[Franco whistling "Whistle While You Work"]
Rebecca: I hate that Elizabeth's got this whole holier-than-thou thing down to a science. But you know what? The sweet little kitty's got claws. Trust me, Lucky, I have seen them. In fact, there are sides to your precious fiancée that you don't even know exist.
Lucky: You'd be surprised. I've already been married to her twice. Elizabeth and I have seen the best and worst of each other. We'll be fine.
Rebecca: You know what's sad is that you really believe that.
Lucky: Why shouldn't I, Rebecca?
Rebecca: Okay. Lucky, you just don't see it. For example, you have no idea how panicked Elizabeth would be if she knew that we were talking right now.
Rebecca: Yeah. She's terrified of what I might say to you.
Lucky: Okay. Why don't you just stop beating around the bush and just say whatever it is you're dying to say.
Rebecca: You know what? You're right. There's no reason not to, and, um...I'm going to start with an apology, Lucky, because this is gonna hurt you on more than one level. Elizabeth--
Elizabeth: Lucky! Hi, honey, I'm so glad I found you. Ohh...
Lucky: What are you, uh, what are you doing here? What's going on?
Elizabeth: Oh, did you forget? We're supposed to go tree shopping.
Lucky: Tree shopping?
Lucky: You tracked me down so we could go tree shopping. [Sighs] I don't--Rebecca was just telling me that you would be upset if you saw us here, and I--you obviously are. I don't--
Elizabeth: No, I'm not. I'm not.
Lucky: Elizabeth, yeah, I can feel it. Can you please just be honest with me, tell me what's going on?
Rebecca: Go ahead, Elizabeth. Clue Lucky in.
Sam: Seriously, that whack job took Claudia's dead body out of the grave? What for, Jason?
Jason: That's what I gotta figure out. I gotta get inside this guy's head and think like he does or I'm in trouble.
Sam: I mean, why would you take a dead body out of a grave? He's walking around Port Charles, what, hoping nobody notices?
Jason: Look, Sam, one thing I do know about this guy--nothing he does is random.
Sam: Okay, well, do you have any take on what his intentions are?
Jason: He could be taking the body to the cops, he could be leading the cops to the body. I have no idea. But once forensics this body, they're gonna know how she died and they can link Michael to Claudia.
Sam: All right, well, what about the murder weapon? Are you sure the axe burned in the fire?
Jason: Yeah, I'm positive. But Michael knelt over Claudia's body.
Sam: Which means he was close enough to transfer debris and fiber. I don't know, Jason, maybe we should take a whole different direction on this, and maybe you shouldn't deal with this at all and just hand it over to Mac and Lucky and let them deal with this.
Jason: They're cops. If it were me, I might even think about that, but we covered ourselves up into a hole. Evidence exists that could implicate Michael.
Sam: Okay. And he knows that.
Jason: Yeah, he knows that, and he wants me panicked that I do something wrong and I make a mistake. This isn't about people to Franco. It's about his sick art and making it come to life, because that's how he gets off.
Sam: Yeah, but this is not your turf, Jason. How can you play a game when you don't even know the rules? You have to figure out a way to turn this around and play on your terms, or else you're gonna lose before this is even over.
Dominic: Uh, you have reason to believe Claudia's body is not where it's supposed to be?
Sonny: I just--I just got a feeling about this. And I'm gonna remind you again, you do not tell anyone.
Dominic: No, my lips are sealed. But, uh, what do you want me to do if things aren't as they're supposed to be?
Carly: I have a little girl right here who wants the men in her life to know exactly what she wants for Christmas. This is a bad time, isn't it?
Dominic: No. You know what? I'm gonna go. I'll look into that and we can take it from there.
Sonny: I appreciate it.
Carly: Will we see you on the holidays? Morgan's super excited about your Christmas present.
Dominic: Yeah, well, you know, it just so happens that I'm really excited about his, too. Thank you for the invite.
Carly: You're welcome anytime.
Dominic: Okay. I better go.
Carly: That doesn't fit. He just doesn't fit.
Sonny: What do you mean?
Carly: Dominic--he's not like the rest of you.
Sonny: Okay, I feel a zinger coming.
Carly: [Laughs] Not a zinger, it's just he seems so... kind of steady. Righteous. What do I know, huh? What do I know? Bet you wonder what I'm doing here.
Sonny: Yeah. I'm kinda curious.
Carly: Well, I was gonna take you kicking and screaming to the Christmas tree lot so you would have a tree for the kids, but, wow, look at that. You're one step ahead of me, for a change.
Sonny: Well, actually, I took your advice and, uh, I invited Kristina over here so we could spend time, you know...
Carly: Sonny, that's great. It is great. She needs to see you as a normal father.
Sonny: Well, that's gonna be a tough trick to pull since I'm anything but, but...
Carly: I'll give you some advice. Hey. Just have a good time hanging with your daughter. Everything else will just happen. Right?
Sonny: Michael was here.
Carly: Is he okay?
Sonny: I think he's doing a little better, and I reassured him, but I think you and Jax need to...also reassure him and let him know that this is a very difficult situation and all we're doing is trying to protect him, no matter what.
Elizabeth: Why would I be upset about seeing you with Rebecca?
Lucky: I don't know. That's why I'm asking.
Elizabeth: Well, I'm not. Come on, you know I've been under a lot of pressure at work lately, and I just realized that Christmas is a week away, and I've got to get a Christmas tree, got to get one for Gram, I want to get a little one for my brother. There's just a lot to do and not a lot of time.
Rebecca: You know, that's interesting. I mean, the very night that I'm spending time with Lucky, you decide that Christmas is gonna collapse if you don't buy trees in all shapes and sizes immediately. But I'm thinking that you just don't want me anywhere near Lucky.
Elizabeth: Why don't you shut the hell up? I'm not even talking to you.
Lucky: Whoa. Hey. Elizabeth. Listen, if you're feeling uneasy about Rebecca and I being here, I was just telling her how much I love you and that I can't wait to marry you again.
Rebecca: Yeah. He's very loyal to you, Elizabeth. To a fault, if you ask me, since you've done nothing to deserve it.
Nikolas: Okay, why don't we just end this right now, shall we?
Rebecca: Love it. Do you want to go first, or shall I?
Nikolas: Rebecca is clearly angry because I hurt her. And now she wants to hurt me by having an affair with you.
Lucky: Well, I'm not available.
Nikolas: Exactly. And the sooner you realize that, the better it will be for the rest of us.
Rebecca: Certainly for you.
Nikolas: We've all done things before out of hurt. And we've regretted them. But what happened is between us and it needs to stay that way. Anything else is just not fair to anyone.
Rebecca: Oh, there's no question. What, in your esteemed opinion, would be fair to Lucky?
Lucky: You know what? This has got to stop, okay? This is ridiculous. We all have one thing in common here, and that's Emily. And she wouldn't want us to be like this with each other. Rebecca, Nikolas was the love of Emily's life, okay? Now, Elizabeth and I were her best friends. You came into our lives with her face, and it brought up a lot of stuff. And you're her sister, but you don't know her. We did. So maybe all this would make a little more sense if you just had some understanding of what you walked into--
Rebecca: Please spare me, Lucky. I know all about it. The four musketeers. I mean, Emily's schoolgirl crush on Nikolas that turned into the love story for the ages. The magic of Elizabeth and Lucky.
Elizabeth: You know nothing. You want to know how the magic got started? I was raped.
Lulu: You want to know what your problem is?
Lulu: You are all about instant gratification, and that's not how forgiveness and redemption works. Sometimes when reality shifts, people need some time to assimilate, and sometimes you just have to let things find their place again, or not.
Maxie: Okay, well, not is not an option.
Lulu: Okay, then put yourself in Spinelli's place. If he cheated on you, would you be so quick to forgive and forget and move on?
Maxie: That is a terrible analogy.
Maxie: Because Spinelli would never cheat on me. He's not like that.
Lulu: You're a very circular person.
Maxie: I'm just worried that Spinelli's not gonna do something soon to even the score and that we're not gonna be able to get back on track.
Lulu: This is such wrongheaded, convoluted thinking. Maxie, this is how it goes. You feel guilty and remorseful, and Spinelli feels angry and hurt, and this Franco incident is gonna be between you guys for a while, but you'll work through it. You'll probably be closer than ever, because Spinelli is a forgiving person and he loves you like wildfire. You just need to give it time.
Maxie: No. Don't you understand that time is the enemy? Time is what allows anger and hurt to fester into something harder, something unforgiving and set in stone. Something that you can't come back from. No, I need this to blow over. And I need to fast-track that. In order for that to happen, Spinelli and I have to be on the same playing field. I need to make sure he gets into bed with someone as soon as possible.
Lulu: Okay. Um, how about something that you haven't probably thought of. Let's say Spinelli does go along with this scheme. What happens if he actually likes the person that he cheats with?
Jason: Hey. Pull up every surveillance camera around Franco's studio. I want to know when and where he goes.
Spinelli: The Jackal already watches, but Franco remains elusive.
Sam: Really? How elusive can you be carrying around a dead body?
Spinelli: I--I'm sorry, what?
Jason: Franco has Claudia.
Spinelli: Has...has her dead body?
Spinelli: That's a most alarming development. Don't you think grave-robbing is a bit perverse?
Jason: The point is, Claudia's body can implicate Michael. Franco doesn't even want Michael, he wants me, but you know what? I can't even get distracted by all this stuff he's throwing around. Franco wants me to come after him.
Sam: Hey. All I'm saying is don't give him what he wants.
Jason: He's not gonna just pack up and leave. If it's not Michael, he's just gonna find another way to bait me.
Sam: Not if he's in prison. I'm serious, Jason. I think we should go to the cops.
[Cell phone rings]
Dominic: Yeah, what's up?
Ronnie: That's what I want to know. Why the hell are you accessing old arrest records with your badge number at the PCPD? Have you never heard of the term "mole," because Sonny's got a few of them planted.
Dominic: Look, I think I may have a serial killer on my hands.
Dominic: Look, the bust I was looking for was my first, a tagger in Tribeca near this murder scene is still on the books as being unsolved.
Ronnie: Why do I care?
Dominic: It has to do with that tag I showed you a while back. I think it ties in with this weirdo artist guy Franco who's in town. I know it sounds crazy.
Ronnie: No, I'll tell you what it sounds like. Something I've heard way too many times. Namely, you dragging your feet, stalling for time so you don't have to bust your good buddy Corinthos. Well, I got news for you, Detective Falconeri. Okay? That's why you are there. So you just do your job.
Elizabeth: I was 15. It was the night of Valentine’s Day. I was already falling in love with Lucky, but he was all about my sister Sarah, who was all about Nikolas at the time. There was a dance at school, and Lucky wanted to take Sarah, but she was already going with Nikolas, so he had to settle for me.
Lucky: Hey, it wasn't like that.
Elizabeth: No, it's okay. It was. But it doesn't matter now. Anyway, Nikolas backed out at the last moment, and so Lucky broke his date with me and took Sarah. Believe me, I ask myself all the time why I couldn't just let it end there. And I guess it was because I just didn't want to disappoint my gram. She bought me this amazing red dress with these matching shoes. She even let me wear the bracelet my grandfather gave her. She was so excited for me. So I told her I was meeting Lucky and I left. I went to the movies. To this day I can't remember what I saw. Then after I went for a walk in the park, and I sat on the bench just to pass the time. It was cold. And there was snow everywhere. I remember exactly...exactly what happened right before, being struck by the stillness of everything, which confuses me, why I couldn't hear him coming. And then all of a sudden, there he was. He grabbed me. I went flying back. And he raped me.
Lucky: Elizabeth. You know, you don't need to do this.
Elizabeth: You found me crawling out of the bushes, desperately searching for my grandmother's bracelet.
Lucky: Elizabeth, are you okay? What—
Lucky: I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
Lucky: It's Lucky. Are you all right?
Lucky : Your dress was ripped. Your arms were bruised. Your face was bleeding.
Elizabeth: You took care of me that night... and you never stopped.
Sonny: Glad you could help with the tree, 'cause I'm, uh... I'm not good at that.
Kristina: It's not that hard. You just hang stuff.
Sonny: So what time do I have to take you back?
Kristina: You don't. I have to just call Viola when I'm ready and she can come get me.
Sonny: No, I can take you back.
Kristina: Mom only wants me to ride with Viola.
Sonny: Well, okay. I'm not gonna rock the boat. You want to get started?
Kristina: Sure. Oh, these are for you. Cookies.
Sonny: What? Cookies? Did you bake these yourself?
Kristina: We all did. Me and Mom and Molly, Diane. Sort of.
Sonny: I would have loved to have been there.
Kristina: That would have been terrible.
Jason: I had a chance to kill Franco and I blew it. I let him get to me.
Spinelli: Are you not even contemplating fair Samantha's suggestion of going to the police?
Sam: We have no idea where Franco took Claudia's body, maybe to some temporary holding area that he's gonna lead the cops to in case anything happened to him. He's got all kinds of evidence, and for all we know, he recorded your conversation about Michael being Claudia's killer.
Jason: I don't see how going to Mac or Lucky changes any of that.
Sam: What do you mean? It's backup.
Jason: No. This is between me and Franco.
Spinelli: From what I'm hearing, going forward on Franco's terms is tantamount to walking into a trap.
Sam: Hey. At least let me come with you.
Jason: No way.
Jason: No, no. I need you both out in public tonight. Here. Call Maxie and make sure she's okay. Get your coat. Just...get a tree.
Sam: You want a Christmas tree for the penthouse?
Jason: Yeah. Just get a tree.
Spinelli: Fair Samantha and I will procure an excellent specimen.
Sam: Be careful.
Jason: I will.
[Christmas music playing]
Maxie: I cannot believe that you said something so mean to me.
Lulu: What? It's not unthinkable. You were attracted to Franco. That's why you slept with him. Why wouldn't Spinelli be attracted to the girl that he sleeps with?
Maxie: Because that's not what I want at all.
Lulu: That's the point I'm trying to make. It's not always about what you want. So why don't you try something different and let things just fall out naturally?
Maxie: And get old waiting, like you.
Lulu: I'm sorry, what?
Maxie: Well, I mean, I--I might have made a huge mistake by sleeping with Franco, but at least I found a moment out of my comfort zone and I went with it.
Lulu: Yeah, I'm still not following.
Maxie: Well, you know, you're crazy about Dominic. Don't even try to deny it, Lulu. It's all over that goofy face of yours every single time you see him. Somehow Dominic managed to get through that cast iron built around your heart. And good for him. I would think that you would be happy. Instead, you can't even admit to yourself, let alone Dominic, that you have feelings for him. Let it go, Lulu. Take a chance.
Lulu: First of all, I don't even know how this became about me, but secondly, I think I missed something, because you were warning me away from Dominic.
Maxie: Since when do you ever listen to me? If you like Dominic, go for him. And considering his line of work, I wouldn't waste a whole lot more time, if I were you.
["Deck the Halls" playing]
[Spraying, paint can rattling]
Ronnie: Good thing I'm not a cop. I'd have to fine your ass for defacing public property.
Franco: I don't think so. We have an arrangement, don't we, Officer Dimestico?
[Paint can rattling]
Ronnie: How did you know I was here?
Franco: I might ask you the same thing.
Ronnie: You don't exactly fly under the radar.
Franco: [Chuckles] Yeah, I heard the PCPD had an interest in me.
Ronnie: They don't know the half of it.
Franco: And the NYPD's gonna tell them?
Ronnie: Don't count too much on the glory days.
Franco: Not so glorious, not for a wannabe cop.
Ronnie: I got past it. You got worse. Way worse.
Franco: Yeah, you got past it, thanks to me. You know, I should thank you. I got a tag out of it. My booking I.D., for a crime I didn't commit.
Ronnie: Well, you've made up for it since.
Franco: How would you know that?
Ronnie: Six years ago, Officer Falconeri busted you half a block from the murder for tagging. Did you do it?
Franco: The tag? [Rattles can] Who, me?
Ronnie: The shooting.
Franco: Hey, you turned cartwheels to make it look like I didn't do it. 'Cause you believed in my innocence? Or because you owed me?
Ronnie: I was born stupid. But the liquor store survived.
Franco: Yeah. Good Catholic boy like you. Do penance for your mortal sin. Letting what you thought was a murderer go free.
Ronnie: I gotta live with what I've done. And I've learned to live with what you've done. It's just what you've got planned that scares the crap out of me.
Franco: Rightly so, Serpico. Rightly so.
Elizabeth: Before that night, I was a rebellious teenager. And then after the rape, something went cold and dead inside of me. I wasn't a girl anymore. But I wasn't a woman either. I learned something about human nature, something that could have damaged my view of the world for the rest of my life. But you showed me the other side. You showed me the loving and nurturing side. You healed me.
Lucky: I just wanted to help you. Elizabeth never saw her attacker, so there didn't seem to be any hope of bringing him to justice. But he said something to her.
Elizabeth: "Not a word."
Lucky: That was part of what brought him down in the end.
Elizabeth: Well, that and arrogance.
Lucky: Nikolas and Emily helped us send him to prison, where he's been ever since.
Rebecca: That sounds like a horrible ordeal.
Elizabeth: It was. But you got me through it.
Lucky: The next Valentine’s Day was totally different.
Elizabeth: Our official new beginning.
[Laughing and crying]
Elizabeth: You have my heart. That's a permanent lock. Everything I am is in love with you. My soul... my mind... my body.
Lucky: My spirit. That will never change. I pledge myself to you, Elizabeth, today... forever.
Lucky: I had planned on saving it as a surprise, but since we're on the subject, I was thinking that, um, when we actually set a date, I'd like to have the ceremony in that same little church.
Elizabeth: I would love that.
Kristina: I'm sorry about what I said earlier.
Sonny: That's okay.
Kristina: No, it's not. I mean, you should be able to come over whenever you want. You're my father.
Sonny: Here's the thing--I make your mom nervous.
Kristina: You make me nervous sometimes, too.
Sonny: Well, you know how to fix that? I'll tell you. By spending more time together. Tell me something special that you like to do on the holidays.
Kristina: I don't know.
Sonny: Okay. I'll tell you what. Why don't you pick a place... that would make me nervous?
Kristina: Does such a place exist?
Sonny: [Laughs] Sure. Let me tell you something. When I was just a...you know, when I was a kid, I was cute, I guess, and women used to pinch my cheeks all the time. And the sisters said that I would be, you know... a perfect choirboy. So they put me front and center at the Christmas choir. But the problem was that I couldn't sing a lick. So they told me to just mouth the words. You know what I'm--like--
Sonny: Right. So, uh, I--the spirit got into me, and I got so excited that I started yelling, you know, at the top of my lungs and singing. And the sister hit me at the back up my head with a hymnal. And I'll be honest with you, to this day, hymnals and choirs scare the heck out of me.
Kristina: Sounds like I need to take you to midnight mass.
Sonny: That'll be okay.
Kristina: That'd be awesome. Hmm. Where'd you get this one? You don't like it? I think it's pretty. Oh. Claudia bought it, right?
Sonny: Why don't we take that-- I'm gonna--I don't feel like this is...
Kristina: I know what Claudia did was terrible, but... the things you said...
Sonny: I wouldn't have said anything if I knew you were there.
Kristina: It shouldn't matter who was there. The fact that you'd say those things to her at all... Claudia didn't just disappear, right? You killed her. I'm gonna call Viola.
Sam: Really, a tree? Since when does Jason Morgan want a Christmas tree?
Spinelli: I think he just wanted to give us an activity. And maybe he's searching for symbolism.
Sam: What do you mean?
Spinelli: Well, Christmas trees are festive. They're something to eagerly anticipate and share, so maybe Stone Cold is unconsciously expressing hope for normalcy in the near future.
Sam: Yeah, well, I would rather be giving him backup tonight. I mean, aren't you worried about him?
Spinelli: I'm trying not to be. But, I mean, I think you've seen it, too. It's like Stone Cold sees Franco as a reflection in a dark mirror. Something that he set loose. Some evil that he's responsible for. And I think often we fear most what we manufacture, so maybe that's why Stone Cold wants to deal with him one-on-one.
Sam: No, I know. I'm just not so sure that's a good idea.
Dominic: Hey. You, uh, wanted to see me?
Jason: Yeah. I need your help.
Dominic: Yeah, sure. What is it?
Jason: We've got a psycho on our hands. Franco?
Dominic: That, uh, creepy art show guy?
Jason: Yeah, well, he's a lot more than that. Remember the homeless guy that witnessed the shootout on Front Street? That was Franco. He's also the guy who crushed Joey Limbo's windpipe and posed the body.
Dominic: What the hell is this all about?
Jason: He's got this weird fixation on me. And he wants to play.
Jason: He wants--he wants me to come after him to try to kill him.
Jason: It's not supposed to make any sense. But Franco dug up Claudia's body. Whatever he's planning to do, it's not good.
Dominic: Yeah, I noticed the body was gone. Sonny's worried. He thinks you're spooked. He sent me out to the Pine Barrens to make sure everything was as it should be, and it's not, in a big way.
Jason: Okay, I need to take Franco out permanently. And I need your help to do it.
Franco: So we're good, right? You watch my back, I watch yours. None of your gangster friends have to find out you're working the other side.
Ronnie: You're still number one, with a bullet on the Interpol watch list. The gendarmes know damn well that those weren't copycat killings.
Franco: Hey, I'm a celebrity. All these scum-sucking pigs want to take advantage of my good name.
Ronnie: Come on. Posing Joey Limbo? Not to mention hanging that photo mimicking the Tribeca shooting at your show? Why don't you just drape a neon sign around your neck?
Franco: It sounds like I won't have to. You might do it for me. Tell me I'm hearing wrong.
Ronnie: I'm a cop.
Franco: Not for long. You bust me, your cover's blown. And Jason Morgan ends up planting you out in the woods next to Sonny's wife.
Ronnie: Well, word is, Claudia Corinthos, she got up and walked away.
Franco: You won't.
Ronnie: I'll see you around.
Franco: Yeah, I don't think so. But keep your eyes open. You never know what's gonna sneak up on you.
Lucky: That Valentine's night shifted things for you, too, Nikolas.
Elizabeth: If I remember correctly, Emily's crush was pretty intense at that time.
Nikolas: Yeah. Yeah. I remember she was, uh... there was something different about her that night. I was more taken aback by her than I really wanted to admit. And that's when you called us and said you were stranded at the church.
Lucky: There was a nasty blizzard. I didn't think any farther ahead than making vows with Elizabeth.
Nikolas: We had to come out and rescue you. I remember what a long drive it was, and... we didn't have anything to do but talk.
Lucky: And the cavalry came, took us back into town, and we spent the rest of the night at Emily's hotel room.
Elizabeth: We camped out in 5-star luxury. Remember all that room service we ordered?
Elizabeth: We just waited out the storm.
Nikolas: I really wished I would have known that the sun wasn't gonna shine on that world for very long, you know? Maybe I would have cherished it a little more.
Lucky: Even though Emily's gone, at least we still have each other.
Lulu: Oh, look at you! Oh, my gosh, already looking for your first Christmas tree.
Carly: Have you seen Jax?
Carly: We're here to pick out a Christmas tree for our playroom. Did you get one? Did you get a tree?
Lulu: Yeah. 8 feet tall, no more, no less, oozing with Bavarian splendor.
Lulu: For Kate.
Carly: Of course.
Lulu: I'm playing the holidays by ear. I'm probably going to end up at Elizabeth and Lucky's. So, you work things out with Jax?
Carly: Yeah, we're trying. I'm trying. I mean, he never wanted to split up to begin with. I'm working on the art of forgiveness.
Lulu: Ooh, tricky.
Carly: It is. It is tricky. I know he wasn't trying to deliberately hurt me. I know. He was just trying to protect me. At least I guess he was. I just don't like secrets between us. And I hope he realizes he can't do it again.
Jax: You think Max and Milo intimidate me?
Sonny: You're here, aren't you?
Jax: What do you want?
Sonny: I'm worried about Michael.
Sonny: He's erratic, just when Lucky's closing in, and I'm afraid he's gonna say something in the heat of the moment to incriminate himself.
Jax: Short of a muzzle, what do you expect me to do about it?
Sonny: I want you to call some of those, you know, big important friends that you keep bragging about, tell them to back the cops off. Let's get Claudia declared a missing person and make this investigation just go away, Jax.
Jax: That's a tall order. What is that, to protect Michael or you?
Jason: Ordinarily, I would use Johnny for this.
Dominic: No, no, no, it's his sister we're talking about here.
Jason: Okay, so what we need to do, we need to recover Claudia's body and put it back in the ground. And if I have my way, I'm gonna dump Franco in the same hole.
Dominic: Let's go.
Jason: Okay, hold on. I just think you kind of need to know what you're walking into here. Franco isn't like... one of our normal enemies. An enemy will blow your brains out and end things. Franco just really wants to mess with your head.
Dominic: This guy's really freaking you out, isn't he?
Jason: Well, people say that I'm cold and I have no regard for human life, but that's not true. Franco... doesn't care about anything except his own amusement. Once he's not having fun, anybody's expendable. I've never seen a guy like this. So if you don't want to take this ride, I'm not gonna hold it against you.
Dominic: Look, Jason, you want my help, you got it.
Jason: All right, let's do it.
Lucky: Hey, listen, Rebecca, you don't have to run off.
Rebecca: Yeah, I absolutely do.
Lucky: Look, we didn't go into all that to hurt you.
Rebecca: Well, actually, Lucky, I'm glad that you did. Your stroll down memory lane gave me exactly the information I need to make an important decision.
Jax: You don't think I know how you operate, Sonny? You're not doing this to help Michael. You're doing this to save your own ass, because you're the number-one suspect in Claudia's disappearance, not Michael.
Sonny: Maybe you don't give a damn about Michael, but you do give a damn about Carly, and it would tear her apart if Michael went to prison. Now, let's think about your own involvement in this mess. If you had just told the truth, opened your mouth months ago, none of this would have happened. We wouldn't even be here. If Michael hadn't stopped Claudia, she'd have ran off with your new baby. You would have never laid eyes on Josslyn. So maybe, just maybe, Jax...you should show Michael some gratitude for protecting your family. Now, let's put all that aside. I'm asking you, man to man, help me make this investigation go away.
Dominic: What is it?
Jason: This bracelet... Claudia was wearing it the night of the party.
Dominic: Well, I guess it's confirmation that Franco definitely has Claudia's body.
Jason: Now we'll see what he intends to do with it.
Steve: All right, what can you tell me?
Lulu: He was hit by a car.
Steve: All right, keep going.
Officer: Did you see the impact?
Lulu: No, I just--I saw him down.
Officer: What about the car?
Lulu: Um, it was a sports car, black, I think, tinted windows. The guy was going really fast. He didn't slow down at all.
Carly: Okay, Josslyn, the first thing you need to know about buying a tree is never let them see you want it. The second the attendant knows you want a tree, the price skyrockets. And that pole that they use to measure these trees, let's just say if I were a Douglas fir, I'd be 7 feet tall. Oh, my God. This tree would be perfect for the playroom. What do you think, sweetie? Isn't it perfect? It is.
Franco: Oh. Excuse me.
Carly: That's okay. Look at it.
Franco: Uh, hey, have you seen an attendant around here? I'm just trying to catch somebody's eye. I don't want to walk away and have someone else take this tree.
Carly: Uh, someone just did.
