Mac: I want cops at every intersection within four blocks of Queen of Angels, all right? Keep traffic moving. I want no-parking zones within a two-block radius. Tow first, write tickets later. 18:00 hours. I want everything in place immediately. My niece will not be stuck in traffic on the way to her wedding.
Robin: There's never any traffic at Queen of Angels at 6:00 in the evening.
Mac: I am not taking any chances.
Robin: I think you should help me put some stamps on these envelopes. It will make you feel better.
Mac: Robin, I have a lot of calls to make.
Robin: Uncle Mac, today is my wedding day. And everything is going to be perfect, so I think you should enjoy it with me.
Anna: Did I miss the wedding?
Maxie: Okay, once we've set all this stuff up, we really need to go in there and double check -- Spinelli, just -- wait, let me help you, okay? Sorry. I shouldn't have made you carry all this stuff when you don't have a spleen.
Spinelli: No, that's okay. The Jackal just became slightly off-balance. There's no need for concern.
Maxie: Good, because I really couldn't get through this wedding without you.
Olivia: Talk about gorgeous.
Patrick: How do you like it?
Olivia: I think I'm in love.
Ric: So where were you? Why didn't you show up?
Claudia: What are you talking about? Where? Oh, my -- Jake’s. I completely forgot. I'm sorry.
Ric: No, it's okay. I just waited up all night.
Claudia: Oh, no. You should have -- I should have called and let you I wasn't coming. I'm sorry.
Ric: So where were you?
Ric: Okay, fine, I'll bite. Doing what?
Claudia: Marrying Jason Morgan.
Jason: You need to know what happened last night.
Sonny: Andrei Karpov still breathing? You here to give me back the organization? Because if not, we're just going to waste time.
Jason: I almost married Claudia Zacchara to save you.
Olivia: This is really nice. How long you had it?
Patrick: It was my first major purchase after my residency.
Olivia: You mind?
Patrick: No, go ahead.
Olivia: Oh, nice. 340, V8, very old-school. You got a carbureted engine, much better than fuel-injection. I take it you've got no restrictor plate in there?
Patrick: I stay off the super speedways.
Olivia: Fairly good idea. What kind of horsepower you got?
Patrick: Depends how I'm running -- 500, 600.
Olivia: Oh, nice.
Patrick: You a mechanic?
Olivia: No, no. My dad and my brothers all were. If they got swamped, I'd help them out.
Patrick: Wow, I'm impressed.
Olivia: You ever race around here?
Patrick: Yeah, there's a track just outside of town.
Olivia: You ever run Watkins Glen?
Patrick: Before med school, yeah.
Olivia: That's a tough course.
Patrick: Yeah, it is.
Olivia: It's almost as bad as the Cross Bronx Expressway.
Patrick: You race?
Olivia: No, no. My brothers and I used to do go-karts when I was a little kid, but I always preferred fixing cars to actually driving them. Something very relaxing to me about opening up a hood, solving a problem.
Patrick: Especially if solving the problem is going to make it faster.
Olivia: Did you drive this thing over here?
Patrick: Well, it's not exactly street-legal, but I figured I'd get behind the wheel one more time before I get married and put it up for sale.
Olivia: Keep talking like that, you're not going to stay married very long.
Anna: Oh, I'm so sorry. I should never have taken this assignment. You know, I mean, the office promised me it was only going to be 12 hours and, of course, that was days ago --
Robin: I understand.
Anna: And they never lifted the security blackout until today, so I couldn't tell you anything about it. But I managed to see your dad.
Anna: And he looks so much stronger. And he sends his love and he's so proud and yada yada.
Robin: Mom, Mom, take a breath.
Anna: Yes, I know.
Robin: Okay, everything's fine. I talked to Dad twice already today.
Anna: You did?
Anna: Yeah, he wants a blow-by-blow description of the ceremony, everything. Thank God I made it.
Robin: The ceremony isn't until tonight. We have hours, so just relax.
Anna: Okay, isn't there a lot to do though? Where's your dress? Can I see your dress? I want to see your dress.
Robin: It's at the church.
Anna: Oh, okay. What about your hair? I can't do your hair. You know, I'm horrible with hair, I mean, clearly.
Robin: Elizabeth is doing my hair and Maxie is doing everything else, so all we have to do is just show up and have a good time.
Mac: I don't care about the mayor's golf tournament. I want uniforms in place.
Anna: I can't believe it. My little girl is getting married.
Robin: Mm, not so little at the moment.
Anna: Oh, you're gorgeous.
Mac: All right, I'll be there. Look, there's a problem with the security detail. Don't leave until I get back. Anna, great to see you.
Anna: Nice to see you.
Robin: Bye. Security detail?
Anna: What would we have ever done without Uncle Mac? He loves you so much. Maybe I should help him with security --
Anna: At least it's something constructive.
Robin: It's cool. Everything is cool.
Anna: At least one of us is calm, right?
[Robin and Anna laugh]
Robin: Marrying Patrick is the best decision I've ever made. I don't think I've ever been happier in my life.
Maxie: I really want these flowers to be perfect. Not that I'm a perfectionist, it's just this will probably be Robin's one and only wedding. What do you think?
Spinelli: Um --
Maxie: I liked them so much better the way before. I'm glad Robin got out of the way and let me handle planning the wedding, because she can be a real control freak. She's been incredibly calm, though, but before, she was driving me insane.
Spinelli: Uh, indeed.
Maxie: Okay, what else? I think I'm going to lose some of the ribbon. Maybe. Less is more. That's what Kate always says, and I do believe it's true. What are you looking at?
Spinelli: The Jackal was simply observing that one day, Maximista is going to make a most beautiful bride.
Maxie: Oh, Spinelli, that's so sweet of you to say, but I seriously doubt that I'll be getting married.
Ric: Why do you want to be in the middle of Sonny, Jason, and your father?
Claudia: I have some serious power now. It's actually kind of a rush.
Ric: Yeah, only because Anthony wants something from you.
Claudia: So? Power is power, Ric. Come on, you're the also-ran in your family, too. You should be able to identify with me.
Ric: Yeah, which is exactly why I know that you're buying in to Anthony’s game.
Claudia: Ric, let's face it. I am Daddy's game. Are you really this angry at me because I forgot to call you?
Ric: Oh, come on.
Claudia: Because what would I have said anyway? "Sorry Ricky, I can't make it tonight because I have to go marry the man you hate more than anybody else in the world."
Ric: Okay, whose idea was it?
Claudia: What difference does it make?
Ric: Meaning it was yours.
Claudia: It was all just a lesson in futility anyway, because all we did was scare the bejeebees out of this little minister and his wife, and it was just a big game of chicken.
Ric: What did your game accomplish, exactly?
Claudia: I wanted to see how far Jason would go to protect Sonny.
Ric: Who's protecting you, Claudia, huh? Who's protecting you? You have the most to lose here. Don't you even see that?
Claudia: Not if I play it right.
Ric: Would you have married Jason?
Claudia: I thought so, yeah. I mean, at least that was my intention when we first started out, but then I realized he didn't have any intention of marrying me. He was hoping to pay me to leave town.
Ric: And you turned him down.
Claudia: Running is not an option for me. You know it. Which means sooner or later, I'm going to have to marry your brother.
Jason: Claudia came to me and she told me that Anthony offered you his entire organization, but you have to marry her to close the deal.
Sonny: I turned him down. It's -- it's ridiculous.
Jason: Sonny, I know how bad you want Karpov. I can see you convincing yourself to take this deal.
Sonny: I can't go after Karpov on my own. You should have taken a deal. That way, you and Claudia would be married, I'd be locked out of the Zacchara organization as well as my own. You'd be running both. That's what you want, isn't it?
Jason: I never wanted to be against you.
Sonny: You say that, but actions speak louder than words. Look what you've done. You help Carly take my son. And now when I need the organization more than ever, you won't do what needs to be done.
Jason: You know you that cannot trust the Zaccharas, right? You know that.
Sonny: I know I can't trust the Zaccharas, but you're putting me in a position where I'm starting not to trust you.
Jason: Yeah, but Anthony is going to use the situation to provoke a war that could bring us all down. He wants us to be against each other.
Sonny: You think I don't know that? Why are you telling me something I know?
Jason: Because I want to protect you from the Zaccharas, to buy you some time to think. That's why I almost married Claudia.
Sonny: You want me to tell you what "almost married" really means? You're standing at the altar watching the most beautiful woman you've ever seen walk down the aisle toward you, right? And you realize that you have been given a priceless gift. You love this woman. You've loved her for a long time. And as she's walking toward you, it -- for the first time in a long time, it starts to make sense. You understand that everything, good or bad, has lead up to this moment. And you convince yourself that, you know, everything is going to be fine, that you're going to be with this woman forever. So she's standing right in front of you, she looks in your eyes, and at first, the sound doesn't make sense. And then she collapses right in front of you, and you've got blood on your hands from a shot. That's what "almost" means.
Jason: Making a deal with the Zaccharas, it's not going to change anything, Sonny.
Sonny: I didn't make a deal with the Zaccharas. I turned down Claudia.
Jason: Then walk away. Don't let the Zaccharas pull you in.
Sonny: Okay, you've got to understand something. Whatever I decide to do is for the protection of everybody. Yes, I don't trust the Zaccharas, but I may find out what makes them tick. You don't want to help me, so I'm going to handle it the way I handle it and you're going to handle it the way you handle it. And at the end, if we're on opposite sides, so be it.
Claudia: Is this a bad time?
Kate: Go away.
Claudia: Are you up for a little chat, woman to woman?
Kate: I have nothing to say to you.
Claudia: Yeah, well, I'm going to need some insight before I marry Sonny.
Kate: Um, wow. So I'm going to wake up any moment, right, and this is all going to be a bad hospital nightmare and you're going to be gone.
Claudia: Sorry to disappoint you, but you've been missing out on a lot being cooped up in here. You know, my father -- my father offered to let Sonny run the Zacchara organization, but here's the kicker -- Sonny has to marry me first.
Kate: You really are delusional.
Claudia: I just hope my wedding to Sonny goes better than yours did.
Olivia: So what's the plan? You gonna park this baby out here and hope someone's going to buy it?
Olivia: Not that you actually want to sell it. You know, marriage isn't supposed to mean giving up the thing you love most. It's supposed to be adding to it.
Patrick: Yeah, I don't think driving 143 miles an hour around a track fits with getting married and having a baby on the way.
Olivia: Did Robin tell you to quit?
Patrick: She would never do that. Just, you know, accidents can happen. I don't think it's very responsible of me.
Olivia: You a decent driver?
Patrick: I learned a long time ago that without my hands, I don't have a career. So I drive fast, but I'm careful.
Olivia: So why quit?
Patrick: Hard to justify the time.
Olivia: What, are you going to join NASCAR now? You're going to be part of the chase?
Patrick: Well, no, I just like to race. Spent a lot of time at the track with my dad when I was growing up.
Olivia: You want to deprive your child of that connection? You give this up, sooner or later you're going to start resenting Robin and the baby for it.
Patrick: It's not their fault.
Olivia: Would you even be thinking about quitting if you weren't getting married? Look, all I'm saying is don't give up the thing you love most just because you're making some big changes in your life. Keep racing.
Patrick: That's pretty wise for someone who's never been married.
Olivia: Yeah, I'm just an objective observer. You know, just be honest. Be grateful for everything in your life, and you'll wind up happy enough in the end.
Anna: I'm sorry I missed all the festivities. Looks like it was fun.
Robin: Yeah, it was a lot of fun. It was just, um, nothing much, though, just a surprise bridal shower-slash-wedding shower at Jake’s.
Robin: But, I mean, Patrick and I have been working non-stop just so that we can have time to take off after the wedding.
Anna: You haven't been overdoing it, have you?
Robin: Please. Uncle Mac has been hovering enough for the both of you.
Anna: I'm sorry. I know it's ridiculous to be nervous, especially me. I mean, I'm not the pregnant one about to marry Mr. Heartthrob of General Hospital. My daughter is marrying a doctor.
Robin: Mom, I happen to be a doctor, too.
Anna: I know. I'm just being old-fashioned. I can't help it. It's so great. Wow. Sometimes I look at you and I -- I forget you're all grown up. I mean, I remember being pregnant with you. You know, I was all fat and I loved you so much and I wanted to give you the best life I possibly could.
Robin: You did.
Anna: Yeah. I mean, I suppose that all mothers, you know, imagine their daughter's wedding day. But now it's here and you're all so beautiful and accomplished and about to bring your own daughter into the world. Somehow, it just feels like a total surprise.
Maxie: You know, I would always picture the perfect wedding. Not for me, but for my mom and Mac. He loved her so much. I always wanted them to get married so that we could be a family. They did eventually get married. It was a double-wedding with two people that you don't know, Kevin and Lucy. I still think something weird was going on behind the scenes, but I was happy. And I got to wear a really pretty dress. Georgie and I gave our mom the blue ribbons from our hair for her bouquet. You know, something blue.
Spinelli: Yes, I am aware of the tradition.
Maxie: She looked so beautiful that day. And I believed everything she said. She said her heart would always belong to Mac, that he was her wisdom and her hope. They got married and I thought we would be a family forever. Less than a year later, she started having an affair with Luke Spencer and she left us. Their wedding meant nothing.
Spinelli: The Jackal has been long aware of that Maximista carries great pain.
Maxie: I hate my mom. I really do, but I'm just like her.
Spinelli: No. I have to disagree most vehemently.
Maxie: She's a liar, she's unfaithful, she makes terrible choices just like me. So I promised myself a long time ago that I would never hurt anyone the way my mom hurt Mac or Georgie or me, so I'll never get married.
Sonny: Oh, are you here to give me brotherly love? Because I really would like that.
Ric: Don't marry Claudia. Don't even consider it.
Sonny: Who told you?
Ric: Claudia did, okay? It's a bad idea, Sonny. It's an insane idea.
Sonny: Is Anthony upset that you're here undercutting him?
Ric: Look, I'll handle Anthony, okay? Right now, my main concern is Claudia.
Sonny: Don't worry about it. I turned him down.
Ric: Sonny, we both know this is his first step in the negotiation. You're just trying -- you want to make him sweat a little bit. I know you, Sonny. You need Anthony Zacchara and his organization in order to bring down Karpov. So at some point, you will have to make a compromise. All I'm saying is, don't involve Claudia.
Sonny: What is this really about, Ric? You don't want me to run the organization because you think I'm going to do better than you, or you don't want me with Claudia?
Kate: There is absolutely no way that Sonny would even consider marrying you. He despises you.
Claudia: Yeah, but he's hot for me at the same time, and that's a powerful combination. Come on, he's never forgotten that night between us. He's always wanted more. He just couldn't admit it.
Kate: You know that everyone has moved on from that night, right? Except for you.
Claudia: I wouldn't be so sure about that, sweetheart. Because I can offer Sonny more than sex now. I can offer him power. Real power. And there is nothing sexier to Sonny than power.
Kate: Yes, Claudia. But if that power comes from you, I can assure you he's not interested.
Claudia: Really? Where is Sonny now, by the way? I just think he'd be sitting right here next to you. But maybe he just wanted to see if he could get a social climber like yourself to drop everything in her life for him. He could. He did. He's gone.
Kate: You know nothing about me and Sonny.
Claudia: You know what I know? You can't touch what I can offer him -- the entire Zacchara empire and red hot sex. Sure, first he has to say no. He has to act noble. But I promise you something, at the end of the day, he's mine.
Olivia: Get the hell away from my cousin.
Jason: Just make sure everyone stays on the job, okay? We don't need anything to escalate. Spinelli's not here.
Maxie: I know. I came to talk to you and it won't take long. Do you think you could put that away?
Jason: What -- what do you need, Maxie?
Maxie: It just really creeps me out.
Jason: I got a lot to do today, okay?
Maxie: Is that why you refuse to go to Patrick and Robin's wedding, because you have to whack someone? That's rude.
Jason: Robin understands why I'm not going to her wedding.
Robin: Because Robin is a wonderful, understanding person who gives you permission to be selfish and inconsiderate, but I do not.
Maxie: Okay? That's it?
Jason: Yeah, that's it. I'm really busy.
Maxie: How many weddings do you think Robin is going to have? I mean, this isn't like Carly, who gets married every five minutes so if you skip out on one, it's not that big of a deal. This is probably the only wedding Robin's ever going to have.
Jason: I understand that.
Maxie: And you've been a huge part of her life. By some miracle, you managed to show Robin compassion and empathy and love when she needed it. I just think you should be there with her when she marries Patrick.
Sonny: I'm not going to marry Claudia unless it's to get what I want. Besides, it's a chump deal. It's -- it was worked up by, you know, an old man. And I'm telling you, Anthony is not stable. Because if he were, he wouldn't be putting his daughter in this situation. I don't want any part of it.
Ric: Well, I hope that's true.
Sonny: I'm going to figure out another way to work this out.
Ric: Well, he needs your expertise, your -- as much, if not more, than you need his. Look, as somebody close to the situation, Sonny, I can assure you that Anthony will eventually cave.
Sonny: Why don't you -- why don't you marry her?
Sonny: No, no, I'm -- if you -- I'm dead serious. You convince Anthony that you can run the organization and cut me out completely.
Ric: We know that's not going to happen, right? Look, all I'm saying is that she's been through enough with this family. She's not as tough as she seems. Just do me a favor -- stay away from her.
Olivia: You get the hell out of this room.
Claudia: Aren't you going to tell your cousin why I'm here?
Olivia: You're the trashy, psycho daughter of a psycho mob boss. Why would I listen to a word that came out of your mouth?
Claudia: You're both going to have to treat me with a lot more respect when I'm Mrs. Sonny Corinthos. Think about it.
Olivia: Don't worry about it honey, okay? Don't listen to a word she says. She's a crazy nut-job.
Kate: Okay, well, that crazy nut-job claims she's going to marry Sonny.
Jason: I'm -- I'm happy for Robin. That's why I don't want to risk bringing any danger or violence to her wedding.
Maxie: I seriously doubt that anyone will start shooting up Robin's wedding. And you don't have to remind me about what happened to Kate, because that was a totally different situation.
Jason: I still don't want to put Robin at risk.
Maxie: Do you not get this? I was around for the whole Stone thing. I saw how much Robin loved him, and then he died right in front of her. And somehow you were able to help her move on with her life. I think that if it wasn’t for you, Robin might not have even tried that HIV drug cocktail.
Jason: Well, she's done a lot for me, too.
Maxie: My point exactly. Come on, Jason. This is the one night you can help Robin celebrate the life she made for herself. You should really be there. Don't mess it up.
Anna: I know today is really not the day for regrets or anything, but if I could do it over --
Robin: Mom, don't do that because we can't do anything over. I mean, all we really have is now.
Anna: I know, I know. I know that. But as mother of the bride, um, I'm allowed to look back on my daughter's wedding day -- it's written down. It's like a rule, okay? So I am allowed to treasure all my memories and be so grateful for the time that we did spend together. I'll always be sorry that I wasn't there to support you when Stone died and that I wasn't there for you when you found out you had HIV. Because taking care of you was my responsibility, and I did let you down.
Robin: I made it through because of you. I mean, because of your courage and because of your strength. You taught me to live my life no matter what, and that's exactly what I did. And now I'm looking forward to a life with the man that I love and my child. And maybe we did miss some important times, but you're here now, and that's all that matters to me. I couldn't be happier, Mom.
Olivia: They took Connie in for tests.
Sonny: What do you mean? When is she going to be back? What are you mad about?
Olivia: Mad does not even begin to describe it.
Sonny: Are you going to tell me or you just going to --
Olivia: Don't you got someplace else you got to be?
Sonny: No. I'm not leaving here until I see Kate.
Olivia: Oh, yeah, when she gets here, you going to tell her any news? I mean, you got anything interesting that you'd like to share with her?
Sonny: What is your problem?
Olivia: Claudia Zacchara was just in this freaking room. She told Connie that she's going to marry you.
Claudia: Hi, Daddy.
Anthony: Oh, such a greeting. What are you up to?
Claudia: I've been thinking.
Anthony: Oh, never a good sign.
Claudia: You know, I think Daddy really does know what's best. It's a little medieval, but after much consideration, I understand why I have to marry Sonny and I'll do it.
Anthony: I knew you'd do what's best for the family once you thought it through.
Claudia: You're going to have to make some concessions, of course.
Anthony: There are no concessions. You'll do what you're told.
Claudia: Why? Why would I? I'm -- I'm sorry, better question -- what's in it for me?
Anthony: No, the better question you should be asking is, what will happen if you disobey me?
Claudia: That's funny. Yeah, see, Daddy, there's not going to be anymore of that. There's not going to be any more threatening me, threatening to send me back to Italy or tampering with my car. Because for the first time in my entire life, you need me, and I'm going to work that to the best advantage I can.
Anthony: You're just like your mother. You're trying to take over. You don't know your place.
Claudia: I'm nothing like my mother. I'm like you. I like to set up situations just to see what will happen. And even you've had to admit that I'm smart and treacherous.
Anthony: You're a disgrace.
Claudia: You really need for this marriage to happen, don't you? And soon. Otherwise, you would have been a lot more subtle. That was a mistake, by the way, showing me that card. Because your plan, it's inherently flawed. I'm your only daughter. If I choose to refuse to marry Sonny, then your plan is dead. It's gone. So that means I'm going to be calling the shots from now on, and you are going to be nice to me -- and I mean real nice. You're going to treat me with respect. Otherwise, no deal and no Sonny.
Epiphany: Why aren't you at home getting ready for the wedding?
Patrick: I have plenty of time. Don't worry about it.
Epiphany: After all that you put this staff through, you need to be at home getting ready for your wedding, getting dressed like a man who is about to make the biggest commitment of his life -- on time.
Patrick: Huh, look at that. I forgot my watch in my locker.
Epiphany: That's not funny. Dr. Hunter?
Matt: Is there a problem?
Epiphany: I just didn't recognize you without all that scruff on your face. You almost look like a doctor -- almost.
Matt: Hey, Patrick, aren't you supposed to be getting married?
Patrick: Okay, you guys, I have lots of time. I'll be all right.
Matt: I, uh, didn't expect to get an invitation.
Patrick: Yeah, Robin wanted to invite you. I told her that you wouldn't come, but --
Matt: Yeah, well, you got that right.
Robin: Wow, wow, wow. I never thought I'd actually do this.
Anna: God knows you fought it hard enough.
Robin: Thank you, by the way, for being patient with me. If it wasn't for you, for my family and my friends who are all being patient, I probably would have never opened my heart to Patrick and realized that I could have a future with him.
Anna: You're going to have a brilliant future.
Robin: You know what? I'm actually really glad that Patrick and I got all of the kind of messy, bad stuff out of the way, and now we can just get married and have a baby and look forward to the good things.
Anna: That must be a great feeling.
Robin: Yeah. I'm not going to second guess it anymore. I'm just going to be grateful. I'm not going to examine it when I'm happy, try to push it away, try to figure it all out. I'm just going to relax and just be happy.
Anna: You really are, and always have been, an extraordinary daughter.
Robin: I love you so much, Mom.
Anna: I love you more.
Maxie: No, no, no, no. No crying.
Maxie: I didn't bring anything for puffy eyes.
Robin: Okay, calm down. Everything's fine -- just calm.
Maxie: Oh, calm down. Okay, you want me toe calm? Then I will calmly tell you that you should calmly get dressed and make your way to the church, or you're going to miss your wedding and then I won't be calm.
Robin: I don't understand why I have to change my clothes here when I'm just going to get into my wedding dress the minute I get there.
Maxie: Because that's how it's done. Anna, your dress is at Robin’s.
Anna: Okay, I'll go to Robin’s.
Mac: Have one of the uniforms take you. They're outside.
Robin: Why is the limo surrounded by squad cars?
Mac: I told you. Nothing is going to hold you up on your way to the church.
Robin: Don't you think that is just a tad over the top?
Maxie: Why shouldn't Mac stop traffic? I think it's brilliant.
Mac: Just doing my job.
Spinelli: The Jackal reporting for duty.
Anna: Oh, my gosh. Is that Spinelli?
Spinelli: Oh, greetings, kick butt mother of the bride.
Anna: You clean up surprisingly well.
Spinelli: Oh, a gracious thanks, adventurous one.
Maxie: I am really glad that you're here.
Robin: So, everything's under control.
Maxie: Yeah. Transportation, bride's dress, shoes, decorations, mother of the bride, Mac -- perfect.
Anna: Um, isn't there something missing, just one thing?
Anna: Does anyone know where Patrick is?
Robin: Oh, well, it's the job of the best man to bring the groom to the church.
Maxie: Which probably means he's passed out at Jake’s with Coleman. Spinelli, as the wedding coordinator, I'm officially putting you in charge of making sure that the groom gets to the church on time. Do whatever it takes.
Robin: Maxie, relax. Patrick will be there on time.
Epiphany: The labs should be up in about a half an hour. You're going to have to check on that skull fracture in room 1014. I assigned a nurse to him, but then I don't know if --
Matt: Nurse Johnson, I am the doctor. That means I get to give the orders.
Epiphany: Well, by all means, don't allow me to stand in your way. I need to go home and get ready for the wedding, anyway. What are you -- what are you still doing here?
Patrick: Picking up my charts.
Epiphany: You can't be serious. You can't be bothered to go home and get ready for your own wedding?
Patrick: I have plenty of time to do my rounds and get ready for my wedding.
Epiphany: Why are you so determined to tempt fate?
Olivia: You gonna tell me again how you're not going to marry Claudia, or maybe you want to wait and tell your other fiancée?
Sonny: I'm going to make sure Claudia never comes near Kate again.
Olivia: That's fine, Sonny, but first, you tell me that Claudia was lying.
Sonny: I have no intention of marrying Claudia. I can't stand the woman.
Olivia: You can stand her, Sonny. She's the means to an end for you.
Sonny: She's probably running her mouth all over town at this point.

I've had to fight for every damn thing I've ever gotten in this family, and now you are going to fight for my cooperation.
