Luke: When this house goes... so do I.

Bobbie: Well, thank you for meeting me.

Valerie: Of course. You said it was important.

Bobbie: It is. We need to talk about your cousin.

Lulu: How was the trip? How's Georgie?

Maxie: Amazing! You would not believe how much he's grown. And Ellie and Spinelli are doing a great job with her.

Lulu: Oh, so everything's good on that front.

Maxie: Yes, they are back to being sickeningly happy, and I am... happy for them.

Lulu: Good.

Maxie: Yeah, not that I needed to be reminded how lucky I am, but my apartment was basically turned into the botanical gardens when I got home.

Lulu: Nathan is so sweet.

Maxie: He really is. He must be getting tips from the kind of romantic gestures. So, what did Dante have planned for you when you got back from Canada?

Lulu: Not what you would expect.

Dante: Yeah, I tracked Lulu and Dillon to their hotel. Well, it looked like they were having a really, really nice time. They had breakfast laid out and coffee and clothes thrown all over the very unmade bed. I'm not gonna do this to myself. I'm not gonna pretend I don't know you're screwing around on me. I'm done. I'm done with this, Lulu. Our marriage is over.

Nathan: Easy, huh? Something on your mind?

Dante: I screwed up, man. Big time.

Valerie: My cousin, you mean Lulu. What about her?

Bobbie: No, not Lulu, Lucas.

Valerie: Oh.

Bobbie: He has a wedding coming up, and I think he needs our help.

Brad: Lucas, I can't marry you.

Lucas: Very funny. [Laughs] You almost had me there for a minute. All right, I gotta get back to work.

Brad: I'm serious. I'm so sorry, but... you and I can't get married.

Sabrina: Still thinking about your uncle?

Michael: Yeah. Sorry.

Sabrina: Oh, no, don't apologize.

Michael: Just Luke said that, you know, he's fine with tearing down the house on Elm Street. Just... I don't know. That's -- that's not how it seemed.

Tim: What are you waiting for? If you gonna off yourself, pull the damn trigger already.

Valerie: Don't you think we'd be stepping out of line a bit? I mean, weddings are pretty personal, and maybe Lucas and Brad want to plan their own.

Bobbie: Well, if they do, then I'd say have at it. But at the rate they're going, there may never be a wedding.

Lucas: You told me that you were sure.

Brad: I was. I am! Lucas, I love you. Okay? More than I've ever loved anyone. I just wasn't thinking through the logistics.

Lucas: What logistics? The -- the -- you want to stay single, so you can hit on every hot doctor in the hospital? Is that it?

Brad: No, not even close.

Lucas: Then what? Why don't you want to get married anymore?

Brad: I never said I didn't want to marry you. I said that I can't.

Bobbie: I had a feeling this might be an issue.

Valerie: Why?

Bobbie: Because men are notoriously bad planners. And what do we got -- two grooms and no bride, so, no wonder, nothing is getting done.

Valerie: In all fairness, not every girl wants an extravagant wedding, either.

Bobbie: Oh, come on, Valerie. Are you telling me that as a girl, you never imagined your dream wedding?

Valerie: No, I never really had the time. I was so busy with my mom.

Bobbie: Oh, honey, I'm sorry.

Valerie: Don't -- don't be, I'm not. Um, but even if I was the kind of girl who ran around with a toilet-paper veil around my head, I still wouldn't think it was the best idea.

Bobbie: Why not?

Valerie: I just don't think Lucas would appreciate it.

Bobbie: Of course, he would!

Valerie: I just don't want to get in the middle of his relationship.

Bobbie: You wouldn't be in the middle.

Valerie: You're not understanding. I just can't do that -- not again.

Bobbie: What do you mean, "again"?

Nathan: Listen, man, whatever it is, it can't that bad, eh?

Dante: Oh, you'd be surprised.

Nathan: Is it work?

Dante: No, nothing like that.

Nathan: O-okay, then what?

Dante: You know, man, forget about it. I don't want to bother you with this.

Nathan: No, you're -- you're not bothering me with anything. You know, we're partners, we're friends. You can talk to me, if you want to, not to be all sentimental. So, if it's not work, then I guess it's personal. You and Lulu having issues?

Dante: Yeah, because of something I did... with Valerie.

Lulu: Let's just say that Dante's reception was less than warm when I got home from Canada.

Maxie: No, you will not just be saying anything. You will give me every single detail. Now, go.

Lulu: Dante unloaded on me.

Maxie: Oh. Because you lied about where you were going?

Lulu: That was part of it.

Maxie: But Lucky's life was on the line -- what were you supposed to do?

Lulu: Apparently, I was supposed to confide in my husband and not make up a big, fat, giant lie.

Maxie: These were extreme circumstances! Doesn't that kind of come with the territory to being a Spencer?

Lulu: Dante is not a fan of the "Spencers get special privileges" rule.

Maxie: He knew who you were when he married you, that's all I'm saying.

Lulu: He did. And once I was able to get a word in, Dante came around.

Maxie: Okay, then.

Lulu: The problem is what he thought I was doing before I told the truth.

Luke: Get out of here, old man. This has nothing to do with you.

Tim: [Laughs] You think not, huh? Nothing to do with me? I think it all has to do with you facing the truth. The truth is that with all the whining and complaining and crying that went on in this house, I was not the curse here. It was you! And that's why you had my tattoo put on yourself right there. So that you'd always be remembering what you are and what's inside of you.

Luke: I have plenty of regrets in my life, but killing you sure isn't one of them.

Tim: I'm not surprised. [Scoffs] So, tell me... finding out what really happened to your mother, how did that work out for you? Huh? Did it make you happy? No.. it filled you with regret and guilt and fear. 'Cause now you're afraid. You're afraid of what's inside, you're afraid of what you're capable of. And you're not the only one. The woman you love, she's running scared. She doesn't want anything more to do with you. How long do you think it's gonna be before the rest of the family feels the same way? You're old, Luke! You're old and miserable and alone! So why don't you just do it? Kill yourself. Come on. Come join Daddy in hell, boy. What's the matter? Why don't you want to do the honorable thing?

Luke: Why do you hate me so much?

Tim: I don't hate you! You hate yourself. You hate the me that's in you. Well, that's too bad, 'cause we're the same, you and I. Why don't you accept that. Do it! Pull the trigger and be done.

Patricia: Luke, don't! Luke!

Michael: Let's go swimming.

Sabrina: Hmm?

Michael: Go swimming.

Sabrina: Um... sure. After you.

Michael: Are you chickening out again?

Sabrina: What? What do you mean again? I went in yesterday.

Michael: No, dangling your feet over the dock does not count as swimming.

Sabrina: But I was...cold.

Michael: All right, okay. Okay, wimpy, let's go back to the house.

Sabrina: Okay. No, Mike, no, no, no, no, no! Please, no!

Michael: I'm kidding, I'm kidding. I would never do that to you. I'm kidding.

Sabrina: Okay. Let's go.

Michael: All right.

Sabrina: Wait! Um, here's a little --

Michael: what are you --

Sabrina: [Laughing]

Michael: [Groans as he splashes into the lake]

Nathan: You and Valerie?

Dante: Look, I should back up and explain. I... I found out Lulu didn't go to Italy to take care of her grandmother -- she went to Canada with Dillon.

Nathan: Yeah. Yeah, I know. Maxie and I, we ran into Lulu and Dillon at the airport. She said something about going to save her brother.

Dante: Yeah, wild story, huh?

Nathan: Yeah. Hey, listen, she felt terrible about lying. You know, she couldn't wait to get back here and tell you the truth.

Dante: Well, I already knew... not that Lucky was in trouble, but that she had taken off with Dillon.

Nathan: Oh.

Dante: Yeah.

Nathan: Yeah, I can't imagine that sat too well.

Dante: I jumped to all the wrong conclusions, man.

Maxie: Dante thought you and Dillon were having an affair?

Lulu: I love how shocked you are when you jumped to the exact same conclusion.

Maxie: Dante is not me... he is the opposite of me. His first stop is never the worst case scenario.

Lulu: Well, in this situation, it was. And, honestly, I can't blame him.

Maxie: I can.

Lulu: I did everything to make him not trust me. Maxie, I blatantly lied about where I was going and who I was with. And when he got to the hotel, he saw --

Maxie: I'm sorry, he what now?

Lulu: Dante followed me to British Columbia. And when he got to the hotel, he saw that I was not only staying in the same room as Dillon, which only had one bed, by the way, the clothes were all over the place.

Maxie: Okay, that does not mean that you two were sleeping together.

Lulu: What would you have thought?

Maxie: We're not talking about me. And I hope Dante was gracious enough to admit that he jumped to the wrong conclusion.

Lulu: Once he calmed down, we were able to talk it out.

Maxie: Okay, then, everything is fine.

Lulu: I don't know if "fine" is the accurate word.

Maxie: Lulu... what is wrong?

Lulu: When Dante thought that I was hooking up with Dillon... he decided to do the same thing with my cousin.

Bobbie: It sounds like you've been involved in someone else's relationship recently.

[Cell phone rings]

Valerie: You should answer that.

Bobbie: No, it can wait. Is this about Lulu?

Valerie: Why do you say that?

Bobbie: Because you look like you saw a ghost when you thought I wanted to discuss her before. Did something happen between the two of you?

Valerie: No... I mean, nothing major. I just feel like I've been in the middle of Lulu and Dante's life without even realizing it. First I moved in with them, then I moved in with her brother, and now I'm working at the PCPD.

Bobbie: Oh, honey, you can say as much or as little as you want. For the record, I'm here for you, and I'm here to listen.

Valerie: Yeah, I... I kind of thought the worst of Lulu when she was off saving her brother. But as it turned --

Bobbie: Whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a minute, back up -- off saving her brother?! Do you mean Lucky?

Valerie: Guess you didn't hear about what your brother's been up to.

Both: Patricia.

Patricia: Don't do this, Luke. Don't let it end this way.

Tim: Well, well, well... if it ain't little miss know it all. The only thing you never knew was your place.

Patricia: Oh, shut up, old man! You have no power anymore. All right? Not over me, and not over Luke.

Tim: Luke, you listen to her, she'll talk you out of doing the right thing.

Patricia: No one wants you here, Dad. Just go.

Tim: Shut your mouth, you smart little bitch! Oh, the two of you deserve each other. The hell with you both. But you listen to me, Luke, you'll never be rid of me -- never, as long as your breathing. I'll always be there. That's a promise.

Patricia: He doesn't know what he's talking about.

Luke: Patricia, usually, I'd agree with you, but in this case, he is right.

Patricia: This not a way out.

Luke: It's the only way out. Don't you understand, all I do is hurt the people I love. This is the only way I know to protect them.

Patricia: What about what I did to protect you? If you kill yourself, Luke, all the sacrifices I made will have been for nothing.

Luke: You can't save me, Pat. You couldn't then and you can't now.

Patricia: Oh, the hell I can't! Luke, coming home to find Daddy dead on the floor and you shaking, it was one of the scariest moments of my life. But I knew I had to protect you. So I covered up your crimes and moved away, so you would never have to remember it.

Luke: I'm so sorry for all the sacrifices you made for me.

Patricia: You were worth it... so I thought. Would it have been better if I had stayed, made you face it?

Luke: I guess we'll never know. But it was because of you that I had a life.

Patricia: Have a life! With children and grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Why did I leave my family, my home town, everything behind, if you're just gonna throw it all away now?

Bobbie: Poor Tracy! Made to think that Luke ran out on her like that?!

Valerie: Yeah, and she's not the only one. Dante was really upset when he found out Lulu lied to him.

Bobbie: Ooh, he knew that she didn't go to visit Leslie?

Valerie: And that she was with Dillon. But what he didn't know was why.

Bobbie: The places his mind must have gone. And to suffer through that all alone! But he wasn't alone, was he? Valerie. Something happen between you and Dante?

Nathan: Hey, come on, don't -- don't beat yourself up, all right? You know, most guys I know would have assumed that Lulu was off having an affair -- myself included.

Dante: Oh, I was pissed off, and I was hurt, and I crossed a line.

Maxie: Valerie kissed him?

Lulu: That's actually not what happened --

Maxie: I knew it! I knew after I saw that headline that girl could not be trusted. Ooh, and Nathan read me the riot act for confronting her, but who was right about this entire situation? This girl!

Lulu: Valerie didn't kiss Dante.

Maxie: But you just said that --

Lulu: That they kissed. Dante is the one who initiated it.

Dante: I was furious, man. And I was convinced Lulu was cheating on me, and Valerie was there, being all supportive. Not that that's any excuse.

Nathan: So, how far did things go?

Dante: [Sighs]

Lulu: He was angry -- and he lashed out.

Maxie: By kissing another woman? Was that all that happened?

Dante: If I say anything more, I need to know that this stays between us.

Nathan: Hey, of course, man. I wouldn't tell anybody, not even Maxie.

Lulu: Yeah, that's all that happened.

Maxie: You're positive.

Lulu: Dante thought that I was sleeping with Dillon. At this point, I am lucky it was only one kiss.

Dante: I cheated on my wife... I slept with Valerie.

Brad: If it were up to me, you and I would have already eloped. [Scoffs] I'm so lost right now, Brad.

Lucas: Who is it up to, your parents?

Brad: What? No.

Lucas: Well, you wouldn't invite them to dinner. Is it because they're -- they're less than tolerant of us? Because... you -- you're an adult. And it's 2015 -- half the country's on our side.

Brad: Lucas, that's not the problem.

Lucas: We don't need them, okay? All we need is us.

Brad: My parents have nothing to do with this -- not directly, anyway.

Lucas: Then, why, Brad? Why can't you marry me?

Brad: Because I'm already married.

Lucas: [Sighs]

Patricia: If you don't put it down for yourself, do it for me. For my memory.

Luke: Now, you're just playing dirty.

Patricia: I don't care. Luke, what happened in the past, it's just that -- the past, over. You know everything now, and you're still standing. Doesn't that count for something?

Luke: What counts is that I took Mama away.

Patricia: It was an accident.

Luke: And that makes a difference?

Patricia: Yes.

Luke: I just can't... live with it. I mean, Mama, I -- the old man, good riddance, but not sweet, beautiful, patient Mama. I took her life away, I took her away from all of us. She didn't deserve that, and she'll never know how sorry I am.

Patricia: But she does know, Luke.

Sabrina: Oh, my gosh! Is that better?

Michael: Yeah, much better, thank you.

Sabrina: Okay, good.

Michael: Phew! Now, it's your turn.

Sabrina: No, no, no, no, no, no! No, no, no, no, no, no!

Michael: Oh, yes, oh, yes. Turnabout is fair play.

Sabrina: No, no, no. No, no, no, no. Please, please, please, please, please! I'll do anything!

Michael: You'll do anything?

Sabrina: Anything. [Kiss]

Brad: Lucas... I'm so sorry.

Lucas: You're married.

Brad: I've wanted to tell you. I've tried -- obviously not hard enough.

Lucas: To who? For how long?

Brad: It's long before I met you.

Lucas: [Scoffs] And you never thought to say anything?

Brad: Are you kidding? I thought about it all the time. But then things got so good between us that to blow it up --

Lucas: Oh, so you just lied to my face instead?

Brad: [Sighs]

Lucas: Wow. I, uh... I can't believe this. You know, I always thought that our biggest problem would be your wondering eye, that someday I'd catch you cheating on me. But, surprise... I'm the one that you've been cheating with.

Brad: It's not like that.

Lucas: Really? 'Cause I'm pretty sure you just told me that for the last few months, I've been sleeping with a married man.

Bobbie: Dante is a married man.

Valerie: You don't need to remind me.

Bobbie: I'm getting the sense that maybe I do.

Valerie: [Sighs] He kissed me -- just once. But I stopped it almost as soon as it started.

Bobbie: And this happened when Lulu was away?

Valerie: Yeah, Dante was convinced that Lulu had cheated on him with Dillon. It was all a big misunderstanding, and, obviously, the kiss was a mistake. And Dante felt horrible. Uh, feels horrible. So do I.

Bobbie: Does Lulu know?

Valerie: Yeah, they talked it through, and Lulu came by, and we cleared the air.

Bobbie: Well... I'm sure it helps that it was only a kiss.

Valerie: Both Dante and I made it very clear that it will never happen again.

Maxie: And you buy that Valerie was completely blameless?

Lulu: I do.

Maxie: You are way more trusting than I am.

Lulu: I did my due diligence. The story that Valerie told me and Dante told me, they were identical.

Maxie: Oh, good for you for interrogating her.

Lulu: Okay, it was not an interrogation.

Maxie: Well, it should have been! Lulu, you were the wronged party here.

Lulu: I'm not the only one. What part of "I lied to my husband" is not sinking in?

Maxie: Oh, about a life or death situation that you had absolutely no control over.

Lulu: No, I could have controlled the way I dealt with it -- if I had just been up front, none of this would have happened.

Maxie: Okay, you may have set these events in motion.

Lulu: Thank you.

Maxie: But I should have stopped them from getting this far.

Lulu: What are you talking about?

Maxie: Nathan and I, we came over to your place on the fourth of July, we wanted you guys to come watch the fireworks with us, but you weren't there. And Dante and Valerie were alone together, and I got a really weird vibe -- I shouldn't have left.

Lulu: That's ridiculous.

Maxie: I could have sat myself in between the two of them and refused to leave until Valerie went home. What?

Lulu: I just... I made Valerie walk me through everything that happened the night that she and Dante kissed. She never mentioned you and Nathan.

Nathan: You slept with Valerie.

Dante: Made a big mistake.

Nathan: Oh, man. When?

Dante: July Fourth, after you guys left my place. I knew it.

Nathan: I knew something was up, man. If I just knew where your head was at.

Dante: Come on, man, it's not your responsibility. It's on me and me alone. [Sighs]

Nathan: Wait... wait, didn't Lulu show up, like, the next day?

Dante: Yes. Valerie left, Lulu got home. They barely missed each other, and then Lulu told me everything that happened.

Nathan: Man, I can only imagine what that must have felt like.

Dante: You know what that felt like? It felt like I was my father. Someone who cheats and then rationalizes it all away. "Only did this because you did that, or 'cause you did this." Letting the circumstances make everything okay.

Nathan: Yeah, but to be fair, man, there were circumstances.

Dante: It doesn't matter! It doesn't matter! I still did something I can't take back. I did something I never thought I was even capable of doing. I did something that would destroy my wife if she ever found out.

Nathan: Wait, you mean she doesn't know?

Dante: No, man, she knows we kissed. I couldn't bring myself to tell her anything else. It would ruin my son's life.

Nathan: Man, you don't know that for a fact.

Dante: Yes, I do. If Lulu found out the truth, there's no way she would forgive me.

Luke: Mom!

Lena: Luke.

Luke: Can you forgive me?

Lena: There's nothing to forgive. You were trying to protect me -- all of us. The best way you knew how.

Luke: The best way? A bat to the head?

Patricia: Luke!

Lena: It's okay, Patricia. Your brother always did get right to the point. So did you, for that matter. It's a Spencer trait.

Luke: I don't want anything from him.

Lena: You certainly didn't get it from me. Patricia, can you give us a moment, please?

Patricia: You listen to Mama, Luke. She always understood you better than anyone.

Lena: Come. Sit with me. There are a few things I need to say, and I need you to hear them, okay? I love you. I could never blame you for what happened.

Luke: I was careless.

Lena: No, you were strong. You stood up to your father's endless abuse to us. You stood up because I was too afraid to.

Luke: I was cowardly, Mother. I ran. And I kept running from the truth. I did -- I didn't own what I did.

Lena: You did own what you did, even though you didn't realize it. You carried that weight for decades. Don't you see, Luke? That's why you lashed out. That's why you hurt the people closest to you, not because you're evil. Not because you're like him. Because you were lost.

Luke: And now I'm found? Is that what you're saying?

Lena: Yes. Accepting the truth about what happened to me should not be the reason your life ends. It should be how it finally begins.

Luke: I don't think you understand.

Lena: Course, I do. You're a part of my heart, my soul. And your sister's right -- I know you better than anyone. I've been watching you all these years. Letting that fateful night define you... no more. No more, Luke. It's time for you to stand up again. You figure out who you are. Better yet, you figure out, who do you want to be? Without all those demons bottled up inside you... the possibilities are limitless.

Bobbie: Thought you might want to have that.

Valerie: I have never seen my mother as a teenager.

Bobbie: Patricia was beautiful. And so brave. She stood up for me. And for Luke. And there's no way that I can ever repay her, but if you ever need someone to talk to or you need a shoulder to cry on, I'm here for you.

Valerie: That sounds really nice.

Bobbie: Yeah?

Valerie: Oh. I have missed my mother through all this. I'm not sure I've even realized how much.

Bobbie: Did she give good advice?

Valerie: Yeah. "I pull no punches and offer no judgments"... is what she used to say.

Bobbie: I hope I can live up to that. And as for this situation with Dante... [Exhales] It's complicated for everyone, but it's not insurmountable. And, thankfully, no one did anything that they can't come back from.

Dante: Lulu and Rocco are my world. I don't know -- I don't know how I managed to forget that.

Nathan: But you didn't forget that, Dante. You just thought that your world had changed.

Dante: Either way, Rocco deserves a mother and father who love him, and Lulu and I can give him that.

Nathan: And I don't disagree.

Dante: But?

Nathan: But... are you sure you don't want to come clean? You know, this could be really hard at the beginning, but imagine how much better you'll feel afterwards.

Dante: You know, man, I almost told her the day she came back. And I realize if she doesn't forgive me... I mean, Rocco's life is ruined. And I can't do that to him -- I have to carry that in myself.

Nathan: Won't find out from me.

Dante: Thank you. And I'm putting you in a bad spot here.

Nathan: It's all right. I mean, if I told Maxie, the first thing she'll do is tell Lulu, so...

Dante: [Sighs]

Nathan: It's probably for the best.

Dante: Thanks, man, I appreciate that.

Nathan: You should, uh... [Chuckles lightly] You should probably have a conversation with Valerie, though, you know? Make sure you guys are on the same page.

Dante: Yeah, we did -- and we are. So far, she's only told the commissioner.

Nathan: What, so she told our boss?!

Dante: Yeah. Jordan really let me have it.

Nathan: I'm not entirely sure that's her place, being that she's your boss and not your relationship counselor, but...

Dante: No, but, you know, she said some things I needed to hear.

Nathan: Look, man, I -- I admire that you're taking responsibility for this, Dante, but I know you, and you are the farthest thing from a cheating husband that I --

Dante: Obviously, I'm not.

Nathan: Look, when you slept with Valerie, you had every reason to believe that Lulu was off sleeping with Dillon.

Dante: Come on, man, don't make excuses for me.

Nathan: I'm not making excuses for you. I'm just stating the facts. If Lulu had been honest, if you'd known the truth, then... none of this would have ever happened.

Lulu: Is it too early?

Maxie: It's 5:00 somewhere.

Lulu: Anyway, Dante feels so guilty, he's turned into the husband of the year.

Maxie: To upsides.

Lulu: Cheers.

Lulu: Not that he was ever much of a slouch in that department. I'm talking gifts, dinners, dish duty -- the whole nine yards.

Maxie: Well, it's the least he can do.

Lulu: Maxie?

Maxie: Yes?

Lulu: You know that I love that you have my back. But if you want to support me, I need you to not hold this against Dante, 'cause right now, I just need everything to go back to the way it was.

Maxie: I get it. And it will, okay?

Lulu: Yeah, I hope so. I mean, I think so, I... I just didn't know that Dante had that kind of rage in him -- the things that he said to me. I keep trying to tell myself I don't want to blame him, and it's my fault that those thoughts wee even there. But it still hurts. So much.

Lucas: I thought you actually loved me.

Brad: I do!

Lucas: Then... then how could you do this to me?! How could you put me in this position?! How could you trick me into being some home wrecker?

Brad: You don't understand.

Lucas: Then make me understand, Brad! Tell me everything you've been keeping from me, now.

Bobbie: Oh!

Valerie: What is it?

Bobbie: It's Michael. They're tearing down the Elm Street house -- today.

Lena: It's time to move forward. There's good in you, Luke -- way more than there ever was bad. That's why you ran away from your family -- to protect them.

Luke: From the demons.

Lena: Those demons have been exorcised. You are no longer beholden to them. You are free!

Luke: Still a heart of gold. Even to me.

Lena: Especially to you.

Luke: Mama, what can I do? What can I ever, ever do to make it up to you?

Lena: You find the man you were meant to be... you find a way to be happy. And you choose to live.

[Luke unloads his gun and puts the pieces on the table then hugs his ghost mom]

Sabrina: [Sighs]

Michael: I haven't been this happy in a long time, Sabrina. I guess what I'm trying to say is... [Sighs] I'm falling for you -- hard.

Sabrina: Well, what do you know? I'm falling for you, too.

Brad: God! I don't even know where to begin.

Lucas: How about with the basics -- like who exactly it is that you're married to.

[Door opens]

Nurse: Dr. Jones, you're needed in the ER.

Lucas: I'm busy.

Nurse: We've had a multiple-impact MVA. The victims are being brought in right now.

Lucas: [Sighs]

Brad: Lucas --

Lucas: I have to go.

[Door slams]

Maxie: Hi!

Nathan: Hi.

Maxie: How are you?

Nathan: How was your day?

Maxie: Oh, it was interesting. I just went to see Lulu at the Haunted Star, and you are not going to believe what she told me. Turns out that Dante knew she was lying the entire time she was off with Dillon, and instead of waiting for her to come back to explain, he got back at her by kissing Valerie! I'm sorry, why don't you seem more surprised?

Nathan: Because -- because Dante was just here, and we just covered all this, and he feels terrible.

Maxie: Oh. Good. Because Lulu didn't do anything wrong.

Nathan: She did lie.

Maxie: And that's a good reason to kiss another woman? Look, I'm just happy it didn't go any further than that, because I'm not sure their marriage could survive it.

Dante: Hey.

Lulu: Hey.

Dante: You like 'em?

Lulu: I love them, they're beautiful. You know, you didn't have to do that.

Dante: Yeah, I did. You're my wife, you deserve to be showered with gifts.

Lulu: Well, if you insist.

Dante: I do. I am... committed to getting back on track, Lulu.

Lulu: So am I.

Dante: That's good. Because nothing and no one will come between us ever again. I won't let it.

[As Valerie stares at her mom's photo, Young Patricia hugs her]

Lena: I am so proud of you, Luke. So proud of you. Always have been. Always will be.

Luke: I love you, Mama.

Bobbie: Luke? Hey.

Luke: Oh! Barbara Jean!

Bobbie: Is everything okay in here?

Luke: Yeah, fine. Fine.

Bobbie: Then what is that?

Luke: Uh, that was a fleeting bad idea. But, don't worry, I'm not gonna use it. I have come to a decision... about what I'm gonna do with the rest of my life.

On the next "General Hospital" --

Madeline (to Maxie): Aren't you going to say "Hello"?

Nina (to Ric): What's happening to me?

Franco (to Ava: We need to talk about Morgan.

Kiki (to Morgan): What has you so worked up?

Laura (to Scott): I overheard something I'm not supposed to know.

Luke: I'm leaving Port Charles.
