Male Singer: I hear you coming

Fortune Teller: Your heart aches for love, but it eludes you. You wonder if it will always be so. There is one...

Lulu: What -- you see something?

Fortune Teller: Old words from an old play. But the warning will be proved today. Something wicked this way comes.

Dominic: Cotton candy, huh? Ah, look at this. You're cleaning me out, kid. I'll be right back.

Male Singer: I hear you coming and yet I know, I know, and I've been waiting for this moment for all my life, oh, Lord, oh, Lord well, then you told me we'll try it again, I'll lean on you... I've seen your face...

Alexis: You're going to pay for what you've done!

Andrea: Hey, where are you going?

Male Singer: Well, I was there and I saw what you did, saw it with my own two eyes, so you can wipe off that grin, I know where you've been

Lucky: All right.

Elizabeth: Here, let me see. Hey, Jake!

Male singer: Don't you feel it coming...

Elizabeth: Jake, come to Mommy!

Male singer: Oh, Lord, and I've been waiting for this moment for all my life, oh, Lord, oh, Lord

Male singer oh, Lord, oh, Lord

[People screaming]

Molly: Aah!

Kristina: Aah!

[People screaming]

Sonny: Come on!

Elizabeth: Jake! Jake!

Lucky: Jake!

[People screaming]

Jax: Morgan! Morgan!

[People screaming]

Patrick: Andrea. Andrea, hey.

Robin: Alexis! Are you okay?

[People screaming]

Robin: Alexis! Are you okay?

Alexis: What happened?

Robin: This car came out of nowhere.

Patrick: Andrea. Andrea, hey. Hey, hey, hey.

Louise: Max. Max! Wake up. Can I get some help?!

Nikolas: Okay. I got you. It's okay. Okay, you're okay.

Rebecca: Oh, my God. That's Edward's car.

[People screaming]

Ethan: Edward! Edward, come on! Come on. Edward? You okay, Edward?

Jason: Jake!

Elizabeth: Jake?

Lucky: Jake?

Elizabeth: Jake?

Lucky: Can you see him?

Jason: No. I saw him come in right before the car came through.

Elizabeth: Oh, my God. Jake, Mommy and Daddy are here. We're gonna come get you.

Jason: Jake!

Lucky: Jake?

Molly: [Screams] Kristina! No!

[Electricity zaps]

Claudia: Oh, God! Are you okay? Are you okay?

Molly: Where -- Krissy? Help her, please!

Claudia: Stay right here. Help! Please!

Molly: No!

Sonny: Move!

Jax: Morgan?

Carly: Morgan! Wake up. Wake up. Baby, are you okay?

Sonny: You okay?

Carly: Yeah, I think he's okay. Are you okay?

Morgan: Dominic pushed me out of the way.

Olivia: Oh, God. Dante. Ohh. Baby.

[People screaming]

Matt: Wow! This place is a ghost town.

Epiphany: Don't you even think about cutting down on your shift.

Matt: Did I say anything about leaving?

Epiphany: You know, I can't even believe that the entire staff, doctors included, have found some kind of excuse to show up at the hospital carnival. And who would have ever thought that you of all people would be conscientious enough to show up to do your job?

Matt: [Stammering] Thank you, I think.

Epiphany: No, thank you for showing up.

Matt: Okay, well, I hate to ruin this improved opinion of me, but, uh, the only reason I'm here is because the low surgeon on the staffing chart. Get this -- I, uh, ahem, finally had a date to the carnival.

Epiphany: [Laughing] You had a date?

Matt: Yes. Yes, I did. It was Lulu, in fact, and we were having a very good time eating cotton candy and watching my brother get dunked in the dunk tank, and, you know, enjoying the entire thing.

Lulu: A car just plowed through the carnival. People are very badly hurt.

Epiphany: How many casualties?!

Lulu: I don't know. A lot!

Matt: Get every doctor, nurse, and orderly down here, gurneys, life packs.

Robin: Is he breathing?

Ethan: Can't tell. I don't know.

Patrick: Breathing is shallow.

Robin: We need to get him to the E.R. now.

Rebecca: Let me through! No!

Ethan: Let them do their job.

Rebecca: Is he alive?

Patrick: He's got a pulse, but it's thready.

Robin: I think he had a heart attack.

Patrick: Let's get a gurney over here!

Matt: Get that gurney to the entrance now! Come on, come on, quicker! We need that over at the Ferris wheel. Let's go! The Ferris wheel! Keep going. Just follow them. Follow them. Follow them.

Louise: I need help! Over here! He was hurt. He was hit full force by the oncoming car. He may be dying --

Alexis: Kristina! Molly!

Louise: Alexis?

Alexis: Louise, have you seen the girls? You remember what they look like -- brown hair, 16, 10. They were wearing -- uh -- uh -- I can't remember what they were wearing!

Louise: I haven't seen them. I'm sorry, Alexis.

Alexis: I should never have left them alone. Kristina! Molly!

Molly: We have to find Kristina!

Claudia: Molly, Molly, it's too dangerous. We can't go in there right now.

Molly: But Kristina hasn't come out yet. Who knows how bad she's hurt!

Claudia: Honey, listen, I know that you're worried about your sister. I'm worried about her, too. We have to wait here and let the rescue people look for her. We have to.

Molly: No!

Johnny: All right, when I start firing, you get the hell out of here, okay?

Spinelli: What about you?

Johnny: Shh!

Johnny: [Mouthing] 1, 2, 3.

Olivia: Hey! Over here! This guy's not doing so good.

Jax: Michael. Could you do me a favor? Go to the E.R. and make sure that your mom and Morgan are okay.

Michael: I promised Morgan that I'd stay and wait with Dominic.

Jax: Well, I can stay with Dominic. I think your mom would appreciate it.

Michael: All right.

Olivia: Hey. Hey.

Dominic: It's nothing serious, Mrs. Falconeri.

Olivia: Hey, hey, hey. Keep your mouth shut. Keep your mouth shut. You just need to stay still, all right?

Dominic: Just a couple bumps and never hurt anyone.

Olivia: Your employee's got a real mouth on him.

Sonny: I'm getting used to it.

Olivia: Yeah, well, he needs to keep his mouth shut. He needs to concentrate on staying alive.

Sonny: Why are you so worried?

Olivia: I'm worried about everybody here! Sonny, look around you. It looks like a war zone.

Jax: Okay, why don't we give Dominic some room? Yeah?

Olivia: That's a good idea.

Jax: Yeah.

Sonny: You saved my son's life Dominic. I won't forget that.

Jax: Listen to me. You need to rein yourself in.

Olivia: Did you see him? He looks terrible.

Jax: Do you want Sonny to know everything? Do you want him to know about your son? Well, keep doing what you're doing, because he's gonna see right through you.

Jason and Elizabeth: Jake!

Elizabeth: Jake, can you hear me?!

Jason: Hold on! Hold on!

[Jake crying]

Lucky: Jake. Jake, Jake!

Elizabeth: Jake. It's okay, you're all right. Mommy's here.

[Jake crying]

Rescue Worker: Any injuries?

Claudia: We're okay, but there's --

Molly: My sister Kristina is in there! You have to get her out!

Rescue Worker: She was on the ride?

Claudia: We were all on the ride together. The car hit us and everything just exploded.

Molly: Please get Kristina out!

Rescue Worker: We'll do our best.

Claudia: It's okay. It's okay.

Lulu: Are you guys okay?

Molly: I'm fine, but Kristina must be hurt.

Claudia: Could you please get Molly out of here and maybe take her to the E.R.?

Molly: No, no! I want to stay.

Lulu: Okay, um, um, the rescue team needs some room to work, so let's just go in the hospital, we'll wait inside, and then we'll come back out in a little while, okay?

Molly: I don't know. Will you stay here?

Claudia: Yes.

Molly: Make sure they find my sister!

Claudia: I will. I will, sweetie. I'll stay here until they find her, okay?

Lulu: Come on, Molly, let's go, let's go.

Gunman: I don't see them and the cops are moving in.

Gunman 2: Mr. Zacchara said leave no survivors.

Gunman: Mr. Zacchara's in prison and what he don't know won't get us busted.

Gunman 2: Let's out of here.

Spinelli: The Jackal is most grateful.

Rebecca: Don't worry, Edward, you're gonna be okay. Don't worry. You'll be okay.

Nikolas: Is he all right?

Rebecca: Well, I'm not sure. Where's Spencer?

Nikolas: He's fine. Norma took him home.

Rebecca: Look, I know I already mentioned this, but please be careful. Mr. Quartermaine has a pre-existing heart condition.

Paramedic: We've notified E.R.

Nikolas: I just came from the midway entrance, and with all the collapsed rides and debris, there's no way to get him through. We'll have to find another way to get him out of here.

Ethan: Well, let's help these gents carry him out. Up! Up!

Nikolas: All right, I got it. Coming through! Coming through!

Paramedic: Move back.

Lulu: Here, just sit. Just sit down here, sweetie, okay?

Robin: And we need another nurse for triage.

Lulu: Robin, I just came in with Molly Davis, and I think she's okay physically, but she was on one of the rides that got hit, and her sister Kristina's buried in the wreckage.

Robin: She's missing?

Lulu: She's been freaking out and I'm afraid she might go into shock or something.

Robin: Hi, Molly. Robin. How are you feeling, sweetheart?

Molly: I'm okay, but the ride fell on top of Kristina and they can't find her.

Robin: It's okay. Look at me. The rescue crews are out there, all right? They're gonna find Kristina.

Molly: Will you take care of Kristina when they do find her?

Robin: Of course I will, sweetheart. Just try to calm down, okay?

Matt: Robin, I'm gonna need your consult with this patient.

Robin: One deep breath. Good. Good job. I'll be right there. It'll be fine. Okay, just, um, stay with her for a while. If she complains of cold or she starts to shiver, it means she's going into shock. Find me.

Lulu: Okay.

Molly: Lulu, can't we go back and look for Kristina?

Lulu: No, no. I'm sorry, Robin says that we need to stay here, okay?

Molly: Do you think my sister's dead?

Patrick: What's his BP?

Nurse: 82 over 46 and dropping.

Paramedic 2: And his abdomen's slightly distended.

Patrick: Okay.

Dominic: See about the others. Is it working for you?

Patrick: You might have internal bleeding. We need to get you to the E.R.

[Jake crying and screaming]

Storm by Lifehouse: And I will walk on water and you will catch me if I fall... and I will get lost into your eyes and everything will be all right, I know everything is all right I know you didn't bring me out here to drown, so why am I 10 feet under and upside down, barely surviving has become my purpose because I'm so used to living underneath the surface, if I could just see you, everything would be all right, if I could see you, this darkness would turn to light, I know everything is all right

Mac: Yeah, put a couple of barricades up on Tallmadge. Get some uniforms out there. We can't have civilians wandering onto the accident site.

Alexis: Mac, have you seen the girls? They were on one of the rides and I don't know which one and I can't find them.

Mac: It's chaos out there right now, Alexis, and we're trying to get a head count of the injured.

Alexis: Please call your rescue crew and see if they can look for them.

Mac: Alexis, look, they're working as hard as they can. They're bringing people in as they find them. I can't ask for special favors.

Alexis: I just left the Ferris wheel when that car came plowing through there. I don't know if the girls got hurt. You need to send somebody to --

Mac: Did you check the rest of the rides?

Alexis: I checked everywhere.

Mac: If they were on the east side, they might be safe.

Alexis: There's kids calling for their mothers, but none of them are mine.

Mac: Listen to me. Calm down. Check the E.R. If they haven't been admitted, then come back here. I'll have a list of survivors by then.

Lulu: It's too soon to know what happened to Kristina.

Molly: But she must be hurt bad or she would have come out.

Lulu: Or she's trapped, which would mean it's gonna take some time for the rescue crew to get her out.

Molly: You're just trying to make me feel better without actually lying.

Lulu: No, no, I'm telling you the truth. We just -- we need to be patient right now. Okay?

Molly: But I kept calling her name and she didn't answer.

Lulu: Well, just look around. There's a lot of people here that are hurt but they're still alive. So the odds are your sister is, too.

Molly: I like figuring odds. I like everything about math.

Lulu: Yeah? I bet you're good at it.

Molly: I'm in the advanced program at my school.

Lulu: Wow. Uh, I didn't learn about odds when I was in school, but when I was about your age, my dad taught me about cards and how to figure out the odds of the cards that the other guy was holding.

Molly: Lulu...

Lulu: Yeah.

Molly: Thanks for staying with me. I'd be really scared if I was alone.

Lulu: Of course. Hey, don't you want to, like, go to the cafeteria and get some food, get out of here?

Molly: Sure.

Lulu: Okay? Get some candy or some pizza or something?

[Elevator bell rings]

Louise: Milo Giambetti?

Milo: Are you Louise?

Louise: Yeah, Louise Addison. I was with your brother when he was -- when the car hit.

Milo: What happened to Max?

Louise: The car was coming straight for me and Max pushed me out of the way. That's how he was hit, saving me.

Milo: Have you seen my brother?

Louise: He survived. They rushed him here for treatment, but he has yet to regain consciousness.

Milo: What do the doctors say?

Louise: They think he might have spinal damage.

Matt: Any change since you called in?

Paramedic: His pulse is still irregular.

Matt: Get him to the 10th floor cardiac. Quickly.

Epiphany: Get a 12-lead EKG and draw for cardiac enzymes. I'll call up to Dr. Gorgan. Ms. Shaw. Where's Monica Quartermaine?

Rebecca: She's at a medical conference. Her plane should be landing in a few hours.

Nikolas: Did you speak to Tracy?

Ethan: She was at the Haunted Star this morning. She said she wouldn't be caught dead at a carnival. I think she went to Manhattan.

Nikolas: Did you try her cell?

Ethan: I did. She's not picking up.

Epiphany: Decisions will have to be made by Mr. Quartermaine's immediate family, and I don't know how to reach Jason Morgan.

Nikolas: Sounds like it's you.

Spinelli: You appear to be gravely wounded.

Johnny: Okay, somehow we got to get the hell out of here. Those sirens -- they're headed for somebody else. When those Zacchara punks realize it, they're gonna come back searching for us, so let's get the hell out of here.

Spinelli: If you attempt to walk, it will only exacerbate your condition.

Johnny: Spinelli, if you don't help me walk, we're both dead, all right? Come on.

Spinelli: Okay. Um, lean on me. Lean on me.

Johnny: You okay?

Spinelli: Yeah. Yeah. Most certainly fit to help a friend. Come on.

Dr. Trydal: Jake's pupils are equal and reactive, which is good news. But your son has sustained some degree of head trauma.

Elizabeth: How severe?

Dr. Trydal: Possibly a skull fracture. We'll know more after the CT scan and MRI.

Lucky: All right, we'd like to be with him while he's having this test.

Dr. Trydal: All right, but we can only allow one parent at a time.

Elizabeth: You go. I need to call my gram and let her know what happened.

Lucky: Okay.

Elizabeth: [Sighs]

Lucky: Have faith.

Elizabeth: Jake has a possible skull fracture. They don't know how bad. They're running some tests right now.

Nikolas: I spoke to Alice and told her what happened. She hasn't heard from Tracy either.

Rebecca: Yeah. Yeah, I wish Monica was here. It doesn't seem right that I'm the only one, you know?

Ethan: I can try Tracy down in Manhattan if you want.

Robin: Uh, excuse me. We just got the tests back.

Rebecca: How is he?

Robin: Well, as we suspected, Edward did have a massive heart attack. He also sustained injuries from the car crash, which will require surgery. Now, we need a family member to sign off on that, but Monica's on a plane, and Tracy is incommunicado.

Rebecca: All right, look, Edward would want you to do whatever you can to save his life. He's told me that so many times. He's nowhere near ready to die.

Robin: I'll have him prepped for surgery.

Rebecca: He's gonna be okay, right? I mean, he's such a strong man, and he's been so healthy.

Robin: He has, and that's what doesn't make any sense. Edward had an EKG and echo yesterday and he came through with flying colors.

Rebecca: Yeah, he was bragging about it this morning at breakfast.

Robin: Right. So there was actually no reason for Edward to have a heart attack today.

Morgue attendant: This was found near the body. The I.D. matches. It's Mrs. Floyd's.

Mac: What are the odds? First Mayor Floyd's mistress gets murdered, then his wife gets run down at the carnival.

Claudia: Wait.

Rescue Worker: Is this your stepdaughter?

Claudia: No, that's not her. You need to keep looking.

Rescue Worker: We will. The ride basically disintegrated where the car hit. I'm sorry.

Elizabeth: I'm sorry for falling apart like that.

Jason: It's okay. I'm scared for Jake, too.

Elizabeth: My mind keeps going to the worst-case scenarios. I can't help it. I know it could be just a mild concussion. Kids get them all the time and they recover.

Dr. Trydal: Jake's finished with his MRI and CT scan. The results of the tests are being brought back to my office. Lucky's waiting for us there.

Elizabeth: I'll let you know what happens.

Jason: Thanks.

Spinelli: All right.

Johnny: [Grunts] I can't do it.

Spinelli: Okay. Look, the time is now to call 911, okay?

Johnny: No, no, no. Get your -- get your ass out of here. Get a few blocks away. Make an anonymous 911 call. Tell them where to find me.

Spinelli: No, the Jackal would never abandon a comrade, especially the mob prince, who, despite my less than amicable behavior, risked his life to... this is unusual.

Johnny: What?

Spinelli: All 911 lines are busy. What possible emergency could create such a telephonic logjam?

Morgan: Why are they taking so long?

Carly: Patrick's just trying to be thorough, honey.

Michael: You want to go to the vending machine and get a soda?

Morgan: Thanks, but I'd rather stay here.

Sonny: Patrick's one of the best surgeons around. He's gonna make sure that Dominic's okay.

Dominic: [Grunting] Are those -- those people still waiting outside?

Patrick: Yeah. You're a popular guy.

Dominic: Yeah. Do me a favor and, uh, and tell them I'm fine, and then tell them they can all go home.

Patrick: There's only one problem with that, Dominic. You're not fine.

Dominic: Yeah, well, you know, you're a doctor. You're used to lying through your teeth.

Patrick: Okay. Okay. Okay.

Dominic: [Panting] I don't want them...hanging around, you know, getting all upset.

Patrick: I'll see what I can do.

Sonny: How is he?

Patrick: He's losing a lot of blood.

Olivia: What are you gonna do for him?

Patrick: Well, we're gonna run some more tests. Look, at this point, everybody, we don't have the information that we need, so once we get the results, we'll take the appropriate steps, all right?

Morgan: Hey.

Dominic: Hey. [Panting] I'd offer to, uh... throw the ball, but I'm kind of laid up right now.

Morgan: Thanks for saving my life.

Dominic: You'd have -- you'd have done the same thing for me, right?

Morgan: Here. I want you to have this.

Dominic: You know what you should do? You should hang on to that, you know, for -- for good luck maybe.

Elizabeth: Hey.

Lucky: I just don't get it. I mean, how could these tests be inconclusive? Why don't the doctors just tell us what's wrong?

Elizabeth: I don't know. I don't know. Dr. Trydal said he's gonna run some more scans.

Lucky: Meanwhile, Jake could be getting worse.

Elizabeth: Or the tests could just be a precaution. Sometimes no news is good news. Yeah.

Sam: Can I get you any coffee or anything?

Jason: No, thanks.

Sam: Any news?

Jason: I don't think so.

Sam: Okay, you just, um... tell me if you need anything.

Rebecca: Uh, can you give me a minute, please? When you insisted I call you grandfather, and I thought you were crazy at first. But you were so kind and so accepting. And you treated me like family, even though it's the last thing I ever deserved. And now...calling you grandfather, it -- it just seems like the most natural thing in the world. So, please, grandfather, please make it through this surgery. Please be okay.

Morgan: I don't want to go. Dominic needs me.

Jax: The doctors need time to find out what's wrong with him. Okay?

Morgan: Well, he was coughing up blood. And he doesn't have any family here to stay with him.

Carly: Your father's gonna stay with him. If there's any change in his condition, your dad will call us and let us know. Okay?

Michael: I know it's tough, but sometimes you gotta just do what the doctors say, and they asked us to leave.

Rescue Worker: We pulled 2 patients out of the Kite Flyer wreckage, but a 16-year-old girl, Kristina Davis, is still unaccounted for.

Michael: I gotta go help look for her.

Carly: Michael -- Michael!

Alexis: Epiphany, have you seen my girls?

Epiphany: They haven't been admitted as patients.

Molly: Mom!

Alexis: Ohh, baby. Oh, my gosh. Honey, are you all right?

Molly: I'm fine.

Alexis: Where's your sister?

Molly: I don't know.

Lulu: Um, Kristina, Molly, and Claudia were on the Kite Flyer when it collapsed. And Molly and Claudia got off, but so far they haven't been able to find Kristina.

Claudia: Kristina? Kristina? Krissy! Kristina!

Spinelli: Yes, hello. A man's been shot. We're in the alley behind 344 West Adams. Yeah, he's conscious, mostly. Bleeding heavily. Yeah, I'll wait on the line, but please get an ambulance here now.

Johnny: You don't have to stay here, Spinelli.

Spinelli: No, I'm waiting until help arrives.

Johnny: You know, my father shot me once before. I was 8. He killed my ma instead.

Spinelli: I'm sorry for your loss.

Johnny: I always knew that son of a bitch...[Breathing hard] would be the death of me.

Spinelli: Johnny, Johnny, Johnny! No, no, no, no! You can't die. Please, help is on the way. Just...don't die.

Olivia: Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour --

Sonny: Hail Marys? For Dominic?

Olivia: You don't think you've had your share of Hail Marys said for you in your lifetime? Especially the "pray for us sinners" part.

Sonny: Why do you care about this guy so much?

Olivia: What do you care? What are you giving me the third degree about it? Why do you care?

Sonny: Because he works for me and he saved my son's life.

Olivia: Well, so? He seems like a really nice guy and I'd really like to see him make a full recovery.

Sonny: I think there's something else. He reminds you of your son Dante, doesn't he?

Patrick: The internal bleeding's getting worse. Is there a family member or relative that we can contact for you?

Dominic: I don't -- I don't want my ma to worry.

Patrick: Is there anyone else?

Dominic: [Gasping]

Patrick: Put a rush on the scans, watch for renal failure.

Sonny: How's he doing?

Patrick: We still haven't found the source of the internal bleeding.

Sonny: Do whatever it takes to save him. I'm gonna cover all costs.

Patrick: That's fine, but listen. Dominic's family needs to be informed. He mentioned a mother. Do either one of you know how to get in contact with her?
