Jax: How's the water?
Carly: Oh, Jax! I'm so happy to see you! Oh, I've missed you so much.
Jax: I've missed you, too. Hi.
Carly: Hi. Oh, you know what?
Carly: I think we have some time before the boys come back from the beach.
Jax: Oh, really?
Jax: I thought you'd never ask.
Carly: Uh-uh! Wait, wait. First, I want to know everything that's going on back home.
Coop: Never touch Maxie again.
Logan: What are you jumping all protective for? We both know she likes it rough.
Coop: We are not in Iraq. I will not keep quiet to cover your ass!
Kate: It's strange that you feel so threatened by son. After all, he was a 6-year-old boy when you started hating him. But it's not my fight, and I won't lose my career over it.
Trevor: Hmm. Richard, please explain to Kate that you are going to prosecute her to the full extent of the law.
Sonny: You going to do what your daddy tells you, Ric?
Lulu: Stop it, both of you, please.
Jason: Put down the gun now!
Johnny: You first.
Lulu: Don't do this! Just stop!
Johnny: Drop the gun.
Lulu: Just -- no, they are going to kill each other!
Spinelli: Stay out of the way!
Jason: Drop it now!
Johnny: Go ahead. Kill me.
Johnny: Kill me. Go ahead.
Spinelli: No, no, no, Blond One, please, think. Come on.
Lulu: I am not hurt.
Jason: Tell me what happened, Lulu.
Lulu: I -- I was hitchhiking and Johnny picked me up.
Johnny: Iím that kinda guy.
Lulu: We didn't get very far and his car broke down and we had to spend the night here.
Jason: Why didn't you call?
Lulu: Our cell phones didn't work. We -- we had to go to a gas station to use a pay phone, and someone's supposed to be coming right now to pick us up.
Man: Johnny, you in here?
Johnny: My handlers have come to retrieve me.
Jason: Yeah, I'm sure your father, Anthony Zacchara, is real worried about you.
Mike: What the hell is going on out here? I've got customers.
Coop: Sorry for the disturbance, Mr. Corbin.
Mike: All right, listen, a word to the wise -- it's not a good idea to be mixing it up with a cop in public if you're still working for Sonny.
Maxie: I doubt he is, seeing as how he always screws everything up.
Mike: Well, I'm not surprised. Now, listen, you step inside and you buy something, or move it along -- the three of you. Okay?
Logan: How can you still defend this girl after what she's done, huh? She's lied to you. She made a bet to sleep with me behind your back.
Maxie: Logan has been hitting on me for months.
Logan: Okay, you know what? I wanted out of the deal weeks ago, Coop. I really did, but she just kept pushing me and pushing me, okay? And the minute I got close to something good with Lulu, she could not wait to wreck it.
Maxie: Who are you to criticize me? No matter what I've done, however crazy or wrong it's been, at least I own up to it. You, Logan, have been trying to convince everyone you've reformed, and that is the biggest lie of them all.
Emily: We need another round of tests on Mr. Lancaster.
Epiphany: Far be it for me to contradict a doctor, "but" this patient has had blood work and a battery of tests this morning. You might want to take a look.
Emily: Okay. Uh -- of course. Yeah, you're right. Thank you. My mistake, Epiphany.
Epiphany: No, no, you're being too reasonable. You have to start thinking like a doctor instead of an intern, which means that what you should do is insist on your own round of tests -- even if the patient doesn't need it -- so that you can take credit for the diagnosis.
Emily: Hey. You have any interest in performing an entire battery of unnecessary tests on Mr. Lancaster?
Elizabeth: Why not. It'll keep my mind off of worrying about Lulu.
Emily: Hey, Elizabeth, don't worry. She's going to be fine, okay? Although, Nikolas didn't need to throttle Logan Hayes.
Elizabeth: Do you think Georgie was exaggerating?
Emily: I don't know, she's pretty reasonable, you know? And Nikolas has been edgy, he's been volatile lately, he goes off just like that.
Nikolas: Hi. Hey. Any word on Lulu?
Emily: Hey. No, not yet. What are you doing here?
Nikolas: Oh, I decided to come to that board meeting after all.
Emily: Okay. You sure you don't want to wind down a little bit? Georgie told me that you jumped Logan.
Nikolas: Well, after what he did to Lulu, I practically had to stand in line.
Carly: Wait. Okay, I want to know everything that's happened since I left.
Jax: Nothing that can't wait. Come on.
Carly: What about the hotel renovations?
Jax: I didn't come here to talk about the hotel renovations.
Carly: Did the floor guy show up? I want to know.
Jax: Everything is on time, okay? We're a little over budget because somebody keeps changing her mind about the decor, but other than that, everything is just fine, okay?
Carly: Okay. I want to know what's going on in Port Charles.
Jax: Anthony Zacchara hasn't presented himself, so --
Carly: I don't know if that's good or bad. There's been no other problems, no threats, no warnings?
Jax: Kate Howard crashed her car.
Carly: Again? People say I can't drive.
Jax: Well, I was the first on scene. And she was unconscious, and then she came to, and she was terrified, so --
Carly: Is she okay?
Jax: Yeah. She had a concussion -- and then she was arrested for drunk driving. I bet Kate thinks that Trevor Lansing is trying to set her up.
Trevor: Richard may not be much of a D.A., but he's got an excellent sense of self-preservation. Of course he's going to throw the book at Kate. It's an excellent move, both professionally and personally.
Kate: Trevor, it's rude to discuss one's child in the third person when they're standing in the room. You know that there is no good reason for you to be drawn into this conflict.
Ric: I'm the district attorney of the county where you chose to have two of your three reckless driving incidents, Ms. Howard. If I'm involved, that is your doing.
Trevor: Finally Richard has a case that he can win.
Kate: You realize he is framing me?
Ric: Your blood alcohol level is on record as being well above the legal limit.
Trevor: There's absolutely no proof that you were drugged.
Kate: Yes, Trevor, you were very thorough -- a trait I once admired.
Sonny: Now that she sees you for what you really are, Trevor -- a sick, possessive old man who can't deal with his own mistakes. You are punishing Kate for choosing me.
Trevor: Ah, Sonny, you sound like a paranoid. Now, I always knew that you were a psychopath, even when you were a child. That's why I said to your mother she should've given you up while she had the chance.
Sonny: How can you stand here and listen to this, Ric? Come on! You know he framed Kate! Just like -- just like he lied to you about me.
Sonny: I -- you know, I'm not going to pretend we have a bond as brothers, because the damage is done. But he started the fight. What -- what kind of man holds a grudge against a 6-year-old little boy? That's like you and I, you know, getting mad at Kristina or Molly, and staying mad for decades.
Trevor: Oh, Adela was blinded by her love for you. She couldn't see how dangerous you were way back then.
Sonny: What kind of man forces a woman to choose between the -- the child she's carrying and the child she already has?
Trevor: No, no, no, no. No, no, no, no. I offered Adela a life full of love and grace. And all I ever asked for her was that she not inflict you upon me -- or herself.
Sonny: I'm sure Trevor's told you a million times at how your life would've been better if -- if it wasn't for me, right? How if -- if Adela had just given me up and chose him and you, your life would've been grand. But it's a lie, because he still would've been your father. And he's a soulless, selfish bastard! And he's proving that again right now while he's setting up Kate.
Ric: Well, I can't argue with that.
Sonny: Ric, this vendetta that you've -- you know, you've been holding against me has driven you to do some terrible things, but it's all based on lies. Now you know the truth. Why can't you just break free?
Jax: I helped get Kate to the hospital. Her blood alcohol level was very high, but Kate swears that she was only drinking iced tea.
Carly: Trevor drugged her.
Jax: Yeah, well, that's Kate's story, there's no evidence to back it up. Jerry also visited with Kate just prior to the accident. Of course, he says he has nothing to do with it, but who knows. Other than that, Sonny's taking care of the details.
Carly: Trevor's trying to get to Sonny. That's what this is about. I didn't think anyone could be as twisted as Ric, but, you know, his father sure comes close.
Jax: So you believe Kate, then?
Carly: Yeah, I do, and I think this is just the beginning. Trevor can get to Sonny in all kinds of ways.
Jax: I think Trevor's trying to hurt Kate, not Sonny.
Carly: He's trying to hurt Kate to get to Sonny.
Carly: You have no idea of the kind of emotional baggage that Sonny carries around, and it's mostly based on how Trevor treated Sonny's mother, and he's still dealing with a lot of pain when it comes to his mom. I'm serious, Jax, if that pain gets kicked up, Sonny's going to be distracted when he should be paying attention. You know, his judgment is going to get cloudy; he's going to become vulnerable. That means we all could be in more danger.
Logan: Coop, listen to me, okay? You know better than anyone that I'm a complete screw-up, I am. But when I'm with Lulu, I'm different. She gave me a chance to be a better person. And I had a chance with her, man, until Maxie screwed it all up because she's a vicious, envious person.
Maxie: Envious? Of Lulu Spencer? I don't think so.
Coop: I don't care what Maxie did or who she set up. You don't get to slam her into a wall.
Logan: You cannot stop defending her.
Coop: All I know is what I saw. You were attacking a woman who couldn't possibly defend herself.
Lulu: You forgot to mention that you're in the mob.
Johnny: We refer to it as "the family business."
Handler: Your father's asking for you, let's go.
Johnny: My car needs a new fuel line. Other than that, I'm fine.
Handler: He wants to see you. Don't make him wait. Let's go!
Johnny: It was nice meeting you. Sorry I couldn't give you much of a ride. Bang.
Handler: Quit messing around. Come on.
Johnny: Catch you later.
Spinelli: Thank the gods and goddesses that the Blond One is unharmed.
Lulu: I did not know he was crazy until he pulled out the gun.
Emily: I need to order that second round of tests after all. The patient's spiking a fever and I need to check the white count.
Epiphany: I'll take care of it.
Emily: Thank you.
Elizabeth: I'm impressed. You're getting the hang of ordering nurses around after all.
Emily: Are you kidding? Epiphany still terrifies me.
Elizabeth: Yeah, but she's a good nurse.
Emily: Yeah. Hey, Georgie? Um, I spoke with Nikolas, and he didn't seem to think that the fight with Logan was any big deal.
Georgie: Oh -- okay. I wouldn't exactly call it a fight. Um -- it was more Nikolas grabbing Logan and throwing him down and choking him.
Elizabeth: "Choking" is a pretty strong word.
Georgie: I completely agree. Nikolas was on top of Logan and had his forearm into his throat, and Logan s gasping for air -- I think it constitutes choking.
Emily: How was your meeting?
Nikolas: Pretty uneventful. What do you say we call it a day and go home together, huh?
Emily: I'd love to, but I have so much work to do here.
Nikolas: Yeah. Okay. No problem. Just -- hey, Georgie? Once again, I apologize for the incident with Logan.
Georgie: There -- there's no need to apologize, Nikolas. I completely understand why you would be upset with Logan after what happened to Lulu.
Nikolas: Uh-huh. Yeah, well, he got what he deserved.
Logan: Hey, I'm not giving up on Lulu, all right? And I will not let you hurt her again. So even if I did come on too strong, you got the point, didn't you?
Coop: Oh, that's typical, Logan. You attack Maxie and make it her fault. And Lulu is supposed to somehow make you a better person -- like all this crap that you pulled suddenly doesn't matter.
Mike: Hey, I -- ahem. I keep hearing Lulu's name. Now, Spinelli called here about 15 times this morning looking for her. Now, what the hell's going on?
Maxie: Go ahead and tell him, Logan. After all, Lulu supposedly works here. I'm pretty sure her boss would want to know why she's going to be late for her shift -- if she even shows up at all.
Mike: Did you do something to Lulu Spencer?
Maxie: Oh, yeah, Logan made a serious mistake.
Logan: That's right, I did. I should've never gone anywhere near you.
Mike: Oh, so you're the innocent victim here, huh?
Coop: I don't know how much Spinelli told you, but Lulu got upset and ran off.
Maxie: And it's all Logan's fault.
Coop: And no one has heard from her -- as far as we know.
Mike: Okay. Well, thanks for telling me. Let me know if there's anything I can do, all right?
Coop: Thanks, Mike. You can make all the excuses you want, but you were using Lulu from the start.
Logan: Hey, hold on. I'm not going to apologize for wanting something good in my life, for wanting to change. Lulu can help me do that.
Maxie: And how's that going to work, since Lulu ran off so that she'd never have to see you again?
Lulu: So don't worry, okay? I'm fine. Bye. Okay, I've called everybody I know, and I even talked to my grandmother in person.
Jason: Now that you've checked in with everyone, why don't you tell me what happened between you and Johnny Zacchara. Did he say why he was in Port Charles?
Lulu: You know -- as I'm thinking about it -- how did you guys know to start looking for me? Who told you that I was gone?
Spinelli: Umm - the -- the simian one dragged himself here to casa de Stone Cold on a mission to search and destroy. But Stone Cold and the Jackal forced him into submission, and he explained that, um, he had taken advantage of your trusting nature and tricked you into cohabitating in his lair of darkness, and that Maxie exposed his lies and you fled.
Lulu: How specific was Logan about my reasons for leaving?
Spinelli: He admitted -- under duress -- that he had violated your trust and slept with Maxie. And that, basically, he and the bad blond one had kind of set you up. Um -- but we -- we rallied our forces and started the search immediately. We -- we informed all -- um --
Lulu: So everybody in the entire world knows that I'm an idiot?
Jax: Have you noticed how enlightened and secure I am? I'm not bothered in the least that you're obsessing over your ex-husband. In fact, I actually took his advice and flew down to his private island to spend time with you.
Carly: I just want Sonny to stay focused. The sooner he deals with Zacchara, the sooner I get to come home to you, yes.
Jax: Mm-hmm, yeah, well, in the meantime, we'll just have to keep ourselves busy, won't we?
Carly: Ooh -- "ooh." Ooh, I should call him. I should call him.
Jax: If it'll make you feel better, but weren't we in the middle of something? Remember -- kids at the beach. We got time for you-know-what.
Carly: You're right.
Jax: Yeah, I'm right.
Jax: Whoa! Hey!
Carly: Hey -- whew!
Jax: I missed you!
Michael: Freezing cold.
Jax: Morgan, how's it going?
Carly: Where are your towels?
Michael: Right there.
Carly: Oh. Sorry.
Michael: So when can we go home?
Trevor: Oh, aren't you proud of the man you threw everything away for? Look at him -- trying to work his brother.
Kate: Ric, I know that you see what's going on here. Don't let Trevor use you as a weapon against your own brother.
Ric: I appreciate your concern, Ms. Howard. But, frankly, you'd do and say anything to get me to reduce the charges -- or, better yet, throw them out altogether -- so that you could salvage your career.
Kate: Well, I have every intention of salvaging my career regardless of what you do.
Ric: But you are right, Sonny. You talk about how disappointed you are in me. I was a fool. I was a fool to take your word for what happened to my mother. It was a tragedy definitely, but not the way you told me. And you are pathetic. You're pathetic for hating Sonny for something that you think that he did when he was a child -- and I bought into it. I threw away years of my life on your delusion.
Jax: You want to go home? You guys have a great setup here.
Michael: Yeah, but school was just starting and I miss my friends.
Jax: Yeah, I understand that.
Carly: He has a serious case of island fever.
Jax: He does?
Michael: Yes, yes, yes, yes.
Jax: Island fever?
Michael: Dad calls every night and I'm teaching him how to text, but it's not the same. I want to see him.
Jax: Well, your mom and I want you to be safe. We also don't want you to be miserable, so we'll be discussing what we're going to do next, I guess. But in the meantime, I brought the skimboards down so we can have some fun at the beach.
Carly: Okay, why don't you take those skimboards down to the beach, and Jax and I will meet you in a few minutes.
Jax: And we'll go home as soon as we can, I promise.
Michael: All right. Come on, Morgan.
Jax: All right? All right.
Carly: Go ahead.
Jax: Go, race your brother. What?
Carly: You're so great with them. You are, you're just wonderful. You make everything better. Thanks.
Jax: Yeah. Hey, let's -- let's go to the beach, come on.
Jax: Come on.
Carly: Yeah, okay. I'm not going to forget the towels.
Trevor: If you had a chance at a new life with a beautiful, lovely woman, and that woman's murderous son ruined that chance, wouldn't you resent that kid?
Ric: I hope not. I hope I would try to get that child some help.
Trevor: Hmm. Self-righteousness is never a good choice for you, Ricky. Tsk, tsk.
Ric: You know, I spent my entire life trying to please you, and I've never been able to do it. That's an old fight. Who knows -- maybe you're just trying to distract us from Zacchara.
Sonny: Yeah, that makes sense. Keep the competition and law enforcement tied in knots with personal garbage, while Zacchara just walks in unopposed. Right, Trevor?
Ric: Yeah, sure. You agree with me now, right?
Ric: I mean, after pretty much kicking me in the teeth from the first day that you ever met me, right? You threatened me, you bullied me, had Jason pretty much kill me, rejected every single attempt that I ever made to try to be your brother, so why don't we get something straight here, Sonny. Whatever happens from here on out, it's got nothing to do with my father and how he feels about you or Kate or anybody else. It's got to do with you and me, big brother. I'm going to pay you back for all the hell that you've caused me.
Alexis: Yes, I got your message. I will meet you at the Metro Court. That's all. Thanks, Jerry. Hi.
Nikolas: I sincerely hope I misheard you and you didn't actually just agree to go meet Jerry Jacks.
Alexis: I'm an attorney; meetings are part of the deal.
Nikolas: Oh, okay. So he -- so he didn't torture or poison me, or hold me or Emily or the father of your child -- or anyone else, for that matter -- hostage, and he didn't blow up the lobby of your best friend's hotel? That didn't happen?
Alexis: May I remind you that Jerry is initially a client of mine because I did that --
Nikolas: I don't care. How can you continue to ignore what this man has done and consistently seek him out? What the hell's the matter with you?
Alexis: I appreciate that you're in a bad mood, but would you mind not taking it out on me?
Mike: Here you go, man.
Coop: Thanks, Mike.
Coop: Sorry about everything.
Maxie: Thanks for rescuing me out there.
Coop: Yeah. Why don't you tell me about your little arrangement with Logan?
Maxie: I wanted Logan to seduce Lulu and break her heart. He agreed to if I would sleep with him. We both kept our part of the bargain.
Coop: I'm going to save my breath on telling you how wrong you were. Just stay away from Logan. He's really dangerous.
Maxie: Yeah, it was pretty scary how he grabbed me out there. So much for Lulu making him a better person.
Coop: And you don't know who you are dealing with. You just keep pushing and putting yourself into harm's way.
Maxie: Yeah, you know me -- I can't stop myself. It's inevitable, and I guess what we had was too good, and eventually I was going to find a way to ruin it. But no matter how much I mess up, I really care about you and I miss you. I wish you still believed in me.
Coop: Yeah, so do I.
Singer: I gotta try to make her mine
Spinelli: The -- the search began posthaste soon after the unworthy one left the premises. So all -- all were informed of your heartbreak and despair, even the law-abiding ones.
Lulu: You called the cops?
Spinelli: Your -- your brother in blue rallied the forces, and -- I mean, they had to know of your desperate state --
Lulu: How could you do this? How could you tell everyone that Maxie played me for a fool, and that -- you didn't tell the Quartermaines, did you?
Spinelli: Noble Emily and her -- and her prince informed them face to face - they were -- they were most concerned, especially the stepmonster.
Lulu: I can't believe that you would do this. Oh --
Spinelli: I -- I am truly so sorry. I -- I would never intentionally cause you a nanosecond of pain or embarrassment.
Lulu: Well, did you think for a nanosecond that it would completely humiliate me?
Jason: Hold on, Lulu -- Lulu? Spinelli has worked nonstop trying to find you. He hacked into security cameras all over town before the cops could even agree to start the search. I don't care how upset you were. It was stupid to get in a car with a guy -- and a stranger on top of that. I mean, why couldn't you call Spinelli? Why couldn't you call a member of your family? If crazy Johnny Zacchara can find a way to use a landline, why couldn't you?
Lulu: I didn't know Johnny was crazy until you showed up and he started waving his gun around.
[Knock on door]
Logan: Have you heard from her?
Spinelli: Be gone.
Logan: Lulu? Oh, thank God you're okay.
Spinelli: No thanks to you.
Logan: Please listen to me. We got to talk, all right?
Spinelli: Away with you, for your unworthiness is now known to all.
Logan: Lulu -- Lulu, listen, I made some horrible mistakes and I know that, okay, but I still care about you so much.
Spinelli: The Blond One will not fall for such self-serving pseudo-logic.
Lulu: I don't want to talk to you right now, please leave.
Spinelli: The Blond One has spoken. She has made her choice, be gone.
Logan: Listen, I'm not going anywhere until --
Jason: No, no, no, no, no.
Logan: I make you understand.
Jason: Hey, get -- get out of here.
Logan: Lulu, look at me. I'm not giving up on you, all right?
[Door opens and closes]
Jason: Okay, you need to tell me everything that happened with Johnny Zacchara.
Lulu: There is nothing more to tell. The car broke down. We didn't have cell phone service, so we slept in a barn. We woke up the next morning, went to look for a pay phone at a gas station. Johnny called someone -- obviously, it was the people who showed up -- and then we walked back to the barn.
Spinelli: Yeah, we heard the fair one scream.
Lulu: We were just playing around -- Johnny was threatening to put me in the water tank.
Jason: Okay, who found the barn?
Jason: He found -- it was in the middle of the night. I'm sure he couldn't see the barn from the road.
Lulu: He knew where the barn was and he led me to it. Is there a problem?
Jason: I need to check it out.
Lulu: What is with Jason?
Spinelli: Look, you were driven by heartbreak and high adventure, and you're missing the most salient point -- you're in serious danger.
Elizabeth: Hey, I'm about to go off duty. Any word from Lulu yet?
Emily: Uh, no.
Elizabeth: I'm checking my messages now. It's Lulu.
Emily: Where is she?
Elizabeth: In a barn on County Road 91.
Emily: How'd she get out to 91?
Elizabeth: I don't know, but I'm going to go pick her up.
Nikolas: Look, I'm just -- I'm concerned about Lulu right now. She's -- she's vanished because of some loser.
Alexis: I'm sorry about Lulu. I am, but that isn't my fault. So if you could please --
Nikolas: I know, but it's just -- the difference is, is that Lulu is 19; she's allowed to make dumb mistakes. You're an accomplished lawyer with Ivy League degrees, with three daughters, but your taste in men is actually worse than Lulu's.
Alexis: Okay, maybe so. Again, Jerry is my client. We're not romantically involved, so I --
Nikolas: I don't care. You -- you defend him every opportunity you get, and not just professionally, but also personally. You -- you dream up all these reasons to meet with him, you're always glad to see him -- Jerry this, Jerry that -- when any sane person would run in the other direction.
Alexis: Now I'm insane?
Nikolas: And the saddest part of it is the worse he is for you, the more attracted you are to him.
Sonny: How are you any better than your father if you come at me through Kate?
Ric: My father and I happen to have the same goals at the moment. That's the only reason it appears that I'm doing what he wants. And don't make the mistake of assuming that I owe you a damn thing, or that I care about what you're thinking.
Trevor: Oh, I'll make allowances. I understand that you got to assert yourself in front of your big brother. I don't blame you.
Ric: I'm sorry you had to get caught in the middle of this, but then again, you were Trevor Lansing's mistress for years.
Kate: I am not the only person who's ever gotten close to a mentor, and, yes, Trevor did open some important doors for me in business, in my personal life when I was first getting started in my career.
Ric: Yeah, well, whatever you want to call it, you benefited from your relationship.
Kate: Yes, Ric, I did, and I also worked like a dog -- I still do.
Ric: Well, you're not going to have to worry about that much longer.
Kate: I didn't do anything wrong!
Sonny: Ric, Ric, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Look, you don't have to be like he is -- twisted. You can just, you know, try to help Kate instead of treating her the way Trevor would.
Ric: Trevor is beside the point.
Sonny: That's a lie, we both know that. He's a lot worse than I even remember. Having to grow up with a man like that -- I mean, it doesn't excuse the things that you've done, but I got to tell you, I can understand it a little more.
Ric: Call your lawyer.
Sonny: Hey -- I -- I'm sorry.
Kate: Okay, just -- don't take what I'm about to say the wrong way. I'm -- I'm angry and I'm scared and I have no idea what I'm going to do, but I know I'm going to -- I'm going to come up with something. But compared to what you and your brother have been through, my situation doesn't seem quite so dire right now.
Alexis: You know what? I'm not going to waste my breath rehashing my romantic life with you anymore. You might keep in mind that you've made a mistake or two -- Courtney springs to mind.
Nikolas: Oh, wait -- no, no. You know what? I am so sick of your arrogance and your hypocrisy. You talk down to everyone, all the while ignoring your own destructive behavior -- like your ridiculous marriage to Ric Lansing, your ridiculous relationship with Sonny, your --
Alexis: I have no idea where this is coming from. I had no idea that you resented me this much.
Nikolas: What I -- what I resent is you getting involved with yet another psycho, and me probably having to clean up the mess!
Alexis: Okay, well, this conversation's over.
Nikolas: Hey, don't walk away from me.
Carly: Admit it -- you were faking when you fell off that skimboard.
Jax: I wasn't, I swear.
Carly: You were, too.
Carly: You know what? I haven't heard Michael laugh that hard since before Leticia died.
Jax: He seems to like the staff here.
Carly: Yes, well, he should -- he's known them his whole life. I feel perfectly safe having them watch my kids.
Jax: You do?
Carly: Mm-hmm. Do you know what else?
Carly: They're probably going to be on the beach for hours.
Jax: Well -- well --
Jax: In that case --
Carly: I missed you so much. I love you.
Jax: I love you, too.
[Monster movie plays]
[TV turns off]
Lulu: I'm sorry I got mad at you. It was selfish, and I was being a jerk.
Spinelli: No, you were distraught.
Lulu: But it was wonderful that you cared enough to want to save me.
Spinelli: Well, a great many people cared, it wasn't just the Jackal.
Lulu: Yeah, but you made it happen. I shouldn't have yelled at you.
Spinelli: All is forgiven.
Lulu: Thank you. The truth is I'm just mad at myself. I shouldn't have slept with Logan in the first place. Maxie was hanging around the whole time; I should've known something was happening. Huh. Part of the deal, I found out, was that Maxie wanted to watch. Can you imagine?
Spinelli: I will try my utmost not to.
Lulu: She even hid in the closet once -- how sick is that?
Lulu: Not that you didn't warn me over and over. I should've listened. I'm just -- agh, I'm so ashamed of myself.
Spinelli: No, look, the shame is on the simian one and the bad blond one, not you.
Lulu: And I know it was stupid for me to get in the car in the middle of the night with somebody I didn't even know.
Spinelli: That I will agree with.
Lulu: Not that it matters. I mean, I'm never going to see Johnny Zacchara again.
Kate: I've worked so hard to build my career, and now that I'm about to lose it -- it's okay.
Kate: It's okay. I feel strong, I feel liberated.
Sonny: I am going to make sure that you get back everything that you worked so hard for.
Kate: Okay, Sonny, and how is that supposed to work, exactly? I'm sure, as a mobster, you're hell on wheels, but in fashion, you're kind of a nobody.
Sonny: Yeah, but I'm a fast learner and I love beautiful suits.
Kate: Well, you certainly know how to wear them. But fashion is cutthroat -- figuratively, at least.
Sonny: Yean. Michael's been sending me these text messages.
Kate: What happened?
Sonny: It's not from Michael.
Kate: What does it say?
Sonny: "Your kids' nanny was just a start."
Johnny: I didn't get shot, I didn't cause a mob war of epic proportions, so I'd call that a pretty good day.
Handler: Come on, get down! It's 12 stories!
Johnny: You worry too much -- that kind of stress will kill you. Why not just go off random chance? It's a lot more interesting.
Elizabeth: Lulu, are you in here?
Jason: Lu-- uh, Lulu's fine. Spinelli and I found her out here this morning.
Elizabeth: Well, she left me a message. Her cell kept cutting out, but I thought she wanted me to come get her.
Jason: Yeah, cell reception's real bad out here.
Elizabeth: So where is she?
Jason: She's at my apartment. I left her with Spinelli.
Elizabeth: Oh. Then what are you doing back here?
Jason: Well, I just -- wanted to check the place out. Lulu hitched a ride with a guy named Johnny Zacchara. He didn't hurt her, but --
Elizabeth: Zacchara? Sam said the Zaccharas were threatening you and Sonny.
Jason: Yeah, we're just still trying to figure out what they want, exactly. But Lulu said it was Johnnyís idea to come in this barn, so I just -- you know, I wanted to come check it out.
Elizabeth: Okay. Then I'm -- I'm just going to leave you -- I'll leave you to it.
Jason: Elizabeth? I apologize for showing up at the house. I mean, Spinelli was really worried about Lulu.
Elizabeth: It's -- you know, it's fine.
Jason: Jake -- uh -- he's getting bigger.
Elizabeth: Yeah, he is.
Jason: Are things better with you and Lucky?
Elizabeth: Um Ė Heís sleeping with Sam.
Jason: Whew. I'm -- I'm sorry about that.
Elizabeth: Why should you be sorry? I'm the one who promised Jake would be raised in a happy family.
Jason: I should've warned you. Sam knows that Jake is my son.
>> On the next "General Hospital" --
Alexis: You threw a glass at me.
Nikolas: Why would I do that?
Elizabeth: You told Sam you're Jakeís father, and you're only telling me this now?
Kate: This is the first piece of information you have on Leticiaís murder. You have to go tell the police.
Sonny: No, I donít.
