Scott: [Groaning] Aah! [Coughing] Wha-- what the hell's the matter with you?

Ava: What's the matter with me? What's the matter with you? I've been trying to wake you up for 10 minutes.

Scott: Gah! Oh! You act like that's a long time.

Ava: Scotty, really, I-I do not think this arrangement of ours is gonna work.

Scott: Really?

[Monitor beeping]

Franco: You like them? I figure since you're up and walking around that you can wear them when we go jogging.

Kiki: You don't jog.

Franco: Uh, no. That's why these were meant to fit you. I'll be more like the jogging spectator.

Kiki: Ah. Well, that's very thoughtful of you, but I think it's gonna be a little more time and, uh, a lot more rest before I'm ready to use those.

Franco: Patience is a virtue. It's not like your feet are getting any bigger.

Kiki: [Chuckles] Can I ask you something?

Franco: Yeah. Anything. Within reason.

Kiki: Well, I don't think this one will be too difficult. Um... I've been pretty out of it. Spaced out, slept through most people's visits and kind of forgot them, so, um... has Morgan been here? He hasn't called me or texted me since the last time we spoke.

Franco: Well, you can't have a phone or make phone calls in that particular institution.

Kiki: What institution?

Michael: Morgan? Hey. How's it going? Just to remind you, Mom's coming today, but what you don't know is she's bringing Josslyn and Avery. They -- they can't wait to see you.

Morgan: I'm sorry. I... I guess I should be happy to see you. I want to be happy to see you. But I just don't feel much of anything anymore. I don't know if I ever will.

[Footsteps approach]

Alexis: My deposition got canceled, so I'm free for the rest of the afternoon. Okay? What's up? [Sighs]

[Footsteps approach]

Sonny: I thought you were taking the girls to see Morgan.

Carly: I-I am. We're leaving in a few minutes. Graciela told me that Anna Devane stopped by yesterday.

Sonny: Yeah, she did.

Carly: Did it have anything to do with this?

Sonny: Uh...among other things.

Carly: How long have you known that Carlos is alive?

Sonny: Not long.

Carly: What do you plan on doing about it?

Ava: You snored, loudly, all night long. It was like a sawmill out here.

Scott: Well, did it ever occur to you to close your door?

Ava: It was closed. A SWAT team could've come in here and shot up the place, and you would've slept right through it.

Scott: Well, I don't usually sleep that heavy. I did take a-a little nibble off of a sleeping pill.

Ava: A sleeping pill?!

Scott: Yeah. Yeah. Well, this is, you know, a-a new environment. I'm used to my bed at the Metro Court.

Ava: Scott! You're supposed to be guarding me!

Scott: Well, here's another idea. Maybe I could be a better watchdog if I was in the bed with you.

Ava: Just get dressed. [Sighs]

Kiki: What do you mean, an institution? Where is Morgan?

Franco: He's been committed to the Freedman Clinic. Indefinitely.

Kiki: Is that, like, a mental hospital?

Franco: Yes, it is. And I-I know that you might find that upsetting. But that is exactly where he should be right now.

Kiki: W-- [Scoffs] I'm not gonna argue with you. I just need to talk to him. Where's my phone?

Franco: You can't talk to him, and you -- look. You can't call him. He's not gonna take calls, and I don't think anybody's gonna pass on a message from you, all right? And perhaps it's for the best.

Kiki: Why would you say that?

Franco: Well, because contact with Morgan would be the worst thing for you right now.

Kiki: Um, if I remember correctly, it was Morgan's voice that got me out of that coma in the first place.

Franco: Or that's just when you happened to wake up, and it was a coincidence. Either way, you don't need the stress of worrying about Morgan.

Kiki: Well, guess what. I'm worried, okay? I need to help him.

Franco: You can't. Kiki, he's in a really bad way right now.

Kiki: Yeah, I know. I know. He's manic. I saw it when we were at the docks when I got shot, but it wasn't his fault.

Franco: He wasn't committed because of the incident at the pier.

Kiki: Then why? Why?

Franco: Morgan tried to jump off the roof of the hospital.

Michael: I know they're still adjusting your meds, but you know what? They'll figure it out. Things will get better.

Morgan: [Scoffs] Yeah, I wish I could, uh, believe that, but I know how I feel, Michael, which is nothing, you know? And I'm not really interested in anything for the most part, at least.

Michael: So there is -- there is something that interests you?

Morgan: Yeah. There's one thing. Dad.

Michael: What about him?

Morgan: He stopped by the other day, and I could just -- I could tell something was up, something new. But, you know, Dad, of course, he wouldn't tell me. Will you?

Julian: This crime blog is usually very reliable. It says Carlos is alive.

Alexis: Then we need to proceed as if it's true because you gave the order --

Julian: Okay, let's j-just -- Alexis, let's not get ahead of ourselves, okay?

Alexis: I'm your lawyer, specifically. I-if I don't ahead of things, you don't survive.

Julian: Carlos has to be hiding out somewhere they can't extradite him. I mean, it's got -- it would be pretty stupid of him to come back here.

Alexis: And Carlos is some genius governed by logic? [Sighs] Good Lord. I thought my biggest worry was whatever petty vengeance Lomax was gonna dish out. This takes it to a whole new level. If Carlos talks to Sonny, you're dead.

Julian: Okay, Alexis, stop. Worrying yourself into a frenzy is not gonna help. Let me look into this.

[Footsteps approach]

Kristina: Okay, this house has, like, a dozen rooms. Maybe you should get one. Wow. Tough room.

[Cell phone rings]

Julian: Oh. Excuse me. Yeah? Yeah. So we're on. Bye. I got to go. Kristina.

Kristina: Mm-hmm. Okay, what was that about?

Carly: I'm assuming you're looking for Carlos, and when you --

Sonny: Okay, before this goes any further, I'm working with law enforcement.

Carly: You are? Really? You're working with Anna and the police?

Sonny: Yeah, we're -- we're putting together our resources, and I told her that I'm gonna bring Carlos back alive, and that's what I'm gonna do.

Carly: Okay, then what? You know, you -- you find Carlos, you bring him back here. What are you gonna do?

Kristina: Is Julian okay?

Alexis: Yeah. He's fine.

Kristina: Okay. Well, keep me posted. Or don't. No news is good news, right?

Alexis: Actually, there is one thing I wanted to discuss with you.

Kristina: Okay.

Alexis: Your diary.

Kiki: My mom has been hiding this from me this entire time. Everyone has.

Franco: Everyone wants you to get better. You really need to rethink this whole Morgan thing.

Kiki: Why? Because he's sick?

Franco: No, because you getting shot is not exactly your first time at the rodeo with this guy.

Kiki: Yeah, but he's made mistakes. We both have.

Franco: He kidnapped you, and he cheated on you with your mother, and then in some really bizarre twist of fate, he cheated on you again with your mother when she was pretending to be your Aunt Denise. And those are just the infidelities that I know about. Evidently I missed one.

Kiki: Well, you have to cut him some slack. I did leave him for his brother.

Franco: Yes, you did, and he responded by banging your mom. Kiki, you're a wonderful person, all right? And you matter to me. When are you gonna realize that he's just not worth it? He's not worth the risk. You need to start taking care of yourself and cut this loser loose.

Morgan: You know something. I can tell.

Michael: I thought you were supposed to be out of it.

Morgan: The meds just shut off my feelings, Michael. I still know you.

Michael: [Sighs] Well, as happy as that makes me, I think Dad's business is the one thing we can't talk about. It's what got you riled up in the first place. It's a big reason why you're here.

Morgan: It's not why I'm here at all.

Michael: Okay, then why do you think you're here?

Morgan: I'm here because I'm broken inside somehow, and I can't be fixed.

[Door opens]

Ava: Oh. Hi.

Julian: Have you seen today's newspaper?

Ava: Julian, just give me a minute, okay? I...have to get rid of someone.

Julian: Ah!

Scott: I -- I took one of your combs. Uh, oh, hey, Julian. How you doing?

Ava: I -- I'll explain everything after Scott leaves. Scotty?

Julian: Yeah.

Ava: Come on, please leave, okay?

Scott: Okay. Listen, I got some important stuff to do. However, I will be home for dinner, so I would suggest you pick up a couple of T-bones, okay?

Ava: Okay.

Scott: All right.

Ava: That's... [Laughs] That is just not what it looks like.

Julian: Mm. Glad to hear it. Then you want to explain it to me?

Ava: Well, do you remember that, uh, threat that I got from our old organization?

Julian: Ah. The black rose.

Ava: And the charming little note, too. Well, I -- I figured that I could use somebody to stay here overnight, you know? Just...for protection.

Julian: Scotty Baldwin is your protection? Wow. Talk about, uh, desperate times, huh?

Ava: No. Uh. Yeah, I guess so. That's why I'm so glad you're here.

Julian: Mm.

Ava: Have you come up with a solution for my problem?

Julian: Yeah. In fact, I have a meeting with Hammer in a few minutes.

Ava: Hmm! Good.

Julian: Yeah.

Ava: So, tell me. Where is this meeting?

Julian: Right here.

Ava: Julian, these people want to kill me. You invited them to my home?

Julian: I don't want you to worry about anything, okay? By the end of today, everything's gonna be sorted out.

Ava: Thank you. Thank you so much.

Julian: Yeah, of course.

Ava: I owe you. You know, especially because I know that you wanted to stay far away from the business. And I-I really know you don't want to get into trouble with the old lady.

Julian: Well, it's just, uh, you know, one meeting with a former associate. Nothing -- nothing more.

Ava: Well, since the meeting is imminent, I'm gonna get out of here. Hey. What's wrong?

Julian: Huh? Nothing. Nothing.

Ava: [Chuckles] No, Julian, I can read you pretty well, and something is definitely wrong. What is it? Is it the meeting? What?

Julian: No.

Ava: Well, what?

Julian: I'll explain it to you later. You just go give the -- go give Kiki a kiss for me, will you, okay?

Kiki: Are you sure?

Julian: Why don't you go ahead? I'll be fine.

[Door closes]

Sonny: Carlos is not the target here. Julian is the one who gave him the order to kill Duke. The plan is for Carlos to flip on Julian. That way we can send Julian to prison forever.

Carly: What happens to Carlos?

Sonny: Do me a favor. Don't say anything to Morgan. I don't want to upset him.

Carly: What about Michael?

Sonny: Michael is worried about Sabrina and the baby. We're doing everything we can to make sure that they're safe.

Carly: I'm sure you will.

Sonny: Okay?

Carly: Okay, but let's say you find Carlos in this country.

Sonny: Mm-hmm.

Carly: Without an extradition treaty, how are you gonna get him back to Port Charles to testify, and how are you personally going to be involved? Come on, Sonny. Talk to me.

Josslyn: Avery's in the car seat, and Aldo is with her. Are you guys ready to go?

Sonny: Yes.

Carly: No.

Sonny: You should probably get going because of visiting hours.

Carly: [Sighs]

Josslyn: Uncle Sonny? What's it like...there?

Sonny: Uh... it's -- it's... nothing to be afraid of. I mean, otherwise he wouldn't be there. It's quiet. Morgan's gonna be bored, so you going and everybody going is gonna cheer him up.

Josslyn: I'll try.

Sonny: I know you're worried about him. He's gonna seem a little different, like more quiet. But you know what? That's only temporary until he gets better.

Josslyn: What can I do to help?

Sonny: You know what you can do? You can just love him, no matter what.

Josslyn: I can handle that.

Sonny: I have no doubt.

Carly: Hey, here we go. Come on. I'll be right there.

Josslyn: Bye.

Sonny: Give our boy my love.

Carly: Always.

Kristina: How dare you?! My journal is private. You had no right to read it!

Alexis: I didn't. I found it lying on the living room floor. You're welcome.

Kristina: Thank you. For not violating my privacy.

Alexis: Kristina, I'm not trying to "shrink" you. But as a lawyer, I know that when my clients "inadvertently" leave evidence behind, more often than not they want it to be found, whether they realize that or not. I know that there's something that you've been wanting to tell me for quite a while now.

Kristina: Mm.

Alexis: You know that I love you. And you know that you can tell me anything. So, sweetie, what is it that you want me to know?

Kristina: Is there something that I want you to know? Um... hmm. Not really. But I think it's about time that you did.

Alexis: Good.

Kristina: [Sighs]

Alexis: Fire away.

Kristina: Uh, the... the professor that I got in trouble with, the one that I made advances on? Was a woman. In fact, you met her. It was Parker.

Hammer: She was working undercover with law enforcement.

Julian: Well, that was just a cover to keep her out of prison. Look, Hammer, Ava... she had nothing to do with that -- that bust, okay? She didn't give them any evidence.

Hammer: You say that, and it may be true. But the organization has no proof.

Julian: Well... I give you my word. There's your proof.

Hammer: Very well. The organization will accept that.

Julian: Well, thank you. On behalf of my sister as well, sincerely.

Hammer: There's another problem with Ava. Even if she's not working with the cops, she's been MIA since this gun bust. It's left a vacuum. We need a strong leader, Mr. Jerome, and we need one immediately. In short, we need you to come back and head up the family.

Franco: You know I just want you to be happy and healthy and safe. Yeah. I know.

[Monitor beeping]

Kiki: Okay, Freedman Clinic, Freedman Clinic, F-R-E-E. Bingo. [Sighs] Um, hello. Yeah, I was hoping that you could connect me with a patient. Morgan Corinthos. Yeah, I-I know about all the confidentiality, but this is his wife. All right, yeah. Thank you for your time. [Groans]

Ava: Hey. Kiki, what are you doing?

Kiki: We need to have a serious talk.

Ava: Okay. We can talk about anything that you want. Just -- [Chuckling] Just stay in this bed, okay? Please? [Sighs] There you go.

Kiki: So...I remember when I woke up. I was on the phone with Morgan.

Ava: Yeah, you were.

Kiki: Where was he calling from?

Ava: I think you probably know the answer to that, Kiki.

Kiki: You haven't mentioned him since then, not once. Why is that?

Ava: Well, no, I haven't.

Kiki: Look, I know that when we reconciled that one of my terms was that we never discuss Morgan.

Ava: Exactly, and I want to respect that.

Kiki: Well, I'm lifting that ban. Temporarily. I want you to tell me everything about what's going on with Morgan right now.

Michael: I don't want you to give up hope, Morgan.

Morgan: Well, that's the great thing about being like this is hope, doubt, none of that matters.

Michael: It matters to me. I want you to promise me that --

Josslyn: Morgan? Hi.

Morgan: Hey. Come here. Give me a hug. Come here.

Josslyn: Morgan, I've missed you so much.

Morgan: I missed you, too, Joss.

Michael: Hey.

Carly: How's he doing?

Michael: Not... I'm not sure this is -- this is a good idea.

Carly: Oh. Well, you know, maybe Avery will cheer him up.

Josslyn: So, I got you these comic books instead.

Morgan: Oh, yeah. Look at this. This is cool. Seriously, this is cool.

Josslyn: I have a whole list of movies to see when you get out of this place. We missed the opening weekend for the first one. But it's okay.

Morgan: Well, maybe -- maybe Michael could take you.

Josslyn: It wouldn't be the same. You know Michael. He's not into movies like we are. Remember when he couldn't figure out how "Guardians of the Galaxy" fit into the rest of the Marvel Universe? There's no way he's possibly gonna understand "Civil War." There are way too many superheroes, and I don't want to spend the entire movie explaining who's who.

Carly: I should get over there.

Michael: Yeah. Look, before you do, just -- just remember it's -- it's -- it's the meds talking. He's a little flat, but he'll be okay.

Carly: I know.

Michael: Is -- is there something else going on? You seem a little upset.

Sonny: Brick, where are we on the arrangements to monitor DA Hornsby? His office? Already? I'm impressed. Hey, you know what? I know. You're the man. Okay, listen, I'm working on access to his cell phone. So have your equipment ready, and, uh... wait for my call.

Kristina: You pretty much know the rest already. All of my bad behavior. The only difference is that it was directed at a woman, not a man.

Alexis: Mm-hmm. Uh, as I understand, nothing actually happened with you and, uh...

Kristina: Parker.

Alexis: Yeah. Right.

Kristina: Full disclosure -- she came by yesterday.

Alexis: Here? What did she want?

Kristina: She was concerned. That's all. We were...friends, kind of.

Alexis: You were friends. You're not friends anymore?

Kristina: No. We're... well, you see, when she tried to leave, I...made a pass at her.

Alexis: [Sighing] Oh, Kristina.

Kristina: Don't worry, Mom. She stopped it. It -- she was very professional. Um... so, yeah, you're right. Nothing really serious ever happened between me and Parker.

Alexis: Sweetie, is -- is Parker the only woman that you have gotten physical with?

Kristina: So far. When this all started, I just thought that I was attracted to Parker, not really to women per se.

Alexis: Is that possible?

Kristina: Mom, let me finish.

Alexis: Okay.

Kristina: After she left, Parker sort of challenged me on this.

Alexis: How did she challenge you?

Kristina: She suggested that I may have been having feelings for women all along.

Alexis: Okay. Well, Parker is your professor, and given what's gone down between the two of you, I find it inappropriate that she should advise you or possibly even confuse you on this matter in any way.

Kristina: Parker wasn't confusing me. She was trying to help me.

Alexis: She's not helping. She's not qualified to advise you. She doesn't know your history. You have had a problematic history, up until now, with men.

Kristina: Okay, wait a second.

Alexis: No. You wait a second. Let me finish. You've been abused. You've been already married. All of this has taken a tremendous emotional toll on you.

Kristina: So you're saying that me having feelings for women is because I've had a bad history with men?

Alexis: No. That's not what I'm saying. I don't know. Maybe that's possible.

Kristina: What if it's not? Would it be so bad if I'm gay?

Scott: Could you forward my mail to 979 Carlyle, the penthouse? Thank you. Oh! What's the matter?

Franco: Oh, I'm sorry. Did I surprise you?

Scott: Yeah.

Franco: You're the one who's surprised? Huh?

Scott: Yeah.

Franco: Did I just hear that you're moving into Ava's building?

Scott: Is that her building?

Franco: Yeah. She lives in the penthouse.

Scott: Is that right?

Franco: Yeah, that's right, the place where you are coincidentally having your mail forwarded?

Scott: I don't know. Maybe you misheard me.

Franco: Are you living with Ava?

Scott: You caught me.

Franco: Oh! Please, Dad, please tell me you're not sleeping with her.

Scott: Oh. No. I would never do that. Under any circumstances.

Ava: From what I understand, Morgan is still adjusting to his meds, and that's all I know. There hasn't been any more contact, and you know I do think that's for the best.

Kiki: Do you know what it's been like lying here, waiting for him to visit or call or even text, and not even knowing if he's been here, because I've been delirious?

Ava: I'm sorry that you've been going through that.

Kiki: But let me guess. You would do it all again.

Ava: Of course, I would. I just don't think that -- I think that Morgan might be bad for you.

Kiki: Morgan isn't bad for me.

Ava: You were shot! You almost died!

Kiki: It was not Morgan's fault!

Ava: Morgan needs help. He needs more help than you can give him right now, even if you were at 100%, and you're not. I love you. I love you too much to let you do something that might hurt your progress. You must understand that.

Kiki: I understand.

Ava: You do?

Kiki: I know that you did it out of love.

Ava: Of course, I did.

Kiki: So, because you love me, I know that you're also gonna help me do something that I can't do on my own.

Carly: Hey. Look who's here. [Laughs]

Morgan: Avery. Hi.

Carly: Yeah. Hi.

Morgan: You've gotten so big.

Carly: She is, yeah.

Morgan: I heard that, uh -- I heard that she was living with you and Dad now. How'd that happen?

Carly: That's a long story. [Chuckles]

Morgan: Okay.

Carly: Yeah.

Morgan: Well, if you can't talk about that, how's, um... how's Kiki?

Carly: Don't you want to hold her?

Morgan: You'll let me hold her?

Carly: Of course, I'll let you hold her. Come on. Go on. There you go.

Morgan: Yeah.

Carly: [Laughs] Yeah. Sit down. Watch.

Morgan: Hi.

Carly: Look.

Morgan: Hey.

Carly: Your little sister missed you. [Laughs]

Morgan: Hi. You've probably been wondering where I've been, right? Well, I've been here. [Sighs] And it's not so bad. It's not so bad for me, but for you and for Joss, it's not good. Will you please take them home?

Josslyn: We're fine, Morgan. We're happy to see you.

Morgan: Michael, please. I don't -- I don't want them in this place. If you were me, you wouldn't want them here either.

Michael: Yeah, okay. [Sighs] Well, we're gonna go.

Carly: Okay. Yeah, here. You know what? I'm gonna stay. Take my car. Give me your keys.

Morgan: You don't -- you don't have to do that.

Carly: I want to.

Morgan: Here.

Michael: Okay, here we go.

Morgan: Bye.

Josslyn: Bye. I love you, Morgan.

Morgan: I love you, too, Joss.

Josslyn: I can't wait for you to come home.

Michael: All right. Let's go.

Carly: Okay. Bye, baby. Love you. Bye. Okay.

Morgan: Michael. Thanks.

Michael: I'll see you soon.

Morgan: [Scoffs] I'm sorry. I tried. I really -- I d-- I did.

Carly: I know.

Morgan: I just -- I just don't want people seeing me here in this place. I feel I'm like in the zoo, like -- like -- like I'm some freak show or something.

Carly: That's not how we see you, though. It's not. We love you so much. That's why we're here.

Morgan: I mean, even if I don't get better.

Carly: Oh, baby, you're gonna get better.

Morgan: I'm not. I'm not gonna get better. I mean, I'm not manic. I'm not, like, crazed right now, but I mean, let's be honest. This didn't end up the way that anybody hoped.

Carly: You have to give it time, okay? Yeah, you do. You just got to give it some time.

Morgan: I -- I can't even see myself getting the good parts of my life back. And I've become -- I've become okay with it. I think you should, too, Mom.

Kristina: You know what's funny? Dad was the one I was terrified to talk about this with. I thought you would be the easy one.

Alexis: Hold on! H-hold it! You have just thrown a lot of stuff at me. Could you just give me two seconds to process it? And by the way, I am fine with this, if this is what it is.

Kristina: Why qualify your support? Are you afraid that you're going to have to explain me to your friends?

Alexis: Oh, that is absurd.

Kristina: Disappointed that you don't have the kind of family that you thought you did?

Alexis: Kristina, you know that's not true. If you're gay, you'

Kristina: Don't choke on the word, Mom.

Alexis: I'm not choking on anything. Stop misinterpreting every single thing I say! I'm just simply saying college is -- is a confusing time for all students in the best of circumstances.

Kristina: Okay, let's just table this discussion for now. Clearly it was a mistake. Just don't tell Dad, okay?

Alexis: I won't. Don't worry.

Kristina: I can't believe this is happening.

Alexis: What, honey? What?

Kristina: That you would be disappointed in me, because of what I am. Not because of something that I did.

Hammer: Mr. Jerome, thank you for hearing me out.

Julian: Yeah, likewise. Listen, let's keep this decision between us, you know? I think it would be best for everyone if it didn't get out. You know what I mean?

Hammer: We're all aware of the new Mrs. Jerome's position on the matter. We will be discreet.

Julian: Thanks. And, uh, Hammer. Since we've settled this matter, um, would you mind giving a -- giving a message to the organization for me?

Hammer: By all means.

Julian: Yeah, I didn't appreciate the black rose they sent to Ava as a warning.

Hammer: I don't know what you're referring to. We never sent a message to Ava of any kind.

Sonny: Yeah, I spoke with Brick. They got a tap on DA Hornsby's office phone. They're working on getting one on his cell phone. I just -- I just want to know where his location is. Yeah. Uh, I'm gonna be there to super...vise. Thanks, man. That was fast.

Josslyn: Morgan didn't want us to stay. He said Avery and I don't belong in that place.

Sonny: Oh, he's just looking -- you know, he's look-- he's looking out for you. That's all.

Josslyn: How much longer does he have to stay in that place, Uncle Sonny?

Michael: Um...why don't you take Avery to Graciela, huh? I'm sure you two could use a snack after that trip.

Josslyn: Come on.

Michael: There you go.

Josslyn: Sure. But I'd really appreciate a timetable for when Morgan gets to come home.

Sonny: Yeah. For sure. We just don't know anything right now. What happened?

Michael: It's the meds. Just... it's making it hard for Morgan to connect with anyone, especially his -- his sisters. But there was one thing he wanted to talk about. You know, he wanted to know what was going on with you and the business.

Sonny: You didn't say anything, right?

Michael: Of course not. But, I mean, Dad, what is going on?

Sonny: D-don't -- don't ask me right now. Look, I'm taking care of everything. I got a -- I got a meeting. I need a -- I need a favor.

Michael: Sure. What?

Sonny: I need you to do for your mother what I can't do. And that's be there for her.

Carly: I love you so much.

Morgan: I love you, too. I do. Not that I can feel it, but...

Carly: You will.

Morgan: You don't know that, though.

Carly: Yes, I do. I went through this with your father, and I'm going through it with you now again, and I promise you, you're gonna feel it.

Morgan: Look, Mom. There's something you need to understand. I -- I want -- I want to be grateful for what you and Dad and Michael have done. I want to be happy when you guys show up. I mean, I even -- I-I would like to get pissed off at stupid things. But here? It's just empty. It's empty, and there's no sign that -- that anything's gonna change.

Carly: Sit down. Sit down for a second. You listen to me. You're not empty, okay? And I promise you things are gonna change. I know they are.

[Door opens]

Carly: Um... look who's here.

Morgan: Whoever it is, just tell them to go away, please.

Carly: I'm sorry, but you're gonna have to do that yourself.

Morgan: [Chuckles]

Kiki: [Laughs]

Morgan: Kiki.

Kiki: Hey, Morgan.

Morgan: You're walking. How -- how --

Kiki: [Chuckles] Well, I mean, I have a little bit of help. My mom snuck me out of the hospital.

Ava: Just for an hour or two.

Kiki: Yeah, the people here, they didn't want to let me in, so I told them that I was your wife, which is kind of true. I mean, I was. But they didn't like that, so I told them I was your half-sister's half-sister, and that just put them right over the edge, and here I am. [Laughs]

Morgan: You're still the same you.

[Both chuckle]

Morgan: Thank you. Can -- can we -- I don't have long, so could we maybe just get, like --

Carly: Of course. Yes, yes, yeah.

Morgan: Here. Here. Here.

Kiki: Ooh.

Morgan: There. Hey. [Sighs] How -- how are you?

Kiki: Well, I just found out you were here. Nobody told me that this was where you called me from. So, how are you doing? Are -- are you feeling better?

Morgan: Um... look. Uh... I, uh -- there's so much that I want to say about what happened, and -- and...what I've done to you.

Kiki: Oh, no, you didn't.

Morgan: Look. Look.

Kiki: You didn't do anything.

Morgan: I need to say something. Before you say anything else, I need you to hear me right now.

Alexis: Sweetie, wait. Please. Please. I'm sorry. I'm -- I'm sorry. I don't want to upset you. I don't know what I've said, but apparently I'm saying all the wrong things.

Kristina: Yeah. You sure did. I got to go. You know, Mom? It took a lot for me to tell you this, so I guess you're not the only one disappointed here today.

Alexis: [Sighs]

Scott: Ava's letting me stay for a while. I don't know how long, but for now, it's home.

Franco: You're a big-shot lawyer. Can't you afford your own apartment? Or at the very least, if you want to downsize, a cheaper hotel?

Scott: I don't like cheap hotels. The towels are no good. But enough about me. What about you? How's it going with Nina?

Franco: With Nina?

Scott: Yeah?

Franco: Oh, it's g-great. Yeah, no. Happy, happy, happy. Things good.

Scott: Is that right?

Franco: Yeah. No, she -- she -- she loves her job, and, uh... I love my job. I mean, who knew helping people would be so rewarding?

Scott: Okay, let's stop doodling with crayons, shall we? Tell me what's really going on.

Franco: She wants to have a kid. I don't want to have a kid.

Scott: Yeah, well, you know, they can be a lot of trouble.

Franco: You don't think ultimately that that would be a deal breaker, do you?

Scott: I do. Absolutely.

Morgan: Kiki, I care about you so, so much. [Sighs] That's why I need you to do something for me right now.

Kiki: Yeah, of course. What is it?

Morgan: I need you to go... and never come back.

Carly: It's great to see how well Kiki's doing.

Ava: Yeah. She's getting better every day. I think before long she'll finally be able to be released from the hospital and go home.

Carly: I suppose you expect Avery to go home with you then, too, huh?

Michael: What do you mean? Why can't you be there for Mom?

Sonny: Because the lines between my business and our family are starting to blur. Morgan may not have crashed as bad as he did. He may not be in that place if he didn't go to the pier to prove himself to me.

Michael: Mom does not blame you for what happened.

Sonny: Sh-she's trying not to. But she's struggling, Michael. Your mom needs you. Your sisters need you. And I'm -- I'm just -- this is one of those times that I'm counting on you to hold this together.

Michael: Yeah. I'll try.

Sonny: Okay. Um... I got to go. If your mom asks where I went, just say it's business-related.

Michael: Yeah. I understand. Yeah. I'm probably gonna go spend some time with Josslyn and Avery.

Sonny: All right. [Opens front door] Look who's here.

[Julian's standing there]

On the next "General Hospital" --

Paul: Can we -- can we talk a minute?

Finn: No.

Emma (to Griffin): Are you a friend of my grandma's?

Kiki (to Morgan): You need to get better, because I need you in my life.

Ava (to Carly): You know, I am not the monster you seem to think I am.

Julian (to Sonny): I know what you're doing. I want it to stop.
