact, you volunteered.
Elizabeth: Right, because there was an attorney present.
Jordan: You know, I want that cage transported to the lab right away. I'm gonna test it for prints and DNA.
Dante: Yeah, I'm on it.
Franco: It is quite possible that the police find something incriminating, albeit circumstantial, when they look in my studio.
Scott: Enough to build a case against you?
Franco: Maybe. Probably.
Scott: Okay, I'm gonna say this. You're not gonna like it.
Franco: Okay, in response, I'm torn between "then don't say it" and "when has that ever stopped you before?"
Scott: As your lawyer, I advise you. As your father, I implore you -- go to the authorities and tell them that you think Alexis Davis could be the killer.
Julian: Here's the thing. You've never seen this woman in your life, okay? She's a complete stranger to you.
Gene: Okay, but -- [Grunts]
Julian: Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, Gene, Gene, was I at all unclear?
Gene: No. This -- this lady, right, the one I never met...
Gene: ...She ran out on her tab on the night of December 21st, but she already came back and paid for it.
Julian: But that's the thing, Gene. She was never in your bar. She wasn't there on December 21st or any other night. Does it -- you understand that, right?
Gene: Yes, sir, I understand.
Julian: Oh, you should.
Julian: Okay, we're good. Good, good, good. Well, now that we're all clear on this, here's a little token of my gratitude. Okay? Chad here will take you back to your place of business.
Gene: If this is what you're offering, all you had to do was ask.
Julian: Well, I felt it best to be clear about what would happen if you went back on your word. Now, listen to me. If I hear that you did go back on your word, well, let's just say I'm gonna be very, very disappointed. You don't want that.
Gene: Look, you got nothing to worry about, all right? I understand.
Julian: Good. Now, listen. You -- you're good to go. You can go back to where you came from and just wait for Chad. He'll be out there in a moment. You make sure Gene understands. [Sighs] 'Cause I'm gonna save Alexis.
Julian: No matter what I have to do.
Maxie: Once upon a time, Claudette was Nathan's wife, and I don't think he has feelings for her anymore.
Lulu: Of course, he doesn't. He's been in love with you since the moment you met.
Maxie: Yeah, he has. But they were married once, and her death is going to impact him. I can't push for a wedding right now. I mean, unselfishly, I need to let him process this.
Lulu: And selfishly?
Maxie: I don't want him thinking about her while we're getting married. For a lot of reasons, this wedding is not gonna work right now.
Lulu: That's really perceptive. I think you're also making the right call. You know, you're being so amazing about all of this. I know that it must be really difficult.
Maxie: The hardest thing and the weirdest thing is, with everything going on right now, we haven't set a date for our wedding. Everything is just in limbo.
Anna: Whatever game you are playing, you really need to stop.
Valentin: If anyone's playing games here, Anna, it's you, showing up with a photograph that your granddaughter innocently stole from my home? Dangling whatever scraps of information you've managed to piece together in the attempt to do what? Find the truth, because it's so damn important to you? I tell you what, why don't you keep that, and maybe it'll jar your memory one of these days.
Anna: Or you could just tell me what happened on my birthday. What happened the other side of that door.
Laura: Valentin's arrival in Port Charles did have something of a silver lining. It turns out I have a granddaughter that I didn't know about.
Alexis: I did hear something about that.
Laura: It's a very complicated situation. Lulu wants to sue Valentin for sole custody.
Alexis: I don't have my license back.
Laura: It's okay. I realize that, I just -- Lulu and Dante and I could use a little bit of guidance on how to combat Valentin.
[Cell phone rings]
Laura: It's Lulu. I gotta take this.
Alexis: You know my number.
Laura: Yes, I do. Thank you. We'll talk.
Leader: We have all admitted we are alcoholics whose lives have become unmanageable, but we also know that a power greater than ourselves can restore us to sanity.
Leader: Is there anyone here who would like to introduce themselves?
Jordan: Did Franco say anything to you about why he has a dog cage on the premises?
Elizabeth: [Remembers] Just tell me what you did to make him miss his meeting.
Franco: [Clears throat] I locked him in my studio, and then I drugged him, and then I put him in a metal dog crate.
Franco: It was a big crate. It's like a supermax big crate. I mean, look, I had a job and a life that I had to maintain while I was holding Tom captive. I mean, I needed to do something to make sure that he didn't get away.
Elizabeth: Are you listening to yourself?
Franco: Look, I wasn't gonna keep him in the crate forever. I just -- it was just long enough for him to miss the parole hearing, and then I was gonna let him go.
[Back to present]
Elizabeth: I'm sorry. There's nothing I can tell you that will help you.
Jordan: I really hope that you're telling me the truth, Elizabeth, 'cause I would hate to call you a liar again and be right.
Elizabeth: I'm leaving.
Jordan: You know you can't save him, right? If there's anything that you know that happened...
Elizabeth: All I know is that he didn't do it. Can I go now?
Dante: Commissioner, over here.
Jordan: If you'll excuse us.
Jordan: What is it? [Scoffs] Bingo.
Elizabeth: Franco, where are you?
Franco: No. No, no, no.
Scott: Franco, listen to me.
Franco: No. I have visited enough pain on Sam and her family. I refuse to hurt any of them ever again.
Scott: So, you would rather go to prison for something you didn't do?
Franco: I am not gonna save my skin by throwing someone else under the bus.
Scott: Okay, listen. I... I have become very fond of you, and I like that you're taking steps to be a better person, but nobody is that noble -- nobody.
Franco: I hear you, and I appreciate what you're saying, but I'm going to keep saying what I have to say until you hear me. I know who killed Tom Baker, but I am not going to turn them in.
Scott: Yeah, but I can work this.
Franco: That's the end of this discussion.
Scott: Okay, okay, I'll drop it for now.
Franco: Thank you.
Scott: I figure you'll change your mind once you've been arrested.
Franco: Maybe I'll just leave town, all right...
Scott: No. No, no. No, no.
Franco: ...Without a trace. I've done that all before. I'm good for that.
Scott: Don't do that!
Scott: Don't you dare do that.
Franco: Where's Gene? Wait, don't do that? Is that what you just said?
Scott: I said it. Don't do it.
Franco: Did you say that as -- as my father or as my lawyer?
Scott: Well, as both.
Franco: No, no. Come on.
Scott: I can't defend you if you're not --
Franco: Come on. Say it. Just say it. "I'm gonna miss you, Franco." Go ahead, say it.
Scott: Of course, I would miss you, dummy, but that would just be an admission of guilt if you left town.
Franco: No, maybe no one should be punished for killing Tom Baker, right? The guy was a total creep. Maybe this is one instance where justice doesn't need to be served.
Scott: No, it does. All rapists should go to jail. That being said, now, do you really -- really -- want to leave that pretty Elizabeth behind?
Gene: Tell your boss I'm not gonna say anything.
Maxie: You want to buy a house?
Nathan: Well, yeah. I was -- I was thinking three bedrooms, maybe one for you and me and -- and one for Georgie when she comes to visit, and, uh, you know, maybe one for her brother or sister when the time comes.
Maxie: Wow, you've really been thinking about this.
Nathan: I wanted to build a life with you since I met you. I don't want to wait any longer than I have to. What do you say?
Maxie: When can we move in?
Maxie: Really. [Chuckles]
Maxie: It's cranberry juice. I'm pretending it's pinot. Let me guess. You're going into work?
Nathan: Yeah, I'm sorry.
Maxie: I should head in, too.
Nathan: I could give you a ride.
Maxie: Okay. Let me put my stuff away, and I'll go with you.
Nathan: All right.
Nathan: Yeah, hey. Hey, it's me. Listen, I need a favor.
Lulu: They say that Claudette's death was a suicide, but --
Laura: But you think it's Valentin.
Lulu: No doubt in my mind.
Laura: Oh, honey, you must be so careful now.
Lulu: Hey, Mom --
Laura: Listen. Valentin has already killed one woman to keep Charlotte. I can't lose another child.
Lulu: Okay, I understand your impulse to protect me, okay? I feel the same way about Charlotte. That poor little girl just suffered another loss, so now more than ever, I am ready to truly be her mother. I cannot stop now.
Valentin: You're the spy. All that WSB training, you can't handle the investigation. You want me to just hand it to you? No. You want to know what happened? Figure it out.
Anna: I will, I will. No matter how hard you have covered your tracks or how carefully, I will find out what you did to me or whatever --
Valentin: You are so smug. You are so sure of everything. What if you're mistaken, Anna? Maybe it's not what I did to you? Maybe it's what you did to me?
Scott: All right, listen, you're not gonna leave Elizabeth. Ergo, you're not leaving.
Franco: If I did...
Scott: You're not. That's it. End of discussion. Now here's what's gonna happen.
Franco: No, no, no, no, you just said, "end of discussion."
Scott: Yeah, I know, but I'm starting a new discussion. Now, I know I'm not gonna like this, but what are they going to find that's incriminating at your apartment?
Franco: Well, it's my studio. The big-ticket item is that I never got rid of the dog cage that I kept Tom in.
Scott: Oh, well, that's not good, because that's -- you could be arrested for that.
Franco: I'm just saying. Forewarned, forearmed.
Scott: I can deal with it. You can give me all the other horrible things later on as I deal with this.
Franco: I am not going to prison. I just -- I can't do that.
Scott: Don't worry. I'll keep you out of the orange jumpsuit. I promise.
Franco: Thanks, Pops.
Scott: Okay. So, call me -- if they arrest you.
Franco: Oh, you always know just what to say. All right, Alexis. Why does it always have to be you?
Leader: Well, don't everybody raise your hands at once. It's okay. You can introduce yourselves when you're ready. I want you to feel safe, and the long-time members really want to get to know you, so we can be of help to you during the early days of your sobriety. So, no one?
Alexis: Hi. My name is Alexis... and I'm an alcoholic.
[Cell phone rings]
Julian: Talk to me. Good. Well done.
Jordan: This right here is a receipt from an art-supply store. Among the purchased items is an opinel knife, which Franco claimed that he didn't even own.
Dante: Clearly he does 'cause he bought it with his own credit card.
Jordan: I think we got him.
Elizabeth: Come on, Franco. Please pick up.
[Cell phone ringing]
[Just as Franco's about to answer his phone, someone hits him on the back of the head and knocks him out in the snow.]
On the next "General Hospital" --
Dante (to Valentin): I have some news about Claudette.
Nathan (to Nina): I have to tell you something.
Maxie (to Dillon): That's too much to ask of me. I'm leaving.
Alexis (at the AA meeting): There is something wrong with me.
Kiki (to Elizabeth): I'm trying to convince Franco to go to the police.
Franco: (with a bloodied head) Okay, what happened?
Hayden: Finn, what are you doing?
