Sonny: So, you want me to date someone?
Kate: It would certainly help kill the rum you and I are romantically involved.
Sonny: Why do you care what the tabloids say?
Kate: Look, it's a lose-lose situation for me. If I say nothing, they'll assume that it's true. And if I make a big fuss and say that it's a lie, they'll think where there's smoke, there's fire.
Sonny: Ah. So you -- you want me to pay my attorney to file an injunction against the paper, and -- and you also want me to take someone out, right, so it would deflect the attention away from you and me? Anything else that you need while we're talking here?
Kate: Nope. Thank you in advance. I hope it's not too much of a hardship.
Sonny: Okay, and you want it to grab attention, you want me, you know, the media to know and the whole thing, and the woman should be classy, a head-turner. Got any ideas?
Carly: I knew it was too good to be true.
Jax: We just had a lovely time in Montréal.
Carly: Yeah, and you were just softening me up.
Jax: It's not true.
Carly: Admit it.
Jax: It's not true. I wasn't --
Carly: You admit it -- you bought me this beautiful hotel in a city we both love so you keep me busy while you go chasing after your brother. You're walking out on me again.
Elizabeth: How could I leave my baby alone, even for a second? What is wrong with me?
Lulu: You only turned away to tie Cameron's shoe.
Elizabeth: But it was long enough for somebody to grab Jake out of his stroller.
Lulu: They were obviously watching and waiting. How were you supposed to know that?
Elizabeth: I shouldn't have looked away.
Lulu: Elizabeth, you are a wonderful mother, and you've always done the best you could for your kids. Nothing you did caused this to happen.
Lucky: Jake is not what?
Sam: You just -- you shouldn't have to go through this.
Lucky: You're drunk.
Sam: No, you're a -- you're a good man, Lucky. You're a good man, you love Jake, and this is just not fair.
Lucky: Okay, do you have information about my son or not?
Jax: I'm not leaving you.
Carly: Then why did you go to all the trouble of buttering me up and taking me to Montréal and buying me the hotel? What?
Jax: I'm sorry; I got stuck on the image of buttering you up.
Carly: I am serious.
Jax: It's okay.
Carly: You swept me off my feet so you can go chasing after Jerry.
Jax: I'm not chasing after Jerry.
Carly: Just tell me the truth, please, I won't be mad. Okay, maybe I'll be mad, but I just want you to be honest with me.
Jax: Okay -- I -- I thought that we could use a romantic getaway together, okay? That's why I took you to Montréal.
Jax: And I couldn't think of a better way to spend the afternoon with my beautiful bride in a city that we both have really nice memories in.
Carly: What about the hotel?
Jax: The hotel's a good investment. And it will keep us connected to a city that we both love.
Carly: This had nothing to do with Jerry?
Jax: It had nothing to do with Jerry. This was all about us, okay? This was about you and me. This is -- I did this for you.
Carly: You're good.
Jax: I'm glad you think so.
Carly: What about all that stuff with Alexis earlier?
Jax: Well, Alexis handled the closing of the hotel.
Jax: Yeah. Sorry, that's why I couldn't tell you about it.
Carly: You know what?
Carly: I love being married to you.
Kate: Oh, I'm sure you can rustle up a date all on your own.
Sonny: You think?
Kate: Sure. You have money -- it always makes it easier -- you're a perfectly nice-looking man, you've kept yourself fit.
Sonny: You noticed?
Kate: Ahem. Um -- okay, look -- please understand me. I am not suggesting that you have a reunion with your ex-wife. I wouldn't -- I wouldn't do that to Jax. Perhaps an actress who wants to revive her career -- I could make some calls.
Sonny: Like you said, I can find my own dates.
Kate: Suit yourself.
Sonny: There's just one problem -- I don't like to see my name in the papers and stuff and -- you know. So, finding an actress who's looking for P.R. wouldn't really fit the bill.
Kate: Okay, fine. Pick a socialite who can get you into the gossip pages -- that will do the trick.
Sonny: Connie, come back.
Sonny: All right. I'll -- I'll file an injunction against the -- the paper to stop writing articles about us. But as far as, like, who I sleep with, that is -- it's nobody's business, including yours.
Kate: Oh, believe me, I have no desire to hear about your personal life.
Sonny: Really? Because I thought that's what this was all about.
Kate: Excuse me?
Sonny: Yeah. You know, you come in here fishing about, you know, like, who I'm involved with and all that kind of stuff, and, you know, back in high school we used to be -- so hot together. Maybe you're just hoping that lightning strikes twice.
Kate: Hmm. In your dreams.
Wes: Where's Sam?
Amelia: Oh, she went on a bender. She'll be gone for the rest of the day.
Wes: Does our star have a problem?
Amelia: Sam's suffering from an attack of guilty conscience. I doubt it'll last long. D.A. Lansing.
Amelia: What are you doing here?
Ric: Um, something occurred to me after you left the PCPD.
Amelia: Could you give us a minute? How can I help?
Ric: Oh -- um -- well, Sam was the last person seen in the park when Jake Spencer was abducted. Her whereabouts are not accounted for at the time that the baby went missing.
Elizabeth: I feel so sick to my stomach when I think about what kind of person might've taken Jake.
Lulu: Try not to go to the worst-case scenario.
Elizabeth: It's just so terrifying not knowing. I feel so alone.
Lulu: Lucky is just as upset as you are.
Elizabeth: Yeah. You would think this sort of thing would pull us together. But instead it's pulling us apart because Lucky blames me for Jake's kidnapping.
Lulu: Okay, I have been there, too. Last summer when I was pregnant and I decided to have the abortion, Lucky tried to convince me not to have it. And when he couldn't do that, he completely lost it, and he made me feel awful, like I was making the worst decision of my life. And I could blame it on the pills, but I know that's how Lucky gets when he is upset that something is out of his control. You know, he feels helpless, and it builds up inside until it comes out in this burst of anger.
Elizabeth: You know your brother so well.
Lulu: I just don't want this to tear you guys apart.
Elizabeth: And neither do I.
Lulu: Lucky is desperate to get his son. He has no leads; he has nothing to hold on to. It's eating him alive.
Lucky: What are you trying to tell me about my son?
Sam: I'm just -- you know, it was just awful that he was taken, and I wish that there was something I could do to help, because, you know, I know what it's like to lose a child.
Det. Rodriguez: Lucky, we may have a lead.
Sam: Oh -- can I talk to Jason for a minute, please?
Jason: You've been drinking.
Sam: Yeah. I have been drinking, and I know it was stupid. But, Jason, I started thinking how awful Jake's parents must feel, which brought back all of these memories, and -- oh, I just feel like I -- I started spiraling down just -- just a little bit. So I came here because I wanted to tell Jake's father how sorry I was.
Carly: I'm getting really excited about the hotel you bought me.
Jax: Yeah? Well, excited is good.
Carly: I can't wait o the whole place and put my personal touch on everything.
Jax: I love your touch. You can put your touch on me anytime.
Carly: I want sensual fabrics, amazing art, and a rich, romantic atmosphere.
Jax: Sounds good.
Jax: I love you like this. You're all fired up. You're the best I've ever known.
Carly: The best at what?
Jax: Best businesswoman, of course.
Jax: That's it.
Carly: No one's ever believed in me the way you do. That's one of the things I love about you.
Jax: What else do you love about me?
Carly: I was just getting ready to show you.
Carly: Okay, I am going to call the contractor and decorator. If we get started, we can have that hotel open by the holidays.
Jax: Wow, we're going to be spending a lot of time in Montréal.
Carly: You know what we should do? We should rent a summer house. Oh, my gosh, the boys would love it. They could go hiking, waterskiing -- they would have so much fun!
Jax: You think that Sonny would agree to that?
Carly: Well, yeah. Why not? They could spend half the week with us up there and the other half with him down here. What do you think?
Jax: Oh. I just thought of something else I love about you.
Carly: Oh. Well, do tell.
Jax: Your enthusiasm. Everything's an adventure to you.
Carly: Why shouldn't it be? We're married, life is great. We should enjoy every moment.
Jax: Yeah, absolutely, we should.
Carly: Yeah, we should.
Carly: I think you should take me upstairs.
Jax: Oh, man.
Jax: I'm going to ignore it.
Carly: No, no, no, you can't ignore it because it's probably the hotel. Yes, please.
Jax: Jasper Jacks. Jerry?
Sonny: You used to say that all the time.
Kate: Okay, I have absolutely no interest in who you're dating. My only concern is that you and I --
Kate: We're not romantically linked.
Sonny: From a business point of view, you -- I'm surprised you're so adamant.
Kate: Why is that?
Sonny: Well, because, you know, you talk so much about P.R. It would be good for you to be seen with me because, you know, it would show your readers that you lead a very exciting life.
Kate: Yeah, "exciting" is such a vague term.
Sonny: Yeah -- create a buzz, sell more magazines.
Kate: No, no, no, no, we are selling a lifestyle, a window into a very exclusive club.
Sonny: Which I could never be part of. Say it. You can say it.
Kate: You chose a certain profession. Look, I'm not judging.
Sonny: Not at all.
Kate: I chose a very different profession, okay? The two -- they just -- they aren't compatible.
Sonny: You know what? If you're so worried about, you know, the rags writing a story about us, why do you show up here? I mean, there could be photographers camped outside, lying in wait.
Kate: Well, there -- there's a coffee shop on the other side of that door. I could just order a latte when I leave.
Sonny: Well, a photographer could, you know, catch us talking and then start digging into your past. And he could be some eager beaver who figures out that you're really Connie Falconeri, the girl who almost quit Sacred Heart to run away with me.
Amelia: Why would you want to know Sam's whereabouts at the time Jake Spencer disappeared?
Ric: Well, she lost a baby of her own. She recently found out she can't have any more kids.
Amelia: Lots of women can't have kids. It doesn't mean they go out and kidnap someone else's.
Ric: No, I didn't say that.
Amelia: You're fishing. The park is a public place. Any number of people had the opportunity to take that baby.
Ric: Yeah, but, you see, we don't think that the kidnapper was a stranger.
Amelia: So you're jumping on Sam as a suspect?
Ric: No, we're just covering all of our bases. We're following standard procedure.
Amelia: Nothing to do with the fact that you don't like her?
Ric: Does Sam have an alibi? Yes or no?
Amelia: She was here at the studio.
Ric: Didn't mention that before.
Amelia: You don't believe me, ask anyone in my crew.
Ric: Okay, why are you covering for Sam and giving her an alibi when it's pretty obvious that you don't like her, either?
Sam: I am sorry that I haven't come to visit you more.
Jason: It's okay. You know, I'll get out of here soon enough.
Sam: I hope so. Jason, that's not really what I'm talking about.
Jason: I'll be fine, Sam.
Sam: What's happened to us? I used to be the person that you would come to to make you feel better when things are wrong, but we are not even connecting anymore. You haven't even smiled since I've been in here.
Jason: I'm worried about you. You know, you're hurting because of the baby.
Sam: I just really -- I can't stop thinking about how terrible -- how terrible this must be for Jake's parents.
Jason: Hopefully the person who took Jake has too much good in them to harm an innocent child. And hopefully they'll do the right thing.
Sam: I he so. I know you don't want to hear this right now, probably. Jason, I still love you.
Sam: I do.
Jax: Okay. I'm on my way.
Carly: You lied.
Jax: I swear, I didn't know.
Carly: You denied it and you denied it. And here we are, one hour later, and -- surprise, surprise -- you're going after Jerry.
Jax: No, I didn't plan this, Carly. You have to believe me, I didn't plan this.
Carly: Yeah. Okay.
Jax: This is the first time I heard from Jerry since --
Carly: Okay, maybe so, but you knew if he made contact, that you would go after him.
Jax: I thought you understood my loyalty to my brother.
Carly: What about your loyalty to us, Michael, and Morgan? You have a family now, Jax.
Jax: Jerry's family, too. I can't abandon him.
Carly: But you can abandon us?
Jax: No, that's -- I'm not -- you're the most important people in the world to me.
Carly: Then stay! Don't go chasing after your brother and risking your life again.
Jax: Look --
Jax: I love you. I'll do this for Jerry, and then I'll be back as soon as I can.
Kate: As I've mentioned repeatedly, I'd like my past kept confidential.
Sonny: Two lattes.
Sonny: Okay, look, I -- you live next door to me, right? My background is an open book. I'm not ashamed of where I came from.
Kate: Sonny, you promised that you would keep my secret.
Sonny: What are you so afraid of, that you're going to get fired from "Couture" magazine if they find out that you -- that you're Connie Falconeri and that you lied about living in Connecticut?
Kate: It is more like I'll lose credibility. They'll -- they'll think that I'm -- I'm a social climber and a phony.
Sonny: Oh, really? And you're not?
Kate: Look, I didn't think that Connie Falconeri was good enough to succeed on her own merits. I was too insecure to know that I had the intelligence and the drive to fulfill my dreams no matter who I was or where I was from. And maybe -- maybe it was foolish. But it's too late now, Sonny. I could lose everything that I worked so hard for if the truth were to come out.
Sonny: They won't hear it from me.
Kate: I appreciate that.
Sonny: Thanks. And you know what? If you honestly feel that if I wine and dine an acceptable, gorgeous woman, then I'll do that, yeah?
Kate: No -- no, you know what? I -- I'm probably just overreacting. I know you value your privacy and --
Sonny: Yeah, I do, but, you know, I've never dated an actress. A model, I did once. It was pretty complicated -- that's beside the point. For you, though, I would -- I would make the sacrifice, if you want.
Diane: Ahem. I'm very sorry to interrupt, but Mr. Corinthos and I have some important legal matters to discuss.
Kate: No, it's fine, it's fine. I was just leaving.
Diane: For the love of God -- and high fashion -- do not let your relationship with that woman go any farther.
Lulu: Hey, thanks for coming, Spinelli -- the only one I can talk to.
Spinelli: Look, um, if this is about the abduction of the innocent one, I don't --
Lulu: It's about Lucky and Elizabeth -- this whole thing is tearing them apart. Lucky is scared and he is helpless and he wants to lash out at someone, and that someone is Elizabeth, the person he's closest to -- it's horrible. He's acting as if it's her fault that Jake got taken.
Spinelli: Right, when she would do anything to protect the small Stone Cold one.
Lulu: And Elizabeth told Lucky that, but now she's blaming herself, running it over and over in her head, thinking about what she could've done differently, how she shouldn't have turned away --
Spinelli: Look, it -- it's so cruel that Stone Cold is behind bars, because he would know how to deal with this, he could reassure her.
Lulu: I mean, now Elizabeth is probably thinking if she had told the truth about Jason being Jake's father, maybe none of this would've ever happened.
Amelia: Have you sobered up?
Sam: Uh -- ahem -- no. I mean, I'm getting there. Not quite yet, I would say.
Amelia: Okay, drink that. We'll walk through the scenes we were supposed to tape today so that we can hit the ground running tomorrow.
Sam: Hmm -- any complaints from the network?
Amelia: No. So far, I've been able to cover.
Sam: Oh, look, I'm sorry. I'm really sorry. This -- it won't happen again, okay?
Amelia: Good. Although, this time might've been a lucky break.
Sam: What do you mean?
Amelia: While you were on your bender, Ric Lansing stopped by to see where you were at the time Jake Spencer was kidnapped.
Sam: Well, what did you say?
Amelia: I lied, told him you were here at the studio.
Elizabeth: I hope you don't mind that I'm here.
Jason: No. How are you doing?
Elizabeth: I'm terrified. Sometimes I -- I have faith that we'll find Jake and he'll be all right. And then sometimes my mind drifts to every imaginable horror.
Jason: Don't let yourself go there. Elizabeth, we have to stay hopeful.
Elizabeth: I'm sure you're just as scared -- maybe even more so being locked up in here.
Jason: No, the only thing that matters to me is finding Jake, and we are going to find Jake.
Elizabeth: Thank you for thinking so clearly always.
Jason: I'm not -- I'm not so sure I do.
Elizabeth: Well, Jason, I was -- I was falling apart, I was giving in to panic, and then I came to see you and was able to think coherently. I -- I went home, and I wrote down everything that happened in the park, all the sequence of events and -- and who was with us.
Jason: Did you -- did you come up with anything at all?
Elizabeth: Nothing. Jason, what if -- what if Jake --
Jason: Don't -- don't. Don't go there. I need you to stay strong for him and for me. I need you to believe our son will be found.
Carly: Have a seat.
Michael: What's wrong, mom?
Carly: Well, Jax is -- uh -- he's going on a trip.
Michael: Where are you going?
Jax: My brother's in trouble again, so I have to go help him.
Michael: Like brothers are supposed to.
Michael: You were gone for two months last time. How long are you going to be gone this time?
Jax: I certainly hope it won't be that long. You know, chasing after Jerry is not exactly my idea of fun. So I'll wrap it up as quickly as I can and come back to you guys -- and your mother.
Michael: You're going to miss Fourth of July.
Jax: Yeah. You're going to have to light a sparkler for me, aren't you? Give me a hug. I'll miss you guys.
Michael: Going to miss you, too.
Jax: You look after your mother for me, okay?
Michael: Uh -- okay.
Jax: See ya.
Jax: Do I get a kiss?
Carly: Jax --
Jax: Look, I would rather stay here with you and the boys. You know that.
Carly: I'm trying really hard not to cry, so can you please just go?
Jax: Okay. I love you. I'll see you soon, I promise.
Lulu: Do you believe in karma? Like, if you do something wrong, the universe will even out the score?
Spinelli: The -- the Blond One is referring to Elizabeth keeping silent about the innocent one's paternity?
Lulu: Well, maybe if Elizabeth had told the truth, then Jake wouldn't have been kidnapped.
Spinelli: I -- I don't believe in the universe playing, like, judge and jury. I -- Elizabeth's not to blame.
Lulu: But you thought it was wrong for her to lie.
Spinelli: Yeah -- you know, I -- I just think -- I think it would be best, you know, if Stone Cold just came forward as the true, you know, father of the innocent one, and -- and maybe they could just share custody.
Lulu: Yeah, but they had their reasons for hiding it -- the way Lucky is acting right now, so angry and out of control. He would lose it completely if he found out that Jake wasn't his son. I mean, he'd probably dive into a bottle of pills and never come back. I don't know. I just -- I used to think that Elizabeth and Jason were wrong, that they were being unfair to Lucky, and then I convince myself that they had made the right decision after all. And now -- I don't know. Maybe there is no right or wrong. Maybe -- oh, maybe it's just all a blurry middle ground.
Spinelli: You know -- you know, I think sometimes good people have to make tough decisions that cause them much pain, but, you know, it -- it doesn't mean their goodness doesn't shine as brightly.
Amelia: I told D.A. Lansing that you were here at the studio when Jake Spencer was kidnapped because you assured me you had nothing to do with it.
Sam: I didn't. I didn't. It's just, you know, Ric Lansing hates me. He would -- he would do anything to get me in trouble, so -- well, thank you. Thank you for covering.
Amelia: Yeah, no problem.
Wes: We're ready to walk through staging.
Sam: Okay, I need the revised script because this one's old. And would you mind, please, if you could get me some coffee?
Sam: Thank you very much.
Wes: Mm-hmm. Well, she's a pro, even if she is drunk.
Amelia: We cannot afford to lose another day of production. Make sure she's ready to tape tomorrow.
Wes: I will. Where are you going?
Amelia: I have a few things to take care of.
Elizabeth: Is there anything I can do for you?
Jason: Just take care of yourself.
Elizabeth: You know, if I told the truth from the start --
Jason: You can't second-guess yourself, Elizabeth. We did what we thought was best for -- for Jake.
Lucky: Elizabeth. I didn't know you were coming to the station.
Elizabeth: Well, I was going crazy waiting for word, so I --
Lucky: Just come with me, I'll fill you in.
Elizabeth: Did something happen?
Lucky: Yeah, we're working on a potential sighting in Fairfield. I tried to call you, but you were here visiting with Jason.
Det. Rodriguez: The daycare center in Fairfield on line one.
Lucky: Detective Spencer. Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's right. Um -- he's about 7 weeks old. Yeah, 10 pounds, fair skin. His eyes are turning blue. Huh -- huh –
Diane: Look -- I know that your relationship with Kate Howard is none of my business. But "Couture" is the Bible --
Sonny: How's Jason's defense going?
Diane: Okay. Well, I do need to get a handle on all of the evidence that the D.A. has against Jason. So if you have any well-placed contacts in the PCPD, now would be a good time to use them.
Sonny: I'll work it out, get back to you.
Diane: Good. The sooner the better. At the risk of overstepping my bounds, I just ask that you remember that Kate Howard has a reputation to maintain.
Sonny: Diane, she's my neighbor.
Sonny: I can't help where, you know, the woman chooses to buy a house.
Diane: I'm just saying that your particular insanity is the last thing that woman needs.
Amelia: I need to see you -- alone.
Diane: Your timing is perfect.
Sonny: What is so urgent, Amelia?
Amelia: I was wondering if figuring out my agenda with Sam had altered the parameters of our -- arrangement.
Sonny: Altered how?
Amelia: Hmm. Just checking.
Lulu: I guess in this, like, really terrible way, when stuff like this happens, it's easy to see what's important.
Spinelli: What do you mean?
Lulu: Well, biology is meaningless. I love Jake, you know, whether he's my nephew -- my real nephew -- or not, and I don't think it matters to Lucky -- even though he would be devastated to find out the truth. You know, we've just been so focused on this secret that we're forgetting what is important -- Jake is loved by family and by friends and by everybody in his life.
Spinelli: Yeah, it's amazing how many people are looking for him -- I mean, even Mr. Corinthos, Sir's protectors of the night.
Lulu: Yeah. And we just have to believe that Jake is safe and he's going to come home soon.
Spinelli: Well said.
Lulu: Don't take this the wrong way or anything, but you and Jason actually have something in common.
Spinelli: You mean that we're both the strong, silent type?
Lulu: No, no. Um -- you guys are both really good listeners. You let me say whatever is on my mind, and even if you disagree, you still respect my position.
Spinelli: I mean, you know the Jackal greatly respects the Blond One.
Lulu: Yeah, I appreciate that, and I -- I appreciate being able to tell you stuff and know that I'm being heard, and I guess that’s why I can tell you anything.
Spinelli: The feeling is most mutual.
Officer: Your lawyer's running late.
Jason: Can -- can you tell me what's happening, please?
Officer: They just found detective Spencer's little boy.
Lucky: He was left at the back door of a daycare center.
Elizabeth: And he's okay?
Lucky: Yeah, he's fine. They're bringing him here right now.
Elizabeth: Oh, thank God!
Lucky: Detectives and forensics -- they're -- they're on it right now, and they're going to find out who did this.
Elizabeth: I don't care, as long as he's safe.
Mac: The social worker's just arrived with the baby.
Lucky: Thanks, Mac.
Elizabeth: Jake --
Elizabeth: It's -- oh!
Singer: You don't have to love me baby, I don't mind you don't need to feel what I feel but if you wanna kiss sometime you can do it right here by my side I could give you what you want, babe
Amelia: Oh, Sonny --
Singer: And I could meet you
Singer: Where you are the way you look like love
Leticia: Hey, boys.
Leticia: What's the emergency?
Michael: I -- I don't know.
Carly: Hi, Leticia. Thank you so much for coming.
Leticia: I can stay if you need me to.
Carly: I do. Jax left, and -- and I have to go find him.
Michael: Uh -- he said he was going to rescue Jerry.
Carly: Maybe Jax is the one who needs rescuing. He's never had a family of his own before and he's a little fuzzy on the concept.
Carly: Jax needs to be reminded of how much we need him and how much he needs us, and I'm going to find him and tell him that, and I'm going to bring him home.
Singers: And we will fly now
Jax: How's it going?
Bartender: What can I get you?
Jax: I'm actually supposed to be meeting someone that was here earlier this afternoon.
Bartender: I just serve, buddy. I don't get involved in other people's business.
Jax: He probably ordered an unusual beer -- Reilly's lager.
Bartender: Is that what you want?
Jax: Sure, why not
Jax: So, have you seen him?
Bartender: Use your eyes -- see anybody else here?
Singers: Seem to again
Jax: Perhaps this'll jog your memory.
Singer: We will fly again
Bartender: What's this guy look like?
Jax: He's my brother. He has an accent. He may have been disguising it.
Bartender: Mind if I get a better look?
Jax: Be my guest.
Bartender: Ahem. Looks like your search just hit a dead end.
Sam: Even under the most dire circumstances, you have the power to take control of your life. And as always, be an everyday hero yourself.
Wes: And we're out.
Sam: Oh -- how'd that look?
Wes: Looked good, looked great. Amelia's going to love it.
Sam: Where'd she go anyway?
Wes: She's running an errand. Look, I'm going to talk to the editor for a minute. We can walk through the next segment when I get back.
Sam: Okay. Wes, I don't have the next pages for that.
Wes: Amelia's got a copy.
Sam: Oh, cool. Thank you.
Elizabeth: I'm going to call and check on Cameron.
Lucky: I was so sure that was Jake.
Elizabeth: What are the odds that another baby the same age would be dropped on a doorstep of a daycare center?
Lucky: I'm so sorry I got your hopes up.
Elizabeth: No, this isn't your fault. You're doing everything you can. We just have to keep hoping and praying.
Lucky: That's why you keep seeing Jason, isn't it? I mean, if he wasn't locked up, he'd be out there searching for Jake right now.
Elizabeth: Lucky --
Lucky: What, you think that he'd be able to find Jake when I can't?
Spinelli: An anonymous member of the law-abiding ones said you needed to see me immediatemente?
Jason: Yeah, yeah, you remember the plan you came up with me out of here -- trip the fire alarm so the cell doors open? Can you still do that?
Spinelli: Yeah, most certainly. I mean, the Jackal would never suggest a maneuver --
Jason: Okay, make it happen, okay? I need to break out of here tonight to find my son!
>> On the next "General Hospital" --
[Smoke detector beeps]
Jason: Make it happen!
Spinelli: The Jackal can't he you escape, I refuse.
Lucky: Jason didn't lose a son! You find it easier to talk to a man behind bars than your husband.
Elizabeth: You want to know why?
