Patrick: So are you going in try and be back for the Jackson consult this afternoon?

Robin: Unless Emma and I spend all the day at the park. That's our next stop, right, sweetie? Right after we drop Daddy off at work?

Patrick: Well, when do you think you'll be back? Maybe I can just put off the time.

Robin: Why don't you get somebody else to do the consult? Come on, it's a gorgeous day outside. We could go on the swings with her and -- come on, join us.

Patrick: No, I can't. I mean, I'm slammed. I've got to come up with a new treatment plan for Michael.

Robin: It was kind of scary when he went off on me.

Patrick: Yeah, well, I'm sure that will ease up once his surgery heals. Hopefully, nobody gets hurt in the meantime.

[Cell phone rings]

Patrick: This is Dr. Drake.

Olivia: Yeah, Olivia Falconeri. I've got a big favor. I need it right away and I need you to be a thousand percent discreet.

Maxie: Okay, I need to be 100% completely clear that none of this is Spinelli's fault. In fact, you should probably be grateful to me because I'm extremely tactful, not that you would appreciate that since your idea of tact is basically to act like the furniture, but you're a trustworthy person and in this situation, so am I.

Jason: What are you talking about?

Maxie: Well, it's simple. I'm going to ask you for a favor and in return, I'll be saving you from yourself.

Monica: We'll have privacy in here. You sounded upset on the phone.

Nikolas: I should have told you about this last night.

Monica: What's wrong?

Nikolas: I wanted you to hear it from me before anyone else. It's about Emily.

Monica: Oh, now you're starting to scare me, Nikolas. Come on, what exactly is wrong?

Ethan: Oh, Ms. Shaw, of all the people. It's must be my lucky day.

Rebecca: Is this about the card game?

Ethan: As a matter of fact, it is. I'm still rounding up players, wondering if you're interested.

Rebecca: I might be. The truth is out. Nikolas knows Emily and I are twins.

Tracy: If you bothered to keep track of the profits on this floating rust bucket, you would realize there aren't any.

Luke: I've been a little bit busy for bookwork, babe.

Tracy: Really? Funny, you're never open. And when you are, your shiny new son-slash-bartender fleeces the customers so quickly and so completely they never come back.

Luke: I really don't think that's a fair assessment of the situation. And I'm putting together a very high stakes card game, which --

[Phone rings]

Luke: Oh, I need to take this.

Tracy: Really? Who is it?

Luke: English? I'm glad you called.

Holly's voice: Luke, I'm so sorry to bother you.

Luke: It's no bother. I'm just putting together this high stakes card game. Do you want me to save you a place at the table?

Holly's voice: Luke, I'm in trouble.

Luke: What kind of trouble?

Holly: I can't believe it got so bad so fast.

Luke: Where are you?

Holly: Dubai. I'm afraid I caught the attention of a rather forceful gentleman and he won't take "no" for an answer.

Luke: They so seldom do I find, don't you? Where are you staying?

Holly: Luke, hurry.

[Holly groans]

Luke: Uh, English --

Holly: Quick, before it's too late.

Luke: Engli --

Tracy: Make your phony distress calls to some other sucker. This one's taken.

Luke: You go too far, wife.

Tracy: She was not in any trouble.

Luke: I never said she was.

Tracy: But you were ready to invite her right back here.

Luke: Yes, she can come back here to visit any time she wants.

Tracy: And if she won't come here, you'll go there.

Luke: Tracy, if I didn't go with her when she was standing right there in the blushing flesh inviting me to, what makes you think I'm going to run off to her now?

Tracy: I think that her noble exit didn't get the desired response, so she's going to move to plan B, which is yet another phony distress call, which is going to give you the excuse -- not that you need it -- to rush off to her side with your cape.

Luke: I don't wear a cape. We have had this conversation so many times. I'm so tired of it. I'm not going to leave you for Holly or anybody else. Why are you so determined to shove me out the door?

Monica: Rebecca and Emily are twin sisters? You're absolutely sure?

Nikolas: Yes, Alexis tracked down the information through the FBI.

Monica: Does Rebecca know?

Nikolas: She does and she seemed genuinely stunned by it.

Monica: Yeah, I mean, how did this all happen?

Nikolas: Hank and Paige Bowen had twin daughters and couldn't afford to raise them both, I guess.

Monica: I know Paige said that she and hank were really young and they were poor when they had Emily, but I had no idea that --

Nikolas: It was a private adoption on the black market. Money was exchanged.

Monica: God, Paige must have been devastated and ashamed. She never even hinted at anything. I mean, that's maybe why she was so insistent that I take Emily. She'd already given up one of her children to strangers.

Nikolas: Yeah.

Monica: Now, Rebecca -- what is she going to think, that her parents kept her sister and just let her go.

Nikolas: She seemed upset by it.

Monica: I'm sure she's just got to be in shock. Is there anything I can do to help?

Ethan: Well, we knew someone would find out the truth sooner or later.

Rebecca: Well, I assumed Alexis was going to find the truth and confront me. I never expected to hear it from Nikolas.

Ethan: Does he suspect something?

Rebecca: I don't know. I don't know. I don't think so. I don't know what's going on with him right now.

Ethan: It's because you're too close to the mark.

Rebecca: I should have done this my own way.

Ethan: What, showed up on the Quartermaine doorstep with your hand open? You wouldn't have gotten a dime. And now you are on the verge of gaining access to Emily's share of the Quartermaine money, not to mention a nice piece of the Cassadine fortune. Eye on the prize, remember?

Rebecca: It's not that easy. People are starting to get suspicious.

Ethan: Okay, one person at a time. Lucky -- he's on your side, correct?

Rebecca: Yes, he's a really nice guy.

Ethan: Right. What about the girlfriend, uh, Elizabeth?

Rebecca: Yeah, I don't know. She hates me. She's going to suspect the worst.

Ethan: Is she close with the Quartermaines?

Rebecca: She's close with Nikolas. And if she turns him against me, it's over, Ethan.

Ethan: Well, then make sure that doesn't happen, or I will. So the Quartermaines shouldn't be a problem, correct?

Rebecca: No, the Quartermaines are wonderful. Except for that awful woman that your boss is married to. I mean, she thought I was a scam from the beginning.

Ethan: Well, she's got bigger things on her plate right now. I don't think you'll be a priority.

Rebecca: Well, the only one I'm worried about is Jason Morgan, Emily's big brother.

Ethan: Yeah, the mob enforcer.

Rebecca: Yeah, well, what if he finds out, he assumes it's a scam, and then he comes after me?

Ethan: Then you'll have to get to him before anyone else does.

Rebecca: Yeah, but what if he suspects something?

Ethan: Then stick as close to the truth as possible. And remember, he was crazy about his little sister.

Rebecca: Yeah, which is only going to make it worse.

Ethan: Look, win him over, love, okay? Not to overstate, but your life depends on it.

Maxie: I know you're gathering evidence against someone.

Jason: Who told you that?

Maxie: Not Spinelli, okay? It was actually my fault. I accidentally sat on Spinelli's computer keyboard, and Johnny was there -- Spinelli didn't notice, but I think maybe Johnny heard something that he probably shouldn't have.

Jason: What did he hear?

Maxie: I'm right in the middle of these two again, and it's not Johnny's fault -- that doesn't mean that I'm picking Johnny over Spinelli. I would never do that.

Jason: What? Tell me. What did Johnny hear, Maxie?

Maxie: This whole thing is a huge mistake. And the fact that I'm here trying to protect Johnny from some sort of mob thing doesn't mean that I don't love Spinelli. Obviously, I do love Spinelli. I love Spinelli and I'm attracted to Johnny. Oh, God, there, I said it. I'm attracted to Johnny. Now, tell me what I'm supposed to do.

Olivia: What took you so long to get here?

Patrick: Well, we had to get Emma settled at the daycare center.

Olivia: "We"? What do you mean?

Robin: It sounded mysterious, so I thought I'd come along.

Olivia: Okay, I haven't been into the room yet, but all I know is the fewer people that know about this, the better, okay?

Robin: That's fine. We'll make it fast. I have a date in the park with my daughter.

Olivia: Right, okay. Whatever we see when we walk through this door -- discretion, discretion, discretion.

Mayor Floyd: What took you so long?

Patrick: What's her name?

Mayor Floyd: Brianna.

Robin: Brianna?

Mayor Floyd: What are you doing?

Olivia: You told me this was a minor, but embarrassing accident.

Mayor Floyd: It is. There is no need for an ambulance.

Olivia: Yes, Metro Court hotel. A woman is -- is she breathing?

Robin: Yes, barely.

Patrick: Young woman unconscious for undetermined amount of time.

Mayor Floyd: Will you keep it down?

Olivia: Did you hear that? Yes, yes. The front desk will send you right up. Please, hurry.

Mayor Floyd: I asked for discretion. You call an ambulance and the police commissioner's niece? If Mac Scorpio or anyone else finds out about this, there are going to be very serious consequences.

Robin: How's your wife, Mayor Floyd?

Patrick: I take it this isn't her.

Mayor Floyd: I can explain.

Olivia: Yeah, I've got no doubt about that.

Robin: This is weird. Look, her pupils are slightly dilated.

Patrick: How long has she been out?

Mayor Floyd: Look, no one can find out about this.

Robin: Mayor Floyd, how long has she been unconscious?

Mayor Floyd: I don't know.

Olivia: Mayor, you can either start cooperating, or I can call your wife. You choose.

Mayor Floyd: A while. Look, I'm sure it's not serious.

Patrick: Has she been drinking?

Mayor Floyd: We had a bottle of wine.

Robin: Any drugs?

Mayor Floyd: No, of course not. As you well know, I am a firm advocate for law and order. I am responsible for some of the toughest anti-drug laws in this state.

Patrick: There's a bump on the back of her head. Any idea how it got here?

Tracy: I know how this works, Luke, because I've been through it more times than I care to remember. First, you tell me how committed you are to me and to our marriage, and then you vanish so quickly, you leave a vapor trail and usually a substantial amount of my money goes with you.

Luke: Are you missing any funds right now, popsicle?

Tracy: I don't know. Should I call my accountant?

Luke: I think you better, just to clear the air. I have no plans to go anywhere. I mean, I will get on the road again, because that's what I do. I won't lie to you. But Holly's used up her quota of "help me, I'm in trouble." I'm not going after Holly. As a matter of fact, I find it kind of insulting that English would think I would even fall for this song and dance.

Ethan: Did Holly call?

Luke: Yeah, she's in Dubai claiming to be in trouble.

Ethan: Well, you don't appear to be too worried about it.

Luke: Your mother needs to brush up on her distress calls, dodge. This is getting old.

Ethan: So if she's not in trouble, then what's her angle?

Tracy: Mama wants papa.

Luke: Mama don't get papa, mommy.

Tracy: So he says.

Luke: Jealousy and suspicion -- makes me so hot. You keep this up and I swear, woman, I'm going to be on fire, on fire.

Tracy: Okay, so maybe I am being ridiculous. Maybe you do have absolutely no intention of rushing off after your shiny new son's con artist mother. But just in case I'm the one that's being played, do you mind if I put you on notice? I need to tell you there are no more chances here. If you walk, keep walking.

Nikolas: I want to believe that Rebecca didn't know about Emily, that some mysterious connection between twins brought her here, but it's also possible that she showed up here because she was the twin that got sold and she wants what was Emily's.

Monica: Then why would she act like she didn't know? I mean, all of the -- well, almost all the Quartermaines would be thrilled to have any connection with Emily.

Nikolas: But see, she didn't know that.

Monica: Yes, she did. Yes, we made it clear from the onset that we would welcome her into the house.

Nikolas: That's true. And all the adoption records were sealed, so it would have been very difficult, if not impossible, for her to know what really happened.

Monica: Emily would have loved to have had a sister, and she would have embraced her under any circumstances.

Nikolas: I told Rebecca the very same thing, but I cannot rule out the possibility that she's been running a scam from the very beginning, that all this resistance is just part of the plan. And if that's true, if she came here to cash in on the name and the face of the love of my life, then I don't know.

Maxie: Spinelli sees me as this magnificent, luminous creature, which is only because I hydrate religiously and I never go to sleep without washing my face, but Spinelli doesn't know that. And I really want to live up to his visions of fair Maximista. I just don't want to let him down.

Jason: You were just telling me something about Johnny.

Maxie: Right, well, Johnny sees me as a much darker person, someone who's not good at all. Which is kind of a relief because he's just as screwed up as I am. And he really cares about his sister, and he would do anything to protect Claudia -- oh, right, that's why I'm here, the part where I'm saving you from yourself. So if you go after Johnny, all hell will break loose.

Jason: Why would I go after Johnny?

Maxie: Haven't you been listening to what I've been trying to tell you? Johnny heard some snippet of a recording that Spinelli had of Claudia. I don't know if it was important or not, but it sounded like it was. Well, Jason, don't get all dark and dangerous. I only told you so if Johnny does something unexpected, you know he's only doing it to protect his sister. And you can't get mad at him for that. I just really wish you guys could find a way to get along. That would make my life so much easier.

[Knock at door]

Rebecca: Hi, I'm really sorry to impose. I just need to speak with you alone.

Patrick: I need straight answers, Mayor. How did she hit her head?

Mayor Floyd: What difference does it make?

Robin: I'm sure my Uncle Mac would be delighted to find out that you were in a hotel room with a woman other than your wife who's injured.

Olivia: Discretion only goes so far, Mayor.

Mayor Floyd: She slipped in the shower.

Robin: Well, she must have fallen pretty hard.

Patrick: Was she alone?

Mayor Floyd: What difference does that make?

Robin: Where were you when she was in the shower?

Mayor Floyd: All right, fine. We were having sex in the shower. She hit her head.

Patrick: Where did she hit her head, on the side of the tub? On the towel rack? Where?

Mayor Floyd: On the showerhead. Look, it wasn't serious. I mean, we laughed about it. She didn't even pass out. We finished the shower and we came back in here to relax.

Robin: Did she have wine or any other type of alcohol after she bumped her head?

Mayor Floyd: No, she said that her head was starting to hurt, so I went down to the gift store to get her some acetaminophen.

Patrick: Is she allergic?

Mayor Floyd: I have no idea.

Robin: How many did she take?

Mayor Floyd: Look, she didn't take any. You're not listening to me. I went down to the gift store to get some acetaminophen. I came back here. Brianna had passed out. I tried to revive her, and then I called you.

Olivia: You did not tell me that there was an unconscious woman in the room, Mayor. You said that you were in a sensitive situation, that you needed a doctor that could be discreet.

Mayor Floyd: Look, I have devoted my entire life to public service. I have brought any number of wonderful things here to Port Charles. I do not want to let one minor indiscretion --

[Phone rings]

Mayor Floyd: Don't answer it.

Olivia: Olivia Falconeri. Yes, thank you. The EMTs are on their way up.

Mayor Floyd: I can't be here.

Patrick: They're going to need to ask you some questions, Mayor.

Mayor Floyd: I'm sure she'll be fine.

Robin: We don't even know her full name.

Mayor Floyd: Brianna. Brianna Hughes. Where are the stairs?

Olivia: There's a diagram on the back of the door, Mayor. Figure it out.

Robin: Bastard.

Patrick: His story doesn't add up.

Robin: Well, it doesn't matter now. We just need to get her to the hospital and run some tests.

Luke: You're coming dangerously close to making this a self-fulfilling prophesy, babe. Push me too far, and I will take off.

Tracy: Luke, I have never tried to deny you your freedom, but I won't share you with Holly Sutton. So there will be no more chasing after you. No more barfy plane rides. No more dramatic entrances into the jungle. No more battles with hoodlums. The game is not fun for me anymore. Holly seems to think you owe her something for bringing you a shiny new son. I hope she's wrong. I hope you stay, but I won't hold my breath.

Ethan: I'm guessing you deserved that, mate.

Luke: Et tu, dodge?

Ethan: No, no, no judgment. It's just an observation. I mean, you've walked out on Tracy so many times, she's forcing you to leave. That way she doesn't have to worry about it.

Luke: Hmm, maybe you're right. But why would I leave? Everything I want is here.

Elizabeth: Hey.

Lucky: What's so important?

Elizabeth: Are you okay?

Nikolas: Yeah, I wanted you to hear this from me. Rebecca and Emily are twins. Alexis has the FBI documentation to prove it.

Lucky: Well, that explains a lot.

Nikolas: Yeah.

Elizabeth: Are we supposed to believe that she just happened to end up here?

Nikolas: She swears she didn't know.

Elizabeth: But that's ridiculous.

Lucky: Okay, what difference does it make? It's almost like we got a part of Emily back with us.

Elizabeth: No, it most definitely is not.

Rebecca: Uh, so I never thanked you for saving me during the fire at General Hospital.

Jason: You're welcome. I'm sure that's not why you're here.

Rebecca: During the fire, after you got me to safe place, when I opened my eyes, you were staring at me. And I'll never forget the look on your face or what you said.

Jason: I said you looked like my sister who died.

Rebecca: Yeah, there's a good reason for that. Emily and I are twins.

Mike: Here, why don't you start on these? Burgers are on their way, and I'll put this on separate checks.

Maxie: Oh, thank you, and you know, if Spinelli comes in here, it's okay to tell him that Johnny and I were here eating at the same time, because it was most convenient for us to talk business. I have absolutely nothing to hide.

Mike: Yeah, um, I'll keep that in mind.

Johnny: You know, Maxie, you don't need to keep going on and on about how public everything is.

Maxie: Okay, well, it had to seem public, because it's really private.

Johnny: Why didn't we just meet at your office?

Maxie: What, and then Kate could see you, and she would make me take you to some stupid club opening? No, that would break Spinelli's heart, and he probably still has the office bugged.

Johnny: Oh, I don't even want to ask.

Maxie: You just have to be careful, that's all I'm saying.

Johnny: All right, you're acting a hell of a lot more on edge than you should be.

Maxie: Yeah, well, I told Jason just to forget about that voice recording of Claudia.

Johnny: What -- you did what?

Rebecca: I'm not like those twins you read about. You know, I never felt incomplete. I didn't even know I was adopted.

Jason: How did you find out?

Rebecca: Nikolas Cassadine. He told me last night. His aunt, Alexis, she's the D.A. I'm sorry; it's kind of hard to know who knows who around here.

Jason: I know Alexis.

Rebecca: She found the hospital records, the adoption records. She has some major contacts at the FBI. Anyway, Emily's parents, my biological parents, kept her and sold me.

Jason: Why would they do that?

Rebecca: They were broke, and money changed hands.

[Jason sighs]

Rebecca: You were the first person to tell me about Emily, so I wanted to be the first person to tell you.

Jason: I loved my little sister. She believed I could do no wrong. She accepted me for who I am. That's the kind of person she was.

Rebecca: I wish I had known her.

Jason: Yeah, she probably would welcome you with open arms and give you anything you needed. So out of respect for my sister, and your sister, if you need anything, any kind of help, you just let me know.

Rebecca: Thank you.

Elizabeth: Rebecca has been taking advantage of our love for Emily from the very start.

Lucky: All right, okay. How did she get separated from Emily in the first place?

Nikolas: Well, her parents couldn't afford twins, so they decided to sell her on the black market.

[Elizabeth scoffs]

Lucky: That's awful.

Elizabeth: If it's even true.

Nikolas: No, the FBI report was very clear.

Elizabeth: But the way Emily spoke about Paige, her birth mom, she made her seem so wonderful.

Lucky: They didn't have a lot of money, though. Em told me that.

Elizabeth: Yeah, and I've been through some rough times, and I never thought about selling my kids.

Lucky: Sometimes people do things they never expect.

Elizabeth: Rebecca is bad news. You can't tell me that she didn't know Emily was her sister.

Lucky: Rebecca hated being compared to Emily.

Elizabeth: Yeah, and now she's finally got her little hooks into Nikolas, the one person who is closest to all of Emily's money, and suddenly the secret is revealed? No, I don't buy it.

Lucky: What do you think?

Nikolas: I'm still trying to put the pieces together myself.

Lucky: But why be all suspicious? Emily wouldnít.

Elizabeth: How can you be so open about Rebecca, and yet you hate Ethan so much?

Lucky: The situations are completely different.

Elizabeth: I'm sorry, Nikolas. I'm sure this is not helping you.

Nikolas: No, it's okay. It's good to hear both sides. But I had to stop listening to Alexis, because she's decided that Helenaís behind all this. She won't consider any other option.

Elizabeth: In my opinion, Rebecca is all out for herself. And she has turned herself into Emily to get her hands on as much money as possible.

Lucky: Elizabeth, maybe you're just angry because Emily's gone and Rebecca is still here, but you know that Emily would welcome her back into her life.

Elizabeth: The sooner Rebecca is out of here, the better.

Lucky: So what do you think you're going to do?

Nikolas: I don't know. I mean, I know that something is happening, something we don't yet understand.

Luke: Don't get me wrong. The chuckles is a small, provincial little town -- always was, always will be.

Ethan: So you are going to take off, just not today.

Luke: Not today. And when I do, maybe you'll come along.

Ethan: Are you serious?

Luke: Yeah, I'm serious. I've still got a lot to teach you, and I do well with a partner in crime.

Ethan: Oh, no, you're just saying that because you think I'm your son.

Luke: Wait a minute. Is that mine?

Ethan: Is what, this?

Luke: It looks just like this one.

Ethan: It does, it looks -- actually looks great on you.

Luke: I know.

Ethan: This is -- no, I bought this one somewhere else. Anyway, Holly has been gone long enough for me to sort through the 10 different versions of the story about how my life began, you know, and I don't know, I'm still not convinced that she's my mother.

Luke: Well, I am. The evidence is in. I was with her in Singapore nine months before you were born.

Ethan: So what. I mean, there's no proof that you knocked Holly up.

Luke: The DNA test will prove it.

Ethan: Luke, what if it doesn't? You know, what if she was just -- she was lying to us?

Luke: You're just jumpy because the test results are coming in today, you know? You're preparing yourself for an outcome --

Ethan: Look, Holly was only here to steal Tracy's money, that's all. She was trying to trick you into --

Luke: Holly did not trick me. You are my son. I knew it the first time I looked at you. I knew it, not up here, but in my gut. I did. I recognized you. Hell, I even remembered you somehow. And when Helena said it out loud, it made perfect sense. Hell, man, that's why we think alike. That's why we move alike. That's why we have the same instincts. That's why you read Hemingway on the back of matchbook covers.

Ethan: Oh, you read matchbooks, too, do you?

Luke: You see, that's it. That is me, right there.

Ethan: What?

Luke: That. You make a smart-ass remark when the other guy is pouring out his heart.

Ethan: Okay, you want me to pour out my heart? Fine. I want you to be my father more than I've wanted anything for a very long time. But that doesn't mean you are.

Luke: Ethan, I know one thing for sure. I have three kids. Two of them I raised. One of them tried to rip me off one night in the middle of a blizzard. Lucky, Lulu, and you. You three. You're what I leave behind me when I take the final drop. You are the three who prove that Lucas Lorenzo Spencer was here in this miserable, son-of-a-bitch of a world.

Ethan: But what if it's just Lucky and Lulu who are the proof? Then I'm just a ringer.

Luke: Well, in that case, I'll love you like a son anyway. But you are no ringer. You are the real deal.

Ethan: I don't know, I can't take this any more. I'm sorry, this sitting around -- I have to, I've got to move. I've got to do something.

Luke: I rest my case.

Jason: You know we're landing the shipment later than planned, right?

Johnny: Yeah, that's not a problem. That's actually not why I'm here. It's about Maxie.

Jason: It's about the recording you know I have of Claudia's voice.

Johnny: Okay, Maxie doesn't know much. I swear to you, I had no idea she was going to come over here and try to fix things.

Jason: How much did you hear?

Johnny: Not much. But there's only one reason you'd be investigating my sister, and I'm asking you to stop. Leave Claudia out of this.

Jason: I'll stop when I find what I need. So really the decision is, what are you going to do in this situation? Because if you try to save Claudia, you'll end up compromised or worse. If you stay out of it, you wonít.

[Knock on door]

Ethan: I don't expect you to invite me in.

Lucky: And why not? Why don't you come on in and see the house that my dad couldn't wait to leave?

Ethan: Oh, it's nice. This is nice. It's great for a family.

Lucky: Which would explain why my dad -- oh, excuse me, our dad -- couldn't stand it.

Ethan: Cheer up, mate. Holly could have been lying about everything. You know, we might not be brothers after all.

Lucky: You know, I didn't want to see it, but I do.

Ethan: See what?

Lucky: You're just like him. You know, your build, your height, attitude.

Ethan: Attitude is not genetic. You're a shining example of that. You couldn't be less like Luke if you tried, which you do.

Lucky: Well, when you know Luke Spencer as well as I do, you tell me if you want to be just like him.

Rebecca: Ethan, I've been thinking about the Texas hold 'em game. I might be interested.

Helena: The Texas hold 'em game? Oh, Americans are so, so loving of their vague double entendre. But I'm afraid that our virile young bartender isn't here.

Rebecca: Oh, how do you know?

Helena: You know, you really aren't very careful. It was no challenge at all to follow you around today.

Rebecca: You're lying.

Helena: Well, the jetty docks where you seemed so at home, and Jason Morganís lair. Well, I didn't venture too close to that particular location, I'll admit. Then a quick stop for a cup of coffee, then here.

Rebecca: All right, leave me alone.

Helena: Your defiance is becoming tedious.

Rebecca: I'm not going to help you.

Helena: Of course you are or you'll lose Nikolas forever.

Rebecca: I seriously doubt that.

Helena: Oh, he's too polite to show it, but Nikolas is already having second thoughts about you. Now, if you refuse to cooperate, I'll have to tell him the truth about you, that you are a schemer and a thief, that you came here to steal Emily's inheritance and the love of her life.

Rebecca: You can't prove anything.

Helena: Now, there's no need to make this unpleasant. I'll contact you shortly with instructions. That's not very complicated. I want several things from Nikolas, and you are going to get them for me.

Rebecca: Don't count on it.

Luke: You're a very naughty girl, Helena. Using the Emily clone to torment poor little pitiful prince Niky?

Helena: Luke, darling, I do wish you hadn't heard that.

Johnny: I'm not going to let you hurt my sister.

Jason: If Claudia's done what I think she has, she doesn't deserve to be protected.

Johnny: Okay, you had a sister. Emily, right? What would you have done if she was accused of doing something unforgivable? Would you be able to just turn your back on her?

Jason: Oh, come on, don't compare Emily to Claudia.

Johnny: Okay, I've thought a lot about that night that Emily died, and it had to have been hell for you not being able to save her. If that had been Claudia, I wouldn't be able to live with myself. I'm just saying, Claudia and I have been defending each other since we were children, and that's not going to change now, no matter what you think she's guilty of.

Jason: You can't save her.

Johnny: Okay, Jason, the way I see it, you've got a choice here. You can let it go, let the past be the past. But if you don't, if you go after Claudia, you're going to have to kill me before I kill you.

Jason: That's how our world works.

Johnny: Okay, you and I understand that. What would your sister think?

Monica: I've been very pleased with your work so far.

Rebecca: Dr. Quartermaine, I'm so sorry --

Monica: You don't have to say anything. You donít. Nikolas has already told me.

Rebecca: I'm still trying to wrap my head around everything.

Monica: Well, I want you to know that your biological mother was an extraordinary woman, and I know it must have broken her heart to have given you up.

Rebecca: I didn't find out until last night. I was planning on telling you, I swear. I just needed a little time.

Monica: Paige made me promise that I would take care of her daughter. Well, that's what you are. So that's what I intend to do.

Rebecca: You're not angry?

Monica: I don't want you to think that I'm trying to replace Emily with you. I'm doing this for Emily's sake, but I'm inviting you into the Quartermaine family.

Rebecca: Oh, I thought you were going to fire me.

Monica: Well, after a couple of nights at the Quartermaines', you may wish I had.

Rebecca: Thank you.

Monica: My only regret is that Emily never got a chance to meet you.

Rebecca: She was so lucky, so blessed to have so many people that loved her so much.

Monica: Well, welcome.

Ethan: You know, you couldn't be so angry with Luke if you hadn't loved him first.

Lucky: He's my father. Of course I love him. I just can't stand him most of the time.

Ethan: Why is that? What did he do that was so terrible?

Lucky: That's for him to tell you -- or not.

Ethan: All right, look, Luke and I took another DNA test. This is one of the ones that you mail in to the lab, so there's no chance that Tracy can tamper with the results, which are supposed to come today.

Lucky: Well, go buy him a bottle of scotch so when it's official, you can go off and celebrate on a father-and-son drinking binge.

Ethan: Could you dial down the bitterness for five seconds, maybe? I came here to try to tell you that when I was talking to Luke about all this, he told me you, Lulu, and possibly me are what he leaves behind in this world, the proof that he was here.

Lucky: Right, because it's all about him.

Ethan: Okay, I get it. Luke's wrong, you're right, and I'm a fool for wanting to be his son.

[Cell phone rings]

Ethan: But I am.

Lucky: The DNA results?

Ethan: Yeah, see for yourself.

Lucky: Tell our dad congratulations.

Ethan: You know, you could try congratulating me, too. It's not every day that I get to find out Luke Spencer is my father.

Lucky: He's going to break your heart, Ethan. At least when he does, you'll know your big brother warned you.

Luke: They tell me, those who claim to know about such things, that love is pure, and not meant to be wielded as a weapon.

Helena: Oh, but it's so effective. How could I resist?

Luke: And you're so brilliant at it.

Helena: Oh, thank you.

Luke: First you find out who your enemy loves, and then you use the beloved against them. It's brilliant.

Helena: Well, I'd hardly consider Nikolas an enemy. Everything I've ever done has been for his own good. But as for that Rebecca, whatever her real name is, she could be very effective leverage.

Luke: Yes, she would be, except that now I know what you're up to, and that means it's going to cost you --

Helena: Very good, Apollo, yes. Oh, that was excellent work, excellent timing. You're very light on your feet. I love that in a bodyguard, among other things. You can go. Oh, Luke. I have missed you so. It's been far too long since I've had you at my mercy.
