Jane: Finally a baby girl in the family. Oh, she is beautiful! The image of Jax when he was a newborn. Now, speaking of her daddy, where is he? It's hard for me to imagine that he could steal himself away from his little miracle baby.
Carly: I asked Jax to leave. I can't live with a man who lies to me.
Jax: I didn't lie, okay? I simply wanted to withhold the truth until after the baby was born.
Alexis: Under the circumstances, I can see why Carly didn't make that distinction.
Jax: Well, I made the best choice I possibly could at the time. I thought I was helping Carly and the baby.
Alexis: Well, Josslyn's here safe and sound, and you both should be taking care of her right now.
Jax: Yeah. It's now my job to keep her safe and away from Sonny.
Alexis: Good luck with that, and let me know how that works for you. Why do I have the feeling that I'm not just here as your friend to unload on?
Jax: I love Carly with all my heart, but if our marriage doesn't work out, my daughter has to come and live with me.
Jason: I chose my work, and I'm good at it, but it took me a long time to realize what it cost me. I can never have a normal life.
Sam: Whatever normal is.
Jason: It's family, kids. That's for other people. Look, I chose my path. I've learned how to deal with the things that I've done, but I never wanted Michael to have to deal with anything like this.
Sonny: It's not about trust. I don't want you involved in this stuff. You gotta keep your hands clean, focus on other things. I don't wanna talk about it.
Michael: Don't you think it's a little too late for that, Dad? I already killed Claudia.
Sonny: Don’t ever sneak up on us like that.
Jane: I can hardly imagine how horrible this has been for you, first to be taken hostage by that monstrous woman and then finding a safe place in a storm to give birth to this precious child. I don't know why Jax didn't tell me.
Carly: Well, I don't think he wanted to worry you.
Jane: Things you've been through, Carly, these past 2 years, first with Michael and then with this precious baby. It's every mother's worst nightmare. But look at you. You're so strong, such courage. And now in the end, you have all of your children here with you and safe, every reason for Jax to be even more glued to your side.
Carly: You should sit down. We need to talk.
Jane: Why do I get the feeling that I'm about to hear Jerry's name? What has my firstborn done now?
Carly: The man who shot Michael was hired by Claudia Zacchara. Jerry was his accomplice. Sonny was the target. They missed.
Jane: I didn't think Jerry could get any worse. How could he be involved in this horror? How could he be a party to the shooting of an innocent boy, his own brother's stepson?
Carly: Well, apparently around the time Jax and I renewed our wedding vows, Jerry sent Jax a DVD with a full confession. I still wouldn't know the truth if Sonny hadn't confronted Claudia, but then she freaked out, she pulled out a gun, and she grabbed me, and she took me hostage. And none of this would have happened if Jax would have told the truth.
Jane: Oh, Carly, I realize you're angry and upset, and I must say I cannot blame you one bit. I could only imagine how betrayed you feel.
Jane: But you must realize that Jax's only motivation was to protect you and the child.
Sam: You and Sonny and Carly have done everything in your power to protect Michael, and somewhere along the way, he lost the freedom to make mistakes. We learn from our mistakes, Jason. You tell a young child not to put his hand in a fire, and it's not until he puts his and in the flames does he finally get it. You guys never let Michael get burned.
Jason: Sam, he was kidnapped. He was shot.
Sam: Yes, I know, but he's only ever paid for other people's mistakes. He doesn't have a clue about consequences. No one's ever taught Michael the power of making the right choice.
Sonny: How long you been standing there?
Dominic: Oh, not long. I just walked in. I can wait outside if you want.
Sonny: We okay? All right?
Michael: I told you I'm fine. It's cool.
Sonny: All right. What do you got?
Dominic: I'm hearin', uh, whispering from some former Zacchara people. Looks like your marriage to Claudia was the glue holding the alliance together.
Dominic: And then you outed her as being responsible for your son getting shot. Then suddenly she disappears. People are wondering.
Sonny: Tell them that, uh, Claudia went on vacation.
Dominic: Heh. Yeah. Wouldn't that be handy? Uh --
Dominic: Well, the Zacchara faction assumes that you put personal life in front of business, and they believe that Claudia's dead, either by your own hands or on your orders. Either way, their rational conclusion is that the alliance is now broken and you and Anthony will soon be at war.
Lucky: We're getting married.
Elizabeth. We're gonna have to be able to work through some of this stuff and trust each other.
Elizabeth: Okay, just stop, okay? Just stop, and I'll tell you, because I don't wanna lie about it anymore. I've been sleeping with Nikolas ever since the night of the carnival when Jake almost got run down.
Lucky: The night I proposed to you?
Elizabeth: Yes. It wasn't planned, Lucky. It just happened.
Lucky: Things like that don't just happen, Elizabeth.
Elizabeth: No, it did. It did, and I'm so sorry. I promise you it wasn't planned. I'm sorry I --
Lucky: You're sorry? You're sorry?! You're sleeping with my brother. You agreed to marry me, Elizabeth, and you're sleeping with my brother!
Elizabeth: I'm sorry.
Nikolas: What's --
Elizabeth: Nikolas. Nikolas. What have you done? Nikolas.
Lucky: I feel like I'm interrogating you, like I'm pressuring you to give an answer you don't wanna give. Are you okay? You look like you've seen a ghost.
Elizabeth: I was just -- I was, um -- I was in the E.R., and there was -- God, there was such a terrible accident today, and this man, I don't even know that he's gonna make it, and his wife was beside herself, and it just got to me.
Lucky: Yeah. Well, doesn't matter how many times you've seen those things. I mean, sometimes it just hits you that way, you know? It still happens to me.
Elizabeth: Yeah. Yeah, this one was a little different, 'cause I can understand his wife's fear that she might lose the man she loves, and it just --
Lucky: Hey, hey, hey.
Elizabeth: Kind of scared me.
Lucky: Hey, I'm not going anywhere.
Elizabeth: I can't imagine my life without you in it.
Lucky: You have this incredible gift for forgetting my mistakes, and I love that about you.
Elizabeth: Well, we've both made our share of messes.
Lucky: Yes, we have, but you know what? Sometimes, somehow it just always ends up with you and me back together, and why shouldn't it? You're the only person I completely trust, Elizabeth. I can't imagine my life without you.
Elizabeth: I'm supposed to be working right now.
Lucky: Yeah. I'm working, too. Hey, how 'bout we get together later on, you know? I mean secret. No one has to know.
Elizabeth: Okay. What do you have in mind?
Lucky: Uh, Chez Loire. I already talked to your grandmother, and she said that she would watch the boys so we could spend some time together. You deserve a little romance, Elizabeth.
Elizabeth: I get off at 6:00.
Lucky: Okay. I'll pick you up.
Kristina: I can't believe this is all happening just when I'm supposed to study. My mom will lose her mind if I don't get into Yale.
Kiefer: Look, I don't care how messed up the rest of your family is. You are too smart and too good to let this ruin your life.
Kristina: I don't know what I'd do without you, if you weren't here right now.
Kiefer: I like that you trust me. I want us to share everything, even when it's not perfect, okay?
Kristina: Me, too. I have to get to the tutor. She wants to run some practice tests today.
Kiefer: Well, meet me back here when you're done. I think I can get us a room at the Metro.
Kristina: I don't know how long I'm gonna be.
Kiefer: I can wait. I just wanna be with you. Remember how I made you feel?
Kristina: I'll call you when I'm done.
Kiefer: Okay. Yeah, Metro Court. Uh, reservations, please.
Max: You waitin' for someone?
Kiefer: Uh, I'm on the phone.
Milo: Yeah. Not anymore.
Kiefer: What the hell, man?
Milo: Max, what do they, uh, call these again?
Max: I don't know. Rich kid phones?
Milo: Ha ha.
Kiefer: Look, just give it back.
Max: Didn't anyone ever teach you to say please?
Kiefer: Look, I don't know what you two losers want, okay?
Max: We want you to learn some manners, all right? You insulted Michael, and you disrespected Kristina --
Kiefer: No, no, no. You don't understand.
Max: So maybe you're gonna have to learn your lesson the hard way. Oops.
Max: I guess it's better the phone than your face, right?
Kiefer: Mr. Corbin, you need to call the police right now.
Mike: Now, why would I do something like that?
Kiefer: They just -- they ruined my phone, they threatened my life, and you're a witness.
Mike: Milo, here's your order -- 2 fries, double cheeseburger, extra mayo, hold the onion.
Milo: Thank you.
Max: We could just take care of the kid now.
Milo: Yeah, we could.
Kiefer: All right, guys.
Milo: Nah. Our burgers are getting cold. Come on.
Max: Oh, uh, and you get one warning. That was it.
Jane: I wanted to come when I heard you were having problems with your pregnancy. I thought I could be helpful, but Jax said you needed to avoid stress, and I remembered my relationship with my own mother-in-law, and I loved her dearly, but we couldn't be in the same city for more than 48 hours without wanting to kill one another.
Carly: Yeah. I know. I'm really glad you're here. Jax got that DVD from Jerry a full month before I found out I was pregnant, and he didn't say anything to me, so he decided to protect Jerry over our marriage.
Jane: Jax was afraid of losing you. And I believe you can find it in your heart to forgive him.
Carly: Jerry's involvement isn't Jax's fault. Jane, I can't get past the Claudia part. When Michael woke up from his coma, he went to live with Sonny, and he was around that horrible woman all the time, and Jax said nothing. He said nothing, he did nothing, and he didn't warn me. Okay, you're a mother. Could you forgive a man you loved who put your kids in harm's way?
Sonny: There is no Zacchara faction. It's all Corinthos, one single entity under my control.
Dominic: But Anthony's already showed us his hand with the early release of Joey Limbo. He's got a plan.
Sonny: He's gonna try to use Claudia's disappearance as a power grab. What I wanna know is what side of the street are your feet planted on.
Dominic: I'm right here.
Sonny: Yeah? Well, this can't be another Tommy Soto thing. You know what I'm saying?
Dominic: That --
Sonny: 'Cause that --
Dominic: Won't happen again.
Sonny: Yeah. Okay.
Dominic: Look, something has to be done to stop Joey Limbo. I'm guessing a preemptive strike
Sonny: Smart guy. If you wanna be boss someday, you have to watch and learn. Things get tense, we get ready.
Dominic: I was born ready. So what do we do?
Sonny: I get them to make a mistake.
Anthony: What do you know about your sister?
Johnny: Jason found proof of Claudia's role in Michael's shooting. Sonny threw a birthday party for Claudia at the Metro Court hotel. That's where he blindsided her, unloaded on her in a room full of people that would not spit on Claudia if she was on fire.
Anthony: Such a gentleman that Corinthos.
Johnny: Claudia panicked, pulled a gun out of her purse, took Carly Jacks hostage right as she was going into labor.
Anthony: Did I teach my daughter nothing?
Johnny: Anyway, Claudia kidnapped Carly in a stolen car, and they got into a wreck. Carly managed to get away, found refuge in a cabin in the woods. That's where she had her baby.
Anthony: Boy or a girl?
Anthony: Too bad. Daughters break your heart. What happened to your sister?
Johnny: Disappeared. Carly said Claudia wasn't seen after the wreck.
Anthony: But you know better.
Johnny: There's a witness who says that he saw Sonny return home that night with a bloody handprint on his shirt, and the cabin was burned down.
Anthony: Well, that was no accident.
Johnny: I confronted Sonny about Claudia's death. He didn't deny anything. I got no idea where the body is, what they did with it, if it'll ever be found, but I do know that my sister is dead.
Anthony: Aah! She's my daughter! She was my daughter!
Jax: Mom, am I glad to see you.
Jane: Words every mother loves to hear.
Jax: Come in.
Jane: Speaking of, you've got yourself a beauty, Jax. Now, I may be a bit biased, but Josslyn is exceptional.
Jax: I know. She's beautiful, Mom. I miss her. How's Carly?
Jane: Well, she seemed happy to see me, especially since her own mum is out of town.
Jax: She say anything?
Jane: You mean about how she threw you out on your ear?
Jane: I knew it was bad when she told me to brace myself. Your brother. I cannot believe that Jerry was involved in Michael's shooting, and I understand why you kept it from Carly.
Jax: Well, Carly doesn't.
Jane: Well, Carly's a mother. It's hard for her to accept that you let Michael live under the same roof with the woman who tried to kill him.
Jax: You know what? What everyone seems to be forgetting is the fact that Michael wanted to live with his father, okay, and he was very angry at Carly at the time. Actually, he was angry at just about everyone.
Jane: Well, that is all very well and good, but you kept a huge secret from your wife.
Jax: It was because the truth could have killed her.
Jane: Oh, that defense is a crucial mistake, sweetheart. It is silly to defend what you did when the wiser choice is to beg for forgiveness.
Morgan: Wait till you guys see the cool stuff me and Mercedes got for Josslyn. Is she upstairs? Is Jax with her?
Carly: Um, Jax is gonna be away awhile.
Morgan: Did he have to go away on business again? Can't he send someone else?
Carly: We decided that, um -- well, that we're gonna spend some time apart.
Morgan: Doesn't make any sense. You guys just had the baby. Jax wouldn't leave.
Carly: I asked him to leave. Sit down. This is a little complicated, okay, and I just need you to know that it has nothing to do with you or Josslyn. This is between me and Jax.
Morgan: You can't make Jax go. I want him here. We need him.
Carly: I know, and I know this is upsetting for you.
Morgan: You always do this! You always mess everything up for everyone else!
Jason: Hey. Is this a bad time?
Carly: Yes, it's a bad time.
Jason: What –
Woman on P.A.: Dr. Williams, 2501.
Woman on P.A.: Dr. Judy Williams --
Nikolas: You okay?
Elizabeth: I can't believe what just happened. I mean, you and I with Lucky right outside in the hallway.
Nikolas: I know. I know. It's wrong. I know.
Elizabeth: No, Nikolas, it's beyond wrong, and if this ever comes out, it's gonna destroy everything, including my family, and I can't let that happen.
Nikolas: I don't want that to happen either.
Elizabeth: Do you know why Lucky was here tonight? Because he wants to take me to dinner. He wants to take his fiancée to Chez Loire tonight because he loves me and he wants to do something nice for me. He has no idea that I'm sleeping with his brother and betraying his trust. I am lying to him every second.
Nikolas: I know. I know. We both are.
Elizabeth: Then what is wrong with us? Why can't we just stop?
Nikolas: Because we can't.
Lucky: I was hoping this day would never come, you on one side of the law, me on the other, and it's high noon. I finally have to take you down.
Luke: I haven't broken any laws today.
Lucky: I'm sorry, Dad. I was handed a warrant, and I have to serve it. You have the right to remain silent. Everything you say can and will --
Luke: Oh, hold your horses here, cowboy. What is the crime?
Lucky: You really wanna know?
Luke: Yeah. I wanna know.
Lucky: Noise citations.
Luke: Noise citations.
Lucky: Yeah. When you blast your old blues LPs over the P.A. system, it echoes out over the water. All the neighbors are complaining.
Luke: Which neighbors?
Lucky: All of them.
Luke: Not the three I paid off. Oh, come on. There must be something more important you can do with that badge of yours than harass me for my musical taste.
Lucky: Hey, I like blues as much as the next guy. You know that. How 'bout you just close the doors and windows and blast the music inside, at least for tonight? Consider it a personal favor. Elizabeth and I have plans, and I'd rather them not be interrupted.
Luke: You are really bettin' your whole heart and soul on this thing with Elizabeth, aren't you?
Lucky: Why shouldn't I?
Luke: You know, I had a guy in here the other night. He kept putting money down on black 15. He said it was his lucky number, and it was for a while. But even after it went south, he just kept putting the money down -- black 15, black 15. Finally I said to him, "maybe you ought to change numbers or go to another table. Or maybe you should just stop playing for a while."
Lucky: It's not gambling, Dad. This is love.
Luke: It's the same thing, Lucky. It's all a crapshoot. I mean, I've always said you can't ignore the odds.
Lucky: How'd that work out for you? Huh? You couldn't stay married to the love of your life. You couldn't even stay faithful. You wound up with a bastard son and a consolation marriage to Tracy.
Luke: Yeah, well, maybe my experience should be something that you pay attention to.
Lucky: Oh, I've been paying attention to it, believe me, trying not to fail as miserably as you.
Luke: I'm worried about you, Lucky.
Lucky: I'll take that as an expression of your love. But how 'bout you try being happy for me, too? You know what? Forget about these.
Jane: You surprise me, Jax, a man with your charm and intelligence. How is it you don't know what a woman needs to hear?
Jax: Well, I tried to reason with Carly.
Jane: Oh, dear Lord. You're going for reason and logic when what Carly needs to hear is that you love her and you're sorry.
Jax: I told her I was sorry.
Jane: Well, did you tell her you would move heaven and earth for her? Did you say that there is nothing you wouldn't do for Carly and her children, all of her children?
Jax: Mom, she knows that, okay? That is the foundation of our relationship.
Jane: Well, now is the time for you to do what men so seldom can. Admit you were wrong, whether or not you believe it. Beg Carly for her forgiveness. Remind her of everything you have together and of everything you want to give to Josslyn and Morgan and Michael.
Jax: Ah, Carly seems to think that what I did was unforgiveable, so no amount of groveling is gonna change that. Okay?
Jane: So what, you're giving up?
Jax: Well, she kicked me out of the house, Mom. What am I supposed --
Jane: Well, then you find a way to get back in. Use all the talents God gave you, that your father and I taught you. Now you get creative. You have no choice here, Jax. Your family is at stake.
Jason: I know that you've been through a lot, but you gotta keep it together. You gotta stay strong, especially for your kids, Michael more than ever.
Carly: Oh, God, did something else happen? What's going on?
Jason: No, no, nothing happened. I just think this covering up Claudia's death just reinforced all the bad choices I've made for Michael over his life and asking him to keep this murder a secret might have been a mistake.
Carly: That's what Jax said. He said we should go the police and tell them the truth.
Dominic: Yeah, we need a rundown on the Zacchara people, figure out who stands where when it hits the fan. That's all I'm talking about. Okay. [Door opens] All right. Good.
Sam: Mario. Hey, do you know if -- is Jason here?
Mario: I just started my shift.
Dominic: Actually Jason Morgan, he's not here right now. Can I help you with something?
Sam: No. I will leave him a message on his answering machine.
Dominic: Oh, in the meantime, how 'bout I, uh, buy you an espresso? This place is famous for its cannoli. Two Cannoli and 2 espresso, please.
Sam: Look, sweetie, if you're hitting on me, don't bother.
Dominic: I'm much smoother when I'm hitting on someone. I mean, I could if you want me to.
Sam: No. Thanks.
Dominic: Wait. You're the -- you're the one who brought Carly into the E.R. after her ordeal, right?
Sam: Yes, I am, and I told the cops everything I know.
Dominic: Oh, I know, but this is me. You have any idea what happened to Claudia?
Sam: Why would you wanna know?
Anthony: Son of a bitch.
Johnny: You want that guard to come back in here?
Anthony: You're gonna sit there and take that insult against your family?
Johnny: I told you there's no proof.
Anthony: There will be if you're patient. There always is. Look at Michael's shooting. It took a whole year, but, boom, there you have it.
Johnny: Every single time Claudia had a choice to make, you know she made the wrong one. You have no idea how many times I tried to get her to leave this country.
Anthony: Claudia was poisonous and deceitful just like her mother, but she was mine to deal with, not Sonny's. He had no right.
Johnny: Ha ha ha! Ha ha ha ha. You are unbelievable. You know that? You hated Claudia. You tried to kill her twice, and those were just the times that I know about.
Anthony: She was my daughter. She was a Zacchara. I will crush the maggot that did this to her.
Guard: Sit down, Zacchara. Your time's up. Your father's got another visitor.
Dominic: Look, you know who I am. There's gonna be a lot of trouble here. I'm just trying to keep a lid on things. Claudia's disappeared. The natives are getting restless. Sonny has me and the rest of his men on high alert.
Sam: Okay. Well, I'll tell you exactly what I told the cops. I went to the cabin. Carly was giving birth. All I was worried about was getting her and the baby to the hospital.
Dominic: No sign of Claudia?
Sam: No. I mean, no sign of Claudia. For all I know, she was in the car, crawled out, died in the woods somewhere, or who knows? Maybe she had someone help her escape. Either way, I don't care. Anything else?
Dominic: Yeah. I still think you should try the cannoli. [Sam scoffs] You’re cute, but not that cute.
Carly: I asked Jax to leave today. Whatever. I can't get -- can't think about that right now. I have to focus on Michael. So we gotta -- we have to go to Sonny's house. We have to bring him back here.
Jason: I agree. I think he should be here, too.
Carly: What about the police? We could tell 'em where Claudia's body's buried. I could tell 'em. I mean, I know the cabin is burned and there's no evidence, but, you know, an autopsy would support what happened. We could tell 'em everything. We could talk to a lawyer, figure out what Michael should plea, should he plea involuntary manslaughter or self-defense.
Jason: I mean, even if we can get him a suspended sentence or community service, this kid is gonna be known as the kid who killed his stepmother.
Jason: We're never gonna be able to keep this quiet.
Carly: I know. And the media will have a field day. He'll be known as the mobster's son that got away with murder. They'll camp out at the courthouse and on the front lawn. I can handle that, but I can't put my kids through that. Jason, I don't want Michael to get sucked up in Sonny's world. We have to go get him, and we have to bring him home.
Anthony: Claudia and I spent most of our time fighting each other. Of course. Claudia fought everyone. You know. What saddens me most is how she wasted her life.
Sonny: Well, you know what? We can't really make assumptions. We don't exactly know what happened. Claudia could be on her way to, um, Argentina, Italy.
Anthony: See, I don't have a good feeling. Claudia was so angry as a child, and she never grew out of it. I mean, her need for vengeance. When I insisted you marry my daughter, I had no idea she'd gotten your son shot.
Sonny: Well, Claudia had a good way of hiding it.
Anthony: I wanted you to know that whatever happened to Claudia, I bear no grudge. Claudia spread chaos and conflict, and now that she's disappeared, we can have peace again.
Kristina: I tried calling you, but it went to voice mail. I just wanted to let you know I can't go to the Metro. I have --
Kiefer: Message received, Kristina.
Kristina: What do you mean?
Kiefer: Listen, don't play dumb, okay? Those 2 no-necks showed up and threatened me. The reason you got my voice mail is because they destroyed my phone.
Kristina: Ow. Kiefer, I don't understand. Who threatened you?
Kiefer: Two of your father's goons, okay? What did you tell him about me?
Kristina: I haven't talked to my dad since Claudia's party, I swear.
Kiefer: They destroyed my phone and said they'd break my face if I didn't treat your psycho brother with some respect.
Kristina: I'm sure they were just messing around and --
Kiefer: Are you calling me a liar?! You stupid bitch.
Carly: Hey, Max. Is Michael there?
Max: He's upstairs.
Carly: Yeah? Well, tell him to pack his things. I'm coming to get him.
Max: Does the boss know?
Carly: He'll know when I get there.
Carly: This is a bad time.
Alexis: Oh, it won't take long. I promise.
Carly: I'm serious, Alexis. You got five minutes. I have somewhere really important I have to go.
Alexis: All right, so I shouldn't ask you how you are or how the new baby is?
Carly: I'm fine. Josslyn's beautiful. We're all amazing, great.
Alexis: I heard you kicked Jax out of the house.
Carly: He called you.
Alexis: Of course he called me. I'm his best friend. He needed someone to talk to. He's very upset about you and the baby. He wants to come home, and I'm hoping that you will just take a step back, because he'd really love you to compromise, especially with a new baby in the house.
Carly: Yeah, if we're gonna involve a third party, it's not gonna be you.
Alexis: Well, good news. Don't care, as long as it's someone. Carly, this is not the time to dig your heels in. He loves you, and I love my friend, and I don't want him hurt.
Carly: Okay, here's a question. When Jax called you and decided to dump all of our personal business on you, was it because you're a dear friend, or did he need a custody attorney?
Jax: Jason. I was wondering if we could talk. Do you have a minute? I want you understand that I fully intended to tell Carly about Claudia as soon as the baby was born, but Sonny beat me to it.
Jason: Yeah. Well, I don't think Sonny knew that Carly was in the room when he unloaded on Claudia.
Jax: Well, doesn't really matter now. The truth is out. Carly decided that I put Michael in danger, when the truth is I was trying to protect her and the baby.
Jason: That's one way to look at it.
Jax: Well, your hands aren't exactly clean in this either. I mean, you kept almost as many secrets as I --
Jason: I only suspected what you knew for sure.
Jax: All right. Okay. We both want what's best for Carly, though, right? That would mean Carly with me and Michael and Morgan and our little girl together as a family.
Jason: That's up to Carly.
Jax: Yeah, I know. Look, you know her better than anyone, Jason, okay? What do you think she wants?
Jason: I think she wants to be able to trust you.
Jax: Do you really think with everything that's going on in her life, she needs her marriage to fall apart? Be the friend that you say you are. Talk her down, okay? She doesn't want this breakup any more than I do.
Anthony: How soon can you be ready to move against Corinthos?
Joey: 7, 8 days. Everything should be in place.
Anthony: Corinthos murdered my daughter. Screw being patient. I got no time for patient. I want him to pay. I won't rest until Sonny Corinthos is dead, morte.
Michael: Look, I don't belong with Mom. I should be here with you.
Sonny: I don't want you involved in my business, Michael.
Michael: But I wanna be involved. I can help you, Dad.
Sonny: You wanna help me, Michael? Stay close to the guards. Just do what I tell you to do. Things are dangerous right now. Do you understand me? Anthony Zacchara is gonna retaliate.
Michael: Because of Claudia's death, so don't try to act like it has nothing to do with me, Dad. I'm the one who killed her.
Sonny: Stop it! That would have happened even if you hadn't killed Claudia.
Michael: Because somebody else would have taken her out, Dad. Somebody else would have killed her, Jason probably. Look, don't you see? I get that it's business. I did what had to be done. You'll do what you have to to stop Anthony Zacchara. You'll take care of business.
Sonny: This is not what I wanted for you, son.
Michael: But it's what I want for myself, Dad. I grew up my whole life looking at you, wanting to be like you. Now I am. Come on. I'm your son, Michael Corinthos III.
Nikolas: So let me guess. You invited me down here because it's a slow night and you want me to lose my money.
Luke: I wish that were the case, Nikolas. Look, you know I have a very hard, fast rule about not buttin' into other people's personal business, especially my children.
Nikolas: Yeah. Okay.
Luke: This is about Lucky and you and Elizabeth. I saw you and Elizabeth together. Do you think it's right to play your brother for a fool like this?
Nikolas: Look, it's complicated. You don't know what's really going on.
Luke: No, Nikolas. It's not complicated. It's simple. Lucky has put his whole heart on the chopping block for Elizabeth. He doesn't know that you're involved with her. Now you need to stop. If you can't stop, at least tell him the truth.
