Sonny: What's the holdup?

Mr. Vaughn: We're waiting for Mr. Lansing.

Man: I thought a Zacchara called this meeting.

Claudia: One did.

Man: And who are you?

Claudia: I'm Anthony Zacchara's daughter, Claudia.

Man: Did any of you even know Zacchara had a daughter?

Man: I gather you know Mr. Corinthos?

Trevor: Has my son signed the deed to the Alcazar waterfront property yet?

Marianna: Your son's a good man. He's good to me.

Trevor: Well, I'll take that as a no, but that's still good news for you. Marianna, listen to me. I am going to control that property and all the power that goes with it. So you need to deliver that unsigned deed to me, and do it any way you can. Do you hear that?

Marianna: And betray Ric? Why would I do that?

Trevor: Do you really think your situation was bad before you met me? You know, Marianna, with everything that I have on you -- oh, go ahead. See what happens if you don't come through for me.

Marianna: No, but you don't understand -- hello?

Marianna: Hi.

Maxie: But this could mean that Coop is innocent.

Spinelli: Why would Lucky doubt the goddess and tell her not to say anything?

Maxie: I don't know, but I believe Sam. I mean, she fought the guy, she almost unmasked him, she might've even bruised his ribs. What is it, Spinelli?

Spinelli: No -- the crabby commando was in here earlier looking for Lulu, and he was favoring his side.

Maxie: So Logan could be the killer?

Lucky: You were at the scene where Sam was the victim of a hit-and-run. Why?

Jason: I was on the road and --

Lucky: What about last night? Were you out -- same road, somewhere between 10:00 and midnight?

Jason: You know I go for rides all the time.

Lucky: I also know that it wasn't a coincidence that you were at the same spot Sam was mowed down. You know something.

Elizabeth: Oh, here we are! Oh, wow, it's good to be home. Oh, the workers did such a good job. It's like new.

Cameron: Yeah. Like nothing bad ever happened.

Elizabeth: Huh.

Man: Not this time, bitch.

[Sam whimpers]

Man: It's no fun if you can't struggle.

Sam: Stop him. Stop him! Stop him. Help me! Somebody, please -- oh! Somebody help me -- oh, God!

Ian: Ms. McCall, are you okay?

Sam: Did you see him? Did you see him?

Jason: Sam and I broke up -- that's hardly a reason to run her down.

Lucky: But the fact that she stood by and watched Jake being kidnapped is. I know how it made me feel to hear that Sam stood by and watched this woman grab Jake from the park and did nothing -- and I'm not even his real father. I can only imagine how that made you feel.

Jason: If I had wanted to make Sam pay, I would've done something a long time ago.

Lucky: Maybe the opportunity didn't present itself until now. Elizabeth lied again to protect me -- the way she was lying about cheating on me and the fact that Jake is your son. I think the only person she was really protecting is you.

Jason: You don't even know what you're talking about.

Lucky: It's pretty much your job description -- evening the score.

[Jason sighs]

Lucky: I think Elizabeth knew that this day would happen again -- maybe she even secretly wanted it.

Jason: It was an accident! What do you want? You know what your problem is? You got in too deep with Sam a she's got you all messed up. You should take yourself off this case, Lucky.

Lucky: Because you're afraid that I'm going to find out the truth about it?

Jason: No, because you can't be objective. You're too close to this.

[Doorbell rings]

Elizabeth: Coming. Cameron, listen to me. I understand that you want to spend time with you friends, but I have missed you so much. I just want to spend as much time with you while I can.

Cameron: Okay, Mommy.

Nikolas: It sounds like you're going somewhere.

Marianna: Thank you.

Ric: Smell.

[Marianna sniffs]

Marianna: Mmm.

Ric: Mm-hmm? Yeah, reminds me of autumn -- and the highlight of yet another silent afternoon on the veranda with my father. "Attaboy, Richie, found a way to break the ice." Here --

[Marianna chuckles]

Ric: Sit down, please. Save one for myself.

Marianna: Hey, well, it reminds me of a cool mountain up in Caracas -- this little motel where my parents would wait for their usual "shipment," a delivery. They used me as a decoy.

Ric: You were --

Marianna: Yeah. I was just a kid, and I remember carrying my book bag full of packages. And -- you know, my dad, he -- he did, he wanted to follow my grandparents' footsteps in diplomacy, but he was always after that fast cash. So, yep, that's me. That's who I am.

Ric: Well, my father lies and manipulates people for a living. I mean, that's my history, it's not who I am -- it's your words. Look, if I didn't believe them, I mean, I'd sign that deed and I'd take off to Port Charles and straight down a road to hell. I'd use all that power to make my dear old dad and my brother jump through hoops.

Marianna: No, you're better than that.

Ric: Oh, well, you make me think so.

Marianna: No, I only say what you already know. It's American women.

Ric: No, I just -- I feel like -- I don't know. I've never felt like I could trust somebody so -- so quickly and so completely, like I can tell you anything.

Marianna: You don't know me at all.

Ric: I know why you're doing this. I wish you could trust me, you know, trust that I'm -- I'm not like those other men. The ones who see you as weak and vulnerable, and be exploited?

[Phone rings]

Ric: Hello? Yeah, yeah, okay. I'll -- I'll be right down. Thank you. There's a problem with my credit card. I got to go to the front desk, okay?

Marianna: Oh, okay.

Claudia: I, of course, know Mr. Corinthos by name only. This is the first time I'm actually putting a face to the name.

Sonny: Trevor, I see you planned this surprise. It's nice, thank you.

Trevor: Actually --

Claudia: Our family attorney, Mr. Lansing, had no idea I was coming to Port Charles.

Sonny: Why are you here?

Claudia: I'm here to represent my family and my father's interests.

Man: If you want to help your father, you go tell him bedtime stories and wipe the spittle from his chin.

Claudia: That's not how you talk about Anthony Zacchara.

Sonny: You don't strike me as a woman with delicate sensibility, so I'm going to speak plainly. I don't think you've been accurately filled in by your, you know, trustworthy mouthpiece, so I'm just going to help you out here. Your father came to Port Charles to take over my territory, and all he got for his troubles was a piece of my collarbone when he shot me. Then he kind of lost it completely and jumped over a building.

Claudia: You have children, Mr. Corinthos.

Man: She's Tony Zacchara's daughter, all right.

Second Man: There is a code.

Third Man: Family's off-limits.

Claudia: Talk to me about my father the way you'd want me to talk to your kids about you, that's all I'm asking.

Sonny: Your father was the Zacchara family, but he's gone. You got nothing. You got no allies in Port Charles, you got no assets. You got nothing to bring to the table.

Man: You have no reason to be here.

Claudia: Actually, that's where you're wrong. I have a little secret to share with you all -- something I think might change your minds.

Spinelli: [As Sam Spade] Night in the city, when she reveals her secrets. You do your job, and sometimes you find answers to questions that should never be answered.

Maxie: Okay, what are you doing?

Spinelli: [Normal voice] Just -- I'm just giving a -- a detailed report of my -- of my first case as a, you know, certified private investigator -- Jackal, P.I.

Maxie: It was just an online course.

Spinelli: Um -- "just"? Do you realize that all education soon will be completed online, all banking transactions, all communication?

Maxie: And that's what you want, Spinelli -- a world where you just sit and stare at your laptop all day in your pink bedroom?

Spinelli: I'll have you know it was while in my unfortunately pink room that I mastered the tried-and-true 49 steps to crime solving. Along with which, my cyber-prowess -- honed in my prepubescent isolation -- is the reason why we are so much closer to solving this --

Maxie: No, I threatened you. Otherwise, you would still be going along with everyone else and already have accepted that Coop was the text message killer.

Spinelli: Okay, it was self-reliant Sam's "Everyday Heroes" skills that provided the decisive clue -- the fact that she wounded her attacker with a swift kung fu kick to the ribs --

Maxie: And Logan has a rib injury.

Spinelli: Right, and doesn't have an alibi for the night that Sam was hit-and-run.

Maxie: He doesn't have an alibi for any of the attacks.

Spinelli: Right, so, yes, it leaves little doubt that the T.M.K. and the crabby, conscience-devoid commando are one in the same. So, here we are -- waiting for him to slink back to his lair. And when he does, we will employ -- employ crime solving method number 29.

Maxie: You know, this isn't a game. We are talking about the person who killed my sister.

Spinelli: I assure you, nothing is more important to me than bringing wise Georgie's killer to justice.

Ian: Did I see whom?

Sam: The man who just ran out of my room -- he has been attacking women, strangling them. He is the text message killer. He was wearing all black! He had on a mask and -- and gloves --

Ian: He would've been hard to miss. I'm sorry, I didn't see anyone.

Sam: No, the police think that they have I.D.'d him already and that he's dead, but he is not! And I tried to tell my boy-- my ex-boyfriend Lucky -- he is a cop. I -- I tried to tell him that he came after me; he was the reason why I was hit by the car.

Ian: You have to calm down, all right, Ms. McCall.

Sam: And he would've hit me right now -- he would've -- he would've killed me, but he said that -- he said it wouldn't be any fun if I didn't struggle. You don't believe me. You don't believe me, either.

Ian: Listen, if anyone else had walked through that door and found you the way I did and heard the story you just told me and didn't believe you, I don't know that those are people you want in your life anyhow. Listen, I'm -- I'm going to call security, I'm going to get a nurse to help bring something to calm you down.

Sam: No, no, no, I don't want anything, and I'm already -- I'm drugged up enough already. I just -- I want to be clearheaded so I can deal with everything that is going on right now.

Ian: You're in no shape to be dealing with anything right now. You've had a head injury and some nasty lacerations.

Sam: How do you know? You didn't even look at my charts.

Ian: Those perfect stitches on your side -- that's my work.

Sam: You operated on me with Patrick?

Ian: I want to call the authorities so we can stop the man who did this to you.

Elizabeth: I've just had so much going on lately -- the fire and being in the hospital.

Nikolas: Yeah, yeah, you should've stayed even longer, according to what Patrick was telling Robin.

Elizabeth: Well, things are unpredictable right now. I just wanted to spend as much time with my boys as I possibly can. I'm sure you feel the same way about Spencer.

Nikolas: Yeah.

Elizabeth: You're eager to get that surgery done so you can get back to your normal life. So, how soon?

Nikolas: What? "How soon" what?

Elizabeth: Well, when did they schedule the surgery?

Nikolas: They haven't done it yet.

Elizabeth: Well, why? What is Patrick waiting for?

Nikolas: He's waiting for me. I just -- I need some time to think about it first.

Elizabeth: Nikolas, to think about what?

Nikolas: Well, that's -- that's why I came to you. I mean, you're the closest to Emily, right, and I haven't seen -- I mean, I haven't -- I haven't been able to, like I said, feel her presence for a while.

Elizabeth: Nikolas, you have a -- a brain tumor that's going to kill you if you don't operate.

Nikolas: Yes, I know.

Elizabeth: The doctors only have a small window of time --

Nikolas: I know.

Elizabeth: And you're waiting for, what, a sign from Emily?

Nikolas: Look, I -- I don't expect you to understand.

Elizabeth: Well, I'm trying to, but it's not making sense. Nikolas, Emily’s gone. But Spencer’s here and he needs you. You can spend the rest of your life with your son. Do you know how lucky you are, how blessed?

Jason: So?

Max: Well, everyone's playing nice in the sandbox, so far.

Jason: Can you -- can you handle this?

Max: Yeah, it's covered. What do you want me to tell the boss?

Jason: Nothing.

Trevor: You see, gentlemen, the important point is that on behalf of the Zacchara organization, I have acquired the 15 acres adjoining the old railroad yard.

Man: That land was sold in some sort of public trust.

Trevor: Well, not anymore. You see, some of my old, powerful friends -- a certain judge, a congressman -- have pushed through a variance to the new department of transportation bill, and in return for that favor, the Zacchara organization has agreed to eliminate most of their outstanding problems.

Claudia: We intend to be good neighbors. Speaking of which, that property leads right up to the piers and waterfront property that used to belong to Lorenzo Alcazar.

Sonny: If you could get your hands on Alcazar's property, you'd have it.

Claudia: The same could be said for everyone at this table. Did I mention my family has made some strategic alliances recently?

Sonny: You mean the mysterious Mr. Moreau?

Jerry: I heard them calling hospital security to the room. What happened?

Sam: And then the doctor helped me back into bed, and I guess he went out to call security and the police, I -- I gather.

Lucky: Actually, I'm here on another matter.

Jerry: I'm really sorry I wasn't here, sweet Sam. I -- you know, the -- the nurse told me I had a call and she told me to take it outside, and thank God that doctor came in when he did.

Lucky: I'm sorry, but would you mind if I talked to Sam alone?

Jerry: Of course, of course, yeah. I -- I leave you in good hands.

Lucky: The doctor who chased off the masked guy --

Sam: No, I -- I told you, he --

Lucky: It's possible he could've saw something. I mean, was it Dr. Julian?

Sam: No -- I -- I have no idea. I've never seen this guy before.

Lucky: A doctor chased off the masked guy who attacked you, offered you a sedative --

Sam: This masked guy is the text message killer.

Lucky: You never got his name?

Sam: The -- come on, Lucky --

Lucky: Let's just listen to the facts -- I mean, we seem to be in short supply.

Sam: I was freaked out and really scared! Wait a minute. Wait -- wait, wait, wait, the -- yeah, yeah, it's the doctor who helped operate on me. Just -- okay, I am really tired. I'm tired. Just go ask Patrick, okay? Just go and leave me alone.

Alexis: Hey, how is she?

Lucky: She's resting. We're probably going to have a security guard here posted on the door. According to Sam, the text message killer showed up.

Diane: What?

Alexis: That's impossible.

Lucky: No one else saw a masked guy all dressed in black. A doctor whose name Sam does not recall showed up after he fled.

Alexis: Where was Jerry when this happened?

Lucky: M.I.A.

Diane: Yeah. Well, you trusted your daughter's safety to a psychopath, what do you expect?

Lucky: Listen, I'll let you know what I turn up.

[Diane sighs]

Alexis: Do you think she did this to get atten-- I mean, why --

Diane: Why would she make this up?

Alexis: I don't know why. This -- this is -- this case is dead and buried. Why would she use the text message killer?

[Tapping on window]

Maxie: Uh -- yes, Officer?

Officer: What are you kids up to?

Maxie: We were just discussing our homework.

Spinelli: Um -- fu-- fundamental -- fundamental forces, gravitation -- the, um, attractive influence that all objects have on each other -- which has never really been properly explained by any adequate theory!

Officer: Get her home safely.

Spinelli: Rest assured, keeper of the night.

Maxie: Well, that was a freak. If that had been a cop who knew me, he would've had so many questions. What's your problem?

Spinelli: No-- nothing. Have you been -- have you been partaking of medicinal herb? You -- you violated my bubble.

Maxie: No, what I did was stop a cop from blowing our stakeout.

Spinelli: Okay, if we're going to be working together, we --

Maxie: What did you want to tell him, Spinelli -- that we were here staking out the real text message killer because those losers couldn't get the right guy?

Spinelli: Rule 17 specifically states --

Maxie: I don't need you to tell me what makes a good detective -- I grew up with one, I fell in love with one, and he died in the line of duty -- and it's not about your 46 stupid rules.

Spinelli: 49.

Maxie: Okay, look -- it's about thinking on your feet and being able to handle the unexpected.

Spinelli: Well, if you had just warned me before you appended your lips to my face.

Maxie: Trust me, if I had thought about it any more –

Ric: What the hell are you doing?

Claudia: I think we've established I have every reason to be here, Mr. Corinthos. And I believe my family's rapidly growing portfolio of local real estate and politicians has earned me a seat at this table.

Man: If we're going to have to deal with the Zaccharas, better you than your psycho brother, Johnny.

Claudia: What did you just say?

Trevor: We admit it -- Johnny was a little indelicate at the last meeting.

Man: He came after Frank with a baseball bat. The kid's ready for a room in the nut house next to your old man.

Second Man: Hey, Lou, take it easy, huh?

Third Man: This is about business.

Lou: This is about respect. If Johnny boy gets out of line again, he may be the next one to take a header off a building.

Claudia: You threaten my brother again, I'll cut your heart out!

Trevor: Mr. Cavallo --

Man: Come on, enough!

Lou: Your daddy never taught you and your brother respect. Maybe it's time somebody did.

[Lou groans]

Claudia: And your daddy never taught you how to treat a lady.

Lou: Oh –

Jason: Can you talk?

Elizabeth: No, not really.

Jason: Okay, I just -- I just ran into Lucky. He's got it in his head that I might be the o who hit Sam.

Elizabeth: What? Well, did you tell him that --

Jason: I know. The point is Lucky's looking at what Sam did with Jake and his kidnapping as a motive. So it's all the more reason you cannot say anything until I check out who else was on the road.

[Elizabeth sighs]

Elizabeth: Okay, I understand.

Jason: Good.

Elizabeth: Sorry, I had to take that.

Nikolas: No, no, it's okay. Look, I want -- I want to share all this with my son, watch him grow up. I mean, I've already -- I've already missed so much with him. You know, he turns 2 in a few days and --

Elizabeth: Oh, my God.

Nikolas: Can you believe it?

Elizabeth: No.

Nikolas: I was hoping that maybe you could help me plan a little party for him?

Elizabeth: Yeah, I -- I would love that. The boys and I would love to be part of his special day.

Nikolas: What's wrong? Something wrong?

Elizabeth: Have you seen Sam?

Nikolas: No. Why?

Elizabeth: She's in the hospital.

Nikolas: What -- what happened? Is she okay?

Elizabeth: Yeah -- yeah, she's going to be fine, but there was an accident on Tuckerton Road last night. She was the victim of a hit-and-run.

Nikolas: What time did it happen?

Elizabeth: The police estimate it was somewhere between 10:00 and midnight.

Nikolas: Do they know who did it?

Elizabeth: No -- there's not a whole lot to go on. It was raining hard, so all the evidence was washed away.

Nikolas: Yes, I know. I was driving last night around that time, at that place. I had a blackout and lost that chunk of time. What if it was me?

Alexis: Oh, please don't do it. Don't -- you're not going to lecture me about --

Diane: Someone needs to lecture you.

Alexis: I don't want it to be you.

Diane: Well, too bad. I'm feeling very protective of you right know, so take advantage of it while it lasts.

Alexis: You and I have both defended killers. Was there not any good in any of them?

Diane: Are you actually going to try and convince me that beneath Jerry's coldhearted, brutal facade, there now lurks a caring and compassionate heart?

Alexis: Let me ask you this -- do you think "caring" and "compassionate" would be the first two words anyone would use to describe us?

Diane: God, I hope not, but that's where the comparison ends, Alexis.

Alexis: We've both sent people to their deaths.

Diane: Okay, in those cases, the circumstances were --

Alexis: Mitigating -- I understand that. I'm very well aware of the fact that he has to go to great lengths to make amends for what he's done.

Diane: Well, that's what he's trying to convince you that he's doing. Look, when are you going to realize that you cannot fix people, Alexis? Some men can't change -- more importantly, some men don't want to change. And you know I'm right.

Man: Well, well, well. Mr. Moreau. Mr. Craig, Mr. Jacks -- whatever you're calling yourself today -- what have you brought to the party? Have you brought me that valuable piece of waterfront property formerly belonging to Lorenzo Alcazar?

Jerry: Don't worry. I have a connection to the current holder of the deed.

Man: Try to be a little less vague and a little bit more confidence-inspiring, Jerry. How many degrees of separation are we talking here -- four, six?

Jerry: One, actually.

Man: Ah. So your direct connection to the most valuable and coveted piece of real estate on the eastern seaboard would be?

Jerry: Alexis Davis -- who happens to be quite taken with me.

Ric: Oh, thank God, it's still intact. What were you thinking?

Marianna: About all the ways people hurt each other! And how a piece of paper can hurt you so much and why you'd even let it!

Ric: No, I haven't, okay? It doesn't -- it doesn't have to!

Marianna: I see the way you look at them. I mean, I see the -- I see it in your eyes -- the man you become -- so sad and dark.

Ric: Yeah.

Marianna: It's so different than when you're --

Ric: Yeah, the little boy running across the beach, right?

Marianna: Yes! Yes, the little boy running across -- oh, God -- when you're smiling from your whole heart!

Ric: You know what? I'm not a little boy, okay? I'm a grown man, I live in the real world -- and it's a cold, ruthless world. Look, that other man -- this -- I don't --

Marianna: It's not real?

Ric: No, I don't know if it can last.

Marianna: Well, I pray it does for your daughter's sake.

Ric: Don't -- please, don't bring my daughter into this.

Marianna: I see the truth in your eyes, okay, and that part of you wishes I had burnt it!

Ric: Yes. I'm sorry.

Marianna: No, it's okay.

Ric: No, it's not -- it's not okay. You got a bruise. Have you -- you've been covering up with makeup?

Marianna: No, I told you, I'm clumsy.

Ric: Listen to me; you've never lied to me. Please don't start now.

Claudia: Take it easy, gentlemen, it's all right, everything's under control.

Lou: Nothing to get excited about, get out of here.

Sonny: Max -- Max?

Claudia: What happens in this room stays in this room.

Sonny: I think we can all agree on that.

Man: Yeah.

Second Man: Yeah.

Third Man: I think so.

Claudia: Good. It was nice to finally meet all the other players in this town. We're obviously all after the same thing -- the Alcazar waterfront property and piers. Once it's been acquired, there will be some serious negotiating to do. Ciao.

Spinelli: What are you doing?

Maxie: My eyeliner.

Spinelli: Shining a spotlight on two people sitting in a car in front of a building, watching the building? Why don't you just call the evildoer and tell him we're staking him out?

Maxie: Okay, sugar mania has finally set in. You're cut off, geek boy.

Spinelli: You are such a -- blonde.

Maxie: Hmm.

Spinelli: You know, for someone who was brought up in the home of meritorious Mac, the leader of the forces of good, you have absolutely no understanding --

Maxie: Of the sacred 46 rules?

Spinelli: 49. Hmm. You have no instinct.

Maxie: Hey, I am all instinct. I am the reason that cop left us alone, the reason we have hope.

Spinelli: What is it? Your Valentine’s Day gift from the clean-cut cadet.

Maxie: Look, we're supposed to be staking out, okay, so, stake out. Why don't you try rule number 46 or something -- go crazy.

[Jazz plays]

Spinelli's voice: [As Sam Spade] Port Charles, New York. There are a lot of guys like the Jackal. They're easy to find -- if you want to find them.

[Footsteps]

Maxie: You're just the man I'm looking for, Mr. Jackal, P.I.

Sonny: Thanks for coming.

Man: Yeah.

Sonny: Hey, take it easy, okay?

Lou: No, it's all right. These Zaccharas are like cancer -- they've got to be cut out.

Man: They're an unpleasant fact of life right now.

Second Man: Because Corinthos won't get a foothold. We've heard the rumors -- how he's been distracted?

Third Man: What are you saying? You think Sonny's losing it?

Lou: I'm saying we wait, see how it falls out, before we decide who's the cancer that needs to be removed.

Sonny: Max?

Max: Yeah, boss?

Sonny: Where the hell is Jason?

[Max sighs]

Max: I don't know.

Sonny: You don't know? Do you know anything? I mean, what's going on with the piers? Do we have a line on them yet?

Marianna: No, I'm not lying, okay? I'm just clumsy.

Ric: You seem afraid. Did somebody do this to you?

Marianna: I have to go.

Ric: Don't shut me out.

Marianna: You know, I couldn't even if I wanted to.

Ric: Okay, just stay a while, all right, no more questions. Please --

Marianna: Can't, okay?

Ric: Marianna, please --

Marianna: No, I got to go.

Man: Who holds the deed to the Alcazar property?

Jerry: Well, if you can supply the money, I can certainly make an offer for it.

Man: You've wasted some precious time, Jerry, chasing kids through monastery tunnels, allowing them to throw me off my timetable. I cannot afford to have another shipment of mine lying at the bottom of a river. You get me those piers. Do I make myself clear?

Jerry: Crystal.

Sonny: Get me those damn piers; I don't care what it takes.

Jason: I'm working on it.

Sonny: You're working on it, but, you know, you're so wound up in your personal stuff that you're distracted and you're losing focus, Jason.

Jason: I'm working on it.

Sonny: Yeah -- let's go.

[Phone rings]

[Sonny sighs]

Sonny: Yeah?

Claudia: Well, isn't this getting interesting?

Spinelli: You -- that -- that's it, the -- the evildoer is not showing up. Let's just go.

Maxie: Did you pay any attention to this online course, or were you too busy fantasizing that you were Jack Nicholson from "Chinatown" with Faye Dunaway draped all over you?

Spinelli: I will not even dignify that with a response.

Maxie: This is detective work, Spinelli, and a big part of it is staking out and sitting in a car with your partner and having late nights. I mean, if you're -- do you really want to do this?

Spinelli: Look, I vowed to find fair Georgie's killer, okay?

Maxie: Then you need to be prepared to go all the way.

Sam: Oh. What is it?

Lucky: I didn't want to wake you up, that's all. I just got back from talking to Patrick.

Sam: Were you able to find out the name of the doctor?

Lucky: Devlin.

Sam: And?

Lucky: I couldn't find him.

Sam: What do you mean, "You couldn't find him," Lucky? I mean, did you even try and call him?

Lucky: I tried.

Sam: Maybe he was at dinner, or maybe he --

Lucky: I tried.

Sam: So I guess you don't need to talk to Devlin, do you?

Lucky: All Ian knows is what you told him.

Sam: Is it going to take for me to die for you to believe me, Lucky? Is that what you want -- for me to die?

Lucky: No.

Elizabeth: Oh, I wanted so much to tell Nikolas the truth.

Jason: But the truth is you don't even know if you're the one who hit Sam or not. It could've been Nikolas -- he told you he had a blackout.

Elizabeth: I don't know what to think. I'm just so afraid of being taken away from my kids, from you; I don't know what to do.

Jason: All right, just do me a favor and -- just go hold our son and tell him how -- how loved he is.

Elizabeth: Okay.

Trevor: Sweetie, did you steal that deed from my son the way I asked you to?

Marianna: I tried. He caught me.

Trevor: Then, what did you tell him?

Marianna: I told him that I thought he should burn the damn thing. How am I supposed to live with myself?

Trevor: Here's how -- you're doing him a favor, and probably saving him his life. You see, there is a group of very powerful and important people that will do anything to get their hands on that property. So, you get me that deed, and please, don't make me ask you again.

Sonny: How'd you get this number?

Claudia: I'm resourceful -- you must realize that by now. I saw you checking out my red stilettos when I had one planted on Mr. Cavallo's chest. I think you preferred it when I wore them to bed, though.

Sonny: What do you want?

Claudia: Same thing you want. Don't think just because we slept together I won't kill you if you get in my way.

Sonny: Feeling's mutual.

Claudia: Good. Doesn't mean I won't sleep with you again, either.

>> On the next "General Hospital" --

Jason: You don't know that you're responsible for this.

Carly: Why are you trying to find out who hit Sam?

Alexis: The text message killer was in her room last night.

Sam: I am telling the truth.

Lucky: That's not my problem anymore.

Sam: Stop!
