Patrick: Nikolas? Okay, we need to get him sedated and into a treatment --
Elizabeth: Wait -- he's remembering.
Patrick: Elizabeth, we can't --
Elizabeth: Just a minute, please. He's seeing who killed Emily.
Nikolas' voice: You have to leave.
Nikolas: I can't protect you anymore. You can't stay here!
Emily: Nikolas, I never should've left you.
Nikolas: Don't you understand? I'm the one who --
Emily: No, Nikolas, you would never hurt me!
Nikolas: But you have to leave! You have to leave right now!
Emily: No, no, I'm staying here! Nikolas, I'm staying here.
Nikolas: Do you understand me?
Emily: Nikolas! Ah.
Nikolas: Emily? Get up, Emily, please.
Lulu: What is this? Stay away from me! Stay away from me. Tell me what this is.
Logan: It's a piggyback device so you can leave --
Lulu: So you can leave untraceable text messages?
Logan: Lulu, let me -- let me explain.
Lulu: Oh, my God! Oh, my God, they were right -- you are the text message killer.
Johnny: Hey, either of you seen Lulu?
Spinelli: No, but we have seen your sister, and the Jackal's eyes are burning with hotness.
Johnny: You're looking up pictures of my sister on the internet, you sick son of --
Jason: Hey, hey. Just leave him alone.
Sonny: Skye Quartermaine and -- I don't know, whatever she calls herself -- she didn't just vanish into thin air. Find her, she has something I want. Whew.
Claudia: So there are things you want.
Claudia: Good thing I didn't come empty-handed.
Sonny: What are you doing here?
Claudia: Oh, I know you're a lot of things, especially in bed, but I don't think naive is one of them.
Sonny: I don't see a bed here -- do you?
Claudia: I don't need a bed. Who needs a bed? Do you need a bed?
Jax: Carly! Oh, my -- are you okay?
Carly: I don't know. Man. I was just walking by and I got really queasy and then my legs gave out.
Jax: You sure you weren't hit?
Carly: Hit by what? What are you doing here?
Jax: I came here to look at the -- the property with you. I just heard a gunshot. Are you sure you're okay?
Michael: Oh, my God.
Sonny: We're not doing this.
Claudia: Huh. I thought we were doing just fine.
Sonny: Why here, why now?
Claudia: Why do we need a special reason?
Sonny: You're Claudia Zacchara, I'm Sonny Corinthos -- it doesn't work that way.
Claudia: Come on, just think if you had said that the first night -- all the fun we would've missed out on? Would that have made it hotter for you?
Sonny: Huh. If I didn't know any better, I'd figure you knew who I was that night we met. But then I saw the look on your face that you tried to hide when you walked into the meeting with the five families.
Claudia: Well, I he a lot of other surprises for you.
Sonny: That's what I'm worried about.
Patrick: Okay, this is enough. We can't let this go on.
Elizabeth: He could come out of this remembering who killed Emily.
Patrick: Or he could die.
Ian: What the hell is wrong with you people?
Nikolas: I can almost -- I can almost see it. Let me -- let me see it.
Ian: I need to get two milligrams of lorazepam and two and a half milligrams of haloperidol. Don't just stand there. We need to get him stable in a treatment room and on a gurney -- stat! Get a couple of orderlies if you have to, but get moving. Go!
Elizabeth: Wait, wait. He's seeing his fiancťeís death; he's seeing who really killed her.
Ian: Yeah? And if he keeps on seeing it this way, he won't see anything else ever again.
Nikolas: Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh.
Logan: I'm not the killer, Lulu.
Lulu: Everything, all this stuff says that you are. Spinelli and Maxie think that you are.
Logan: Why would you listen to them about anything?
Lulu: I didn't want to. I -- I -- I told Spinelli he was being ridiculous and I just came here --
Logan: To prove them wrong?
Lulu: To prove them wrong.
Logan: Why should you believe me? You want to think the worst of me anyway -- it makes the decision to run back to Johnny that much easier.
Lulu: The only place that I'm going to is the police.
Logan: No, I can't let you go.
Logan: Lulu -- shh, shh -- quiet!
Lulu: Oh, oh.
Logan: All right? It's not going to do you any good to scream -- just listen. One of the neighbors is on vacation; the other one's as deaf as a post, so just hear me out, okay?
Lulu: Oh, let me go.
Logan: Just -- I can't, I can't, not until you calm down and let me explain, all right? It was not supposed to happen like this.
Lulu: Like what?
Logan: Any of this -- it was not supposed to happen like this!
Lulu: I'm sure it wasnít.
Logan: Look, listen to me; I can explain everything that's in here, okay? I just -- I need you to tell me what you think you know.
Lulu: Why should I?
Logan: Because I cannot defend myself unless know why you think I'm guilty -- just tell me.
Lulu: What do you want me to tell you?
Logan: Just start with why Maxie and Spinelli think it's me.
Lulu: Because they think that Coop was on to the real killer and that's why he was murdered, and you were the last person to see him alive, and they found your dog tags in his room. Why were your dog tags in his room?
Logan: Because -- Coop found them in the park where Georgie was murdered.
Johnny: What do you want with Claudia anyway?
Jason: I had Spinelli look up your sister. Sonny met her at the meeting.
Johnny: What meeting?
Jason: She called the meeting with the five families -- you didn't know?
Johnny: Looks like Trevorís working her over already.
Jason: Okay, I've only -- I've met her now twice and I'm starting to wonder who's working who.
Johnny: Okay, right now, Claudia and Trevor can feed on each other and choke for all I care. I need to know -- have either of you seen Lulu?
Spinelli: Um -- yes. The fair one was here and she left most distressed.
Johnny: Distressed, what -- what do you mean, "distressed"?
Spinelli: I -- I couldn't stop myself. I wanted to warn her of all the things that Jackal, P.I., and the wounded blond one had found in their search for the text message killer.
Jason: Okay, and what -- what did you tell her?
Spinelli: That we think Logan could be the killer?
Jason: You -- you said that without proof, Spinelli?
Maxie: Ah, Spinelli? We were right -- Loganís the killer.
Ian: Call Nuclear Medicine, find out how long it will take to set up a P.E.T. scan and follow him to Radiology. I want an M.R.I. with contrast and make sure they push him to the front of the line and get those studies back to me stat -- now, nurse! Pretend like you work in a hospital and move.
Patrick: Ian, Nikolas is my patient.
Ian: Well, then maybe you should've been acting more like a doctor instead of a tabloid reporter trying to bleed a juicy story out of him.
Robin: You're not being fair to Patrick.
Ian: Do you really think that what you were doing to that man, your friend, was fair? What was one of the first lessons of medicine that we were taught? "First, do no harm," and what you were doing was causing harm to that patient. Medicine is an obligation, it is a sacred trust, and you are obligated to act in the best interests of the patient. That means that your decision making is free from emotional involvement or any distraction that distorts your judgment, their best interests meaning you -- you administer care to a patient without asking for their insurance card or their bank account before you pick them up off the floor -- their best interest, so that you pledge to act without involving yourself in petty hospital politics about which doctor gets to cut to the head of the line to play the hero.
Elizabeth: But Nikolas has blamed himself for Emilyís death, and for him to realize that he didn't do it --
Ian: Yeah, will serve no one including his young son if he does. No matter how important his self-realization might be, it's meaningless if he does. Get our priorities straight. Our purpose here is to practice medicine, not indulge in wishful thinking.
Robin: Devlin was way out of line.
Elizabeth: Has he always been like that?
Patrick: No. Something's changed -- I don't know what it is, though.
Jerry: Hello. It appears that a lot has happen since I last saw you. I can only apologize and hope that --
Alexis: Don't you dare apologize to me because there is nothing that you can say that will excuse what you did.
Carly: Are you sure you heard a gunshot? I mean, I must've passed out first. Maybe it was a car backfiring or something.
Jax: No, no, it was a gunshot. Here, sit down. Take some weight off your feet.
Jax: Are you going to be okay here for a little while?
Carly: Yeah, I'm fine.
Jax: I'm just going to take a look around, okay?
Carly: No, donít.
Sonny: What do you want here?
Claudia: I think that's pretty obvious.
Sonny: Your body's obvious. Your mind is something else. So are these games you're playing. We're not two strangers who went bump into the night anymore. You called a meeting of the five families. You're Anthony Zacchara's daughter.
Claudia: I have my own identity. It has nothing to do with my father or anything he's done in his life.
Sonny: His blood is in you, and his lust for power's in you, and -- and maybe his madness is in you, too.
Claudia: My father wasn't always crazy.
Sonny: How did you come into this world?
Claudia: Controllable. But I'm in the fast lane now, and a good rush is as good as a hit of oxygen.
Sonny: Like your brother?
Claudia: Nothing like my brother. I'm not like my father. I'm not like anybody you've ever met. I'm especially not like that bloodless stick Kate Howard.
Jason's voice: Holding a gun doesn't make you a man.
Sonny's voice: You don't come near a gun, that's final.
Jason's voice: If you take a life, you have no idea -- Sonny's voice: If I ever see you with your hands near a gun, you'd better turn and keep running.
Carly: No, I don't want you walking around; I just want you to take me home, okay?
Jax: No, no, no, I'm going to take you straight to General Hospital, have you checked out. I'm not taking any chances with you or the baby. Come on.
Logan: I was in the park the night Georgie was killed.
Lulu: That, I believe.
Logan: Lulu, I didn't kill Georgie. I had no reason to kill her.
Lulu: She thought she was on to Coop, and we were all there in Kellyís, but she was baiting you on, trying to get a reaction about the woman who was strangled overseas. She had no idea how close to the real killer she was. And you lied to her -- you said that you didn't know anything.
Logan: No! You lied to me. You lied to me! You lied to me that night at Kellyís, you lied to me down at the pier, you lied to me about Elizabeth -- just so you could go be with Johnny! Now, that night, I was ticked. I was. I went to the park. I was hating my life. I -- I was hating the fact that Scott abandoned me and my mother, that I joined the army because I had something to prove. What I had seen over there -- I ripped the dog tags off and I threw them on the ground, I walked out of the park.
Lulu: What about Georgie?
Logan: I never saw Georgie, Lulu. All right? I never saw her, but Coop did. Okay? He grabbed her; he tried to get her out of the park. She freaked out on him. She scratched him. That's where the D.N.A. came from. That's why he stole the test.
Lulu: Maxie was right. Coop was innocent.
Logan: Yes, he was, but he didn't think anybody would believe him.
Lulu: But you did, and that's why you murdered him.
Logan: Oh, God.
Lulu: It wasn't enough that -- that -- that you couldn't keep him quiet about finding the dog tags and implicating you, but you had the perfect scapegoat for all of your murders.
Logan: Why? Why then would I go attack Alexis?
Lulu: I don't know, maybe because you can't help yourself. You're very, very sick, obviously. And you saw Georgie and Coop in the park, and then you went back to kill her, just like you killed Emily, and -- and you killed Leticia, and you tried to kill Maxie!
Logan: I didn't kill any of them. I didn't touch them!
Lulu: How do you explain these?
Maxie: Okay, so Spinelli and I found this pill in Coop's room, but we couldn't identify it, so I took it to Robin. She didn't know what it was, but there was this new doctor who works at the hospital. He said it was like some sort of experimental pill for people with bad livers or something.
Spinelli: Well, I mean, the crabby commando could be hepatically challenged. I mean, it would certainly explain his bilious nature.
Jason: That does not prove anything.
Maxie: Wait, I'm not done yet. The doctor also said this pill -- it, like, pumps up your energy. And when you take it, it makes your skin smell sweet. And when I was attacked, that's all I could remember. That the guy -- he smelled sweet.
Spinelli: So whoever's taking the pill --
Johnny: Could be the killer.
Jason: That does -- that does not make it Logan.
Johnny: Why are you defending him?
Jason: I'm not. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt like I gave you.
Elizabeth: Hey, it's me.
Jason: What's going on?
Elizabeth: I just thought you should know, Nikolas had a seizure. He said he was seeing who really killed Emily.
Emily: Do you know what happened to you?
Nikolas: No. I just started seeing these awful images of you from that night when you were killed.
Emily: But you didn't do it, did you?
Nikolas: No. No, I didn't kill you.
Nadine: Do you remember who did?
Claudia: I've never understood the attraction to women like Kate Howard.
Sonny: You don't know anything about Kate Howard.
Claudia: I know that the two of you were bust, or you wouldn't have been looking to get lucky in that cocktail lounge.
Sonny: I wasn't looking for anything.
Claudia: Really? You could've fooled me.
Sonny: Get your coat.
Claudia: It's hot in here. You don't feel that? What are you doing?
Sonny: Max! Get in here.
Max: What can I do for you, boss?
Sonny: Yeah, this is Claudia -- she's hot.
Sonny: That's not what I meant.
Max: I'm sorry.
Sonny: Are there a lot of people in the coffee shop right now?
Max: Yes, boss, it's busy.
Sonny: Okay, I want you to -- I want you to see Ms. Zacchara to her car.
Max: Yes, boss.
Sonny: No, no, no, no, no. I want you to wait, give her her coat when she gets outside, because we don't want Ms. Zacchara to get overheated.
Claudia: You wouldn't dare.
Sonny: I don't want you anywhere near here. I don't want you, because I don't want your tongue suddenly down my throat and a knife in my back.
Claudia: I don't have to be in knife-throwing distance to take you down.
Claudia: That wasn't a warning, by the way. There won't be a warning.
Alexis: You agreed to keep your eyes on my daughter in her hospital bed while I took a break. But you didnít. You vanished, you disappeared. You want to know what happened while you did that? Some maniac came in and tried to kill her. Then he showed up on my deck and scared the hell out of my other daughter, who's now walking around in a catatonic state. So you have a lot of nerve thinking you can walk in here and apologize to me like you left me in the middle of a movie before it ended, because whatever excuses you come up with won't cut it.
Jerry: I was burying someone, Alexis.
Jason: Don't do anything without proof.
Maxie: Pfft. What are you waiting for? Keep digging.
Spinelli: Well, I -- I still have one more online lesson to complete before I get my Mickey Spillanian sheepskin.
Maxie: Your what?
Spinelli: Doesn't matter. I shall jackal the simian one's medical records and see what I can discover.
Johnny: You really think Logan could be the killer?
Maxie: Why, Johnny? Are you worried about poor Lulu? Don't be -- unless you failed to notice that the text message killer has never come after her, only your maniac father. As long as Logan and Lulu are tight, I'm sure she'll be fine.
Johnny: There could be a problem.
Mike: Hey, guys, have either of you seen Daniel?
Maxie: No. Why?
Mike: Well, he's -- he's been awol. He called me with some cock-and-bull story about a pulled muscle in his side, and I -- I haven't heard from him since.
Spinelli's voice: [As Sam Spade] Her lips were a one-way ticket to trouble. And she had these legs -- two. She was the kind of dame you couldn't take home to mother -- without mother wanting to slap some sense into ya.
Mike: What'll it be, doll face?
Spinelli: Try on some respect, Mike-o, you're talking to a lady.
Mike: What'll it be, Miss Doll face?
Maxie: Maybe something to keep me warm?
Mike: Coming right up.
Spinelli: Beat it, Mike-o. I'll handle this.
Spinelli's voice: I was doing the sap a favor. A couple rounds with this kitten and he'd wind up in a wooden kimono. It wasn't his fault. He just had "chump" written all over him.
Spinelli: Why don't we go someplace where we can be alone?
Maxie's voice: What's wrong with you -- we are alone.
Maxie: And why are you standing so close to me?
Spinelli: [Normal voice] Just -- just putting down my coffee cup. Why don't we go someplace where we can be with other people?
Maxie: Talk some sense, Spinelli. Do you have stuff on Logan or not?
Logan: It was a bit jarring -- going from death and desert to reality TV and shopping malls. Then I remembered back to the unit. I used to -- to tinker on jeeps and tanks and old trucks. It kept my hands busy and my head down. It kept me -- it kept me from seeing some of the ugliness in the war. I was needed, you know. I don't know -- I thought I could get into a garage. You know, I went around and I got some of this stuff. I've been doing, like, my own refresher course. I -- I thought maybe I could retool some old, you know, car for us and, you know, get a -- get a garage. I've been telling you I wanted to do something with myself. And then I thought, "What -- what is Lulu going to want with a mechanic? Grease on his hands, a loose 20 in his pocket, when Johnny's got -- he's got the cars, he's got the pocketful of cash?"
Lulu: I never compared you to him.
Logan: It doesn't matter, Lulu, I did. I did! That little punk didn't have to do anything, his daddy gave him everything, when I wouldn't take a single thing from my father. Don't you see? Anything I got for -- for me, for us, it -- it had to be gotten with my own two hands. But that -- Johnny was always there. He was in my face, in my face. You know, he's all in your arms.
Lulu: What are you talking about?
Logan: I saw you. I saw you, I saw -- I -- the day that I came on too strong, I -- I went to go find you, to apologize. God, I didn't want to find you where I found you. You didn't want anything to do with me, but you didn't have any problem getting down with Johnny, did you?
Alexis: You're going to need a much bigger bouquet than that if you ever want to show up at my front door again.
Jerry: Actually, it's not for you.
Lainey: Have a seat here. Okay.
Alexis: Hi, sweetie. Feeling all right?
Lainey: Let me talk to you.
Jerry: Hi there, darling. I thought this might brighten your day. See? See how wonderful it looks with your coat? Come on, here, take it. There you go.
Lainey: Well, the good news is she's not as shut off as she was the last time.
Alexis: Good news.
Lainey: Well, and the bad news is if we can't get through to what she saw, then it's going to take longer to get through.
Jerry: And the last time was?
Alexis: She saw Sam kill someone.
Lainey: Just watch her, keep engaging her, but don't push the issue of her remembering one way or the other. I'm going to need to see her again soon.
Alexis: All right, I'll call you.
Lainey: Okay. Bye, Kristina. I will see you in the next day or so, all right? And if you want to talk to me, you just tell your mom, okay? Call me if there are any sudden changes?
Alexis: I will. Thank you, Lainey.
Alexis: Ooh. I'd like to smell that, it smells so good.
Jerry: I'd be -- I'd be honored to be added to your patrol.
Alexis: Explain something to me. Why was it so important to you to help Maxie set up this proper burial for Cooper?
Jerry: Well, I didn't get to that because Lainey pulled you into her office and -- I mean, you are still my lawyer, and we still have confidentiality, don't we?
Alexis: Somehow, I'm afraid we still do.
Jerry: Well, it's the past, and I had one with Cooper Barrett. I mean, nothing would be solved by bringing this to light, but -- you see, Cooper Barrett was one of my men during the hostage crisis and Maxie knew it. They were both locked up in the vault together, and somehow they -- they hit it off. And sadly, Cooper Barrett had no one else in the world but that lovesick girl and -- and yours truly, so I -- I just wanted to make it up to them. And I'm sorry about Sam, and I'm sorry about my dereliction of duty -- I apologize.
Alexis: Who are you? Never mind. I'm sure you have other undisclosed confidentialities that could be much worse. Come on, Kristina. Let's go home. Let's go see molly.
Jerry: Here you go.
Alexis: Thank you. Come on, baby, it's all right. There we go. This way, this way. There you go. Come on, sweetheart, we'll go home and see your sister, huh? We'll make popcorn, watch a Disney movie. Wouldn't that be fun?
Patrick: Hey. You got a minute?
Ian: Well, for you, two -- barring any interruptions from beautiful women.
Patrick: Wow -- still in there.
Patrick: My buddy from med school -- from your prior actions, I thought I lost him.
Ian: Yeah, well, earlier I was worried about a patient. What about you? You still the same kind of guy who could ace a p-chem final after puking up an all-nighter of tequila at the strip club?
Patrick: It's a theory we could test.
Ian: Life happens. Medicine still holds a lot of possibilities, so do we. Maybe we just need to be more serious about them.
Maxie: Wow -- Loganís medical records? I can't believe you hacked into the hospital's computer.
Spinelli: Federal offense, blond one? If you announce it a little louder, perhaps the -- the authorities will hear you.
Maxie: No one heard me. What's your problem?
Spinelli: No, it just -- look, when the Jackal is in the zone working on a case with my new P.I. license --
Maxie: This isn't an official case, and you're not even a real P.I. yet.
Spinelli: We're on a search for the killer of your wise and compassionate sister -- who secretly and inexplicably had feelings for me. Why I could've inspired such devotion may forever remain beyond my comprehension, but --
Maxie: Is it so hard for you to believe that someone could love you?
Spinelli: Look, I -- I agreed to help you find the person who took her from us, and the thought that she suffered at the hands of the crabby commando, of all people, is --
Maxie: I get it.
Spinelli: Ahem. Um -- okay, so you thought the killer had a -- you thought the killer had a distinctively sweet smell?
Maxie: Yeah, yeah, and Dr. Devlin said that that could be a side effect of the experimental drug.
Spinelli: Right, nh08.
Maxie: Right, the drug we found in Coop's room.
Spinelli: Right, I will look in Loganís records for a drug of that name or a similarly experimental-sounding moniker.
Maxie: No, Spinelli, that's not right.
Spinelli: I can't do this -- I -- I can't do this anymore.
Nikolas: I was right there. I was right there; I started to see it all. There was -- there was someone else in the room. I -- he -- he came out of nowhere and hit me. And -- and I remember I fell, and I -- I looked up and I -- I saw someone, a- a man, I think. He had the cord around Emilyís neck. I tried to see his -- his face. I just --
Nadine: And what?
Nikolas: I couldnít. I don't know -- the images, they just -- they went away. Something happened and they just went away.
Emily: I'm here.
Nikolas: She's here.
Nadine: This may sound weird, but Emily was there, too.
Nikolas: Where? What do you mean?
Nadine: Emily -- she can give this whole thing reason.
Nikolas: She's an hallucination -- part of this thing that's growing inside my brain, you understand?
Nadine: Right, which means she's a part of you. And maybe your subconscious can't deal with seeing Emily killed, it's too painful, so it won't let you remember.
Nikolas: I was in a blackout, in a rage. I never remember what happens.
Nadine: Yeah, but I think the part of you that's Emily does.
Lulu: You followed me to the Haunted Star?
Logan: Followed you again. The first time was when you went to patch up crazy boy after he blew up one of his family's boats. I can only imagine what went on the first day. Somehow I figured if you were upset, that's where you would go.
Lulu: No, it wasn't like that. He was hurt, I helped him, and that's it.
Logan: Oh, right, right. So you were drawn back by fate?
Lulu: We didn't do anything.
Logan: Well, you know what? That's not what I saw.
Lulu: Yeah, we kissed, but we stopped -- he stopped.
Logan: Oh! Okay. So I'm supposed to believe that Anthony Zacchara's crazy-as-bat-spit son is really gentleman Johnny, and me, the simian one -- I'm just out for a quick feel?
Lulu: We didn't do anything!
Logan: Why should I believe you? You don't believe me.
Lulu: Because you won't explain why you have those gloves and the mask and this phone!
Logan: I was going to use -- I was going to use it! I was going to use it to set up Johnny, to make him look like the killer. Do you believe that?
Spinelli: Reminder -- personal bubble?
Spinelli: My -- you invading my personal bubble -- I -- I can't concentrate!
Maxie: You hacked into the safe at the Metro Court when you were surrounded by armed mercenaries who were shooting at people and threatening to blow the place up, and you're telling me I'm breaking your concentration by just standing next to you? I know what's going on here.
Spinelli: You do?
Maxie: Yeah, well, it's pretty obvious you're not doing a very good job in hiding it.
Spinelli: No, the Jackal -- look, the Jackal is not like other men. A pronounced lack of socialization at an early age left me with erratic and unconventional personal interaction, okay? Whatever you think you may have gleaned from my --
Maxie: I think you pretty much hate my guts.
Maxie: And I think you resent the hell out of the fact that I forced you into helping me by threatening violence, but you know what, Spinelli?
Spinelli: I -- well --
Maxie: I don't really give a damn, because this is my sister we're talking about. And I don't care how I make you feel or how uncomfortable you are around with me, you're stuck with me. Because until I'm positive that we found the real killer, I'm going to be the first person you see in the morning, and the last person you see at night before you go to sleep. And if you can't deal with that, tough.
Logan: It wasn't hard to find any of this stuff. You know, I went into the police commissioner's, I went into Sam McCallís, I got a wool cap, I rubbed it around for some D.N.A. I was going to -- I was going to take all of it and put it in the back of Johnnyís car and call an anonymous tip. I -- I didn't care whether he was the killer or not, it didn't matter to me. I just wanted time to be alone with you and show you that I loved you, and that there's nothing I wouldn't do for you.
Lulu: No, no, no, you just wanted to cover your own tracks and make another scapegoat like Coop was, so -- another diversion for the police so you could keep on killing.
Logan: No. No.
Lulu: Yes, I am going to go to the police. I'm going -- no --
[Knock on door]
Johnny: Open up the door, Hayes. It's time we had a little chat.
Nikolas: That's crazy.
Nadine: Is it? We don't know half the things the mind is capable of. There's selective memory and sometimes protective memory. Have you ever asked Emily who killed her?
Nikolas: No. She always said I'd never hurt her, though.
Emily: And you never would.
Nadine: You didn't want to believe her.
Nikolas: Look, I thought it was protective memory or whatever. I thought I was blocking out the ugly truth of the whole thing.
Emily: All right, so ask me.
Nadine: So ask her. Ask Emily if she remembers what happened the night she died.
Elizabeth: He was right on the verge of seeing it. He said there was someone else there.
Jason: Well, how do we know it's not just something going on in his brain?
Elizabeth: Because I have believed from the start that there is no way Nikolas could ever kill Emily. When you love someone that much, you protect them, even at the cost of hurting yourself.
Jason: Okay. Just -- just keep me posted, okay?
Elizabeth: Do you think we can see each other tonight?
Jason: I'm sorry.
Elizabeth: It's all right.
Sonny: Where are you?
Jason: I'm taking care of something.
Sonny: Okay, try making one of them your job. Listen, I got a -- I got a report of a shot fired down here near the Taylor building. All right? Kate's been looking to buy the place, so I think we need to scout it out.
Jason: Well, so Kate's our business now?
Sonny: Business is what I tell you, Jason!
Jason: I'm sorry, not tonight.
Elizabeth: It's okay.
Jax: Kate? It's Jax. I'm -- I'm just calling to check in. I know that you were heading down to the Taylor building, and Carly and I were just down there. It's not the safest place, so just be careful and call me as soon as you get this, okay?
Carly: Dr. Lee said that me and the baby are fine.
Carly: The dizziness was caused by bad circulation, and I need to drink more water.
Jax: Oh, really, you should drink more water? Equal or -- or more than the amount of soda that you already drink?
Carly: And snacks -- I have to eat more snacks.
Jax: Right, like fruit and yogurt -- instead of pretzels and day-old pizza.
Carly: Were you standing outside the door and listening?
Jax: No, I wasn't standing outside the door.
Carly: I'm allowed to have some fun.
Jax: Conceiving our little girl was the fun part. It's boot camp from now on.
Carly: You are just so sure that this is a girl, aren't you?
Jax: Fathers get to have intuition, too, you know?
Carly: Okay, I'm going to let you have it. So when we sit down and we talk to Michael and Morgan, we're going to tell them to brace themselves -- they could have a frilly-pink, doll-carrying, dress-up-playing little sister on the way.
Man: Ready to get underway?
Second Man: The anchor's stowed, the lines are secure.
First Man: Well, let's go. That cargo's not going to move by itself.
Sonny: Did you tail Claudia?
Max: I tried, boss, but she lost me.
Sonny: Okay, I want you to try harder, because I want to know every move she makes. Because I know she's --
Sonny: Kate? He-- hey? No, no, no, come here. No, no.
>> On the next "General Hospital" --
Jason: What happened?
Sonny: The Zaccharas. They did this.
Emily: Don't you want to know who killed me? Aah! Oh, God.
