Connie: Well, there you are, Hubby.
Johnny: What the hell is this?
Johnny: You don't dust.
Connie: Oh, I dust. I want our home to be perfect. And look! I made you a little breakie. Have a seat.
Johnny: Yeah? What'd you lace it with, cyanide or laxatives?
Connie: Mmm! Look at this yummy bowl of yogurt. [Inhales sharply] Open wide.
Johnny: I don't want any damn yogurt.
Connie: Oh, yeah? Well, that's too bad. Because you're gonna get it anyway.
Starr: I need coffee! I overslept. Not that I'm in a rush or anything. I'm not going to work with Johnny after he married Connie.
Starr: Hey, what? Are -- are you all right?
Molly: Aren't you ready yet?
Kristina: Oh. Yeah. Yeah. I'm ready.
Molly: Well, then come on. I want to meet my new nephew.
Kristina: I'm just as excited as you are.
Alexis: I'm sorry.
Molly: Why is this taking so long?
Alexis: Sorry. I'm a little flustered, all right? It's not every day that you get a call that your daughter's baby is alive and well and wants to meet you.
Kristina: Congratulations. You're officially a grandma.
Jason: No, just tell the commissioner we'll be there at about 10:00 A.M. Also let her know I'm bringing my attorney, okay? Thank you.
Sonny: Cops giving you a hard time about Heather Webber?
Jason: Commissioner wants to interview me.
Sonny: You want Alexis there?
Jason: No. No. Diane's gonna take care of it. She's not worried. They got the security footage to back up my statement.
Sonny: So Heather was trying to kill herself while you got the baby away?
Jason: All I cared about was keeping that baby safe.
Sonny: Listen to you. You sound like a father.
Sam: Hi, Daniel. [Chuckles] You don't know your new name yet, do you? It's okay. There's gonna be a lot of things that you have to get used to. Got a new name. You got a new mommy. [Chuckles] I bet you're missing your other mommy right now, aren't you? I know she's missing you.
Guard: Manning, there's someone here to see you.
Todd: Yeah. Unless it's my lawyer, I don't want to speak to anyone.
Téa: I'm a lawyer. Will I do?
Luke: Good morning.
Anna: Oh. Hello. Um, it's funny. Today's the anniversary of my wedding to Duke. Weird.
Luke: Hmm. Is this a memento of the happy day?
Luke: Nice dress. You look good, too.
Luke: No, seriously. You look beautiful.
Anna: A lifetime ago, that is. Yeah. I don't know. And then he turns up here, out of nowhere, wanting me back. And disappears again. It's -- I don't know. Feels kind of surreal, like a dream.
Luke: Maybe it was a dream. Maybe you're lucky you woke up.
Duke: What do you want, Scully?
Joe Jr.: I've been thinking.
Duke: Oh, that must hurt.
Joe Jr.: If we off Kristina before the annulment goes through, we could still get Corinthos' money.
Duke: I told you. That plan is dead. Anything happens to that girl, you're the first suspect.
Joe Jr.: That won't matter if they can't find me.
Duke: My sources have already told me that the marriage has been annulled. Trey won't inherit Sonny's assets. There's no point in killing the girl.
Joe Jr.: And so you said that someone else has to die. Who?
Trey: Am I all right? Oh, let's see. Um, my father is missing. Probably out there somewhere and bleeding to death, which makes everybody really, really happy, especially my now former wife.
Starr: Oh, right. The annulment.
Trey: Signed that last night. So, yeah, everybody just thought that it was what's best for Kristina since my father thinks bumping her off is the best way for me to claim Sonny's empire.
Starr: It's a lot to deal with, Trey.
Trey: Yeah, that's -- that's a bit of a understatement. Since I had already signed off on the annulment papers, Kristina's mother thought, well, I might as well go ahead and sign those, as well.
Starr: Commitment papers?
Trey: Yeah, they want me to send my mother to the loony bin.
Johnny: What the hell?
Connie: How thoughtless of me. Here. Have a little granola to go with that.
Johnny: I don't want any damn granola.
Connie: Well -- listen to me. You deserve much worse than that after I found your little website.
Johnny: Oh, please. All those girls are of age. The disclaimer says so.
Connie: Oh, really? Here I am, online shopping, spending my hubby's money. You can imagine my surprise.
Johnny: Why my money, huh? Why don't you use Kate's?
Connie: You really should clear your cookies, cookie. I don't care how much time you spend on badcatholicgirls.org. But when you look up how to commit your psychotic spouse, we got a problem.
Jason: Sam named him Daniel Edward.
Shawn: After her brother and your grandfather? Any significance to that?
Johnny: It's a good name.
Sonny: Does Sam want you to be part of her life?
Jason: She hasn't -- she hasn't said anything.
Sonny: Have you asked?
Jason: I don't know if I have the right to ask.
Sonny: What does that mean?
Jason: I want -- I want Sam to bring Danny home with me, and I want to start over. But it always goes back to the same question. I mean, what kind of life am I asking them to share? Sam a target, they're targets.
Sonny: But Sam knew all that when you got married.
Jason: That's fine, but she's a mother. Maybe Sam doesn't want this life for Danny. Maybe I don't either.
Sonny: You thinking of quitting the business?
Jason: And go where? And do what? Sam doesn't want to leave her mother and sisters. I don't want to go. I just don't want to hurt Sam and Danny anymore.
Sonny: It has been a long time since I've been able to teach you anything, so I just want to give you one final lesson, and I hope you'll understand and hear me out. No one gets a perfect life.
Jason: I know that.
Sonny: I mean, isn't that what you want for Sam and her son -- a perfect life where no one gets hurt, you know, nothing goes wrong? We all want that for the people that we love. But it's impossible. Sam and her son are gonna get hurt. They're gonna be disappointed. The only thing you can do is love them.
Jason: Maybe I should love them enough to let them go.
Sam: I think you have your -- [Chuckles] -- Your uncle's personality. He's always so calm in a crisis. I mean, what am I talking about? He's always calm. You know, I get all jangly when things go wrong. I think maybe that's what I'm waiting for, is someone to come in and tell me that you're actually Téa's. You know what? I know that's not gonna happen. I know it because I can feel it with you in my arms. You are my son. [Chuckles] And I am your mommy.
Todd: It's good to see you.
Téa: Is it?
Todd: Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I looked for you at the hospital, but you just -- boy, you ran right out of there, huh. Where were you going? What were you up to?
Téa: You mean after I gave up the baby I thought was mine to his real mother?
Todd: Yeah, I'm really sorry for everything that you're going through. You know, as soon as I clear all this up, I'm gonna do everything I can to help you out.
Téa: Shut up. I don't want your sympathy. I don't want your help. All I want -- is one answer to one question. Did you know the baby wasn't mine?
Anna: So, you didn't really hide your disdain of Duke when you found me here yesterday with him.
Luke: No. It's a funny thing about me. I don't really like finding the husband of the woman I'm crazy about holding her in his arms when he suddenly returns from the dead.
Anna: So, what happened yesterday? What did you guys talk about when I made the mistake of leaving you two alone?
Luke: I got rid of him.
Sonny: You can't tell yourself you're gonna make things better for Sam or the baby by letting them go.
Jason: I'm just trying to do what's right.
Sonny: Trust your instincts. What do you want?
Jason: I want Sam. And Danny. And I want whatever kind of life we can make together. I want -- I want that time. I want those years. I want to be able to teach him all the good things I've learned, maybe help him avoid the mistakes that I've made.
Sonny: Well, he's gonna make his own mistakes.
Jason: I know, but I want to be there with Sam and help him through it.
Jason: I want Danny to know that -- that I'm his father. And I love him no matter what.
Sonny: Sounds like a great life. But it's not just given to you. You got to fight for it. Like I'm fighting for it.
Jason: You thinking about Kate?
Sonny: She's sick. I can't just sit on my hands, you know, just hoping that Connie goes away. Alexis says that she's got some kind of strategy where we can get her committed until she can see a psychiatrist so she can get help.
Jason: Is there a timetable?
Sonny: It doesn't really matter to me -- if the legal, you know, maneuver doesn't work, 'cause I'm not gonna give up on her. And I don't think you should give up on Sam.
Jason: I won't.
Sonny: I mean, who knows? Maybe this will be the first time that we will end up happy. I don't know. [Chuckles]
Jason: You deserve it.
Sonny: Yeah. You do, too. [Sighs]
Jason: Where you going?
Sonny: I'm gonna try to reach Kate.
Starr: This is the best news that I have heard in such a long time. I'm gonna go get you a pen.
Starr: You are going to sign the papers, aren't you?
Trey: I don't know. I don't really know how I feel about Kate.
Starr: She's a sick woman. You'd be helping her out.
Trey: She stuck me in a drawer when I was a baby and left me for dead. Why would I want to help somebody like that?
Starr: Because you're a decent person. Because you don't want her --
Trey: When she figured out who I was, she eviscerated me.
Starr: That was her alter! That wasn't -- that wasn't Kate.
Trey: Is there a difference?
Starr: Yes, there's a difference! That's why I was able to speak on Kate's behalf at her hearing. Kate is not the one that killed Cole and Hope, okay. That was Connie.
Trey: And you were able to forgive Kate.
Starr: Yes, because they're two separate entities, Trey. Don't you want to -- don't you want Kate to be Kate again? Wouldn't you want to get to know your mother?
Trey: What if Kate's the one that left me for dead? Hmm? Not Connie.
Johnny: Well, I don't need porn anymore now that you're around. No, no, no. See, every time I close my eyes, all I see is you being carted off by the men in the white coats.
Connie: Get away from me, you freak!
Johnny: Just like this. Just like this.
Johnny: Tied up in a room, where nobody can hear you, everybody ignores you, huh. How's that? How's that for a little fantasy? Huh? You like that?
Connie: I'm gonna scream.
Johnny: You're gonna scream? You're gonna scream? Oh, no. Maybe somebody will call the cops, and then maybe they'll put you in a room and zap Kate back into existence. Huh? Huh? How's that for a fantasy? You like that? How 'bout we give that a whirl? Huh?
Connie: You do that, you're going down.
Johnny: Maybe I just don't give a damn anymore.
Connie: Oh, you will give a damn when you're carted off to Pentonville and bunked up next to Todd Manning. You two will be the belles of the cell block.
Todd: I-I know that you're heartbroken and you're grieving, and clearly you're in shock.
Téa: Answer the question. Did you know?
Todd: I'm the guy that's gonna help you out.
Téa: Oh, please, help me out, guy. Help me understand how I gave birth to one baby boy and then went home with Samantha Morgan's. Help me understand how you knew before I did that my baby had died.
Todd: Are you accusing me of something?
Téa: I don't know, Todd. Should I be? John kept prodding you to tell me something, as if he were trying to get you to confess to something. And you kept dodging.
Todd: You think that I would knowingly give you somebody else's baby?
Téa: Yes. I think switching babies fits comfortably along the spectrum of things of which you are capable. The question is -- did you?
Todd: Okay. I think it's time I told you what happened that night.
Jason: Meet Daniel Edward.
Monica: Oh, Edward will be so pleased that the baby has his name. [Both chuckle] Because despite everything that's happened, he is a Quartermaine.
Monica: [Both chuckle] And speaking of names -- what is Daniel's last name? McCall or Morgan?
Sam: Well --
Jason: We haven't really figured -- figured that out --
Kristina: The Davis clan has arrived!
Molly: Our first ever male family member!
Alexis: Oh, my God. Let me see my grandson.
Sam: [Laughs] Well, say hi to Daniel Edward.
Alexis: Oh, my God can I have him?
Alexis: Oh! Oh, hello, my darling, darling. Oh, my God. I'm grandma. And only you're allowed to say that.
Kristina: Hi, Danny! Oh, he's so big.
Sam: I know.
Molly: He looks just like Jason. Except bald.
Kristina: Hey, don't call my nephew bald. He's follically challenged. And it's only temporary.
Sam: Well, I think he's perfect.
Kristina: Aunt Krissy and Aunt Molly are gonna take you shopping for some supercool baby shoes and, like, the most awesome onesie. [Chuckles]
Molly: Yeah! And books. I'm going to read to you. We can start with "Percy Jackson" and then move on to "Twilight." [Laughs]
Alexis: What you got?
Kristina: Might take him a couple years to understand that.
Alexis: Say, "Cheese."
Molly: It's subliminal. I want to ground him early in courage and selfless bravery.
Alexis: How 'bout we wish some other virtues on him, like intelligence, integrity, and appreciation for all the women in your life. This is fantastic! Say "Cheese."
Monica: I hope I didn't make things awkward in there.
Jason: It's okay.
Monica: Well, have you and Sam worked out anything? I mean, what is Danny's last name gonna be? Is it McCall or Morgan?
Johnny: Connie, Connie, Connie. When are you gonna stop threatening me?
Connie: What? What are you gonna do, spank me?
Johnny: No. Maybe I'll just confess and have you locked up.
Connie: We both know you'd never do that.
Johnny: Why, huh? 'Cause I got so much left to lose? See, here's how I think of it, Constanza. I may lose my freedom, but you -- once those doctors find a way to bring Kate back and Kate realizes what she didn't do, you don't exist anymore.
Connie: Come on, Johnny. [Chuckles] Stop fighting me. We'd have a great time if you'd just relax, you know. I mean, how 'bout it?
Johnny: Come here. Pass.
Connie: Johnny, come on! Take the lock off your bedroom door, huh? We can have a lot of fun.
Connie: You remember, like last time. Give it another whirl.
[Knock on door]
Johnny: Huh. How 'bout you be a good wife and go answer the door. Go on.
Connie: I like when you're rough.
Johnny: Bet you do.
Connie: What the hell do you want?
Trey: You know, if Kate is the one who left me for dead, then why would I want to do anything with her? Why would I care about helping her?
Starr: Okay, look at it this way. Say it was Kate who abandoned you and not Connie. She had just given birth to her rapist's baby, and she panicked. You, on the other hand, conspired with your father to get revenge on Sonny, which almost got Kristina killed. Which one is worse, Trey?
Trey: Look, I swear, Starr. I had no idea that my father intended to kill Kristina. I didn't think he was capable of something like that. If I did, I would have never gone along with it.
Joe Jr.: You can't pull this job off on your own, and you'll never get the commissioner back.
Duke: What are you talking about?
Joe Jr.: I know you're in love with Anna Devane.
Duke: Oh, so what is this? You and Obrecht gossiping?
Joe Jr.: I'm just saying, that boyfriend, he's already suspicious. You're gonna need someone else to take his place, do the dirty work.
Duke: You're right. I do love Anna.
Joe Jr.: She has no idea what you're all about really, does she, Lavery?
Duke: Hmm. She used to be attracted to the dark side. But now I -- I have to be careful.
Joe Jr.: So let me make amends. Tell me who needs to go, and I'll take care of it.
Anna: You got rid of him? What does that mean?
Luke: I knocked him out, I tied his feet to a cement statue of Poseidon that I have, and I dropped him in the harbor. What do you think it meant? I threw him out. I told him I didn't believe anything he said, that I wouldn't give you up, and that it would be best for everybody if he just flew back to wherever the hell he came from.
Anna: You had no right to do that.
Luke: I had every right to do that. This is my suite. I got it fair and square by blackmailing my niece. I chose to ask you to live here. I did not choose to have Duke Lavery -- or whoever the hell he is -- sitting on my couch with his feet on my table, drinking my booze, waxing philosophic about a Turkish prison.
Anna: He has a lot of enemies. They found him when he was in witness protection. So they can easily find him here. So thanks a lot for kicking him out. That was really nice.
Luke: You know what? If he really escaped from a Turkish prison after two decades -- or was he released? We're not really sure, because he's very vague with details. Either way, I'm sure he can handle the mean streets of Port Chuck.
Anna: I needed to talk to him.
Luke: You need to talk to me. About us.
Anna: Is there an "us" to talk about?
Luke: I hope so. If we can get past this Robert thing.
Anna: You have the gall to accuse Duke of being a liar when you've lied to me for the past few months.
Luke: That's not the same thing, and you know it.
Anna: Of course it's the same thing! No, all I know for sure is that you're a liar. Not Duke.
Monica: Have you -- have you discussed what the relationship with the baby is going to be?
Jason: There really hasn't been, you know, time. Any update on Heather? Did she survive the fall?
Monica: Yes, she was in surgery, and now she's in a coma.
Jason: So she could still die.
Monica: Personally, I would like to see her live so she can spend the rest of her life locked up for what she did to you and Sam and that poor woman who had to relinquish the baby that she thought was hers.
Jason: Yeah, Téa. She was here, actually, holding Danny last night. You could tell that she was a good mom to him.
Monica: Well, now Sam is the mother. And is there any chance you and Sam are gonna get back together?
Todd: That night, right. Um -- well, there's the obvious. You gave birth to a baby in a bus stop. And, uh --
Téa: Keep talking.
Todd: Okay. [Clears throat] The baby wasn't crying, and so, uh, we needed help, but the car wouldn't drive, and we couldn't call anybody because the cell tower was down. And let me tell you. You were a complete mess. You were not capable --
Téa: So I told you to take the baby and get help.
Todd: And you made me promise you that I would never let anything bad happen to that child, and I made that promise.
Téa: Then what?
Todd: What do you mean, "then what?" Then -- then I -- well, in the woods, I, uh -- I didn't see much. I saw a car parked on the side of the road. And then I saw light. And so I moved towards the light, and that's how I found the shack, and inside the shack was the crazy lady.
Téa: Heather Webber.
Todd: Yes. How was I supposed to know? I'd never met her before. I'd never seen her before. How was I supposed to know what she was capable of?
Téa: You didn't find it at all odd or suspicious that she was there?
Todd: Find it odd? I had a dying baby in my arms, and she swore that she was good with babies. She insisted. So I-I --
Téa: You what? Todd. I need you to tell me right now exactly what happened next.
Jason: I don't know if Sam and I are gonna get back together or not.
Monica: Well, you can't be hesitating because of the baby, Jason. I know you. You can love that child even though he isn't biologically yours.
Jason: I do. I do love him. You know, but that -- that doesn't change the mistakes I've made. So whatever happens next -- is gonna be up to Sam.
Molly: Hi, Danny!
Alexis: Say, "I love Daniel!" Yeah. Good boy.
Molly: I can't believe he's actually alive. It's so wonderful. [Sighs] I keep thinking about that funeral we had for the other baby.
Sam: No, it's okay. It's okay. I think about him a lot, too.
Molly: I mean, we read him poems, and we cried over him, and he wasn't even yours.
Sam: He deserved to be mourned, and he will be mourned again. Okay? [Gasps] Hi.
Téa: What happened after you gave my baby to Heather?
Todd: Heather told me to wait outside. She took the baby inside the cabin.
Téa: So you gave my child to a complete stranger.
Todd: She said she had medical experience, and she said she wanted to examine the baby without me there to distract her.
Téa: So you said, "go ahead. Take him. Just -- no problem."
Todd: What I said to her was if anything bad happened to that child after everything I had done to you, she would die a slow death. That's what I told her. And then she came outside, and she handed me the baby. She handed me a baby. She handed me a very-much-alive, breathing baby, and I was so relieved, I didn't bother to find out where she was headed. And then you show up, and you just grab the baby out of my arms.
Téa: The baby wasn't mine.
Todd: How was I supposed to know that? How was I supposed to know that?! How was I supposed to know she had another baby in the cabin?! How was I supposed to know that your baby was dead?!
Téa: You couldn't tell that it was a different baby?!
Todd: You couldn't tell either!
Téa: I hadn't seen him! I hadn't held him! You took him away before I could!
Todd: Because you asked me to! I didn't have a choice!
Téa: You couldn't tell that he felt different, that he weighed differently?
Todd: He felt alive! I gave her a baby that wasn't breathing. She gave me back a baby that was breathing. That's what I felt. That was the difference. [Sighs]
Téa: And Sam Morgan -- you didn't see her?
Todd: No. That's probably why Heather didn't want me to go into the shack. That's probably why she insisted that she take the baby into the shed by herself.
Téa: But you did go in the shed. After. I was seated on the porch with the baby. You went into the shed, didn't you?
Todd: Téa, I went into the shed for, like, seven seconds, okay? All I saw was a wheel barrow and gardening stuff -- pots.
Téa: No Heather. No Sam.
Todd: No. Look, I was so focused on getting you and the baby to a hospital before anything happened to that baby. Heather -- is bananas. This is all because she's got some crazy grudge against Sam. That's why Heather did what she did. W-why are you looking at me -- why are you looking at me like you don't believe me?
Luke: Slim, you know how I feel about you. All I want is to try to get back to where we were before Heather happened.
Anna: Okay. [Clears throat] You want to get back to where we were when you were lying to me about Robert?
Luke: Okay. All right. All right. Forget about me. Just -- just forget about us for now. Let's talk about this Duke Lavery or whoever he is. I understand that him showing up after all these years from the grave is overwhelming and very confusing. But for God's sake, you're a cop. Be careful.
Duke: Is there a problem, Scully?
Joe Jr.: No.
Duke: Good. Then you'll excuse me. I have important business to attend to.
Starr: If you don't sign the commitment papers, the woman that killed my family will walk free.
Trey: Wasn't she anyway?
Starr: Please sign the papers. For me and for Cole and for Hope.
Trey: Starr, I --
Starr: Otherwise, you will be helping Connie, just like Johnny did.
Trey: He ever talk to you about that, explain why?
Starr: No. I thought Johnny was my friend. Now he's keeping Cole and Hope's killer free. I'm not going to let Johnny get away with it.
Sonny: I'd like some time alone with Ka -- Connie.
Johnny: I don't think that's such a good idea.
Sonny: I don't care what you think.
Connie: Excuse me.
Connie: Johnny is my husband. This is his house. He don't answer to you.
Sonny: Yeah, I can see that.
Connie: Yeah. So if you want to talk to me, he stays.
Sonny: Johnny --
Johnny: I got to take a shower, anyway.
Connie: You forgot to pay your love toll. Unh-unh-unh! Wait for your change.
Johnny: You two kids have fun.
Connie: Be up in a minute. This won't take long. Never does.
Sonny: Trouble in paradise? 'Cause Johnny -- he didn't look too happy.
Connie: Well, you interrupted "sexy maid and hot mobster." How's he supposed to look?
Sonny: Maybe I'll call first next time.
Connie: There's not gonna be a next time. Because I got nothing to say to you, Sonny.
Sonny: I'm not talking to you. I'm talking to Kate.
Connie: Sorry. There's no one here by that name.
Sonny: I'm not giving up on you. I'm not gonna abandon you.
Connie: I want you to abandon me.
Sonny: Remember what I told you when I proposed to you. Remember the promises that I made.
Connie: We got to stop doing this. This is embarrassing for you.
Sonny: Come here. Come here. I'm not talking to Connie. I'm talking to Kate. Listen. I promised you that I would not leave you. And I'm not going to ever. Do you understand me, Kate?
Anna: Thanks for reminding me that I'm a cop. Usually you regard my job as a character flaw.
Luke: [Sighs] Look, all I'm saying is you're a smart woman, Anna. Be smart.
Anna: Oh, in other words, don't be stupid.
Luke: Come on. Ask yourself, is it smart to believe everything that this guy says just because he looks like Duke Lavery and because he seems to know things that you think only Duke would know? Is that smart? He's been gone a long time. What about forensic evidence, Commissioner? Shouldn't you at least ask for fingerprints, DNA, something? I've said everything I can say.
Sam: She was sitting on the ledge with my child, and she was about to go over, and Jason ran in there and saved him. [Chuckles]
Alexis: Yeah. That's right. Thank God. Right, Daniel?
Molly: Yeah. And now you guys can finally get back together.
Alexis: Uh, so, the discharge nurse said that you can go home with the baby.
Sam: But I don't have a crib or a car seat or clothes, bottles.
Alexis: Everything you could possibly need is being delivered today, so when you come home, your sisters and you can put everything together while Daniel bonds with his...
Kristina: The word you're looking for is "grandma."
Alexis: Only he's allowed to call me that, okay?
Sam: Thank you, guys.
Sonny: Kate? Hey. Hey.
Connie: [Exhales] Is that all you got?
Sonny: Nah. I'm just getting started.
Connie: Do yourself a favor. Don't.
Sonny: I know Kate's in there, 'cause I see you fighting her.
Connie: No, I was getting ready to fight her, Sonny. But she never showed up. Not a peep. Not a twinge. She's gone. And nothing and nobody is gonna bring her back.
Sonny: Except for the psychiatrists at Shady Brook.
Connie: I ain't going there!
Connie: You see, because only my husband can commit me, and he ain't gonna do that.
Sonny: Don't be too sure.
Connie: What the hell does that mean?
Starr: I am going to go see Johnny. I'm just praying that his wife won't be there.
Trey: Oh, boy.
Starr: What is it?
Trey: Your father's been arrested on suspicion of kidnapping.
Starr: He what?!
Téa: I don't know what to believe.
Todd: [Sighs] I haven't had a lot of storybook endings in my life. When I thought there was one -- I guess you're right. I guess I should have asked more questions.
Téa: Hmm. What you told me is possible.
Todd: I'm glad you think so. I'm glad you think the truth is possible.
Téa: Here's another possible scenario. I know how guilty you feel for having killed my husband.
Todd: I don't feel guilty for killing Victor. Don't get me wrong. I'm sorry I inconvenienced you, but --
Téa: [Chuckles] And I think if my baby died in front of you -- and you were given the opportunity to give me a real live baby, I think you'd take it -- to avoid hurting me more.
Todd: Well -- you really think I would do that for you?
Téa: Yeah, I do. But let me tell you something, Todd. To allow me to love a child all those months -- to give me a baby only so he could be taken away from me -- -- you hurt me a thousand times more -- than you've ever hurt me before. And if that is what happened -- [Sniffles] -- May God have mercy on your soul. [Sobs]
Anna: Have I lost you again? Was it just a dream? As Luke said, I'm better off awake. [Sighs]
[Knock on door]
Duke: Happy anniversary, Darling.
Joe Jr.: [Sighs]
Connie: Honey, you didn't wait for me.
Johnny: How 'bout that?
Connie: So, now, get this. Sonny here thinks that there's someone else besides my husband that can have me committed to the sanatorium.
Johnny: Is that right? You're welcome to try.

Connie: It means do your worst. 'Cause you're just blowing smoke.

Sonny: Okay, I'm gonna go, but you know what? Johnny, when this is over, I'm gonna remember what you did. Okay? See you later.
Connie: Not if I see you first.
Sonny: I was actually talking to Kate.
Starr: I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry.
Téa: Thank you.
Starr: I wish I knew what to say.
Téa: Honey, there's nothing to say.
Starr: Did my dad have anything to do with this?
Téa: I honestly don't know. But if he'd tell anyone the truth -- it'd be you.

Sam: What is it?
Jason: I was hoping that you and Danny would -- would come home with me.
