Rebecca: Why are you telling me all this?

Helena: Well, I simply wonder if you're capable of understanding him better than that silly little twit, Emily. Please tell me that he doesn't cry out her name when you're making love.

Jerry: Hey. Hey, little brother. God, it's -- it's been too long.

Jax: Who let you in?

Jerry: I told the staff I was Michael's uncle, the truth for once.

Jax: Did you also mention that you helped put him here?

Sonny: What are you doing?

Claudia: Nothing.

Sonny: What are you doing?

Claudia: Just checking my new lipstick. What are you doing? Did you find Jerry Jacks?

Sonny: Would that make you happy?

Claudia: Of course it would. As soon as you question Jerry, I'll be exonerated.

Sonny: Jerry doesn't give up much without a fight.

Claudia: Well, I'm sure you'll find a way to get him to tell you I had nothing to do with Michael's shooting.

Carly: I'm not pregnant.

Jason: Yes, you are.

Carly: I am? Oh, God. I can't believe it. I mean, Jax and I wanted a baby for so long. What am I going to do?

Epiphany: It hates me.

Elizabeth: Computers aren't capable of human emotion, Epiphany.

Epiphany: Tell that to Mr. Spinelli.

Elizabeth: Come on. All new programs are intimidating. Just give yourself a couple of days on it and you'll have it purring like a kitten.

Epiphany: I'm allergic to cats.

Patrick: Hey. Has anybody seen Robin?

Elizabeth: She was just here. Actually, she just got out of therapy. She was looking for you.

Patrick: Oh, well, how did she seem?

Robin: Why don't you ask me yourself?

Patrick: Hey.

Patrick: So, how did it go?

Robin: I thought you would be waiting for me right outside Dr. Brown's office.

Patrick: Yeah, I was going to, but when I almost bit Matt's head off, I figured I should take a breath of fresh air.

Robin: Where did you go?

Patrick: Went over to Jakeís.

Robin: Well, that's nice. Did you play some pool?

Patrick: No. I thought about it, but then I just ended up talking to Coleman for a while.

Robin: About me?

Patrick: About me.

Robin: Hmm. That's interesting. You get a bartender and I get a shrink.

Patrick: He is not just a bartender. He is a friend of mine and he was my best man at our almost first wedding. Yes, he does have a unique view of the world.

Robin: You say unique. I say strange.

Patrick: Listen, if you want me to go to one of your sessions at your therapist, I will, if you think that will help.

Robin: I'll think about it.

Patrick: Okay, because we're good together. And I want to get that back. I want to do whatever it takes for you to get well.

Robin: I guess Coleman is all right. I want that, too. You're my life, you and Emma. And I am going to do everything I can to get better. I feel like I'm getting better every day.

Patrick: Good, because that's what I want to hear, that you trust your therapist, that you trust your meds, and that you can trust me again.

Helena: Now, I want you to know you can come to me anytime.

Rebecca: I'm sure it'll be fine. I can take care of myself without any help from you.

Helena: Well, I'm very good at handling Nikolas when he gets stubborn. You'd be wise to take my --

Rebecca: I asked you to leave me alone. I don't want anything to do with you.

Helena: Why the sudden hostility? Oh, I see. Come out. Come out of the shadows, my darling boy. Don't hide from that which troubles you. That's so like Stefan. You're better than that.

Nikolas: You're right. I am troubled. There's no reason for the two of you to be having such an intense conversation here on the docks, is there? So I have to wonder why.

Helena: Would you like to tell him, or should I?

Jerry: You didn't say anything when I called last week. I could hear it in your voice. I knew you must have watched the DVD.

Jax: Well, I wasn't going to say anything in front of Carly, was I?

Jerry: I never wanted this to happen, I promise. I knew it was a mistake --

Jax: Leave it to you to think you could actually justify something like this.

Jerry: Well, I thought you deserved an explanation.

Jax: I gave you a second chance after the hostage crisis, Jerry. I trusted you, and this is how you repay me. Michael is lying in that bed forever because of you, and because I protected you from going to prison.

Jerry: You don't deserve an ounce of guilt for what happened to that boy.

Jax: Oh, really, Jerry? Well, thanks. That means a lot coming from you. Is that supposed to pass for remorse? It's shallow, like the DVD you sent. I mean, confessing everything like that's supposed to relieve you of your responsibility. You don't do remorse. So why don't you tell me why you're really here.

Carly: Wow, I'm pregnant. I can't believe it. I don't even know how to feel right now. I mean, do I have a right to be hopeful and happy knowing the risks that can come along with this pregnancy?

Jason: We don't know anything for sure. You know, the doctor said you might have some type of --

Carly: Oh, my God, Jax and I came so close last year. And I sometimes think about how life would be if I hadn't miscarried. And now we have a second chance. A baby, Jason, a chance to celebrate something good for once -- you know how badly we need that.

Jason: Carly, I'll celebrate with you once you've spoken to Dr. Lee about this condition.

Carly: She's going to mention a whole bunch of big words that I can't even understand.

Jason: You can't avoid the test.

Carly: What if it's a girl? What if it's a girl? Jax and I talk about that all the time, how badly we'd want a little girl. Would she be like him or would she be like me? Can you imagine Jax's luck if she turned out to be a little me? Or you? I mean, this little girl would have Uncle Jason wrapped around her finger.

Jason: Carly, listen.

Carly: I am already in love with this baby and it hasn't even taken a minute. What if Dr. Kelly tells me that, if I carry this baby to term, it'll be a risk for both of us?

Sonny: What's going on, Claudia?

Claudia: Nothing. I just -- I can't wait for things to get back to normal between us.

Sonny: But they're not. So what are you trying to prove?

Claudia: That I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt. So that, when you find out I had nothing to do with Michael's shooting, we don't have to start over from scratch.  We're good together, Sonny. You know that.

Sonny: I want -- I want to believe that you're innocent. But I'm not there not yet.

Robin: So how would you feel if I scheduled my appointments with Coleman instead of Dr. Brown?

Patrick: Hey, Coleman has some good advice every once in while. It's just his use of the word "dude" kind of lessens his credibility. But I'm serious. If Dr. Brown is the problem, we can find a new therapist. Lainey gave a bunch of referrals and I actually --

Robin: Whoa, hold on. I know that you're trying to be supportive, but this is where we always disconnect.

Patrick: Okay. I just want you to be comfortable.

Robin: I admit I don't like Dr. Brown, but I don't think I would like anybody under these circumstances. So for the time being, I'm willing to stick with her.

Patrick: Okay, but remember you have options, all right?

Robin: I think I can get better, but I need you to be patient with me.

Patrick: Okay. I will. And I need you to be open with me. Let me know how you're feeling because I know that we can get through this together.

Matt: Desert storm or hearts and flowers?

Elizabeth: A little bit of both, but I'd still give them plenty of room.

Matt: I'm going to keep my flack jacket on just in case.

Epiphany: Head trauma just arrived in the E.R. They need to assemble a team, stat.

Elizabeth: The rotation is pretty thin. The only available attendings are Robin and Patrick.

Matt: They can't work together. They can hardly be in the same room.

Helena: Go ahead, Rebecca. Tell Nikolas what we were discussing. Well, I'm sure he'll find it fascinating. Don't look so guilty. No, it might imply that you're hiding something.

Nikolas: What are you up to?

Helena: Well, nothing. No, I'm just passing the time taking in the sights and sounds of this wretched town while I'm awaiting delivery of my painting.

Rebecca: I was on my way back to work. Your grandmother stopped me. She's been trying to impress on me how fixated you were on Emily and suggesting that I exploit the fact that I resemble her.

Nikolas: Well, then you should probably avoid the docks altogether. It's overrun by criminals, lowlifes, and unsavory such characters.

Helena: Well, you make me sound so diabolical. No, it's good. I -- I rather like that. Oh, and, darling, please, listen to Nikolas. Be careful with whom you speak.

Rebecca: When you warned me she was psychotic, you weren't kidding.

Nikolas: No, I wasn't. But I have to ask you -- why would you even give her the time of day?

Jax: So why the sudden belated impulse to clean up your mess, Jerry?

Jerry: What can I say? I guess my conscience got the better of me.

Jax: You don't have a conscience. Now get out and don't ever come back.

Jerry: Jax -- I knew Michael. I was very fond of him. I would never have let Devlin into the warehouse if I knew Michael was there.

Jax: But he was there, and you did. And there's something that I learned about you, Jerry -- that when you create a mess, you turn your back and you run like a coward because you can't face the consequences of your actions.

Jerry: Look, I know I'm not going to convince you, but there was a reason why I came back. I needed to collect the DVD's I mentioned to you, the ones for Claudia Zacchara.

Jax: Oh, the ones you're using to blackmail her.

Jerry: No, no, blackmail implies that you want something. I never wanted anything from Claudia. It was just a game, just to remind her of her guilt. I mean, the woman's going to practically get away with murder.

Jax: You really messed up. You know that?

Jerry: All right. All right, it's fine. I'm totally sadistic, totally wrong. Is that what you want to hear?

Jax: I don't want to hear anything from you, Jerry. You get that?

Jerry: Look, when I realized my role in Michael's shooting was going to come to light and it was going to hurt you and Carly, I decided to end the game.

Jax: I don't buy it, Jerry. It's not like you.

Jerry: Look, whatever else you believe about me, I never intended to hurt you.

Jax: A little late for that.

Carly: I can't believe this is happening. How am I supposed to wait to find out if I can carry this baby safely?

Jason: Okay, is this an all-or-nothing test? I mean, if it comes back positive, could you just have a mild case?

Carly: I don't know. I mean, Dr. Kelly said that it could cause blood clots and I could have a stroke, and the medication I could take to help me could hurt the baby.

Jason: Okay, look, you just found out you're pregnant. Let's not jump to the worst-case scenario. Just get the test and we're going to deal with whatever comes.

Carly: Right. At least I know why I was fainting all the time. I want this baby, Jason. This I know without a doubt.

Nikolas: I'm not interested in your excuses. Have the painting removed from the vault and brought to my home immediately.

Rebecca: So this is how it works, huh? Throw accusations at me and then jump in your little boat and leave me standing on the docks?

Nikolas: I didn't throw any accusations at you. I simply asked why you were having a conversation with my grandmother when you claimed you had no business with her.

Rebecca: Claim? It's no claim. It's the truth. The first time I saw the old bat is when she showed up on the monitors at the hospital reopening. If I never saw her again, I'd be ecstatic. I resent the fact that you're acting like I'm lying or that I have some sort of a secret agenda.

Nikolas: Do you?

Luke: Oh, hey.

Sonny: Hey.

Luke: Where's the beef? You usually don't come to this neighborhood without backup. What are their names, Ernst and Fritz?

Sonny: Max and Milo. They were supposed to meet me at Pier 20. I was going there and then I headed here just for some mental inventory.

Luke: Well, you know what they say in baseball. Don't think too much. It hurts the team. I ran into Barbara Jean the other day. She reminded me that it was the anniversary of Michael's shooting.

Sonny: One year last week.

Luke: Yeah, that's -- that's tough, man.

Sonny: Yeah.

Luke: How do you grieve for a kid who's still alive? And how do you not?

Sonny: Every single day.

Luke: Well, I'm sorry, Sonny. You have my deep regrets and my respect.

Sonny: I appreciate that. Hey, Luke --

Luke: Huh?

Sonny: You have something I need.

Luke: I'm listening.

Sonny: You, you know, travel all over the world. You got -- you meet different people and everything, right? You have connections all over?

Luke: You want me to track somebody down?

Sonny: Jerry Jacks.

Luke: Jacks? I thought that son of a bitch was fish food.

Sonny: I wish.

Luke: What's he done?

Sonny: I'm thinking he had something to do with Michael's shooting, and I need answers before I kill him.

Luke: What kind of answers? You want to hear him say he pulled the trigger?

Sonny: I want to hear him say he was working with my brother or my wife.

Claudia: What took you so long?

Johnny: I came as soon as you called. What's wrong?

Claudia: I'm pregnant.

[Claudia giggles]

Johnny: This is a nightmare.

Claudia: Oh, Johnny, come on. You can congratulate me. You're going to be an uncle. It's for sure. I took two separate tests. I'm having Sonny's baby. Sonny would never hurt the mother of his child, so it's a good thing.

Johnny: You're making one hell of a leap there, Claudia.

Claudia: What do you mean?

Johnny: The second that you tell Sonny that you're pregnant, he's going to put two and two together and realize that you did it to save your own ass.

Claudia: Sonny is going to be thrilled. And what do you know? I mean, come on. I could be the world's greatest mother.

Johnny: The timing is way too convenient. Sonny is already suspicious of you, Claudia. He can easily figure out that Ric is telling the truth, that you got pregnant to protect yourself because you put Michael in the coma.

Jax: It's ironic to find you here, of all places. I actually came looking for you. I wanted the whole story from you before I told Carly that my brother helped put her son in that bed.

Jerry: But that's the whole point. Carly knows that you are the main reason why I'm a free man. There's no point in telling her I was involved.

Jax: You don't think I considered that?

Jerry: That will accomplish nothing. I'm not going to destroy the best thing that happened to you now that you and Carly are happy together.

Jax: Carly is not happy, Jerry. Her son is in a permanent coma.

Jerry: Still, the truth serves no purpose. When I knew how dangerous my game was to you, I came back to make sure Carly didn't find out.

Jax: You let me worry about Carly.

Jerry: I can help you fix this, brother.

Jax: I don't want your help, Jerry. I don't want anything from you ever again. Do you understand that?

Jerry: I'm telling you you're making a big mistake.

Jax: I wasn't going to tell Carly, but I'm not like you. I'm not going to live the rest of my life with a lie. Now I'm going to go home and I'm going to tell her everything.

Jerry: Come on, brother. How many times do I have to tell you I'm sorry?

Jax: I don't want your sorry. I want you to run, Jerry. I want you to go back to whatever rock you crawled out from under and I want you to stay there, because if I ever see you again, I swear to God, I will kill you myself.

Jason: No, no, no. Keep that foot elevated, Carly. Put it back up.

Carly: This ankle is the least of my problems.

Jason: We don't know if there's a problem yet.

Carly: Yeah, what if the doctor tells me that carrying this baby could kill me? I mean, having a stroke is no small thing. I could end up with brain damage or worse.

Jason: That's why we need to know the odds.

Carly: The odds are 50-50. Dr. Kelly told me that there's a 50% chance that I could carry this baby to term and I would be fine.

Jason: There's a 50% chance you won't.

Carly: That's why I'm freaking out. I mean, how do I do that to the boys? Morgan needs me now. And Michael, my God, he needs me more than ever. Dr. Hensen told me that if Michael doesn't have the operation soon, that it won't do any good. So can I can carry this baby and still give Michael everything he needs?

Jason: This is a conversation you should be having with Jax.

Carly: Thanks. Jax isn't here. And what am I supposed to tell Jax? "Yes, we have the baby we always wanted, but it may not be safe for me to carry to term?"

Jason: The question is not the baby, it's you.

Carly: No. I need to make a decision now. If I have this disorder, could I terminate the pregnancy?

Matt: Yep, go ahead and book O.R. 2. I'm requesting Elizabeth Webber and Epiphany Johnson on my team. Yeah.

Elizabeth: You can't perform the craniotomy.

Matt: Are you questioning my ability?

Elizabeth: No, your political sense. The mayor is coming in, and he has specifically requested you as his physician.

Matt: Oh, the mayor tore his ligament. Any nurse can handle that. No offense, but this Donald Flynn, he needs a craniotomy, and Patrick and Robin are in no shape to handle it.

Epiphany: You got that right.

Matt: Thank you for agreeing with me, Epiphany. Find me an anesthesiologist, and we'll get this show on the road.

Patrick: Hey, is that the head trauma from E.R., Donald Flynn? I just reviewed his scans. The hematoma is minor. I'm going to prescribe stereotactic fibrinolytic, and hold off surgery for 24 hours.

Robin: Who has the Donald Flynn chart? I just spoke to E.R., and the patient needs an emergency craniotomy. Epiphany, can you book an O.R, and we'll get a surgical team to scrub in?

Matt: What do you mean, "We"? No offense, but do you think you're really ready to sit in on a surgical team?

Robin: Oh, Dr. Drake wields the scalpel. I'm just there to lighten his load.

Rebecca: Name one damn thing that I ever asked you for, you arrogant -- see, you can't, because I didn't. You're the one who came after me. You're the one who offered me money and a place to live and a place to work. I turned you down every single time.

Nikolas: That's true.

Rebecca: Right, so why are you accusing me?

Nikolas: Why don't you look at it from my point of view for a second, okay? You've been playing hard to get this whole time, right? Well, after what I just saw on the pier, that certainly would be the smart thing to do, wouldn't it?

Rebecca: Oh, my God! I mean, you're just as nuts as your grandmother.

Nikolas: Look, I'm not saying I know anything definitively, but there are far too many coincidences here.

Rebecca: Okay, so you think what? That I'm part of some evil plot to take your precious little Emily's place? Why would I even want to? The poor woman was married to a lunatic.

[Rebecca sighs]

Rebecca: Look, I don't understand. I mean, if you thought so badly of me, then why did you offer to help me out during my cancer scare?

Nikolas: Because -- because I wanted to believe that what you went through was real, that the vulnerability you showed while you were waiting for your biopsy results was real. And, Rebecca, if I did help you, I'm glad. It's just in retrospect I can't help but wonder, you know, because those are exactly the kind of mind games my grandmother is famous for.

Luke: That's complicated. That is one interesting dilemma. So you think your wife may have had something to do with getting your son shot, based on --

Sonny: My brother accused her of it. She dumped him for me, so he wants to see her suffer. One way to do that is to turn me against her.

Luke: I take it she's denying all the charges.

Sonny: Yeah, yeah.

Luke: Well, then you don't know who to believe, do you? But you know, if Ric is scamming you, you run the risk of whacking your wife. And if he's telling the truth, I guess Claudia deserves whatever cement block you can drop on her.

Sonny: I am looking at all possibilities, and they look ugly.

Luke: Well, I'll see what I can do for you. Correct me if I'm wrong, but back when Devlin was trying to get rid of you, wasn't there a lot of hostility between you and Ms. Zacchara? Yeah. Well, then it's not unreasonable to think that she may have ordered that hit that got Michael shot.

Sonny: It's not unreasonable, but I'd be sorry if she did.

Luke: Love?

Sonny: No. She's smart, business-wise. She helped me with all the Zacchara stuff. She was invaluable during the power shift. All that goes out the window if I take revenge for Michael's shooting.

Luke: Well, of course the simplest answer to all of these quandaries is don't murder your wife.

Claudia: Look, I have been living with Sonny long enough to know how to deal with him.

Johnny: Yeah?

Claudia: Yeah.

Johnny: How are you going to do that, Claudia? You going to put on something soft and pink and show up at the door with a martini and the news that you're carrying his little bundle of joy? I don't see Sonny picking out nursery furniture and baby names with you.

Claudia: Well, if it's a boy, we won't be able to name it Michael, because we can't name it after Sonny, because --

Johnny: Sonny is a vengeance-obsessed control freak with bipolar disorder. When he realizes that you destroyed Michael's life and then created another child in order to manipulate him, Claudia --

Claudia: Yeah, but no, look. Sonny truly believes being a father is the one true, decent thing that he's ever done.

Johnny: Yeah, you better hope you're right.

Johnny: Have you even talked to Sonny about kids, Claudia? Does he want any more children? Because he sure as hell knows that you don't.

Claudia: Well, he thinks he doesn't, but I'm here to tell him otherwise.

Carly: I'm not even going to think about it, because 50-50 odds are a walk in the park. I spent my entire pregnancy  with Michael stressed out that A.J. was going to find out that he was the father, and half my  pregnancy with Morgan, I was chained to a wall, so if I can deal with that, I can make this pregnancy successful, Jason.

Jason: This is not as simple as just making up your mind.

Carly: There has to be a way to deal with a blood disorder, okay? I mean, positive thinking.

Jason: Okay, just listen to me, because I'm not going to say this a lot. You need to listen to the doctors. If they say it's too dangerous, then that's what it's --

Carly: This baby is a miracle. It's a miracle. I was supposed to conceive, and I am supposed to carry this baby.

Jason: Even if it kills you?

Carly: Oh, come on. I mean, I'll get second and third opinions. I'll eat Brussels sprouts and broccoli if it means carrying this baby safely to term. I will check into the hospital and stay on bed rest for nine months. I will do whatever it takes.

Jason: I know you would do whatever it takes. I know you, but just from everything you said, this is not a disorder that you can just wish away. We're talking about your life could be on the line.

Carly: I get that. I get that. I am going to listen to the doctors, and I'm going to weigh my options, but I am going to have this baby.

Patrick: You know this isn't necessary. I can do this procedure without you.

Matt: Oh, are you kidding me? This is exactly the excuse I needed to avoid the mayor. Besides, you know if I'm not in that O.R, Robin's liable to get hands-on.

Patrick: Robin wants to assist.

Matt: Robin doesn't know what Robin wants. If that patient hadn't had complications, we would all still be standing in the hub, having this debate, whether this patient actually needed the surgery.

Patrick: That's a difference of opinion, isn't it?

Matt: Your marriage is a train wreck, and it's starting to affect your professional life.

Patrick: I'd never allow myself or Robin to get into an operating room if I thought it was going to jeopardize a patient.

Matt: Don't get me wrong. The two of you are good doctors, all right? It's together that I worry about.

Patrick: Matt, we've done this a dozen times.

Matt: No, not like this. All you have to do is look at each other the wrong way or offer an opinion, and if you two get into it with a patient on the table, I swear --

Patrick: Look, that's not going to happen, all right? I can do this procedure with my eyes closed.

Matt: Well, yeah, that's a good idea. That way if something goes wrong, you'll have an excuse if you get sued for malpractice.

Rebecca: Shouldn't have come back. I don't need this.

Nikolas: Wait, listen. Hey, hey, will you just try and understand where I'm coming from, please? My entire life, my grandmother has gone to the end of the earth to try and manipulate me. She'll tell any lie, concoct any scheme. She's even had people killed, all for one goal, and that's to control me and my inheritance. Now, as crazy as that may seem to you, it is not that unlikely to me that she would put an Emily look-alike in my life, all right?

Rebecca: Oh, right, she really had people killed?

Nikolas: Yes. Charming, right?

Rebecca: Well, why don't you just turn her into the cops?

Nikolas: Because she has a particular gift for evading prosecution, amongst other things. Look, I tried to have her banished from my home, but like I told you, she knows all the secret ways in. I've even had to send my little boy away so she doesn't use him against me. Now, I know that you think Alexis and I are completely paranoid about this, but using you is not remotely implausible for Helena.

Rebecca: Oh, yeah, well, if you really believe that, then why waste your time explaining, huh? Why give me another chance to work you?

Nikolas: Because I want to believe you. I want to believe that you're not working for her, so much it scares me.

Rebecca: Look, I don't know what you and I are to each other, but I'm not going to be scared away by paranoia and false accusations.

Nikolas: Come here.

Alexis: Oh, nicely done. That was even better than the last one. Great performance. Helena would be very proud of you.

Jason: Are you sure you're okay?

Carly: Yeah, I'm -- you know, it's feeling a lot better. It is.

Jason: I know how much you want this baby, but there are other people to think about.

Carly: I have a good feeling about this. I do. If Dr. Lee tells me I have the blood disorder, I'm going to make it work.

Jason: When does Jax get home?

Carly: I don't know, and I don't want you telling him about this, Jason.

Jason: I think you need to make this decision with him.

Carly: Yeah, and you know he's going to err on the side of caution because he loves me, and that's why I can't even tell him about this.

Jason: Carly, that's not fair.

Carly: Yeah, well, I don't have anything to worry about until I take the test and I have the results. In fact, I'm not even going to tell him I'm pregnant until I can -- until I can look him in the eye and tell him that we're having a baby, and I'm healthy, and that he has nothing to worry about.

Luke: Even if Claudia did have something to do with ordering the hit, do you think she intended for Michael to get shot?

Sonny: I doubt it, but you know, whoever was calling the shots, I was the intended target.

Luke: Women. So how does it sit with you, sleeping next to a woman every night that you know at one time wanted you dead?

Sonny: Back then, the feeling was mutual. Once we got together, you know, we hated each other. Then it got worse.

Luke: But now it's changed?

Sonny: A little bit, I guess. I don't know.

Luke: Well, look. Suppose you find out the worst. Then you got Claudia's blood on your hands, and a certain hell will follow that, Sonny, so maybe you think you could chalk it up to a terrible, terrible accident? Let her live? Maybe just try to enjoy what it is she brings to the table?

Sonny: You tell me, Luke. What would you do if your kid took a bullet that was meant for you? Could you look at that person who was responsible and not want them dead?

Claudia: You're right about one thing, John. I can't just blurt out to Sonny that I'm pregnant. He has to discover it.

Johnny: Oh, you are dreaming, Claudia. There's no way. Sonny is seconds away from knowing the truth about you, and no matter how you think you can spin this pregnancy, Sonny's going to see it for what it actually is -- proof that you were involved in Michael's shooting and that you are desperate to save your life, desperate enough to create a child that Sonny doesn't even want, a child that shouldn't even exist. You know what that's like, Claudia. It's the way you grew up. You sure you want to repeat that cycle?

Claudia: I can make this work, John. I can. Sonny is not going to have any idea that this baby has anything to do with Michael. Just know I might need your help.

Matt: Okay, I'm in. Can you see the bleeder?

Patrick: Not yet. You know, if Mr. Flynn's condition hadn't deteriorated, he would have been an excellent candidate for fibrinolytic drug protocol.

Robin: Well, it's nice that you finally warmed up to my supportive drug therapies, Dr. Drake.

Patrick: Yeah.

Robin: But I am relieved that your surgical skills were available when Mr. Flynn needed them.

Matt: There's the hematoma.

Patrick: Okay, let's evacuate. Forceps. Okay, clamp it off.

Matt: I can't. The vessel's frayed.

Robin: He's tachycardic and his B.P.'s dropping.

Patrick: Clamp it.

Matt: I can't see it. There's too much blood.

Robin: Suction irrigation.

Elizabeth: B.P. is 80/50.

Epiphany: He certainly runs a v-tac.

Robin: Give him a 150 push and hang the blood wide open.

Matt: Nurse, suction here.

Robin: We're out of time. You got to find the bleeder.

Patrick: No, 30 seconds.

Nikolas: I appreciate your concern, but I can handle this myself.

Alexis: You are not handling it, Nikolas. You are obsessing over that clone that Helena has dropped in your lap.

Rebecca: You bitch.

Nikolas: That's enough.

Rebecca: But if you think I'm going to run out of here like I did last time, think again.

Nikolas: Wait, can we please calm down?

Alexis: I don't want to interfere in your life. I don't like doing it, but someone's got to, and I'm all you've got. Now you know better. Helena's minions cannot be trusted, and that woman is just phase one of what's going to be much, much worse for you.

Rebecca: Look, I get that your Nikolas' aunt. He explained why you're both so paranoid. I mean, I get it. The last time I checked, in this country, innocent until proven guilty.

Alexis: Is she honestly going to lecture me about the law? We knew something was up when you showed up here, looking exactly like Emily. Enter Helena, and it's obvious. She bought you, groomed you, and had whatever altered altered.

Rebecca: Oh, I was right. Insanity does run in your family.

Alexis: She knew that you would be vulnerable to somebody like her.

Nikolas: Alexis, you're making a lot of allegations without any proof here.

Alexis: You want proof?

Nikolas: Yes.

Alexis: I don't blame you. Really? Because let's see what we can find. See for yourself. That scar is from plastic surgery.

Jax: Carly, you home?

Carly: Jax, what are you doing home so soon?

Jax: Couldn't wait to see you.

Carly: I'll be right down.

Jax: Is it true? Are we having a baby?

Claudia: Yeah, I need an appointment right away.

Johnny: What appointment? What are you talking about?

Claudia: No, no, I am -- Iím fine. I'm just a little upset. That's all.  Um, yeah, I've already confirmed it.

Johnny: Wait a minute. Sonny's in the room, isn't he?

Claudia: My husband definitely doesn't want to have any more children, so I want to do it as soon as possible. There's just no way that I can keep this baby. I -- I have to have an abortion.
